Teachable Pricing in 2026: Plans, Fees and What Coaches Pay

Teachable pricing in October 2026 starts at $39 a month for the Starter plan, or $29 a month billed annually. Builder costs $89 a month ($69 annually), Growth costs $189 a month ($139 annually), and a Custom plan is quoted by Teachable's sales team. Starter adds a 7.5% transaction fee to every sale, while Builder, Growth and Custom take 0%, and card processing through Teachable Payments (2.9% + 30¢ on US cards) applies on every plan. Once your sales pass roughly $533 a month, Builder works out cheaper than Starter. For a coach, the bigger budget question is what you still pay for beside Teachable.
Every Teachable figure in this guide is as listed on Teachable's pricing page in October 2026; the few details that come from our earlier profile of the product are marked September 2026. We make Coachful, a coaching platform, so it appears in the comparison later on, and Teachable's numbers are reported exactly as Teachable publishes them. If you already know you want to move off a course platform, our Teachable alternative page covers the switch.

How much does Teachable cost in 2026?
Teachable costs $39, $89 or $189 a month on monthly billing, or $29, $69 or $139 a month when you pay for a year, across its Starter, Builder and Growth plans. A fourth plan, Custom, has no public price, and there is no free plan.
| Plan | Monthly billing | Annual billing (per month) | Saved per year on annual | Products | Admins | Teachable fee on sales |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $39 | $29 | $120 | 5 | 1 | 7.5% |
| Builder | $89 | $69 | $240 | 10 | 1 | 0% |
| Growth | $189 | $139 | $600 | 50 | 5 | 0% |
| Custom | Quote from sales | Quote from sales | Not listed | Contact sales | Flexible seats | 0% |
Paid annually, the three self-serve plans come to $348, $828 and $1,668 for the year. Students are listed as "Unlimited" on every self-serve plan, and Starter lists up to 1TB of video. That is a change from our earlier profile of the page, which recorded active-student caps of 100, 1,000 and 5,000 on the three plans; those caps no longer appear.
On trials, the plan cards offer a 7-day free trial plus a 30-day money-back guarantee. The pricing page also shows a pop-up offering a 30-day trial on Builder with monthly billing. The page does not say whether a card is required to start either trial.

What does each Teachable plan add?
Each step up raises the product limit and adds features: Builder removes the transaction fee and adds affiliates and real-time support, Growth adds certificates, branding removal, more admins and student imports, and Custom adds a success manager and migration help.
Starter: $39 a month ($29 annually)
Starter is Teachable's entry plan. As listed in October 2026, it includes 5 products, 1 admin, students listed as "Unlimited" and up to 1TB of video. It also lists AI creation tools, iOS and Android student apps, global payments and taxes, upsells and cart recovery. The catch is the 7.5% transaction fee Teachable takes on each sale, on top of processing. Starter suits a coach testing one or two products with modest sales; past that point, the fee usually costs more than the upgrade.
Builder: $89 a month ($69 annually)
Builder doubles the product limit to 10, keeps one admin, and drops Teachable's transaction fee to 0%. It adds an affiliate program, so other people can promote your products for a commission, and real-time support. For most solo coaches who sell steadily, this is the plan that makes financial sense. The gap between Starter and Builder is $40 a month on annual billing and $50 on monthly billing, and the 7.5% Starter fee covers that gap once sales pass about $533 a month (annual) or about $667 a month (monthly).
Growth: $189 a month ($139 annually)
Growth raises the limits to 50 products and 5 admins and adds certificates, removal of Teachable branding, imported students, custom admin permissions, and free subtitles and translations. Three of these matter to coaches more than the price suggests. Imported students, which is how you bring an existing student list into your school, is listed on this plan. Removing Teachable's branding, so the school carries only your name, is listed here too. And a small team that needs more than one person managing the school lands on Growth, because Starter and Builder allow one admin each.
Custom: priced by quote
Custom has no public price; you contact sales. It adds a success manager, bulk sales, flexible seats, a sandbox school for testing changes, a priority service-level agreement and migration assistance. The feature list points at organizations selling training at volume, such as companies buying seats in bulk, rather than at a solo coach.
What fees does Teachable charge beyond the plan price?
Beyond the subscription, Teachable charges a 7.5% transaction fee on Starter only, card and PayPal processing on every plan, $15 per chargeback, and an optional BackOffice fee of 2 to 2.8% of sales. Seats are fixed by plan rather than sold one at a time, and the October 2026 page lists no overage charges for students.
| Fee | Amount (as listed in October 2026) | Applies to |
|---|---|---|
| Teachable transaction fee | 7.5% of each sale | Starter only; 0% on Builder, Growth and Custom |
| Teachable Payments, US cards | 2.9% + 30¢ per payment | Every plan |
| Teachable Payments, international cards | 3.9% + 30¢ per payment | Every plan |
| PayPal, US buyers | 3.49% + 49¢ per payment | Every plan, when the buyer pays by PayPal |
| PayPal, international buyers | 4.99% + 49¢ per payment | Every plan, when the buyer pays by PayPal |
| Chargeback | $15 per dispute | Every plan |
| BackOffice (optional add-on) | 2 to 2.8% of sales | Only if you add it |
| Admin seats | Not sold separately: 1, 1 and 5, flexible on Custom | Upgrade to get more |
| Students and video | Students "Unlimited"; Starter lists up to 1TB of video | No overage listed |
To see how these stack up, here is what a single $1,000 sale leaves you after Teachable's fees, using the October 2026 rates:
- Starter, US card: $75 transaction fee plus $29.30 processing, so you keep $895.70.
- Builder, US card: $29.30 processing, so you keep $970.70.
- Builder, international card: $39.30 processing, so you keep $960.70.
- Builder, US PayPal: $35.39 processing, so you keep $964.61.
- Builder, international PayPal: $50.39 processing, so you keep $949.61.
A chargeback happens when a buyer disputes a card payment with their bank instead of asking you for a refund. Teachable lists a $15 fee for each one. Clear refund terms on your sales page and a signed coaching agreement before the first session make disputes less likely.
BackOffice is shown on the pricing page as an optional service at 2 to 2.8% of sales, separate from the plans, so you only pay it if you turn it on. Read what it covers before adding it, because a 2% fee on $3,000 a month in sales is $60 a month.
Teachable lists global payments and taxes from Starter up. Whether you owe sales tax or VAT on courses and coaching depends on where you and your buyers are, and rules for cross-border digital sales differ between countries. Check with an accountant before relying on any platform's default tax settings.
What does a coach actually pay on Teachable?
In three illustrative practices, the monthly Teachable bill runs from about $77 to about $499, or between 4% and 17% of revenue, before the separate booking, video and check-in tools a coaching practice usually needs. The smaller the practice, the larger the share, mostly because of Starter's 7.5% fee.
These are examples, not benchmarks. They assume annual billing, US cards through Teachable Payments, one payment per client per month, and no chargebacks or BackOffice. Your own rates will differ; our guide to pricing coaching packages shows how to set them.
| Example practice | Monthly sales | Plan | Plan cost (annual billing) | Teachable fee | Processing | Teachable total per month | Tools still needed beside it |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| A. New coach: 3 clients at $150 a month | $450 (3 payments) | Starter | $29 | $33.75 | $13.95 | $76.70 (17% of sales) | Booking with calendar sync, video calls, habit and check-in tracking |
| B. Established solo coach: 12 clients at $250 a month | $3,000 (12 payments) | Builder | $69 | $0 | $90.60 | $159.60 (5.3% of sales) | Booking with calendar sync, video calls, habit and check-in tracking, per-client plans |
| C. Small team: 3 coaches, 40 clients at $300 a month | $12,000 (40 payments) | Growth (more than 1 admin) | $139 | $0 | $360.00 | $499.00 (4.2% of sales) | All of the above, plus team scheduling with per-coach availability |
On monthly billing, add $10, $20 and $50 to those totals, which gives $86.70, $179.60 and $549.00.
Two things move these numbers quickly. If Coach A stayed on Starter while growing into Coach B's $3,000 a month, the 7.5% fee alone would be $225 a month, and Starter's total of $344.60 would be more than twice the Builder total. And international buyers raise card processing from 2.9% to 3.9%: if half of Coach C's clients paid with non-US cards, processing would rise by $60 a month.
Processing is a cost on any platform, so the fair comparison is the plan, the platform fee and the tools around it. For the same three practices, Coachful's plans would be Coach A (Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients), Coach B (Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients) and, for Coach C's team, the Studio or Agency team plans (Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). Coachful takes a 0% platform fee, so processing through your own Stripe or Razorpay account is the only per-sale cost. Booking, check-ins, habits, contracts and courses are included in your Coachful membership rather than bought as separate tools.

Which tools will you still pay for beside Teachable?
Most coaches pair Teachable with a booking tool, a video-call tool and some way to track client habits and check-ins. As of our September 2026 profile, Teachable has no native scheduling or calendar sync, so coaching calls rely on outside tools such as Calendly and Zoom, and it has no client habits, daily check-ins or per-client plans.
Booking and calendar sync
A booking tool is the first extra subscription for most coaches on Teachable. Our Calendly pricing guide breaks down one common option. In Coachful, booking pages with availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection are part of the platform, along with two-way Google, Apple and Outlook calendar sync, built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet and Teams links, and email reminders. Paid sessions, session credits and intake questions on booking are there too. Our page on coaching scheduling software shows the full setup.

Habits, check-ins and per-client plans
A Teachable course delivers the same curriculum to every student. Coaching usually needs more than that: weekly goals, daily tasks, habits and a check-in that tells you who is slipping. That work typically ends up in a separate habit app, a form tool or a spreadsheet beside Teachable. Coachful builds it into the program itself, with multi-week programs, weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks.

Contracts and client records
Coaching agreements with e-signature, and a record of each client's sessions, notes and goals, are not among the plan features Teachable lists in October 2026. Coaches who need them usually add an e-signature tool and keep notes somewhere else. Price each extra tool before you compare platforms, because the total stack, not the Teachable plan alone, is your real monthly cost.
What hidden costs and gotchas come with Teachable pricing?
Most of the gotchas sit at the plan boundaries: a Starter fee that grows with your revenue, low product limits, one admin below Growth, and features such as student import, certificates and branding removal that only appear on the $189 plan.
- The Starter fee scales with you. 7.5% is $75 on every $1,000 you sell. At about $533 a month in sales on annual billing, or $667 on monthly billing, the fee equals the cost of upgrading to Builder.
- Product limits are low. Starter allows 5 products and Builder 10. A coach who sells a main program, a mini-course, a workbook, a replay bundle and a few downloads can reach 10 quickly, and the next tier is Growth's 50.
- One admin below Growth. An assistant or second coach who needs to manage the school pushes you to Growth or Custom.
- Branding removal and certificates are Growth features. If you want a school that shows only your brand, or you issue completion certificates, budget for $139 to $189 a month.
- Importing students is listed on Growth. If you plan to bring a list from another platform, confirm with Teachable what the lower plans allow before you buy.
- PayPal and international buyers cost more to process. PayPal runs 3.49% + 49¢ for US buyers and 4.99% + 49¢ internationally, against 2.9% + 30¢ for US cards.
- Chargebacks cost $15 each, on top of the disputed payment itself.
- Annual billing is a year's commitment. $348, $828 or $1,668 for the year. The 30-day money-back guarantee is your window to change your mind.
- The standard trial is short. The plan cards list 7 days; the 30-day trial appears as a pop-up offer on Builder with monthly billing.
- Leaving takes manual work. As of our September 2026 profile, students and course and sales reports export to CSV, but video content is downloaded manually and there is no bulk course export.
- Public reviews are mixed. Teachable has a Trustpilot score of 3.3 from 1,110 reviews, seen on October 25, 2026. Read the recent ones before committing to a year.
Is Teachable worth it for coaches?
Teachable is worth it for coaches whose business is mainly recorded courses and digital products sold to many students. It is a weaker fit for coaches whose income comes from 1:1 or small-group work, where booking, check-ins and per-client plans matter more than course features.
Course-first coaches and educators
If most of your revenue comes from a recorded course and you sell it steadily, Builder at $69 a month on annual billing is good value. You get 0% transaction fees, student apps on iOS and Android, upsells, cart recovery and an affiliate program. Our guides on delivering online courses without Teachable and video courses without Teachable cover the other side of that choice.
1:1 coaches
Usually not. You would pay for course features you barely use and then add booking, contracts and check-in tools on top. A platform built around client work, such as Coachful's coaching software, puts sessions, programs, payments and notes in one place. If you are still deciding how to charge, our comparison of hourly and package pricing helps.
Group program and cohort coaches
Partly. Teachable handles the curriculum well, but the weekly accountability of a cohort, such as habits and check-ins, has to come from somewhere else. In Coachful, cohort groups are created automatically when clients enroll in a program, with group chat, group calls and webinars alongside the program. See our group coaching software page, and the group coaching pricing calculator for setting the cohort price.
Health, wellness and fitness coaches
Teachable can host a course on nutrition or training, but it has no client habits, daily check-ins or per-client plans. Coachful's Fitness & Nutrition pack adds a workout builder with an illustrated exercise library, client workout logging with set history and PRs, nutrition targets, meal plans, weekly check-ins and private form-check video; coaches attach their own demo videos. Coaching is not medical treatment: work within your scope, and refer clients with symptoms, medical conditions or signs of disordered eating to a licensed clinician. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified, so it is not for clinical record-keeping. More on this on our page for health coaches.
Small coaching teams
Teachable's Growth plan gives you 5 admins for $139 a month on annual billing, but as of our September 2026 profile there is no scheduling built in, for one coach or a team. Coachful's Studio and Agency team plans add coach seats with per-coach availability, staff permissions and round-robin or least-busy assignment for shared session types. See Coachful for teams.
How does Teachable pricing compare with the alternatives?
Teachable's entry price sits in the middle of the course-platform market: LearnWorlds starts lower, Podia is close, and Kajabi and Thinkific start well above it. For coaches, the bigger difference is whether client work such as habits and check-ins is included, and in this table only Coachful includes it.
Prices are monthly billing with annual billing in brackets, as listed in October 2026. Trustpilot scores were seen on October 25, 2026.
| Platform | Entry plan | Top self-serve plan | Platform fee on sales | Habits and check-ins per client | Trial | Trustpilot |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients | 0%; only Stripe or Razorpay processing | Yes, included in your Coachful membership | A free trial | 4.5 from 21 reviews |
| Teachable | Starter $39 ($29) | Growth $189 ($139) | 7.5% on Starter; 0% above | No | 7 days, plus 30-day guarantee | 3.3 from 1,110 reviews |
| Kajabi | Basic $179 ($143) | Pro $499 ($399) | None with Kajabi Payments; 0.5 to 2% extra with other processors except PayPal | No | 14 days | 3.4 from 2,347 reviews |
| Thinkific | Start $109 ($82) | Expand $499 ($374) | 0% with Thinkific Payments; extra gateway fee with third-party gateways | No | 30 days | 1.8 from 868 reviews |
| Podia | Mover $49 ($42) | Earthquaker $179 ($150) | 5% on Mover; 0% above | No | 14 days, no card | 4.1 from 153 reviews |
| LearnWorlds | Starter $29 ($24) | Learning Center $299 ($249) | $5 per paid enrollment on Starter; none above | No | 30 days, no card | 4.8 from 423 reviews |
Coachful leads the table because it is the only platform here built around the whole client journey: booking, payments, contracts, programs with habits and check-ins, courses, community, a website with funnels and email, all under one login, with a 0% platform fee. The section below covers what it includes and what it does not.
Kajabi is the most expensive entry point here. Its Basic plan caps you at 5 products and 2,500 contacts and includes no AI credits, and using a processor other than Kajabi Payments or PayPal adds a 0.5 to 2% Kajabi fee. Coaching on Kajabi is built from products and communities rather than per-client plans. Pick it over Coachful if your business is mostly courses, community and email marketing to a large list, and you rarely need per-client programs. Our Kajabi pricing breakdown has the full fee math.

Thinkific raised prices by about 10% on August 13, 2026, and its branded mobile app is a separately priced add-on. As of our September 2026 profile, it has no built-in 1:1 scheduling, so coaching relies on external booking links. Pick it over Coachful if you sell courses to large audiences and want course tooling first, with a 30-day trial to test it.
Podia is a simple storefront for courses, downloads, webinars, coaching sessions and community. Its email subscriber allowances are small (100, 500 and 1,000 included across the three plans), and the entry Mover plan charges a 5% transaction fee. Pick it over Coachful if you want a very simple shop for a handful of digital products and do little ongoing client work.

LearnWorlds is a course and learning platform with SCORM, interactive video, a website builder and funnels. Its self-serve plans cap active learners per month, Starter charges a flat fee on each paid enrollment, and the branded mobile app is a separately priced add-on. Pick it over Coachful if you build formal training with SCORM packages or interactive video for corporate clients.

What does Coachful include for coaches weighing up Teachable?
Coachful is a coaching platform where one subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. You get one login, and your clients get one branded app. It takes a 0% platform fee on sales (since August 2026), so your only per-sale cost is Stripe or Razorpay processing in your own account.
What it is: an all-in-one coaching platform built by a company based in Tallinn, Estonia, rated 4.5 on Trustpilot from 21 reviews.
Who it is for: coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions; solo coaches growing into a small team; and coaches replacing 4 to 6 separate tools.
What it does not do: it is not HIPAA-certified (no BAA) and is not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. There is no PayPal and no permanent no-cost tier. It is not a course marketplace, it has no third-party plugins, and the client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding rather than under your own App Store account. There is no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync and no stock exercise video library.
How to start: begin with a free trial, then ask the team to build your website, funnel or first program for you through the free white-glove service described below.
Coachful uses flat monthly plans: lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited, and the Studio and Agency team plans add coach seats (Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). Monthly plans cancel in one click.
Courses and programs in the same place
Courses in Coachful have modules, lessons, drip release and completion tracking, and sit alongside downloads, videos, books, AI tools, events and bundles, all delivered into the client's branded home and app. There are 48 course templates with quizzes and more than 40 ready-to-film program templates to start from. Our online course platform for coaches page covers the course side in more detail.

The difference from a course platform is that a course can sit inside a coaching program, next to weekly goals, daily tasks, habits and check-ins. This short walkthrough shows how programs are built and delivered:

Client records and payments
Each client record holds goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, with an AI briefing per client and a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and are stored on the client record.

Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and Stripe Tax, with an invoice per transaction plus manual invoices. See coaching payment software for the details.

Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data: it builds programs, drafts emails and content, summarizes recorded sessions and briefs you before sessions. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. More on our AI coaching assistant page.
If you are moving from Teachable, your clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, and you can export your full client data as a ZIP at any point.
Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can open Create > We'll build it for you · FREE, describe what you need, and the Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. That can be a website, a funnel, an offer or sales page, a program, a course outline with written material, an email sequence, a form, a lead quiz, an event page or an automation. You can attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as logos, photos, brand guides and copy. Nothing gets invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. It does not cover recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing.
In recent anonymized builds, a somatic coach leaving Kajabi had the homepage and About page rebuilt and the contact form connected, and a business mentor for beauty professionals got a 12-week mentorship sales page, a start-up-guide lead funnel and rewritten follow-up emails. Read how the white-glove service works.

How can you pay less for Teachable?
The biggest savings come from billing annually once you are sure, moving to Builder as soon as your sales justify it, and steering buyers toward lower-cost payment methods.
- Pay annually once you are sure. Annual billing saves $120 on Starter, $240 on Builder and $600 on Growth each year. Use the trial and the 30-day guarantee to decide first.
- Move to Builder at about $533 a month in sales. Past that point on annual billing (about $667 on monthly), the 7.5% Starter fee costs more than the upgrade.
- Ask about the 30-day Builder trial. The pricing page shows it as a pop-up offer on Builder with monthly billing, which gives you a longer test than the 7-day trial.
- Bundle small products. Folding a workbook and call replays into your main course can keep you within Builder's 10 products instead of paying for Growth.
- Favor cards over PayPal. On a $500 sale from a US buyer, card processing is $14.80 and PayPal is $17.94.
- Prevent chargebacks. Each one costs $15. Clear refund terms and a signed agreement before the first session help.
- Skip BackOffice unless you need it. At 2 to 2.8% of sales, it nearly doubles your per-sale cost on Builder, where US card processing is 2.9% + 30¢.
- Price your offers for the full stack. Platform and tool costs belong in your rates. Our coaching pricing audit and value-based pricing guides show how to account for them.
- Add up the tools around it. If you pay for Teachable plus booking, e-signature and a check-in app, compare that total with one coaching platform such as Coachful, where those are included in the membership.
Frequently asked questions about Teachable pricing
How much does Teachable cost per month in 2026?
As listed in October 2026, Starter costs $39 a month, Builder $89 and Growth $189 on monthly billing. Annual billing lowers those to $29, $69 and $139 a month. Custom pricing comes from Teachable's sales team.
Does Teachable have a free plan or a free trial?
There is no free plan. The plan cards offer a 7-day free trial plus a 30-day money-back guarantee, and the pricing page also shows a pop-up offering a 30-day trial on Builder with monthly billing. The page does not say whether a card is required.
What is Teachable's transaction fee?
Teachable takes 7.5% of each sale on Starter and 0% on Builder, Growth and Custom. Payment processing is separate and applies on every plan: 2.9% + 30¢ for US cards and 3.9% + 30¢ for international cards through Teachable Payments.
When is Builder worth it over Starter?
Builder becomes cheaper than Starter once your sales pass about $533 a month on annual billing, or about $667 a month on monthly billing. Above that, the 7.5% Starter fee costs more than the price difference between the two plans. Builder also doubles the product limit to 10 and adds an affiliate program.
Does Teachable limit the number of students?
The October 2026 pricing page lists students as "Unlimited" on every self-serve plan. Our earlier profile recorded active-student caps of 100, 1,000 and 5,000, which no longer appear. The limits that remain are products (5, 10 and 50) and admins (1, 1 and 5).
How much does PayPal cost on Teachable?
PayPal payments cost 3.49% + 49¢ for US buyers and 4.99% + 49¢ for international buyers, as listed in October 2026. That is higher than card processing, so a $500 PayPal sale from a US buyer costs about $3 more to process than the same sale on a US card.
Does Teachable include scheduling for coaching calls?
As of our September 2026 profile, Teachable has no native scheduling or calendar sync, so coaching calls rely on outside tools such as Calendly and Zoom. Budget for those on top of your Teachable plan.
What is Coachful's free white-glove service?
It is a build service on every Coachful plan. You describe a website, funnel, sales page, program, course outline, email sequence or similar, attach up to 8 links and 10 files, and the team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include recording videos, logo design or ad management, and nothing is invented for you.
Is Coachful a better-value option than Teachable for coaches?
It depends on your stack. If you would otherwise pay for Teachable plus separate booking, contract and check-in tools, Coachful replaces them with one membership and takes a 0% platform fee. Compare the worked examples above with Coachful's plans (Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients).
Can I move my courses and students off Teachable?
Yes, though it takes some manual work. As of our September 2026 profile, Teachable exports students and course and sales reports to CSV, but video content has to be downloaded manually and there is no bulk course export. If you move to Coachful, your clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding.
