The 10 Best Membership Platforms for ADHD Coaches, Compared

The 10 Best Membership Platforms for ADHD Coaches, Compared

The best membership platforms for ADHD coaches are the ones that keep a client moving on the days between calls, because that is where ADHD coaching succeeds or stalls. A member who forgets the login, loses the worksheet or never sees the reminder has not left your program; they have simply lost the thread. So the deciding question is not "which tool hosts videos" but "which tool puts the next small step in front of my client, every day, in one place, without me chasing them by hand?"

On that question our pick is Coachful. We make Coachful, so weigh that, but the reasoning is concrete: it puts morning and evening check-ins, habits with streaks, multi-week programs, courses, a community with live body-doubling events, booking, payments and contracts behind one login for you and one branded app for your client. The nine other platforms below each win a specific situation, and we say which one, what it costs as listed in October 2026, and when you should pick it over Coachful.

What do ADHD coaches actually need from a membership platform?

ADHD coaches need a platform that reduces friction for the client and admin for the coach. Generic membership software is built for people who will log in on their own, binge a course and post in a forum. Many ADHD clients will not do any of that without a prompt, a structure and a visible sense of progress.

Look at how a typical ADHD coaching offer runs. A client books a discovery call, often after weeks of meaning to. They sign up for a 12-week executive function program or an ongoing monthly membership. Each week has one theme: time blindness, task initiation, a weekly review, managing email, rebuilding a morning routine. Between calls they need short daily actions, a check-in that takes under a minute, and somewhere to show up with other people for focused work. Body-doubling sessions, where members work quietly on camera together, are a staple of many ADHD memberships. So are short "start your day" lessons and printable planners.

That translates into a specific shortlist of requirements:

  • Prompts that come to the client. Morning and evening check-ins, reminders before sessions, and habit tracking that shows a streak. A course library alone relies on the member remembering to visit.
  • Short, chunked content. Lessons of a few minutes, released week by week, so a new member is not faced with 40 videos on day one.
  • Live, recurring group time. Body-doubling rooms, weekly planning calls and Q&A sessions, ideally inside the same app as the content.
  • One login. Every extra app is a place to get lost. For ADHD clients, a second password can be the reason they disappear in week three.
  • Coach visibility. A dashboard that tells you who has gone quiet before they cancel, so you can reach out early.
  • 1:1 alongside group. Most ADHD coaches mix a group membership with private sessions, so booking, contracts and payments for both should live together.

There is also a scope question that shapes the software choice. ADHD coaching is not diagnosis, therapy or medication management. The National Institute of Mental Health describes ADHD as a condition diagnosed and treated by licensed clinicians (see its ADHD overview), and coaching sits alongside that care, not in place of it. Refer a client to a doctor or licensed therapist when they want a diagnosis or medication changes, when signs of depression, anxiety, substance use or self-harm appear, or when their difficulties are beyond what skills coaching can address. The ICF Code of Ethics also asks coaches to be clear about the limits of their role. If you are a licensed clinician who also coaches and you store clinical records, you need a HIPAA-compliant system; we flag which platforms offer that.

For the wider category view, our parent guide to membership platforms for coaches compares fees and delivery across niches, and the membership site model for coaches covers how to structure tiers and pricing.

Which platform wins each ADHD coaching scenario?

Coachful wins overall; each of the others wins one narrower situation. Use this table to jump to the tool that matches how you run your practice.

How we ranked: one login for the whole client journey, daily between-session delivery (check-ins, habits, reminders), total monthly stack cost, and setup effort, including whether someone will build it for you.

How did we choose these ten tools?

We started from what ADHD coaches sell: group memberships with live focus sessions, multi-week executive function programs, 1:1 coaching packages and small digital products such as planners and routine templates. We kept tools that can host at least one of those well, and dropped tools that are only schedulers or only email services.

For each tool we used what the vendor documents on its own pricing and help pages, as listed in October 2026 unless we say otherwise, and what public reviewers report. We did not run hands-on tests and we do not quote ratings as proof of quality. Where a fact is a limit rather than a feature, we say so plainly, because limits are what ADHD coaches tend to discover in month two.

Weighting favoured daily delivery. A platform that hosts great videos but never nudges the client scores lower here than it would in a general course roundup, because for this audience the nudge is the product. That weighting is why direct coaching-admin tools such as Practice Better and Paperbell sit mid-table: strong on 1:1 admin, thinner on daily structure or community.

1. Coachful: best overall for ADHD coaches

Coachful wins when your membership has to do more than host content: when you want every client to open one app each morning, see today's one or two tasks, tick off a habit, answer a short check-in, and join tonight's body-doubling room without searching for a link.

A laptop and phone on a kitchen table showing a client coaching hub and a habit tracker
Coachful's client coaching hub with the next session on a laptop, and the habit tracker on a phone beside a sand timer.

Coachful is a coaching platform built for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions. One subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. You get one login; your client gets one branded app. For an ADHD practice, that consolidation is the main benefit: there is no second password for the client to lose and no third tool for you to reconcile.

Daily structure that reaches the client. Multi-week programs carry weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. You might build a 12-week "Executive Function Reset" where week one is a two-minute morning plan, week two adds a "first task before email" habit, and week three introduces a Sunday weekly review. Each day the client sees only what is due, not the whole program.

The check-ins are configurable flows. A morning check-in can ask "What is the one thing that would make today a win?" and an evening one can ask "Did it happen? What got in the way?" Those answers land on the client record, so in the next session you are working from a week of real data rather than what the client remembers on the call.

Here is a short walkthrough of how check-ins are set up:

Seeing who has gone quiet. Each client record holds goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, with a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk. For ADHD clients, "quiet" is often the first sign of overwhelm rather than lost interest. A dashboard that surfaces it lets you send a gentle message on day four instead of discovering a cancellation on day thirty. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, can brief you on a client before a session and summarize recorded sessions, which helps when you run many short calls in a day.

The coach's client dashboard with demo clients, status tags and illustrative task-completion and check-in rates.

Community and body doubling in the same app. The community includes a feed, group chat, direct messages and video events. Cohort groups are created automatically when someone enrolls in a program, so a new member of your group program lands in the right group without you adding them by hand. Group calls and webinars run from the same place, which suits recurring "focus hour" or "power hour" sessions. Our guide to group coaching platforms for ADHD coaches goes deeper on running those rooms.

Courses and resources, chunked. Courses support modules, lessons, drip release and completion tracking, plus downloads, videos, books, AI tools, events and bundles, all delivered into the client's branded home. Drip release matters here: you can release one short lesson a week so the library never feels like a wall.

1:1 admin without extra tools. Booking pages handle availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook sync and built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links. Email reminders are standard, plus SMS 24 hours before and WhatsApp one hour before once messaging is enabled, which helps clients who struggle with time blindness. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call (see coaching contracts). Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, with subscriptions, payment plans, coupons, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and a 0% Coachful platform fee since August 2026, so you pay only processing.

Getting members in. The website builder, booking and application funnels, lead magnets, email sequences and Instagram automations are included in your Coachful membership. A common ADHD-coach pattern: someone comments "PLANNER" on a post, gets the free weekly planner in a DM, and lands in your lead records. If you hold or are working toward an ICF credential, ICF hour tracking counts coaching hours against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, choose "We'll build it for you" and describe what you need: your website, a body-doubling membership sales page, a 12-week program, a course outline, a check-in flow or an email sequence. You can attach up to 8 reference links and 10 files. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours, without inventing credentials, testimonials or prices; gaps are left for you to fill. For ADHD coaches who know the setup project is the thing most likely to stall, this is the single biggest reason to start here. More detail is in our white-glove service guide.

What it does not do. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and offers no BAA, so it is not the place for clinical records or insurance billing. There is no PayPal and no permanent free plan. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not as your own App Store app. It is not a course marketplace and has no third-party plugins.

Price: flat monthly plans, with lower plans capping the number of clients and Pro unlimited (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). There is a free trial. The Coachful for ADHD coaches page shows how the pieces fit together for this niche.

2. Kajabi: best for a large course library with heavy email marketing

If your ADHD business is mainly content, for example a library of 30 self-paced lessons on focus, routines and emotional regulation sold to thousands of email subscribers, Kajabi is the most complete content-marketing machine on this list.

Kajabi homepage promoting its platform for courses, communities, websites and email
Kajabi's homepage in October 2026.

Kajabi is a course, community, website, funnel and email platform for selling knowledge products. It handles landing pages, checkout, email broadcasts and a community under one brand, so a coach with an established audience can run launches without stitching tools together. For ADHD coaches with a podcast or large social following, the marketing side is the draw.

The limits show up when you look at the client's day. Kajabi has no habit tracking or daily client check-ins, and coaching runs as products and communities rather than per-client plans. A member who needs a daily nudge has to get it from your email sequence, which is easy to ignore. Kajabi does not offer the per-client dashboard that tells you who has gone quiet.

Pricing as listed in October 2026: Basic $179/mo ($143/mo annual) with 5 products, 2,500 contacts, 1 community and 0 AI credits; Growth $249/mo ($199/mo annual) with 50 products and 25,000 contacts; Pro $499/mo ($399/mo annual). Kajabi Payments in the US charges 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, falling slightly on higher plans; using another processor (other than PayPal) adds a Kajabi fee of 0.5% to 2%. The trial is 14 days, and some features stay locked until a paid plan starts. On Trustpilot it shows 3.4 from 2,347 reviews (seen October 2026).

Basic's 5-product cap is tight for an ADHD coach who sells a membership, a program, a planner bundle, a workshop and a 1:1 package; that is already five.

Pick it over Coachful if your revenue comes mostly from selling self-paced courses to a large list, you need Kajabi's specific marketing features, and you are happy to handle daily accountability and 1:1 admin elsewhere.

3. Mighty Networks: best for a body-doubling community with frequent livestreams

The scenario Mighty Networks wins is a community-led ADHD membership where the main value is showing up together, several focus sessions a week, with members chatting between them.

Mighty Networks homepage presenting its community, courses and events platform
Mighty Networks's homepage in October 2026.

Mighty Networks combines community, courses and events, with member apps branded as Mighty. Every plan includes livestream hours: 20 hours a month for up to 100 attendees on Launch, 30 hours for 200 on Scale, 40 hours for 1,000 on Growth. For a coach running daily one-hour body-doubling rooms, check that allowance carefully. Twenty working days of one-hour sessions uses the whole Launch allowance, so a busy schedule may push you to Scale.

What is missing matters for 1:1 coaches. There is no 1:1 scheduling, invoicing or contracts, and no per-client habits, check-ins or private coaching plans. Your own branded apps are only on the custom-priced Mighty Pro plan.

Pricing as listed in October 2026: Launch $95/mo ($79/mo annual), Scale $215/mo ($179/mo annual), Growth $354/mo billed annually, Mighty Pro custom. A platform fee of 2% on Launch, 1% on Scale and 0.5% on Growth applies on top of Stripe processing. There is a 14-day trial with no card required. Trustpilot shows 3.3 from 219 reviews (seen October 2026).

Pick it over Coachful if your offer is a pure community with lots of livestreamed focus sessions, you do little or no 1:1 work, and you do not need daily check-ins tied to individual clients.

4. Circle: best for a structured community with many topic spaces

Circle earns its place when your community needs tidy organisation: separate spaces for "wins", "morning planning", "parents with ADHD", "entrepreneurs with ADHD", each with its own threads and events, so members are not overwhelmed by one noisy feed.

Circle homepage presenting its community platform with courses, events and memberships
Circle's homepage in October 2026.

Circle is a community platform with courses, events, live streams and paid memberships. Its space structure is a genuine help for ADHD members who get lost in long feeds; you can keep the main channel quiet and move chatter into topic spaces. It includes AI credits on every plan (2,500 a month on Professional and Business).

Like Mighty Networks, it lacks a coaching back office. There is no 1:1 scheduling or client management, and no per-client habits, check-ins or coaching plans. Branded mobile apps are only on the custom-priced Circle Plus plan.

Pricing as listed in October 2026 (annual billing; monthly prices were not shown): Professional $89/mo, Business $199/mo, Scale $419/mo, Circle Plus custom. Circle takes 2% of payments on Professional, 1% on Business and Scale, 0.5% on Circle Plus, plus Stripe processing. The 14-day trial needs no card. Trustpilot shows 4.1 from 129 reviews (seen October 2026). Our community platforms for ADHD coaches guide compares Circle with other community tools in more depth.

Pick it over Coachful if your membership is mainly a large, multi-topic community, you want detailed moderation and space controls, and your 1:1 and accountability work runs in a separate tool.

5. Practice Better: best for licensed clinicians who also coach

Some ADHD coaches are also licensed therapists, nurses or dietitians. If you keep clinical notes, Practice Better is the right home for them, because it lists HIPAA, PIPEDA and GDPR compliance on its pricing page.

Practice Better homepage presenting its practice management and client portal software
Practice Better's homepage in October 2026.

Practice Better describes itself as an all-in-one EHR (electronic health record) for practitioners. It covers scheduling, telehealth video, integrated billing and payments, secure messaging, a client portal and mobile app, forms and note templates, journaling, and programs and courses. Group scheduling and fixed-date programs start on Professional; evergreen and self-paced programs, portal branding and SMS reminders start on Plus.

For an ADHD coaching practice that is not clinical, the trade-off is that it is built around charting and appointments rather than a member community. A community feed and body-doubling rooms are not part of its listed features, and its program tools are gated by plan, so the program style an ADHD membership needs sits on Plus.

Pricing from its pricing page when we checked for this article: a free Sprout plan for 3 clients; Starter $35/mo monthly ($25/mo annual) for 10 clients; Professional $69/mo ($59/mo annual) for 300 clients; Plus $99/mo ($89/mo annual) with unlimited clients; Team $155/mo ($145/mo annual) with 2 practitioner licenses. The Team plan has a 30-day trial and other paid plans 14 days.

Pick it over Coachful if you are a licensed clinician who needs HIPAA-compliant records, charting or insurance-adjacent workflows, and coaching is one part of a clinical practice.

Which one looks like you?

6. Paperbell: best for simple 1:1 packages

Paperbell fits the ADHD coach whose business is almost entirely private sessions: a six-session focus package, a monthly 1:1 retainer, nothing group-based yet.

Paperbell homepage presenting its booking, payments and client portal tool for coaches
Paperbell's homepage in October 2026.

Paperbell bundles booking, payment and an e-signature contract into one package checkout, which is genuinely convenient. A client picks a package, pays, signs and books, and you never send a separate invoice. It includes a client portal with history, shared notes and messaging, intake forms, SMS appointment reminders, and a branded site with a custom URL. Payments can run through Stripe or PayPal.

For ADHD clients the gaps are on the daily side. Paperbell has no habit tracking or daily check-ins, and reviewers note the lack of client goal tracking. There is no community, no full course system and no standalone mobile app; clients use a mobile browser. It is one service provider per account, so a growing team needs more accounts.

Pricing as listed in October 2026: one paid tier at $97/mo or $970/yr, with unlimited clients and sessions and no extra platform transaction fee beyond Stripe or PayPal processing. Its help center describes a 7-day trial, and paid plans carry a 30-day money-back guarantee. Paperbell's FAQ states it is not HIPAA compliant.

Pick it over Coachful if you only sell 1:1 packages, you need PayPal, and you have no plans for a group membership, program or community.

7. Podia: best for selling a planner, a mini-course and a few calls

Consider Podia when your offer is a small catalogue: an ADHD-friendly weekly planner PDF, a "First Hour" mini-course, a recorded workshop and occasional paid calls, sold from one simple storefront.

Podia homepage presenting its storefront for courses, downloads and community
Podia's homepage in October 2026.

Podia handles courses, downloads, webinars, coaching sessions and community in a straightforward builder that many first-time creators find easy. For an ADHD coach who keeps getting stuck in setup, its simplicity is the selling point.

Watch the email allowances: only 100 subscribers are included on Mover, 500 on Shaker and 1,000 on Earthquaker, so a lead-magnet funnel for a free planner can outgrow the plan quickly. Podia's older profile notes no mobile app and no native video calls, and there are no client habits, check-ins or per-client plans.

Pricing as listed in October 2026: Mover $49/mo ($42/mo annual) with a 5% Podia transaction fee; Shaker $99/mo ($84/mo annual) and Earthquaker $179/mo ($150/mo annual), both 0%. Stripe or PayPal processing applies on top. The 14-day trial needs no card. Trustpilot shows 4.1 from 153 reviews (seen October 2026).

Pick it over Coachful if you mainly sell low-priced digital products, want a very simple storefront, and are not yet running programs with daily accountability.

8. Thinkific: best for a course-first business with a long trial

Thinkific suits the ADHD coach building a substantial certification-style course, for instance a course training parents or teachers in ADHD-friendly routines, where structured lessons and assessments matter most.

Thinkific homepage presenting its online course and community platform
Thinkific's homepage in October 2026.

It is a course platform with communities, memberships and coaching or webinar products. The 30-day trial on every self-serve plan is the longest here, which helps if you know you will need a few weekends to build. Start includes up to 10,000 current students, 2 admins, 1 community with 10 spaces and 5 live community events.

The coaching side is thin. Thinkific has no built-in 1:1 scheduling (its older profile notes coaching relies on external booking links), no client habits, daily check-ins or per-client plans, and its branded mobile app is a $199/mo add-on. Prices rose about 10% on August 13, 2026.

Pricing as listed in October 2026: Start $109/mo ($82/mo annual), Grow $219/mo ($164/mo annual), Expand $499/mo ($374/mo annual), Plus custom. No Thinkific transaction fee with Thinkific Payments; third-party gateways carry an extra per-plan fee. Trustpilot shows 1.8 from 868 reviews (seen October 2026). See also our course platforms for ADHD coaches guide.

Pick it over Coachful if the course itself is your main product, you need deep course features, and coaching is a small add-on handled with other tools.

9. Skool: best for a cheap, gamified peer group

When the goal is to test an ADHD peer-accountability group at very low cost, Skool's Hobby plan is the cheapest way to get members, a classroom and a calendar in one place.

Skool homepage presenting its community, classroom and calendar groups
Skool's homepage in October 2026.

Skool combines a community feed, a classroom and a calendar in a single group, with leaderboards and levels that reward participation. Some ADHD members find points and levels motivating; others find public leaderboards stressful, so think about your audience before leaning on them.

There is no custom-domain website, no funnels, no email automation and no public API. There are no 1:1 client records, intake forms, habits or check-ins. Payments only run through Skool Payments, with per-transaction fees on both plans.

Pricing as listed in October 2026: Hobby $9/mo ($7.50/mo annual) with fees of 10% + 30¢ on every transaction; Pro $99/mo ($82.50/mo annual) with 2.9% + 30¢ up to $899 and 3.9% + 30¢ above $900. Unlimited members, courses and live calls on both. The trial length was not stated on the pricing page. Trustpilot shows 1.6 from 54 reviews (seen October 2026).

Pick it over Coachful if you want to trial a low-priced peer group with almost no setup, you like gamification for your audience, and you do not need 1:1 records, contracts or your own website.

10. Stan Store: best for selling from a social bio link

Stan Store is the right call for an ADHD creator-coach whose audience lives on short-form video and who wants a planner, a mini-course and a paid call sold from one bio link.

Stan Store homepage presenting its link-in-bio storefront for creators
Stan Store's homepage in October 2026.

It is a link-in-bio storefront for digital products, courses, memberships and paid calls, with unlimited products and customers and a 0% Stan fee. The mobile-first checkout is quick, which suits impulse buyers coming from a reel about time blindness.

It is not a coaching platform. There are no contracts, invoices or client records, no programs with tasks, habits or check-ins, and no team seats advertised. Email marketing, upsells, discount codes and affiliates are only on the $99 Creator Pro plan.

Pricing as listed in October 2026: Creator $29/mo ($25/mo annual) and Creator Pro $99/mo ($79/mo annual), with standard Stripe or PayPal processing. There is a 14-day trial, and the first month is charged when it ends. Trustpilot shows 4.7 from 2,205 reviews (seen October 2026). For more on the audience-building side, see platforms to get clients for ADHD coaches.

Pick it over Coachful if you only sell small digital products from social media and have no need for client programs, check-ins or contracts.

What does each platform cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?

The headline numbers hide the real cost. Every tool except Coachful and Practice Better needs at least one extra tool for daily check-ins or 1:1 admin, which is what the stacks below show.

What do three realistic ADHD coaching stacks cost per month?

An all-in-one setup usually costs less and loses fewer clients to app-switching than a two- or three-tool stack. These examples are illustrative, using list prices on monthly billing before processing.

StackWhat it coversMonthly cost (example)Logins for the client
Coachful on its own, 15 clientsGroup program, check-ins, habits, body-doubling events, courses, 1:1 booking, contracts, payments, website, emailSolo: $49/month for up to 20 clients1
Kajabi Basic + Practice Better ProfessionalCourses, community and email in Kajabi; 1:1 booking, journaling and notes in Practice Better$248, plus Kajabi payment fees2
Mighty Networks Launch + PaperbellCommunity and livestreamed focus sessions in Mighty; 1:1 packages and contracts in Paperbell$192, plus Mighty's 2% fee2

Neither two-tool stack includes daily check-ins or habit streaks for the client. To add them you would need a third tool, a third login, and a way to see that data next to your session notes.

How would an ADHD coach set this up in Coachful, step by step?

Here is one example setup for a coach launching a 12-week group program with a monthly membership afterwards. The names and structure are illustrative.

A monitor and tablet showing a coaching journey library and morning and evening check-in flows
Coachful's coaching flows library with journeys on the monitor and the morning and evening check-in flows on a tablet.
  1. Ask for the build. Open Create and use "We'll build it for you". Describe a five-page site, a sales page for "Focus Club" and a 12-week program, and attach your logo and any existing worksheets. The team builds it in your account.
  2. Shape the 12 weeks. One theme per week (morning plan, task initiation, time estimates, email triage, weekly review). Give each day no more than two tasks, so a hard day still has a win.
  3. Add two habits. For example "Plan the day before opening email" and "Sunday 10-minute review". Streaks give the client a visible record of progress.
  4. Set morning and evening check-ins. Keep each to one or two questions. Long forms are where ADHD clients stop answering.
  5. Schedule recurring video events. Three one-hour body-doubling rooms a week and one planning call. Enrollment creates the cohort group automatically, so members see the events in their app.
  6. Release lessons on drip. One short lesson per week, so the library grows with the client.
  7. Turn on reminders. Email reminders by default; enable SMS and WhatsApp messaging so sessions get a 24-hour SMS and a one-hour WhatsApp nudge.
  8. Connect checkout. Link your Stripe account, set the program price and a payment plan, and add the coaching agreement so it is signed before the first call.
  9. Watch the status column. Each week, message anyone marked quiet or at risk. A short "How is this week going?" usually brings people back.
  10. Plan the next step. In week 10, invite graduates into the monthly membership, which keeps the community and body-doubling rooms going.

What mistakes do ADHD coaches make when choosing a membership platform?

The most common mistake is choosing for the content and forgetting the client's day. A few others come up again and again:

  • Building a library, not a path. Uploading 40 videos at launch looks generous but overwhelms new members. Release in small steps.
  • Splitting the experience across apps. Community in one tool, course in another, booking in a third. Each switch is a chance to drop off.
  • Underestimating livestream needs. Daily body-doubling rooms add up. Check hour caps and attendee limits before you promise a schedule.
  • Ignoring transaction fees. A 2% to 10% platform fee on a recurring membership compounds every month.
  • Storing clinical information in a coaching tool. If you are a clinician, keep clinical records in a HIPAA-compliant system and coaching work separately.
  • Doing the whole setup yourself. If setup is the task you keep postponing, choose a platform that will build it for you.

Which membership platform should an ADHD coach choose?

Choose Coachful if you want your clients to have one app that tells them what to do today, checks in morning and evening, tracks habits, hosts your body-doubling community and handles 1:1 booking, contracts and payments. It is built for coaches who deliver programs, and the free white-glove build removes the setup barrier. It is not for clinical record-keeping, and it does not offer PayPal or a permanent free plan.

Choose Practice Better if you are a licensed clinician needing HIPAA-compliant records; Mighty Networks or Circle if your offer is a pure community; Kajabi or Thinkific if courses are the product; Paperbell for simple 1:1 packages; and Podia, Skool or Stan Store for small, low-cost digital offers. Coachful is our pick, and you can start with a free trial and request the build on day one.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best membership platform for ADHD coaches?

Coachful is our pick because it combines daily check-ins, habits, programs, courses, community and 1:1 admin behind one login. That matters for ADHD clients, who are more likely to stay engaged when the next step comes to them. If you need HIPAA compliance, Practice Better is the better fit.

Can I run body-doubling sessions inside a membership platform?

Yes. Coachful, Mighty Networks, Circle, Skool and Thinkific all support live events of some kind. Coachful runs video events and group calls in the same app as your programs, and Mighty Networks includes livestream hours on each plan, with caps you should check against your schedule.

Is ADHD coaching the same as ADHD treatment?

No. Coaching helps with skills, structure and accountability; it does not diagnose ADHD, prescribe or manage medication, or treat co-occurring conditions. Refer clients to a doctor or licensed therapist for diagnosis, medication questions or signs of depression, anxiety or self-harm.

Do I need a HIPAA-compliant platform as an ADHD coach?

Usually not if you are a non-clinical coach, but check with an attorney about the rules where you practise. If you are a licensed clinician keeping clinical records, use a HIPAA-compliant system such as Practice Better. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

From Create, you choose "We'll build it for you" and describe what you need, such as a website, membership sales page, program, check-in flow or email sequence, with up to 8 links and 10 files. The Coachful team builds it in your account, usually within about 24 hours, and leaves gaps for you rather than inventing details. It does not include recording videos, logo design or ad management.

How should I price an ADHD coaching membership?

Start from what members get each month (number of live sessions, any 1:1 time, content and check-ins), the hours it costs you, and what comparable coaches in your market charge. Price the group membership below your 1:1 package and test it with a small founding cohort before raising it.

Is a community or a course better for ADHD clients?

Most ADHD memberships work best with both, kept short: a weekly lesson for structure and a community with live sessions for accountability. A course alone depends on the member remembering to log in, which is exactly what many ADHD clients find hard.

Can clients use Coachful on their phone?

Yes. Clients use one branded app, the coach's branding inside the Coachful app, to see tasks, check-ins, habits, lessons, community and sessions. It is not published under your own App Store account.

Which platform has the lowest transaction fees?

Coachful, Paperbell and Stan Store charge no platform fee on sales, and Thinkific charges none with its own payments. Skool Hobby charges 10% + 30¢, Podia Mover 5%, and Mighty Networks and Circle up to 2% on their entry plans. Payment processing applies everywhere.

Can I move my existing ADHD members to Coachful?

Yes. Clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, and the white-glove service can rebuild your site or sales page. You can also export your full client data as a ZIP later if you ever need to.
