Top 12 Mighty Networks Alternatives for Business Coaches

Top 12 Mighty Networks Alternatives for Business Coaches

The best mighty networks alternatives for business coaches are the platforms that keep what Mighty does well (a branded community, courses and live events for your mastermind) and add what a business coaching practice runs on every week: 1:1 strategy sessions, signed retainer agreements, payment plans for high-ticket programs and a way to see whether each founder is actually hitting their numbers between calls. The deciding question is simple. Do you need a better community, or do you need one place for the whole client journey?

For most business coaches it is the second, and that is why Coachful sits at #1 in this ranking. It puts booking, payments, agreements, programs with weekly goals and check-ins, courses, a community and your website behind one login, with one branded app for your clients. We make Coachful, so read our reasoning with that in mind; every other tool below is described from what its vendor publishes and what public reviewers report, with prices as listed in October 2026.

If you want the general version of this list, our roundup of Mighty Networks alternatives covers all coaching niches. This one is written for coaches who sell strategy, accountability and growth to founders, consultants and small business owners.

What do business coaches need from a Mighty Networks alternative?

Business coaches need a community tool that also runs the private, revenue-focused side of coaching: 1:1 calls, agreements, invoices and per-client accountability on goals like revenue, pipeline and hiring. Mighty Networks handles the group layer well and leaves the rest to other apps.

Be fair to Mighty first. As listed in October 2026, its Launch plan includes community, courses, events, AI Cohost and People Magic, basic automations, a custom domain and the Mighty iOS and Android apps for members. Livestreaming is built in (20 hours a month for up to 100 attendees on Launch). For a business coach running a paid mastermind with a content library and weekly hot seats, that covers a lot. Our full Mighty Networks review goes deeper.

The gaps show up as soon as the practice has 1:1 clients next to the group. Mighty's own feature set, as summarized in our vendor notes, has no 1:1 scheduling, invoicing or contracts and no per-client habits, check-ins or private coaching plans. Here is what that means for a business coach in practice:

  • Strategy sessions and VIP days. You need booking pages with buffers, time-zone detection and intake questions such as "What was last month's revenue?" before a founder lands on your calendar.
  • Retainer agreements. A six-month advisory retainer needs scope, cancellation and confidentiality terms signed before the first call, not a PDF lost in email. Our page on coaching contracts explains the workflow.
  • High-ticket payment flexibility. Business programs are often sold in installments, with upsells such as an extra VIP session. Mighty takes a platform fee of 2% on Launch, 1% on Scale and 0.5% on Growth and Mighty Pro, on top of Stripe processing.
  • KPI accountability between sessions. Founders forget the commitments they make on calls. A weekly check-in that asks for leads, sales calls and revenue, plus daily tasks like "one outreach block", is where business coaching results come from.
  • A branded app without a quote. Your own branded iOS and Android apps sit on Mighty Pro, which is custom-priced.
  • Cohorts that start on payment. When someone buys your accelerator, they should land in the right group automatically instead of waiting for you to invite them.

Our Coachful for business coaches page shows how these pieces fit together for this niche specifically.

Build your platform

How did we choose and rank these tools?

We started from the jobs a business coach does each week and scored every tool on how many of them it covers without a second subscription. Tools that only replace Mighty's community scored lower than tools that also replace your scheduler, contract app and invoicing.

The four criteria, in order of weight:

  1. One login for the whole client journey. Lead, application, strategy call, agreement, payment, onboarding, program, renewal. Every handoff between tools is a place where a founder drops off or an invoice gets missed.
  2. Between-session delivery. Weekly goals, daily tasks, habits and KPI check-ins that you can see per client. This is the core of accountability coaching and the biggest gap in community platforms.
  3. Total stack cost. The plan price plus platform fees plus the extra tools you would still need, at 5, 15 and 40 clients.
  4. Setup effort. How long it takes to be live, and whether the vendor will build the website, funnel or program for you.

We did not run hands-on tests for this article. Vendor facts come from each vendor's pricing page and documentation, checked in October 2026, and ratings are the public Trustpilot scores seen on October 25, 2026. Where a fact comes from an older profile from September 2026, we say so.

1. Coachful: the whole business coaching practice behind one login

Coachful is a coaching platform that covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant in one subscription. For a business coach leaving Mighty Networks, the community comes along and the 1:1 side of the practice finally gets a home.

Coachful's coach dashboard with demo clients, task completion percentages and thriving or at-risk status indicators.

Who it is for. Coachful is built for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions: the business coach with a few 1:1 advisory clients, a group accelerator and a mastermind, often replacing four to six tools. It also suits solo coaches growing into a small team, since team plans add coach seats with per-coach availability and staff permissions.

What replaces your Mighty community. The community feed, group chat, direct messages and video events are included in your Coachful membership. The detail business coaches tend to like is cohort groups: when someone enrolls in a program, Coachful creates and fills the cohort group automatically, so your Q1 accelerator cohort has its own space without manual invites. Group calls and webinars run on built-in video, or you can use auto-created Zoom, Google Meet or Teams links. Courses with modules, lessons, drip and completion tracking sit in the same client home, so your pricing workshop replays and SOP library live next to the conversation. If masterminds are your main format, see how to host client masterminds without Mighty Networks.

What Mighty never covered: 1:1, agreements and payments. Booking pages handle availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendar sync. Intake questions on the booking form let you collect revenue, team size and the founder's biggest bottleneck before a strategy call. Reminders go out by email, plus SMS 24 hours and WhatsApp one hour before once messaging is enabled. You can sell paid sessions or session credits, which suits a VIP-day bundle or a block of advisory hours.

Here is a short walkthrough of scheduling in Coachful:

Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and Stripe Tax, with an invoice per transaction plus manual invoices. Since August 2026 Coachful charges a 0% platform fee, so on a high-ticket program you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and are stored on the client record.

Accountability between sessions. This is where business coaching outcomes are made. Multi-week programs carry weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. A founder in your accelerator can see "Week 3: rewrite the offer page" next to a daily "30-minute sales outreach" habit, and answer a Friday check-in on calls booked and revenue closed. Each client record pulls together goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, with a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk, so you know who to call before they go silent.

Coachful coaching flows library with welcome, morning and evening check-in cards
Coachful's coaching flows library with Welcome, Morning Check-in and Evening Check-in flow cards.

Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from that live practice data: it briefs you before each session, summarizes recorded sessions, drafts emails and content and can build a program outline. Questions and planning are included in your membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. If you hold or are working toward an ICF credential, Coachful also counts your coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports an ICF client coaching log (see ICF hour tracking).

Marketing that fills the next cohort. The section-based website builder includes a blog, custom domain, SEO settings and 30 designed homepage templates. Booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels support pixels and UTM tracking, which matters if you run ads to a free strategy-call application. Email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits are part of the same account.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can go to Create and choose "We'll build it for you", describe what you need (a website, an application funnel, a mastermind sales page, a program, an email sequence) and attach up to 8 reference links and 10 files such as your logo, brand guide or existing copy. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing gets invented: no fake testimonials, credentials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. One recent build: a business mentor for beauty professionals got a 12-week mentorship sales page, a free start-up-guide funnel and rewritten follow-up emails. Read more about the white-glove build service.

What Coachful does not do. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and is not for clinical records or insurance billing. It has no PayPal and no permanent free plan. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. For larger sales teams, there is no multi-stage deal board and no Salesforce or HubSpot integration, and there are no routing forms that pick a host from form answers. The affiliate program tracks links, clicks, conversions and revenue, but payouts are recorded manually. Integrations cover Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, Stripe, Razorpay, Zapier, Meta Pixel and GA4.

Price and how to start: flat monthly plans, where lower plans cap the number of clients and Pro is unlimited (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). There is a free trial, monthly plans cancel in one click, and your clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding. Coachful holds a Trustpilot rating of 4.5 from 21 reviews.

2. Kajabi: a polished course business with one community

Kajabi is the closest "bigger Mighty" for a business coach whose revenue comes mainly from a signature course and a membership. It bundles courses, a community, a website, funnels and email into one product.

Kajabi homepage promoting its platform for selling courses and memberships
Kajabi's homepage in October 2026.

As listed in October 2026, Kajabi Basic costs $179 a month ($143 a month billed annually) and includes 5 products, 2,500 contacts, 1 community, 1 website, 2 admin users and 0 AI credits. Growth is $249 a month ($199 annual) with 50 products, 25,000 contacts and 500 AI credits; Pro is $499 a month ($399 annual). The 14-day trial lets you skip the card, though some features such as bulk contact import stay locked until you activate a paid plan.

On payments, Kajabi Payments in the US charges 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, falling to 2.7% + $0.30 on Pro. Use another processor (other than PayPal) and Kajabi adds its own fee of 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth or 0.5% on Pro. For a business coach selling a premium program, the processor choice matters.

The limits for this niche are familiar from Mighty. Kajabi treats coaching as a product or a community, not as a per-client plan; there is no habit tracking or daily client check-in. The 5-product cap on Basic fills quickly once you add a lead magnet, a course, a mastermind and two coaching packages. Kajabi holds a Trustpilot score of 3.4 from 2,347 reviews. We compare it in more depth in Kajabi alternatives for business coaches.

Pick it over Coachful if your business is a large course and content operation with thousands of contacts and only a handful of private clients, and you want Kajabi's marketing ecosystem more than per-client accountability.

3. Circle: the stronger community, with the same gaps

Circle is the tool to choose if you are leaving Mighty because the community itself is not enough. It focuses on spaces, events, live streams, courses and paid memberships, which suits a large paid mastermind.

Circle homepage promoting its community platform for creators and brands
Circle's homepage in October 2026.

Pricing on Circle's page, as listed in October 2026, is shown annually: Professional at $89 a month (3 admins, 10 moderators, 2,500 AI credits a month), Business at $199 a month and Scale at $419 a month, with custom-priced Circle Plus above. There is a 14-day trial on Professional, Business and Scale with no credit card required. Circle takes a fee on payments of 2% on Professional, 1% on Business and Scale and 0.5% on Circle Plus, plus Stripe processing.

Structurally Circle mirrors Mighty in the places that matter to a business coach. There is no 1:1 scheduling or client management back office, no per-client habits, check-ins or coaching plans, and branded mobile apps are reserved for the custom-priced Circle Plus. You would still pair it with a scheduler, a contract tool and probably an invoicing app. Circle's Trustpilot score is 4.1 from 129 reviews. Our Circle vs Mighty Networks comparison lays out the community differences.

Pick it over Coachful if your mastermind has hundreds of members, the community is the product, and you already have tools you like for 1:1 calls and billing.

4. GoHighLevel: agency horsepower for coaches who run ads

GoHighLevel (HighLevel) appeals to business coaches who think like marketers. It is an agency-first CRM with funnels, websites, calendars, SMS and email, invoicing, contracts, courses and communities, organized around sub-accounts.

GoHighLevel homepage promoting its all-in-one marketing and CRM platform
GoHighLevel's homepage in October 2026.

As listed in October 2026, Starter is $97 a month ($80.83 billed annually) with 3 sub-accounts and unlimited users and contacts. Unlimited is $297 a month and Agency Pro $497 a month. There is a 14-day trial, and billing starts automatically when it ends unless you cancel. The catch is metering: SMS, email, phone numbers and AI usage are billed separately at rates published on separate pricing guides, so your real monthly bill depends on volume.

For business coaches, the pipeline and automation depth is real, and contracts and invoicing cover two things Mighty lacks. What it does not have is a coaching delivery layer: no habit tracking, client check-ins or structured program and task engine, so you would simulate accountability with workflows and forms. Video calls rely on Zoom or Google Meet links rather than built-in rooms,. GoHighLevel's Trustpilot score is 4.9 from 15,250 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if you also run a marketing agency or sell done-for-you services, need sub-accounts for clients, or want a multi-stage sales pipeline with heavy SMS automation.

5. Kartra: funnels, email and memberships in one suite

Kartra is an all-in-one marketing suite: pages, funnels, email and SMS, memberships, calendars and a helpdesk. Business coaches who sell through webinars and launch sequences sometimes prefer it over a community-first tool like Mighty.

Kartra homepage promoting its all-in-one online business platform
Kartra's homepage in October 2026.

The entry plan, Essentials, is $59 a month ($52 annual) as listed in October 2026, but it caps you at 500 contacts, 5 pages, 1 product and 1 membership, and charges a 5% transaction fee. Starter at $119 a month ($99 annual) is the realistic plan for a coaching business: 2,500 contacts, unlimited pages, products and memberships, unlimited email and SMS, 5 team members and 0% transaction fee. Growth costs $229 a month and Professional $549 a month. There is a 14-day trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Where it falls short for business coaches: no client habits, check-ins or per-client coaching plans, and an older September 2026 profile notes no mobile app for students or admins. Funnels and memberships are also not portable to other platforms, according to the same profile, which matters if you change tools again later. Kartra holds a Trustpilot score of 3.2 from 129 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if email and launch marketing are the center of your business and you want a helpdesk and SMS in the same marketing tool.

6. Paperbell: tidy 1:1 admin for solo business coaches

Paperbell solves the opposite problem from Mighty. It is all-in-one admin for solo coaches: booking, packages, payments, contracts, a client portal and a simple website, at one price per coach.

Paperbell homepage promoting its admin software for solo coaches
Paperbell's homepage in October 2026.

As listed in October 2026, Paperbell costs $97 a month or $970 a year, with unlimited clients, sessions, files and packages, and no extra transaction fees beyond Stripe or PayPal processing. Its pricing page lists a coaching website, scheduling, payments and packages, client portal, contracts, email workflows, forms, group coaching, video call integration, notes, digital downloads, online classes and custom branding. There is a "Try For Free" button; an older profile from its help center describes a 7-day trial, and paid plans carry a 30-day money-back guarantee.

For a business coach leaving Mighty, the trade is clear. You gain retainers, contracts and package billing, but our September 2026 profile found no community, no goal or habit tracking and no native mobile app (mobile browser only). So your mastermind would need a second platform, which is the stack problem you were trying to escape. Paperbell's Trustpilot score is 3.5 from 14 reviews. See Paperbell alternatives for business coaches for the full picture.

Pick it over Coachful if you coach only 1:1, have no group or community offer, want PayPal as a payment option, and prefer the simplest possible admin tool.

Which one looks like you?

Coachful builds your coaching website from a few answers, in a design chosen for your niche, with programs, booking and payments ready behind it.

7. Skool: a lean community with a leaderboard

Skool combines a community, a classroom and a calendar in one group, with gamified leaderboards that reward participation. That format suits a business coach who runs an open community as lead generation for a paid offer.

Skool homepage promoting its community and classroom groups
Skool's homepage in October 2026.

The Hobby plan is $9 a month ($7.50 annual) and Pro is $99 a month ($82.50 annual), both with unlimited members, courses, videos and live calls, as listed in October 2026. Payments run only through Skool Payments. On Hobby that costs 10% + 30¢ per transaction; on Pro it is 2.9% + 30¢ up to $899 and 3.9% + 30¢ above $900. That top tier matters for business coaches, since a high-ticket mastermind seat lands in the higher rate. The trial length and card requirement were not stated on the pricing page when we checked.

Skool is simpler than Mighty, not broader. There is no custom domain website, funnels, email automation or public API, and no 1:1 client records, intake forms, habits or check-ins. Its Trustpilot score is 1.6 from 54 reviews. Our Skool vs Mighty Networks breakdown compares the two communities directly.

Pick it over Coachful if you want a cheap, gamified open community as a top-of-funnel and will deliver paid coaching somewhere else.

8. Podia: a friendly storefront for a small catalog

Podia is a simple storefront for courses, downloads, webinars, coaching sessions and community. A newer business coach with one course, one workshop and a coaching package can get live quickly.

Podia homepage promoting its storefront for courses and digital products
Podia's homepage in October 2026.

As listed in October 2026, Mover costs $49 a month ($42 annual) with a 5% Podia transaction fee; Shaker is $99 a month ($84 annual) and Earthquaker $179 a month ($150 annual), both with 0% Podia fees. Stripe or PayPal processing applies on top. The 14-day trial needs no credit card or plan choice.

The constraint that bites business coaches is email. Included subscribers are 100 on Mover, 500 on Shaker and 1,000 on Earthquaker, which is thin if your growth model is a newsletter plus webinars. An older September 2026 profile notes no mobile app and no native video calls, and there are no client habits, check-ins or per-client plans. Podia's Trustpilot score is 4.1 from 153 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if you mostly sell digital products, have a small list, and want the gentlest learning curve for a storefront.

9. ClickFunnels: sales pages first, coaching second

ClickFunnels is a funnel and sales-page builder with email, courses, community, a store and an appointments app. It is built for coaches who sell through application funnels and webinars.

ClickFunnels homepage promoting its funnel and sales page builder

Launch costs $97 a month ($81 annual) as listed in October 2026, with 10K contacts, 50K emails a month, 2 team members, 5 domains, 3 courses, 3 communities and one store. Scale is $197 a month and Optimize $297 a month. ClickFunnels charges 0% commission on sales, with processor fees on top, and offers a 14-day trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee.

The limits are on the delivery side. There are no client habits, check-ins or structured 1:1 coaching programs, and our older profile notes that funnels are proprietary and not portable. Three communities on Launch can cover a mastermind and an alumni group, but the coaching relationship itself has nowhere to live. ClickFunnels holds a Trustpilot score of 4.7 from 2,512 reviews. More context is in our ClickFunnels alternatives for coaches guide.

Pick it over Coachful if your growth depends on testing many funnels and A/B variants each month and your coaching delivery already happens in another tool.

10. Thinkific: a course library that grew a community

Thinkific is a course platform with communities, memberships and coaching or webinar products. It fits a business coach who is turning a framework into a training library for many students.

Thinkific homepage promoting its course and learning community platform
Thinkific's homepage in October 2026.

As listed in October 2026, Start is $109 a month ($82 annual) with 10,000 current students, 2 admins, 1 community with 10 spaces and 5 live community events. Grow is $219 a month and Expand $499 a month. Prices rose about 10% on August 13, 2026. Thinkific charges 0% transaction fee on Thinkific Payments and offers a 30-day trial on every self-serve plan.

For business coaching, the gaps are 1:1 scheduling (an older profile says coaching relies on external booking links) and per-client habits, check-ins or plans. A branded mobile app is a $199-a-month add-on. Public reviewers have been harsh: its Trustpilot score is 1.8 from 868 reviews. We cover the options in Thinkific alternatives for coaches.

Pick it over Coachful if you sell a self-paced curriculum to thousands of learners and coaching is an occasional add-on.

11. Stan Store: selling strategy calls from your bio link

Stan Store is a link-in-bio storefront for digital products, courses, memberships and paid calls. Business coaches who grow on Instagram, TikTok or LinkedIn use it to turn followers into booked strategy calls.

Stan Store homepage promoting its link-in-bio creator storefront
Stan Store's homepage in October 2026.

Creator is $29 a month ($25 annual) and Creator Pro is $99 a month ($79 annual) as listed in October 2026, with unlimited products and customers. Stan takes 0% of sales; Stripe or PayPal processing applies. Email marketing, upsells, discount codes and affiliates are only on Creator Pro. The 14-day trial charges the first month when it ends, according to its help center.

Stan Store is not a replacement for Mighty's community in any real sense, and it is not a CRM: there are no contracts, invoices or client records, no programs with tasks, habits or check-ins, and no team seats advertised. It holds a Trustpilot score of 4.7 from 2,205 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if all you need right now is a phone-friendly page that sells a call and a guide, and your community lives elsewhere.

12. Systeme.io: the budget all-in-one

Systeme.io is a low-cost marketing suite with funnels, email, courses, a community, a blog and an affiliate program. For a business coach just starting, the price is the headline.

Systeme.io homepage promoting its low-cost all-in-one marketing suite

The Free plan, as listed in October 2026, includes 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course with up to 500 students, 1 blog, 1 custom domain, 1 automation rule and 1 email campaign, and it never expires. Startup is $17 a month, Webinar $47 and Unlimited $97. All plans carry 0% transaction fees, with Stripe or PayPal processing only.

The trade-off is depth. An older September 2026 profile notes no native 1:1 scheduling with client records, habits or check-ins, basic community and course features and no branded mobile app. For a mastermind that used Mighty's livestreams and app, that is a step down. Systeme.io's Trustpilot score is 4.9 from 8,696 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if you are pre-revenue, need a lead magnet funnel and email list today, and can live without coaching delivery tools for now.

Which features does each alternative cover?

Only Coachful covers every row a business coach leaving Mighty usually needs. The matrix below uses each vendor's published feature list; "Partial" means it exists in a limited form or needs workarounds.

The "Habits and check-ins" column is where community platforms and marketing suites all drop out. If your coaching promise is "we will hold you accountable to your numbers", that column should decide your shortlist.

What does each option cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?

At 5, 15 and 40 clients, Mighty Networks itself does not change price, but it never runs alone for a business coach: you add a scheduler, a contract tool and invoicing on top. The table shows each vendor's lowest realistic plan at monthly billing, as listed in October 2026, before processor fees. Figures for stacked tools are not priced here because they vary by what you choose.

Two things this table hides. First, platform fees grow with revenue: as an example, a 2% fee on a year of mastermind sales is a meaningful cost that a flat plan does not have. Second, Mighty's own branded app sits on Mighty Pro, which is quote-based, so a business coach who wants an app under their own brand should ask for that quote before comparing. Our Mighty Networks pricing breakdown walks through each plan.

How does a business coach set this up in Coachful, step by step?

Here is a worked example for a business coach with a six-month group accelerator, a monthly mastermind and a few 1:1 advisory retainers, moving off Mighty Networks. It takes the order that avoids rework: money and agreements first, then delivery, then community and marketing.

  1. Export from Mighty and hand it over. Export your member list with Member Tags (available on Launch and Scale per Mighty's plan docs). Your clients, programs and content are imported for you during Coachful onboarding. Our Mighty Networks migration guide covers the timing so members are not left without a home.
  2. Connect Stripe. Connect your own Stripe account through Stripe Connect, switch on Stripe Tax if you need it, and enable Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  3. Create the offers. Build three offers: the accelerator with a payment plan in three installments, the mastermind as a monthly subscription and the advisory retainer as a block of session credits. Add an order bump on the accelerator checkout for a VIP strategy day.
  4. Write the agreement. Set up a coaching agreement covering scope, session cancellation, confidentiality and what you do not provide (legal, tax or investment advice). It is sent for e-signature before the first call and stored on the client record. Have a local lawyer review the wording.
  5. Set booking types. Create a 90-minute strategy intake with intake questions (current monthly revenue, team size, top bottleneck), a 60-minute advisory session with buffers and minimum notice, and a group hot-seat call. Sync Google or Outlook both ways.
  6. Build the accelerator program. Give each week one goal ("Week 2: define your offer ladder"), daily tasks and two habits, such as a daily outreach block and a Friday numbers review. Add a weekly check-in that asks for leads, sales calls booked and revenue closed. Michelle can draft the outline from your notes, using AI credits for the confirmed build.
  7. Let cohorts form themselves. Enrolling in the accelerator creates the cohort group automatically, with its own chat and video events. Keep one community feed for the whole client base and run the mastermind as its own group.
  8. Move the library. Rebuild your Mighty courses as Coachful courses with modules, drip and completion tracking, and attach worksheets like a 90-day plan template.
  9. Publish the front door. Pick one of the business templates for your site, add an application funnel with Meta Pixel and UTM tracking, and a lead magnet funnel for a pricing guide. Or ask the white-glove team to build both from your existing Mighty landing page.
  10. Automate follow-up. Add an email sequence that sends a welcome, a pre-call prep note and a renewal reminder in month five, with a branch for clients who are tagged at risk.

After the first month, watch the client statuses. The founders who drift from thriving to quiet are the ones to call before their next renewal.

What mistakes should business coaches avoid when leaving Mighty Networks?

The biggest mistake is replacing Mighty with another community tool and keeping the same five-app stack around it. Here are the others we see business coaches make:

  • Moving a live mastermind mid-cycle. Switch between cohorts or at a quarter boundary, announce the date early, and run both for a short overlap. See how to run coaching cohorts without Mighty Networks.
  • Forgetting the export before cancelling. Mighty's member export with tags is available on Launch and Scale per its plan docs, while posts and content were not bulk-exportable in an older profile. Save what you need first.
  • Ignoring percentage fees on high-ticket sales. A 1 to 2% platform fee looks small on the pricing page and large on a year of premium program revenue. Compare flat plans against your projected sales, not your current month.
  • Paying for a custom plan just to get a branded app. Decide whether your clients need an app under your own store listing, or whether a branded experience inside another app is enough.
  • Keeping KPI check-ins in spreadsheets. If founders report numbers in a Google Sheet, you will not see who stopped reporting until the next call. Put check-ins where you also see sessions and payments.
  • Skipping the agreement for "friendly" retainers. Business clients expect clear scope. Send the agreement before the first call, every time.
  • Choosing an agency CRM you will not configure. Powerful pipelines only help if you build them. Be honest about your setup time.

Which Mighty Networks alternative should business coaches choose?

Choose Coachful if you coach founders 1:1 and in groups and want the community, booking, agreements, payments and accountability check-ins in one login with one branded client app. It is the only tool in this list that covers every row of the feature matrix, and the white-glove build means you do not have to rebuild your site and funnels alone.

The others win in narrower cases. Kajabi suits a content-heavy course business. Circle is the better pure community. GoHighLevel fits coaches who also run an agency. Paperbell is tidy for strictly 1:1 practices. Skool and Systeme.io are the budget routes for a free community or a first funnel. Frequently asked questions

Is Mighty Networks good for business coaches?

Mighty Networks is good for the group side of business coaching: a branded community, courses, events and livestreams for a mastermind. It does not include 1:1 scheduling, invoicing, contracts or per-client check-ins, so most business coaches pair it with several other tools. If your offer is mostly 1:1 or accountability-based, an all-in-one platform usually fits better.

What is the best Mighty Networks alternative for business coaches?

We rank Coachful first because it combines the community and courses with booking, payments, agreements and programs with weekly goals and check-ins. Circle is the strongest pure community alternative, and Kajabi suits course-led businesses. The right pick depends on whether you need a better community or a whole practice platform.

How much does Mighty Networks cost in 2026?

As listed in October 2026, Launch is $95 a month billed monthly or $79 a month billed annually, Scale is $215 or $179, and Growth is $354 a month on annual billing. Mighty Pro is custom-priced. Mighty also takes a platform fee of 2%, 1% or 0.5% on sales depending on the plan.

Can I get my own branded app without Mighty Pro?

On Mighty Networks, your own branded iOS and Android apps are part of the custom-priced Mighty Pro plan. Circle reserves branded apps for Circle Plus, and Thinkific sells one as an add-on. Coachful gives clients a branded experience inside the Coachful app, which ships under the Coachful listing rather than your own App Store account.

Which alternative handles high-ticket payment plans best?

Look for payment plans, order bumps and no platform percentage. Coachful supports one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps and coupons through your own Stripe or Razorpay account with a 0% platform fee. Kartra Starter, ClickFunnels and Paperbell also list no platform fee, while Mighty, Circle and Skool charge a percentage.

Can I run a mastermind and 1:1 clients in the same platform?

Yes, if the platform has both a community and a client back office. In Coachful, the mastermind runs as a group with chat and video events, while each 1:1 client has their own record with sessions, goals, check-ins, notes and payments. Community-only tools like Circle and Skool would need a separate 1:1 system.

What is Coachful's white-glove build service?

It is a free build service on every Coachful plan. You describe what you want, such as a website, application funnel, sales page, program or email sequence, attach up to 8 links and 10 files, and the team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include video recording, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing.

How do I move members from Mighty Networks without losing them?

Export your member list with tags while your plan is active, pick a switch date between cohorts, and tell members where the new space is before you close the old one. Running both spaces briefly helps. Our migration guide walks through the full sequence.

Does Coachful integrate with HubSpot or Salesforce?

No. Coachful has no Salesforce or HubSpot integration and no multi-stage sales deal board for large teams. It connects with Zapier, Stripe, Razorpay, calendar apps, Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, Meta Pixel and GA4, and it includes its own prospects and intakes tracking for coaching leads.

Is there a free trial before I switch?

Most tools here offer one. Mighty Networks offers 14 days with no card required, Circle and Podia also offer 14 days without a card, and Thinkific offers 30 days. Coachful has a free trial too, and monthly plans cancel in one click.
