Top 10 Course Platforms for ADHD Coaches in 2026

Top 10 Course Platforms for ADHD Coaches in 2026

The best course platforms for ADHD coaches do one thing most course software was never built for: they keep a client moving between lessons. An ADHD client rarely fails a course because the videos are weak. They stall in week two, lose the login, forget the next lesson exists and feel too embarrassed to come back. So the deciding question is not "which tool hosts video best?" but "which tool puts the next small step in front of my client every day, and tells me when they go quiet?"

Our pick is Coachful, because it puts the course, daily check-ins, habits, booking, payments and a client community behind one login for the coach and one branded app for the client. We make Coachful, so weigh that, and read the nine alternatives below: several are better course engines, and we say where. Vendor prices and limits are as listed in October 2026.

If you want the wider category first, our parent guide to course creation platforms for coaches covers twelve tools for every niche. This article narrows it to what ADHD coaching actually needs. For the full software stack beyond courses, see the best software for ADHD coaches.

What do ADHD coaches need from a course platform?

ADHD coaches need a course platform that cuts friction at every step: short lessons, a visible next action, reminders that reach the client outside the course, and a coach view that flags drop-off early. Video hosting is the easy part; every tool on this list does it.

Here is what the work looks like in practice, and where generic course software falls short.

  • Small, dripped lessons. A 90-minute module invites procrastination. Five to ten minute lessons, released weekly, give the client a finish line they can see. Drip scheduling matters more than unlimited storage.
  • One action per lesson. Most ADHD coaching courses teach executive function skills: planning the week, starting tasks, managing time blindness, building routines. Each lesson should end with a task the client does today, not a reflection they mean to do later.
  • Daily touchpoints outside the course. A morning "what is your one thing today?" check-in and an evening "did it happen?" check-in do more for follow-through than another video. Our guide to daily check-ins for ADHD clients covers the scripts.
  • Reminders that actually arrive. Email is easy to ignore. SMS or WhatsApp reminders before a group call or a lesson release are closer to where clients already look.
  • Body doubling and group calls. Many ADHD coaches run co-working sessions where clients work alongside each other on camera. The platform should host or link those calls and send the reminder.
  • Visible progress. Progress bars, streaks and completed checkmarks give quick feedback. Streaks also need a gentle restart, so a missed day does not become a missed month.
  • A coach view of who is slipping. If you only find out a client stopped at lesson three when they ask for a refund, the tool failed you.
  • One login. Every extra app (course here, booking there, community somewhere else) is another place to forget. For ADHD clients, the number of logins is a design decision.
  • Accessible content. Captions, transcripts, clear headings and calm layouts help every learner. The W3C's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines and the Universal Design for Learning framework are good references when you build lessons.

There is also a scope issue that shapes how you sell a course. ADHD coaching is not treatment. A course can teach planning systems and habits; it does not diagnose ADHD, adjust medication or replace therapy. The National Institute of Mental Health's ADHD overview describes how ADHD is diagnosed and treated by clinicians. Say that plainly on your sales page, and refer clients to a doctor, psychiatrist or psychologist when they describe symptoms that have never been assessed, signs of depression or anxiety, substance use, or thoughts of self-harm. Our list of signs someone needs an ADHD coach versus a doctor is a useful page to share, and what the research says about ADHD coaching helps you make claims you can stand behind.

How did we choose and rank these tools?

We started from the jobs an ADHD coach does every week and asked which platform documents support for each one. We did not run hands-on tests; this ranking is based on what vendors publish on their pricing and feature pages (checked in October 2026), plus public review scores where they help.

  1. Between-session delivery (heaviest weight). Can the client get a daily task, a check-in and a habit tracker in the same place as the course, without a second app?
  2. One login for the full journey. Booking, payment, agreement, course, community and calls. Each missing piece means another tool and another password for your client.
  3. Total stack cost. Monthly price, transaction fees, add-ons like branded apps, and the separate tools you would still need.
  4. Setup effort. Templates, import help, and whether someone will build the first version for you.
  5. Course quality. Drip, completion tracking, quizzes, interactive video. This is where dedicated course platforms win, and it is why LearnWorlds ranks second.

Tools built mainly for 1:1 practice management sit lower because they are thinner on course delivery. Pure storefronts sit at the bottom because they sell a course well but do nothing after the purchase.

1. Coachful: the course, the check-ins and the calls in one client app

Coachful is a coaching platform rather than a course platform with coaching bolted on. One subscription covers booking, payments, coaching agreements, multi-week programs with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. The coach has one login; the client gets one app carrying the coach's branding. It is built for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions, and for solo coaches replacing four to six tools. For ADHD coaches, that last part is the point: the course and the daily nudge live in the same place.

The course builder is straightforward: modules, lessons, drip release and completion tracking, plus downloads, videos, books and AI tools that you can bundle together. There are 48 course templates with quizzes and more than 40 ready-to-film program templates, so you are editing rather than starting from a blank page. Courses are delivered into the client's branded home and app, next to everything else they do with you.

What sets it apart for this niche is what sits around the course. A multi-week program can carry weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars, and streaks. So a lesson on "starting the hard task first" can be paired with a daily task that asks the client to name tomorrow's first task, an evening check-in asking whether it happened, and a habit card that shows the streak building.

Here is a short walkthrough of how programs are built in Coachful:

On the coach side, each client record holds goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, plus an AI briefing. Clients are given a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk, which is exactly the early warning ADHD coaches need: you can message the "quiet" client on day three, not day thirty. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from that live practice data to brief you before sessions, summarize recorded sessions, draft emails and build programs. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. You can also set up an AI Coach, an AI version of you that selected clients can chat with between sessions, configured by you.

Group work is covered too. Enrolling clients in a program creates a cohort group automatically, and the community includes a feed, group chat, direct messages and video events, so a weekly body-doubling session can live inside the same app as the course. Booking pages support availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendar sync, built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet and Teams links. Reminders go out by email, plus SMS 24 hours before and WhatsApp one hour before once messaging is enabled. Intake questions can be asked at booking.

Coachful client Programs view showing an enrolled group program, its current week and members
The demo client Programs view in Coachful: an enrolled group program, its current week and its members.

Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans (useful for a higher-priced course plus coaching package), order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and Stripe Tax. Coachful takes a 0% platform fee since August 2026, so only Stripe or Razorpay processing applies. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call, which is the natural place to put your scope statement. If you hold or are working toward an ICF credential, ICF hour tracking counts coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds.

Plans are flat and monthly: lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited, team plans add coach seats, and monthly plans cancel in one click (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients).

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, choose "We'll build it for you · FREE", describe what you want, attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files (logos, brand guides, copy, documents; no video files), and the Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. For an ADHD coach, that can be a course outline with written lesson material, a six-week program, a lead quiz, an email sequence, or a sales page. Nothing gets invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices; gaps are left for you to fill. It does not include recording your videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. One recent build: a somatic coach leaving Kajabi had the homepage and About page rebuilt and the contact form connected. Read more about the white-glove build service.

What it does not do: Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and offers no BAA, so it is not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. There is no PayPal, no permanent free plan, and the client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding rather than your own App Store account. It is not a course marketplace, so it will not send you buyers the way a marketplace does. More detail lives on the Coachful for ADHD coaches page and the online course platform page.

2. LearnWorlds, for interactive lessons that hold attention

LearnWorlds pricing page listing Starter, Pro Trainer, Learning Center and Corporate plans
LearnWorlds's pricing page in October 2026 (this capture shows euro prices).

LearnWorlds is the strongest pure course engine on this list for ADHD learners, mainly because of interactive video. You can add questions, pauses and prompts inside a video, which turns passive watching into short bursts of doing. It also offers SCORM support, a website builder and funnels, so a coach who wants a serious learning product can build it here.

As listed in October 2026, Starter costs $29/mo ($24/mo billed annually) with 1 admin, 1,000 active learners a month and 300 AI credits, but it charges $5 per paid enrollment. Pro Trainer costs $99/mo ($79/mo annually) with 5 admins, 2,000 active learners a month, 500 AI credits, 15 page funnels and 2,000 mass emails a month, and no LearnWorlds fee on sales. Learning Center is $299/mo. Stripe or PayPal gateway fees apply on top. The free trial runs 30 days and LearnWorlds pages say no credit card is required; a school that is not upgraded is scheduled for deletion. LearnWorlds holds a Trustpilot score of 4.8 from 423 reviews as of October 2026.

For ADHD coaching specifically, the gap is everything after the lesson. LearnWorlds documents itself as a course and LMS platform, and it is not built for 1:1 client management, habits or daily check-ins. A branded mobile app is a separately priced add-on. So you would typically pair it with a booking tool, a habit or check-in app, and possibly a separate community, and your client juggles those logins. Active-learner caps also matter if you run free mini courses as lead magnets, since those learners count.

Where it fits: an ADHD coach who mainly sells a self-paced executive function course, values quiz and video interaction above all, and does little 1:1 work.

Pick it over Coachful if interactive video and SCORM-grade course features matter more to you than daily check-ins, habits and booking living in the same client app.

3. Kajabi: the established all-in-one for knowledge businesses

Kajabi homepage promoting its platform for selling courses, communities and coaching
Kajabi's homepage in October 2026.

Kajabi bundles courses, communities, a website, funnels and email marketing for people selling knowledge products. For an ADHD coach with a growing audience, it can run a signature course, a membership community and the email launches that sell them.

Kajabi's pricing as listed in October 2026: Basic $179/mo ($143/mo annually) with 5 products, 2,500 contacts, 1 community, 1 website, 2 admin users and 0 AI credits; Growth $249/mo ($199/mo annually) with 50 products, 25,000 contacts, 11 admin users and 500 AI credits; Pro $499/mo ($399/mo annually). The standard trial is 14 days; a card is optional, and if entered, Kajabi places an authorization hold and charges when the trial ends. Some features stay locked until a paid plan is active. Kajabi Payments in the US costs 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, and using another provider (other than PayPal) adds a Kajabi fee of 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth or 0.5% on Pro. Kajabi has a Trustpilot score of 3.4 from 2,347 reviews as of October 2026.

The limit for ADHD work is structural. Kajabi treats coaching as products and communities, not as per-client plans, and it has no habit tracking or daily client check-ins. You can sell the course and host the group, but the "did you do your one thing today?" loop has to live somewhere else. The Basic plan's five-product cap also fills quickly if you sell a mini course, a signature course, a workbook and a membership separately.

Kajabi suits an ADHD coach whose business is mostly one-to-many: a large email list, a launch calendar, and courses that sell without much individual follow-up.

Pick it over Coachful if you run a content-led business with a big list, need Kajabi's marketing depth and are comfortable handling daily accountability in a separate tool.

4. Podia: the gentlest start for a first course

Podia homepage promoting its storefront for courses, downloads and community
Podia's homepage in October 2026.

Podia is a simple storefront for courses, downloads, webinars, coaching sessions and a community. Its appeal for ADHD coaches is low setup overhead: fewer settings, fewer screens, and a clear path from "I have a course idea" to a page that takes payment. If you have ADHD yourself and a complex dashboard is the reason you have not launched, that simplicity is worth something.

As listed in October 2026, Mover costs $49/mo ($42/mo annually) with 50 products, 500 videos, 25 community spaces and 100 email subscribers included, and charges a 5% Podia transaction fee. Shaker costs $99/mo ($84/mo annually) with 150 products, 500 email subscribers, 1 assistant and 0% Podia fees. Earthquaker is $179/mo ($150/mo annually) with unlimited products and 1,000 email subscribers. Stripe or PayPal processing (2.9% + 30¢ standard) applies on top. The trial is 14 days with full access and no credit card. Podia has a Trustpilot score of 4.1 from 153 reviews as of October 2026.

The limits show up once clients are inside. Podia has no client habits, check-ins or per-client plans, and our September 2026 profile notes no mobile app and no native video calls. The included email subscriber allowances are small, which matters because email is how you would remind ADHD clients to come back to lessons. A list of a few hundred people pushes you beyond Mover quickly.

It works well for a coach testing a first mini course, perhaps a two-week "morning routine reset", before deciding whether a larger program is worth building. Our comparison of a mini course versus a signature course helps with that decision.

Pick it over Coachful if you want the simplest possible storefront for one small course and do not yet need check-ins, habits or booking alongside it.

5. Thinkific: a course catalogue with room to grow

Thinkific homepage promoting its course and community platform
Thinkific's homepage in October 2026.

Thinkific is a mature course platform with communities, memberships and coaching or webinar products. Even the Start plan allows 10,000 current students, and higher plans add more communities, which suits an ADHD coach building a library: a course for adults with ADHD, one for parents, one for students.

Thinkific's plans as listed in October 2026: Start $109/mo ($82/mo annually) with 10,000 current students, 2 admins, 1 community with 10 spaces, 5 live community events and a maximum group size of 50; Grow $219/mo ($164/mo annually) with 6 admins and 3 communities; Expand $499/mo ($374/mo annually). Prices rose about 10% on August 13, 2026. There is a 30-day free trial on every self-serve plan. With Thinkific Payments there is no Thinkific transaction fee; third-party gateways carry an extra per-plan fee that the page does not list. Thinkific holds a Trustpilot score of 1.8 from 868 reviews as of October 2026, which is worth reading before you commit.

For ADHD coaching, the gaps are 1:1 delivery and daily follow-through. Thinkific has no built-in 1:1 scheduling (our September 2026 profile notes coaching relies on external booking links) and no client habits, daily check-ins or per-client plans. A branded mobile app is a $199/mo add-on. So the realistic stack is Thinkific plus a booking tool plus a check-in or habit app, which is three logins for a client who struggles with one.

Thinkific is a good fit when the course library is the business and coaching is a small upsell.

Pick it over Coachful if you are building a multi-course catalogue for thousands of students and 1:1 coaching is a minor part of what you sell.

6. Practice Better: practice management with programs attached

Practice Better homepage promoting practice management for wellness practitioners
Practice Better's homepage in October 2026.

Practice Better is practice management software for wellness and nutrition practitioners: scheduling, telehealth video, charting, billing, programs and a client portal. Its home turf is clinical-adjacent work, which is why some ADHD coaches who also hold a health or nutrition credential look at it. It is a direct substitute for Coachful on the 1:1 side, with programs as the course layer.

As listed in October 2026, the free Sprout plan covers 3 clients. Starter is $35/mo ($25/mo annually) for 10 clients with scheduling, telehealth, billing, secure messaging, a client portal and forms. Professional is $69/mo ($59/mo annually) for 300 clients and adds group scheduling and messaging, fixed-date programs, deposits and payment plans. Evergreen, self-paced programs, portal branding, a personalized URL and 750 SMS a month only start on Plus at $99/mo ($89/mo annually), which has unlimited clients. Team is $155/mo. Trials run 14 days (30 on Team). Practice Better has a Trustpilot score of 3.8 from 87 reviews as of October 2026.

The catch for course sellers is that plan gate: a self-paced ADHD course needs Plus. Our September 2026 profile also notes no website builder or funnel pages, so the sales page and lead magnet live elsewhere. And the tool's vocabulary (charting, practitioners, ePrescribe add-ons) is built around health practice, which can feel heavy if you coach rather than treat. That said, it is the right shape if your work genuinely sits closer to clinical practice and you need its charting features.

Pick it over Coachful if you also practise as a licensed or credentialed health professional and need charting and practitioner workflows more than a website, funnels and course templates.

7. Teachable: self-paced courses with student apps

Teachable homepage promoting its course and digital product platform
Teachable's homepage in October 2026.

Teachable is a course and digital-product platform with student mobile apps. Clients can watch lessons on their phones, which helps ADHD learners who fit learning into small pockets of the day rather than long desk sessions.

As listed in October 2026, Starter costs $39/mo ($29/mo annually) with 5 products and 1 admin, and takes a 7.5% platform fee on sales. Builder costs $89/mo ($69/mo annually) with 10 products and 0% platform fee. Growth costs $189/mo ($139/mo annually) with 50 products and 5 admins. Teachable Payments processing is 2.9% + 30¢ for US cards and 3.9% + 30¢ internationally, with a $15 chargeback fee. Plan cards show a 7-day free trial plus a 30-day guarantee. Teachable holds a Trustpilot score of 3.3 from 1,110 reviews as of October 2026.

The ADHD-specific limit: Teachable has no native scheduling or calendar sync (our September 2026 profile notes coaching calls rely on Calendly or Zoom) and no client habits, daily check-ins or per-client plans. The 7.5% fee on Starter also makes it expensive at modest sales volume. On a course earning a few thousand dollars a month, Builder usually costs less than Starter plus fees.

Teachable makes sense for a coach who sells a self-paced course to a wide audience and wants mobile viewing without building anything custom.

Pick it over Coachful if your offer is purely self-paced video, with no 1:1 calls or daily accountability, and student mobile apps are the feature you care about most.

8. Systeme.io: the cheapest way to start

Systeme.io homepage promoting its all-in-one funnel, email and course tool
Systeme.io's homepage in October 2026.

Systeme.io is a low-cost marketing suite covering funnels, email, courses, community, a blog and an affiliate program. Its free plan is genuinely usable, which matters for a new ADHD coach who wants to test a lead magnet and a small course before spending anything.

As listed in October 2026, the Free plan includes 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course, 500 students, 1 blog, 1 custom domain and 1 automation rule, with no credit card required. Startup is $17/mo with 5,000 contacts, 10 funnels and 5 courses. Webinar is $47/mo with 20 courses; Unlimited is $97/mo. Systeme.io charges 0% transaction fees on every plan, including free; only Stripe or PayPal processing applies. It holds a Trustpilot score of 4.9 from 8,696 reviews as of October 2026.

The trade-off is depth. Our September 2026 profile notes no native 1:1 scheduling with client records, habits or check-ins, basic community and course features, and no branded mobile app. For ADHD clients, that means the course works as a container for lessons, while the daily nudges and calls need other tools. A single automation rule on the free plan also limits how many reminder sequences you can build.

It is a sensible first step if cash is tight and you mainly need a funnel, an email list and one course.

Pick it over Coachful if budget is the deciding factor today and you can live without check-ins, habits and booking inside the client experience for now.

9. Kartra: marketing muscle with calendars included

Kartra homepage promoting its marketing suite with pages, funnels and memberships
Kartra's homepage in October 2026.

Kartra is an all-in-one marketing suite: pages, funnels, email and SMS, memberships, calendars and a helpdesk. It suits ADHD coaches who run launches and want sales tooling in one place, and the built-in calendars mean booking does not require a separate app.

As listed in October 2026, Essentials costs $59/mo ($52/mo annually) with 500 contacts, 5 pages, 1 product, 1 membership or course and 10,000 emails a month, plus a 5% transaction fee. Starter costs $119/mo ($99/mo annually) with 2,500 contacts, unlimited pages, products and memberships, unlimited email and SMS, and 5 team members, with 0% Kartra fee. Growth is $229/mo and Professional $549/mo. There is a 14-day free trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee. Kartra has a Trustpilot score of 3.2 from 129 reviews as of October 2026.

For this niche, the limits are on the delivery side. Kartra has no client habits, check-ins or per-client coaching plans, and our September 2026 profile notes no mobile app for students and that funnels and memberships are not portable to other platforms. The Essentials plan's 500-contact cap and single course make it a short runway; most coaches would need Starter.

Kartra fits a coach whose growth plan is built on launches, SMS reminders to buyers and a helpdesk for course questions.

Pick it over Coachful if you want a marketing-first suite with SMS broadcasts and a helpdesk and are happy running client accountability elsewhere.

10. Stan Store: a mini course sold from your link in bio

Stan Store homepage promoting its link-in-bio storefront for creators
Stan Store's homepage in October 2026.

Stan Store is a link-in-bio storefront for digital products, courses, memberships and paid calls. ADHD coaches with an audience on short-form video often start here: a viewer taps the link, buys a mini course or books a call, and the purchase happens on the phone they were already using.

As listed in October 2026, Creator is $29/mo ($25/mo annually) with unlimited products and customers and one store. Creator Pro is $99/mo ($79/mo annually); email marketing, upsells, discount codes and affiliates are only on Pro. Stan takes a 0% fee on sales, with standard Stripe or PayPal processing. The trial is 14 days, and the first month is charged when it ends. Stan Store holds a Trustpilot score of 4.7 from 2,205 reviews as of October 2026.

It ranks last here because it stops at the sale. There are no contracts, invoices or client records, it is not a CRM, and there are no programs with client tasks, habits or check-ins. Without Pro there is no email marketing, so no built-in sequence reminding buyers to start the course, which is the moment ADHD clients most often drift. No team seats are advertised.

Use it as a front door: a cheap, fast way to sell a first mini course to social followers.

Pick it over Coachful if you only need to sell a small digital product from social media and will deliver any coaching through other tools.

What does each platform cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?

The table below uses monthly billing and the cheapest plan that runs a paid course without a platform fee where one exists, as listed in October 2026. Course-only tools would still need a separate booking app and a check-in or habit tool for the same client experience; those costs are not included. Processing fees from Stripe, PayPal or the vendor's own payments are extra everywhere.

Platform5 clients15 clients40 clientsAlso needed for check-ins and booking

Kartra$119 (Starter)$119$119Check-in or habit app
Stan Store$99 (Creator Pro, for email)$99$99Booking records, contracts, check-in app

Two things stand out. Course platforms price by product count, contacts or active learners rather than by client, so their cost barely moves between 5 and 40 clients; what grows is the number of extra tools. And the cheaper entry plans (Teachable Starter, Podia Mover, Kartra Essentials, LearnWorlds Starter) look attractive until you add their transaction fees. As an illustrative example, on $3,000 of monthly course sales, Teachable's 7.5% Starter fee is $225, more than the $50 difference between Starter and Builder.

How would an ADHD coach set this up in Coachful, step by step?

Here is a worked example: an ADHD coach launching a six-week group course called "Start, Finish, Repeat" on task initiation, with a weekly co-working call and an optional 1:1 add-on. The names and structure are an example; adapt them to your method. Our guide on creating a course clients finish covers lesson design in more depth.

  1. Outline the course from a template. Open one of the 48 course templates and cut it to six modules, one per week, each with two or three lessons of five to ten minutes. End every lesson with one action, such as "set a two-minute timer and start the task you have been avoiding". Turn on drip so each module releases weekly, and add a short quiz at the end of each module for a quick win. If you would rather not start alone, request the outline and written lesson material through the white-glove service.
  2. Wrap the course in a program. Create a six-week program with a weekly goal per module, a daily task linked to that week's lesson, and two or three habits (for example "plan tomorrow's first task" and "two-minute start"). Goals show progress bars; habits show streaks.
  3. Add morning and evening check-ins. In the coaching flows library, use the Morning Check-in to ask for today's one task and the Evening Check-in to ask whether it happened and what got in the way. Keep each to two or three questions so it takes under a minute.
  4. Set up the co-working call. Schedule a weekly video event for the cohort. Enrolling in the program creates the cohort group automatically, so the event, group chat and course all sit in the same app. Enable messaging so SMS and WhatsApp reminders go out before each session.
  5. Create the booking page for 1:1 add-ons. Add availability rules, buffers between calls and minimum notice, and ask intake questions at booking (for example, "Has a clinician assessed you for ADHD?" and "What do you most want help starting?").
  6. Write the agreement. Send a coaching agreement for e-signature before the first call, stating that coaching is not medical or psychological treatment and when you will refer.
  7. Build the offer and checkout. Connect Stripe, create the offer with a payment plan option, and add an order bump for the 1:1 add-on. Put a booking or checkout funnel on your website.
  8. Watch the status column. Each week, sort clients by status. Message anyone marked quiet or at risk with a short, shame-free note ("Week 3 is waiting whenever you are; want to restart with just lesson one?"). Ask Michelle for a briefing before 1:1 calls.

What mistakes should ADHD coaches avoid when choosing a course platform?

  • Buying for the course and forgetting the week after. Completion is the problem in this niche, not hosting. Judge a platform on what reaches your client on a Tuesday when they have not logged in.
  • Stacking four apps for one client journey. A course platform plus a booking tool plus a habit app plus a community app is four logins and four notification settings. For many ADHD clients, that is where the course ends.
  • Long modules. Recording one 60-minute lesson is easier for you and harder for them. Split it.
  • Ignoring transaction fees. A cheap plan with a 5% or 7.5% fee often costs more than the next tier once you have regular sales.
  • Making clinical claims. "This course treats ADHD" is a claim you cannot support. Describe skills and outcomes in coaching terms, and state when you refer.
  • Storing clinical records in the wrong tool. If you are also a licensed clinician and need HIPAA-covered records, use a tool that signs a BAA for that work; coaching platforms like Coachful do not.
  • Streaks with no restart. Design a "welcome back" path so a broken streak is a pause, not a verdict. Our roundup of habit tracking apps for ADHD coaches covers this in more detail.

Which course platform should ADHD coaches choose?

Choose Coachful if your course is part of coaching: lessons plus daily check-ins, habits, group calls and 1:1 sessions, all in one client app, with a coach view that flags who has gone quiet. Coachful is a coaching platform for coaches who deliver programs, from solo coaches to small teams; it is not HIPAA-certified, not a course marketplace and has no PayPal. To start, take a free trial and ask the team to build your first course outline, program or sales page through the free white-glove service.

Choose LearnWorlds if interactive video is the heart of your product. Choose Kajabi if you run a large, content-led business with launches. Choose Systeme.io or Stan Store if budget or a social audience is the deciding factor today, knowing you will add tools later. You can compare more options on our comparison hub.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best course platform for ADHD coaches?

For coaches who combine a course with ongoing accountability, Coachful ranks first because it pairs drip courses with daily check-ins, habits, booking and community in one client app. If you only sell self-paced video, LearnWorlds is the strongest course engine on this list. The right choice depends on how much of your work happens between lessons.

Do ADHD clients really finish online courses?

Completion depends heavily on course design and follow-up, for any learner. Short lessons, one action per lesson, weekly drip, reminders outside the course and a coach who notices drop-off all help. We do not cite a completion rate here because we have not found a reliable figure specific to ADHD coaching courses.

Is Coachful's white-glove build service really free?

Yes. It is free on every plan. You describe what you want, such as a course outline with written material, a program, a funnel or a website, attach up to 8 links and 10 files, and the team builds it in your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing.

Can I sell an ADHD course as a treatment?

No. Coaching is not treatment, and a course should not claim to diagnose or treat ADHD. Describe the skills you teach, state your scope in your sales page and agreement, and refer clients to a doctor, psychiatrist or psychologist for assessment, medication or mental health concerns.

Which platform is cheapest for a first ADHD mini course?

Systeme.io has a free plan with one course and 500 students, and 0% transaction fees, as listed in October 2026. Stan Store's Creator plan is $29/mo for selling from a link in bio. Both leave check-ins, habits and client records to other tools.

Do I need a mobile app for ADHD clients?

It helps, because a phone is where reminders and quick check-ins get seen. Coachful's client app carries your branding inside the Coachful app. Teachable offers student apps, while Thinkific and LearnWorlds sell branded apps as add-ons.

Can I run body-doubling or co-working sessions on these platforms?

In Coachful, you can host video events and group calls inside the community, with cohort groups created automatically on program enrollment. Most course-only platforms rely on a linked Zoom or similar tool, which works but adds another place for clients to find the link.

Is Coachful HIPAA-compliant?

No. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. It is built for coaching, not clinical care.

Can I move my existing course from Kajabi or Teachable?

Coachful imports clients, programs and content for you during onboarding, and the white-glove team can rebuild pages such as your homepage or sales page. You can also export your data later as a ZIP, including your roster, notes, check-ins and sessions, and export courses.

Does Coachful take a cut of my course sales?

No. Coachful has charged a 0% platform fee since August 2026. You pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing on each sale (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients).
