Top 7 Skool Alternatives for Health Coaches in 2026

Top 7 Skool Alternatives for Health Coaches in 2026

The best Skool alternatives for health coaches are the platforms that keep a community running while also handling what Skool leaves out: 1:1 booking, coaching agreements, intake questions, and a daily rhythm of habits and check-ins between sessions. If your clients come to you for sleep, energy, nutrition habits or stress, the community is only one part of the work. The deciding question is simple: do you want one place for the whole client journey, or a community tool plus three or four other subscriptions?

Our pick is Coachful. We make Coachful, so weigh that, but the reasoning is laid out below: it runs booking, payments, e-signed agreements, multi-week programs with habits and morning and evening check-ins, courses, a community and your website under one login, with one branded app for clients. The six other tools on this list each win a specific health-coaching situation, and we say plainly when one of them is the better fit. For the broader roundup across all coaching niches, see our Skool alternatives for coaches.

What does Skool do well for health coaches, and where do they outgrow it?

Skool is good at one thing done simply: a community feed, a classroom for courses, a calendar for live calls and gamified leaderboards in a single group. Health coaches who run a group challenge or a paid wellness membership often like it because members find the feed easy and the points system nudges participation.

Pricing is also simple. As listed in October 2026, Skool has two plans: Hobby at $9 a month with a 10% + 30¢ transaction fee, and Pro at $99 a month with 2.9% + 30¢ on transactions up to $899 and 3.9% + 30¢ above $900. Both plans include unlimited members, courses, videos and live calls. Payments run only through Skool Payments, fees are non-refundable, and each community is a separate subscription. Our Skool pricing breakdown goes through the fee maths in detail.

Skool's pricing page in October 2026.

The gaps show up when a health coach starts working with individuals. Skool's own feature set, as documented, has no 1:1 client records, intake forms, habits or check-ins. There is no custom-domain website, no funnels, no email automation and no public API. Members export to CSV (name, email, join date, membership answers), but posts, DMs and course progress do not export. On Trustpilot, Skool shows 1.6 from 54 reviews as seen in October 2026. Our full Skool review covers the rest.

In practice, health coaches outgrow Skool at five points:

  • Discovery calls and 1:1 sessions. A free 20-minute consult, then paid sessions, need a booking page with availability, buffers and reminders. Skool's calendar is for group events.
  • Agreements before the first call. Health coaches benefit from a signed agreement that states the scope of coaching. Skool has no e-signature.
  • Daily habit work. Water, steps, sleep window, vegetables at lunch: this is where results happen, and it needs per-client habits and check-ins, not a shared feed.
  • Payment options. Payment plans, coupons and your own Stripe account matter when a 12-week program costs several hundred dollars.
  • A branded front door. A website, a lead magnet such as a meal-prep guide and an email sequence are how most health coaches fill programs. Skool does not provide them.

What do health coaches actually need from a Skool replacement?

Health coaches need a tool that follows a client from first click to month three, with the daily behaviour work in the middle. A typical client journey looks like this: a lead downloads a free guide, books a discovery call, answers intake questions, signs an agreement, pays for a 12-week program, then logs habits and check-ins every day while joining a weekly group call.

Thinking of launching your coaching business?

Answer a few questions and Coachful builds it around you: your website, programs, booking and payments. Ready in minutes.

Build your platform

That journey breaks into specific needs:

  • Intake on booking. Goals, current routines, and a screening question about medical conditions or medications so you know when to ask for a doctor's clearance.
  • Programs with structure. Weekly goals and daily tasks, for example "Week 2: protein at breakfast, 10-minute walk after dinner".
  • Habits and check-ins. Morning energy and sleep ratings, evening reflection, streaks, so you can see who is slipping before the next session.
  • Nutrition and movement content. Recipes, meal plans, simple workouts, downloadable guides.
  • Community for accountability. A cohort group for each program intake, plus a feed for wins and questions.
  • Clear scope. Health coaching is not treatment. Your software should help you document what you agreed to coach, and you should refer out when a client needs a doctor, a registered dietitian or a mental health professional.

One scope note before the list. Health coaching supports behaviour change; it does not diagnose, treat or prescribe. Refer a client to their doctor when they report chest pain, fainting, unexplained weight loss, signs of disordered eating, pregnancy complications, or want to change medication. None of the tools below is a clinical record system, and Coachful is not HIPAA-certified, so if you also practise clinically, keep clinical records in a clinical system. Our SimplePractice alternatives for health coaches and Practice Better alternatives cover that side.

Which Skool alternative fits which health-coaching situation?

Ranking criteria: one login for the whole client journey, delivery between sessions (habits and check-ins), total stack cost, and setup effort including the free white-glove build.

How did we choose these seven?

We started from what health coaches leave Skool for, then checked each candidate's documented features and pricing pages. Vendor prices are as listed in October 2026. We did not run hands-on tests; where we mention user sentiment, it comes from public Trustpilot scores seen in October 2026.

We weighted four things. First, whether one login covers booking, payments, agreements, programs and community, because every extra tool is another password your clients have to remember. Second, between-session delivery: habits, daily check-ins and progress the coach can see. Third, total monthly cost at realistic client counts, including transaction fees. Fourth, how long it takes to get set up, including whether someone will build it for you.

We left out direct 1:1 practice tools here because the question is a Skool replacement, which means community has to stay. If you mainly need a practice manager, see our Paperbell alternatives page instead.

1. Coachful: best overall for health coaches who run programs and a community

Coachful wins when a health coach wants the community Skool gave them plus everything around it: booking, payment, agreements, intake, programs with daily habits, and a website. It is a coaching platform where one subscription covers all of that, with one login for you and one branded app for your clients. Our page for health coaches shows the full setup.

Daily behaviour work, not just a feed

The biggest difference from Skool is what happens between calls. In Coachful you build multi-week programs with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. A 12-week metabolic health program can open with a morning check-in on sleep and energy, a daily habit of a 10-minute walk after dinner, and a Week 3 goal of planning three home-cooked dinners. Clients see it all in their branded home, and you see who is thriving, active, quiet or at risk on the client record.

Check-ins live in coaching flows, so you can reuse a morning and evening check-in across programs rather than rebuilding them each time. Here is a short walkthrough of how check-ins work.

Community that follows enrollment

Coachful includes a community feed, group chat, direct messages and video events. When a client enrols in a program, a cohort group is created automatically, so your January gut-health cohort gets its own space without you setting it up by hand. Group calls and webinars run inside the same account. If you host a mastermind, our guide on running masterminds without Skool walks through it, and the community platform page shows the features.

Booking, agreements and payments in the same place

Booking pages handle availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendar sync. Sessions use built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links. Email reminders are standard, and SMS (24 hours before) and WhatsApp (1 hour before) reminders work once messaging is enabled. You can ask intake questions on booking, which is where a health coach puts the medical screening question.

Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and are stored on the client record, which is where a scope statement belongs (see coaching contracts). Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and Stripe Tax. Coachful has charged a 0% platform fee since August 2026, so you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing.

Content, website and email

Courses with modules, lessons, drip and completion tracking sit alongside downloads, videos, books and events, so a meal-prep guide and a stress-reset course can be bundled. Health coaches who also coach movement or food can add the Fitness & Nutrition pack: nutrition targets up to calories and macros, meal plans, recipes, food lookup and barcode scanning, private progress photos and measurements, weekly check-ins and a workout builder. The section-based website builder includes a blog, custom domain and 30 homepage templates; funnels cover booking, applications, lead magnets and checkout; email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with branching are included in your Coachful membership.

Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data. She can draft a program, write a follow-up email, summarise a recorded session and brief you before a call. Questions and planning are included; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can go to Create > We'll build it for you, describe what you need, attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. That can be a website, a lead-magnet funnel, a program, a course outline, an email sequence or a form. One recent anonymized example: a menopause and midlife health coach starting from nothing got a five-page site in sage and cream, with every button leading to a free 20-minute consultation. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. It does not cover recording videos, logo design or ad management. Read more about the free white-glove service.

Where Coachful falls short

Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not for clinical records or insurance billing. There is no PayPal and no permanent free plan. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. There is no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync, Apple Health sync is not publicly available, and there are no stock exercise videos, so you attach your own. It is not a course marketplace, so members will not discover you the way some find groups through Skool's discovery.

Pricing is a set of flat monthly plans; lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited, and monthly plans cancel in one click (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). There is a free trial. For a side-by-side, see Coachful vs Skool.

2. Kajabi: for the health coach whose business is mostly courses

Kajabi is the right call when your income comes mainly from selling courses, digital products and a membership, and 1:1 work is a small add-on. It is a course, community, website, funnel and email platform for selling knowledge products, which covers most of what Skool lacks on the marketing side.

What a wellness creator gets

A health coach selling a 6-week anti-inflammatory eating course, a recipe library and a paid community can run all three from Kajabi with a website and email sequences attached. Coaching is handled as products and communities rather than per-client plans. On Trustpilot, Kajabi shows 3.4 from 2,347 reviews, seen in October 2026.

Price and plan limits

As listed in October 2026: Basic is $179 a month ($143 a month billed annually) with 5 products, 2,500 contacts, 1 community and 0 AI credits. Growth is $249 a month ($199 annually) with 50 products, 25,000 contacts and 500 AI credits. Pro is $499 a month ($399 annually). Kajabi Payments in the US charge 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, slightly less on higher plans; other providers except PayPal add a 0.5% to 2% Kajabi fee. The standard trial is 14 days, with a card optional.

The catch for health coaches

Kajabi has no habit tracking or daily client check-ins, so the between-session accountability that drives health outcomes has to happen somewhere else. The Basic plan's 5-product limit fills quickly once you add a free guide, a course, a membership and a challenge. It also costs well above Skool Pro, so switching only makes sense if you will use the website, funnels and email. Our Kajabi alternatives for health coaches look at this trade from the other direction.

Pick it over Coachful if your business is a catalogue of courses and digital products, you do little 1:1 coaching, and you do not need clients to log habits or check-ins.

3. Mighty Networks: when a big wellness membership lives on phones

Mighty Networks suits a health coach whose core offer is a large, ongoing membership, for example a menopause support network or a walking club, where members mostly open an app on their phone. It combines community, courses and events, with Mighty-branded member apps.

Why community-first coaches like it

Compared with Skool, you get more room to structure a network: hosts, moderators, livestreams and courses in one place. Launch includes 3 hosts, 10 moderators, 200 GB storage and 20 hours a month of livestream for up to 100 attendees, as listed in October 2026. That is enough for a weekly live Q&A with a nutrition theme. Our Skool vs Mighty Networks comparison goes deeper.

October 2026 pricing

Launch is $95 a month ($79 a month annually) and Scale is $215 a month ($179 annually); Growth is listed at $354 a month billed annually. Mighty takes a platform fee of 2% on Launch, 1% on Scale and 0.5% on Growth and Mighty Pro, plus Stripe processing. There is a 14-day trial with no credit card required, and trials include Growth plan features. Trustpilot shows 3.3 from 219 reviews, seen in October 2026.

Limits worth knowing

Mighty Networks has no 1:1 scheduling, invoicing or contracts, and no per-client habits, check-ins or private coaching plans. Your own branded apps are only on the custom-priced Mighty Pro plan. For a health coach who sells 1:1 packages alongside the membership, that means a separate booking tool, a separate e-signature tool and a separate way to track daily habits.

Pick it over Coachful if you run a large membership where community is the product, 1:1 work is rare, and you want members to live inside a dedicated community app.

Which one looks like you?

Coachful builds your coaching website from a few answers, in a design chosen for your niche, with programs, booking and payments ready behind it.

Build your platform

4. Circle: a cleaner community upgrade from Skool

For health coaches who like Skool's model but want more control over spaces, events and live streams, Circle is the natural next step. It is a community platform with courses, events, live streams and paid memberships.

Circle homepage introducing its community platform with courses and events
Circle's homepage in October 2026.

Where it beats Skool

Circle lets you split a community into spaces, so a health coach can keep "Recipes", "Weekly wins", "Sleep lab" and a private space for each paid cohort apart instead of one feed. Professional includes 3 admins, 10 moderators and 2,500 AI credits a month, as listed in October 2026. Trustpilot shows 4.1 from 129 reviews, seen in October 2026. We compare the two directly on our Skool vs Circle page.

Cost, as listed

As listed in October 2026, Circle's annual-billing prices are Professional at $89 a month, Business at $199 a month and Scale at $419 a month, with custom-priced Circle Plus above that. Monthly-billing prices were not captured in our October 2026 data, so check Circle's page before you budget. Circle takes 2% on payments on Professional, 1% on Business and Scale, and 0.5% on Circle Plus, plus Stripe processing. The trial is 14 days on Professional, Business and Scale, with no card required.

What still needs another tool

Circle has no 1:1 scheduling or client management back office and no per-client habits, check-ins or coaching plans. Branded mobile apps are only on Circle Plus. A health coach on Circle typically adds a booking tool, an e-signature tool and a form tool, which moves the real monthly cost well above the plan price. See Calendly alternatives for health coaches if you go that route.

Pick it over Coachful if you mainly want a better-organised community than Skool, are happy to run 1:1 booking and agreements in other tools, and do not need daily check-ins.

5. Podia: the simple shop for a guide, a course and a few sessions

A health coach who sells a handful of things, say a free hydration guide, a $97 reset course and a few paid coaching calls, gets a straightforward storefront from Podia. It covers courses, downloads, webinars, coaching sessions and community in one simple store.

Podia homepage presenting its storefront for courses, downloads and coaching

Strengths for a small practice

Podia is easy to understand: you list products, people buy them, and there is a community attached. Selling coaching sessions is built in, which Skool does not offer. Trustpilot shows 4.1 from 153 reviews, seen in October 2026.

Plans and fees in October 2026

Mover is $49 a month ($42 annually) with 50 products, 25 community spaces and 100 email subscribers included, and a 5% Podia transaction fee. Shaker is $99 a month ($84 annually) with 150 products, 500 email subscribers, 1 assistant and 0% Podia fee. Earthquaker is $179 a month ($150 annually) with unlimited products and 1,000 email subscribers. Stripe or PayPal processing (2.9% + 30¢ standard) applies on top. The trial is 14 days with full access and no card.

Things to plan around

The email subscriber allowances are small for a health coach who grows a list with a lead magnet: 100 subscribers on Mover and 1,000 even on Earthquaker. Older profile data notes no mobile app and no native video calls, and there are no client habits, check-ins or per-client plans. You would also still need a way to collect signed agreements.

Pick it over Coachful if you sell a few digital products and the occasional session, your list is small, and you want the simplest possible storefront.

6. Stan Store: selling straight from your bio link

Stan Store is the fit for a health coach who gets clients from Instagram or TikTok and wants the bio link itself to sell a guide, a mini course and a paid call. It is a link-in-bio storefront for digital products, courses, memberships and paid calls.

Stan Store homepage showing its link-in-bio storefront for creators
Stan Store's homepage in October 2026.

Why social-first coaches use it

A follower taps your link, sees "7-Day Sugar Reset", "Grocery List Guide" and "Book a 30-minute call", and pays in a couple of taps. Stan takes 0% of sales ("keep 100% of every sale"), with standard Stripe or PayPal processing. Trustpilot shows 4.7 from 2,205 reviews, seen in October 2026.

Pricing as listed in October 2026

Creator is $29 a month ($25 annually) with unlimited products and customers in one store. Creator Pro is $99 a month ($79 annually). Email marketing, upsells, discount codes and affiliates are only on Creator Pro. There is a 14-day free trial on either plan, and the first month is charged when the trial ends.

Not a replacement for the community

Stan has no contracts, invoices or client records, and it is not a CRM. There are no programs with client tasks, habits or check-ins, and no team seats advertised. As a Skool replacement it only works if you pair it with a community tool or drop the community altogether. Our Stan Store alternatives for fitness coaches covers similar ground for movement coaches.

Pick it over Coachful if nearly all your sales start from a social bio link, you sell low-priced digital products, and you do not need a client back office.

7. Systeme.io: starting a health-coaching business on almost nothing

Systeme.io wins the scenario where money is the constraint: a new health coach who needs a funnel, a free course, email and a small community before earning anything. It is a low-cost marketing suite with funnels, email, courses, community, a blog and an affiliate program.

Systeme.io homepage presenting its funnels, email and course marketing suite
Systeme.io's homepage in October 2026.

What the free plan really includes

As listed in October 2026, the Free plan includes 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course, 500 students, 1 blog, 1 custom domain, 1 automation rule and 1 email campaign, with no credit card required. That is enough for a "5-day energy reset" email course feeding a discovery call. Systeme.io shows 4.9 from 8,696 reviews on Trustpilot, seen in October 2026.

Paid tiers

Startup is $17 a month (5,000 contacts, 10 funnels, 5 courses), Webinar is $47 a month (10,000 contacts, 50 funnels, 20 courses) and Unlimited is $97 a month. Every plan, including Free, has 0% transaction fees; only Stripe or PayPal processing applies.

Where it stops

Older profile data notes no native 1:1 scheduling with client records, habits or check-ins, and the community and course features are basic, with no branded mobile app. For a health coach, that means the actual coaching (sessions, agreements, daily accountability) happens elsewhere. It is a marketing engine more than a coaching home.

Pick it over Coachful if your budget is close to zero, you are still validating your offer, and you only need funnels, email and a basic course for now.

How do the features compare side by side?

The matrix below shows what each tool documents for the features health coaches ask about most. "No" means the feature is not listed in the vendor's documented features or our October 2026 data.

The pattern is clear. Every tool except Coachful is strong on either community or selling, and none of the others documents habits or daily check-ins, which is the part of health coaching that changes behaviour between sessions.

What does each option cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?

Here is the plan you would need at each client count, using October 2026 list prices. Community tools do not cap by client, so the figure stays flat, but they leave out booking, agreements and check-ins, which you would pay for separately.

Tool5 clients15 clients40 clientsAlso needed
CoachfulLite: $29/month for up to 5 clientsSolo: $49/month for up to 20 clientsPro: $99/month with unlimited clientsStripe or Razorpay processing only

Systeme.io Startup$17/month$17/month$17/monthBooking, agreements, check-ins

Transaction fees are where Skool gets expensive for a health coach who sells programs. As an example, on Skool Hobby a $600 program sale carries 10% + 30¢, or $60.30, in Skool fees. On Pro the same sale carries 2.9% + 30¢, or $17.70.

What do three realistic health-coaching stacks cost per month?

These three example stacks use October 2026 list prices and are illustrations, not quotes. Prices for separate booking and e-signature tools are not included because we did not verify them for this article.

StackToolsMonthly cost as listedWhat is still missing
Coachful all-in-oneCoachful for booking, agreements, programs, check-ins, community, website and emailSolo: $49/month for up to 20 clientsClinical records, if you practise clinically
Community plus storefrontMighty Networks Launch + Stan Store Creator$124/month, plus Mighty's 2% fee on community salesAgreements, intake, habits, check-ins, client records
ShoestringSkool Hobby + Systeme.io Startup$26/month, plus Skool's 10% + 30¢ on sales1:1 booking, agreements, habits, check-ins

The shoestring stack looks cheapest until the first few program sales. At 10% per sale, a health coach selling five $400 programs a month pays $201.50 in Skool fees in that example, on top of the plan prices. The community-plus-storefront stack is reasonable for creators, but the coaching itself (who is sleeping better, who skipped check-ins) still lives in a spreadsheet.

How would a health coach set this up in Coachful, step by step?

Here is how a health coach moving a 12-week "Energy Reset" program off Skool might set things up. The names and structure are an example.

  1. Request the build. From Create > We'll build it for you, describe a site with a free consultation button and a lead magnet called "The 3-Meal Energy Plan". Attach your logo, photos and existing Skool course outline.
  2. Connect Stripe. Link your own Stripe Connect account and set the program price as a one-time payment and a three-part payment plan, with a coupon for past Skool members.
  3. Create the discovery call. Set a free 20-minute booking type with a 15-minute buffer and 24-hour minimum notice. Add intake questions: main goal, current sleep and energy, and "Do you have a diagnosed condition or take medication that affects diet or exercise?"
  4. Add the agreement. Write a coaching agreement that states coaching is not medical care and lists when you will refer out. It is sent for e-signature before the first paid call.
  5. Build the program. Twelve weeks, each with one weekly goal and two or three daily tasks. Week 1: water target and a fixed wake time. Week 4: protein at breakfast. Week 8: a 20-minute walk after one meal.
  6. Attach habits and check-ins. Morning check-in (sleep hours, energy 1 to 10), evening check-in (one win, one obstacle), and habits that build streaks.
  7. Turn on the cohort. Enrollment creates the cohort group automatically; schedule a weekly group call as a video event.
  8. Move members. Export your Skool member CSV and invite members. Posts and course progress do not export from Skool, so plan a welcome post. Our Skool migration guide covers the order of operations.
  9. Watch the client list. Each week, look at who is marked quiet or at risk and message them before the next session.

Coachful also imports clients, programs and content for you during onboarding, so steps 5 and 8 may be done for you.

What mistakes do health coaches make when leaving Skool?

  • Replacing Skool with another community tool and nothing else. You will still be running booking, agreements and check-ins in separate apps.
  • Ignoring transaction fees. Compare fees at your real sales volume, not just the plan price.
  • Skipping the scope statement. Put "coaching is not medical care" and your referral criteria in the agreement and the intake, not only on the website.
  • Collecting clinical details in a coaching tool. Ask screening questions that tell you when to refer; do not store lab results or diagnoses in software that is not built for clinical records.
  • Moving members without warning. Announce the move in Skool, give a date, and tell members their post history will not come across.
  • Rebuilding everything yourself. If your platform offers a build service, use it for the site and funnel and spend your time on the program content.

Which Skool alternative should a health coach choose?

If you coach individuals or groups through behaviour change, choose Coachful: it is the only option here that documents booking, e-signed agreements, programs with habits and morning and evening check-ins, community and a website in one login, and the free white-glove build gets you set up quickly. Choose Kajabi if you are primarily a course seller, Mighty Networks or Circle if the community itself is the product, Podia or Stan Store for simple product sales, and Systeme.io if your budget is close to zero. Health coaches looking at the wider picture can also read our Skool alternatives for life coaches and Skool alternatives for fitness coaches.

In short: Coachful is a coaching platform for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions, from solo practitioners to small teams. It does not handle clinical records, PayPal or wearable sync. To start, open a free trial and request the free white-glove build.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best Skool alternative for health coaches?

For most health coaches, Coachful, because it combines a community with booking, agreements, programs, habits and daily check-ins in one login. If your business is mainly courses, Kajabi is a strong second option. If the community is the whole product, look at Mighty Networks or Circle.

Can I keep a community like Skool's in Coachful?

Yes. Coachful includes a community feed, group chat, direct messages and video events, and creates a cohort group automatically when a client enrols in a program. Coachful is not a marketplace with a Skool-style public discovery directory, so new members come from your own marketing.

Is Coachful HIPAA-compliant for health coaches?

No. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. Health coaches who also work clinically should keep clinical records in a clinical system and use Coachful for coaching.

How much does Skool cost in 2026?

As listed in October 2026, Hobby is $9 a month with a 10% + 30¢ transaction fee and Pro is $99 a month with 2.9% + 30¢ up to $899 and 3.9% + 30¢ above $900. Each community is a separate subscription and fees are non-refundable.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

On every plan, you describe what you want built, such as a website, a lead-magnet funnel, a program or an email sequence, attach up to 8 links and 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include recording videos, logo design or ad management, and it never invents credentials, testimonials or prices.

Can I move my Skool members to another platform?

You can export members to CSV with name, email, join date and membership answers. Posts, DMs and course progress do not export, so you will need to re-upload course content and tell members their history will not move.

Do any of these tools sync with Fitbit, Garmin or Apple Health?

Coachful does not offer Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync, and Apple Health sync is not publicly available. Clients log habits and check-ins directly. None of the other tools on this list documents wearable sync in our October 2026 data either.

Should health coaches screen clients before coaching?

Yes. Ask about diagnosed conditions, medications and recent symptoms at intake, and ask for a doctor's clearance or refer out when something is outside coaching scope, such as chest pain, signs of disordered eating or medication changes. Coaching supports behaviour change; it does not replace medical care.

Which option is cheapest for a new health coach?

Systeme.io has a free plan with 2,000 contacts and 0% transaction fees, and Skool Hobby is $9 a month, as listed in October 2026. Both leave out 1:1 booking, agreements and check-ins, so compare the total once you add those tools against an all-in-one plan.
