Best Affiliate Software for Coaches: 5 Picks, Ranked for 2026

Best Affiliate Software for Coaches: 5 Picks, Ranked for 2026

The best affiliate software for coaches depends on one question: where does the sale actually happen? If a referral partner sends someone to your sales page, and that person pays, signs your agreement and starts your program, you want the tracking to live in the same place as the offer, the checkout and the client record. If you sell a high-volume subscription or a course to strangers through dozens of affiliates who expect automated monthly payouts, you need a dedicated affiliate engine bolted onto Stripe. Most coaches are in the first group, even if they hope to grow into the second.

That is why Coachful is our first pick. We make Coachful, so weigh our view with that in mind: its affiliate tracking is genuinely partial (it tracks links, clicks, conversions and revenue, and you record payouts yourself), but it sits inside the platform that already runs your offers, funnels, payments, agreements and program delivery. For a coach with a handful of referral partners, that is a better trade than a separate tool that knows nothing about your clients. The four other picks below each win a specific situation, and we say plainly when one of them beats Coachful.

Prices below are as listed by each vendor in October 2026. Rewardful and FirstPromoter prices come from their pricing pages, read on the day this article was written. None of these tools was tested hands-on for this article; we describe what vendors document and what public reviewers report.

Which affiliate tool fits which coaching situation?

Start with the situation, not the feature list. This table matches five common setups to the tool that fits each one best.

ToolBest forStarting priceAffiliate payouts
CoachfulBest overall: coaches whose referrals buy a program, sessions or a cohort and then need to be coachedLite: $29/month for up to 5 clientsTracked in Coachful; you pay partners and record the payout manually
Systeme.ioBest free start: a coach launching a course or lead funnel on almost no budgetFree plan at $0/month; paid from $17/monthAffiliate program included, one on the free plan; check payout mechanics in its docs
RewardfulCoaches billing recurring memberships through Stripe who want many affiliates$49/month (Starter)PayPal mass payouts and Wise bulk payouts included; managed payouts optional

Stan StoreCreator-coaches selling digital products and paid calls from a link in bio$29/month; affiliates need Creator Pro at $99/monthNot detailed on the pricing information we reviewed

If you only read one row: a coach with fewer than ten referral partners, a few programs and a group cohort will get more from tracking that sits next to the client journey than from a standalone affiliate dashboard. The rest of this article explains why, and where that stops being true.

What does a coach actually need from affiliate software?

A coach needs to know which partner sent which paying client, how much that client paid, and what commission is owed, without rebuilding that link by hand from three different tools. Everything else is a nice extra until your program has real volume.

Coaching referrals look different from product affiliate programs. Your partners are usually past clients, a podcast host who interviewed you, a therapist or nutritionist who refers people outside their own scope, a peer coach with a complementary niche, or a community leader. They send a few people a month, not hundreds. The referred person often books a discovery call first, then buys a package or a payment plan weeks later. Some ask for a refund; some pay in installments. A useful system has to survive that messier path.

Thinking of launching your coaching business?

Answer a few questions and Coachful builds it around you: your website, programs, booking and payments. Ready in minutes.

Build your platform

In practice, the requirements break down into five jobs:

  • Attribution that survives a sales call. The link click and the purchase may be days apart, with a booking page in between. You want the conversion tied to the partner even when the prospect returns later.
  • Revenue that matches what was paid. Commission on a three-payment plan should follow the payments that cleared, not the full sticker price on day one.
  • A clear payout record. Whether you pay partners automatically or by bank transfer once a month, you need a ledger of what was owed and what was paid.
  • Disclosure and claims control. Your affiliates are promoting you, so what they say reflects on you (more on the FTC side below).
  • A clean hand-off into coaching. Once the referral becomes a client, they need an agreement, onboarding, sessions and a program. If the affiliate tool ends at "conversion recorded", the rest is your problem.

That last job is where most affiliate roundups stop looking, and it is the reason a coaching platform with partial affiliate tracking can beat a full affiliate platform for a solo practice. If you are still choosing your core platform, our guides to coaching software for new coaches and software for business coaches cover the wider decision.

How did we rank these five tools?

We ranked them on one line of criteria: one login for the whole client journey, delivery between sessions, total monthly stack cost, setup effort (including Coachful's free white-glove build), and only then the depth of the affiliate features themselves.

To keep it concrete, we pictured one coach throughout. As an example: a mindset coach with 15 one-to-one clients and one eight-week group program, who wants three referral partners (two past clients and a podcast host) to earn 20% of the first payment from anyone they refer. That coach sells through a sales page, books discovery calls, takes payment plans, sends an agreement before the first session and runs a weekly group call. These numbers are illustrative, not a recommendation for your rates or commission.

For that coach, the questions were simple. How many tools would they need to run the whole thing? How much would it cost each month? How long would setup take? And would the affiliate side handle what three partners actually generate? A tool that is excellent at paying 500 affiliates but needs four other subscriptions to deliver the coaching ranks lower for this reader, even though it is the stronger affiliate product on paper.

Direct coaching-admin tools such as Paperbell, CoachAccountable and Satori are not in this list. The vendor profiles we hold for them do not list an affiliate or referral-tracking feature, so they would not answer the question this article asks. If you are comparing those tools for other reasons, see our Paperbell alternatives page or the comparison hub.

1. Coachful: best when referrals turn into coaching clients

Coachful wins when the person a partner refers is going to buy a program, a package of sessions or a cohort seat, and then be coached. The affiliate tracking is in the same account as the offer, the funnel, the checkout and the client's whole journey after the sale.

Coachful's Offers page on a laptop at a sunlit kitchen-table workspace

Coachful is a coaching platform. One subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant, with one login for the coach and one branded app for the client. It is built for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions, for solo coaches growing into a small team, and for coaches replacing four to six separate tools.

What the affiliate tracking covers

Coachful lets you create affiliate links and track clicks, conversions and attributed revenue. Because those links point at pages you built in Coachful (a sales page, a booking funnel, an application funnel or a checkout), the conversion lands on the same client record that later holds their agreement, sessions, goals and payments. You do not export a CSV from your affiliate tool and match email addresses against your payment processor at the end of the month.

The surrounding pieces matter as much as the links:

  • Funnels built for coaching sales. Booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels, with pixels and UTM tracking, so you can see paid and partner traffic side by side. About 25 funnel templates are included.
  • Payments through your own Stripe or Razorpay account. One-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons and refunds, with Apple Pay, Google Pay and Stripe Tax. Coachful takes a 0% platform fee (since August 2026); only Stripe or Razorpay processing applies. Coupons double as a simple partner code if a podcast host prefers to read one out on air.
  • Leads with their source attached. Leads from funnels, quizzes, the link in bio, referrals and booking pages arrive in one pipeline, and each lead records the source that captured it.
  • Agreements before the first call. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first session and are stored on the client record. See coaching contracts for how that works.
  • Delivery after the sale. Multi-week programs with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, cohort groups created automatically on enrollment, and a community feed for group programs.

Here is a short walkthrough of how funnels are built inside Coachful, which is where most affiliate links will point.

Where it stops

Be clear-eyed about the limit. Coachful's affiliate program is partial: it tracks links, clicks, conversions and revenue, but payouts are recorded manually, not sent by Coachful. You pay each partner by whatever method you agreed (a bank transfer, for example) and mark the payout in Coachful. There is no PayPal option inside Coachful at all, either for client payments or for payouts.

For three to ten partners, a monthly payout run takes a few minutes. For 200 affiliates who each expect automated payouts and a self-serve portal with tax-form collection, it does not scale, and a dedicated tool such as Rewardful or FirstPromoter is the right call. Coachful also has no third-party plugins, so you cannot install an affiliate add-on inside it; any outside tool would sit alongside it.

A few other things Coachful does not do, so you can rule it out quickly if they matter: it is not HIPAA-certified and offers no BAA, it is not a course marketplace, it has no permanent free plan, and the client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding rather than under your own App Store account.

Coachful's Analytics tab with demo data across Business, Funnels, Products and Retention.

Reporting you will actually check

The Analytics tab splits results into Business, Client Activity, Community, Funnels, Products, Retention and Email. For an affiliate program, the useful habit is to compare funnel conversion for partner traffic with your other sources, then check retention for referred clients a few months later. Partners who send clients that stay and finish the program are worth a higher commission than partners who send quick refunds. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from live practice data and can draft the monthly partner email or a thank-you note; questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership, while confirmed builds use AI credits.

Price

Plans are flat monthly, lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited, and team plans add coach seats. For the example coach with 15 clients: Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients. Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients. Monthly plans cancel in one click, and there is a free trial.

Coachful Create page with the We'll build it for you card
The Create page in Coachful, with the card that requests a free white-glove build.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can go to Create and choose "We'll build it for you · FREE" (the same option appears as a "Want us to build it for you?" card on the Website, Funnels and Programs pages). Describe what you want, attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as logos, photos, brand guides or copy, and the Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. For an affiliate program, that could be the sales page your partners link to, a free lead-magnet funnel they can share, or the follow-up email sequence for referred leads. Nothing gets invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. One recent build, anonymized: a business mentor for beauty professionals got a 12-week mentorship sales page, a free start-up-guide funnel and rewritten follow-up emails. The service does not cover recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. More detail is in our white-glove service guide.

Pick it over the others if your referrals become coaching clients, you have a small circle of partners, and you would rather run one platform than stitch an affiliate tool to a booking tool, a payment tool and a program tool.

2. Systeme.io: is a free plan with affiliates enough to start?

For a coach launching a course or a lead funnel with almost no budget, yes. Systeme.io includes one affiliate program on its free plan, alongside funnels, email, a course and a blog, which makes it the cheapest way to let partners promote a digital product.

Systeme.io's homepage in October 2026.

Inside the free plan

As listed in October 2026, the Free plan costs $0/month and includes 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course with up to 500 students, 1 blog, 1 affiliate program, 1 custom domain, 1 automation rule and 1 email campaign. Paid plans are Startup at $17/month (5,000 contacts, 10 funnels, 5 courses), Webinar at $47/month (10,000 contacts, 50 funnels, 20 courses) and Unlimited at $97/month (unlimited contacts, funnels, courses and automation rules). The free plan never expires, and no credit card is required to sign up.

Systeme.io charges 0% transaction fees on every plan, including the free one; you pay only Stripe or PayPal processing. Systeme.io holds a 4.9 rating from 8,696 reviews on Trustpilot (seen October 25, 2026).

Trade-offs to weigh

Systeme.io is a marketing suite, not a coaching platform. According to the profile we hold, it has no native one-to-one scheduling with client records, and no habits or check-ins. Community and course features are described as basic, and there is no branded mobile app. A coach selling sessions or a program would likely add a scheduler and a client-management tool, which pushes total cost and logins up. Before you promise partners a payout schedule, read Systeme.io's own help documentation on how commissions are paid out, since we did not verify that detail.

Pick it over Coachful if your main product is a low-priced course or digital download sold to an email list, your budget is close to zero, and you are happy to run sessions and client work in other tools.

3. Rewardful: the pick for recurring memberships on Stripe

When a coach sells a monthly membership or subscription through Stripe and wants many affiliates promoting it, Rewardful is the cleaner fit. It is a dedicated affiliate and referral platform with a deep Stripe integration, and it takes no percentage of the revenue its affiliates bring in.

Pricing as listed today

Rewardful's pricing page, read in October 2026, lists three tiers based on monthly affiliate-attributed revenue:

  • Starter: $49/month ($490/year), up to $7,500/month in affiliate-attributed revenue, 1 campaign, up to 2 team members.
  • Growth: $99/month ($990/year), up to $15,000/month, unlimited campaigns and team members, plus a branded affiliate portal, custom domain, private invite-only campaigns and custom rewards.
  • Enterprise: from $149/month ($1,490+/year), up to $30,000/month on the entry tier, with phone support and one-click PayPal payouts. Higher usage moves to a higher tier.

Every plan includes a 14-day free trial, unlimited affiliates and visitors, and a 0% transaction fee. Prices are in USD, with taxes extra. Your affiliate commissions and third-party provider fees (Stripe, Paddle, PayPal, Wise) are separate from the subscription.

What a coach would use

Rewardful documents first- or last-touch attribution, coupon code tracking, double-sided incentives (reward the affiliate and give the referred customer a discount), self-referral fraud detection, multiple currencies and REST API access on all plans. Commissions adjust automatically if a referred customer downgrades, upgrades, cancels or starts a free trial. Links can point to any page on your domain with a simple URL parameter, or you can use direct page tracking. Payouts run through PayPal mass payouts or Wise bulk payouts on every plan, with a managed payouts option.

Where it falls short for coaching

Rewardful markets itself to SaaS, tech and AI companies, and its whole model assumes a product billed through a payment system like Stripe. It does not book sessions, send agreements, deliver programs or track a client's progress. Revenue-based tiers also mean the bill climbs as your program succeeds. The Starter plan has no branded affiliate portal, so partners see Rewardful's portal until you move to Growth. If your checkout runs inside a coaching platform, confirm with both vendors how Rewardful would read those payments before committing.

Pick it over Coachful if you run a subscription business with dozens of affiliates who expect automated monthly payouts, your billing already lives directly in Stripe, and client delivery is handled elsewhere.

Which one looks like you?

Coachful builds your coaching website from a few answers, in a design chosen for your niche, with programs, booking and payments ready behind it.

4. FirstPromoter: for structured partner programs with tiers and tax forms

A business coach or course creator recruiting a real partner network (affiliates who recruit other affiliates, partners on custom terms, international promoters who need tax forms) gets the most structure from FirstPromoter. It is the most feature-dense affiliate engine in this list.

Plans and limits

From FirstPromoter's pricing page in October 2026:

  • Starter: $49/month ($490/year) for up to $5,000/month in revenue from affiliates, up to 1,000 affiliates and 3 campaigns.
  • Business: $99/month ($990/year) for up to $15,000/month, unlimited affiliates and campaigns, a custom dashboard domain, custom email domain, one-click direct PayPal payouts and VAT-compliant self-billed invoices for EU companies.
  • Enterprise: $149/month ($1,490/year) above $15,000/month, with white-labeling and managed auto payouts (SaaS companies only, approval required).

A 14-day free trial is offered, with no credit card required.

Features that matter for a partner program

All plans list referral link tracking on your own domain, coupon tracking synced with Stripe, recurring and lifetime commissions, multi-tier commissions across up to three levels, double-sided rewards, non-monetary rewards such as free months or credits, a brandable affiliate dashboard, W-9 and W-8BEN tax form collection, an asset library and affiliate agreements signed in the portal, email automation for affiliates, and fraud controls including automatic negative commissions on refunds. Mass payouts cover PayPal, Wise, Stripe, crypto and bank transfer in 190 currencies. FirstPromoter lists integrations with Stripe, Paddle, Chargebee, Recurly and Braintree, and with no-code platforms including HighLevel, ClickFunnels, Ghost, Kajabi and ThriveCart, plus Zapier and Make.

Honest limits

Like Rewardful, FirstPromoter is aimed at SaaS businesses and prices by affiliate revenue. Starter's $5,000/month ceiling is lower than Rewardful's entry tier. It does nothing for the coaching itself, so it always adds at least one more subscription and one more login. Multi-tier commissions are a powerful tool, and a risky one in a coaching business, because they invite income claims from affiliates (see the mistakes section below).

Pick it over Coachful if you are building a formal partner program with tiered rates, sub-affiliates and tax-form collection, and you already sell through one of the billing systems or platforms it integrates with.

5. Stan Store: does a link-in-bio store need an affiliate program?

It can, if you are a creator-coach selling digital products, a mini course or paid calls straight from social media, and you want fans or peers to promote them. Stan Store bundles affiliates into its higher plan, next to email marketing and upsells.

Stan Store homepage promoting its link-in-bio storefront for creators
Stan Store's homepage in October 2026.

Plan details as listed

As listed in October 2026, Stan Store's Creator plan costs $29/month ($25/month billed annually) with unlimited products and customers in one store. Creator Pro costs $99/month ($79/month billed annually). Email marketing, upsells, discount codes and affiliates are only on Creator Pro. Both plans come with a 14-day free trial; the first month is charged when the trial ends. Stan Store takes a 0% fee on sales ("keep 100% of every sale"); standard Stripe or PayPal processing applies. Trustpilot shows 4.7 from 2,205 reviews (seen October 25, 2026).

What you give up

Stan Store is a storefront, not a CRM. It has no contracts, invoices or client records, no programs with tasks, habits or check-ins, and no team seats advertised. To get affiliates at all you pay the Creator Pro price, which is the same monthly cost as a dedicated affiliate tool's entry plan.

Pick it over Coachful if your business is mostly digital products and quick paid calls sold from Instagram or TikTok, and you do not need agreements, client records or multi-week program delivery.

How do the five compare feature by feature?

The matrix below separates affiliate depth from everything a coach needs around it. "Partial" means the tool covers part of the job, as described in its section.

ToolAffiliate links and trackingAutomated payoutsSales pages and funnelsBooking and sessionsAgreements with e-signaturePrograms, habits, check-insCommunity
CoachfulPartial (links, clicks, conversions, revenue)No (recorded manually)YesYesYesYesYes
Systeme.ioYesNot verifiedYesNo (per older profile)NoNoPartial (basic)

FirstPromoterYes (multi-tier)Yes (PayPal, Wise, Stripe, bank, crypto)NoNoPartial (affiliate agreements only)NoNo
Stan StoreYes (Creator Pro only)Not verifiedPartial (storefront pages)Partial (paid calls)NoNoNo

Read across the Coachful row and the pattern is obvious: it is the only tool that covers the client side, and the weakest on payouts. Read down the Rewardful and FirstPromoter rows and you see the opposite. The question is which side of that trade costs you more time each month.

What do three realistic stacks cost per month?

Here are three example stacks for the coach described earlier: 15 one-to-one clients, one group program and three referral partners. Payment processing fees, taxes and affiliate commissions are extra in every case.

StackToolsMonthly cost (as listed)Who pays partners
Coachful (one platform)Coachful for funnels, checkout, affiliate tracking, booking, agreements, programs and communitySolo: $49/month for up to 20 clientsYou, from the tracked totals, then recorded in Coachful
Low-cost marketerSysteme.io Startup ($17) + Calendly Standard ($10 per seat, billed annually) + Satori Pro ($49, older profile: 50 active clients)$76/monthDepends on Systeme.io's affiliate payout setup
Course platform plus affiliate engineKajabi Basic ($179) + FirstPromoter Starter ($49) + Calendly Standard ($10 per seat, billed annually)$238/monthFirstPromoter mass payouts

A few notes on these examples. The low-cost stack means three logins for you and at least two for your clients, and none of it delivers habits or daily check-ins. The Kajabi stack adds a 2% Kajabi fee on Basic if you use a processor other than Kajabi Payments or PayPal, and Kajabi Basic caps you at 5 products and 2,500 contacts. Both outside stacks still leave you without coaching agreements unless you add an e-signature tool; our guide to e-signature software for coaches covers that gap.

For a coach at 40 clients, the Satori line in the low-cost stack would stay on Pro under the older profile's limit, and the Coachful line changes to Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients. For an unlimited roster: Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients.

How would you set up a referral program in Coachful, step by step?

A working setup takes an afternoon: one offer, one page for partners to send people to, one affiliate link per partner, and a monthly routine for payouts. Here is the order we would follow for the example coach.

  1. Write the partner terms first. Decide the commission (the example uses 20% of the first payment), whether it applies to payment plans per installment, what happens on a refund, and how and when you pay. Put it in a short agreement your partners sign.
  2. Build or pick the destination. Use a checkout funnel for a direct sale or a booking funnel if referrals should start with a discovery call. A template works, or request the page through the free white-glove build.
  3. Create one affiliate link per partner. Give each partner their own link pointing at that funnel, so clicks, conversions and revenue are attributed to the right person. If a podcast host wants something to say out loud, add a coupon as well.
  4. Connect the follow-up. Set an email sequence for leads who opted in but did not buy, with delays and branching. See email marketing for coaches.
  5. Attach the agreement and the program to the offer. The referred client signs your coaching agreement before the first call and is enrolled in the program, which creates their cohort group automatically.
  6. Give partners their disclosure wording. A one-line example they can paste ("I earn a commission if you join through my link") saves you from chasing them later.
  7. Run the payout routine monthly. Check tracked conversions and revenue, exclude refunds per your terms, pay each partner by your agreed method, and record the payout in Coachful.

What the referred client experiences is the part a standalone affiliate tool never sees. They click the partner's link and land on your branded sales page. They pay through your Stripe checkout, with Apple Pay or Google Pay if they like, and get an invoice. Your agreement arrives for e-signature before the first call. They log into your branded app and see their program, the week they are in, their goals, habits and check-ins, the group's community feed and their next session. Nothing about the experience tells them they came through an affiliate, and nothing asks them to create a second account.

Client-facing Discover view with bundle cards and program filters
What a client browses in the coach's branded space: demo bundle cards and program filters.

On your side, the lead arrived in Prospects with its source recorded, and the client record now holds their payments, sessions, intake answers and progress. When you check retention three months later, you can see whether that partner's referrals are thriving or at risk, which is better information for adjusting a commission than click counts alone.

If you plan to grow from partners into paid ads or a bigger funnel, our pages on coaching funnel software, lead management and coaching payments go deeper. Business coaches running group offers may also want group coaching software and Coachful for business coaches.

What mistakes do coaches make with affiliate programs?

The expensive ones are legal and relational, not technical. Software choice matters less than these.

  • Letting affiliates skip disclosure. The FTC's Endorsement Guides say a connection consumers would not expect, such as being paid or given something of value, must be disclosed clearly and conspicuously, and endorsements must reflect the endorser's honest opinion. Your affiliates' posts are part of your marketing. Read the FTC's plain-language Q&A, FTC's Endorsement Guides: What People Are Asking, and give partners wording to use.
  • Allowing income claims. Business and money coaches face extra risk here. In October 2021 the FTC sent a Notice of Penalty Offenses Concerning Money-Making Opportunities to more than 1,100 businesses, including business coaching, warning that misrepresenting earnings as typical can bring civil penalties. An affiliate promising "you will make your fee back in a month" is a problem for you. See the FTC notice page.
  • Paying for reviews that look organic. The FTC's Consumer Reviews and Testimonials Rule, in effect since October 21, 2024, bars fake reviews and incentives tied to a particular sentiment. Do not reward partners for five-star reviews. The FTC's questions and answers explain what is allowed.
  • Letting partners email cold lists. If affiliates send commercial email about your offer, CAN-SPAM rules apply. The FTC's CAN-SPAM compliance guide is short and worth sending to partners.
  • Paying commission before the money clears. On payment plans, tie commission to installments received, and define what happens on a refund before the first one happens.
  • Ignoring tax paperwork. Paying partners can create reporting obligations that depend on where you and they are based. Check with an accountant before your first payout.
  • Buying a revenue-tiered tool for three partners. A $49/month affiliate engine to pay three people a few commissions a month is often more overhead than the program earns.
  • Recruiting clients as recruiters. Multi-tier commissions can turn a coaching community into a sales pyramid in the eyes of your clients. If you use them, keep the focus on the coaching.

Which affiliate software should a coach choose?

Choose Coachful if your referrals become clients you coach: it is the only pick here that tracks the referral and then delivers everything after the sale, with partner payouts handled by you. Choose a dedicated engine only when partner volume makes manual payouts a real cost.

Specifically: Systeme.io is the cheapest way to let partners promote a course or lead magnet. Rewardful fits a Stripe-billed membership with many affiliates. FirstPromoter suits a formal partner program with tiers, sub-affiliates and tax forms. Stan Store works for creator-coaches selling digital products from a link in bio, as long as you pay for Creator Pro. For most coaches with a few trusted partners, a program and a group, one platform with honest tracking and a monthly payout routine is the lower-cost, lower-effort answer, and the free white-glove build removes most of the setup.

Frequently asked questions

Does Coachful pay affiliates automatically?

No. Coachful tracks affiliate links, clicks, conversions and attributed revenue, but payouts are recorded manually rather than sent by Coachful. You pay each partner by the method you agreed and mark the payout in your account. For a small group of partners this is quick; for hundreds of affiliates, a dedicated tool with mass payouts fits better.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

It is a free build service on every plan. From Create, choose "We'll build it for you · FREE", describe what you need (a sales page, funnel, program, email sequence and more), attach up to 8 links and 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it in your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing.

Do I need separate affiliate software if I only have a few referral partners?

Usually not. With fewer than about ten partners, tracking inside your coaching platform plus a monthly payout routine is simpler and cheaper than a revenue-tiered affiliate tool. Move to a dedicated tool when payouts, tax forms or partner support start taking real time each month.

What is the difference between a referral program and an affiliate program?

In practice the software is often the same. A referral program usually rewards existing clients for introducing friends, sometimes with a discount for both sides. An affiliate program pays outside partners, such as peers or podcast hosts, a commission to promote your offer to their audience.

Do my affiliates have to disclose that they earn a commission?

Under the FTC's Endorsement Guides, a material connection such as being paid must be disclosed clearly and conspicuously in the US. Give partners simple wording and ask them to put it near the link, not buried in a profile. Rules differ in other countries, so check local guidance if your partners are abroad.

How much commission should a coach pay affiliates?

There is no standard rate we can cite. Work backwards from your price, your delivery cost per client and what you would otherwise spend to win a client, then pick a rate you can sustain on payment plans and refunds. The 20% figure in this article is only an example.

Can I track a podcast or speaking referral without a link?

Yes, with a coupon code. Coachful supports coupons at checkout, and Rewardful and FirstPromoter both document coupon code tracking tied to the affiliate. A short, memorable code works better than a long link read aloud.

Which tools here handle affiliate tax forms?

FirstPromoter lists W-9 and W-8BEN collection in its affiliate portal on every plan. The others do not document it in the information we reviewed. Whatever tool you use, check with an accountant about your reporting obligations before paying partners.

Is Coachful suitable for health or therapy referrals?

Coachful is a coaching platform, not a clinical system. It is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it should not hold clinical records or handle insurance billing. Coaches who receive referrals from clinicians should keep the coaching within its scope and refer clients back to licensed professionals when needs go beyond coaching.

Can I try Coachful before committing?
