Top 7 Group Coaching Platforms for Holistic Health Coaches

The best group coaching platforms for holistic health coaches do one thing well: they carry a whole cohort through a reset, from the discovery call and intake form to daily habits, weekly live calls, a private group and the follow-on offer, without making clients juggle five apps. If your group program is a 6-week gut reset, a 21-day sugar detox or a seasonal cleanse circle, the real question is not "which tool has video calls?" but "where will my clients log their water, sleep and meals every morning, and will I see who has gone quiet by Wednesday?"
Our pick is Coachful, because it puts enrollment, the coaching agreement, the program with daily check-ins and habits, the cohort community and the live calls behind one login for you and one branded app for your clients. We make Coachful, so we have ranked it first on criteria we state openly below, and we are specific about where each of the other six tools is the better choice.
What do holistic health coaches need from a group coaching platform?
Holistic health coaches need a platform that handles daily behaviour change inside a group, not just a place to host a weekly Zoom. Your clients are working on food, sleep, stress, movement and mindset at once, and the change happens on the six days between calls.
Look at how a typical holistic group offer actually runs:
- Enrollment and screening. A free masterclass or a "5-day gut-friendly meal guide" lead magnet feeds a discovery call or an application. Before anyone joins, you want a short intake: current eating pattern, sleep, stress, digestion, energy, and a clear question about medical conditions and medications so you know who needs a doctor's sign-off first.
- A start date and a cohort. Most holistic programs are cohort based: everyone starts on the same Monday, moves through the same weekly theme (hydration, then fibre and plants, then blood sugar balance, then sleep and stress) and celebrates together at the end.
- Daily habits and check-ins. This is where holistic coaching differs from a course. Clients tick off habits such as "8 glasses of water", "two servings of vegetables at lunch" or "screens off at 10pm", and answer a morning or evening check-in about energy, mood, cravings or digestion.
- Content in small, practical pieces. Recipes, shopping lists, a breathwork audio, a short video on reading food labels, a printable meal planner. Clients want them inside the program week they belong to, not in a separate course portal.
- Live calls and a group space. A weekly group call, sometimes a guest session with a yoga teacher or a functional practitioner, and a group feed where clients share meals and wins.
- The next offer. A reset graduate is the easiest person to enroll in a 1:1 package or a monthly membership, so the platform should know who finished strong.
Scope matters here too. Health coaching supports behaviour change; it is not diagnosis or treatment (see the overview of health coaching and the scope guidance published by the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching). Your group platform should help you capture enough context to coach safely and to refer out, without turning into a medical record. Clients who disclose an eating disorder history, pregnancy, unexplained weight loss, medication changes (especially for blood sugar or blood pressure), or symptoms that worsen should be sent to their doctor before or alongside your program. None of the tools in this list replaces a clinical system for practitioners who diagnose or bill insurance.

Which group coaching platform is best for holistic health coaches at a glance?
Ranking criteria: one login for the whole client journey, daily between-session delivery (habits and check-ins), total stack cost, and setup effort, including Coachful's free white-glove build.
| Platform | Rank | Best for | Starting price (as listed, October 2026) | Daily habits and check-ins |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | #1 | Cohort resets with daily habits, community, booking and payments in one app | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Yes, morning and evening check-ins, habits, streaks |
| Mighty Networks | #2 | A large paid wellness community with courses and livestreams | $95/mo ($79/mo annual) plus 2% platform fee | No per-client habits |
| Kajabi | #3 | Coaches selling a signature course to a big email list | $179/mo ($143/mo annual) | No |
| Practice Better | #4 | Nutrition-leaning practitioners who need charting and telehealth | Free plan for 3 clients; Starter $35/mo | Programs and client portal, no habit tracking in our data |
| Satori | #5 | Mostly 1:1 coaches who run the occasional small group | Essentials $33/mo ($27.50/mo annual) | No |
| Circle | #6 | A polished community hub for memberships | $89/mo billed annually | No |
| Skool | #7 | A low-cost gamified group with a classroom | $9/mo plus 10% + 30¢ per transaction | No |
How did we choose these seven platforms?
We started from the workflow above and asked whether each tool can run a holistic cohort from sign-up to graduation. We reviewed vendor documentation and pricing pages as listed in October 2026 and what public reviewers report. We have not run hands-on tests of the competing products, so where a feature is unclear we say so.
Four questions shaped the order:
- Can one login cover the client journey? Intake, agreement, payment, program, community and live calls. Every extra tool is another password your clients will forget in week two.
- Does it deliver between sessions? Habits, check-ins and daily tasks are what make a reset work. Community-only platforms lose points here.
- What does the whole stack cost? We counted platform fees on payments and the extra tools you would need (scheduling, contracts, email, website).
- How long does setup take? A holistic coach with a full client load does not have three weekends to build funnels.
We left out general video tools and pure scheduling apps, which you can read about in our scheduling software roundup for holistic health coaches.
1. Coachful: the best all-in-one group coaching platform for holistic health coaches

Coachful is a coaching platform built for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions. One subscription covers booking, payments, coaching agreements, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. You get one login; your clients get one app with your branding inside the Coachful app.
For a holistic health coach, the strongest part is the program engine. You build a multi-week program with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, and morning and evening check-ins. Week one of a gut reset might carry the habit "drink a glass of water before coffee", a daily task to log one meal photo in the group, and an evening check-in asking about energy and digestion on a simple scale. Goals show progress bars, and clients see streaks building, which suits the small daily wins holistic programs rely on.

Groups come with the program. When a client enrolls, Coachful creates the cohort group automatically, so the March reset group and the May reset group stay separate without manual sorting. Each cohort has a community feed, group chat, direct messages and video events, and you can run group calls and webinars from the same place.

The daily side is where a reset either sticks or fades. Coaching flows include a Welcome flow and morning and evening check-ins, and the answers land on each client record alongside goals, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions. Every client gets a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk, so on Wednesday you can see which participants have stopped checking in and send a short personal nudge before they drop out.

Here is a short walkthrough of how programs are built in Coachful:
Food and lifestyle content fits naturally. Courses support modules, lessons, drip release and completion tracking, and you can deliver downloads, videos, books, AI tools and events into the client's branded home. If meal planning is central to your work, the Fitness & Nutrition pack adds nutrition targets up to calories and macros, meal plans, recipes, food lookup with barcode scanning, private progress photos and measurements, and weekly check-ins. Many holistic coaches will use the recipes and meal plans and skip the macros entirely, which is fine.

The business side is handled in the same account. Booking pages support availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook sync, built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links, and intake questions on booking. Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, with one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps and coupons, and Coachful charges a 0% platform fee on top of processing. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and are stored on the client record, which is a sensible place to keep your scope-of-practice statement and medical disclaimer. Website pages, funnels, email sequences and Instagram keyword automations sit under the same login, so a "comment RESET for the guide" post can drop a lead straight into your records.
Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data. She can draft the week-three email to your cohort, summarize a recorded group call, brief you before a 1:1 upgrade call, or help outline a new 30-day program. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, choose "We'll build it for you · FREE", describe what you want, and attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as your logo, photos and existing program notes. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours: a website, a funnel, a sales page for your reset, the program itself, a course outline, an email sequence or a lead quiz. Nothing is invented, so there are no fake credentials, testimonials or prices; gaps are left for you to fill. One recent example: a menopause and midlife health coach starting from nothing got a five-page site in sage and cream with every button leading to a free 20-minute consultation. It does not include recording videos, logo design or ad management. Read more about the free white-glove service.
What Coachful does not do. It is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not the place for clinical records or insurance billing. There is no PayPal and no permanent free plan. It does not sync with Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura, and Apple Health sync is not publicly available, so wearable data stays in the client's own apps. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account.
Pricing: flat monthly plans, with lower plans capping the number of clients and Pro unlimited (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). Monthly plans cancel in one click, and there is a free trial. More detail on the Coachful page for health coaches and the group coaching software overview.
2. Mighty Networks: a large wellness community with courses

Mighty Networks suits the holistic coach whose business is really a community: a year-round membership where people come for monthly themes, live sessions and peer support more than for a structured daily protocol. It combines community spaces, courses and events, and members use Mighty-branded apps.
Where it fits a holistic practice
A "Seasonal Living" membership with a spring cleanse course, a summer movement challenge and monthly breathwork livestreams maps well onto Mighty's structure. Livestreaming is built in (20 hours a month for up to 100 attendees on Launch, as listed in October 2026), so you do not need a separate video tool for group calls. Courses sit alongside discussion spaces, which helps when a recipe module needs a thread for questions.
Price as listed
Launch is $95/month ($79/month billed annually) with 3 hosts, 10 moderators and 200 GB storage. Scale is $215/month ($179/month annual). Growth is listed at $354/month billed annually, and Mighty Pro is custom priced. Mighty takes a platform fee on sales: 2% on Launch, 1% on Scale and 0.5% on Growth and Pro, plus Stripe processing. There is a 14-day free trial with no credit card required.
Limits for this niche
Mighty has no 1:1 scheduling, invoicing or contracts, and no per-client habits, check-ins or private coaching plans. For a holistic reset, that means clients can post about their water intake in a thread, but you cannot see a habit streak per person or flag who has gone quiet. Your own branded app requires the custom-priced Mighty Pro tier. Expect to add a booking tool for discovery calls and a contract tool, which raises the real monthly cost. Our community platforms for holistic health coaches roundup compares Mighty with other community-first tools.
Pick it over Coachful if your offer is mainly a large, open membership community where live events and discussion matter more than daily habit tracking and 1:1 client records.
3. Kajabi: for a signature course sold to a big list

Kajabi is a platform for selling knowledge products: courses, communities, websites, funnels and email in one place. Holistic coaches who already have a sizeable audience and want to turn a signature method, say a "Hormone Harmony" course, into a product with a cohort community attached often look here first.
What it handles for a holistic educator
You can build the sales page, the email sequence, the course and a community inside one account, which is a real advantage for coaches who sell through launches. The course tools are mature, and a recipe library or a video series on mindful eating is straightforward to publish.
The numbers, as listed in October 2026
Basic is $179/month ($143/month annual) with 5 products, 2,500 contacts, 1 community and 0 AI credits. Growth is $249/month ($199/month annual) with 50 products and 25,000 contacts. Pro is $499/month ($399/month annual). With Kajabi Payments in the US, processing is 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, dropping slightly on higher plans; other processors (except PayPal) add a Kajabi fee of 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth or 0.5% on Pro. The standard trial is 14 days.
The catch for group resets
Kajabi treats coaching as products and communities, not per-client plans. There are no habit trackers or daily client check-ins, so the core mechanic of a holistic reset (did you sleep by 10:30, did you eat your greens) has to live in a community thread or a separate app. The 5-product cap on Basic fills quickly once you count a lead magnet, the reset, a recipe bundle and a membership. See how it compares to other options in our course platforms for holistic health coaches guide.
Pick it over Coachful if you mostly sell self-paced courses through launches to a large list and the group is an add-on rather than a coached cohort with daily habits.
4. Practice Better: practice management for nutrition-focused practitioners

Practice Better is practice management software for wellness and nutrition practitioners, covering scheduling, telehealth, charting, billing, programs and a client portal. It is popular with holistic nutritionists and practitioners who chart sessions in a clinical style, and it is the most direct substitute for Coachful on this list.
How holistic coaches use it
Practice Better includes programs and a client portal, so a 21-day detox can be delivered as a program alongside your 1:1 sessions and telehealth calls. The charting tools suit practitioners whose credentials and local rules allow a more clinical record. If you came to coaching from nutrition training, its forms and session notes will feel familiar. Our Practice Better alternatives for holistic health coaches article goes deeper on where it fits.
Plans and prices, October 2026
Sprout is free for 3 clients and 1 practitioner. Starter is $35/month ($25/month annual) for 10 clients. Professional is $69/month ($59/month annual) for 300 clients. Plus is $99/month ($89/month annual) with unlimited clients, and Team is $155/month ($145/month annual) for 2 practitioners, with more at $50 each. There is a 14-day trial on most paid plans (30 days on Team). No platform fee is stated; payments run through Practice Better Payments, powered by Stripe.
Watch-outs
Evergreen programs, portal branding, a custom URL and SMS start on Plus, so a holistic coach running an always-open reset needs the $99 plan. Its profile lists no website builder or funnel pages, so the sales side (a masterclass registration page, a lead magnet funnel, email sequences) lives elsewhere. Below Team, an account has one practitioner, which matters if you bring in a co-coach for the movement week.
Pick it over Coachful if you need clinical-style charting and telehealth in a practice-management system, and you are happy to run your website, funnels and email marketing in other tools.
5. Satori: a light 1:1 tool for the occasional small group

Satori is a coaching practice tool for scheduling, a client portal, packages and programs, invoices and contracts. It fits holistic coaches whose business is mostly 1:1 packages, with a small group running a couple of times a year.
The good parts for a holistic coach
Billing counts only active clients, which suits coaches whose client numbers rise during a spring reset and fall in summer. Packages, contracts and invoices are handled in the same place, so a "3-month 1:1 plus group calls" package is simple to sell. There is a Scholar tier for people studying for a coaching certification, useful if you are still finishing your holistic health coach certification.
Prices as listed in October 2026
Essentials is $33/month ($27.50/month annual) for up to 10 active paying clients. Pro is $49/month ($40.83/month annual), with an older profile (September 2026) listing 50 active clients and 10 programs. Leader is $124/month ($103.33/month annual), with the older profile listing 150 active clients. Satori takes no charge on client payments beyond standard PayPal and Stripe fees. The trial is 15 days with no card required, and Satori offers a refund if requested within 30 days of signing up.
What it lacks for groups
According to its older profile, Satori has no landing pages, courses or community, no native mobile app and no native Zoom integration. For a group reset, that means no group feed for clients to share their breakfast bowls, no daily habit tracking and no place to host the recipe library. You would pair it with a community tool and a course tool, which undoes the simplicity that makes it attractive.
Pick it over Coachful if you coach almost entirely 1:1, want a low-cost tool that bills only active clients, and run groups rarely enough to manage them elsewhere.
6. Circle: a polished community hub

Circle is a community platform with courses, events, live streams and paid memberships. It looks clean, spaces are easy to organise, and holistic coaches who run a long-term membership alongside their resets often like how it presents content.
Use cases in holistic coaching
A coach might run spaces for "Kitchen" (recipes and meal photos), "Rest" (sleep and stress), "Live calls" (replays) and "Wins", with a course for the core reset curriculum and events for monthly Q&As. Live streams and events are built in. Paid memberships let you sell access directly.
Pricing as listed
Professional is $89/month billed annually with 3 admins and 10 moderators; Business is $199/month billed annually; Scale is $419/month billed annually; Circle Plus is custom. Monthly prices were not shown in our October 2026 data. Circle takes a fee on payments of 2% on Professional, 1% on Business and Scale, and 0.5% on Circle Plus, plus Stripe processing. There is a 14-day free trial with no card required.
Gaps
Circle has no 1:1 scheduling or client management back office and no per-client habits, check-ins or coaching plans. Branded mobile apps are only on custom-priced Circle Plus. For a reset program, that leaves you without a daily check-in, a client record with intake answers, or a booking page for the discovery call, so expect two or three extra tools.
Pick it over Coachful if you want a design-led membership community as the centre of your business, and daily habit tracking and 1:1 client management are not part of what you sell.
7. Skool: a cheap, gamified group with a classroom

Skool combines a community, a classroom and a calendar in one group, with leaderboards that reward participation. Some holistic coaches use it for a free community that warms people up before a paid reset.
Why some coaches start here
It is quick to set up and inexpensive at the entry level. Points and levels can encourage clients to post their daily walk or their meal prep, and the classroom holds videos and lessons. Live calls show on the group calendar.
Cost, October 2026
Hobby is $9/month ($7.50/month annual) and Pro is $99/month ($82.50/month annual), both with unlimited members, courses and live calls. Payments go only through Skool Payments: Hobby takes 10% + 30¢ on all transactions, while Pro takes 2.9% + 30¢ up to $899 and 3.9% + 30¢ above $900. The pricing page shows "try for free" buttons but did not state the trial length or card requirement when checked.
Why it ranks last here
Skool has no custom-domain website, funnels, email automation or public API, and no 1:1 client records, intake forms, habits or check-ins. On Hobby, a 10% cut of a reset priced at a few hundred dollars adds up quickly. For a holistic coach, the missing intake form is the bigger issue: you have no structured way to ask about medications or medical history before someone joins.
Pick it over Coachful if you want a very low-cost open community to build an audience and you are comfortable running intake, payments for 1:1 work and email elsewhere.
How do the features compare for holistic group programs?
This matrix covers the features a holistic cohort actually uses, based on vendor documentation and profiles as of October 2026.
| Platform | Cohort community | Daily habits and check-ins | Booking and calendar sync | Contracts | Website and funnels | Email sequences |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Yes, created on enrollment | Yes | Yes | Yes, e-signature | Yes | Yes |
| Mighty Networks | Yes | No | No 1:1 scheduling | No | Community pages only | Not covered in our data |
| Kajabi | Yes | No | Not covered in our data | Not covered in our data | Yes | Yes |
| Practice Better | Not covered in our data | Programs, no habit tracking in our data | Yes | Not covered in our data | No (older profile) | Not covered in our data |
| Satori | No (older profile) | No | Yes | Yes | No (older profile) | Not covered in our data |
| Circle | Yes | No | No 1:1 scheduling | No | Community pages only | Not covered in our data |
| Skool | Yes | No | Group calendar only | No | No | No |
What does each platform cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?
Base list prices for the cheapest plan that fits each client count, as listed in October 2026, before payment processing. Platform fees on sales are noted where they apply; extra tools you may need (booking, contracts, email) are not included.
| Platform | 5 clients | 15 clients | 40 clients | Fees on sales |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients | 0% platform fee; processor fees only |
| Mighty Networks | $95/mo (Launch) | $95/mo | $95/mo | 2% on Launch |
| Kajabi | $179/mo (Basic) | $179/mo | $179/mo | Kajabi Payments rates, or +2% with other processors |
| Practice Better | $35/mo (Starter) | $69/mo (Professional) | $69/mo | None stated |
| Satori | $33/mo (Essentials) | $49/mo (Pro) | $49/mo (Pro, older profile cap 50) | None beyond processor |
| Circle | $89/mo billed annually | $89/mo billed annually | $89/mo billed annually | 2% on Professional |
| Skool | $9/mo (Hobby) | $9/mo | $9/mo | 10% + 30¢ on Hobby |
An illustrative example: if 15 people join a reset at $300 each, that is $4,500 in sales. A 10% fee takes $450 of it, a 2% fee takes $90, and a tool with no platform fee takes nothing beyond processing. Run your own numbers with your real price and cohort size, and remember that community-only tools usually need a booking app, a contract tool and an email platform on top.
How does a holistic health coach set up a group reset in Coachful?
Here is a worked example for a fictional 6-week "Gut Reset" cohort of 15 clients. Adjust the themes to your own method.

- Write down the offer. Six weeks, one live group call each Tuesday, daily habits, a recipe pack and a private group. Decide the price yourself; our guide on starting a holistic health coaching business walks through how to set it.
- Build the program. Create six weeks with a theme each: hydration, plants and fibre, blood sugar balance, mindful eating, sleep, stress and nervous system. Add one or two daily habits per week (for example "glass of water before coffee", "two servings of vegetables at lunch") and a daily task such as posting one meal photo.
- Add check-ins. Set a short morning check-in (sleep quality, energy) and an evening check-in (cravings, digestion, mood). Keep it under a minute so people actually answer.
- Load the content. Upload your shopping list, a 7-day meal planner PDF, a breathwork audio and short teaching videos into the matching weeks. If you use the Fitness & Nutrition pack, add recipes and meal plans there.
- Set up intake and the agreement. Add booking intake questions about current habits, goals, and medical conditions or medications. Send a coaching agreement that states your scope (coaching, not diagnosis or treatment) and when you will ask a client to see their doctor. Our intake form software guide has more on what to ask.
- Create the offer and checkout. Connect your Stripe account, add a payment plan option, and set an order bump for the recipe pack if you sell it separately.
- Schedule the group calls. Create the Tuesday group call series with reminders so clients get an email beforehand, and SMS or WhatsApp reminders once messaging is enabled.
- Build the funnel. A lead magnet funnel ("5-day gut-friendly meal guide") feeding an email sequence that invites people to the reset. If you would rather not build it, request it through the free white-glove service.
- Run the cohort. When clients enroll, the cohort group is created for them. Each Wednesday, filter clients by quiet or at risk and send a short message. Ask Michelle to summarize the week's group call for the replay post.
- Offer the next step. In week five, invite clients who stayed thriving to a 1:1 package or a monthly membership.
If you also need a site to sell from, the wellness templates give you a head start:

What mistakes should holistic health coaches avoid when choosing a group platform?
- Choosing a community tool for a habit-based program. A feed is not a habit tracker. If your method depends on daily water, sleep and food actions, pick a platform that records them per client.
- Collecting clinical detail you cannot protect. Ask what you need to coach safely and to refer, not full medical histories. Coaching platforms like Coachful are not HIPAA-certified; practitioners who diagnose or treat need a clinical system.
- Skipping the scope line. Put your scope statement in the agreement and repeat it on the sales page. List the situations where you will refer out: eating disorder history, pregnancy, medication changes, worsening symptoms.
- Ignoring platform fees. A 2% to 10% cut on every reset sale often costs more than the monthly subscription.
- Building the stack before the offer. Run one cohort with a simple setup, then add funnels and automations once you know what clients respond to.
- Forgetting the graduate path. Plan the 1:1 or membership offer before week one, not after the cohort ends.
What is our verdict?
For most holistic health coaches running cohort resets, Coachful is the strongest fit, because the daily habits, check-ins, cohort community, booking, agreements, payments and marketing live in one place, with a free white-glove build to get you started. Mighty Networks and Circle are better if your business is a large membership community; Kajabi is better if you mainly sell courses to a big list; Practice Better suits nutrition practitioners who need charting; Satori suits mostly 1:1 coaches; Skool works as a low-cost free community. For a broader view of client-side apps, see our best app for holistic health coaches ranking.
In short: Coachful is a coaching platform for coaches who deliver programs, from solo coaches to small teams replacing four to six tools. It does not handle clinical records, PayPal or wearable sync. To start, open a free trial and, if you like, ask the team to build your reset program or website for free.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best group coaching platform for holistic health coaches?
For cohort programs built on daily habits, Coachful is our pick because programs, check-ins, cohort groups, booking, payments and agreements share one login. If your business is mainly a large community, Mighty Networks or Circle may suit you better. If you sell courses to a big list, look at Kajabi.
Can I run a group detox or reset program without a separate community app?
Yes, if your platform includes a community. In Coachful, enrolling in a program creates the cohort group automatically, with a feed, group chat and video events. Community-only tools like Skool include a group but lack per-client habit tracking.
Do I need a HIPAA-compliant platform as a holistic health coach?
That depends on your role and location, so check with an attorney if you are unsure. Coaching platforms in this list, including Coachful, are not built for clinical records, and Coachful is not HIPAA-certified. If you diagnose, treat or bill insurance, use a clinical system for that work.
What should a holistic health coach's group intake form ask?
Ask about goals, current eating and sleep habits, stress, energy, and any medical conditions, medications, pregnancy or eating disorder history. Those answers help you decide who needs a doctor's clearance before joining. Keep it short and only collect what you will use.
How many clients should a first holistic group program have?
There is no fixed number. Many coaches start small so they can give personal attention during the first cohort, then grow once the program runs smoothly. Choose a platform whose pricing does not punish you for growing from 5 to 40 clients.
Can clients track food and habits in Coachful?
Yes. Programs include daily habits, tasks and morning and evening check-ins, with streaks and progress bars. The Fitness & Nutrition pack adds meal plans, recipes, food lookup and barcode scanning, and private progress photos and measurements.
Does Coachful sync with wearables like Oura or Fitbit?
No. Coachful does not sync with Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura, and Apple Health sync is not publicly available. Clients can report sleep or steps through check-ins instead.
What is Coachful's free white-glove service?
It is a free build service on every plan. You describe what you want, such as a reset program, sales page, funnel or website, attach links and files, and the Coachful team builds it in your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include recording videos, logo design or ad management.
Which platforms take a fee on my group program sales?
As listed in October 2026, Skool takes 10% + 30¢ on Hobby, Mighty Networks and Circle take 0.5% to 2% depending on plan, and Kajabi adds 0.5% to 2% when you use a processor other than Kajabi Payments or PayPal. Coachful charges a 0% platform fee; you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing.
Can I move my existing clients and programs into Coachful?
Yes. Clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, and you can export your full client data as a ZIP at any time. Read more on the Coachful coaching platform page.
