Vibly Pricing in 2026: Plans, Fees and What Coaches Pay

Vibly pricing in October 2026 starts at $25 a month for the Basic plan ($20 a month billed yearly), rises to $59 a month for Pro ($50 a month yearly), and reaches $149 a month for Teams, which includes two seats and charges $50 for each extra seat. Enterprise is custom-priced and sold through a demo. Every paid plan comes with a 14-day free trial, there is no free plan, and Vibly takes no cut of client payments beyond Stripe's own processing fee.
Those are the headline numbers as listed on Vibly's plans page in October 2026. The more useful question for a coach is what each plan actually gives your practice and what you still pay for elsewhere. Basic leaves out forms, e-signed agreements, invoicing, group sessions and events, so most working coaches end up on Pro. Teams is where Vibly's real focus shows: it is built mainly for coaching organizations, with an admin dashboard, role-based permissions, white-label portals, a provider directory and, per its own materials, an operations portal with two-way HubSpot sync and an API.
This guide walks through every plan, every fee, three worked cost scenarios, the gaps that send coaches to other tools, and how Vibly compares with five alternatives. We make Coachful, a coaching platform that competes with Vibly, so we will be plain about where Vibly is the better fit: if you need HIPAA compliance with a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA), Vibly offers one and Coachful does not.

How much does Vibly cost in October 2026?
Vibly has four plans: Basic at $25 a month, Pro at $59 a month, Teams at $149 a month for two seats, and a custom Enterprise plan. Yearly billing brings Basic to $20 a month and Pro to $50 a month; the plans page does not show a yearly price for Teams.
| Plan | Monthly price | Billed yearly (per month) | Who it is for | Key limits |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Flat monthly plans; monthly plans cancel in one click | Coaches who deliver programs, solo to small team | Lower plans cap clients; Pro is unlimited (Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients) |
| Vibly Basic | $25 | $20 | Solo coaches getting started | One coach; unlimited clients and sessions; no forms, e-signatures, invoicing or group sessions |
| Vibly Pro | $59 | $50 | Solo coaches ready to grow | One coach; unlimited clients; workflows and automation marked "Coming Soon" |
| Vibly Teams | $149 | Not listed | Coaching teams and small businesses | 2 seats included, then $50 per extra seat |
| Vibly Enterprise | Custom | Custom | Large organizations | Demo only; custom build, API, integrations and SLA |
All prices are in US dollars, as listed in October 2026. Vibly's FAQ states that Basic and Pro include unlimited clients, sessions, bookings and messaging, with no per-session or per-client fees. That is a real strength against tools priced by active client, which we cover in the comparison below.

What does each Vibly plan add?
Each tier stacks on the one below it: Basic covers sessions, video, messaging and payments; Pro adds the paperwork and group delivery; Teams adds people management; Enterprise adds custom work. Here is what the plan cards and comparison table list in October 2026.
Basic: $25 a month ($20 yearly)
Basic includes unlimited clients, sessions and services, Vibly's built-in video, secure messaging, scheduling, payment processing through Stripe and document sharing. Vibly describes its video and messaging as HIPAA compliant, and its comparison table states that all platform features are HIPAA compliant. What Basic leaves out matters as much: no form builder, no e-signed agreements, no billing and custom invoicing, no multi-calendar sync, no group sessions and no events.
Pro: $59 a month ($50 yearly)
Pro adds a form builder for intake and feedback forms, e-signed agreements, advanced scheduling, billing and invoicing, multi-calendar sync, live events and workshops, and group sessions. Workflows and automation appear on the Pro card labelled "Coming Soon", so do not count on them yet. For most solo coaches who send an agreement before the first call and an intake form before the second, Pro is the real starting price.
Teams: $149 a month for two seats
Teams adds two included seats plus $50 per additional seat, an admin dashboard, role-based permissions, a shared resource and document library, tracking and progress reporting, AI matching of clients to coaches, a white-label solution and a personalized provider directory. This is the tier aimed at Vibly's core market: coaching firms, employer and wellness programs, clinics and coach networks that assign clients to coaches and report back to a sponsor.
Enterprise: custom pricing
Enterprise is quoted after a demo. It lists a custom-built solution, custom payment routing, workflows and automation, API access, custom integrations, AI-powered provider matching, multi-disciplinary teams, dedicated onboarding and training, reports and analytics, and priority support with an SLA. If you run a coaching program for an employer or a health system, this is likely the plan the sales team will steer you to.
AI Coach Assistant: $20 a month, not yet available
Vibly advertises an AI Coach Assistant at $20 a month with a one-month free trial, covering note-taking and summaries, resource suggestions, message drafting and coaching insights. Every feature in it is labelled "Coming Soon", and the button joins a waitlist. Budget for it only once it ships.
One caution: in our research the feature list and the comparison table on Vibly's plans page disagree in places. Workflows and automation, for example, appear as "Coming Soon" on Pro and as an included Enterprise feature. Before you choose a tier for a specific feature, confirm it in your trial or ask Vibly's support in writing.
What fees does Vibly charge beyond the plan price?
Vibly charges no platform fee on client payments; you pay Stripe's standard processing fee and nothing on top. The extra costs come from seats on Teams, the future AI add-on and any tools you need beside Vibly.
- Transaction fees: none from Vibly. The comparison table states "Stripe's standard processing fee, no Vibly surcharge".
- Payment processing: Stripe only. Stripe's rate depends on your country, card type and currency, so check Stripe's published rates for your region. There is no PayPal option listed.
- Seats: Basic and Pro are single-coach plans. Teams includes two seats; each extra coach adds $50 a month.
- Add-ons: the AI Coach Assistant at $20 a month, marked "Coming Soon".
- Overages: none listed. Clients, sessions and bookings are unlimited on Basic and Pro.
- Cancellation: you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the billing cycle, per Vibly's FAQ. No refund policy for unused time is stated.
Payment plans, subscriptions and memberships are listed in the comparison table, so you can split a coaching package into instalments without a separate billing tool once you are on the right tier. If you are still working out what to charge per package, our package pricing calculator and the guide to hourly versus package pricing do the maths for you.
What does a coach actually pay for Vibly?
A solo coach realistically pays $59 a month on Pro ($600 a year billed yearly), and a three-coach team pays $199 a month on Teams. Add the tools Vibly does not cover, mainly email marketing, courses and sales funnels, and the real monthly figure is higher.
The table below uses Vibly's listed prices. The "tools still needed" row lists the jobs Vibly's plans page does not cover; we leave those prices out because they depend on which tools you pick.
| Platform | New solo coach, 8 clients | Established solo coach, 30 clients and a group program | Team of 3 coaches |
|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients | A team plan with coach seats (Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients) |
| Vibly plan you would need | Pro, for forms and e-signed agreements | Pro, for group sessions and events | Teams with one extra seat |
| Vibly monthly | $59 | $59 | $149 + $50 = $199 |
| Vibly yearly total | $600 (billed yearly at $50 a month) | $600 (billed yearly at $50 a month) | $2,388 at monthly rates; yearly price not listed |
| Tools still needed beside Vibly | Email newsletter tool if you build a list | Email marketing with sequences, a course host for self-paced material, a sales page or funnel builder, a community space | The same as the solo coach, shared across the team, plus your own CRM if you sell to companies without HubSpot |
To make the stack concrete, here is an illustrative example rather than a quote. Suppose the established coach above pays $30 a month for an email tool and $40 a month for a course host. Their monthly software bill becomes $59 + $30 + $40 = $129, before Stripe fees. Swap in the real prices of the tools you already use and the same sum tells you what Vibly costs you in practice.
The new solo coach could start on Basic at $25, but only if they are happy collecting intake answers and agreements outside Vibly, for example through shared documents. Once you add a form tool and an e-signature tool to make Basic workable, Pro is usually the cheaper route.
What hidden costs and gotchas should coaches know about?
The biggest gotchas are what Vibly's plans do not list: no course builder, no email marketing, no sales funnels, no native mobile app, and no documented data export. None of them show up on the invoice, but each can add a tool or an afternoon of work.
- Basic is thinner than it looks. Unlimited clients is generous, but without forms, e-signed agreements or invoicing, many coaches will move to Pro within weeks.
- Automation is not here yet. Workflows and automation sit behind a "Coming Soon" label on Pro. If you rely on automated follow-ups after a session, plan to run them elsewhere for now.
- The AI assistant is a waitlist. The $20 add-on is advertised but not available, so it should not influence a decision today.
- Browser-only client portal. Vibly's client portal runs in the browser; we found no native mobile app mentioned. That is fine for session-based coaching, less so if clients log habits or check in daily on their phone.
- No public data export documentation. We found no public help center or documented export. Ask Vibly in writing how you would get your clients, notes and files out before you commit a year of billing.
- Teams pricing grows per seat. At $50 per extra seat, a five-coach team pays $149 + $150 = $299 a month. The yearly Teams price is not shown, so ask for it.
- Stripe only. If your clients prefer PayPal, Vibly does not list it as a payment option.
- Plan page inconsistencies. Because the feature list and comparison table disagree in places, test the exact feature you are paying for during the 14-day trial.
Public reviewers are positive overall. Vibly holds a 4.9 rating from 22 reviews on Capterra, as seen in late October 2026. That is a small sample, so weigh it alongside your own trial.
Do coaches need HIPAA, and does Vibly's BAA matter?
For most coaches, HIPAA does not apply directly. The US Department of Health and Human Services explains that HIPAA rules cover covered entities (health plans, clearinghouses and health care providers who transmit health information electronically for standard transactions such as insurance billing) and the business associates who handle health data for them. A wellness coach working inside a clinic, or a coaching program contracted by a health plan, may be a business associate and need a Business Associate Agreement with every software vendor that touches protected health information. In that situation, Vibly's HIPAA compliance and BAA are a strong reason to choose it. Whether your practice is covered varies, so check with an attorney who works in health privacy.
Coaching is not medical or psychological treatment either way. If a client describes symptoms, medication questions, disordered eating, or thoughts of self-harm, refer them to a licensed clinician and keep clinical records in a clinical system.
Is Vibly worth it for your kind of coaching?
Vibly is worth it if you run or work inside a coaching organization, especially in health and wellness, and need HIPAA compliance, sponsor reporting or HubSpot sync. For a solo coach who sells programs, courses and group experiences, it covers sessions and paperwork well but leaves the delivery and marketing side to other tools.
| Coach type | Is Vibly a good fit? | Plan to pick | What to check |
|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful (for comparison) | Built for coaches who deliver programs between sessions, solo or a small team | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients | Not HIPAA-certified, so not for clinical records |
| Health coach inside a clinic or health plan program | Yes, one of the strongest fits | Teams or Enterprise | Get the BAA signed before any client data goes in |
| Coaching firm or employer program with sponsors | Yes | Teams or Enterprise | Sponsor reports, HubSpot sync, seat costs at your headcount |
| Solo life, career or executive coach doing 1:1 sessions | Reasonable | Pro | Whether you need email marketing or a fuller website |
| Coach selling multi-week programs, courses and a community | Partial | Pro plus other tools | Course hosting, daily habit tracking and a client mobile app |
| Fitness or nutrition coach | Weak | Pro | No workout builder or meal plans are listed |
| Coaching student at a Vibly partner school | Worth a look | Basic, free for 3 months through partner programs | What you will pay when the free period ends |
Health coaches with an NBHWC credential get one more reason to look: Vibly lists its coach directory as open to NBHWC, ICF, CEC, BCC and nurse coaching board accredited coaches. If you are a health coach without clinical obligations, compare it with our page for health coaches before you decide.

Where does Coachful fit, and why do we recommend it?
Coachful is the better choice for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions, and want one subscription to replace four to six tools. We make Coachful, so read this section with that in mind; we have tried to be just as specific about what it does not do.

What Coachful is. Coachful is a coaching platform. One subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. The coach has one login, and each client gets one branded app. It is built for coaches who deliver programs, solo coaches growing into a small team, and coaches tired of paying for and connecting four to six separate tools. The company is based in Tallinn, Estonia, and holds a 4.5 rating from 21 reviews on Trustpilot.
Where it covers Vibly's gaps. The tools a Vibly coach still pays for beside it are included in your Coachful membership:
- Program delivery between sessions: multi-week programs with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks.
- Courses: modules, lessons, drip release and completion tracking, plus downloads, videos, books and bundles, all in the client's branded home and app. See the course platform page.
- Community and groups: a community feed, group chat, direct messages, video events and cohort groups created automatically when someone enrols in a program. See group coaching software.
- Marketing: a website builder with a blog and custom domain, 30 designed homepage templates, booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels, plus email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with branching and A/B splits.
- Payments without a platform cut: payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, with one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Stripe Tax. Coachful's platform fee is 0% (since August 2026); you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing.
- Agreements: coaching agreements with e-signature sent before the first call and stored on the client record.
- ICF credential tracking: coaching hours and distinct clients counted against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds, with an exportable ICF client coaching log. See ICF hour tracking.
- Michelle, the AI assistant: works from your live practice data to build programs, draft emails, summarize recorded sessions and brief you before sessions. Questions and planning are included in the membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits.

Booking works the way Vibly's Pro tier does and then some: availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendar sync, built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet and Teams links, and email reminders plus SMS and WhatsApp reminders once messaging is enabled. Here is how invoicing and payments look inside the coach dashboard:

What Coachful does not do. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. If your work requires a BAA, Vibly is the better pick on that point alone. Coachful also has no PayPal, no permanent free plan, no HubSpot or Salesforce integration, and no multi-stage sales deal board for large teams, which matters to the coaching firms Vibly targets. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding rather than under your own App Store account.
Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can ask the Coachful team to build things for you inside your own account: a website, funnel, sales page, program, course outline, email sequence, link in bio, lead quiz and more. You describe what you want under Create, attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files, and the team usually builds it within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and any gaps are left for you to fill. One recent example: a somatic coach leaving Kajabi had their homepage and About page rebuilt and the contact form connected. Another, a menopause and midlife health coach starting from nothing, got a five-page site in sage and cream with every button leading to a free 20-minute consultation. Read more about the free white-glove service.

How to start. Start a free trial, import your clients, programs and content (the team imports them for you during onboarding), then request a white-glove build of whatever you need first. Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients. If you are comparing directly, our Vibly alternative page sets the two side by side.

How does Vibly pricing compare with other coaching platforms?
Vibly's Pro plan sits in the middle of the coaching software market on price, cheaper than Paperbell's single plan and close to CoachVantage and Delenta. Coachful leads our comparison because it replaces the most tools for one flat price, with one login for the whole client journey and a free white-glove build. Prices below are as listed in October 2026.
| Platform | Entry price | Typical solo price | Client limits | Platform fee on payments | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | Lower plans cap clients; Pro is unlimited | 0%; Stripe or Razorpay processing only | Coaches delivering programs, courses and community from one login |
| Vibly | $25/mo (Basic) | $59/mo (Pro) | Unlimited on Basic and Pro | None; Stripe fees only | Coaching organizations and HIPAA-bound health programs |
| Practice Better | $0 (Sprout, 3 clients) | $69/mo (Professional, 300 clients) | 3, 10, 300, then unlimited on Plus ($99/mo) | None stated; Stripe-powered payments | Wellness and nutrition practitioners who need charting |
| Paperbell | $97/mo | $97/mo ($80.83/mo yearly) | Unlimited | None; Stripe or PayPal fees apply | Solo coaches wanting simple admin in one price |
| CoachVantage | $39/mo (Clarity) | $59/mo (Aha!) | Unlimited contacts; Clarity caps pages and e-signatures | None; Stripe or PayPal fees apply | Solo coaches wanting CRM, contracts and small courses |
| Delenta | $29/mo (Starter) | $49/mo (Pro, 40 client portals) | 10, 40, then unlimited on Premium ($79/mo) | None; Stripe or PayPal fees apply | Solo coaches who want courses on the top tier |
| CoachAccountable | $20/mo (2 active clients) | $120/mo (20 active clients) | Priced per active client, up to 100 at $400/mo | Not stated | Coaches focused on action plans and accountability |

Practice Better is the closest match if you are a wellness or nutrition practitioner who needs charting and telehealth. Its free Sprout plan covers three clients, and evergreen programs, portal branding and SMS start on Plus at $99 a month. It has no website builder or funnel pages.

Paperbell charges one price for everything, $97 a month, with unlimited clients and a 30-day money-back guarantee. It covers booking, packages, payments, contracts and a simple website, but has no courses, community or habit tracking.

CoachVantage starts at $39 a month with unlimited contacts. Clarity caps booking pages, sales pages and e-signatures; Aha! at $59 lifts most of those caps. Public reviewers report its built-in video as weak, and many users still run Zoom.

Delenta caps client portals at 10 on Starter and 40 on Pro, and keeps its course creator and mobile app for Premium at $79 a month. See our full breakdown of Delenta pricing.
CoachAccountable charges by active client, which suits small 1:1 rosters but gets expensive fast for group programs. Its 30-day trial needs no credit card.

How can you save money on Vibly?
The simplest saving is yearly billing, which takes Pro from $708 to $600 a year and Basic from $300 to $240. Beyond that, the savings come from choosing the right tier and not paying for features that are still marked "Coming Soon".
- Use the 14-day trial to settle the tier. Build your real intake form and agreement during the trial. If you can live without them in Vibly, Basic saves $34 a month against Pro.
- Bill yearly only after the trial. Yearly billing saves about 15% on Pro and 20% on Basic, but you keep access until the end of the cycle rather than getting a refund, so commit once you are sure.
- Ask for the yearly Teams price. The plans page does not show one. With $50 seats, a discount on a yearly commitment is worth asking about for any team of three or more.
- Do not pay for the AI add-on until it ships. It is a waitlist today.
- Check the partner program if you are still training. Students of Vibly partner schools get Basic free for three months, per the plans page.
- Count the whole stack. Add up your email, course, funnel and community tools. If they cost more than the gap between Vibly and an all-in-one platform, consolidating saves more than any discount. Our coaching pricing audit guide shows how to list every cost.
Frequently asked questions about Vibly pricing
How much does Vibly cost per month?
Vibly costs $25 a month for Basic, $59 for Pro and $149 for Teams with two seats, as listed in October 2026. Billed yearly, Basic drops to $20 a month and Pro to $50. Enterprise is custom-priced after a demo.
Does Vibly have a free plan or free trial?
There is no free plan. Basic, Pro and Teams each come with a 14-day free trial. Students at Vibly partner schools can get Basic free for three months through their program.
Does Vibly take a percentage of client payments?
No. Vibly states there is no Vibly surcharge on payments; you pay Stripe's standard processing fee only. Stripe is the only processor listed.
How much does each extra seat cost on Vibly Teams?
Teams includes two seats for $149 a month, and each additional seat costs $50 a month. A three-coach team pays $199 a month and a five-coach team $299 a month at monthly rates.
Is Vibly HIPAA compliant?
Yes. Vibly describes its platform as HIPAA compliant and offers a Business Associate Agreement. That makes it a strong option for coaches working inside clinics or health programs. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified, so if you need a BAA, Vibly is the better choice on that requirement.
Does Vibly limit the number of clients?
No. Basic and Pro include unlimited clients, sessions, bookings and messaging, according to Vibly's FAQ. The limit on Basic and Pro is one coach, not clients.
Does Vibly include courses, email marketing or a mobile app?
The plans page does not list a course builder, email marketing broadcasts or sales funnels, and we found no native mobile app mentioned; the client portal runs in the browser. Coaches who need those usually add separate tools, or choose an all-in-one platform.
Can I cancel Vibly at any time?
Yes. Vibly's FAQ says you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of your billing cycle. Ask how to export your client data before you cancel, since there is no public export documentation.
What is Coachful's free white-glove service?
On every Coachful plan, the team builds things for you inside your own account, such as a website, funnel, sales page, program, course outline or email sequence, usually within about 24 hours. You describe what you want and attach reference links and files. Nothing is invented, and gaps are left for you to fill.
Is Coachful a good Vibly alternative?
For coaches who deliver programs, courses and a community, yes: it covers what Vibly leaves to other tools, under one login, with a 0% platform fee on payments. It is not the right switch if you need HIPAA compliance with a BAA or HubSpot sync. Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients.
