7 Best WithMe Alternatives (2026 Guide)

7 Best WithMe Alternatives (2026 Guide)

The best WithMe alternatives depend on one question: do you mainly sell content to an audience, or do you coach specific people through a program? WithMe is built for the first job. It is a creator platform for courses, memberships, communities, digital products, email and Instagram comment-to-DM, with coaching added as products you sell. If most of your income comes from clients you see every week or every month, you need software that books the session, collects the payment, signs the agreement and keeps the client moving between calls.

For that second group, our pick is Coachful. It puts booking, payments, contracts, programs with habits and check-ins, courses, community, a website and email behind one login, and gives each client one branded app. Below we rank seven tools, show what each costs at 5, 15 and 40 clients, and walk through a full setup. We make Coachful, so weigh our ranking with that in mind; every competitor fact comes from the vendor's own pages as listed in October 2026.

What do coaches need from WithMe alternatives?

Coaches need software that follows a client from first contact to finished program, not only a place to sell a product. In practice that breaks into five jobs, and most creator platforms cover two or three of them.

  1. Getting booked. A booking page with availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, synced both ways with the calendar you already use, plus reminders so people show up.
  2. Getting paid and agreed. One-time payments, subscriptions and payment plans, invoices, and a coaching agreement signed before the first call. The agreement sets scope: what coaching is, what it is not, cancellation terms and confidentiality.
  3. Delivering between sessions. Weekly goals, daily tasks, habits and check-ins that clients actually see, so the work continues after the call ends.
  4. Knowing who needs you. A client record that holds notes, intake answers, sessions, payments and progress, and flags who has gone quiet.
  5. Running groups and content. Courses, a community, cohort groups and group calls for the program you sell alongside one-to-one work.

WithMe covers part of this. Its Coaching Call products book sessions through Google Calendar and Google Meet or Zoom, and clients pay before choosing a time. Its 1:1 Coaching products are ongoing coaching by messages, goals and resources, with no call booking attached. Contracts and a coach-side client record are not documented on its site. That split works for a creator adding a paid call to a course business; it gets awkward for a coach whose whole business is the relationship.

Scope matters too. Coaching is not therapy, medical care or financial advice. If your niche touches health, fitness or nutrition, your agreement should say so, your intake should ask about red flags (new chest pain, fainting, a diagnosed condition, pregnancy, an eating disorder history), and anyone who reports one should get clearance from their doctor before you continue. Clinical records belong in a clinical system, not in any of the tools below.

Thinking of launching your coaching business?

Answer a few questions and Coachful builds it around you: your website, programs, booking and payments. Ready in minutes.

Build your platform

How did we choose these seven tools?

We pictured one realistic coach and asked which tool would run that practice with the fewest add-ons. The example coach has 15 one-to-one clients on monthly payments, plus one eight-week group program for 12 people that starts every quarter. They currently sell a short self-paced course and use Instagram to bring in leads. This is an illustration, not a real customer.

For that coach, each tool was scored against the four criteria above:

  • One login for the whole client journey. Can a lead book, pay, sign, join the program and reach the community without being sent to a second product?
  • Between-session delivery. Does the client see tasks, habits and check-ins, and does the coach see who is slipping?
  • Total stack cost. What does the tool cost once you add the scheduler, e-signature tool or email tool it lacks, plus any platform fee on sales?
  • Setup effort. How long until the business is live, and does anyone help you build it?

We read each vendor's pricing page, plan limits and help documentation, and checked public reviews where a meaningful number exist. We did not run paid accounts on every tool, so where a vendor does not document a feature, we say so rather than guess. We kept WithMe-style tools in view (course and community platforms, link-in-bio stores) because many people searching for WithMe alternatives want a similar product with better coaching support, not a clinical practice manager.

Where does WithMe itself stand in October 2026?

WithMe, made by FitWith LTD, has one plan called All-in-One Creator Hub. The price every source agrees on is $25 per month billed yearly, which is $300 a year. The month-to-month price is disputed on WithMe's own site: the pricing page shows $29 per month, while its help center says new trials since August 11, 2026 pay $49 per month. Check which one you are quoted before you commit. There is a 14-day trial that requires a credit card, no free plan, and 0% WithMe commission on sales (Stripe fees still apply, and PayPal works through Stripe).

Two costs sit outside that plan. AI credits are bought separately with no published price, and a custom-branded app is a paid extra, also without a published price. Without it, clients use the WithMe-branded iOS and Android app. Extra people get admin logins, but there is no per-seat pricing or multi-coach tooling. Data export is not documented. On Trustpilot, WithMe showed 3.8 from just 2 reviews in October 2026, which is too few to tell you much.

1. Coachful: the best WithMe alternative for coaches who run programs

Coachful is the strongest choice when your business is clients, not just catalog sales. One subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. You log in once; each client gets one app carrying your branding.

A laptop and phone on a kitchen counter showing a client's coaching hub and habit tracker
Coachful's client coaching hub on a laptop and the Growing Habits tracker on a phone, both with demo data.

What Coachful is, in one paragraph. Coachful is a coaching platform for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions: solo coaches, coaches growing into a small team, and anyone replacing four to six separate tools. It is not HIPAA-certified, has no PayPal, has no permanent free plan, and its client app runs under the Coachful listing with your branding rather than your own App Store account. To start, open a free trial and ask the team to build your site, funnel or program for you at no charge.

How booking and payments work

Booking pages handle availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, and sync both ways with Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendars. Each session gets built-in video or an auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams link. Reminders go out by email, and once messaging is enabled, by SMS 24 hours ahead and WhatsApp one hour ahead. You can sell paid sessions or session credits and ask intake questions at booking. Unlike WithMe's pay-then-pick flow, the booking, intake and agreement all land on the same client record.

Money runs through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and Stripe Tax. Every transaction gets an invoice, and you can raise manual invoices. Since August 2026 Coachful takes a 0% platform fee, so you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and stay on the client record (see coaching contracts).

What clients do between sessions

This is the part WithMe's 1:1 product leaves thin. Coachful programs run for as many weeks as you set, each with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars, and streaks. The client opens the app and sees today's work. You see a client record with goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, plus a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk, so you know who to message before they drift.

Group work sits in the same place. Enrolling someone in a program can create its cohort group automatically, with a community feed, group chat, direct messages, video events, group calls and webinars. Courses support modules, lessons, drip release and completion tracking, and you can also deliver downloads, videos, books, AI tools, events and bundles into the client's branded home. More on group delivery is on our group coaching software page.

Here is a short walkthrough of how a client moves through a coaching journey in Coachful:

Marketing, Instagram and AI

If WithMe's Instagram comment-to-DM is the feature you would miss, Coachful has an equivalent. Instagram automations trigger on a DM, a comment on a post (optionally only with chosen keywords), a story reply, a mention, or a new follower where Meta supports it, and can send a DM, reply publicly, send a DM with buttons, or send an AI-written reply. Someone comments a keyword, gets your booking link or lead magnet, and lands in the same lead and client records. A social planner schedules posts to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Threads and YouTube from one calendar.

The website builder is section based, with a blog, custom domain, SEO settings, 30 designed homepage templates and an Import website option. Booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels carry pixels and UTM tracking, and email covers lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data: it drafts programs and emails, summarizes recorded sessions, and briefs you before each call (see the AI coaching assistant). Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. If you hold or want an ICF credential, Coachful counts coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports a client coaching log (ICF hour tracking).

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can go to Create and choose "We'll build it for you · FREE", describe what you want, attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as logos, photos and copy, and the Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. That can be a website, funnel, sales page, program, course outline and written material, email sequence, link in bio, lead quiz, form or automation. Nothing gets invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. It does not cover recording videos, logo design or running ads. One recent example: a somatic coach leaving Kajabi had the homepage and About page rebuilt and the contact form connected. Your clients, programs and content are also imported for you during onboarding. Read more about the free white-glove service.

Limits to know. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and offers no BAA, so it is not for clinical records or insurance billing. There is no PayPal, no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync, no Salesforce or HubSpot integration, and no third-party plugin marketplace. The affiliate program tracks links, clicks, conversions and revenue, but payouts are recorded manually rather than sent by Coachful.

Price: flat monthly plans, with lower plans capping client numbers and Pro unlimited (Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). Monthly plans cancel in one click.

2. Kajabi: is it worth the jump from WithMe?

Kajabi is the most complete content business platform here, and the most expensive. It suits a coach whose revenue leans toward courses, a community and a big email list rather than weekly one-to-one work.

Kajabi homepage promoting its course, community and website platform for creators
Kajabi's homepage in October 2026.

Kajabi bundles courses, a community, a website, funnels and email marketing. As listed in October 2026, Basic is $179 per month or $143 per month billed yearly, with 5 products, 2,500 contacts, 1 community, 1 website, 2 admin users and no AI credits. Growth is $249 per month ($199 yearly) with 50 products, 25,000 contacts, 11 admin users and 500 AI credits. Pro is $499 per month ($399 yearly). Kajabi Payments in the US charges 2.9% plus 30 cents on Basic, dropping slightly on higher plans; using another provider (other than PayPal) adds a Kajabi fee of 2%, 1% or 0.5% depending on plan. The trial runs 14 days.

For coaches, the gap is the same one WithMe has. Kajabi has no habit tracking or daily client check-ins, and coaching is handled as products and communities rather than per-client plans. Booking, agreements and a per-client progress view are not its focus. Basic's limit of 5 products also fills quickly once you list a course, a membership, a group program and a couple of coaching offers. On Trustpilot it showed 3.4 from 2,347 reviews in October 2026. We cover more options in Kajabi alternatives for life coaches.

Pick it over Coachful if courses and a large email list are most of your revenue, you rarely run one-to-one programs, and you want the broadest course and marketing toolkit even at a higher monthly cost.

3. Stan Store: the closest match on price

Stan Store is the nearest like-for-like swap if you liked WithMe's simplicity and price. It is a link-in-bio storefront for digital products, courses, memberships and paid calls.

Stan Store homepage promoting its link-in-bio storefront for creators
Stan Store's homepage in October 2026.

As listed in October 2026, Creator costs $29 per month or $25 per month billed yearly, with unlimited products and customers on one store. Creator Pro costs $99 per month or $79 billed yearly. Stan takes 0% of sales; Stripe or PayPal processing applies. There is a 14-day trial, after which the first month is charged. On Trustpilot it showed 4.7 from 2,205 reviews.

Stan's catch is that the features coaches lean on most sit on the higher plan. Email marketing, upsells, discount codes and affiliates are only on Creator Pro. It has no contracts, invoices or client records and is not a CRM. There are no programs with client tasks, habits or check-ins, and no team seats are advertised. A coach with 15 monthly clients would sell the calls on Stan and then manage the relationship somewhere else. Our Stan Store alternatives guide goes deeper.

Pick it over Coachful if you sell mainly from Instagram or TikTok, your offers are calls and downloads rather than multi-week programs, and the lowest possible monthly bill matters more than client management.

Which one looks like you?

Coachful builds your coaching website from a few answers, in a design chosen for your niche, with programs, booking and payments ready behind it.

4. Podia: a simpler storefront with coaching sessions

Podia sells courses, downloads, webinars, coaching sessions and community from one storefront. It is easy to set up, and the 14-day trial needs no card.

Podia homepage promoting its storefront for courses, downloads and coaching
Podia's homepage in October 2026.

Pricing as listed in October 2026: Mover at $49 per month ($42 billed yearly) with 50 products, 25 community spaces and 100 email subscribers included, plus a 5% Podia fee on sales. Shaker at $99 per month ($84 yearly) raises that to 150 products and 500 email subscribers with 0% Podia fee. Earthquaker at $179 per month ($150 yearly) removes product limits and includes 1,000 email subscribers. Stripe or PayPal processing comes on top.

Those email allowances are small for a coach who markets through a newsletter. Podia also has no mobile app and no native video calls (according to an older profile of the product), and nothing for client habits, check-ins or per-client plans. If you were happy with WithMe's courses but wanted a cleaner storefront, Podia fits; if you wanted better client follow-through, it does not add much. Trustpilot showed 4.1 from 153 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if you want a plain storefront for a few products and occasional sessions, you do not need a client app, and you can keep your list under Podia's included subscriber numbers.

5. Systeme.io: what do you get on a free plan?

Systeme.io is the budget pick: a marketing suite with funnels, email, courses, a community, a blog and an affiliate program, and a free plan that never expires.

Systeme.io homepage promoting its all-in-one funnel, email and course tool
Systeme.io's homepage in October 2026.

As listed in October 2026, the Free plan includes 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course, 500 students, 1 blog, 1 custom domain, 1 automation rule and 1 email campaign. Startup costs $17 per month (5,000 contacts, 10 funnels, 5 courses), Webinar $47 per month and Unlimited $97 per month. There are 0% transaction fees on every plan, only Stripe or PayPal processing, and no card is needed to sign up. Trustpilot showed 4.9 from 8,696 reviews.

Where it falls short for coaches: according to an older profile, it has no native one-to-one scheduling tied to client records, and no habits or check-ins. Community and course features are basic, and there is no branded mobile app. That means a practice like our example coach's would add a scheduler and an e-signature tool on top, which narrows the price gap. It also shifts more setup work onto you, since you are wiring separate products together.

Pick it over Coachful if you are pre-revenue, mostly need funnels and email to build a list, and are comfortable running sessions through a separate booking tool for now.

6. Mighty Networks: for coaches whose product is the community

Mighty Networks makes sense when the group is the offer: a paid community with courses and live events, with member apps on iOS and Android.

Mighty Networks homepage promoting its community and course platform
Mighty Networks's homepage in October 2026.

The October 2026 pricing page lists Launch at $95 per month ($79 billed yearly) with 3 hosts and 20 hours of livestreaming per month, Scale at $215 per month ($179 yearly), and Growth at $354 per month billed yearly. Mighty takes a platform fee on sales of 2% on Launch, 1% on Scale and 0.5% on Growth, plus Stripe processing. The 14-day trial needs no card and includes Growth features. Trustpilot showed 3.3 from 219 reviews.

Its limits mirror its strengths. There is no one-to-one scheduling, invoicing or contracts, and no private per-client plans, habits or check-ins. Member apps carry Mighty's branding unless you move to the custom-priced Mighty Pro, which is a similar trade-off to WithMe's paid custom app. For wellness coaches weighing this route, see our Mighty Networks alternatives for wellness coaches.

Pick it over Coachful if nearly all your revenue is a membership community, you rarely coach individuals, and livestreamed events are the center of what members pay for.

7. Skool: cheap to start, costly in fees

Skool combines a community, a classroom and a calendar in one group, with gamified leaderboards to keep members posting. It is quick to launch and very cheap at the entry level.

Skool homepage promoting its community, classroom and calendar platform
Skool's homepage in October 2026.

As listed in October 2026, Hobby costs $9 per month ($7.50 billed yearly) and Pro costs $99 per month ($82.50 billed yearly), both with unlimited members, courses, videos and live calls. The fees are where the plans differ: Hobby takes 10% plus 30 cents on every transaction, while Pro takes 2.9% plus 30 cents up to $899 and 3.9% plus 30 cents above $900. Payments only run through Skool Payments, and fees are non-refundable. On Trustpilot it showed 1.6 from 54 reviews.

Skool has no custom-domain website, funnels, email automation or public API, and nothing for one-to-one client records, intake forms, habits or check-ins. On Hobby, a coach selling 15 monthly packages would hand over a tenth of that revenue to fees, which quickly outweighs the low subscription.

Pick it over Coachful if you run a single low-priced community, want leaderboards to drive participation, and do not need a website, email sequences or one-to-one coaching tools.

Which features does each WithMe alternative include?

What will each tool cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?

Most of these tools do not price by client count, so the platform bill barely moves as you grow; what changes is the fee on sales and the tools you bolt on. The figures below are each vendor's listed plan price in October 2026 (yearly billing shown as a monthly figure where offered), before card processing.

Tool5 clients15 clients40 clientsWhat you would still add
CoachfulLite: $29/month for up to 5 clientsSolo: $49/month for up to 20 clientsPro: $99/month with unlimited clientsNothing for this scenario; 0% platform fee

Skool$7.50/mo yearly + 10% and 30 cents per sale (Hobby)$82.50/mo yearly (Pro)$82.50/mo yearlyWebsite, email, scheduler, agreements

The fee lines matter more than they look. As an example, if 15 clients each pay $300 a month, that is $4,500 in monthly sales; a 2% platform fee is $90 a month and a 10% fee is $450, on top of card processing. Run your own numbers with your real prices before comparing subscriptions.

How do you set up a WithMe-style coaching business in Coachful?

You can rebuild the example practice (15 monthly clients, one quarterly group program, one course and Instagram lead flow) yourself, or ask the team to build it for you. Here is the order that works.

A laptop on a walnut desk showing an enrolled group program view
Coachful's Programs view on a laptop, showing a demo group program, its current week and members.
  1. Request the build. Open Create, choose the free white-glove build, and attach your current WithMe links, your logo and your course outline. Ask for a website, a booking funnel for a free consult, and your group program. Clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, so send your client list and course files too.
  2. Connect payments and calendar. Connect your Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, then sync Google, Apple/iCloud or Outlook. Set availability, buffers and minimum notice on your booking page.
  3. Create your offers. Make a monthly one-to-one offer as a subscription with session credits, a payment plan for the eight-week group program, and a one-time price for the course. Add a coupon for past WithMe buyers if you want to reward them for moving.
  4. Attach your agreement. Upload your coaching agreement so new clients e-sign it before the first call. Include your scope line and referral terms.
  5. Build the program. Set weekly goals, daily tasks, two or three habits, and morning and evening check-ins. Start from one of the 40-plus program templates if you prefer, or let Michelle draft a first version from your outline.
  6. Turn on the cohort. Link the group program to a cohort group so everyone who enrolls lands in the same chat and community space, and schedule the weekly group call.
  7. Rebuild your Instagram flow. Connect your Instagram professional account and add an automation: a comment with your keyword sends a DM with the consult booking link.
  8. Write the welcome sequence. Add a short email sequence that triggers on purchase and points clients to the app.

What the client experiences. A follower comments your keyword on a post and gets a DM with the booking link. They pick a time in their own time zone, answer your intake questions, and get an email reminder plus SMS or WhatsApp reminders if you have turned messaging on. After the consult, they pay for the monthly package with Apple Pay or a card, sign the agreement, and open one app with your branding. Each morning they see their tasks and a short check-in; each week they see that week's goal. Their notes from you, upcoming sessions, course and group chat all live in the same place. You see their streaks and status, and Michelle briefs you before each session.

What mistakes should you avoid when leaving WithMe?

The biggest risks are losing client history and breaking your lead flow mid-switch. Avoid these:

  • Assuming you can export everything. WithMe does not document a data export. Before you cancel, download what you can: customer lists, purchase history, course files and message threads you need to keep.
  • Comparing the wrong WithMe price. The yearly rate is $25 per month, but the monthly price shows as $29 on the pricing page and $49 for new trials in the help center. Compare like with like.
  • Forgetting the Instagram automation. If comment-to-DM brings in your leads, rebuild it in the new tool and test it before you switch the old one off.
  • Cancelling before active clients move. Run both tools for one billing cycle. Move one-to-one clients at a natural break, such as the start of a new month.
  • Choosing on subscription price alone. A cheap plan plus a 10% fee, a separate scheduler and an e-signature tool can cost more than one complete platform.
  • Storing clinical notes in a coaching tool. None of these tools is a medical record system. If you coach health or fitness, keep within coaching scope and refer clients to a doctor or licensed therapist when something is outside it.

Which WithMe alternative should you choose?

Choose Coachful if you coach people one to one or in groups and want booking, payments, agreements, programs, community and your website in one login, with a free build to get you live. It is the only tool here that tracks habits and check-ins per client, and the one most likely to replace your whole stack. Our coaching software overview explains the full product.

If you are mostly a course creator, Kajabi is the fuller (and pricier) content platform. If you mainly sell from a link in bio and want the closest match to WithMe's price, Stan Store fits. Podia suits a simple storefront, Systeme.io a zero-budget start, Mighty Networks a community-first business, and Skool a low-cost gamified group. For more comparisons, see our comparison hub.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best WithMe alternative for coaches?

For coaches who work with clients one to one or in groups, Coachful is our pick because it combines booking, payments, agreements, programs with habits and check-ins, courses and community in one login. If you mainly sell courses, Kajabi is stronger on content and marketing. If you want a similar price and a link-in-bio store, Stan Store is the closest match.

How much does WithMe cost in 2026?

WithMe lists one plan at $25 per month billed yearly ($300 a year). The monthly price is inconsistent on its own site: the pricing page shows $29, while the help center says new trials since August 11, 2026 pay $49. AI credits and a custom-branded app cost extra, with no published prices.

Is Coachful's white-glove build really free?

Yes. The white-glove build is free on every plan: you describe what you want, attach references and files, and the Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. It covers things like websites, funnels, programs, course outlines and email sequences, but not video recording, logo design or ad management.

Can I move my WithMe clients and courses to another platform?

Yes, but plan for it, because WithMe does not document a data export. Save customer lists, course files and any notes before cancelling. In Coachful, clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding.

Does Coachful have Instagram comment-to-DM like WithMe?

Yes. Coachful's Instagram automations can trigger on a comment (optionally only when it contains chosen keywords), a DM, a story reply, a mention or a new follower where Meta supports it. The action can send a DM, reply publicly, send a DM with buttons, or send an AI-written reply that uses one AI credit.

Will my clients get an app with my branding?

In Coachful, clients use one app that carries your branding, published under the Coachful listing rather than your own App Store account. In WithMe, clients use the WithMe-branded app unless you pay extra for a custom-branded one.

Which WithMe alternative is cheapest?

Systeme.io has a free plan and Skool's Hobby plan starts at $7.50 per month billed yearly, but Skool takes 10% plus 30 cents per sale on that plan, and neither includes one-to-one scheduling with client records. Count fees and add-on tools, not just the subscription.

Is Coachful suitable for health or fitness coaches?

Yes for coaching, with limits. Coachful offers a Fitness & Nutrition pack with a workout builder, nutrition targets, meal plans and progress photos (see fitness and nutrition), but it is not HIPAA-certified, so clinical records belong in a clinical system. Coaching is not treatment; refer clients to a doctor when they report symptoms or conditions.

Does Coachful take a fee on my sales?

No. Since August 2026 Coachful takes a 0% platform fee; you pay only your Stripe or Razorpay processing. Payments go into your own account.

Can I try Coachful before paying?

Yes, there is a free trial, and monthly plans cancel in one click. You can request a white-glove build during setup so your site or program is ready while you decide.
