Satori Pricing in 2026: Plans, Fees and What Coaches Pay

Satori pricing in October 2026 has four tiers. Scholar is free for coaches studying for a certification. Essentials costs $33 a month for up to 10 active paying clients, Pro is $49 a month and Leader is $124 a month. Paying annually gets you two months free. Satori doesn't take a cut of client payments, but PayPal and Stripe still charge their usual processing fees. A word on dates: the trial, refund, fee and Essentials client-cap terms come from Satori's pricing page as we checked it on 25 October 2026. The dollar figures and the Pro and Leader limits come from the same page as listed in September 2026, because the prices load with JavaScript and didn't show in our October check.
That covers the sticker price. What you actually pay depends on how many active clients you have, which plan that pushes you onto, and what you still have to buy because Satori doesn't include it. This guide covers every plan, every fee Satori documents, worked totals for a coach with 5, 15 and 40 clients, the gotchas, and how Satori compares with Paperbell, Practice Better, CoachAccountable, CoachVantage, Delenta and Coachful. We make Coachful, so we've kept the Satori facts to what Satori publishes and say clearly where a figure is older or derived.

How much does Satori cost in 2026?
Satori costs between $0 and $124 a month on monthly billing, and between $0 and about $103 a month on annual billing. Your plan depends mostly on how many active clients you have. Only active clients count toward your billing, so past clients you've closed out don't push you up a tier.
The pricing page has a Monthly and Annual toggle. The annual option says "Get 2 Months Free", so a year costs ten times the monthly price. Satori doesn't print the annual per-month figures. The ones below are our arithmetic (monthly price x 10 / 12), so check them at checkout.
| Plan | Monthly billing | Annual billing (per month, derived) | Annual billing (per year, derived) | Limits |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Scholar | $0 | $0 | $0 | Unlimited pro-bono clients; for people studying for a coaching certification; apply through a form |
| Essentials | $33 | $27.50 | $330 | Up to 10 active paying clients (checked October 2026); 3 programs and 60 bookings (as listed in September 2026) |
| Pro | $49 | $40.83 | $490 | 50 active clients, 10 programs, 120 bookings (as listed in September 2026) |
| Leader | $124 | $103.33 | $1,240 | 150 active clients, 50 programs, unlimited bookings (as listed in September 2026); marked "new" |
The two things that show up on your bill are the client cap and the billing cycle. If you have 10 or fewer paying clients, Essentials is enough. Client number 11 moves you to Pro. On monthly billing, Essentials comes to $396 a year, Pro $588 and Leader $1,488, so choosing annual saves $66, $98 or $248 a year depending on the tier.
What does each Satori plan include?
Every paid plan runs on the same platform: scheduling, a client portal, packages and programs, invoices and contracts. The plans mainly differ in capacity. Satori lists only a few feature differences between them, and its own pricing FAQ describes each plan by stage of business, not by feature list.
Scholar: free for coaches in training
Satori says Scholar is for coaches "currently studying for a coaching certification" and comes with unlimited pro-bono clients. You apply through a form. Satori doesn't publish who qualifies, so your approval depends on Satori reviewing your training. The plan suits the stage where you're logging practice hours, often unpaid, toward a credential. In our September 2026 profile, Satori was also listed as offering a coaching-log export for ICF credentialing, which helps at that stage. ICF is the International Coaching Federation, whose ACC, PCC and MCC credentials require logged coaching hours. Scholar's limit is that it covers pro-bono work. When clients start paying you, you need a paid plan.
Essentials: up to 10 paying clients
Satori's FAQ calls Essentials "the ideal choice if you're a new coach looking to launch your business on a solid foundation". It says Essentials gives you the full Satori platform to book discovery sessions and sign up to 10 active, paying clients. In September 2026 Satori also listed limits of 3 programs and 60 bookings. The page doesn't say whether the booking limit is monthly or in total, so if you run weekly calls plus discovery sessions, ask support before you choose this tier.
Pro: for coaches with some traction
Satori pitches Pro at coaches who "have achieved some initial traction" and want to improve the client experience. As listed in September 2026, Pro allowed 50 active clients, 10 programs and 120 bookings, and added group coaching and custom branding. If you run group sessions or want the client portal in your own branding, Pro is the lowest tier that offered either.
Leader: dedicated support and higher caps
Leader is the newest tier and was marked "new" on the page in October 2026. Satori describes it as being for coaches who want to step into a CEO role and scale with dedicated support. As listed in September 2026, it raised the caps to 150 active clients and 50 programs, with unlimited bookings. Based on what Satori lists, the jump from $49 to $124 a month mostly buys capacity and support, not new features.

What fees does Satori charge on top of the plan?
Satori says its plan rates are "all you'll pay to use Satori". It lists no setup fees, no cancellation fees and no contracts, and takes no share of client payments. Three things can still add to your costs: payment processing, local sales tax and tools Satori doesn't include.
- Transaction fees: none from Satori. The pricing page says "No charges on your client payments", which means Satori adds nothing on top of what the processor charges.
- Processing fees: client payments go through PayPal or Stripe, and their standard fees apply. Rates depend on country, card type and currency, so check the processor's own pricing for your country. On a large package, for example $1,500, these fees make a noticeable dent, but every platform in this guide that takes payments has them.
- Sales tax: Satori notes that "local sales taxes may apply" to your subscription. Depending on where you are, your Satori bill can come in above the listed price. Ask an accountant whether you can reclaim it.
- Add-ons: Satori lists none. There are no paid extra modules, so the plan price is the software price.
- Overages: Satori doesn't describe overage charges. Billing is based on your number of active clients, so going over a tier's cap moves you to the next tier rather than adding a per-client charge.
- Seats: Satori's pricing page doesn't show per-seat pricing for extra coaches. If you plan to add a second coach, ask Satori support how team accounts are billed before you commit to an annual plan.
Payment processing works much the same way on most coaching platforms. Coachful takes payments through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, with a 0% Coachful platform fee since August 2026, so you only pay the processor's fees. This short walkthrough shows how invoices and payments look in Coachful:

What does a coach actually pay for Satori at three sizes?
A coach with 5 clients pays $33 a month for Satori Essentials. A coach with 15 or 40 clients pays $49 a month for Pro. Most coaches also pay for other tools beside it, because in September 2026 Satori's public pages didn't list landing pages, courses or a community, and the platform had no native Zoom integration.
The table compares three example practices. Coachful's prices appear in the first row. Satori figures are monthly billing as listed in September 2026. "Still needed beside it" lists the jobs a typical coach would need another tool for, based on what each vendor documents. We haven't priced those other tools, because their costs vary a lot by vendor.
| Tool | 5 clients (new coach) | 15 clients (growing 1:1 practice) | 40 clients (full practice or small groups) | Still needed beside it |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients | A Stripe or Razorpay account for client payments. Website, funnels, email, courses, community and programs are included in your Coachful membership. |
| Satori | Essentials, $33/month ($27.50 on annual, derived) | Pro, $49/month (Essentials stops at 10) | Pro, $49/month (under the 50-client cap listed in September 2026) | Website or landing-page builder, email marketing, a course host, a community space, and a Zoom or other video account |
These are example practices, not averages. The 5-client coach is just starting out. The 15-client coach has a full calendar of 1:1 work. The 40-client coach is likely running a group program next to 1:1 sessions. Satori is reasonably priced at each size. What changes is how much else you pay for: a coach who sells through a website, grows an email list and runs a course is paying for three or four tools beside Satori. Our coaching pricing audit guide walks through adding up a whole stack, including your own time.

What are the hidden costs and gotchas in Satori pricing?
Satori's pricing is simpler than most, and it says so itself: "Are there any hidden costs? The above rates are all you'll pay." The costs that catch coaches out come from caps, timing and missing features, not surprise charges.
- Prices don't show without JavaScript. The dollar amounts load with JavaScript. In our October check they didn't appear in the page source, so we used the figures listed in September 2026. Check the live price at checkout before you budget.
- The 10-client step. Essentials stops at 10 active paying clients. If you're at 9 or 10 and expect to grow, budget for Pro from the start. Otherwise your eleventh sale also brings a plan change.
- "Active" decides your bill. Only active clients count toward billing, which works in your favour. The pricing page doesn't say exactly when a client stops being active, so ask support how archiving or closing a client affects your count. Coaches with long alumni lists get the most out of this rule.
- The refund window is 30 days from signup. Satori offers a refund within the first 30 days of the date you signed up for your account, on monthly or annual billing. The 15-day trial falls inside that window, so if you trial for the full 15 days and then pay for a year, you have about two weeks left to ask for a refund.
- You need a card when the trial ends. The trial doesn't need a card, but to keep your account after day 15 you have to add one. It's worth putting a reminder in your calendar.
- Group coaching and branding start on Pro. As listed in September 2026, group coaching and custom branding weren't in Essentials. If you run a group or want a branded client portal from the start, the real entry price is $49, not $33.
- Booking and program caps. In September 2026 Essentials allowed 3 programs and 60 bookings, and Pro allowed 10 programs and 120 bookings. Coaches with several offers can hit the program cap before the client cap.
- The rest of your tool stack. In September 2026 Satori's public pages didn't list a native mobile app, a native Zoom integration, landing pages, courses or a community. Each of those is a separate subscription to set up, keep paying for and connect.
- Sales tax. Local sales taxes may apply, so your bill can come in above the listed price.
None of these is a reason to rule Satori out. But comparing Satori's $33 with a $97 all-in-one tool isn't fair until you add in what else you'd need. Our Paperbell pricing breakdown and Practice Better pricing breakdown work through the same questions for two of the closest alternatives.
Is Satori worth it for your type of coaching?
Satori is good value for 1:1 coaches who sell packages, want contracts, scheduling and invoices in one place, and already have a website and email list they're happy with. It's less good value if you sell programs, courses or a group experience, because you'll pay for those tools separately.
Coaches studying for a certification
Scholar is Satori's strongest offer. A free plan with unlimited pro-bono clients, plus (as listed in September 2026) a coaching-log export for ICF credentialing, suits the stage where you're logging practice hours. The question is what happens once you qualify, and whether you want to move your clients and records then.
New coaches with fewer than 10 paying clients
Essentials at $33 is cheap for scheduling, contracts, invoices and a client portal. It's a sensible choice if you already have a basic website elsewhere and find clients through referrals or social media. If you still need a website, an opt-in funnel and a newsletter, add those costs first. Our guide for new coaches covers the minimum setup.
Established 1:1 coaches with 15 to 50 clients
Pro at $49 covers up to 50 active clients (as listed in September 2026), which is a good price per client for a busy 1:1 practice. The weak points are the missing native mobile app and Zoom integration, as listed in September 2026. Clients would use the web portal, and you'd set up video calls outside Satori.
Program, group and course coaches
Satori's packages and programs cover structured 1:1 work, and Pro added group coaching as listed in September 2026. Without courses, a community or landing pages, though, you'd run a cohort program across several tools. Our group coaching software page lists what a cohort setup needs.
Health, nutrition and wellness coaches
Coaching isn't treatment. If a client needs a diagnosis, medical nutrition therapy or mental health care, refer them to a licensed clinician. Satori's HIPAA status isn't covered on its pricing page, so ask Satori directly if your work requires it. Coachful isn't HIPAA-certified and isn't built for clinical records or insurance billing. Practitioners who need charting often look at Practice Better.
Teams
Satori's pricing page doesn't show multi-coach pricing. Leader's "dedicated support" is aimed at coaches growing into a CEO role, but if you're hiring associate coaches now, ask how seats are billed before you choose.
How does Satori pricing compare with Coachful and other coaching platforms?
Satori is one of the cheaper coaching platforms at 15 clients. In this group, Coachful is the one whose subscription documents a website, funnels, email marketing, courses and a community together. Satori figures below are as listed in September 2026. All other vendor figures are monthly prices as listed in October 2026.
| Platform | Entry paid price | Price for 15 clients | How it caps you | Platform fee on client payments | Free trial |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | Lower plans cap clients; Pro is unlimited; team plans add coach seats | 0% (Stripe or Razorpay processing only) | A free trial |
| Satori | Essentials $33/mo (Scholar free for coaches in training) | Pro $49/mo | Active clients (10 on Essentials), programs, bookings | None; PayPal and Stripe fees apply | 15 days, no card |
| Paperbell | $97/mo, single plan | $97/mo | No client cap | None stated; Stripe and PayPal fees apply | Yes; 7 days per its help center (July 2026) |
| Practice Better | Starter $35/mo (Sprout free for 3 clients) | Professional $69/mo | Clients and storage; one practitioner below Team | None stated; payments powered by Stripe | 14 days (30 on Team) |
| CoachAccountable | Starter $20/mo (2 clients) | Level 3 $120/mo | Active clients, tier by tier | Not stated; processor fees apply | 30 days, no card |
| CoachVantage | Clarity $39/mo | Clarity $39/mo | Unlimited clients; caps on pages, courses and e-signatures | None; Stripe and PayPal fees apply | 14 days, no card |
| Delenta | Starter $29/mo (10 client portals) | Pro $49/mo | Client portals (10, 40, unlimited) | None; Stripe and PayPal fees apply | Page says 14 days and 7 days; no card |
A few points stand out. CoachVantage is cheapest at 15 clients because it doesn't cap clients at all, but its Clarity plan caps sales pages, booking pages and e-signatures. Paperbell charges the same flat price at every size, so it costs more than Satori for small practices and becomes competitive around Satori's Leader tier. CoachAccountable prices by active client, which gets expensive fast as you grow. Delenta matches Satori's Pro price at 15 clients and has a lower client-portal cap. For a broader view, see our ranked list of Satori alternatives and the side-by-side comparison pages.

Is there a better-value option than Satori for most coaches?
For coaches who deliver programs as well as sessions, Coachful is usually better value, because one subscription covers what Satori plus three or four other tools would. You can compare the plans directly (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients).

What Coachful is. Coachful is a coaching platform. One subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant called Michelle. The coach has one login, and the client has one app in the coach's branding. The company is based in Tallinn, Estonia, and has a Trustpilot rating of 4.5 from 21 reviews.
Who it's for. Coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions. Solo coaches growing into a small team. Coaches who want to replace four to six tools with one.
What it covers that Satori's public pages didn't list in September 2026:
- A section-based website builder with a blog, custom domain, SEO settings and 30 designed homepage templates, plus booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels with pixel and UTM tracking.
- Email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits.
- Courses with modules, lessons, drip release and completion tracking, plus downloads, videos, books, AI tools, events and bundles.
- A community feed, group chat, direct messages and video events, with cohort groups created automatically when someone enrols in a program.
- Multi-week programs with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars, and streaks.
- Scheduling with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendar sync, plus built-in video or automatically created Zoom, Meet and Teams links.
- A client app delivered inside the Coachful app with the coach's branding.
What it shares with Satori. Both offer coaching agreements with e-signature, invoices, a client record and session booking. Both also help with ICF credentials. Coachful's ICF credential tracking counts your coaching hours and distinct clients against the ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports an ICF client coaching log with paid and pro bono hours.
What Coachful doesn't do. It isn't HIPAA-certified and isn't built for clinical records or insurance billing. It doesn't support PayPal, so if your clients pay through PayPal today, Satori supports that and Coachful doesn't. There's no permanent free plan, so a coach in training who wants a free tier for pro-bono clients gets more from Satori's Scholar plan. The client app runs under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. There's no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync, and no Salesforce or HubSpot integration.
How to start. Start a free trial, choose a plan when you're ready (monthly plans cancel in one click), and ask the team to build your first assets. During onboarding, your clients, programs and content are imported for you.
Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can go to Create and choose "We'll build it for you · FREE", describe what you want, and the Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. That can be a website, a funnel, a sales page, a program, a course outline with written material, an email sequence, a form, a lead quiz or an automation. You can attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files, such as logos, photos, brand guides and existing copy. Nothing is made up: no invented credentials, testimonials or prices, and any gaps are left for you to fill. In one recent build, a leadership coach whose Squarespace renewal was days away got a clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button. In another, a menopause and midlife health coach starting from scratch got a five-page site in sage and cream, with every button leading to a free 20-minute consultation. The service doesn't cover recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. Read more about how the white-glove build works.

Coaches switching from Satori can use our Satori alternative page, which compares the two platforms feature by feature.
How can you pay less for Satori?
The biggest savings come from applying for Scholar if you qualify, choosing annual billing once you're sure, and keeping your active-client count accurate. Satori lets you upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time, which gives you room to adjust.
- Apply for Scholar while you're training. If you're studying for a coaching certification, apply before paying for anything. Unlimited pro-bono clients cost nothing.
- Use the whole 15-day trial. No card is needed, and you get unrestricted access. Set up a real package, send a test contract and book a test session before you decide.
- Choose annual billing only once you're sure. Annual billing gives you two months free, which works out to $66 a year on Essentials and $98 a year on Pro. The refund window runs 30 days from the date you signed up, so make the switch while you can still get your money back.
- Close out finished clients. Only active clients count toward billing. Closing finished engagements promptly can keep you on Essentials longer. Check with support exactly how a client becomes inactive.
- Downgrade in quiet seasons. If your practice slows in summer or over the holidays, you can drop a tier and move back up later.
- Count your whole stack. The cheapest Satori plan can still mean the most expensive month overall if you add a website builder, an email tool, a course host and a community app. Our guide to package pricing and checkout software shows how to work out your total.
- Raise your prices before you cut tools. A small change to your package price often covers a software bill. See how to price coaching packages and value-based pricing for coaches.

Satori pricing FAQ
How much does Satori cost per month?
As listed in September 2026, Satori costs $33 a month for Essentials, $49 for Pro and $124 for Leader on monthly billing. Scholar is free for coaches studying for a certification. Annual billing gives you two months free, which works out to roughly $27.50, $40.83 and $103.33 a month.
Is there a free Satori plan?
Yes. Scholar is free for coaches studying for a coaching certification and includes unlimited pro-bono clients. You apply through a form on the pricing page. When you start working with paying clients, you need a paid plan.
How long is the Satori free trial?
The trial lasts 15 days, gives you unrestricted access to the whole system, and doesn't need a credit card. To keep your account after the trial, you have to add a card and choose a paid plan.
Does Satori charge transaction fees on client payments?
No. Satori says it doesn't charge anything on your client payments. PayPal's and Stripe's standard processing fees still apply, and they vary by country and card type.
What happens when I go over 10 clients on Essentials?
Essentials covers up to 10 active paying clients, so client number 11 means moving to Pro. Satori lets you upgrade or downgrade at any time. Only active clients count toward billing, so closing finished clients helps you stay within the cap.
Can I get a refund from Satori?
Yes, within the first 30 days from the date you signed up for your account, on monthly or annual billing. Because the window starts at signup, not at your first payment, the 15-day trial uses up part of it.
Are there hidden fees with Satori?
Satori lists no setup fees, cancellation fees or contracts, and no charges on client payments. Local sales tax may be added to your bill. The bigger extra cost is the other tools you might need beside Satori, such as a website, email marketing, courses or a community.
Is Satori cheaper than Paperbell?
For most practice sizes, yes. Paperbell's single plan costs $97 a month as listed in October 2026, and Satori's Pro plan is $49 as listed in September 2026. Paperbell has no client cap, so the gap narrows for very large practices. Our Paperbell pricing guide has the details.
Is Coachful cheaper than Satori once you count other tools?
That depends on how many tools you'd otherwise pay for. Coachful's plan for a 15-client practice is Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients, and the website, funnels, email, courses and community are included in your Coachful membership. A coach who only needs scheduling, contracts and invoices may spend less on Satori alone.
What is Coachful's free white-glove service?
Every Coachful plan includes a free build service. You describe what you want, such as a website, funnel, program or email sequence, attach up to 8 links and 10 files, and the team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. The team won't invent credentials, testimonials or prices, and the service doesn't include video recording, logo design or ad management.
