7 Best Course Platforms for Business Coaches (2026 Guide)

The best course platforms for business coaches do more than host video lessons. A business coach rarely sells a course on its own: the course sits next to a monthly retainer, a mastermind or a 90-day implementation program, and the client has to apply each module to their own company between calls. So the deciding question is practical. Will the platform deliver the course and the coaching around it, or will you bolt a scheduler, a contract tool, a payment link and a client tracker onto a video library?
Our pick is Coachful, because it puts the course, the 1:1 sessions, the cohort, the agreement and the client record behind one login, and the Coachful team will build the first version for you at no charge. We make Coachful, so weigh that. Below we also show where Kajabi, LearnWorlds, Thinkific, Kartra, Teachable and Systeme.io are the better fit for a business coaching practice, with vendor prices as listed in October 2026. If you want the wider category first, our parent guide to the best course creation platforms for coaches covers twelve tools across every niche.
What do business coaches need from a course platform?
Business coaches need a platform that turns a framework into lessons and then makes sure owners actually implement it, which means assignments, accountability and live calls sit beside the videos. A generic course host covers the first half. The second half is where business coaching earns its fee.
Look at how a typical business coaching offer is built. There is usually a signature framework (a growth roadmap, a pricing method, a hiring system, a sales process) that the coach has taught one client at a time for years. Packaging it as a course saves repeating the same explanation on every call. But the client is a founder with a payroll and a pipeline, not a student working towards a certificate. They want to watch a 12-minute lesson on pricing, fill in a pricing worksheet for their own services, and bring the result to the next call. The platform has to support that loop.
The common business coaching formats each ask something different of the software:
- Retainer plus course. A monthly 1:1 client gets the course as homework between calls. You need booking, recurring billing and the course in the same place, plus a record of what the client did.
- Group mastermind or cohort. Ten to twenty owners move through a 12-week curriculum together, with weekly group calls and a peer space. You need cohort groups, a community and drip timing tied to the start date. Our guide to cohort course design covers the pacing.
- Self-paced course as a front door. A lower-priced course or mini course that leads buyers to a discovery call. You need funnels, email and a clean upgrade path into coaching. See mini course or signature course for which one to build first.
- Corporate or team training. A company buys seats for its managers. You need invoices, groups per client company and sometimes formats a corporate learning system can import.
- High-ticket implementation program. A six-month program with payment plans, a signed agreement and a mix of 1:1 and group delivery.
There is also a scope point that matters more for business coaches than most niches. Courses about pricing, entity setup, contracts, hiring or tax touch on legal and accounting questions that vary by country and state. Your lessons should teach the decision process and tell clients to check with an accountant or attorney before acting on anything that depends on their jurisdiction. A platform that lets you attach a signed coaching agreement setting out that boundary, before the first call, is worth more than one with a prettier video player. Our page on coaching contracts explains what that agreement usually covers.
Which course platform fits which business coaching situation?
Coachful is the best overall pick for a business coach who sells courses alongside coaching; the other six each win a narrower situation listed below.
Ranking criteria: one login for the whole client journey, between-session delivery, total stack cost, and setup effort (including the free white-glove build).
| Platform | Best for | Lowest listed monthly price | Built-in 1:1 booking and client records |
|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Best overall: courses plus retainers, cohorts and 1:1 delivery in one login | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Yes |
| Kajabi | An audience-led business where products and community are the main revenue | $179 (Basic) | No per-client plans, habits or check-ins |
| LearnWorlds | Selling training to companies (SCORM, client groups) | $29 (Starter, plus $5 per paid enrollment) | No |
| Thinkific | A large self-paced catalogue with many students | $109 (Start) | No built-in 1:1 scheduling |
| Kartra | Funnel-heavy marketing with email and SMS in one suite | $59 (Essentials, 5% transaction fee) | Calendars, but no per-client coaching plans |
| Teachable | Testing one paid course with the least setup | $39 (Starter, 7.5% transaction fee) | No |
| Systeme.io | A lead-magnet mini course on a zero budget | $0 (Free plan) | No |
How did we choose these seven platforms?
We started from the jobs a business coach's course has to do, then checked each vendor's published pricing pages and help documentation in October 2026. We did not run hands-on tests; where we cite reviewer sentiment, it comes from public Trustpilot scores as listed in October 2026, and where a detail comes from an earlier profile we date it to September 2026.
Four questions decided the order:
- Does one login cover the client journey? Discovery call, agreement, payment, course, live calls and progress, without a second or third tool.
- What happens between sessions? Can the coach assign implementation work, see whether it happened and follow up, or does the platform only know that a video was watched?
- What does the full stack cost? A cheap course host that needs a separate scheduler, e-signature tool and email platform is not cheap.
- How long until it is live? Business coaches are usually selling while they build, so setup time is money.
We left out pure course marketplaces, where the platform owns the customer, because a business coach needs the buyer's email and the upgrade path into coaching. For a broader look at software built around retainers rather than courses, see best business coaching software.
1. Coachful: best overall for business coaches who sell courses and coaching together
Coachful wins when the course is part of a coaching offer rather than the whole business. It is a coaching platform where one subscription covers booking, payments, coaching agreements, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant called Michelle. The coach has one login; each client gets one branded home and app where their course, sessions and tasks live together.

How the course side works for a business framework
Courses in Coachful are built from modules and lessons, with drip release and completion tracking. You can add downloads, videos, books and AI tools, and package several items into bundles. For a business coach, the practical value is that the pricing worksheet, the hiring scorecard template and the lesson that explains them can sit in the same module, delivered into the client's home rather than a separate student portal. There are 48 course templates with quizzes if you would rather adapt a structure than start from a blank page, and our guide on turning a coaching framework into an online course walks through the outline itself.

The difference from a course-only tool shows up after the lesson. Coachful's programs run over multiple weeks with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, and morning and evening check-ins, plus goals with progress bars and streaks. A 90-day growth program can therefore pair "Module 3: Pricing" with a week-three task ("raise one package price and log the response") and a weekly check-in that asks how many proposals went out. You see completion and check-in answers on the client record, next to their notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions. Each client carries a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk, so the owner who has gone silent in week five is visible before the renewal conversation.

Cohorts, masterminds and corporate groups
When a client enrolls in a program, Coachful creates the cohort group automatically. Each cohort gets a community feed, group chat, direct messages and video events, and you can run group calls and webinars from the same place. For a mastermind, that means the 12 owners who start in January share a space with their curriculum and calls, and the April cohort gets its own. Our page on group coaching software shows the group side in more detail.

Selling and getting paid
Booking pages handle availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple and Outlook calendar sync and built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet and Teams links. Intake questions on the booking form let you qualify a discovery call. Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Stripe Tax, with an invoice per transaction plus manual invoices for corporate buyers. Since August 2026 there is no Coachful platform fee on transactions, so you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and are stored on the client record.
Marketing sits in the same account: a section-based website builder with 30 designed homepage templates and a blog, booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels with pixels and UTM tracking, and email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with branching and A/B splits. A business coach can run "free pricing audit mini course, then three emails, then an application for the mastermind" without connecting a second tool.

The video below shows how course content is organised and delivered to clients.
Michelle, ICF tracking and team seats
Michelle works from your live practice data: she can draft a course outline or email sequence, summarize recorded sessions and brief you before a call on what the client has done since the last one. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. If you hold or are working towards an ICF credential, Coachful counts coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports a client coaching log. As the practice grows, Studio and Agency plans add coach seats with per-coach availability and staff permissions.
Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, then "We'll build it for you", you describe what you want, for example a sales page for a 12-week mastermind, a free pricing-audit funnel, a course outline with written lesson material or an email sequence, and attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as your logo, brand guide or existing slide deck. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake testimonials, credentials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. One recent build was for a business mentor to beauty professionals, who received a 12-week mentorship sales page, a free start-up-guide funnel and rewritten follow-up emails. The service does not record videos, design logos, manage ads or run ongoing marketing. Read more about the free white-glove service.

Where Coachful stops
Coachful is not a course marketplace, so it will not send you buyers. It has no multi-stage sales deal board for large sales teams and no Salesforce or HubSpot integration, which matters if you sell to enterprises through a formal pipeline. It does not export SCORM packages for corporate learning systems. There is no PayPal and no permanent free plan, and the client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding rather than under your own App Store account. It is also not HIPAA-certified, which rarely matters in business coaching. Plans are flat monthly, with lower plans capping client numbers and Pro unlimited (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). Coachful holds a Trustpilot score of 4.5 from 21 reviews. To start, open a free trial and request the white-glove build on day one. The Coachful for business coaches page shows the setup aimed at this niche.
2. Kajabi: best when your audience and products are the business
Kajabi is the right call for a business coach whose revenue comes mainly from an audience: a podcast or YouTube channel that sells courses, a paid community and a few premium offers, with 1:1 coaching as a small slice. It combines courses, community, a website, funnels and email in one product, and it is the platform many creator-educators in the business space already know.

What a business coach gets
Kajabi lets you sell several course products, run a community and send email campaigns from one account. For a coach with a big email list who launches a flagship course twice a year, that combination is strong. The Growth plan raises the contact limit to 25,000 and adds 500 AI credits, which suits a list-building business.
Price as listed in October 2026
- Basic: $179/month ($143/month billed annually), 5 products, 2,500 contacts, 1 community, 0 AI credits.
- Growth: $249/month ($199/month annually), 50 products, 25,000 contacts, 500 AI credits.
- Pro: $499/month ($399/month annually), unlimited products, 100,000 contacts, 3 communities.
Kajabi Payments in the US charges 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, dropping slightly on higher plans. If you use another processor (not PayPal), Kajabi adds its own fee of 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth and 0.5% on Pro. The trial is 14 days.
The trade-offs
Kajabi treats coaching as a product or a community, not as a per-client plan. There is no habit tracking, no daily client check-ins and no per-client program you adjust for one owner. A retainer client sees the same course as everyone else, and you track their implementation somewhere else. Basic caps you at 5 products and 2,500 contacts, which a coach with a free mini course, a paid course, a mastermind and two bundles reaches quickly. Kajabi holds a Trustpilot score of 3.4 from 2,347 reviews as listed in October 2026.
Pick it over Coachful if most of your revenue comes from selling courses and community memberships to a large audience, and 1:1 coaching is an occasional add-on you are happy to run in separate tools.
3. LearnWorlds: best for business coaches who sell training to companies
For the business coach who trains management teams, LearnWorlds is the most corporate-ready course host on this list. It is a learning platform with a website builder, funnels, interactive video and SCORM support, which is the format many company learning systems use to import courses (see SCORM on Wikipedia).

Why corporate buyers like it
The Learning Center plan supports up to 10 client groups, so each company that buys seats can have its own area. Pro Trainer allows 20 SCORM packages, 15 page funnels and 2,000 mass emails a month. If an HR department asks "can we load your leadership course into our own system?", LearnWorlds gives you a credible answer.
Plans and fees, October 2026
- Starter: $29/month ($24/month annually), 1 admin, 1,000 active learners per month, plus a $5 LearnWorlds fee on every paid enrollment.
- Pro Trainer: $99/month ($79/month annually), 5 admins, 2,000 active learners per month, no LearnWorlds transaction fee.
- Learning Center: $299/month ($249/month annually), 25 admins, up to 10 client groups.
Stripe or PayPal gateway fees apply on top. The trial is 30 days, and LearnWorlds says no card is required; a school that is not upgraded is scheduled for deletion.
What is missing for coaching
LearnWorlds is built for learners, not for 1:1 clients. There are no habits, check-ins or per-client plans, and session booking happens elsewhere. The monthly active-learner caps (1,000 or 2,000 on self-serve plans) matter if a corporate client enrolls a large workforce. A branded mobile app is a separately priced add-on. Public reviewers rate it highly: Trustpilot shows 4.8 from 423 reviews as listed in October 2026.
Pick it over Coachful if a meaningful share of your revenue comes from companies that need SCORM files, per-company learner groups and formal training reporting, and your 1:1 coaching can live in a separate tool.
4. Thinkific: best for a large self-paced catalogue
Thinkific suits the business coach who has grown into an education company: several self-paced courses, thousands of students and a community with many spaces. It is a long-standing course platform with communities, memberships, and coaching or webinar products.

Strengths for a business education catalogue
The Start plan already allows 10,000 current students, two admins, one community with 10 spaces and five live community events. That headroom suits a coach selling a $97 course on cash flow and a $297 course on hiring to a broad market. Thinkific charges no transaction fee when you use its own payments.
Thinkific pricing as listed
- Start: $109/month ($82/month annually).
- Grow: $219/month ($164/month annually), 6 admins, 3 communities.
- Expand: $499/month ($374/month annually), 15 admins, 10 communities.
Prices rose about 10% on 13 August 2026 (Start went from $99 to $109). Third-party Stripe or PayPal gateways carry an extra per-plan fee whose amount Thinkific does not list. A branded mobile app is a $199/month add-on. The trial is 30 days.
Gaps a coach will feel
Our September 2026 profile found no built-in 1:1 scheduling: coaching relies on external booking links. There are no client habits, daily check-ins or per-client plans, so a retainer client's implementation work sits outside the platform. Reviewer sentiment is weak, with a Trustpilot score of 1.8 from 868 reviews as listed in October 2026.
Pick it over Coachful if you run a high-volume, self-paced course catalogue for thousands of students and coaching is a minor upsell handled in another tool.
5. Kartra: best for funnel-heavy marketing with SMS
Kartra is the choice for a business coach who lives in funnels: webinar registrations, tripwire offers, SMS reminders and a helpdesk, all from one marketing suite. It includes pages, funnels, email and SMS, memberships for course content, calendars and a helpdesk.

Where it fits a business coach
From the Starter plan you get unlimited pages, products and memberships, unlimited email and SMS, and five team members. A coach running weekly webinars into a high-ticket application can build the whole sequence there and host the course as a membership.
Cost and plan limits
- Essentials: $59/month ($52/month annually), 500 contacts, 5 pages, 1 product, 1 membership, and a 5% transaction fee.
- Starter: $119/month ($99/month annually), 2,500 contacts, no Kartra transaction fee.
- Growth: $229/month ($189/month annually), 12,500 contacts, 3 domains.
- Professional: $549/month ($429/month annually), 25,000 contacts.
There is a 14-day trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee; processor fees are separate.
Limits to weigh
Kartra has no client habits, check-ins or per-client coaching plans, and our September 2026 profile found no mobile app for students or admins and noted that funnels and memberships are not portable to other platforms. The 500-contact Essentials plan with a 5% fee is too tight for most list-building business coaches. Trustpilot shows 3.2 from 129 reviews as listed in October 2026.
Pick it over Coachful if your business is built around high-volume paid traffic, webinars and SMS follow-up, and you need a helpdesk more than you need client check-ins.
6. Teachable: best for testing one paid course quickly
Teachable is the simplest way to put one business course on sale and see whether anyone buys it. It is a course and digital-product platform with student mobile apps, and the setup is straightforward.

Good fit when
You have a single course idea, such as "Price your consulting services in a weekend", and want to validate demand before building a full program. The Builder plan removes Teachable's transaction fee and allows 10 products, enough for a course, a template pack and a small bundle.
The numbers, October 2026
- Starter: $39/month ($29/month annually), 5 products, and a 7.5% Teachable platform fee on sales.
- Builder: $89/month ($69/month annually), 10 products, 0% platform fee.
- Growth: $189/month ($139/month annually), 50 products, 5 admins.
Teachable Payments charges 2.9% + 30¢ on US cards and 3.9% + 30¢ on international cards. Plan cards show a 7-day trial plus a 30-day guarantee.
What you would add
Our September 2026 profile found no native scheduling or calendar sync, with coaching calls relying on Calendly and Zoom. There are no client habits, check-ins or per-client plans. On Starter, the 7.5% fee on a $997 program is about $75 per sale, which makes Builder the realistic floor. Trustpilot shows 3.3 from 1,110 reviews as listed in October 2026.
Pick it over Coachful if you only want to test a single self-paced course with student mobile apps and you are not yet selling coaching alongside it.
7. Systeme.io: best for a free lead-magnet mini course
Systeme.io is where a business coach with no budget can launch a free or low-priced mini course with a funnel and an email sequence. It is a low-cost marketing suite covering funnels, email, courses, a community, a blog and an affiliate program.

What the free plan covers
The Free plan allows 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course, 500 students, a blog and a custom domain, and it never expires. That is enough for a "5-day profit check" mini course that feeds a discovery-call booking page. Systeme.io charges 0% transaction fees on every plan, including Free.
Paid tiers
- Startup: $17/month, 5,000 contacts, 10 funnels, 5 courses.
- Webinar: $47/month, 10,000 contacts, 50 funnels, 20 courses.
- Unlimited: $97/month, unlimited contacts, funnels and courses.
Why it is last for coaching
Our September 2026 profile found no native 1:1 scheduling with client records, habits or check-ins, and course and community features are basic, with no branded mobile app. It does the marketing front door well and leaves the coaching to other tools. Public reviewers are positive: Trustpilot shows 4.9 from 8,696 reviews as listed in October 2026. Our guide on creating a mini course that leads to coaching covers what to put inside it.
Pick it over Coachful if your budget is zero today and all you need is a lead-magnet course and email list, with paid coaching handled elsewhere for now.
How do the seven platforms compare feature by feature?
Only Coachful covers course delivery, 1:1 booking, agreements and between-session check-ins in one product; the others are strongest at courses and marketing. The matrix uses vendor documentation as listed in October 2026 and our September 2026 profiles.
| Platform | Courses with drip | 1:1 booking with calendar sync | Per-client tasks, habits, check-ins | E-signed agreements | Cohorts and community | Funnels and email | SCORM | Platform transaction fee |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes, cohort groups auto-created per program | Yes | No | 0% |

What does a business coach's stack cost per month?
The fair comparison is the whole stack, because a course host on its own does not cover booking, agreements or client tracking. These three example stacks are illustrations of common business coaching setups, using list prices from October 2026 and monthly billing.
Example stack 1: solo coach with 5 retainer clients and one course
A coach with five monthly clients wants the course as homework and a simple website. With Teachable Builder at $89 plus Systeme.io Startup at $17 for funnels and email, the course and marketing cost $106 a month, before a separate scheduler and an e-signature tool, which you price yourself.
Example stack 2: mastermind of 15 owners
A 12-week cohort of 15 owners with a community and weekly group calls. On Kajabi Basic, that is $179 a month for the course and community, with Zoom, a booking tool for 1:1 calls and something for tracking each owner's implementation on top.
Example stack 3: growing practice with 40 clients and a second coach
Forty clients across 1:1, a cohort and a self-paced course, plus an associate coach. Thinkific Grow at $219 and Kartra Starter at $119 for funnels and SMS come to $338 a month, still without per-client check-ins or agreements.
| Platform or stack | 5 clients | 15 clients | 40 clients | Still needed |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients | Stripe or Razorpay processing only |
| Teachable Builder + Systeme.io Startup | $106 | $106 | $106 | Scheduler, e-signature, client tracking |
| Kajabi Basic | $179 | $179 | $249 (Growth, once you pass 5 products) | Scheduler, e-signature, per-client check-ins |
| Thinkific Grow + Kartra Starter | $338 | $338 | $338 | Per-client check-ins, e-signature |
Processing fees apply on every row. If you are still setting your prices, our guide to how much business coaches charge covers retainers and program pricing, and payment platforms for coaches compares processing costs.
How would a business coach set this up in Coachful?
A business coach can get a course, a cohort and a sales funnel live in Coachful without starting from scratch, mostly by reusing templates and the white-glove build. Here is an example for a coach launching a 12-week "Profit and Pricing" mastermind with a free mini course in front of it.

- Request the build on day one. In Create, open "We'll build it for you" and ask for a website, a mastermind sales page with an application form, and a free mini-course funnel. Attach your logo, your framework slide deck and two sites you like.
- Outline the course. Start from a course template or ask Michelle to draft modules from your framework: one module per stage, two or three short lessons each, plus a worksheet per module.
- Turn modules into weekly actions. Build the 12-week program so each week has a goal, daily or weekly tasks (for example "send the new price list to three clients") and a weekly check-in with the numbers you want reported.
- Set up booking. Create a discovery call type with intake questions about revenue stage and team size, and a recurring group call for the cohort.
- Add the agreement and payments. Upload your coaching agreement for e-signature, connect Stripe, and offer pay-in-full plus a three-part payment plan.
- Launch the funnel. Connect the free mini course to a three-email sequence that ends with the mastermind application.
- Run the cohort. When applicants enroll, Coachful creates the cohort group. Watch client status each week and book a 1:1 with anyone moving to quiet or at risk.
What mistakes do business coaches make when choosing a course platform?
The most common mistake is choosing a platform for the video player and discovering later that implementation, the part clients pay for, has nowhere to live.
- Pricing the course host, not the stack. Add the scheduler, e-signature tool, email platform and any transaction fees before comparing.
- Ignoring transaction fees on high-ticket offers. For example, a 5% or 7.5% fee on a $5,000 mastermind seat is $250 or $375 per sale.
- Building a long signature course first. Most business coaches sell more coaching from a short, practical course. See how to create a course clients finish.
- Skipping the agreement. Business clients act on what you teach. Set out scope, refunds and the "check with your accountant or attorney" boundary before the first call.
- Hitting product and contact caps. A mini course, a paid course, a mastermind and two bundles is already five products.
- Choosing a marketplace. If the platform owns the buyer, you cannot invite them into coaching.
Which course platform should a business coach choose?
Choose Coachful if your courses support coaching, because it keeps course, sessions, agreements, payments and between-session accountability in one place and the team will build the first version for you. Choose Kajabi if audience-driven products are the business, LearnWorlds if companies buy your training and need SCORM, and Thinkific for a large self-paced catalogue. Kartra suits funnel and SMS-heavy marketing, Teachable is a quick single-course test, and Systeme.io covers a free mini course while you have no budget. For the software side beyond courses, read best coaching software for business coaches, and see our online course platform for coaches page for the course features in detail.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best course platform for a business coach?
For most business coaches who sell courses alongside 1:1 or group coaching, Coachful is the best fit because course, booking, agreements, payments and check-ins share one login. If courses are your whole business and coaching is rare, Kajabi or Thinkific are strong course-first options.
Can I sell a course and a coaching retainer on the same platform?
Yes in Coachful, which supports subscriptions, payment plans and course access in the same account and delivers both into the client's branded home. Course-first tools like Teachable and Thinkific can sell the course, but booking and retainer tracking usually need separate tools.
Which platform works best for a business mastermind?
You need cohort groups, a community, group calls and drip content tied to a start date. Coachful creates a cohort group automatically when someone enrolls in a program, and Kajabi and Thinkific both offer communities; Kajabi and Thinkific do not offer per-member check-ins.
Do I need SCORM to sell training to companies?
Only if the company wants to load your course into its own learning system. LearnWorlds supports SCORM packages; Coachful does not, so corporate learners would use your Coachful client area instead.
What is Coachful's free white-glove service?
From Create, you request a build such as a website, sales page, funnel, course outline or email sequence, attach up to 8 links and 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it in your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include recording videos, logo design or ad management, and it never invents testimonials or prices.
Are there transaction fees on course sales?
It depends on the plan. Teachable Starter charges 7.5%, Kartra Essentials 5% and LearnWorlds Starter $5 per paid enrollment, as listed in October 2026. Coachful has had no platform fee since August 2026; you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing.
Can I start for free?
Systeme.io has a permanent free plan with one course and 500 students. Coachful offers a free trial rather than a free plan, and Kajabi, Thinkific, LearnWorlds, Kartra and Teachable each offer a trial of 7 to 30 days.
Should my business course give legal or tax advice?
Teach the decision process and frameworks, and tell clients to check with an accountant or attorney before acting on anything that depends on their country or state. Put the same boundary in your signed coaching agreement.
Can Coachful track my ICF coaching hours?
Yes. It counts coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports an ICF client coaching log with paid and pro bono hours. See our guide to coaching platforms for ICF coaches.
Can I move my existing course into Coachful?
Yes. Clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, and you can also use the white-glove build to recreate a sales page or funnel. Coachful also offers a full client data export as a ZIP and a course export, so you are not locked in.
