WithMe Pricing in 2026: Plans, Fees and What Coaches Pay

As of October 2026, WithMe pricing comes down to one plan, the All-in-One Creator Hub, at $25 a month billed yearly ($300 a year). The monthly price is less clear: WithMe's pricing page lists $29 a month, while its own help center says new trials started on or after August 11, 2026 pay $49 a month. There is no free plan, the 14-day trial needs a credit card, and WithMe takes 0% of your sales, so Stripe's processing fees are the only cut of each payment.
That makes WithMe one of the cheaper creator platforms on paper. The real question for a coach is what the plan leaves out: contracts, invoicing, structured client programs, multi-coach tools and a documented way to export your data. This guide walks through every price, every fee, what a coach pays at three sizes, and when a different platform gives you more for the money. We make Coachful, so we compare it directly, and we stick to what each vendor documents publicly.
How much does WithMe cost in 2026?
WithMe costs $300 a year if you pay annually, which works out to $25 a month. Every WithMe source we checked agrees on that yearly figure, so it is the safest number to budget with.
The monthly figure is where the confusion starts. As listed in October 2026, the public pricing page shows $29 a month for monthly billing. WithMe's help center says that from August 11, 2026, new trials moving to monthly billing pay $49 a month. Both pages belong to WithMe, and they disagree. Until WithMe reconciles them, assume the higher number applies to a new monthly account and confirm it on the checkout screen before your trial ends.
- Yearly: $300 a year ($25 a month equivalent).
- Monthly: $29 a month on the pricing page, or $49 a month for new trials since August 11, 2026 according to the help center.
- Free plan: none.
- Free trial: 14 days, credit card required.
- WithMe commission on sales: 0%. You pay Stripe's processing fees.
- Paid extras with no published price: a custom-branded app and AI credits.

What plans does WithMe offer?
WithMe sells a single plan. There are no tiers, so a coach with three clients and a creator with three thousand customers pay the same subscription; the differences show up in add-ons and processing fees.
| Plan | Monthly billing | Yearly billing | Limits and notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| All-in-One Creator Hub | $29/mo on the pricing page; $49/mo for new trials since Aug 11, 2026 per the help center | $25/mo, billed as $300/year | The only plan. 14-day trial with a card. AI credits and a custom-branded app cost extra, with no published price. |
| Free plan | Not offered | Not offered | No permanent free tier. |
A single plan is easy to understand, but it also means there is no cheaper tier for testing the waters and no higher tier that adds team features. If you outgrow what the plan does, the path is to add other tools, not to upgrade.
What does the All-in-One Creator Hub include?
WithMe is a creator platform from FitWith LTD for selling courses, memberships, communities and digital products, with email marketing and Instagram comment-to-DM automation. Coaching is one product type inside it, and WithMe documents two forms of it.

Coaching Call products
These book sessions through Google Calendar with Google Meet, or through Zoom. WithMe documents that clients pay before choosing a time, which suits paid single sessions and discovery calls with a price attached. It is less suited to packages where a client books six calls over three months against a credit balance, because the flow is built around pay-then-book for each product.
1:1 Coaching products
This is ongoing coaching by messages, goals and resources, with no call booking attached. It works for text-based accountability coaching. If you want both messaging and booked calls for the same client, you set up two products and the client moves between them.
Courses, memberships, community and digital products
This is the core of the plan and where WithMe competes with tools like Stan Store, Podia and Kajabi. Clients reach purchased content through the WithMe-branded iOS and Android app.
Email and Instagram comment-to-DM
Email marketing and Instagram comment-to-DM are part of the plan. For coaches who sell from Instagram, the comment-to-DM feature is one of the main reasons to look at WithMe.
What the plan does not cover
Based on what WithMe documents, the plan does not include e-signature coaching agreements, per-client invoicing, multi-week programs with habits and daily check-ins, per-seat team plans or multi-coach scheduling. Extra people get admin logins, but there is no per-seat pricing or tooling for running several coaches. WithMe does not document a data export, which matters if you ever need to move.
What fees does WithMe charge on top of the plan?
WithMe takes no commission on sales. Your main extra cost is Stripe processing, followed by two add-ons that WithMe does not price publicly.
| Fee type | WithMe, as listed in October 2026 | What it means for a coach |
|---|---|---|
| Transaction fee (platform commission) | 0% | WithMe does not take a percentage of client payments. |
| Payment processing | Stripe fees only; PayPal works through Stripe | Stripe's rate depends on your country and card type. Check Stripe's pricing for your region. |
| Custom-branded app | Paid add-on, no published price | The standard client app carries WithMe's branding. Ask sales for a quote before you promise clients your own app. |
| AI credits | Bought separately, no published price | Budget for this only if you plan to rely on AI writing tools inside WithMe. |
| Overages | None documented | No published contact, product or student caps on the single plan. |
| Extra seats | No per-seat pricing; extra people get admin logins | Cheap for adding an assistant, but there are no tools for several coaches with their own calendars and clients. |
The processing fee is the cost that grows with your business. Here is an illustration using 2.9% + 30¢ per payment, the standard US card rate several course platforms quote for Stripe. Your own rate may differ.
| Example monthly sales | Example payments per month | Estimated Stripe processing | WithMe commission |
|---|---|---|---|
| $1,500 | 10 | About $46.50 | $0 |
| $5,000 | 25 | About $152.50 | $0 |
| $12,000 | 60 | About $366 | $0 |
These are examples, not quotes. Processing applies on nearly every platform that uses Stripe, so it rarely decides between tools. Platform commissions and add-ons do.
What does a coach actually pay for WithMe?
For the platform alone, a WithMe coach pays $300 a year on annual billing, at any size. The total cost of running a coaching practice is higher, because most coaches need tools for contracts, invoicing and client tracking beside it.
The table below uses three example practices: a new coach with 5 clients, a growing coach with 20, and an established coach with 50 clients plus a course. The extra tools column lists what each setup still needs, not a dollar estimate, since those prices depend on the tools you pick.
| Platform | New coach, 5 clients | Growing coach, 20 clients | Established coach, 50 clients + course | Tools still needed beside it |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients | None for booking, contracts, invoicing, programs, courses, community, website or email. Stripe or Razorpay processing only. |
| WithMe, yearly | $300/year | $300/year | $300/year | E-signature tool for agreements, invoicing, a client-records or CRM tool, and a program or habit tracker if you coach between sessions |
| WithMe, monthly at $29 | $348/year | $348/year | $348/year | Same as above |
| WithMe, monthly at $49 | $588/year | $588/year | $588/year | Same as above, plus a scheduling tool if you sell session packages |
Two things stand out. First, the gap between yearly and monthly billing is either $48 or $288 a year depending on which WithMe page is right, so yearly billing is the obvious choice once you are sure. Second, the platform fee is the small part of a WithMe coaching stack. The add-on tools for agreements, invoicing and client tracking are where the budget goes, and every extra tool is one more login for you and for your client.
If you are still working out what to charge, our package pricing calculator and the guide to hourly vs package pricing for coaches help you set a rate that covers your software.
What hidden costs and gotchas should coaches watch for?
The biggest gotcha is the monthly price itself. Two WithMe pages list two different numbers, so check the amount at checkout and in your billing settings before the trial converts.
- The trial needs a card. The 14-day trial requires a credit card, so set a reminder for day 12 if you are not sure you will stay.
- Monthly may cost almost double the yearly rate. If the $49 help-center figure applies to you, monthly billing costs nearly twice the $25 yearly equivalent.
- Unpriced add-ons. The custom-branded app and AI credits have no public price. You cannot compare them with other platforms until you get a quote.
- Clients see WithMe's brand. Without the paid branded app, your clients use the WithMe-branded app.
- Pay-before-booking flow. Coaching Call products charge before the client picks a time. That is fine for single sessions, but awkward for packages, rescheduling and credits.
- No contracts or invoices documented. You need a separate e-signature tool for coaching agreements. See our page on coaching contracts for what an agreement should cover.
- No documented data export. Ask WithMe how you would export clients, purchases and content before you build your business on it.
- Thin public review base. WithMe's Trustpilot profile showed a 3.8 score from just 2 reviews in October 2026, which is too few to tell you much either way.
Is WithMe worth it for your kind of coaching?
WithMe is worth it if you mainly sell digital products, courses and memberships to an Instagram audience and want one low yearly fee with no commission. It is a weaker fit if your coaching depends on booked sessions, agreements and structured work between calls.
Creator-coaches selling from Instagram
This is WithMe's strongest case. Comment-to-DM, a storefront, courses and email in one place at $300 a year is a fair deal for someone whose income comes from products more than sessions.
1:1 session coaches
Life, career and executive coaches who live in their calendar will find the pay-then-book flow limited, and will still need agreements and invoices elsewhere. A platform built around coaching scheduling with packages and credits usually fits better.
Program coaches who work between sessions
If you run multi-week programs with daily tasks, habits and check-ins, WithMe's 1:1 Coaching product (messages, goals and resources) covers part of it. Habit streaks and morning and evening check-ins are not part of what WithMe documents.
Fitness and nutrition coaches
WithMe comes from FitWith LTD, but the plan as documented is a creator hub, not a workout and nutrition builder. Fitness coaches who program training and track macros usually want a dedicated tool such as the Coachful Fitness & Nutrition pack. Whatever you use, coaching is not medical care: send clients with injuries, pain, eating disorders, pregnancy or medical conditions to a doctor or registered dietitian before you program for them.
Coaching teams
WithMe has admin logins but no per-coach calendars, seat pricing or multi-coach assignment. Teams should look at platforms with real team plans; see our page for coaching teams.
How does WithMe pricing compare with the alternatives?
Compared on entry price alone, WithMe sits at the low end with Stan Store and Skool's Hobby plan. Compared on what a coach can run without extra tools, the order changes. We ranked the options by one login for the whole client journey, delivery between sessions, total stack cost, and setup effort.
| Platform | Entry price (as listed October 2026) | Platform fee on sales | Free plan or trial | Built for coaching delivery? |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | 0%; Stripe or Razorpay processing only | A free trial, plus a free white-glove build | Yes: booking, agreements, invoices, programs, habits, check-ins, courses, community, website and email |
| WithMe | $25/mo yearly; $29 or $49/mo monthly | 0%; Stripe fees | 14-day trial, card required | Partly: paid calls and message-based coaching; no agreements or habit check-ins documented |
| Stan Store | Creator $29/mo ($25/mo yearly) | 0%; Stripe or PayPal fees | 14-day trial | No: storefront for products and paid calls, no client records or contracts |
| Kajabi | Basic $179/mo ($143/mo yearly) | 0% with Kajabi Payments; 0.5% to 2% extra with other processors | 14-day trial | No: courses and communities, no habits or per-client plans |
| Systeme.io | Free; Startup $17/mo | 0% | Free plan | No: funnels, email and courses, no 1:1 client records |
| Skool | Hobby $9/mo ($7.50/mo yearly) | Hobby 10% + 30¢; Pro 2.9% + 30¢ and up | Trial offered, terms not stated | No: community and classroom, no intake forms or check-ins |
| Podia | Mover $49/mo ($42/mo yearly) | Mover 5%; higher plans 0% | 14-day trial, no card | No: storefront, courses and webinars, no client check-ins |
Coachful

Coachful is a coaching platform where one subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, programs with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. The coach has one login and the client has one app, carrying the coach's branding inside the Coachful app. It is built for coaches who deliver programs and not just sessions, for solo coaches growing into a small team, and for coaches replacing four to six tools.
Against WithMe, the difference is what happens after the sale. Booking pages handle availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time zones, with two-way Google, Apple and Outlook calendar sync and built-in video or automatic Zoom, Meet and Teams links. Clients can buy session credits and book against them, so packages work without the pay-every-time flow. Coaching agreements go out with e-signature before the first call and are stored on the client record.

Between sessions, Coachful runs multi-week programs with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. Each client record shows goals, check-ins, notes, payments and sessions, plus a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk, so you can see who needs a nudge.

Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time, subscriptions, payment plans, coupons, order bumps, Apple Pay and Google Pay, with an invoice for every transaction. Coachful has charged a 0% platform fee since August 2026, so only processing applies, just as on WithMe.

For coaches who sell from Instagram, Coachful also has Instagram automations: a comment with a chosen keyword, a DM, a story reply or a mention can trigger a DM with your booking link, lead magnet or checkout, and the person lands in the same lead and client records. A social planner schedules posts to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Threads and YouTube from one calendar.
Here is a short walkthrough of how programs are built and delivered in Coachful:
Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can ask the Coachful team to build something for you from Create > We'll build it for you: a website, a funnel, a sales page, a program, a course outline, an email sequence, a form or a lead quiz. You describe what you want, attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files, and the team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. A leadership coach with a Squarespace renewal days away, for example, got one clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button. Read more about the free white-glove service.

What Coachful does not do: it is not HIPAA-certified, so clinical records belong in a clinical system. It has no PayPal, no permanent free plan, and no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding rather than under your own App Store account. To start, take a free trial, then request your white-glove build so your site, offers and first program are ready before your first client arrives. Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients.

Pick WithMe over Coachful if your business is mostly digital products and courses sold from Instagram, you rarely book calls, and you want PayPal available to buyers through Stripe.
Stan Store
Stan Store's Creator plan is $29 a month or $25 a month billed yearly, as listed in October 2026, which is almost exactly WithMe's yearly rate. It takes 0% of sales. Email marketing, upsells, discount codes and affiliates sit on the $99 Creator Pro plan. It has no contracts, invoices, client records or programs with tasks and check-ins. Our Stan Store pricing guide has the full breakdown. Pick it over Coachful if all you need is a link-in-bio store that sells products and paid calls.

Kajabi
Kajabi starts at $179 a month, or $143 a month billed yearly, for the Basic plan with 5 products, 2,500 contacts and no AI credits. Using a processor other than Kajabi Payments or PayPal adds a Kajabi fee of 0.5% to 2% depending on plan. It is strong for courses, communities and funnels, with no habit tracking or per-client plans. See our Kajabi pricing guide. Pick it over Coachful if you run a large course business and want Kajabi's established marketing suite.

Systeme.io
Systeme.io has a free plan with 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels and 1 course, then paid plans at $17, $47 and $97 a month, with 0% transaction fees on all of them. It is a low-cost funnel, email and course suite, without native 1:1 scheduling, client records or check-ins. Read the Systeme.io pricing guide. Pick it over Coachful if you want to start funnels and email for nothing and add coaching tools later.

Skool
Skool's Hobby plan is $9 a month ($7.50 a month billed yearly) but takes 10% + 30¢ of every transaction; Pro is $99 a month ($82.50 a month billed yearly) at 2.9% + 30¢ up to $899 and 3.9% + 30¢ above $900. It combines community, classroom and calendar with leaderboards, and has no website, funnels, email automation or 1:1 client records. See our Skool pricing guide. Pick it over Coachful if your offer is a paid community and gamified engagement matters most.

Podia
Podia's Mover plan is $49 a month ($42 a month billed yearly) with a 5% Podia fee on sales; Shaker at $99 and Earthquaker at $179 drop the fee to 0%. Email allowances are small, with 100, 500 and 1,000 subscribers included across the plans, and there is no client check-in or habit tracking. Pick it over Coachful if you want a simple storefront for courses, downloads and webinars and do not need program delivery.

How can you save money on WithMe?
The simplest saving is yearly billing: $300 a year instead of $348 or $588 on monthly billing. Beyond that, the savings come from avoiding add-ons and extra tools you do not need.
- Confirm the monthly price before the trial ends. Check the amount in your billing settings during the 14-day trial so the $29 versus $49 question is settled before you are charged.
- Switch to yearly once you are confident. If you know you will stay a year, the yearly plan saves between $48 and $288 compared with monthly billing.
- Skip the branded app at first. The WithMe-branded app works for delivery. Ask for a quote on the branded version only once clients are asking for it.
- Use AI credits sparingly. They are priced separately, so draft copy outside the platform if you already pay for a writing tool.
- Count the tools you add beside it. An e-signature tool, an invoicing app and a client tracker can each cost more than WithMe itself. Add up the full stack before you decide WithMe is the cheap option.
- Price your offers to cover software. Our guide to value-based pricing for coaches shows how to set rates that leave room for your tools.

Which should you choose: WithMe or a full coaching platform?
Choose WithMe if you are a creator first and a coach second: you sell products from Instagram, you value one fixed yearly fee, and you are happy to bolt on contracts and invoicing elsewhere. Choose a full coaching platform if clients book sessions, sign agreements and work through programs with you over weeks or months.
For most coaches in that second group, Coachful replaces the separate booking, contract, invoicing, course, community, website and email tools with one login, includes delivery between sessions, and comes with a free white-glove build so you are not setting it all up alone. New coaches can start with our page for coaches just starting out.

Billed yearly, WithMe costs $25 a month ($300 a year). Billed monthly, its pricing page lists $29 a month, while its help center says new trials since August 11, 2026 pay $49 a month. Check the figure at checkout before your trial converts.
Does WithMe have a free plan?

Does WithMe take a cut of my sales?
No. WithMe charges a 0% commission on sales. You pay Stripe's processing fees, which vary by country and card type.
Can clients pay with PayPal on WithMe?
WithMe says PayPal works through Stripe. Stripe is the only payment processor WithMe lists, so PayPal availability depends on your Stripe account and region.
What does the WithMe custom-branded app cost?
WithMe does not publish a price for the custom-branded app. Without it, clients use the WithMe-branded iOS and Android app. Ask WithMe for a quote before you promise clients an app under your own name.
Is WithMe good for 1:1 coaching?
It covers paid calls booked through Google Calendar or Zoom, and message-based coaching with goals and resources. It does not document coaching agreements, invoicing, session credits or habit check-ins, so most 1:1 coaches add other tools beside it.
Can a coaching team share one WithMe account?
Extra people can get admin logins, but WithMe has no per-seat pricing and no multi-coach tools such as separate calendars or client assignment. Teams usually need a platform with dedicated team plans.
Can I export my data from WithMe?
WithMe does not document a data export. Ask support how you would export clients, purchases and content before you commit, so you know your options if you ever move.
What is Coachful's free white-glove service?
On every Coachful plan, the Coachful team will build a website, funnel, sales page, program, course outline, email sequence or form inside your account from your brief, usually within about 24 hours. You can attach up to 8 links and 10 files, and nothing is invented: gaps are left for you. It does not include recording videos, logo design or ad management.
Is WithMe cheaper than Coachful?
On the platform fee alone, WithMe's yearly plan is among the cheapest options for creators. For coaching, compare the full stack instead: WithMe plus separate tools for agreements, invoicing and client programs, against one platform that includes them (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients).
