The 12 Best Coaching Software in the UAE, Compared

Choosing coaching software in the UAE mostly comes down to one question: will your clients only book and pay for sessions, or will they also work through a program with you between those sessions? Coaches in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah usually serve a mix of Arabic and English speakers, clients in other time zones and corporate buyers who want invoices that hold up at VAT time. Software that only handles bookings leaves the rest to spreadsheets and WhatsApp threads.
Our pick is Coachful, because it puts booking, Stripe payments, coaching agreements, programs with habits and check-ins, courses, community and your website behind one login, with a branded app for clients. We make Coachful, so weigh that, and use the five questions below to test our ranking against your own practice. Eleven other tools follow, each with its listed price, its limits and the situation where it beats Coachful.

What should a UAE coach check before choosing software?
Check five things before you compare feature lists: how clients pay, which time zones you book across, how you handle personal data under UAE law, whether VAT applies to you, and what language your clients read. Each one rules tools in or out faster than a demo will.
Payments in dirhams. Most coaching platforms take cards through Stripe, which accepts businesses based in the UAE. If you price in AED, confirm during the trial that your offers display and charge in dirhams, and that your payouts land where your trade licence says they should. Platforms that run their own payment processing (Kajabi Payments, Skool Payments) need a separate check, because availability outside the US varies by provider. The dirham is pegged to the US dollar at about 3.67, so the USD prices in this article convert predictably.
Time zones. The UAE runs on Gulf Standard Time (UTC+4) all year with no daylight saving. If you coach clients in London, Riyadh, Mumbai or Toronto, their offset to you shifts twice a year when their clocks change and yours do not. A booking page that detects each visitor's time zone saves you the "is that your 7pm or mine?" message.
Personal data. Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), covers processing of personal data through electronic systems inside or outside the country. According to the UAE government portal (u.ae, data protection laws page), it prohibits processing personal data without the owner's consent except in limited cases, gives people the right to correct inaccurate data and to restrict or stop processing, and sets requirements for cross-border transfers. Free zones such as the DIFC have their own data protection law (DIFC Law No. 5 of 2020). This is not legal advice; ask a lawyer which regime applies to your licence.
VAT. The Federal Tax Authority's VAT registration page (tax.gov.ae) says a business must register for VAT when its taxable supplies and imports exceed the mandatory threshold of AED 375,000 over the previous 12 months, or are expected to exceed it in the next 30 days. Voluntary registration opens at AED 187,500. The standard rate is 5%. Whether your coaching is taxable, and how to treat clients outside the UAE, depends on your situation, so check with an accountant. What matters for software: you need an invoice per payment that you can export.
Arabic and English. Few coaching platforms document a full Arabic interface with right-to-left layout for clients. If some clients prefer Arabic, test how Arabic text displays in the client app and emails during any trial, Coachful's included, before you move your roster.
Which five questions decide your pick?
Answer these honestly about the next 12 months, not the practice you hope to have in five years. The table after them maps typical answers to the tools that fit.
- What happens between sessions? (a) Nothing, clients just book. (b) Some homework or worksheets. (c) A structured program with daily tasks, habits and check-ins.
- How many active clients will you carry? Around 5, around 15, or 40 and up, including group program members.
- Who pays? Individuals paying by card, companies paying invoices for executive coaching, or both.
- Do you already have a website, email list and sales pages? If not, the cost of adding them belongs in your comparison.
- Do you sell content as well as coaching? Courses, a paid community or digital downloads change the shortlist.
| Tool | Fits when your answers look like this | Rules it out |
|---|---|---|
| Coachful | 1(b) or 1(c); any client count; individuals and companies; no website yet or happy to replace it | You need PayPal, or a native Arabic client interface is a must |
| Kajabi | 5(yes) with large audiences; 1(a) or 1(b) | Per-client habits and check-ins matter |
| Systeme.io | 4(no) and a tight budget; 5(yes) | You coach 1:1 and need booking with client records |
| AttractWell | 4(no); you sell call packages plus a membership | You want daily client check-ins in a coaching app |
| Quenza | 1(c) with worksheets; you already handle billing elsewhere | You want payments and booking in the same tool |
| Simply.Coach | 3(companies); structured engagements with contracts | You need a website, funnels or courses |
| Delenta | 2(up to 40) on a mid-tier plan; group coaching | You need courses below its top plan |
| Paperbell | 1(a); simple packages; one flat price | Programs, courses or community are on your list |
| Practice Better | Nutrition or wellness practice with charting | You need a website or funnel pages |
| Calendly | 1(a) and you only need booking | Anything beyond scheduling |
| Skool | 5(yes): a paid community with a classroom | 1:1 client records or your own domain |
| Stan Store | 5(yes) via Instagram or TikTok link-in-bio sales | Contracts, invoices or client records |
How did we rank these 12 tools?
We pictured a Dubai-based coach with 15 one-to-one clients and one eight-week group program of 12 people, half paying personally and half through their employers. That coach needs booking across time zones, card payments in a currency clients recognise, signed agreements, a way to keep clients moving between calls, and somewhere to send people who hear about them on LinkedIn or Instagram. We did not test these tools hands-on; the comparisons rely on what each vendor documents and what public reviewers report, with prices as listed in October 2026.
Ranking criteria, in order: one login for the whole client journey, between-session delivery, total stack cost, and setup effort (including whether someone will build it for you).
| Tool | Rank | Best for | Starting price as listed |
|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | 1 | Coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients |
| Kajabi | 2 | Courses and community for larger audiences | $179/mo (Basic) |
| Systeme.io | 3 | Funnels and email on a small budget | $0 (Free plan) |
| AttractWell | 4 | Marketing-heavy practices selling call packages | $69/mo (Starter) |
| Quenza | 5 | Worksheets and activities between sessions | $25/mo (Spark) |
| Simply.Coach | 6 | Corporate engagements with contracts | $9/mo (Starter) |
| Delenta | 7 | Client portals and group coaching | $29/mo (Starter) |
| Paperbell | 8 | Simple packages at one flat price | $97/mo |
| Practice Better | 9 | Wellness and nutrition practitioners | $0 (Sprout) |
| Calendly | 10 | Booking only | $0 (Free) |
| Skool | 11 | Paid communities with a classroom | $9/mo (Hobby) |
| Stan Store | 12 | Link-in-bio sales from social media | $29/mo (Creator) |
1. Coachful: why is it our pick for UAE coaches?
Coachful replaces the four to six tools most coaches end up stitching together. One membership covers booking, payments through your own Stripe account, coaching agreements, multi-week programs with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. Clients use one branded app for all of it.

Booking that respects Gulf Standard Time. Booking pages detect each visitor's time zone, so a client in Manchester and one in Jeddah each see your availability in their own local time. You set availability rules, buffers and minimum notice, and calendars sync both ways with Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook. Sessions run on built-in video or get an auto-created Zoom, Google Meet or Teams link. Email reminders go out by default; once messaging is enabled you add an SMS reminder 24 hours before and a WhatsApp reminder one hour before, which suits clients who prefer WhatsApp to email. Intake questions can sit on the booking form, and paid sessions or session credits are handled at checkout.
Here is a short walkthrough of scheduling inside the coach dashboard:
Payments and invoices. Money moves through your own Stripe Connect (or Razorpay) account, with one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Stripe Tax. Coachful takes a 0% platform fee; you pay only Stripe's processing. Every transaction produces an invoice, and you can raise manual invoices for a company paying for an executive's coaching, which is the paper trail your accountant will want if you register for VAT. There is no PayPal option. See coaching payment software for the full payment setup.

Agreements before the first call. You send a coaching agreement with e-signature before the first session, and the signed copy is stored on the client record. Our coaching contracts page shows the flow.
The part session tools skip: what happens between calls. Programs run for as many weeks as you design, with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. Each client record pulls goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions together, and marks clients as thriving, active, quiet or at risk, so you notice the person who went silent after Eid before they cancel. Enrolling clients in a group program creates a cohort group automatically, and group calls and webinars sit in the same place.

Courses, community and your website. Courses with modules, drip and completion tracking, plus downloads, videos and bundles, appear inside each client's branded home. The section-based website builder includes a blog, custom domain, SEO settings and 30 designed homepage templates; funnels cover bookings, applications, lead magnets and checkout with Meta Pixel and GA4 tracking. Email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with branching and A/B splits mean you do not need a separate email tool. More on the coach website builder.
Michelle, the AI assistant. Michelle works from your live practice data: she drafts emails and content, builds programs, summarizes recorded sessions and briefs you before each call. She can also give private feedback on your own coaching against ICF Core Competencies 3 to 8. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. If you are working toward an ICF credential, Coachful counts hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports an ICF client coaching log (ICF hour tracking).
Data handling. Coachful is GDPR-ready and lets you export all client data as a ZIP (roster, notes, check-ins, goals, habits, sessions and form responses). That export, together with consent captured in your intake and agreement, gives you a practical base for responding to correction or deletion requests under the PDPL; confirm your obligations with a lawyer. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and is not built for clinical records, so health coaches working alongside doctors should keep any medical records in a clinical system. Coaching is not treatment: if a client describes symptoms, medication questions or a mental health crisis, refer them to a licensed professional.
Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can ask the Coachful team to build things for you from Create > We'll build it for you. Describe what you want (a website, a funnel, a sales page, a program, a course outline, an email sequence, a link-in-bio page, a webinar) and attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as your logo, photos and existing copy. The team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. One leadership coach with a Squarespace renewal days away got one clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button; a business mentor for beauty professionals got a 12-week mentorship sales page, a free start-up-guide funnel and rewritten follow-up emails. It does not cover filming videos, logo design or running your ads. Read more about the free white-glove service.

What Coachful does not do. No PayPal, no permanent free plan, and no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding rather than under your own App Store account. There is no Salesforce or HubSpot integration and no multi-stage sales board for large teams. We have not seen documentation of an Arabic client interface, so test Arabic content during your trial.
How to start. Plans are flat monthly, lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited, team plans add coach seats, and monthly plans cancel in one click (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). Start a free trial, then request the white-glove build so your site, first program and intake flow are ready before your first UAE client logs in. During onboarding, your clients, programs and content are imported for you.
2. Kajabi: is it worth it for a UAE coach selling courses?
Kajabi is the right tool when courses and community are the business and one-to-one coaching is a smaller add-on. It bundles a website, funnels, email, courses and communities, aimed at people selling knowledge products to large audiences.

As listed in October 2026, Basic costs $179/mo ($143/mo billed annually) with 5 products, 2,500 contacts, one community, one website and no AI credits. Growth is $249/mo ($199 annually) with 50 products and 25,000 contacts, and Pro is $499/mo ($399 annually). The trial runs 14 days per Kajabi's help center, and some features such as bulk contact import stay locked until you pay.
The catch for coaches outside the US is payments. Kajabi Payments is quoted at US rates on the pricing page; if you use another processor, Kajabi adds its own fee of 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth and 0.5% on Pro on top of the provider's charges. A Dubai coach on Basic using Stripe directly would therefore pay an extra 2% on every sale. Kajabi has no habit tracking or daily client check-ins, so coaching happens through products and communities rather than per-client plans.
Its Trustpilot score was 3.4 from 2,347 reviews when we checked in October 2026.
Pick it over Coachful if you are building an audience in the tens of thousands, your revenue comes mainly from courses, and you do not need daily check-ins or per-client programs.
3. Systeme.io: can a free plan carry a new practice?
Systeme.io can carry the marketing side of a new practice for very little money, but not the coaching side. It is a funnel, email, course and blog suite with a permanent free plan.

The Free plan, as listed in October 2026, includes 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, one course with up to 500 students, a blog, one custom domain and one automation rule. Startup costs $17/mo (5,000 contacts, 10 funnels, 5 courses), Webinar $47/mo and Unlimited $97/mo. Systeme.io charges 0% transaction fees on every plan, so you pay only Stripe or PayPal processing. It is also one of the few tools here with PayPal, which matters if some of your Gulf or European clients refuse to pay by card.
The gap is everything after the sale. As of its September 2026 profile, Systeme.io had no native one-to-one scheduling tied to client records, and no habits or check-ins. Community and course features are basic, and there is no branded mobile app. Most coaches pair it with a separate scheduler and a notes tool, which is where the "cheap" stack starts to cost money and attention. Our guide to subscription costs worth cutting covers that drift.
Pick it over Coachful if you are pre-revenue, mostly selling a low-priced course or lead magnet, and willing to run booking and client work in other tools.
4. AttractWell: who is it built for?
AttractWell is built for coaches, authors and speakers who market heavily and sell a mix of call packages, memberships and small courses. It covers a website, funnels, a blog, CRM, email and texting, booking, contracts, invoicing and a store.

Pricing, as listed in October 2026, starts at $69/mo for Starter (500 contacts, 5 automations, 2 booking links, one course "vault" and no call packages). Basic is $99/mo with 1,000 contacts, 10 booking links and 5 call packages; Premium is $129/mo with unlimited booking links and call packages; Pro and Diamond go to $179 and $239. Every plan states a 0% transaction fee, and the first month costs $1 instead of a free trial.
The limits sit in the tiers. Session packages are not on Starter, so most one-to-one coaches start at Basic. Courses are capped per plan (Starter 1, Basic 3), and unlimited vaults cost an extra $17/mo. Texting is included on every plan, so check how messages reach UAE numbers before relying on them. Trustpilot showed 4.6 from 21 reviews in October 2026.
Pick it over Coachful if texting campaigns and custom GPTs matter more to you than daily habits and check-ins, and you are comfortable managing many plan limits.
5. Quenza: what does it add between sessions?
Quenza adds structured activities, worksheets, programs and chat in a client app, which is useful for coaches whose method relies on exercises between calls. It is used by coaches and therapists alike.

Prices as listed in October 2026: Spark $25/mo for 10 clients, Growth $50/mo for 250 clients, Impact $125/mo for 400, and Collective $160/mo for up to three professionals and 500 clients. Annual billing lowers each by about a fifth. The free trial runs 30 days with no card.
The limitation is that Quenza does not take money. Invoicing and digital products are marked as planned on its pricing page, so you collect payment elsewhere, and its September 2026 profile showed no scheduling or video calls. A UAE coach would need Stripe payment links or another tool for billing, a scheduler for bookings and something for the website. If you have that stack already and only want a better homework experience, that is a reasonable trade.
Quenza's library approach (build an activity once, send it to many clients) suits mindset, wellbeing and confidence coaches with a defined method. Trustpilot showed 4.3 from 8 reviews in October 2026.
Pick it over Coachful if you already run billing, booking and marketing in tools you like and want a dedicated worksheet engine for between-session work.
6. Simply.Coach: does it suit corporate coaching in the Gulf?
Simply.Coach suits coaches selling engagements to companies, because contracts, programs and sponsors are built into its structure. Its business tiers add program managers and sponsor seats, which mirrors how companies often buy leadership coaching.

As listed in October 2026, solo plans run from Starter at $9/mo (3 active coachees, one contract, one program) through Essentials at $29/mo (7 coachees), Growth at $49/mo (30 coachees) and Leap at $69/mo (unlimited coachees, contracts and programs). Business plans are per active coach: CoCreate at $79/mo with 10 clients per coach and Surge at $159/mo with 25 clients per coach, two program managers and five sponsors. The trial is 14 days with no card. Mid-period cancellations are not refunded.
Watch the caps. Every solo plan below Leap limits clients, contracts and programs, and on the October 2026 solo pricing page, automated invoices were still marked "Coming Soon", so if you invoice companies you may handle that outside the platform for now. There is no website builder, funnels or course area in its listing, so you will still need a site.
For executive coaches comparing options, our executive coaching software guide goes deeper on sponsor reporting.
Pick it over Coachful if most of your work is sponsored corporate engagements where HR or a program manager needs their own seat and visibility.
7. Delenta: how far do its client portals stretch?
Delenta's client portals stretch to 40 clients on its middle plan, which covers many solo practices. It offers a CRM, scheduling, contracts, client portals and group coaching, with courses on the top tier.

October 2026 list prices: Starter $29/mo ($19.08 annually) with 10 client portals and 1 GB, Pro $49/mo ($39.08 annually) with 40 portals and up to 6 calendars, and Premium $79/mo ($58.25 annually) with unlimited portals and 100 GB. Teams pricing is per seat but the amount is not shown. Delenta states no extra transaction fees beyond Stripe or PayPal processing. The trial length conflicts on the page (14 days in the headline, 7 days in the FAQ), so confirm it when you sign up.
The constraints are tier-based. The course creator and the mobile app are only on Premium, so a coach wanting both pays the top price regardless of client count. Multi-coach features need the custom-priced Teams plan. PayPal support is a plus for UAE coaches whose international clients prefer it.
Public feedback is thin: Trustpilot showed 4.1 from only 5 reviews in October 2026.
Pick it over Coachful if PayPal is non-negotiable for your clients and you are happy with portals plus group coaching without a built-in website.
8. Paperbell: is simple enough?
Simple is enough if you sell session packages and nothing else. Paperbell handles booking, packages, payments, contracts, a client portal and a basic website for one flat price.

The single plan is $97/mo, or $80.83/mo billed annually, as listed in October 2026, with unlimited clients, sessions, files and packages. There are no Paperbell transaction fees beyond Stripe or PayPal processing, and a 30-day money-back guarantee. Its help center (July 2026) described a 7-day trial with the public site offline and client messages switched off, so you can explore but not run real clients during it.
Limits per its September 2026 profile: no courses, no community, no goal or habit tracking and no native mobile app (clients use a mobile browser). For a coach running eight-week programs or group cohorts, that means adding other tools. Price is per coach, so a second coach doubles the bill.
Trustpilot showed 3.5 from 14 reviews in October 2026.
Pick it over Coachful if you only sell one-to-one packages, want one predictable price with unlimited clients, and need PayPal at checkout.
9. Practice Better: when does a wellness platform make sense?
A wellness platform makes sense when you are a nutrition or wellness practitioner who keeps charts. Practice Better combines scheduling, telehealth, charting, billing, programs and a client portal.

As listed in October 2026: Sprout is free for 3 clients; Starter is $35/mo ($25 annually) for 10 clients; Professional is $69/mo ($59 annually) for 300 clients; Plus is $99/mo ($89 annually) with unlimited clients; and Team is $155/mo for two practitioners, with more at $50 each. Trials run 14 days, or 30 days on Team. Payments run through Practice Better Payments, powered by Stripe, so confirm UAE availability before you plan around it.
Several things UAE coaches care about start only on Plus: evergreen programs, portal branding, a custom URL and SMS. There is no website builder or funnel pages per its September 2026 profile. Below Team, one practitioner per account.
For health coaches, remember the scope line: coaching is not medical treatment, and UAE health-sector rules (including Federal Law No. 2 of 2019 on ICT in health fields, listed on the government's data protection page) may apply if you work inside a clinic. Refer clients with clinical symptoms to a licensed provider. Our health coach page covers where coaching ends.
Pick it over Coachful if you work as a nutrition or wellness practitioner who needs charting and telehealth-style records rather than a coaching business platform.
10. Calendly: do you only need a booking link?
If a booking link is all you need, Calendly is the familiar choice. It handles booking pages, reminders and paid bookings through your own Stripe or PayPal.

As listed in October 2026, the Free plan allows one event type and one calendar connection. Standard is $10 per seat per month billed annually (the monthly price was not shown), Teams is $16 per seat annually and Teams Plus $24. Calendly charges no fee of its own on payments.
That is also the boundary. Calendly has no client records, notes, programs, habits, check-ins, contracts or invoicing, and intake is limited to booking questions. A coach who starts with Calendly usually adds a payments tool, a contract tool and a notes system within months. Compare the alternatives in our guide for new coaches before you build that stack.
Pick it over Coachful if your coaching is a handful of ad-hoc paid calls and you have no plans for programs, agreements or a client app.
11. Skool: what about a paid community?
Skool works for a paid community with a classroom and a shared calendar, with gamified leaderboards that keep members posting. It is not built for one-to-one coaching.

As listed in October 2026, Hobby is $9/mo with a 10% + 30¢ fee on every transaction, and Pro is $99/mo with 2.9% + 30¢ on payments up to $899 and 3.9% + 30¢ above $900. Payments go only through Skool Payments, with weekly payouts in local currency; check that UAE payouts are supported before launching. Trial length was not stated on the pricing page.
Skool has no custom-domain website, funnels, email automation, intake forms or per-client records. A coach running a group program alongside private clients would still need a separate tool for the private side. Trustpilot showed 1.6 from 54 reviews in October 2026.
If community is the centre of your offer, read our group coaching software page for what a coaching-specific community adds.
Pick it over Coachful if your entire offer is a community with a classroom and you accept Skool's transaction fees and branding.
12. Stan Store: does a link-in-bio shop count as coaching software?
Only partly. Stan Store sells digital products, courses, memberships and paid calls from a link-in-bio page, which suits UAE coaches who grow on Instagram or TikTok.

As listed in October 2026, Creator costs $29/mo ($25 annually) and Creator Pro $99/mo ($79 annually), both with unlimited products and customers and a 0% Stan fee on top of Stripe or PayPal processing. There is a 14-day trial. Email marketing, upsells, discount codes and affiliates are only on Creator Pro.
Stan Store has no contracts, invoices or client records, and no programs with tasks, habits or check-ins. Once a buyer books a call, the coaching itself happens somewhere else. No team seats are advertised.
Pick it over Coachful if you sell mostly low-priced digital products to a social following and one-to-one coaching is occasional.
What does each tool cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?
The table shows the cheapest listed monthly plan that covers each client count, in USD, as listed in October 2026. It excludes Stripe or PayPal processing, which applies everywhere, and the extra tools some options need. These are worked examples for comparison, not quotes.
| Tool | 5 clients | 15 clients | 40 clients | What the price leaves out |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients | Nothing core; AI builds use credits |
| Kajabi | $179 | $179 | $179 | Extra 2% fee on Basic with a non-Kajabi processor; no check-ins |
| Systeme.io | $0 to $17 | $0 to $17 | $17 | A scheduler and client notes tool |
| AttractWell | $99 | $99 | $99 | Extra $17/mo for unlimited course vaults |
| Quenza | $25 | $50 | $50 | Payments, booking and website |
| Simply.Coach | $29 | $49 | $69 | Website, funnels, courses |
| Delenta | $29 | $49 | $49 | Courses and mobile app (Premium, $79) |
| Paperbell | $97 | $97 | $97 | Courses, community, habits |
| Practice Better | $35 | $69 | $69 | Branding, evergreen programs and SMS ($99 Plus) |
| Calendly | $0 to $10 | $10 | $10 | Everything except booking |
| Skool | $99 | $99 | $99 | Per-transaction fees; 1:1 tools |
| Stan Store | $29 | $29 | $29 | Contracts, invoices, client records |
Two patterns stand out. Per-client pricing (Quenza, Simply.Coach, Practice Better) looks cheap at five clients and climbs with your roster; flat pricing (Kajabi, Paperbell, Skool Pro) costs the same at 5 or 40 but often leaves gaps you fill with other subscriptions. The fair comparison is the whole stack: add a scheduler, an e-signature tool, an email tool and a website host to the single-purpose options and recount. Our guide to online coaching business software lists each piece.
What red flags and switching costs should you watch for?
The biggest switching cost is not the subscription; it is moving clients mid-program. Spot these before you commit.
- Payment lock-in. Tools that require their own processor (Skool Payments, Kajabi Payments for the lowest fee) make leaving harder and may not pay out to a UAE account. A platform that uses your own Stripe account keeps your customer and subscription data with you.
- Per-transaction fees on top of Stripe. A 2% to 10% platform cut on a AED 10,000 executive package is real money. Read the fee line on each pricing page.
- Caps you will hit within a year. Contract, program and client caps on lower tiers force upgrades at awkward moments, often right as a corporate deal lands.
- No data export. Under the PDPL, people can ask you to correct or stop processing their data. Pick a tool that exports notes, sessions and forms in a usable format.
- Language testing skipped. If Arabic-speaking clients struggle with an English-only interface, engagement drops quietly. Test with a real client during the trial.
- Weekend assumptions. The UAE weekend has been Saturday and Sunday since 2022, while clients in Saudi Arabia keep a Friday and Saturday weekend. Check that your availability rules match the days each group of clients actually books.
- Annual prepayment before a trial. Some tools have no trial (AttractWell's $1 first month is the closest). Avoid annual billing until you have run at least one client through the system.
To lower switching costs, move in a quiet month, start new clients on the new platform while current ones finish, and export everything from the old tool before cancelling. With Coachful, clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding. For multi-coach practices, see coaching software for small teams.
Which coaching software should you choose in the UAE?
Choose Coachful if your clients do work between sessions, you want one login for booking, payments, agreements, programs and your website, and you would rather have the setup built for you. Choose Kajabi or Systeme.io if courses and funnels are the business; Simply.Coach for sponsor-heavy corporate work; Practice Better for charting-based wellness practices; and Calendly, Skool or Stan Store only for the single job each does well.
Coaches in neighbouring markets face similar trade-offs; compare our India and UK rankings if you serve clients there too.
Frequently asked questions
Can I charge clients in AED with coaching software in the UAE?
Most tools here take cards through Stripe, which accepts UAE businesses. Whether a given platform lets you set offer prices in dirhams is a product setting, so confirm it during the trial. Your Stripe account handles payouts to your UAE bank.
Do I need to charge VAT on coaching?
The Federal Tax Authority requires VAT registration once taxable supplies exceed AED 375,000 over 12 months, with voluntary registration from AED 187,500. Whether a particular service is taxable and how foreign clients are treated varies, so check with an accountant.
Does the PDPL apply to a solo coach?
The PDPL covers processing of personal data through electronic systems, and coaching notes and intake forms are personal data. Free zone businesses may fall under their own rules, such as the DIFC's data protection law. Get advice from a lawyer for your licence type.
Is there coaching software with an Arabic interface?
Few coaching platforms document a full Arabic, right-to-left client interface. Test Arabic content in the client app and emails during a trial before you move clients over.
Does Coachful support PayPal?
No. Coachful uses your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, with Apple Pay and Google Pay available. If PayPal is essential, Paperbell, Delenta and Systeme.io support it.
What is Coachful's free white-glove service?
On every plan, the Coachful team builds a website, funnel, program, course outline, email sequence or similar inside your account from your brief and files, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented, and gaps are left for you. It does not include filming, logo design or ad management.
How does booking work across time zones?
The UAE stays on UTC+4 all year, while clients in Europe and North America change clocks twice a year. Tools with time-zone detection, Coachful included, show each visitor your availability in their own local time.
Can a health coach in the UAE use these tools for patient records?
Coaching is not medical care, and Coachful is not HIPAA-certified or built for clinical records. Keep medical records in a clinical system and refer clients with symptoms to a licensed provider.
Which tool is cheapest for a brand-new coach?
Systeme.io, Practice Better and Calendly have free plans, though each covers only part of the work. Count the extra tools you will need for booking, contracts and payments before deciding which is cheapest overall.
Can I move my clients from another platform?
Yes, if your current tool exports data. Coachful imports clients, programs and content for you during onboarding, so start new clients on the new system while current ones finish.
