Top 7 Satori Alternatives for Life Coaches: Ranked & Reviewed

Top 7 Satori Alternatives for Life Coaches: Ranked & Reviewed

The best Satori alternatives for life coaches are tools that keep what Satori does well (simple booking, packages, invoices and agreements) and add the part life coaching runs on between sessions: goals, habits, reflections and check-ins that clients actually open. If you are comparing satori alternatives for life coaches, the deciding question is not "which tool has the longest feature list" but "where does my client's week happen, and do I want to pay for that in one place or five?"

Our pick is Coachful, because it puts booking, payments, agreements, multi-week programs with daily habits and check-ins, courses, a community and your website under one login, with one branded app for your clients. We make Coachful, so weigh that, and read the "Pick it over Coachful if..." line under every other tool. Some of them are a better fit for specific practices, and we say which.

This guide is built as a decision guide. Answer five questions about your practice first, use the table to see which tools match your answers, then read the ranked reviews and the real cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients. If you want the broader comparison for every coaching niche, our Satori alternatives roundup covers it; this article stays with life coaching.

What do life coaches need from a Satori alternative?

Life coaches need a tool that carries the client from first discovery call to the end of a multi-month engagement, with most of the value delivered between calls. A typical life coaching client books a free consultation, signs an agreement, pays for a three- or six-month package, then works on goals such as a career change, a healthier routine, better boundaries or a clearer sense of direction. The sessions are the visible part. The change happens on the Tuesday when the client journals, keeps a habit streak or answers an evening reflection.

Satori was designed around the session side of that journey. As listed in September 2026, it covers scheduling, a client portal, packages and programs, invoices and contracts, and it exports a coaching log for ICF credentialing. The same older profile notes that Satori has no native mobile app, no native Zoom integration, and no landing pages, courses or community. For a life coach who mostly sells single sessions, that may be enough. For one who sells programs, it often means a second tool for habits and check-ins, a third for the website, and a fourth for a group or course.

Here is what a life coaching practice usually needs, in the order clients experience it:

  • A way to be found and booked. A simple website or booking page with a free discovery call, intake questions and time-zone detection, since many life coaches work with clients across countries.
  • A clean agreement before the first session. Life coaching scope matters. Clients sometimes arrive with grief, anxiety or relationship problems, and a signed agreement that says coaching is not therapy protects both of you.
  • Packages that match how you sell. One-time payments for a 12-week program, monthly subscriptions for ongoing coaching, payment plans for higher-ticket work.
  • Between-session structure. Weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, reflection prompts, a wheel-of-life style assessment at the start and end.
  • Notes and context before every call. What the client committed to, what they reported, whether they have gone quiet.
  • ICF hour logging. Many life coaches are working toward ACC or PCC, and Satori's coaching-log export is one reason they chose it. A replacement should keep that.
  • Room to grow. A group cohort, a short course, an email sequence, a community. Most life coaches add at least one of these within a year or two.

One scope point belongs here, because it shapes which software you choose. Life coaching is not mental health treatment. If a client shows signs of depression, trauma, self-harm risk or a crisis, the right move is to refer them to a licensed mental health professional, and your agreement should say so. None of the tools below is a clinical record system, and you should not use any of them as one.

Answer a few questions and Coachful builds it around you: your website, programs, booking and payments. Ready in minutes.

Build your platform

Which Satori alternative fits your practice? Answer these five questions

Five questions decide most of this choice. Write down your answer to each before you read the reviews.

  1. Do you sell programs or sessions? If your offer is "12 weeks to a clearer career direction" with weekly themes and daily practices, you need program delivery. If it is "a 60-minute session, book again when you need one", a booking and payment tool is enough.
  2. How many active clients will you have in 12 months? Count paying clients you expect to work with at the same time. Several tools cap active clients by plan, which changes the bill as you grow.
  3. Do you already have a website you are happy with? If yes, you can choose a back-office tool. If no, or if you are paying separately for Squarespace or Wix, a platform with a site builder removes a bill.
  4. Will you run groups, a course or a community? A life coach who plans a cohort, a self-paced course or a membership needs those features, or another subscription.
  5. Do your clients pay by PayPal? Satori supports PayPal and Stripe. If a large share of your clients insist on PayPal, check each alternative's processors before you switch.

How do your answers map to a pick?

Find the row that matches your strongest answer. If two rows apply, the tool that appears in both is usually the better fit.

How did we rank these Satori alternatives?

We ranked on what decides a life coach's month, not on feature counts. Every vendor fact comes from the vendor's own pricing or product pages, checked in October 2026 unless marked as September 2026, or from public review sites. We did not run hands-on tests of each tool; where a limitation comes from reviewers, we say so.

Ranking criteria: one login for the whole client journey, between-session delivery (habits, check-ins, goals), total stack cost as you grow, and setup effort, including whether someone will build it for you.

1. Coachful: the best Satori alternative for life coaches who run programs

A tablet showing a client's habit tracker and a laptop showing a coach's check-in flows in a reading nook
Coachful's client habit tracker on a tablet beside the coach's check-in flow library on a laptop.

Coachful is a coaching platform that covers the whole life coaching journey in one subscription: booking, payments, agreements, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and a built-in AI assistant. You log in once; your client uses one app that carries your branding. For a life coach leaving Satori, the main change is that the weeks between sessions stop living in a separate habit app, a shared Google Doc or a WhatsApp thread.

Programs that run between sessions. You build a multi-week program with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, and morning and evening check-ins. Clients see goals with progress bars and keep streaks. A "90-day reset" for a client rebuilding their routine after burnout becomes a structured journey: week one focuses on sleep and boundaries, week two on a values exercise, and every evening the client answers a short reflection that lands on their record. You open the client before the next call and see what happened, not what they remember.

Check-ins and coaching flows. The coaching flows library holds welcome flows, daily check-ins and weekly journeys you can reuse across clients. For life coaches this replaces the ritual of emailing "how did the week go?" every Friday. Each client's record keeps goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, and shows a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk, so you notice the client who has gone silent before they cancel.

Here is a short walkthrough of how check-ins work inside Coachful:

Booking, agreements and payments, as in Satori. Booking pages support availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way sync to Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendars and either built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links. That fixes Satori's missing native Zoom integration noted in its September 2026 profile. Clients get email reminders, plus SMS 24 hours before and WhatsApp one hour before once messaging is enabled. You can ask intake questions at booking, send a coaching agreement with e-signature before the first call, and take payment through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time, subscriptions, payment plans, coupons, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Coachful charges a 0% platform fee on those payments; only Stripe or Razorpay processing applies.

ICF hours, kept. If Satori's coaching-log export is the reason you stayed, Coachful's ICF credential tracking counts your coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports an ICF client coaching log with paid and pro bono hours.

The growth pieces Satori leaves out. Courses with modules, drip and completion tracking; a community feed with group chat and video events; cohort groups created automatically when clients enroll in a program; group calls and webinars. A section-based website builder with a blog, custom domain and 30 designed homepage templates, plus booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels. Email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences. A life coach who wants to run a six-week "Find your next chapter" group alongside 1:1 clients does it in the same account, which is why we also cover it on our group coaching software page.

Michelle, the AI assistant. Michelle works from your live practice data. She can build a program draft, write emails, summarize recorded sessions and brief you before each call. She can also give optional private feedback on your own coaching against ICF Core Competencies 3 to 8, which is useful if you are preparing for a PCC performance evaluation. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. You can also set up an AI Coach, an AI version of you that selected clients can chat with between sessions.

What Coachful does not do. It is not HIPAA-certified and offers no BAA, so it is not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. It does not support PayPal. There is no permanent free plan. Your client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. There are no third-party plugins and no Salesforce or HubSpot integration. Lower plans cap the number of clients, and Pro is unlimited (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients).

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can open Create > We'll build it for you · FREE, describe what you need and attach up to 8 reference links and 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. Life coaches use it for a website, a discovery-call funnel, a program, a course outline, an intake form or an email sequence. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices; gaps are left for you to fill. One recent example: a leadership coach with a Squarespace renewal days away got one clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button. Another, a somatic coach leaving Kajabi, had the homepage and About page rebuilt and the contact form connected. The service does not include recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. Read more about the free white-glove build service.

2. AttractWell: best for life coaches who market hard

AttractWell's homepage presenting its all-in-one platform for coaches, course creators and speakers
AttractWell's homepage in October 2026.

AttractWell is an all-in-one platform for coaches, course creators, consultants, authors and speakers. Its pricing table, as listed in October 2026, covers a website, funnels, a blog, a CRM, email and texting, booking, contracts, invoicing and a store. For a life coach whose main problem is filling the calendar rather than delivering the program, that marketing depth is the attraction.

Plans are priced by contact count. Starter is $69/mo with 500 contacts, 100 texts a month, 5 automations, 2 booking links, one course ("vault") plus one class, Zoom for up to 5 people and no call packages. Basic is $99/mo with 1,000 contacts, 5 call packages and 3 vaults. Premium at $129/mo adds unlimited booking links and call packages and 4,000 contacts. Pro ($179/mo) and Diamond ($239/mo) raise the limits further, and a Team plan starts at $600/mo for six accounts. There is no standard free trial; the first month on every plan is $1, with no contract. AttractWell lists a 0% transaction fee on all plans, with payment processors charging their own fees.

For a life coach, the useful pieces are session ("call") packages with usage tracking, a Facebook-style community with scheduled posts, memberships with recurring payments, drip content, and custom GPTs you can configure for clients. The catch is that the low tiers are thin where coaching delivery happens: Starter has no call packages at all, so a coach selling a 6-session package needs Basic or higher, and unlimited vaults and classes cost an extra $17/mo. AttractWell holds a Trustpilot rating of 4.6 from 21 reviews (seen October 2026).

What AttractWell does not appear to center on is the daily habit and check-in loop that life coaching programs rely on. You can deliver content and community, but if you want morning and evening reflections tracked per client with a status that flags quiet clients, check that it covers your workflow during the $1 month.

Pick it over Coachful if texting campaigns, many domains and a large contact list matter more to you than structured between-session programs, and you want custom GPTs and a store in the same account as your CRM.

3. Coach Recap: a simple, session-first replacement

Coach Recap's homepage presenting its client notes and booking tool for solo coaches
Coach Recap's homepage in October 2026.

Coach Recap is built for solo coaches and says on its site that it is not aimed at agencies or enterprises. Of every tool here, it feels closest to Satori's original idea: client profiles with session history, session notes, goals and action items with full-text search, a booking page with buffers and notice rules, two-way Google Calendar and Outlook sync, and email reminders at 24 hours, 1 hour and 15 minutes before a call.

Pricing, as listed in October 2026, is straightforward. Starter is free for up to 3 active clients, where "active" means a session or booking in the last 90 days, with no credit card. Professional is $29/mo for up to 20 active clients. Business is $79/mo with unlimited clients. Coach Recap takes no cut of client payments; Stripe's standard card fees apply. The pricing page does not show an annual price, and App Store prices differ from the web prices without explanation, so confirm what you will pay before you commit.

For life coaches, programs here mean session packs or monthly subscriptions paid through Stripe, with sessions used and remaining tracked. Intake forms, check-ins, contracts, private chat and resource sharing round it out. That covers the admin of a 1:1 practice well. What we did not find listed is a full website builder, courses or a community, so a life coach planning a group program or a course would add other tools later. If your work is mostly weekly or fortnightly 1:1 calls and you want clean notes, it is a sensible, low-cost move from Satori, especially if you are in your first year and still under three clients.

Pick it over Coachful if you coach only 1:1 sessions, you have fewer than 20 active clients, and you do not plan to add programs with daily habits, a course or a community in the next year.

4. Paperbell: one flat price, unlimited clients

Paperbell's homepage presenting its single-plan admin software for solo coaches
Paperbell's homepage in October 2026.

Paperbell is all-in-one admin for solo coaches: booking, packages, payments, contracts, a client portal and a simple website, sold as a single plan. As listed in October 2026, that plan costs $97/mo, or $80.83/mo billed annually, with unlimited clients, sessions, files, packages and traffic. Paperbell adds no transaction fees of its own; Stripe or PayPal processor fees apply.

The single plan is the main reason life coaches look at it. Satori caps active clients by tier (Essentials covers up to 10 active paying clients), and a growing life coach eventually hits that limit. With Paperbell, the bill does not change between 5 clients and 50. The pricing page shows a "Try For Free" button but no trial length; Paperbell's help center in July 2026 described a 7-day trial with the public site offline and client messages and SMS switched off. A 30-day money-back guarantee applies.

Where Paperbell is thinner for life coaching is between sessions. Its September 2026 profile notes no courses, no community, and no goal or habit tracking, and no native mobile app, so clients use a mobile browser. A life coach who runs a three-month transformation package would sell and schedule it in Paperbell but deliver the weekly practices somewhere else. Paperbell holds a Trustpilot rating of 3.5 from 14 reviews (seen October 2026). We compare it in more depth in our Paperbell alternatives for life coaches guide.

Pick it over Coachful if you want one predictable price with no client cap, your clients pay by PayPal, and your coaching happens in sessions rather than in structured weekly programs.

5. CoachVantage: unlimited clients at a lower entry price

CoachVantage's homepage presenting its coaching practice management software
CoachVantage's homepage in October 2026.

CoachVantage is coaching practice management with a CRM, scheduling, contracts with e-signature, invoices, a client portal, group programs and small courses. It is priced per coach with unlimited contacts, which makes it one of the cheaper ways to escape Satori's active-client caps.

As listed in October 2026, Clarity costs $39/mo ($35/mo billed annually). It includes unlimited contacts and engagements, but caps the rest: 2 group programs, 2 sales pages, 2 booking pages, 4 e-signatures a month, 2 contract templates, 2 courses and 500 MB of storage. Aha! costs $59/mo ($53/mo annually) and removes the caps on group programs, sales pages, booking pages and e-signatures, with 5 contract templates, 5 courses and 1 GB. There is a 14-day trial with no credit card. CoachVantage says it takes no commission on your revenue; Stripe and PayPal fees apply.

For a life coach, the four-signatures-a-month limit on Clarity is the detail to check. If you sign more than four new clients a month, you need Aha!. The older September 2026 profile also notes no team or multi-coach features, and reviewers have described the built-in video tool, CVMeet, as weak, with many users still running calls on Zoom. Group programs with cohorts on Aha! make it workable for a life coach running a small group alongside 1:1 clients, though it does not list a website builder beyond sales pages.

Pick it over Coachful if you need unlimited clients at the lowest monthly cost, your clients pay by PayPal, and you are comfortable keeping your website and habit tracking elsewhere.

6. Merkora: free to start, built around live events

Merkora's homepage presenting its booking, courses and live events platform for independent experts
Merkora's homepage in October 2026.

Merkora targets coaches, therapists, consultants and independent experts with one branded public page at yourname.merkora.app. The product appears to be new and had little public review history when we checked, so treat it as a younger option. Its pricing page, as listed in October 2026, offers a Free plan that stays free "until your first paid sale"; you then have 14 days to move to Professional before new bookings and sales pause. Free includes live events for up to 10 participants, 25 participant hours a month, 10 GB of storage, no recordings, and Merkora branding.

Professional costs $79/mo, with live events up to 200 participants, 500 participant hours a month, 10 hours of recordings and 200 GB of storage. A founding-member rate of $29/mo, locked for 12 months and then $39/mo, is offered to 50 founder spots, so it may not be available when you read this. Merkora lists a 0% platform fee on sales, with standard Stripe fees.

For life coaches, the interesting features are session packages where clients see their remaining balance, cancellation and no-show enforcement that issues wallet credits instead of cash refunds, a waitlist, hosted video courses, digital downloads, free lead magnets with email capture, and built-in live streaming for events and group sessions. That suits a new life coach testing a free monthly workshop before selling a package. The free plan is a real way to start, but plan for the jump to Professional the moment you make your first sale.

Pick it over Coachful if you have no paying clients yet, want to start at no cost, and your offer centers on live workshops and courses rather than structured daily programs.

7. Coaches Console: an established system at a higher price

Coaches Console's homepage presenting its coaching business system
Coaches Console's homepage in October 2026.

Coaches Console is a long-standing coaching business system that bundles a CRM, calendar, website, client portal, email and invoicing, with courses on its higher plan. Its prices, as listed in October 2026, are the highest in this list: Core Console System at $197/mo ($166.42/mo billed annually) for a single coach account, and Total Console System at $297/mo ($249.75/mo annually) with unlimited products and courses. Client limits are not specified on the pricing page.

There is no free trial. Billing details are required at signup, and Coaches Console offers a 100% money-back guarantee within the first 30 days instead. There are no setup fees. Transaction fees are not stated on the pricing page.

For a life coach, Coaches Console makes sense mainly if you want a mature, one-vendor system and are willing to pay for it. Its September 2026 profile notes that reviewers describe the interface as dated, which matters when clients use the portal every week. At $197/mo before any client grows the bill, it costs several times Satori's Essentials plan, so it fits an established practice more than one leaving Satori to save money.

Pick it over Coachful if you specifically want a long-established vendor with a money-back guarantee instead of a trial, and the higher monthly price is not a concern for your practice.

What does each option cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?

Client caps change the bill more than headline prices do. Below is the cheapest monthly plan on each tool that covers 5, 15 and 40 active clients, as listed in October 2026 (Satori from its September 2026 profile). Processor fees are extra everywhere.

Two notes on reading this table. First, the cheaper back-office tools usually need a website, an email tool and a habit or course tool alongside them, so add those bills before comparing. Second, Satori's Pro and Leader limits come from its September 2026 profile, because the prices did not render on its pricing page when it was checked in October 2026. For a walkthrough of moving your data, see how to migrate from Satori without losing a client.

How would a life coach set this up in Coachful, step by step?

Here is a worked example. The coach and the program are illustrative, not a real customer: a solo life coach with eight 1:1 clients on Satori, selling a 12-week "Clear Next Chapter" program for people in a career or life transition, and planning a small group in spring.

  1. Export from Satori. Download your client list and your ICF coaching log from Satori before you cancel. Keep your signed contracts as PDFs.
  2. Request the build. In Coachful, open Create > We'll build it for you and ask for a website and a discovery-call funnel. Attach your logo, bio, current package descriptions and two sites you like. Clients, programs and content are also imported for you during onboarding.
  3. Pick a homepage look. If you want to start yourself, a template such as Hearth gives you a warm, simple layout with a booking button. Point your custom domain at it when it is ready.
  4. Set up booking. Create a free 30-minute discovery call and a 60-minute coaching session type. Add buffers, minimum notice and two intake questions, for example "What made you reach out now?" and "What would make the next three months a success?" Connect Google or Outlook and choose Zoom or built-in video.
  5. Add your agreement. Upload your coaching agreement, including a scope clause saying coaching is not therapy and that you will refer to a licensed professional when needed, and set it to send before the first call.
  6. Build the program. Create a 12-week program. Week one: values and a starting assessment (our free wheel of life tool is a good starting point). Weeks two to four: one weekly goal, a daily five-minute journaling habit, an evening check-in. Later weeks: experiments, accountability and a closing reflection. Ask Michelle for a first draft, then edit it in your own voice.
  7. Price the offer. Set your price by working back from your income target, hours available and the number of clients you can serve well; there is no single correct rate for life coaching. Offer pay-in-full and a three-month payment plan through your Stripe account.
  8. Invite your current clients. Move your eight Satori clients across, enroll them in the program or a lighter ongoing version, and tell them which app to download.
  9. Turn on ICF tracking. Log past hours so your ACC or PCC progress carries over.
  10. Plan the group. When spring comes, enroll a cohort in the same program; Coachful creates the cohort group automatically.

What red flags and switching costs should you watch for?

The biggest switching cost is not the subscription; it is your clients' attention. Every move asks them to learn a new link, a new login or a new app. Watch for these before you choose:

  • Active-client caps that bite at your next growth step. Satori's Essentials covers up to 10 active paying clients, Coach Recap's Professional 20, Simply.Coach's lower tiers and Delenta's Starter and Pro also cap clients. Price the plan you will need in a year, not today.
  • Feature caps hidden under "unlimited clients". CoachVantage Clarity has unlimited contacts but four e-signatures a month. AttractWell Starter has no call packages. Read the small rows.
  • PayPal dependence. If clients pay you through PayPal subscriptions on Satori, moving to a Stripe-only tool means asking each client to re-enter a card. Plan that conversation, or pick a tool that lists PayPal.
  • Losing your ICF log. Export it from Satori before you cancel, whatever you choose.
  • Tool sprawl. A cheaper back office plus a website builder, an email tool, a habit app and a course platform can cost more than one platform and fragments your client's experience. Our Kajabi alternatives for life coaches guide shows how fast those bills add up.
  • Clinical drift. If your practice is moving toward therapy-adjacent work that needs HIPAA compliance, none of these coaching tools is the right home for clinical records. Keep coaching and treatment separate.
  • No trial. Coaches Console requires billing details upfront. A money-back guarantee helps, but you still go through setup before you know it fits.

If you are weighing other back-office tools, our guides to CoachAccountable alternatives for life coaches and Simply.Coach alternatives for life coaches cover the per-client pricing traps in more detail.

Verdict: which Satori alternative should life coaches choose?

Choose Coachful if you sell programs and want booking, agreements, payments, habits, check-ins, courses, a community and your website under one login, with the free white-glove build to set it up. It keeps Satori's strengths, including ICF hour tracking, and adds the between-session layer that life coaching depends on.

Choose Coach Recap if you run a small 1:1 practice and want the closest thing to Satori at a lower entry price. Choose Paperbell or CoachVantage if unlimited clients and PayPal matter most and you are happy with session-first admin. Choose AttractWell if marketing volume is your bottleneck, Merkora if you are pre-revenue and running live events, and Coaches Console only if you want an established vendor and the price fits.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best Satori alternative for life coaches?

For life coaches who deliver programs, Coachful is our pick, because it combines booking, payments, agreements, habits, check-ins, courses, community and a website in one login. For a small session-only practice, Coach Recap is the closest like-for-like replacement. We make Coachful, so compare the "Pick it over Coachful if" notes above.

Does Coachful track ICF coaching hours like Satori?

Yes. Coachful counts your coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports an ICF client coaching log with paid and pro bono hours. Export your existing log from Satori before you cancel so your history is complete.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

On every plan, you can ask the Coachful team to build a website, funnel, program, course outline, form, email sequence and more inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. You attach up to 8 links and 10 files. The team does not invent credentials, testimonials or prices, and the service excludes video recording, logo design, ads and ongoing marketing.

Can I keep taking PayPal payments if I leave Satori?

It depends on the tool. Satori, Paperbell and CoachVantage list PayPal alongside Stripe. Coachful does not support PayPal; it uses your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, including Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Is there a free Satori alternative for new life coaches?

Coach Recap's Starter plan is free for up to 3 active clients, and Merkora's Free plan lasts until your first paid sale. Satori itself has a free Scholar plan for people studying for a coaching certification. Coachful has a free trial but no permanent free plan.

How hard is it to move clients off Satori?

The data move is the easy part: export your client list, contracts and ICF log. The harder part is client communication, especially if clients pay through recurring PayPal or Stripe subscriptions you need to recreate. With Coachful, clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding.

Does Satori have a mobile app?

Its September 2026 profile notes no native mobile app. Coachful gives clients one app with your branding, under the Coachful listing, where they see programs, habits, check-ins, sessions and community.

Can I use these tools for therapy-adjacent work?

Life coaching is not mental health treatment, and none of these tools is a clinical record system. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and offers no BAA. If a client needs treatment, refer them to a licensed professional and keep clinical work in a clinical system.

Which Satori alternative is cheapest at 40 clients?

Among the paid alternatives here, CoachVantage Aha! ($59/mo) and AttractWell Starter ($69/mo, 500 contacts) list the lowest prices that cover 40 clients, as listed in October 2026. Check the caps: AttractWell Starter has no call packages, and neither tool lists daily habit tracking, so add the cost of anything you would pair with them.
