Best App for Communication Skills Coaches: 7 Picks for 2026

The best app for communication skills coaches is the one your clients will open on an ordinary Tuesday, right before a difficult meeting, and use to practise one specific behaviour. Communication skills change between sessions, in real conversations, so the question that decides this is simple: does the app give your client a daily prompt, a place to reflect after a hard conversation, short lessons and a way to reach you, all in one place on their phone?
Our pick is Coachful's client app. Clients get habits, morning and evening check-ins, programs, courses, messaging and a community on iPhone and Android, shown with your branding inside the Coachful app, while you run booking, payments and contracts from the same account. We make Coachful, so we have kept the comparison to what each vendor documents and what public reviewers report, and every entry below says when another tool is the better choice.
This guide starts with a five-question checklist about your practice, maps your answers to a pick, and then ranks seven apps by the client experience. If you are still defining your offer, read what communication skills coaching is first; this article is about the app your clients install, not your back office.
Which five questions decide the right client app?
Five answers about your practice narrow seven apps to one or two. Write your answers down before reading the rankings; they make the trade-offs obvious.
- Do your clients need a daily practice prompt, or only a place to find materials? A client working on "pause before I answer in meetings" needs a nudge and a habit tracker every day. A client who comes to you for a one-off presentation rehearsal may only need a folder of notes.
- Is your work 1:1, cohort-based or both? Group programs for new managers or speakers benefit from a community where people can share practice wins. Private executive work needs a private space and nothing else.
- How much should the app look like your brand? Some apps show the vendor's name and colours everywhere; some show your branding inside their app; a few offer your own App Store listing at custom, usually high, prices.
- Will clients book, pay and sign inside the same place they practise? Every extra login costs you completion. If booking lives in one tool and practice in another, clients forget one of them.
- How many clients will you have in a year, and how does the bill grow? Per-client pricing is cheap at 5 clients and painful at 40. Percentage fees on sales grow with your revenue.
Which app fits your answers?
Use the table below as a shortcut: find the row whose description matches most of your answers.
| Pick | Your answers look like this | Why it fits |
|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Daily practice matters; 1:1 and cohorts; your branding; booking, payment and practice in one login; growing client count | Habits, check-ins, programs, courses, messaging and community in one client app, with the back office in the same account |
| Mighty Networks | Mostly cohort and membership work; community comes first; no need for private daily check-ins | Member app on all plans built around community, courses and events |
| Circle | Paid community for speakers or professionals; you already handle 1:1 work elsewhere | Circle-branded iOS and Android app with courses, events and live streams |
| Practice Better | Your communication work sits inside a wellness practice with charting and protocols | Client app on iOS and Android with journaling, messaging and video |
| CoachAccountable | Mostly 1:1 accountability work; clients are happy in a mobile browser | Action plans, metrics and worksheets, though no native app |
| Kajabi | You sell recorded speaking courses at scale and coaching is a smaller add-on | Courses, website, funnels and email with a branded app on higher plans |
| Skool | One low-cost community with a classroom; no 1:1 records needed | Simple community app with feed, classroom, calendar and direct messages |
What do communication skills clients actually do in an app each week?
They practise one small behaviour, reflect on real conversations and pick up short lessons, usually in five-minute bursts on a phone. The app's job is to make those bursts easy and visible to you.
A typical week for a client working on clarity, listening or confidence includes:
- A daily practice behaviour. For example, "state my main point in the first sentence of every email" or "ask one follow-up question before giving advice". This is a habit with a streak, not a to-do list.
- A morning intention and an evening reflection. Which conversation today matters, and afterwards, what happened, what they said and what they would change. Structures like the OFNR steps in the nonviolent communication framework work well as reflection prompts.
- One short lesson. A five-minute video or reading on active listening, framing a request, or handling interruptions, released week by week rather than all at once.
- A message to the coach before a hard conversation. The boundaries you set here matter; our guide to client communication boundaries covers response times and what counts as an emergency.
- Peer practice in a group, if you run cohorts: sharing a win, swapping feedback on a recorded pitch, joining a live practice call.
- Progress they can see. A goal like "lead the Monday stand-up without notes" with a progress bar keeps motivation up between sessions.
One scope note belongs in every communication coach's onboarding. Coaching works on skills and confidence; it is not speech therapy or mental health treatment. If a client describes stuttering, a voice disorder or a speech difficulty, refer them to a speech-language pathologist (the NIDCD's stuttering overview explains the condition and who treats it). If anxiety stops someone from functioning at work or at home, refer them to a licensed mental health professional and keep coaching only alongside that care, if at all.
How did we rank these apps?
We looked at each vendor's own documentation and public pricing, our September 2026 vendor profiles, and what public reviewers report on Trustpilot. We did not run hands-on trials. Paperbell and Satori were left out because their profiles list no native mobile app, and they would add little to a client-app comparison.
Ranking criteria: one login for the whole client journey, between-session delivery (habits, check-ins, lessons, messaging), total stack cost, and setup effort including any build help.
| Rank | App | Best for | Client app | Starting price (as listed in October 2026) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Coachful | 1:1 and group communication programs with daily practice | iPhone and Android, your branding inside the Coachful app | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients |
| 2 | Mighty Networks | Community-led cohorts and memberships | Mighty app for members on all plans | Launch $95/mo ($79/mo billed annually) plus a 2% platform fee |
| 3 | Circle | Paid professional communities | Circle-branded iOS and Android app | Professional $89/mo billed annually plus a 2% fee |
| 4 | Practice Better | Wellness practices that also coach communication | iOS and Android for clients and practitioners | Sprout $0 (3 clients); Starter $35/mo |
| 5 | CoachAccountable | 1:1 accountability in a browser | No native app; web app only | Starter $20/mo (2 active clients) |
| 6 | Kajabi | Course-first speaking businesses | Customer app; branded app on Growth and Pro | Basic $179/mo ($143/mo billed annually) |
| 7 | Skool | Low-cost single community | Skool Communities app, not white-label | Hobby $9/mo plus 10% + 30¢ per transaction |
1. Coachful: the best app for communication skills coaches overall

Coachful is a coaching platform where one subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. The coach has one login, and the client has one branded app on iPhone and Android. That app carries your branding inside the Coachful app; it is not published under your own App Store account.
For a communication client, the daily loop is the point. You build a multi-week program with weekly goals and daily tasks, attach habits such as "one clarifying question per meeting", and switch on morning and evening check-ins. The client sees streaks and goals with progress bars, so "speak up in the first ten minutes of the leadership meeting" becomes something they can track rather than something they mean to do.

The check-ins are built in the coaching flows library, where the welcome flow, the morning check-in and the evening check-in sit as reusable templates. Here is the check-ins walkthrough:

Lessons come through courses with modules, lessons, drip release and completion tracking, so a "listening fundamentals" module can open in week two rather than on day one. Downloads, videos, books and AI tools sit in the same branded home. If you would rather not start from a blank page, Coachful includes more than 40 ready-to-film program templates and 48 course templates with quizzes.

Group work is handled without a second tool. Enrolling clients in a program creates a cohort group automatically, and the community has a feed, group chat, direct messages and video events, plus group calls and webinars. A presentation-skills cohort can share recorded practice in the feed while a private executive client only ever sees their own space and direct messages with you. If cohorts are central to your offer, our group coaching software page goes deeper.

Sessions fit around the practice. Clients book from booking pages with availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, which matters when you coach managers across offices. Calendars sync two ways with Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook, and each session gets built-in video or an auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams link. Reminders go by email, plus SMS 24 hours before and WhatsApp one hour before once messaging is enabled. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and stay on the client record.
On your side, the client record pulls everything together: goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, with a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, briefs you before each session from live practice data and summarizes recorded sessions. She can also give optional private feedback on your own coaching against ICF Core Competencies 3 to 8, which suits communication coaches who are working towards a credential, and Coachful tracks your coaching hours against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds. Questions and planning with Michelle are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. There is also an AI Coach, an AI version of you that selected clients can chat with between sessions, configured by you, which you can read about on the AI coaching assistant page.

Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, with one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, coupons, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Coachful has charged a 0% platform fee since August 2026, so you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing. Plans are flat and monthly; lower plans cap the number of clients and Pro is unlimited (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients).
Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, choose "We'll build it for you · FREE", describe what you want (a program, a course outline, a website, a funnel, an email sequence, a coaching flow), and attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. One recent example: a leadership coach with a Squarespace renewal days away got one clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button. The service does not cover recording videos, logo design or ad management. Details are in our white-glove service guide.

What Coachful is, in short. A coaching platform for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions: solo coaches growing into a small team, and coaches replacing four to six tools. What it does not do: it is not HIPAA-certified and has no BAA, so it is not for clinical records; there is no PayPal and no permanent free plan; the client app is not your own App Store listing; and it has no third-party plugins. How to start: begin a free trial, then request the white-glove build so your first program or site is waiting when you log back in. Communication coaches working with leaders may also want the executive coaches or confidence coaches pages.
Pick something else over Coachful only if you need one of the things it does not do: your own App Store listing, PayPal, or clinical record-keeping.
2. Mighty Networks: strongest when the cohort is the product

Mighty Networks suits communication coaches whose main offer is a group: a twelve-week speaking circle, a membership for new managers, a weekly speaking practice club. Members use the Mighty app on all plans, with community, courses and events in one place. Livestreaming is included, with 20 hours a month for up to 100 attendees on Launch, which is enough for a weekly practice call.
What you give up is the private, per-client layer. Mighty Networks has no 1:1 scheduling, invoicing or contracts, and no per-client habits, check-ins or private coaching plans, according to our September 2026 profile. A client practising "one concise update per stand-up" has nowhere to log that streak privately. You would pair it with a booking and payment tool, which brings back the two-login problem.
Pricing as listed in October 2026: Launch is $95/mo ($79/mo billed annually) with 3 hosts, Scale is $215/mo ($179/mo annually), and Growth is $354/mo on annual billing. Mighty takes a platform fee on sales of 2% on Launch, 1% on Scale and 0.5% on Growth and Mighty Pro, on top of Stripe processing. As an illustration, a cohort that brings in $3,000 a month on Launch pays $60 to Mighty before processing. Your own branded iOS and Android apps sit only on the custom-priced Mighty Pro tier. A 14-day trial needs no credit card and includes Growth features. On Trustpilot it shows 3.3 from 219 reviews.
Pick it over Coachful if your offer is almost entirely community and live group practice, you never need private daily check-ins, and you want a community-first member app with built-in livestreaming hours.
3. Circle: a polished community app for paid professional groups

Is Circle a good fit for a communication coach? It is when you run a paid community, such as a network of public speakers or a client-facing skills group for consultants, and the app needs to feel professional. Circle's members get a Circle-branded iOS and Android app on all plans, with courses, events, live streams and paid memberships.
Like Mighty Networks, it has no 1:1 scheduling or client management back office and no per-client habits, check-ins or coaching plans. You can remove Circle branding on Business, but a fully branded app needs Circle Plus, which is custom-priced.
As listed in October 2026, Professional is $89/mo billed annually with 3 admins and 2,500 AI credits a month, Business is $199/mo billed annually, and Scale is $419/mo billed annually. Circle takes 2% of payments on Professional, 1% on Business and Scale, and 0.5% on Circle Plus, plus Stripe processing. A 14-day trial on Professional, Business and Scale needs no credit card. On Trustpilot, Circle shows 4.1 from 129 reviews, a better score than most community tools here.
For a communication client, Circle works well for the social side: posting a recorded two-minute talk and getting comments, joining an event, browsing a course. It does little for the private side, the evening reflection after a tense one-to-one with a boss. Coaches who use it usually keep booking, agreements and private notes elsewhere. Our community platform for coaches page compares what a community needs when it is attached to coaching.
Pick it over Coachful if you are building a large paid professional community where member discussion is the main value and you already have separate tools for 1:1 clients.
4. Practice Better: a real client app, shaped for wellness practices

Practice Better has one of the more complete client apps in this list. Clients and practitioners get an iOS and Android app with journaling (including barcode and photo entries), messaging and video, and the client portal on web, iOS and Android covers booking, messaging, forms, programs, protocols, documents and invoices, with per-client permissions. Our Practice Better app guide walks through what each side sees.
The catch for communication coaches is fit. Practice Better is practice management for wellness and nutrition practitioners: scheduling, telehealth, charting and billing. Barcode journaling and protocols are built for food and supplements, not for "how did I handle that interruption". You can adapt journals and programs into reflection prompts, but the vocabulary of the product stays clinical.
Pricing as listed in October 2026: Sprout is $0 for 3 clients, Starter $35/mo ($25/mo billed annually) for 10 clients, Professional $69/mo ($59/mo annually) for 300 clients, Plus $99/mo ($89/mo annually) for unlimited clients, and Team $155/mo ($145/mo annually) with 2 practitioners. Portal branding, a custom URL, SMS and evergreen programs start on Plus. Below Team, an account has one practitioner. There is a 30-day trial on Team and 14 days on other paid plans, no contracts, and Trustpilot shows 3.8 from 87 reviews. It has no website builder or funnel pages, per our older profile.
Pick it over Coachful if communication coaching is one service inside a wellness or nutrition practice that needs charting and protocols, and you want a free plan to start with three clients.
5. CoachAccountable: deep accountability tools, no native app

CoachAccountable has no native mobile app. Its September 2026 profile lists it as a web app only, with an "add to home screen" shortcut documented instead, and reviewers say they wish for a dedicated client app. We still rank it here because its between-session tools are strong for 1:1 accountability work.
The back office covers sessions, action plans, metrics, worksheets, courses, invoicing and agreements, with custom branding and a white-label client portal. For a communication client, an action plan ("send the meeting agenda 24 hours ahead, every week") plus a metric ("self-rated clarity, 1 to 10, after each meeting") is a sound structure. The client simply opens it in a mobile browser rather than an app, and there is no community or cohort feed listed in our profile.
Pricing is per active client, as listed in October 2026: Starter $20/mo for 2 active clients, Level 1 $40/mo for 5, Level 2 $70/mo for 10, Level 3 $120/mo for 20, Level 4 $250/mo for 50 and Level 5 $400/mo for 100. That gets expensive for large group programs. A 30-day trial has no credit card requirement and no limits. Our older profile notes no landing pages, website or marketing automation, and that CoachAccountable states it is not HIPAA compliant. It shows 4.8 from 47 reviews on Trustpilot, the highest score in this list. Our CoachAccountable alternatives page compares it with other 1:1 tools.
Pick it over Coachful if you coach a small number of 1:1 clients who are comfortable in a browser, you want highly configurable action plans and metrics, and a native app does not matter to you.
6. Kajabi: a course business first, coaching second

Where does Kajabi fit for communication coaches? Mainly for those whose revenue comes from recorded courses, such as a public-speaking masterclass sold to thousands, with coaching as an upsell. Kajabi is a course, community, website, funnel and email platform for selling knowledge products. Our September 2026 profile lists a customer app on Growth and Pro, with a branded (white-label) app on those plans.
Its weakness for this niche is the daily practice layer. Kajabi has no habit tracking or daily client check-ins, and coaching is organised as products and communities, not per-client plans. A course student can watch the "eye contact and pacing" lesson on the app, but there is no built-in place to log that they practised it in Thursday's pitch.
Pricing as listed in October 2026: Basic is $179/mo ($143/mo billed annually) with 5 products, 2,500 contacts, 1 community and 0 AI credits; Growth is $249/mo ($199/mo annually) with 50 products and 25,000 contacts; Pro is $499/mo ($399/mo annually). Kajabi Payments in the US costs 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, falling to 2.7% + $0.30 on Pro, and using another processor (other than PayPal) adds a Kajabi fee of 2%, 1% or 0.5% depending on plan. The standard trial is 14 days; a card is optional, and if entered, Kajabi places an authorization hold and charges on the day the trial ends. Trustpilot shows 3.4 from 2,347 reviews.
Pick it over Coachful if most of your income will come from self-paced communication courses sold at volume, and you can live without per-client habits and check-ins.
7. Skool: simplest community app, least coaching depth

Skool is the low-cost, low-setup option. Members use the Skool Communities app on iOS and Android with a feed, classroom, calendar, direct messages and push notifications, and gamified leaderboards reward participation. For a speaking club where members earn points by posting practice videos, that mechanic can work.
The app is not white-label: your clients join you inside Skool, next to every other Skool group. There is no custom domain website, funnels, email automation or public API, and no 1:1 client records, intake forms, habits or check-ins. Payments only run through Skool Payments.
Pricing as listed in October 2026: Hobby is $9/mo ($7.50/mo billed annually) with a 10% + 30¢ fee on all transactions; Pro is $99/mo ($82.50/mo annually) with 2.9% + 30¢ up to $899 and 3.9% + 30¢ above $900. Fees are non-refundable and payouts are weekly. As an example, $3,000 of monthly sales on Hobby means about $300 in percentage fees before the per-transaction 30¢. The trial length and card terms are not stated on the pricing page. Skool shows 1.6 from 54 reviews on Trustpilot.
Pick it over Coachful if you want a single, inexpensive community with a classroom and leaderboard, and you do not need private client records, check-ins or your own branding.
How do the client apps compare feature by feature?
This matrix covers what the client touches. "Not covered in our profile" means our vendor data does not document it, so check with the vendor before relying on it.

What does a week in Coachful's app look like for one client?
Here is an illustrative week for a hypothetical client, a newly promoted team lead we will call Sam, in a ten-week "Lead the Room" program. Every step uses a documented Coachful feature; the client and program are examples.

Monday morning. Sam opens the app and answers the morning check-in: which conversation matters today (the weekly team meeting) and how confident they feel about it. The week's goal, "open every meeting with the decision we need", shows its progress bar from last week.
Monday, before the meeting. The daily habit, "state the purpose in one sentence", sits on Sam's home screen with a four-day streak. Sam ticks it after the meeting.
Tuesday. The week three lesson unlocks on drip: a short module on asking open questions, inside the course attached to the program. Sam watches it on the train.
Wednesday. A peer in the program's cohort group posts about handling an interruption from a senior colleague. Sam replies with what worked for them. The cohort group was created automatically when both enrolled.

Thursday. Sam has a tense one-to-one coming up with a team member who missed deadlines, and sends you a direct message asking how to open it. You reply within the response window you agreed in the coaching agreement Sam signed before the first call.
Thursday evening. The evening check-in asks what happened, what Sam said and what they would change. Sam notes that they listed observations before making a request, as practised.
Friday. Sam's next session is booked. They received an SMS reminder 24 hours before and a WhatsApp reminder an hour before, and the session opens with an auto-created Zoom link. Before you join, Michelle briefs you from Sam's check-ins and habits, so you start with the Thursday conversation rather than "how was your week?". After the recorded session, Michelle summarizes it, and Sam's status on your client list stays at thriving.
Nothing in that week needed a second login, a separate payment link or a shared folder.
What will you pay at 5, 15 and 40 clients?
At 5 clients most apps are affordable; by 40, per-client pricing and percentage fees separate them. Figures below are vendor prices as listed in October 2026, monthly billing unless noted, before payment processing.
| App (plan needed for a client app) | 5 clients | 15 clients | 40 clients | Extra costs to watch |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients | 0% platform fee; Stripe or Razorpay processing only; AI credits for confirmed AI builds |
| Mighty Networks (Launch) | $95 | $95 | $95 | 2% platform fee on sales; own-brand app needs custom-priced Mighty Pro; 1:1 booking and payments need another tool |
| Circle (Professional, annual) | $89 | $89 | $89 | 2% fee on payments; monthly price not listed in our data; 1:1 tools needed separately |
| Practice Better | $35 (Starter) | $69 (Professional) | $69 (Professional) | Portal branding and SMS need Plus at $99 |
| CoachAccountable | $40 (Level 1) | $120 (Level 3) | $250 (Level 4) | No native app at any price; processor fees |
| Kajabi (Growth, for the branded app) | $249 | $249 | $249 | Payment fees by plan; extra 1% Kajabi fee on Growth with another processor |
| Skool (Hobby or Pro) | $9 or $99 | $9 or $99 | $9 or $99 | 10% + 30¢ per transaction on Hobby; 2.9% to 3.9% + 30¢ on Pro |
Flat prices on the community tools hide the cost of the tools you add for booking, contracts and private check-ins. When comparing, add those subscriptions and the percentage fee on your expected revenue. If you need a rate to plug in, start from your target annual income divided by the client hours you can realistically deliver, then test it against what your clients' employers already pay for training. Our article on high-income coaching skills covers the skills behind a more valuable practice.
Which red flags and switching costs should you watch for?
The biggest red flag is an app that clients only open when you send them a link. If the daily practice, the reflection and the messages live in different places, clients drift back to email and the app becomes a file cabinet.
- "App" that is really a mobile website. CoachAccountable, Paperbell and Satori have no native mobile app in their profiles. That can be fine for 1:1 work, but there is no app icon on the client's home screen.
- Branding that costs five figures. Mighty Networks and Circle reserve own-brand apps for custom-priced tiers. Decide whether "your brand inside a well-built app" is enough before paying for an App Store listing; our guide on how to create a coaching app explains the options.
- Percentage fees that grow with you. A 2% to 10% cut feels small at launch and large once a cohort sells out.
- Per-client pricing for group programs. A 30-person speaking cohort on a per-active-client plan moves you up several tiers at once.
- Exports that leave things behind. Before you commit, ask what you can take with you: client notes, check-ins, messages, files. Coachful exports a full client data ZIP (roster, notes, check-ins, goals, habits, sessions, form responses) and courses.
- Re-onboarding clients. Every switch means asking clients to install a new app and log in again. Do it at a program boundary, not mid-cohort, and give one clear instruction email.
Switching into Coachful is lighter than most moves because clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, and the white-glove build can recreate a program or sales page from your existing material.
Which app should you choose?
For most communication skills coaches, Coachful is the right choice: clients get daily habits, check-ins, lessons, messages and a community in one branded app on iPhone and Android, and you run booking, payments and agreements from the same login. Choose Mighty Networks or Circle if the community is the whole product, Practice Better if you work inside a wellness practice, CoachAccountable if your 1:1 clients are happy in a browser, Kajabi if courses sold at volume are your main income, and Skool if you want the cheapest possible community.
If you want help writing the messages themselves, our guides to communication skills in coaching and client communication best practices pair well with whichever app you pick.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best app for communication skills coaches?
Coachful is our pick because it combines daily habits, morning and evening check-ins, programs, courses, messaging and a community in one client app on iPhone and Android. You also run booking, payments and contracts from the same account, so clients have one place to go between sessions.
Does Coachful give me my own app in the App Store?
No. Clients download the Coachful app on iPhone or Android and see your branding inside it. It is not published under your own App Store account, which is what some community platforms sell on custom-priced tiers.
What is Coachful's free white-glove service?
It is a build service included on every plan. You describe what you want, such as a program, course outline, website or funnel, attach up to 8 links and 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include recording videos, logo design or ad management.
Which apps have no native mobile app at all?
Of the tools we looked at, CoachAccountable is web-only, with an "add to home screen" shortcut documented instead. Paperbell and Satori also have no native mobile app according to their profiles, which is why they were left out of this ranking.
Can I use a community app like Skool or Circle for 1:1 communication coaching?
You can host conversations there, but neither keeps 1:1 client records, private habits or check-ins, according to our profiles. Most coaches who use them for 1:1 work add a separate booking and client management tool.
Do clients get reminders before sessions in Coachful?
Yes. Coachful sends email reminders, plus SMS 24 hours before and WhatsApp one hour before once messaging is enabled. Sessions can use built-in video or an auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams link.
Is communication skills coaching the same as speech therapy?
No. Coaching builds skills, habits and confidence; it does not treat speech, voice or mental health conditions. Refer clients who describe stuttering or a voice disorder to a speech-language pathologist, and clients whose anxiety stops them functioning to a licensed mental health professional.
Can I run cohorts and private clients in the same Coachful account?
Yes. Enrolling clients in a program creates a cohort group automatically, while private clients see only their own programs, habits and direct messages with you. Group calls and webinars are included alongside 1:1 sessions.
What does Coachful not do?
It is not HIPAA-certified and is not for clinical records or insurance billing. It has no PayPal, no permanent free plan, no third-party plugins and no Salesforce or HubSpot integration. The client app carries your branding but is not your own App Store listing.
