Top 10 Best App for Creativity Coaches: Ranked and Reviewed

Top 10 Best App for Creativity Coaches: Ranked and Reviewed

The best app for creativity coaches is the one your writers, painters, musicians and makers will open on a Tuesday morning when nobody is watching. Creative work happens between sessions: the morning pages, the twenty minutes at the piano, the sketch that almost did not get started. So the deciding question is not "which platform has the most features" but "what do my clients see on their phone the day after our call, and does it keep them making things?"

Our pick is Coachful's client app. It runs on iPhone and Android, shows your branding inside the Coachful app, and puts daily practice habits, morning and evening check-ins, program lessons, messages and a community in one place, while your bookings, payments and contracts run from the same account behind it. We make Coachful, so weigh our ranking with that in mind; below we explain the criteria, what each of the other nine tools documents, and when you should pick one of them instead.

This guide is about the client's side of the screen. If you mainly want to compare back-office features, our guide to coaching portals with a mobile app covers that angle, and our checklist for custom branded coaching apps explains the branding formats in more depth.

What does a creativity coaching client actually do in an app?

A creativity client uses an app to keep a practice alive between calls: a short daily habit, a prompt or lesson, a quick check-in about energy and resistance, and a place to share work in progress. The session is where insight happens; the app is where the habit either sticks or quietly dies.

Most creativity coaching programs follow a recognisable rhythm. A novelist working on a first draft might commit to 500 words a day. A visual artist rebuilding confidence after a long break might do a ten-minute sketch habit plus a weekly "artist date", the solo outing popularised by Julia Cameron's The Artist's Way. A songwriter might log practice sessions and upload rough demos for feedback. Across all of them, the client needs four things from the app on their phone:

  • A visible daily practice. A habit with a streak, so "I wrote today" becomes a tap and a small win.
  • Prompts and lessons on schedule. A week-three exercise on dealing with the inner critic should arrive in week three, not all at once.
  • A low-friction check-in. Two or three questions about mood, resistance and what got made, so the coach sees a stalled client before the next session rather than during it.
  • People to make things alongside. Many creative clients work alone. A cohort feed or group chat where others are also showing up at 6 a.m. does a lot of the motivational work.

One scope note before the rankings. Creative block often travels with anxiety, burnout or low mood. Coaching is not therapy or treatment. If a client describes persistent hopelessness, panic, or symptoms that disrupt daily life, refer them to a licensed mental health professional and keep coaching only within your scope. Wikipedia's overview of creative block is a useful plain-language starting point for clients who want to understand the phenomenon.

How does a creativity coach's client journey break into stages?

The client journey runs through four stages: attract, enroll, deliver and retain. An app only shines in the last two, but if the first two live in different tools, clients hit several logins before they ever see their first prompt.

Attract: getting found by the right creatives

Creatives find coaches through a website, a link in bio, a podcast or a free challenge such as "seven days of making something small". This stage needs a site, a lead magnet or mini-challenge funnel, and email. The client app is not involved yet, but the tool you choose decides whether the free challenge can later turn into an app experience.

Enroll: turning interest into a signed, paid client

Here the prospect books a discovery call, signs a coaching agreement and pays, ideally in one flow. If this lives in a separate scheduler, a separate e-signature tool and a separate checkout, you will be copying names between systems every week.

Deliver: the weeks of actual practice

This is where the client app earns its place: daily habits, scheduled lessons, check-ins, messaging, a group feed, and live sessions. For creatives, flexibility matters. A painter's "practice" looks nothing like a screenwriter's, so the app should let you name and design habits rather than lock you into step counts or workout sets.

Retain: keeping alumni and renewing

Once a twelve-week program ends, the strongest creativity coaches keep clients in an alumni community, offer a next-level program, or sell a course. Retention needs community, course access and simple renewals, all reachable from the same app the client already has.

How did we choose and rank these apps?

We started from what a creativity client does each week (practice, learn, check in, share) and scored each tool on how well its client-facing app supports that rhythm, then on how much of the coach's attract and enroll work connects to it. We did not run hands-on trials for this roundup; the notes below come from what each vendor documents on its own pages and what public reviewers report, with prices as listed in October 2026.

Four questions shaped the order:

  1. Is there a real app on iPhone and Android? Three well-known coaching back offices (CoachAccountable, Paperbell and, outside this list, Satori) have no native app, which matters a lot for a daily-practice niche.
  2. Can the coach design creative habits and check-ins? Fitness apps track habits well but frame everything around training.
  3. Does the coach's back office connect to it? If bookings, payments and contracts live elsewhere, the app is an island.
  4. What does the whole stack cost, and how long does setup take? A cheaper community app plus four other subscriptions is rarely cheaper.

1. Coachful: the best app for creativity coaches overall

A laptop showing a habit tracker and a tablet showing a goal's daily momentum view on a writer's desk
Coachful's Growing Habits tracker and a goal's daily momentum view on screens beside a notebook and fountain pen.

Coachful is a coaching platform where one subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. The coach has one login; the client has one branded app. It is built for coaches who deliver programs rather than only sessions, solo coaches growing into a small team, and coaches replacing four to six separate tools. That description fits most creativity coaches running a "90 days to a finished draft" or "creative restart" program.

What your creative clients see on their phone

Clients install the Coachful app on iPhone or Android and see your branding inside it. Be clear on the format: it ships under the Coachful listing in the app stores, not under your own developer account, so clients search for Coachful and then land in your branded space. For most solo creativity coaches that trade-off is a relief, since there is no app review process, developer fee or update cycle to manage. Our article on how to create a coaching app without developers compares this format with a fully custom listing.

Inside the app, the client's week is built from pieces Coachful documents:

  • Multi-week programs with weekly goals and daily tasks, so "Week 2: finding your raw material" can carry its own prompts and exercises.
  • Habits with streaks that you name yourself: "Morning pages", "15 minutes at the easel", "One rough demo".
  • Morning and evening check-ins that you write, for example an intention in the morning and "what did you make, and what got in the way?" in the evening.
  • Goals with progress bars, such as "Complete 12 short stories" with each finished piece moving the bar.
  • Courses with modules, lessons, drip release and completion tracking, plus downloads, videos, books and AI tools, all delivered into the client's branded home.
  • Community: a feed, group chat, direct messages and video events, with cohort groups created automatically when someone enrolls in a program.
  • Vision boards, which creative clients often use for mood and reference imagery. Our vision board app guide covers this in detail.

What the coach runs behind the app

The same account handles attract and enroll. A section-based website builder includes 30 designed homepage templates, a blog and a custom domain; funnels cover booking, applications, lead magnets and checkout, with pixels and UTM tracking. A free "seven-day creative spark" challenge can be a lead-magnet funnel feeding an email sequence with triggers, delays and branching. Booking pages have availability rules, buffers and time-zone detection, sync two ways with Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendars, and create Zoom, Meet or Teams links or use built-in video. Coaching agreements are sent for e-signature before the first call and stored on the client record.

Payments go through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, with one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, coupons, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Coachful has charged a 0% platform fee since August 2026, so you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing. On the client record you see goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, payments and sessions, plus a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk, which is exactly the signal you want when a writer has gone silent for nine days.

A client's My Coaching page in demo data, with tabs for Overview, Programs, Sessions, Progress and Documents and a journey section called Your 90-Day Reset.

Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data. She can draft a program outline, write a week of prompts, summarise a recorded session or brief you before a call. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. You can also set up an AI Coach, an AI version of you that selected clients can chat with between sessions, which some coaches use for "I'm stuck on this scene, help me find a next step" moments. If you are working toward an ICF credential, Coachful counts coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports a client coaching log.

Here is a short walkthrough of how check-ins are set up and what clients answer:

Why Coachful stands out for creative coaches

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create > We'll build it for you · FREE, you describe what you want built (a website, a funnel, a program, a course outline and written material, an email sequence, a lead quiz, a coaching flow) and attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as your logo, photos and existing copy. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. It does not cover recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. As an example of the kind of build it handles, a somatic coach leaving Kajabi had the homepage and About page rebuilt and the contact form connected. Read more in our white-glove service guide.

Where Coachful falls short

Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and is not meant for clinical records or insurance billing, which matters if you are also a licensed art therapist. There is no PayPal and no permanent free plan, though there is a free trial. The client app carries your branding but not your own App Store listing. It is not a course marketplace, so it will not bring you buyers, and it has no third-party plugins. There is no sync with wearables such as Garmin or Fitbit, which creativity coaches rarely need anyway.

Pricing: flat monthly plans; lower plans cap the number of clients and Pro is unlimited (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). Coachful holds a Trustpilot rating of 4.5 from 21 reviews. For creative coaches already on a life or mindset path, our pages for life coaches and mindset coaches show the same tools framed for those programs.

2. Mighty Networks: best for a community-first creative membership

Mighty Networks homepage presenting its community, courses and events platform
Mighty Networks's homepage in October 2026.

Mighty Networks suits creativity coaches whose main product is a membership, such as a writers' circle or a monthly illustrators' guild, rather than individual coaching. It combines community, courses and events, and members use Mighty-branded apps on their phones.

Member experience on mobile

Members get a feed, courses and live events in one app, and livestream allowances start at 20 hours a month for up to 100 attendees on Launch. That is enough for weekly group write-ins. What members do not get is a private coaching plan: Mighty Networks has no per-client habits, check-ins or individual coaching plans, so a daily-pages streak would need workarounds. Your own branded app is only available on the custom-priced Mighty Pro tier.

Cost reality

Launch is $95/mo ($79/mo annual) with 3 hosts, and Scale is $215/mo ($179/mo annual), as listed in October 2026. Mighty adds a platform fee on sales of 2% on Launch, 1% on Scale and 0.5% on Growth and Mighty Pro, on top of Stripe processing. There is no 1:1 scheduling, invoicing or contracts, so add a scheduler and an e-signature tool if you also coach privately. A 14-day trial needs no card.

Pick it over Coachful if your business is a large paid creative community first and private coaching is a small side offer.

3. Circle: best for a polished group space

Circle homepage presenting its community platform with courses and events
Circle's homepage in October 2026.

Circle is a community platform with courses, events, live streams and paid memberships. For creativity coaches it works best as the home of a cohort or alumni group, where artists post work in progress and you run live critiques.

How the community feels to members

Circle organises discussions into spaces, so a "Show your sketchbook" space can sit beside a "Wins this week" space and a course area. The limits for a coaching business are the same as Mighty's: Circle has no 1:1 scheduling or client management back office and no per-client habits, check-ins or coaching plans. Branded mobile apps are only on custom-priced Circle Plus.

What you would pay

Professional is listed at $89/mo billed annually with 3 admins, and Business at $199/mo billed annually, as of October 2026; monthly prices were not shown. Circle charges a fee on payments of 2% on Professional and 1% on Business and Scale, plus Stripe processing. A 14-day trial requires no card. For how community tools fit a coaching practice, see our community platform for coaches page.

Pick it over Coachful if you already run coaching elsewhere and want a dedicated, highly customisable community space with granular moderation roles.

4. Kajabi: best for course-led creative businesses

Kajabi homepage presenting its course, community and website platform
Kajabi's homepage in October 2026.

Kajabi is a course, community, website, funnel and email platform for selling knowledge products. If your creativity business is mostly a signature course, such as an eight-week songwriting curriculum, it is a mature option.

The learner side

Kajabi's own site lists a "Branded Mobile App" among its products in October 2026; we could not verify the plan requirements for it on the day we checked, so confirm with Kajabi before relying on it. The client experience is product-centred: courses and communities rather than a personal plan. Kajabi has no habit tracking or daily client check-ins, which leaves a gap for daily creative practice.

Plans and fees

Basic is $179/mo ($143/mo annual) with 5 products and 2,500 contacts; Growth is $249/mo ($199/mo annual); Pro is $499/mo ($399/mo annual), as listed in October 2026. Kajabi Payments in the US costs 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, and using another processor (other than PayPal) adds a 0.5% to 2% Kajabi fee. Basic includes 0 AI credits. The standard trial is 14 days. If you are weighing a move away, our course platform for coaches page compares what you would keep.

Pick it over Coachful if you sell several evergreen courses at volume and need Kajabi's mature marketing tools more than daily client coaching.

5. Practice Better: best for wellness-adjacent creative coaching

Practice Better homepage presenting its practice management software for wellness practitioners
Practice Better's homepage in October 2026.

Practice Better is practice management for wellness and nutrition practitioners: scheduling, telehealth, charting, billing, programs and a client portal. Creativity coaches who blend art with wellbeing work, such as expressive journaling for stress, sometimes choose it.

Client portal and app

Clients get a portal with their programs, and we cover the mobile side in our Practice Better app guide. Note the plan gates: evergreen programs, portal branding, a custom URL and SMS start on the Plus plan. Its vocabulary (charting, practitioners) is clinical, which can feel heavy for a novelist.

Budget check

Sprout is $0/mo for 3 clients; Starter is $35/mo ($25/mo annual) for 10 clients; Professional is $69/mo; Plus is $99/mo ($89/mo annual) with unlimited clients, as listed in October 2026. Trials run 14 days on paid plans and 30 days on Team. It has no website builder or funnel pages, so attract-stage tools sit elsewhere. Trustpilot shows 3.8 from 87 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if your creative work sits inside a wellness practice that needs charting and telehealth-style records.

6. CoachAccountable: best structured back office, no native app

CoachAccountable homepage
CoachAccountable's homepage in October 2026.

CoachAccountable is a coaching back office with sessions, action plans, metrics, worksheets, courses, invoicing and agreements. It is deep and well reviewed (Trustpilot 4.8 from 47 reviews), but it has no native mobile app according to its older profile, so clients use it through a browser.

Between sessions in a browser

Action plans and metrics translate well to creative goals: "draft chapter 4 by Friday" with a word-count metric. The friction is daily use. Without an app and push notifications, a habit reminder competes with every other email in the client's inbox, and that matters for a practice that lives or dies on daily repetition.

Per-client pricing

Pricing scales by active clients: $20/mo for 2, $40/mo for 5, $70/mo for 10, $120/mo for 20, up to $400/mo for 100, as listed in October 2026. That gets expensive for group programs. There are no landing pages, website or marketing automation, and the trial is 30 days without a card. Our CoachAccountable alternatives page lists other routes.

Pick it over Coachful if you coach a small number of private clients who are happy working in a browser and you want very granular metrics.

7. Paperbell: simplest admin for solo coaches, no native app

Paperbell homepage presenting its all-in-one admin software for solo coaches
Paperbell's homepage in October 2026.

Paperbell is all-in-one admin for solo coaches: booking, packages, payments, contracts, a client portal and a simple website, at one price for everything. Its older profile notes no native mobile app (mobile browser only) and no courses, community, goal or habit tracking.

The client's view

Clients book, sign and pay smoothly, and they can find files in a portal. After that, there is little for a creative client to open daily: no streak, no prompts on a schedule, no cohort feed. Coaches using Paperbell for creativity work usually add a separate community or journaling app, which means a second login for clients.

One flat price

Paperbell is $97/mo ($80.83/mo annual) with unlimited clients, as listed in October 2026, with a 30-day money-back guarantee. The trial length is not on the pricing page; its help centre described a 7-day trial in July 2026. If you are considering a switch, see Paperbell alternatives.

Pick it over Coachful if you only sell 1:1 session packages and want the shortest possible setup, with no programs to deliver between calls.

8. Skool: cheapest way into a creative community app

Skool homepage presenting its community, classroom and calendar groups
Skool's homepage in October 2026.

Skool combines a community, a classroom and a calendar in one group, with gamified leaderboards. Its pricing page points members to apps in the app stores, so clients do get a phone experience.

Why creatives like the leaderboard

Points for posting and engaging can nudge a quiet poetry cohort into sharing drafts. What is missing for coaching: Skool has no 1:1 client records, intake forms, habits or check-ins, no custom-domain website, funnels or email automation, and no public API.

Watch the transaction fees

Hobby is $9/mo ($7.5/mo annual) but charges 10% + 30¢ on all transactions; Pro is $99/mo ($82.5/mo annual) with 2.9% + 30¢ on sales up to $899, as listed in October 2026. Payments run only through Skool Payments. On a $600 program, the Hobby fee alone would be about $60.30 per sale (an illustrative calculation). Trial length was not stated on the pricing page.

Pick it over Coachful if you only want a low-cost community and classroom and do not need private coaching tools at all.

9. Everfit: a habit app built for fitness, borrowed by some creatives

Everfit homepage presenting its fitness coaching app for trainers
Everfit's homepage in October 2026.

Everfit is a fitness coaching app with workouts, habits, nutrition and messaging, priced by client count. It earns a place here because its habit tracking and messaging work on the phone, and a few creativity coaches repurpose it for daily practice logs.

The fit problem

Everything in Everfit's client experience assumes training: workouts, nutrition and fitness metrics. You can name a habit "Write 300 words", but the surrounding app will still talk about sets and meals. There is no course builder, website, funnels or email marketing, and automation, payments and meal plans are paid add-ons.

Price by headcount

Starter is free for up to 5 clients; Pro starts at $19/mo ($16/mo annual) for 5 clients and $29/mo for 10, as listed in October 2026. A 30-day trial needs no card. Trustpilot shows 2.7 from 16 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if you coach a handful of clients, want only a no-cost habit-and-messaging app, and do not mind fitness framing.

10. ABC Trainerize: a training app with habits, last for this niche

ABC Trainerize homepage presenting its personal training and fitness app
ABC Trainerize's homepage in October 2026.

ABC Trainerize is a fitness and personal-training app with workouts, habits, nutrition tracking and messaging, priced by client seats. It sits last because its whole client experience is organised around training sessions, which is the furthest from a creativity practice.

Add-ons stack up

Scheduling, selling products, payments, video and advanced nutrition are separate paid add-ons below Studio. There is no course builder, website, funnels or email marketing. Its older profile notes that client data export is incomplete, with no messages, photos or attachments, which matters if your clients share artwork.

Tiers as listed

Basic is $0/mo for 1 client, Grow is $10/mo for 2, and Pro starts at $25/mo for 5 clients, as listed in October 2026. A 30-day trial with unlimited clients needs no card. Trustpilot shows 3.1 from 100 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if you also coach fitness and want one training-led app where creative habits are a minor add-on.

What does a week look like for one client inside Coachful's app?

Here is an illustrative example, not a customer story: Maya, a fictional illustrator, joins a coach's twelve-week "Back to the Drawing Board" program after three years of not drawing for herself.

Sunday evening. Maya books her discovery call through the coach's website, signs the coaching agreement in the same flow and pays with Apple Pay. An email invites her to install the Coachful app. She opens it on her Android phone and sees the coach's branding, her program, and a welcome message in the cohort group that was created when she enrolled.

Monday, 7:10 a.m. The morning check-in asks two questions the coach wrote: "What will you draw today?" and "How loud is the critic, 1 to 5?" She answers in under a minute. Her habit list shows "10-minute sketch" and "Look at one artist you love".

Monday, 9 p.m. The evening check-in asks what she made. She ticks the sketch habit and her streak starts. She posts a photo of a coffee cup drawing in the cohort feed; two classmates reply.

Wednesday. Week one's lesson unlocks: a short video and a worksheet on "permission to make bad work". She downloads the worksheet and messages her coach a question.

Thursday. Maya skips her check-ins. On the coach's side, her client status moves toward quiet, and Michelle's pre-session briefing for Friday notes the missed days, so the coach opens the call with "What happened on Thursday?" rather than discovering it twenty minutes in.

Friday. The session runs on the built-in video link from her booking. Afterwards, the coach adds a new habit, "Draw from life once this weekend", which appears in Maya's app immediately.

Saturday. Maya adds three reference images to her vision board and joins the cohort's live "draw-along" event from her phone. Over the week she never needed a second app, and her coach never copied a name between tools.

What does each stack cost: all-in-one or assembled?

The all-in-one route means one subscription covers the client app and the back office; the assembled route stitches a community app to separate admin tools. The numbers below are illustrative, using vendor list prices from October 2026, and exclude payment processing and any email tool you add.

Stack recipeWhat it includesMonthly software costLogins for the client
Coachful (all-in-one, 15 clients)App, habits, check-ins, programs, courses, community, booking, contracts, payments, website, funnels, emailSolo: $49/month for up to 20 clients1
Paperbell + Skool ProBooking, contracts and payments in Paperbell; community and classroom in Skool$97 + $99 = $196, plus Skool's per-sale fees2
Paperbell + Mighty Networks LaunchAdmin in Paperbell; community, courses and events in Mighty$97 + $95 = $192, plus Mighty's 2% on sales2
Kajabi Basic + separate scheduler and e-signature toolCourses, website, email in Kajabi; booking and contracts elsewhere (prices not verified here)$179 plus the extra tools2 to 3
CoachAccountable Level 3 + Circle ProfessionalBack office for 20 active clients; community in Circle$120 + $89 (annual billing) = $209, plus Circle's 2% on payments2

None of the assembled stacks gives clients daily custom habits with morning and evening check-ins in a native app; you would still need a habit or journaling tool. If you run a group of more than 15, compare against Coachful's unlimited plan (Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients).

How do you move your creative clients to a new app without losing them?

Move in a planned window, between cohorts if possible, and give clients one clear reason and one link. Most churn during a migration comes from confusion, not from the new tool.

  1. Export first. Pull your client list, notes, files and any progress data from the old tool before cancelling. Check what the export leaves out; some tools skip messages or attachments, which may include clients' shared artwork.
  2. Rebuild the program, not the archive. Recreate the current and next program weeks with habits, prompts and check-ins. Old discussions can stay as a PDF download. During onboarding, Coachful imports clients, programs and content for you, and the white-glove team can build the program or website from your files.
  3. Pick a start day. A Monday at the beginning of a program week works well: "From Monday, your prompts live in the new app."
  4. Send one install message. Tell iPhone and Android users exactly what to search for, and that they will see your branding once inside.
  5. Run both for one week, then close the old space. Post a pinned note in the old community pointing to the new one, then archive it.
  6. Watch check-ins in week one. Anyone who has not checked in by day three gets a personal message.

For broader messaging choices during a move, our guide to the best client communication platform for coaches may help.

What mistakes do creativity coaches make when choosing a client app?

  • Choosing a community tool and calling it coaching. A feed is wonderful for energy, but it cannot tell you that one particular client has not written in nine days.
  • Ignoring the no-app problem. Browser-only portals work for booking and invoices; they are weak for a daily creative habit that relies on a phone nudge.
  • Borrowing a fitness app. It can track habits, but every screen reminds a poet that the tool was built for squats.
  • Underestimating transaction fees. A 10% per-sale fee looks small on a $9 plan until you sell a few higher-priced programs.
  • Overbuilding prompts. Three well-chosen weekly prompts beat a daily firehose; creatives disengage when the app feels like homework.
  • Forgetting scope. If creative block is masking something clinical, refer out. No app replaces that judgement.

Which app should a creativity coach choose? (verdict)

If you coach creatives through programs that depend on daily practice, choose Coachful: clients get habits, check-ins, lessons, messages and a cohort community in one app on iPhone and Android with your branding, and you run the website, booking, contracts and payments from the same login. Start with a free trial and ask the team to build your first program or website through the free white-glove service.

Choose Mighty Networks or Circle if your business is mainly a paid creative community; Kajabi if you sell courses at volume; Practice Better if your creative work lives inside a wellness practice; CoachAccountable or Paperbell if you coach privately and your clients are happy in a browser; Skool if you want the cheapest community; Everfit or Trainerize only if you also coach fitness. Frequently asked questions

What is the best app for creativity coaches?

For coaches running programs built on daily creative practice, we rank Coachful first because clients get habits, check-ins, lessons, messaging and community in one iPhone and Android app with the coach's branding, connected to booking, contracts and payments. Community-first coaches may prefer Mighty Networks or Circle.

Do my clients get an app with my own name in the App Store?

Not with Coachful. Clients install the Coachful app and see your branding inside it; the app is not published under your own App Store account. Mighty Networks and Circle offer their own-branded apps only on custom-priced top tiers.

Which coaching tools have no native mobile app?

According to their profiles, CoachAccountable and Paperbell have no native mobile app and run in the browser. Satori, another coaching back office, also has no native app. That matters for daily creative habits, which work best with phone reminders.

Can I track creative habits like morning pages or daily sketches?

Yes. In Coachful you name habits yourself, set them inside a program, and clients see streaks. You can pair them with morning and evening check-ins you write, such as "What did you make today?"

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

It is a build service included on every plan. You describe what you need, such as a website, funnel, program or email sequence, attach up to 8 links and 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include video recording, logo design or ad management.

Is a community app like Skool enough for creativity coaching?

For a low-cost group it can be. Skool has a community, classroom and calendar with leaderboards, but no 1:1 client records, intake forms, habits or check-ins, and payments run only through Skool Payments with per-sale fees.

Is creativity coaching the same as art therapy?

No. Coaching is not therapy or treatment. If a client shows signs of depression, anxiety or trauma that affect daily life, refer them to a licensed professional. Coachful is also not HIPAA-certified, so it is not suited to clinical records.

Can I run a group creative challenge and private coaching in the same app?

In Coachful, yes. A lead-magnet funnel can sign people up for a free challenge, the community hosts the group, and paying clients get private programs, sessions and check-ins in the same app. Cohort groups are created automatically when clients enroll in a program.

Does Coachful take a cut of my program sales?

No. Since August 2026 Coachful charges a 0% platform fee; you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing through your own account. Several community tools in this list charge 0.5% to 10% on sales.

How do I start with Coachful?

Start a free trial, then use Create to request a white-glove build of your website, program or funnel from your existing files. Current plans are on the plans page, and our coaching software overview explains each feature area.
