Best Client Portal for ADHD Coaches: 7 Picks, Ranked for 2026

Best Client Portal for ADHD Coaches: 7 Picks, Ranked for 2026

The best client portal for ADHD coaches is the one your clients will actually open on a hard Tuesday. ADHD coaching runs on small daily wins, external structure and timely nudges, so the deciding question is simple: can one login hold the reminders, the check-ins, the session booking and the payments, so neither you nor your client has to remember where anything lives? A portal that needs three apps and a password manager fails the very people you coach.

Our pick is Coachful. We make Coachful, so weigh that, but the reasoning is specific: it puts booking with SMS and WhatsApp reminders, payments, agreements, programs with daily habits and morning and evening check-ins, a community and email in one branded app, and it flags clients who go quiet before they drop off. Below are seven options ranked against the ADHD coaching journey, with what each costs at 5, 15 and 40 clients and when you should pick something else.

A note on scope before the tools: ADHD coaching is not treatment. Coaches help with planning, follow-through and routines; diagnosis, medication and therapy belong with licensed clinicians. NIMH's overview of ADHD is a good neutral reference to share with clients who are still asking clinical questions. That scope shapes what a portal should and should not store, which we come back to below.

What does an ADHD coaching client journey need from a portal?

It needs to remove steps at every stage, because every extra step is a place an ADHD client can stall. Here is the journey most ADHD coaches run, split into four stages, with what the portal has to do in each.

Attract: content, quizzes and an easy first call

Most ADHD coaches find clients through content: short videos about time blindness, posts about "why your to-do list fails", podcasts, and referrals from therapists, psychiatrists and ADHD support groups. The prospect who arrives is often motivated right now and distracted ten minutes later. What the portal needs here: a website and a booking page that load fast, a lead magnet (a weekly planning template, a "find your focus style" quiz) that drops people into an email sequence, and a discovery-call link that does not ask for twelve fields. If someone comments on an Instagram post, the link to book should reach them in a DM while the intent is still warm.

Enroll: booking, agreement and payment in one sitting

ADHD clients are prone to "I will do it tonight" and then forgetting the tab is open. Enrollment should happen in one sitting: pick a time, answer two or three intake questions, sign the coaching agreement, pay or start a payment plan. Payment plans matter in this niche, because many ADHD coaching packages run three to six months and clients often prefer monthly payments. The agreement is also where you set scope in writing: coaching, not therapy; what happens with missed sessions; how between-session messaging works.

Deliver: structure between sessions, not just during them

This is where portals differ most. The weekly or fortnightly call is maybe an hour; the other 160-odd hours are where the work happens or does not. ADHD coaching delivery usually includes:

  • Reminders that actually reach the client. Email alone is easy to miss. SMS a day before and a WhatsApp message an hour before a session cut down on "I forgot" no-shows.
  • Tiny daily actions. One to three tasks a day, not a 40-item list. Habits with streaks so progress is visible.
  • Morning and evening check-ins. A two-minute morning plan ("what are your three things?") and an evening reflection give the client external structure and give you data before the next call.
  • Body-doubling or co-working calls. Many ADHD coaches run recurring group sessions where clients work quietly together on camera. That needs recurring group events and a calendar that does not fight you.
  • Visual progress. Progress bars, streaks and a single goal page beat a spreadsheet the client never opens.
  • One place for everything. Worksheets, recordings, notes and the next session link in one hub. "Where was that PDF?" is a real reason clients disengage.

Retain: catch the quiet weeks early

ADHD clients rarely quit loudly. They go quiet: a missed check-in, then a missed session, then a lapsed renewal. A good portal shows you who is drifting so you can send a short, kind message before the gap becomes a goodbye. Retention also includes renewals, an alumni community and a lower-touch group offer for clients who finished 1:1 work but still want structure.

What a portal should not do in this niche

It should not become a medical record. If a client shares medication details, diagnoses or therapy notes, keep your own notes to coaching topics and point clinical matters to the client's clinician. Refer out when a client describes thoughts of self-harm, signs of a mood or anxiety disorder that is not being treated, substance misuse, or wants advice on starting, stopping or changing medication. None of the tools below is the right home for clinical records, and Coachful is not HIPAA-certified, so clinical documentation belongs in a clinical system.

Thinking of launching your coaching business?

Answer a few questions and Coachful builds it around you: your website, programs, booking and payments. Ready in minutes.

Build your platform

Which tool covers which stage of the ADHD client journey?

Only an all-in-one platform covers all four stages; most tools cover one or two well. Ranking criteria: one login for the whole client journey, between-session delivery (check-ins, habits, reminders), total stack cost, and setup effort, including a free white-glove build.

ToolAttractEnrollDeliverRetainStarting price (October 2026)

How we chose: we started from the four journey stages above and asked what each tool documents for each one, using vendor pricing and product pages as listed in October 2026 and public reviewer reports. We did not hands-on test every tool; where a detail comes from an older vendor profile (September 2026), we say so. We weighted between-session delivery most heavily, because that is where ADHD coaching succeeds or stalls, then total cost at realistic client counts, then how much setup a busy (and often ADHD) coach has to do alone. If you want the generic version of this comparison across every coaching niche, see our guide to the best client portal software.

1. Coachful: the whole ADHD client journey behind one login

Coachful is a coaching platform where booking, payments, agreements, programs with habits and check-ins, courses, community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant all sit in one subscription. Your client gets one branded app; you get one login. For ADHD coaching that matters more than any single feature, because the client never has to ask which app holds this week's task.

Between-session structure that runs without you

Programs in Coachful are multi-week, with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. For an ADHD client, that translates into a morning prompt asking for today's three priorities, one to three small tasks, a habit or two with a visible streak, and an evening check-in that asks what got done and what got in the way. You read those answers before the next call instead of spending the first fifteen minutes reconstructing the week.

The coaching flows library holds ready-made Welcome, Morning Check-in and Evening Check-in flows that you can edit to your own wording. Keep the questions short; for this niche, two or three questions finish more often than eight.

Goals pull the daily pieces together. A client's goal page shows linked tasks and habits under a Daily momentum section, with daily and weekly reflection tabs below, so "get my business admin under control" becomes a page they can see moving.

Booking and reminders built for the "I forgot" problem

Booking pages handle availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendar sync. Sessions get built-in video or an auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams link. Reminders go by email, plus SMS 24 hours before and WhatsApp one hour before once messaging is enabled. Intake questions can be asked at booking, and paid sessions or session credits work for clients who buy a block of calls. For body-doubling sessions, group calls and video events sit in the same calendar as your 1:1 work.

Spotting the client who is going quiet

Every client record holds goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, plus an AI briefing before each session. Coachful labels each client as thriving, active, quiet or at risk. In ADHD coaching, the "quiet" label is the useful one: it tells you who skipped check-ins this week so you can send a short message before the drift becomes a cancellation. See more on the client accountability software page.

Enrollment, payments and scope in writing

Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and Stripe Tax. Coachful charges a 0% platform fee (since August 2026), so only Stripe or Razorpay processing applies. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and stay on the client record, which is where your "coaching is not therapy" and missed-session terms live. More on that in coaching contracts.

Attracting clients without another tool

The website builder has 30 designed homepage templates, a blog, a custom domain and SEO settings. Booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels track pixels and UTMs, and email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences handle the follow-up. If your audience finds you on Instagram, automations can reply to a comment containing a keyword such as "PLAN" with a DM holding your planner download or booking link, and the person lands in the same lead and client records. A community feed, group chat and cohort groups created automatically on program enrollment give alumni somewhere to stay.

Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data: it drafts programs, emails and content, summarizes recorded sessions and briefs you before calls. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. If you track ICF hours toward ACC or PCC, Coachful counts coaching hours and distinct clients and exports an ICF client coaching log (see ICF hour tracking).

Here is a short walkthrough of how check-ins work in Coachful:

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. Setup is the part ADHD coaches most often put off. From Create > We'll build it for you, you describe what you want (a website, a discovery-call funnel, a 12-week program, a check-in flow, an email sequence) and attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as your logo, photos and existing copy. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours, at no charge on every plan. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices; gaps are left for you to fill. It does not cover recording videos, logo design or ad management. One recent build: a leadership coach with a Squarespace renewal days away got one clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button. Read more about the free white-glove service.

Coachful Create page with the We'll build it for you card
The Create page in Coachful, where the We'll build it for you card starts a white-glove build request.

What Coachful does not do. It is not HIPAA-certified and offers no BAA, so it is not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. There is no PayPal and no permanent free plan, though there is a free trial. The client app runs under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. There is no wearable sync (Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura), which rarely matters for ADHD coaching but is worth knowing.

Price. Flat monthly plans; lower plans cap the number of clients and Pro is unlimited (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). Monthly plans cancel in one click. The Coachful for ADHD coaches page shows the niche setup in more detail.

2. Quenza: worksheet-led engagement between sessions

Quenza is a client-engagement tool for coaches and therapists built around activities, worksheets, programs, chat and a client app. If your ADHD coaching style leans on structured exercises (a weekly planning worksheet, a "where did my time go" audit, an energy map), Quenza is designed for exactly that kind of content, and clients complete it in an app.

Quenza homepage presenting its client engagement app for coaches and therapists
Quenza's homepage in October 2026.

For ADHD clients, the value is in short, guided activities sent on a schedule, so the client gets a prompt rather than having to remember to log in. Programs let you sequence those activities across weeks, which suits a 12-week executive-function program. Chat gives clients a place to ask the quick question that would otherwise wait until the next call.

As listed in October 2026, Spark costs $25/mo ($20/mo annual) for 1 professional and 10 clients; Growth is $50/mo ($40/mo annual) for 250 clients; Impact is $125/mo ($100/mo annual) for 400 clients; Collective is $160/mo ($128/mo annual) for up to 3 professionals and 500 clients. There is a 30-day free trial with no credit card.

The gaps are significant for a solo ADHD practice. Quenza lists invoicing and digital products as planned, so there is no client payment processing today. Its earlier profile (September 2026) also listed no scheduling or video calls. That means booking, reminders, payments, agreements, your website and email all live elsewhere, and your client ends up with at least two apps. Spark caps at 10 clients, so a growing practice moves to Growth quickly.

Pick it over Coachful if you already have booking, payments and marketing handled elsewhere, you only want a worksheet and activity layer for clients, and you are happy with a second login for them.

3. HoneyBook: polished admin for coaches who sell custom packages

HoneyBook is a client-management CRM for service businesses: proposals, contracts, invoices, a scheduler and a client portal. ADHD coaches who sell bespoke packages, such as a three-month package for a founder with ADHD that includes coaching plus team workshops, will like its proposal-to-contract-to-invoice flow, which closes the deal in a single client-facing sequence.

HoneyBook homepage presenting its client management platform for service businesses
HoneyBook's homepage in October 2026.

The enrollment stage is HoneyBook's strength. A prospect gets one document to review, sign and pay, which suits the "do it in one sitting" principle. Lead forms capture inquiries from your site.

As listed in October 2026, Starter is $29/mo billed annually (the monthly price was not shown on the page), with unlimited clients and projects and 2 live lead forms; Essentials is $59/mo ($49/mo annual) with up to 2 team members and 10 lead forms; Premium is $129/mo ($109/mo annual) with unlimited team members. A 30-day free trial with no credit card is stated in the pricing FAQ. HoneyBook is the payment processor: the FAQ lists card fees of 2.7% + 10¢ while the plan comparison shows 2.9% + 25¢, so check before you sign; ACH is 1.5%.

For ADHD coaching delivery, HoneyBook has nothing: no programs, courses, habits, check-ins or community. The scheduler and automations are not on Starter, so most coaches need Essentials. Its earlier profile notes that prices rose in February 2025. Your clients would get a portal for documents and invoices, then need a separate tool for anything between sessions.

Pick it over Coachful if most of your work is custom corporate or founder engagements with formal proposals, and delivery happens in live sessions rather than between them.

4. CoachAccountable: deep action plans and metrics, priced per client

CoachAccountable is a coaching back office with sessions, action plans, metrics, worksheets, courses, invoicing and agreements. Its action plans and metric tracking map well to ADHD coaching: you can set a client's weekly commitments and track numbers such as "days I planned the evening before" over time. If you love data and your clients respond to seeing numbers move, it is a strong fit for delivery.

CoachAccountable homepage presenting its coaching back office with action plans and metrics
CoachAccountable's homepage in October 2026.

Its Trustpilot score was 4.8 from 47 reviews when seen in October 2026. Agreements and invoicing cover the enrollment basics.

Pricing is per active client. As listed in October 2026: Starter $20/mo for 2 active clients, Level 1 $40/mo for 5, Level 2 $70/mo for 10, Level 3 $120/mo for 20, Level 4 $250/mo for 50 and Level 5 $400/mo for 100. A 30-day free trial with no credit card and no limits is available.

The per-client model gets expensive fast if you run group programs or body-doubling cohorts, because every participant counts. Its earlier profile (September 2026) listed no native mobile app and no landing pages, website or marketing automation, so the attract stage needs other tools. It also states it is not HIPAA compliant. Our CoachAccountable alternatives page goes deeper.

Pick it over Coachful if you coach a small number of 1:1 clients, want the most granular metric tracking available, and already have a website and email tool you like.

Which one looks like you?

5. Paperbell: one flat price for simple 1:1 packages

Paperbell is all-in-one admin for solo coaches: booking, packages, payments, contracts, a client portal and a simple website. Its pitch is simplicity, and for an ADHD coach who wants to sell "6 sessions over 3 months" without configuring much, that is appealing.

Paperbell homepage presenting its all-in-one admin tool for solo coaches
Paperbell's homepage in October 2026.

Enrollment is clean: a prospect picks a package, signs, pays and books. Payments run through Stripe or PayPal, and PayPal support may matter if some of your clients prefer it.

As listed in October 2026, Paperbell is a single plan at $97/mo ($80.83/mo annual) with unlimited clients, sessions, files, packages and traffic. The help center (July 2026) describes a 7-day trial with the public site offline and client messages and SMS off, and there is a 30-day money-back guarantee.

The delivery gap is the problem for this niche. Its earlier profile (September 2026) lists no courses, community, goal tracking or habit tracking, and no native mobile app, only the mobile browser. That means no morning check-ins, no streaks and no daily tasks, which is most of what ADHD clients need between calls. For a niche-specific breakdown, see our Paperbell alternatives for ADHD coaches.

Pick it over Coachful if you only sell session packages, do all accountability live on calls, and want one flat price regardless of client count.

6. Satori: budget scheduling and packages, billed by active client

Satori is a coaching practice tool with scheduling, a client portal, packages and programs, invoices and contracts. Its billing counts only active clients, which suits ADHD coaches whose roster swings between busy and quiet seasons, for example around the start of a school or university year when student and parent coaching spikes.

Satori homepage presenting its coaching practice tool for scheduling and packages
Satori's homepage in October 2026.

As listed in October 2026: Scholar is $0/mo for unlimited pro-bono clients, for people studying toward a coaching certification (apply via form); Essentials is $33/mo ($27.50/mo annual) for up to 10 active paying clients; Pro is $49/mo ($40.83/mo annual), listed in its earlier profile at 50 active clients; Leader is $124/mo ($103.33/mo annual), listed earlier at 150 active clients. There is a 15-day trial with unrestricted access and no card during the trial, and a refund if requested within 30 days of signing up. Satori charges nothing on client payments; standard PayPal and Stripe fees apply.

The Scholar tier is genuinely useful for ADHD coaches still logging pro-bono hours during training. The limits: its earlier profile (September 2026) lists no native mobile app, no native Zoom integration, and no landing pages, courses or community, and older tier details also capped programs and bookings. Between-session structure is thinner than an ADHD client usually needs.

Pick it over Coachful if you are in coach training, want the Scholar tier for pro-bono clients while you log hours, and do not yet need daily check-ins or a community.

7. Dubsado: workflow automation for the admin-averse coach

Dubsado is a client workflow CRM with forms, contracts, invoices, a scheduler and automated workflows. For an ADHD coach who struggles with their own admin (and many do), Dubsado's strength is that once a workflow is built, the onboarding emails, forms and invoices go out on their own.

Dubsado homepage presenting its client workflow CRM with forms and contracts
Dubsado's homepage in October 2026.

As listed in October 2026, Starter is $35/mo ($27.92/mo annual) with unlimited clients and projects and 1 active lead-capture form; Premier is $55/mo ($43.75/mo annual) with unlimited lead forms. A 21-day trial with full Premier access and no credit card is available. Dubsado lists no platform fee; processor rates apply, and optional surcharging can pass card costs to clients.

The catches: Starter has no scheduler or automations, so you will want Premier. Dubsado says it does not include website building and is not an email marketing platform. The mobile app is a companion, with full functionality on desktop. There are no courses, client community, habits or check-ins, so the deliver stage is entirely elsewhere. Building workflows also takes real setup time, which is the exact task many ADHD coaches procrastinate on.

Pick it over Coachful if your main pain is your own back-office follow-up, you already deliver programs in another tool, and you enjoy building automations.

How do the features compare side by side?

Coachful is the only tool here that documents habits, morning and evening check-ins, SMS and WhatsApp reminders, payments and a website in one product. The matrix below uses what each vendor documents as of October 2026, or its earlier profile where noted above.

What does each tool cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?

At 15 and 40 clients the gap widens, mainly because per-client pricing climbs and single-purpose tools need a second subscription. Prices below are monthly, billed monthly, as listed in October 2026, using the cheapest tier that covers the client count and the core features (for HoneyBook and Dubsado, the tier that includes the scheduler).

Should you go all-in-one or assemble a stack?

For most ADHD coaches, all-in-one wins, because every extra tool is one more login for a client who already struggles with logins. Here are two realistic recipes for a coach with 15 clients, using October 2026 list prices.

Recipe A: the all-in-one stack

  • Coachful for website, funnels, booking with reminders, agreements, payments, programs with check-ins and habits, community and email.
  • Stripe processing fees on payments, with no platform fee on top.
  • Total monthly software cost at 15 clients: Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients.

Setup can be handed to the white-glove team, so the "I'll build my program next week" problem shrinks to writing one request.

Recipe B: the assembled stack

  • Dubsado Premier for forms, contracts, invoices and scheduling: $55/mo.
  • Quenza Growth for worksheets, activities and a client app: $50/mo.
  • A website builder and an email marketing tool, which neither of those includes (prices vary by vendor and we have not verified them here).
  • Subtotal before website and email: $105/mo, with clients using at least two apps.

A variation swaps Dubsado for HoneyBook Essentials ($59/mo) for a subtotal of $109/mo, or uses CoachAccountable Level 3 ($120/mo) alone if you accept no website, email or community. The cost difference matters less than the friction: in Recipe B, a client books in one tool, pays in another and does their check-in in a third, and you reconcile all three before every call.

How would an ADHD coach set this up in Coachful, step by step?

Here is an example setup for a coach running a 12-week "Focus and Follow-Through" program for adults with ADHD, plus a weekly group co-working call. Names and numbers are illustrative.

  1. Request the build. Open Create > We'll build it for you and ask for a five-page website, a free "weekly planning template" lead-magnet funnel and a discovery-call booking funnel. Attach your logo, headshot and any existing copy.
  2. Set up the discovery call. Create a 20-minute free session type with a 15-minute buffer, 24-hour minimum notice and two intake questions: "What would change if you followed through more often?" and "Are you currently working with a clinician on ADHD?" The second helps you spot scope issues early.
  3. Turn on reminders. Enable messaging so clients get SMS 24 hours and WhatsApp one hour before each session, on top of email.
  4. Write the agreement. Add a coaching agreement that states coaching is not therapy or medical care, covers missed sessions and explains when you will refer to a clinician. Send it for e-signature before the first call.
  5. Create the offer. Price the 12-week program with a one-time option and a three-payment plan, connected to your Stripe account.
  6. Build the program. Start from a program template or ask Michelle to draft one. Give each week one goal, at most three daily tasks, and one or two habits such as "plan tomorrow before 6 pm".
  7. Edit the check-ins. Shorten the Morning Check-in to "What are your top three today?" and "What might get in the way?" and the Evening Check-in to "What got done?" and "What helped?"
  8. Add the co-working call. Create a recurring group event for a weekly 90-minute body-doubling session. Enrolled clients join the cohort group created automatically on enrollment.
  9. Load the resources. Upload your planning templates and session recordings so they sit in the client's branded home.
  10. Review the client list weekly. Every Friday, check the client list for anyone marked quiet or at risk and send each a two-line message. That ten-minute habit protects renewals more than any feature.

How do you migrate ADHD clients without losing them?

Move in one clean cutover rather than running two systems for months, because ADHD clients struggle more than most with "use the old app for this and the new one for that".

  • Pick a natural break. Switch at the start of a new program week or month, not mid-week.
  • Let the import happen for you. Coachful imports clients, programs and content during onboarding, so you are not retyping rosters.
  • Send one message with one link. Tell clients exactly one thing: "From Monday, everything is here," with the app link. Repeat it by SMS the day before.
  • Do the first check-in together. Spend two minutes of the next session walking the client through their first morning check-in in the new app.
  • Re-sign agreements only if terms change. If your terms are the same, upload the signed PDF to the client record instead of asking for another signature.
  • Keep an export. Export your old data before cancelling. Coachful also gives a full ZIP export (roster, notes, check-ins, goals, habits, sessions, form responses) if you ever leave.
  • Leave clinical notes out. If your old tool holds anything clinical a client shared, do not migrate it into a coaching platform.

What mistakes do ADHD coaches make when choosing a portal?

The biggest mistake is choosing a portal for the coach's convenience and forgetting the client has to use it daily.

  • Too many tools. A booking app, a payment app, a worksheet app and a community app each add a login. Count the apps your client must open in a typical week; aim for one.
  • Email-only reminders. Email is the easiest channel to ignore. Use SMS or WhatsApp for session reminders.
  • Long check-ins. Ten-question forms get abandoned. Two or three questions get answered.
  • Per-client pricing for group work. A co-working cohort of 20 can triple your bill on a per-active-client plan.
  • Storing clinical details. Keep notes to coaching goals and actions. Refer clinical questions out.
  • Building everything yourself. If setup has sat on your list for a month, hand it to someone. The white-glove build exists for this.
  • No re-engagement routine. Software can flag a quiet client; only you can send the message.

For more on the accountability side specifically, read our guide to the client accountability portal for ADHD coaches.

Which client portal should an ADHD coach choose?

Choose Coachful if you want one login for the whole ADHD client journey: content and funnels to attract, booking with SMS and WhatsApp reminders and payment plans to enroll, programs with habits and morning and evening check-ins to deliver, and quiet-client flags plus community to retain. The free white-glove build removes the setup hurdle that stalls so many coaches.

Choose Quenza if you only need a worksheet layer on top of tools you already run. Choose HoneyBook or Dubsado if your main problem is proposals and back-office admin. Choose CoachAccountable for granular metrics with a small 1:1 roster, Paperbell for flat-price session packages, and Satori if you are still in training and want a pro-bono tier. If you coach in a neighbouring niche, compare our picks for business coaches and relationship coaches.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best client portal for ADHD coaches?

Coachful is our pick, because it combines booking with SMS and WhatsApp reminders, payments, agreements, programs with daily habits and check-ins, community and a website in one branded client app. Fewer logins means fewer places for an ADHD client to stall. We make Coachful, so compare it against the alternatives above for your own practice.

Is Coachful HIPAA-compliant for ADHD clients?

No. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA. It is built for coaching records such as goals, check-ins and session notes, not for clinical records, diagnoses or insurance billing, which belong in a clinical system.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

It is a free build service on every plan. You describe what you want, such as a website, funnel, program, check-in flow or email sequence, attach up to 8 links and 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not invent credentials, testimonials or prices, and it does not include video recording, logo design or ad management.

Can ADHD clients get text reminders before sessions?

In Coachful, yes: once messaging is enabled, clients get an SMS 24 hours before and a WhatsApp message one hour before, on top of email reminders. Among the other tools here, Paperbell lists SMS (switched off during its trial); check each vendor for current reminder channels.

How do I run body-doubling sessions in a client portal?

Set up a recurring group call or video event and invite your program cohort. In Coachful, group calls sit in the same calendar as 1:1 sessions, and cohort groups are created automatically when clients enroll in a program, so the invite list stays current.

Should ADHD coaches price per client or flat?

Flat or tiered pricing usually works better if you run group programs or co-working cohorts, because per-active-client plans charge for every participant. Per-client pricing can be fine for a very small 1:1 roster. Compare the cost table above at your real client count.

What should an ADHD coaching agreement include?

State that coaching is not therapy, diagnosis or medical care, explain your missed-session and rescheduling policy, describe how between-session messaging works, and say when you will refer to a clinician. Laws vary by location, so have a local lawyer review your template.

When should an ADHD coach refer a client out?

Refer when a client mentions thoughts of self-harm, shows signs of an untreated mood or anxiety disorder, describes substance misuse, or asks for advice on diagnosis or medication. Point them to their doctor or a licensed clinician and keep coaching focused on goals and actions.

Do ADHD clients need a mobile app?

It helps a lot, because check-ins and habit taps happen on the phone, in the moment. Coachful's client app carries your branding inside the Coachful app. Several tools in this list run only in a mobile browser or offer a limited companion app.

Can I move my clients from Paperbell or CoachAccountable to Coachful?

Yes. Coachful imports clients, programs and content for you during onboarding. Plan a single cutover at the start of a program week and send clients one message with one link.
