Top 10 Coaching Software in Europe: Ranked and Reviewed

Top 10 Coaching Software in Europe: Ranked and Reviewed

The best coaching software in Europe is the one that handles euro payments through your own Stripe account, keeps client data under GDPR, copes with clients spread across three or four time zones, and runs your whole client journey without five extra subscriptions. That is the deciding question for any coach shopping for coaching software in Europe: how much of the work happens in one place, and what does it cost once you have 15 or 40 clients, not 2?

Our pick is Coachful, ranked #1 below because it puts booking, payments, contracts, programs with habits and check-ins, courses, community, a website and email under one login, with one branded app for your clients. It is built by a company in Tallinn, Estonia, so EU data protection is home ground, not an afterthought. We make Coachful, so read the rankings with that in mind; every other tool is described from what its vendor documents and what public reviewers report, and each section says plainly when you should pick that tool instead.

This guide works differently from a standard list. You answer five questions about your practice first, then a table maps your answers to a pick, then you get the ten ranked reviews, the cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients, and the red flags that make switching expensive later.

What should you answer about your practice before comparing tools?

Answer five questions before you open a single pricing page. Most bad software choices in Europe come from skipping one of them, usually the VAT question or the client-cap question.

1. Where do your clients live, and how do they want to pay?

A coach in Lisbon with clients in Portugal, Germany and the UK deals with euros, pounds and sometimes dollars. Write down the currencies you invoice in and the payment methods your clients expect. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay cover most private clients. Corporate buyers in Germany or the Netherlands often expect a proper invoice with your VAT number on it, and some want to pay by bank transfer. If a tool forces payments through its own processor, check which countries and currencies it supports before you commit. Tools that connect to your own Stripe account let you use whatever Stripe supports in your country, though you should confirm a specific local method in Stripe's own documentation before promising it to a client.

2. Do you sell to consumers in other EU countries?

VAT shapes your tool choice more than most coaches expect. According to the EU's Your Europe portal, when you sell services to a business in another EU country you usually don't charge VAT; the customer accounts for it under the reverse charge procedure. When you sell services to a private person in another EU country, you usually charge the VAT rate of your own country, except for telecommunications, broadcasting and electronic services, which are always taxed in the customer's country. The same page notes a EUR 10,000 threshold for those electronic services and distance sales, below which VAT may apply where you are established (Your Europe, Cross-border VAT).

Why it matters: a live 1:1 call and a self-paced recorded course may not be treated the same way. If you plan to sell courses or digital downloads to consumers across the EU, you want software that can calculate and show tax per buyer, and you should check with an accountant in your country how your mix of live and recorded offers is classified.

3. Do you deliver programs between sessions, or only sessions?

If your work is a call every two weeks and an invoice, a scheduling tool plus a payment link might be enough. If clients follow a 12-week program with daily habits, morning check-ins and a group cohort, you need software that lives in your client's pocket between calls. This single answer removes half the market.

4. How many active clients will you carry at your busiest?

Many coaching platforms cap clients per plan. Five clients feels like plenty today; a single group program can put 30 people on your roster next quarter. Count your expected peak, including group members, because that is the number the pricing tiers will charge you for.

5. What happens to client data, and can you take it with you?

The European Commission explains that the GDPR applies to organisations established in the EU and also to those outside it that offer services to people in the EU. It also distinguishes the data controller, who decides why and how personal data is processed, from the processor, who handles it on the controller's documented instructions (European Commission, "Data protection explained"). As a coach you are normally the controller of your clients' data, and your software vendor processes it for you. Ask each vendor for its data processing terms, where data is hosted, and how you export everything if you leave.

How did we rank these ten tools?

We modelled one realistic European practice and asked what each tool would take to run it. The example: a coach based in Amsterdam with 15 active clients, 12 of them in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany and 3 in the UK. Ten clients are on a 1:1 package with fortnightly calls; the other five join a six-week group program with a weekly live session and daily habit check-ins. The coach sells one low-priced self-paced course as a lead offer and sends a fortnightly newsletter.

For each tool we counted how many extra subscriptions the scenario would need, what the monthly bill looks like at 5, 15 and 40 clients, and whether clients would need more than one login. We did not run hands-on tests; the facts come from vendor pricing and help pages as listed in October 2026, plus public review profiles, and older details are marked with the month we recorded them. Direct coaching-admin competitors sit in the middle of the ranking because they cover booking and payments well but leave program delivery, marketing or both to other tools.

1. Coachful: the whole client journey in one place

Coachful's payments and session calendar screens on a laptop and tablet on a café table
Coachful's invoice table and monthly session calendar, shown with demo data, on a laptop and tablet at a café table.

Coachful is the strongest fit for European coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions. One subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, multi-week programs with habits and check-ins, courses, community, a website with funnels, email marketing and an AI assistant. Your clients get one branded app; you get one login.

What Coachful is, in short. Coachful is a coaching platform from Tallinn, Estonia, for solo coaches and small teams who want to replace four to six separate tools. It is for coaches who run programs, groups or ongoing 1:1 work and want clients to engage between calls. It is not a clinical records system, not HIPAA-certified, does not support PayPal, and has no permanent free plan. To start, take a free trial and request the free white-glove build, where the Coachful team sets up your website, funnel or program inside your account.

For Europe specifically, three things matter. First, payments run through your own Stripe Connect account (or Razorpay), so money lands in your own Stripe balance, and Coachful charges a 0% platform fee on top of processing since August 2026. Stripe Tax is supported, which helps when you sell courses or digital products to consumers in several EU countries. Second, the vendor is an EU company and the platform is GDPR-ready, with a full client data export as a ZIP file (roster, notes, check-ins, goals, habits, sessions, form responses) whenever you want it. Third, booking pages detect each visitor's time zone, so a client in Dublin and a client in Helsinki each see your availability in their local time.

Booking, contracts and payment before the first call

Booking pages support availability rules, buffers and minimum notice, with two-way sync to Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendars. Calls can run on built-in video, or Coachful can create Zoom, Google Meet or Teams links automatically. Email reminders are standard, and SMS (24 hours before) and WhatsApp (1 hour before) reminders are available once messaging is enabled, which suits markets where WhatsApp is how clients actually communicate. You can ask intake questions at booking, sell paid sessions or session credits, and assign multi-coach session types by round-robin or least-busy.

A coaching agreement with e-signature goes out before the first call and is stored on the client record. Checkout handles one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons and refunds, with Apple Pay and Google Pay, and every transaction produces an invoice; you can also raise manual invoices for corporate clients who want a PO number on paper. See coaching contracts and coaching payment software for the detail.

What clients do between sessions

This is where Coachful differs most from the admin tools further down. Programs run for as many weeks as you design, with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. Each client sees their next session, current program week, tasks and documents in one hub inside the Coachful app, carrying your branding.

On your side, each client record holds goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, and every client carries a status (thriving, active, quiet or at risk), so you notice the client who went quiet before they cancel. Joining a group program automatically creates a cohort group, with a community feed, group chat, direct messages and video events. Courses with modules, drip and completion tracking are delivered into the same home.

Marketing, AI help and credential hours

The section-based website builder includes a blog, custom domain, SEO settings, 30 designed homepage templates and an option to import an existing site. Booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels support pixels and UTM tracking, and email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences cover the newsletter. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data: she drafts emails and content, builds programs, summarizes recorded sessions and briefs you before each call. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. If you are working towards an ICF credential, Coachful counts coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports a client coaching log (ICF hour tracking).

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can open Create and choose "We'll build it for you · FREE", describe what you need, and attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as your logo, photos, brand guide or existing copy. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours: a website, funnel, sales page, program, course outline, email sequence, form, lead quiz or webinar page. Nothing is invented; there are no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. A somatic coach leaving Kajabi had a homepage and About page rebuilt with the contact form connected; a leadership coach with a Squarespace renewal days away got one clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button. It does not cover filming videos, logo design or ad management. Read more about the free white-glove service.

Limits to know. Coachful has no PayPal, so a client base that insists on PayPal is a real problem. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. There is no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync, no Salesforce or HubSpot integration, and no routing forms that choose a host from form answers. Lower plans cap the number of clients; Pro is unlimited, and team plans add coach seats (Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). Coachful holds a Trustpilot rating of 4.5 from 21 reviews.

2. Systeme.io: the cheapest way to start marketing

Systeme.io homepage promoting its free marketing plan
Systeme.io's homepage in October 2026.

Systeme.io suits coaches whose first problem is getting leads, not managing clients. It is a low-cost marketing suite with funnels, email, courses, a community, a blog and an affiliate program, and its free plan has no expiry and needs no credit card.

As listed in October 2026, the Free plan includes 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course with up to 500 students, 1 blog, 1 custom domain, 1 automation rule and 1 email campaign. Startup costs $17/mo (5,000 contacts, 10 funnels, 5 courses), Webinar $47/mo (10,000 contacts, 50 funnels, 20 courses) and Unlimited $97/mo. Systeme.io charges 0% transaction fees on every plan, including Free, so you pay only Stripe or PayPal processing. Its Trustpilot score stood at 4.9 from 8,696 reviews when we checked.

The gap is client delivery. As of its September 2026 profile, Systeme.io had no native 1:1 scheduling tied to client records, no habits and no check-ins, and its community and course features are basic, with no branded mobile app. For the Amsterdam scenario, the coach would still need a booking tool, a contract tool and something for the group's daily check-ins, which brings back the multi-login problem.

Pick it over Coachful if your budget is close to zero, you are still validating an offer, and you are happy to run sessions through a separate booking link for now.

3. Kajabi: a course business with coaching on the side

Kajabi homepage for its course and community platform
Kajabi's homepage in October 2026.

Kajabi is built for selling knowledge products: courses, communities, websites, funnels and email in one package. It fits coaches whose income comes mostly from courses and memberships, with a small amount of 1:1 work.

Pricing as listed in October 2026: Basic $179/mo ($143/mo billed annually) with 5 products, 2,500 contacts, 1 community and 0 AI credits; Growth $249/mo ($199/mo annually) with 50 products and 25,000 contacts; Pro $499/mo ($399/mo annually). The trial is 14 days per its help center. Payment fees deserve a close read from a European coach. Kajabi lists its Kajabi Payments card rates for the US (2.9% + $0.30 on Basic down to 2.7% + $0.30 on Pro), and if you use another processor except PayPal, Kajabi adds its own 2% fee on Basic, 1% on Growth or 0.5% on Pro on top of the processor's fees.

Coaching inside Kajabi is organised as products and communities rather than per-client plans: there is no habit tracking or daily client check-ins. Public reviewers on Trustpilot gave it 3.4 from 2,347 reviews. At 15 clients, Basic is still the plan you would pay for, so the entry cost is high for a practice that is mostly 1:1.

Pick it over Coachful if you already sell several courses to thousands of contacts and coaching is a premium upsell, not the core of the business.

4. Quenza: worksheets and activities for between sessions

Quenza homepage for its client activity and worksheet tool
Quenza's homepage in October 2026.

Quenza focuses on client engagement for coaches and therapists: activities, worksheets, programs, chat and a client app. It does one part of the job carefully and leaves the rest to other tools.

As listed in October 2026, Spark costs $25/mo ($20/mo annually) for 1 professional and 10 clients, Growth $50/mo ($40/mo annually) for 250 clients, Impact $125/mo for 400 clients, and Collective $160/mo for up to 3 professionals and 500 clients. The trial runs 30 days with no credit card. Trustpilot showed 4.3 from 8 reviews.

The important limit for a European practice: Quenza does not process client payments today. Invoicing and digital products are marked as planned on its pricing page, and its September 2026 profile listed no scheduling or video calls. So the Amsterdam coach would pair Quenza with a booking tool, a payment tool and an invoicing tool, then explain to clients which app is for what. Quenza's growth tier is generous on client numbers, which helps if you run large programs.

Pick it over Coachful if you already have booking and invoicing you like and only want a dedicated worksheet and activity library for clients.

5. Delenta: coaching admin with client portals

Delenta homepage for its coaching practice platform
Delenta's homepage in October 2026.

Delenta covers the classic coaching back office: CRM, scheduling, contracts, client portals and group coaching, with a course creator on its top plan.

Prices as listed in October 2026: Starter $29/mo ($19.08/mo annually) with 1 seat and 10 client portals; Pro $49/mo ($39.08/mo annually) with 40 client portals and up to 6 calendars; Premium $79/mo ($58.25/mo annually) with unlimited client portals and 100 GB. Teams and Enterprise are custom-priced. Delenta states no additional transaction fees, with Stripe or PayPal processing on top.

Watch the caps. Starter stops at 10 client portals and Pro at 40, so the Amsterdam coach at 15 clients needs Pro, and at 41 needs Premium. The course creator and mobile app are Premium-only, and multi-coach use needs the custom-priced Teams plan. The pricing page itself conflicts on the trial: the headline says 14 days and the FAQ says 7. Trustpilot showed 4.1 from 5 reviews, too few to read much into.

Pick it over Coachful if your clients pay by PayPal and you mostly need portals, contracts and scheduling without daily habits or a website.

6. Practice Better: wellness practice management with charting

Practice Better homepage for wellness practice management
Practice Better's homepage in October 2026.

Practice Better is practice management for wellness and nutrition practitioners: scheduling, telehealth, charting, billing, programs and a client portal. If you are a nutrition coach working alongside clinicians, its charting is the reason to look.

As listed in October 2026, Sprout is free for 3 clients and 1 practitioner. Starter costs $35/mo ($25/mo annually) for 10 clients, Professional $69/mo ($59/mo annually) for 300 clients, Plus $99/mo ($89/mo annually) for unlimited clients, and Team $155/mo for 2 practitioners, with more at $50 each. Trials run 14 days on most plans and 30 days on Team. Practice Better Payments is powered by Stripe.

Several features a European coach might expect at the lower tiers start only on Plus: evergreen programs, portal branding, a custom URL and SMS. Its September 2026 profile listed no website builder or funnel pages, and below Team there is one practitioner per account. Trustpilot showed 3.8 from 87 reviews. Coaching is not medical care, so if your work touches health, keep a clear scope line and refer clients to a doctor when symptoms call for it, whichever tool you use.

Pick it over Coachful if you need practitioner-style charting for a nutrition or wellness practice and do not need a website or funnels.

7. Paperbell: one price, simple packages

Paperbell homepage for its all-in-one coaching admin tool
Paperbell's homepage in October 2026.

Paperbell is admin for solo coaches who sell packages: booking, payments, contracts, a client portal and a simple website, all for one flat price per coach.

The single plan costs $97/mo ($80.83/mo annually) as listed in October 2026, with unlimited clients, sessions, files and packages, a 30-day money-back guarantee and no additional transaction fees beyond Stripe or PayPal processing. Its help center (July 2026) described a 7-day trial with the public site offline and client messages off. Trustpilot showed 3.5 from 14 reviews.

The flat price is honest, but the scope is narrow. Paperbell's September 2026 profile listed no courses, community, goal or habit tracking, and no native mobile app, so clients use a mobile browser. For the Amsterdam scenario, the six-week group with daily check-ins would need another platform. Paperbell is a reasonable choice if every client buys a fixed number of sessions and nothing else happens between them.

Pick it over Coachful if PayPal is essential and your offer is purely session packages with no program, course or community.

8. Thinkific: courses at scale, priced in euros

Thinkific homepage for its online course platform
Thinkific's homepage in October 2026.

Thinkific is a course platform with communities, memberships and coaching or webinar products. It is one of the few vendors here whose pricing page showed euro prices when we captured it, which makes budgeting simpler for coaches paid in euros.

Thinkific pricing page showing plans in euros
Thinkific's pricing page in October 2026, showing prices in euros.

In US dollars as listed in October 2026: Start $109/mo ($82/mo annually) for up to 10,000 current students and 2 admins; Grow $219/mo; Expand $499/mo. Prices rose about 10% on 13 August 2026. Every self-serve plan has a 30-day trial. Thinkific charges 0% transaction fees on Thinkific Payments, but third-party Stripe or PayPal gateways carry an extra per-plan gateway fee that the page does not quantify.

For 1:1 coaching, Thinkific's September 2026 profile noted no built-in scheduling; coaching relies on external booking links. There are no client habits or daily check-ins, and a branded mobile app is a $199/mo add-on. Public reviewers rated it 1.8 from 868 reviews on Trustpilot.

Pick it over Coachful if you are building a large course catalogue for thousands of students and live coaching is occasional.

9. Acuity Scheduling: booking only, done thoroughly

Acuity Scheduling homepage
Acuity Scheduling's homepage in October 2026.

Acuity Scheduling, owned by Squarespace, is appointment scheduling with intake forms, packages and memberships. It is a component, not a platform.

As listed in October 2026: Starter $20/mo ($16/mo annually) for 1 calendar; Standard $34/mo for up to 6 calendars; Premium $69/mo for up to 36 calendars. Every plan has a 7-day trial without a card. Acuity adds no fee of its own on payments; you connect Stripe, Square, PayPal or Venmo and pay their rates. Text reminders start on Standard. Trustpilot showed 3.6 from 687 reviews.

What it leaves out is the whole client relationship after booking: no client portal for programs, habits, check-ins or messaging, no courses, community, website builder or email marketing. A European coach using Acuity still needs contracts, a delivery space and a newsletter tool, which is how one cheap booking tool turns into four subscriptions.

Pick it over Coachful if you already have a website, newsletter and client portal you are happy with and only want to replace your booking link.

10. Mighty Networks: community before coaching

Mighty Networks homepage for its community platform
Mighty Networks' homepage in October 2026.

Mighty Networks combines community, courses and events, with Mighty-branded member apps. It works for coaches whose main offer is a membership or cohort community.

As listed in October 2026, Launch costs $95/mo ($79/mo annually) with 3 hosts and 20 hours of livestreaming per month; Scale $215/mo ($179/mo annually); Growth $354/mo billed annually. Mighty takes a platform fee on sales of 2% on Launch, 1% on Scale and 0.5% on Growth, plus Stripe processing. The trial is 14 days without a card. Trustpilot showed 3.3 from 219 reviews.

There is no 1:1 scheduling, invoicing or contracts, and no per-client habits, check-ins or private coaching plans. Your own branded apps are only on custom-priced Mighty Pro. The platform fee also matters at European price points: on a EUR 3,000 group program, 2% is EUR 60 per sale before Stripe's cut (example figure).

Pick it over Coachful if your business is a large paid community with events and you rarely coach anyone 1:1.

The cheap rows are misleading on their own. Systeme.io and Acuity look nearly free, but the last column shows what you would still need to buy. A booking tool, an e-signature tool, a habit app and a newsletter tool each add a subscription and a login, which is the pattern we cover in 8 coaching software costs to review. Compare the full stack at your 12-month client peak, not the entry price.

How would a European coach set this up in Coachful?

Here is the Amsterdam scenario built step by step, with what each client sees along the way.

The client's My Coaching page and program view in Coachful on a laptop in a bright kitchen
A client's My Coaching progress page and enrolled group program in Coachful, shown with demo data.
  1. Connect Stripe and switch on Stripe Tax. The coach links their own Stripe account through Stripe Connect, then enables Stripe Tax for the self-paced course, since that product may be taxed where each buyer lives. The coach confirms the classification with their accountant.
  2. Request the free white-glove build. From Create, the coach asks for a five-page site and a lead-magnet funnel, attaching their logo, two photos and a link to their old site. The Coachful team builds both in the account, usually within about 24 hours, leaving testimonial spaces empty until real ones exist.
  3. Set booking rules. A free 20-minute discovery call with a 24-hour minimum notice, and a paid 1:1 session type with 15-minute buffers. Calendar sync with Google keeps personal appointments blocked. A client in Manchester sees slots in UK time; a client in Berlin sees Central European time.
  4. Attach the agreement. The coaching agreement goes out for e-signature after purchase and before the first call, and the signed copy lands on the client record.
  5. Build the six-week group program. Starting from one of the 40-plus program templates, the coach sets weekly goals, three daily habits and a morning check-in. Enrolment creates the cohort group automatically, with a weekly group call on the calendar.
  6. Turn on reminders. Email reminders by default, plus WhatsApp one hour before for clients who prefer it, once messaging is enabled.
  7. Write the newsletter sequence. Michelle drafts a three-email welcome sequence for new subscribers from the lead magnet, which the coach edits before it goes live.

What the client experiences: they find the site, download the guide, book a discovery call that shows their own time zone, buy the group program with Apple Pay, sign the agreement on their phone, and then open one app every morning for their check-in, habits, course lessons and the cohort chat. They never need a second login. On the coach's side, a client who stops checking in moves to "quiet", which is the cue to send a short message before the next call. For more on running groups, see group coaching software.

What red flags and switching costs should you watch for?

Most switching pain is predictable. Check these before you sign up anywhere, including with us.

  • Client caps that count group members. Delenta counts client portals, Quenza and Practice Better count clients per tier. One cohort of 25 can push you two tiers up overnight.
  • Platform fees layered on processing. Kajabi adds 0.5% to 2% when you use a processor other than Kajabi Payments or PayPal; Mighty Networks takes 0.5% to 2% of sales. On European program prices these add up quickly.
  • Forced processors. If a platform requires its own payment processing, check it supports your country, your currency and your clients' cards before you migrate.
  • No data processing terms. Under the GDPR you are typically the controller. If a vendor cannot tell you how it processes client data on your behalf or how to export it, treat that as a warning.
  • Export gaps. Ask what leaves with you: notes, check-in history, signed agreements, course progress. Coachful exports the full client record as a ZIP; ask every other vendor the same question in writing.
  • Subscriptions on a tool you are leaving. Active client subscriptions in Stripe often need to be recreated or migrated with care, so plan the switch at a renewal date and tell clients in advance.
  • Price changes. Thinkific raised prices about 10% in August 2026; other vendors have done the same. Budget for annual increases.

Switching into Coachful is lighter than most: clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, and the white-glove team can rebuild your site. If you work with other coaches, read coaching software for small teams first, since seat pricing changes the maths. So which coaching software should you pick in Europe?

If your clients do anything between calls, choose Coachful: one login, one branded app, payments through your own Stripe with Stripe Tax and a 0% platform fee, GDPR-ready from an EU company, and a free white-glove build so setup is not a month of evenings. If you are pre-revenue and only need leads, Systeme.io's free plan is a sensible first step. If courses are the business, Kajabi or Thinkific. If you need nutrition charting, Practice Better. If you only need a booking page, Acuity. Everyone else should compare their full stack cost at their busiest month, because that is where single-purpose tools stop looking cheap. Frequently asked questions

Is Coachful GDPR-compliant for coaches in the EU?

Coachful is built by a company in Tallinn, Estonia, and the platform is GDPR-ready. You can export your full client data as a ZIP at any time. As the coach you are normally the data controller, so you still need your own privacy notice and lawful basis for processing client data.

Do I have to charge VAT to coaching clients in other EU countries?

It depends on who the client is and what you sell. Per the EU's Your Europe guidance, services to businesses in another EU country usually fall under the reverse charge, while services to consumers are usually taxed at your own country's rate, except electronic services, which are taxed where the customer lives. Check with an accountant in your country how your specific offers are classified.

Can European clients pay in euros?

With tools that connect your own Stripe account, including Coachful, clients pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through your Stripe setup. Which currencies and local methods are available depends on Stripe in your country, so check Stripe's documentation before promising a particular method to a client.

Is there free coaching software that works in Europe?

Systeme.io has a free plan with no expiry, and Practice Better's Sprout plan is free for 3 clients, as listed in October 2026. Coachful has no permanent free plan but offers a free trial. Free plans usually leave out booking, check-ins or branding, so check what you would add on.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

On every plan, you describe what you want built (a website, funnel, program, course outline, email sequence or similar), attach references and files, and the Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include filming videos, logo design or ad management, and nothing is invented. Details are in our white-glove service guide.

Does Coachful take a percentage of my payments?

No. Since August 2026, Coachful charges a 0% platform fee; you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing. Plans are flat monthly subscriptions, and monthly plans cancel in one click.

Can I move from Kajabi or Paperbell without rebuilding everything myself?

Clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, and the white-glove team can rebuild your website or funnel. Plan the move around your existing clients' renewal dates so recurring payments are not interrupted.

Does Coachful work for a small team of coaches across countries?

Yes. Team plans add coach seats with per-coach availability and staff permissions, and multi-coach session types can be assigned by round-robin or least-busy. Each client still books in their own time zone.

Can I use Coachful for therapy or clinical records?

No. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and is not built for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. Coaching is not treatment; if your clients need clinical care, refer them, and keep clinical records in a clinical system.

Can Coachful track my ICF coaching hours?

Yes. It counts coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports an ICF client coaching log with paid and pro bono hours.
