Best Scheduling Software for ADHD Coaches: 10 Picks (2026)

The best scheduling software for ADHD coaches is the tool that gets clients to the call, on time, already paid, with the context you need in front of you. For ADHD coaching that means more than a booking link: layered reminders across channels, prepaid session packages so nobody has to remember to rebook, short intake questions, automatic time-zone handling, and something that keeps the client moving between sessions, because that is where most of the work happens.
Our pick is Coachful, ranked #1 below. It joins booking, reminders, payments, agreements and between-session check-ins and habits in one login, with one branded app for the client. We make Coachful, so we have ranked it on criteria we state openly, and every other tool is described from what its vendor documents, with prices as listed in October 2026. If you want the general version of this guide first, read the best scheduling software for coaches; this article is the ADHD-specific cut.
What do ADHD coaches need from scheduling software?
ADHD coaches need a booking system that removes friction for clients who struggle with time, memory and follow-through. The calendar is the easy part. The hard part is everything around it: the reminder that lands at the right moment, the package that saves a client from rebooking, and the link that is already in the invite.
Here is what that looks like in a real ADHD coaching practice:
- Reminders on more than one channel. A single email the day before is easy to miss. Clients who live in their messages respond better to a text the day before and a quick nudge an hour out. Look for SMS and messaging reminders, not only email.
- Packages and session credits. Many ADHD coaches sell 8 or 12 session packages, or weekly coaching plus short accountability calls. If every session requires a fresh booking and a fresh payment, the rebooking step is exactly where clients drop off.
- Payment at booking. Taking payment upfront protects your calendar and removes a second admin task (paying an invoice later) that ADHD clients often postpone.
- Short intake questions. Ask what is going on, what they have tried and what support they already have. Keep it brief; a long questionnaire before a first call is its own barrier.
- Time zones handled for them. Time blindness plus a mismatched time zone is a reliable recipe for a missed call. Booking pages should detect the visitor's zone automatically.
- Video links created automatically. The join link should be in the confirmation and the reminder, not in a separate email the client has to find.
- Buffers and minimum notice. Coaches with ADHD themselves (many are) benefit from buffers between calls and rules that stop someone booking a slot ten minutes from now.
- What happens after the booking. The session is one hour a week. Daily check-ins, habit tracking and a visible next step are what turn insight into follow-through. A scheduler that ends at "booked" leaves that to a second, third and fourth tool.
A note on scope: ADHD coaching supports planning, routines and accountability. It is not diagnosis or treatment. Questions about diagnosis, medication, or co-occurring anxiety, depression or substance use belong with a licensed clinician, and a good intake form makes it easy to spot when to refer. The National Institute of Mental Health's ADHD overview and the CDC's ADHD pages are useful, neutral references to share with clients. None of the general booking tools below, and not Coachful either, is a clinical records system; Coachful is not HIPAA-certified.

How did we choose and rank these tools?
We started from the ADHD coaching workflow above and scored each tool against it using what vendors document on their own sites and pricing pages in October 2026. We did not run hands-on trials of every tool; where something is not documented, we say so. Prices are as listed by each vendor and can change.
Two things moved tools up or down more than anything else. First, reminder depth: whether a tool sends text or messaging reminders, and on which plan. Second, what exists after the booking. A dedicated scheduler can be excellent at booking and still leave you paying for a client portal, a habit tracker, a contract tool and an email platform on top. For ADHD clients, every extra app is another login to forget, so fewer tools counts as a feature, not just a cost saving.
Tools that are full coaching platforms (Paperbell, Practice Better) sit mid-table: they cover more than booking, but they were not built around daily follow-through. Pure schedulers rank by how well they handle reminders, packages and payment.
1. Coachful: why is it the best overall for ADHD coaches?
Coachful is the best fit because the booking is only the start of what it does. A client books a session, pays, signs the coaching agreement, gets reminders by email, text and WhatsApp, joins via an auto-created video link, and then works through daily check-ins and habits in the same branded app until the next call. You see all of it on one client record.

On the booking side, Coachful's booking pages support availability rules, buffers between sessions, minimum notice and automatic time-zone detection. Calendars sync two ways with Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook, so a dentist appointment you add on your phone blocks the slot. Each session gets a link from Coachful's built-in video or an auto-created Zoom, Google Meet or Teams link.

Reminders are where ADHD coaches will notice the difference. Coachful sends email reminders, and once messaging is enabled it adds an SMS reminder 24 hours before and a WhatsApp reminder 1 hour before. That one-hour nudge is the reminder that catches the client who remembered yesterday and forgot this morning.
Packages work through paid sessions and session credits. You can sell a 12-session package once and let the client book from their credits, rather than asking them to pay each time. Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, with one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, coupons, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Coachful charges a 0% platform fee, so you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing. Intake questions can be attached to the booking itself, and the answers land on the client record next to their goals and notes.
The client sees their next session, their programs and any pre-session task in one hub. If you want a short reflection before each call ("What got in the way this week?"), you can make it required, so the client arrives with something to talk about.

Between sessions, Coachful gives you multi-week programs with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. For ADHD clients, a two-question morning check-in and a visible streak often do more than a long weekly session. The client record shows a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk, so you can see who has gone silent before they miss a call. Read more on this side of the work in our guide to client accountability portals for ADHD coaches.

Discovery calls get their own view. The Intakes page tracks booked intake calls, upcoming calls and conversions, so you can see whether your free consultation is turning into paying clients. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and stay on the client record. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, briefs you before each session from live practice data and can summarize recorded sessions, which helps when you run back-to-back calls.

This short walkthrough shows how scheduling works inside Coachful:
Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, choose "We'll build it for you · FREE", describe what you want, and attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as your logo, photos or existing copy. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. For an ADHD coach that could be a booking funnel for a free 20-minute consultation, an intake form, a welcome email sequence, or a 12-week program outline. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. It does not include recording videos, logo design or ad management. Details are in our white-glove service guide.
What Coachful is and is not. Coachful is a coaching platform for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions, from solo coaches to small teams replacing four to six tools. It includes booking, payments, contracts, programs with habits and check-ins, courses, community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. It is not HIPAA-certified and is not for clinical records or insurance billing, it does not take PayPal, it has no permanent free plan, and the client app runs under the Coachful listing with your branding rather than your own App Store account. To start, take a free trial and request the white-glove build. Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients. More on the ADHD setup at Coachful for ADHD coaches and the scheduling feature page.
2. Acuity Scheduling: is it good for ADHD coaching intake?
Yes, Acuity is the strongest pure scheduler here for intake and packages. Owned by Squarespace, it combines appointment booking with intake forms, packages and memberships, which covers more of an ADHD coach's booking needs than most standalone tools.

The intake form support is the main draw. You can ask a few screening questions at booking (current support, what prompted them to look for coaching, preferred reminder channel) and have the answers attached to the appointment. Packages let a client buy a block of sessions and redeem them as they book, which removes the payment step from every rebooking. Payments run through your own Stripe, Square, PayPal or Venmo account with no Acuity fee mentioned on the pricing page.
Pricing as listed in October 2026: Starter $20/mo ($16/mo annual) for 1 calendar, Standard $34/mo ($27/mo annual) for up to 6 calendars, Premium $69/mo ($55/mo annual) for up to 36 calendars, and a custom Enterprise tier. Every plan has a 7-day free trial with no credit card. For an ADHD practice, the catch is that text reminders start on Standard, so a solo coach who wants SMS nudges is paying $34 a month (or $27 annually) rather than $20. A HIPAA BAA is only available on Premium.
What Acuity does not do is anything after the appointment. There is no client portal for programs, habits, check-ins or messaging, and no courses, community, website builder or email marketing. A typical Acuity-based ADHD practice adds a habit app, a messaging channel and a contract tool, which means more logins for clients who already struggle to keep track of apps. On Trustpilot, Acuity shows 3.6 from 687 reviews (seen October 2026). Our Acuity Scheduling pricing breakdown goes plan by plan.
Pick it over Coachful if you only need booking with intake forms and packages, you already have a portal you like for between-session work, or you need a BAA and will pay for Premium.
3. Calendly: is the most familiar booking link enough?
Calendly is enough if all you need is a clean booking link that clients already recognize. Familiarity has real value with ADHD clients: a page they have used before is one less thing to figure out.

Calendly handles booking pages, reminders and workflows, and paid bookings through your own Stripe or PayPal account with no Calendly fee documented. Calendar connections keep your availability current. Booking questions let you collect a few answers before the call.
As listed in October 2026, the Free plan allows 1 event type, 1 calendar connection and 1:1 scheduling. Standard is $10/mo per seat billed annually, with up to 6 calendar connections and unlimited event types; the monthly price was not shown on the pricing page. Teams is $16/mo per seat annually, and Teams Plus $24/mo per seat annually. Enterprise starts at $15k a year with a 50-seat minimum. The free trial was not stated on the pricing page when we checked; an older profile listed a 14-day Teams trial without a card.
For ADHD coaching specifically, the Free plan's single event type is the limiting factor. Most ADHD coaches want at least a free consultation, a full coaching session and a short accountability check-in, which means Standard. Calendly also stops at the booking: no client records, notes, programs, habits or check-ins, no contracts or invoicing, and no intake questionnaire beyond booking questions. Pricing is per seat, so each coach you add pays separately. Trustpilot shows 4.1 from 714 reviews (seen October 2026).
Pick it over Coachful if you coach in short engagements, your clients book through an employer or clinic that already standardizes on Calendly, or you want a free single event type while you test demand.
4. Cal.com: what does the free individual plan give an ADHD coach?
Quite a lot. Cal.com's pricing page, checked in October 2026, lists a free-forever individual plan for one user with unlimited event types and calendars, email and SMS notifications, more than 100 integrations, and Stripe and PayPal payments. For a solo ADHD coach testing a new offer, that is a generous free tier.
Cal.com is a scheduler with a developer-friendly, open approach, and its free plan covers more of the booking basics than Calendly's. Unlimited event types mean you can set up a free consultation, a coaching session and a short check-in call without paying. Text notifications on a free plan are unusual among the tools in this list; confirm in your account which countries and volumes are covered before relying on them as your main reminder channel.
Pricing as listed: Individuals free; Teams $12 per user per month billed yearly with a 14-day free trial, adding shared availability, round-robin, managed and collective event types, routing forms, branding removal and booking analytics; Organizations $28 per user per month billed yearly with a 14-day trial, adding sub-teams, SSO and compliance features the page describes as SOC 2, HIPAA and ISO 27001; and a custom Enterprise tier. The free plan shows Cal.com branding on your booking page.
The limit is the same as every pure scheduler. Cal.com does not document client records, packages of sessions sold as credits, coaching programs, habits, check-ins or contracts. Two-way Salesforce and HubSpot sync point to its sales-team audience rather than coaching. ADHD coaches who use it typically pair it with a separate portal and messaging tool. We could not find a vendor-reported review score to cite.
Pick it over Coachful if you want a no-cost scheduler with payments and notifications today, you are comfortable stitching other tools together, or you need routing forms that send each lead to a different coach.
5. Paperbell: how does a coach-built admin tool compare?
Paperbell is built for coaches, which shows. It bundles booking, packages, payments, contracts, a client portal and a simple website in one price, so an ADHD coach selling a 12-session package can take payment, send the agreement and schedule sessions without a second tool.

Packages are Paperbell's strength. A client buys a package and books sessions against it, and contracts are signed as part of checkout. The pricing page says there are no additional transaction fees; Stripe and PayPal processing still applies. The single plan covers unlimited clients, sessions, files, packages and traffic.
Pricing as listed in October 2026: one plan at $97/mo or $80.83/mo billed annually. There is a "Try For Free" button; the trial length is not on the pricing page (an older help-center profile from July 2026 described a 7-day trial with the public site offline and client messages and SMS off). A 30-day money-back guarantee is listed.
For ADHD clients, the gaps are on the follow-through side. Paperbell, per our older profile of it, has no goal or habit tracking, no courses or community, and no native mobile app, only the mobile browser. That matters when your clients are most likely to engage from a phone notification. It is a strong admin tool and a lighter accountability tool. Trustpilot shows 3.5 from 14 reviews (seen October 2026). We compare it against nine options in Paperbell alternatives for ADHD coaches.
Pick it over Coachful if you mostly sell session packages, your clients do their between-session work elsewhere, and you want a single flat price that does not change with client count.
6. Practice Better: when does a practice-management tool make sense?
Practice Better makes sense when your ADHD coaching sits next to clinical wellness work, for example if you share clients with a nutritionist or work inside a wellness practice. It is practice management for wellness and nutrition practitioners: scheduling, telehealth, charting, billing, programs and a client portal.

The breadth is real. You get online booking, video sessions, notes, invoicing and client programs in one account, and payments run through Practice Better Payments, powered by Stripe (rates not listed on the pricing page). For an ADHD coach, programs can carry a client through a structured sequence between calls.
Pricing as listed in October 2026: Sprout free for 3 clients and 1 practitioner; Starter $35/mo ($25/mo annual) for 10 clients; Professional $69/mo ($59/mo annual) for 300 clients; Plus $99/mo ($89/mo annual) for unlimited clients and 3 admins; Team $155/mo ($145/mo annual) for 2 practitioners, up to 200 at $50 each. Trials run 30 days on Team and 14 days on other paid plans.
The plan structure is the thing to watch. Evergreen programs, portal branding, a custom URL and SMS all start on Plus at $99 a month, so an ADHD coach who wants text reminders and a branded portal is on the upper tiers quickly. There is no website builder or funnel pages, per our older profile, and below Team each account has one practitioner. The charting tools are more clinical than most coaches need. Trustpilot shows 3.8 from 87 reviews (seen October 2026).
Pick it over Coachful if you work within a clinical wellness practice, need charting-style notes, or already share a Practice Better account with other practitioners.
7. TimeTuna: are branded booking pages worth it?
TimeTuna is worth a look if the booking page itself is part of your brand. Its homepage lists coaches first among its audiences, and even the free plan includes unlimited booking pages, video backgrounds, two-way Google, Microsoft and iCal sync, and auto-created Meet, Teams and Zoom links.

For ADHD clients, a calm, attractive booking page can lower the "I'll do it later" resistance a little, and auto-created video links mean one fewer thing to find. Custom intake form fields and a custom domain start on Pro. Charging for sessions through Stripe requires the Executive plan. TimeTuna states no fee of its own on paid bookings; Stripe processing still applies.
Pricing as listed in October 2026, read from the site's USD price table: Free; Pro $11.5/mo ($5.83/mo annual) for a single user; Executive $23/mo ($11.67/mo annual) with team sharing for up to 6 people; and a white-label tier at $116.67/mo billed yearly only. Pro and Executive have a 14-day free trial. The homepage rendered prices in euros for us, so check the checkout currency. There was no review-site profile to cite.
The limits are the usual scheduler limits plus a few more. TimeTuna's own comparison page lists client packages and programs and contracts as "Coming soon", so selling a 10-session ADHD package is not documented today. There are no courses, community or client portal. You would still need a separate place for check-ins and habits.
Pick it over Coachful if a beautifully branded booking page is your priority, you take payment elsewhere, and your between-session support runs through another tool.
8. Setmore: can a free team scheduler cover an ADHD practice?
It can cover the calendar for a small team on a budget. Setmore's free plan allows up to 4 users with unlimited appointments, which suits a pair of ADHD coaches sharing an admin.

Setmore is an appointment scheduling app with a booking page, reminders and payments. The free plan sends one email reminder and no SMS, and it does not include two-way calendar sync. For ADHD clients that combination is weak: one email and a calendar that may not reflect your real availability. Pro fixes most of this, with 500 SMS credits per user per month.
Pricing as listed in October 2026: Free $0 for up to 4 users; Pro $12/mo per user, or $5/mo per user billed annually, with unlimited users; and a custom Enterprise tier. Pro can be tried "risk-free for 30 days" with a refund on request; the pricing page does not say whether a card is required. Setmore's own fee is not shown; processor rates apply. Trustpilot shows 4.9 from 3,274 reviews (seen October 2026), the highest score in this list.
There is nothing after the booking. Setmore has no client programs, habits, check-ins, courses or community, and the pricing page shows no contract or invoicing workflow. Package selling is not documented on the pricing page either, so confirm it before you build an offer around it.
Pick it over Coachful if you need a no-cost or very cheap shared calendar for a few coaches and you are happy to handle packages, contracts and between-session support elsewhere.
9. TidyCal: is a low-cost booking tool enough for packages?
TidyCal is enough for paid bookings and simple packages at a very low price. It is an AppSumo product with unlimited booking types and bookings on the free plan.

For an ADHD coach just starting, TidyCal covers paid sessions and packages without a large monthly cost. The free plan supports one readable and one writable calendar and basic integrations (Google, Office 365, Apple). Pro adds unlimited calendar connections and unlimited SMS reminders, which is the piece ADHD coaches will care about most.
Pricing as listed in October 2026: Free; Individual and Agency lifetime deals (10 readable calendars; Agency adds 10 SMS reminders a month in the US and Canada); and Pro at $12/mo or $8.25/mo billed annually. The detail to watch: TidyCal takes a 1% platform fee on Stripe payments on the Free and Lifetime plans, and 0% on Pro. If you sell packages through it, that 1% adds up, so Pro usually makes sense once you are charging. No trial is stated; the free plan serves that role.
TidyCal has no client records, notes, programs, habits or check-ins, and no courses, community, website builder or email marketing. Trustpilot shows 3.1 from 182 reviews (seen October 2026). Our list of the cheapest scheduling software for coaches covers it alongside other budget options.
Pick it over Coachful if cost is the deciding factor, you want unlimited SMS reminders for about the price of lunch, and you have another home for client follow-through.
10. Calendon: what is the simplest paid booking link?
Calendon is the simplest of the ten: a booking link that can take payment upfront. Its Pro plan is aimed at coaches, freelancers and professionals, and the homepage pitches selling coaching sessions paid in advance.

The free plan gives you 3 services (event types), 2 schedules, unlimited bookings and one custom question per service, with a "Powered by Calendon" badge on the booking page. Intake questions support text, dropdowns and checkboxes, unlimited on Pro. Two-way Google Calendar sync is included, and booking links do not work for guests until Google Calendar is connected. Microsoft Outlook and Teams show as "Coming soon" in the app.
Pricing as listed in October 2026: Free; Pro $5/mo or $4/mo billed annually, with unlimited services, schedules and questions. Payments, reminder emails and Zoom are Pro-only; Google Meet links work on Free. Calendon states 0% commission, so your booking revenue goes to your Stripe account minus Stripe's processing fee. The FAQ mentions a free trial on Pro without stating its length on the pricing page.
For ADHD coaching the gap is reminders: email reminders are Pro-only and we found no SMS reminders documented. There are no packages, client records or between-session tools documented either. It is a clean, cheap way to take paid bookings and little else.
Pick it over Coachful if you need a paid booking link this afternoon for a few dollars a month and you run on Google Calendar.
How do the features compare side by side?
This matrix covers the features that matter most for ADHD coaching. "Plan-dependent" means the feature exists but not on every plan; check the vendor's pricing page.

What does each tool cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?
Most schedulers price per seat, so the cost does not rise with clients; Practice Better and Coachful's lower plans cap clients instead. The figures below are list prices in October 2026 for one coach, using the plan that includes text reminders and payment where one exists. They cover scheduling only; a pure scheduler usually needs a separate portal, habit app and contract tool on top.
| Tool | 5 clients | 15 clients | 40 clients | What else you still need |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients | Nothing for booking, check-ins, habits, contracts or email |
| Acuity Scheduling (Standard, for SMS) | $34/mo ($27 annual) | $34/mo ($27 annual) | $34/mo ($27 annual) | Portal, habit tracking, contracts |
| Calendly (Standard) | $10/mo annual | $10/mo annual | $10/mo annual | Portal, habit tracking, contracts, invoicing |
| Cal.com (Individual) | $0 | $0 | $0 | Portal, habit tracking, contracts |
| Paperbell | $97/mo ($80.83 annual) | $97/mo ($80.83 annual) | $97/mo ($80.83 annual) | Habit and goal tracking |
| Practice Better | $35/mo Starter (SMS needs Plus, $99) | $69/mo Professional (SMS needs Plus, $99) | $69/mo Professional (SMS needs Plus, $99) | Website, funnels |
| TimeTuna (Executive, for payments) | $23/mo ($11.67 annual) | $23/mo ($11.67 annual) | $23/mo ($11.67 annual) | Packages, portal, contracts |
| Setmore (Pro) | $12/mo ($5 annual) | $12/mo ($5 annual) | $12/mo ($5 annual) | Portal, habit tracking, contracts |
| TidyCal (Pro) | $12/mo ($8.25 annual) | $12/mo ($8.25 annual) | $12/mo ($8.25 annual) | Portal, habit tracking, contracts |
| Calendon (Pro) | $5/mo ($4 annual) | $5/mo ($4 annual) | $5/mo ($4 annual) | SMS reminders, packages, portal |
Payment processing (Stripe, Square, PayPal or Razorpay) is extra in every row. The honest comparison is the total stack: a cheap scheduler plus a habit app, a contract tool, an email platform and a client portal often costs more, and asks your clients to manage more apps, than one platform. Our guide to habit tracking apps for ADHD coaches shows what that second tool usually costs.
How does an ADHD coach set up scheduling in Coachful, step by step?
Here is a worked example. The numbers are illustrative, not a pricing recommendation: an ADHD coach sells a 12-week package with a weekly 50-minute session and an optional 15-minute midweek accountability call.
- Connect your calendar. Link Google, Apple/iCloud or Outlook so two-way sync blocks personal appointments automatically.
- Connect payments. Link your Stripe Connect or Razorpay account. Turn on Apple Pay and Google Pay so clients can pay in two taps instead of finding a card.
- Create three session types. A free 20-minute consultation with minimum notice of 24 hours; a 50-minute coaching session; a 15-minute accountability call. Add a 15-minute buffer after the 50-minute sessions so you are not running late into the next client.
- Choose video. Use Coachful's built-in video or let it auto-create Zoom, Meet or Teams links so the link is in every confirmation and reminder.
- Add three intake questions to the consultation. For example: "What would you like to be different in three months?", "What support do you already have (clinician, medication management, therapist)?" and "Which reminder works best for you: email, text or WhatsApp?" Keep it short. The second question helps you spot when a client needs a clinical referral alongside coaching.
- Turn on messaging reminders. Enable messaging so clients get the SMS reminder 24 hours before and the WhatsApp reminder 1 hour before, on top of email.
- Build the package as an offer with session credits. Sell the 12-week package once (in full or as a payment plan) and let clients book sessions from their credits.
- Attach the coaching agreement. Send it for e-signature before the first call, with your scope line: coaching, not diagnosis or treatment.
- Add the between-session layer. Enroll the client in a program with a two-question morning check-in, an evening check-in and two or three habits. Add a required pre-session reflection so they arrive with notes.
- Watch status, not just the calendar. When a client moves to quiet or at risk, send a short message before the next session rather than waiting for a no-show.
If you would rather not build this yourself, request it through the free white-glove service and attach your existing offer copy and intake questions.

What mistakes should ADHD coaches avoid with scheduling software?
- Relying on one email reminder. It is the default in many free plans and the least likely to work for ADHD clients. Layer channels and timings.
- Making every session a new purchase. Pay-per-session booking adds a payment decision every week. Packages and credits remove it.
- Long intake forms before the first call. Ask three to five questions at booking; save the deep intake for the session itself.
- Too many apps for the client. A booking tool, a portal, a habit app and a messaging app are four places to forget. Count logins from the client's side.
- No buffers. Back-to-back calls with no gap lead to overruns and late starts, which ADHD clients notice and sometimes mirror.
- Collecting clinical information you cannot protect. General coaching tools, Coachful included, are not clinical record systems. Keep diagnosis and medication details out of booking forms, and refer clinical questions to the client's clinician.
- Choosing on monthly price alone. Compare the whole stack at 15 clients, not the scheduler at one.
What is our verdict?
For most ADHD coaches, Coachful is the best choice because ADHD coaching does not end when the session is booked. It covers booking with time-zone detection, layered email, SMS and WhatsApp reminders, packages and session credits, payment at booking, intake questions and agreements, then carries the client through daily check-ins and habits in one branded app. The free white-glove build removes most of the setup.
Acuity Scheduling is the best pure scheduler for intake and packages, and Calendly and Cal.com are good free or low-cost links if you already have a home for client follow-through. Paperbell and Practice Better are full platforms with different strengths: Paperbell for package admin, Practice Better for clinical wellness settings. TimeTuna, Setmore, TidyCal and Calendon are budget schedulers that work best as one part of a larger stack. Frequently asked questions
What is the best scheduling software for ADHD coaches?
Coachful ranks first because it combines booking, layered reminders, packages, payments and between-session check-ins and habits in one login. If you only need a booking link, Acuity Scheduling is the strongest pure scheduler for intake forms and packages. Calendly and Cal.com are good free starting points.
Do ADHD clients really need SMS or WhatsApp reminders?
Not every client, but many coaches find email alone is easy to miss. A text the day before and a short message an hour before cover both planning and the moment of leaving. Ask clients at intake which channel works for them.
Should ADHD coaches sell packages or single sessions?
Packages usually suit ADHD coaching better, because rebooking and paying every week is a step clients postpone. Session credits let clients book from a prepaid balance. Some coaches also offer a single paid session as a low-commitment first step.
Can I collect diagnosis or medication details in my booking form?
It is better not to. General coaching and scheduling tools are not clinical record systems, and Coachful is not HIPAA-certified. Ask whether the client has clinical support in place, and refer diagnosis or medication questions to their clinician.
Which scheduler handles time zones best for remote ADHD clients?
Coachful detects the visitor's time zone on its booking pages; for the other tools, test a booking from a different zone before you rely on it. The bigger factor is whether reminders show the time in the client's zone and include the video link, so check both.
What is Coachful's free white-glove service?
It is a build service included on every plan. You describe what you want (a booking funnel, intake form, program or website), attach up to 8 links and 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include video recording, logo design or ad management.
Is Calendly enough for an ADHD coaching practice?
It is enough for booking, and its Free plan suits a single event type. Most ADHD coaches need several session types, so Standard is the realistic plan. Calendly has no client records, check-ins, habits or contracts, so you will need other tools for the work between sessions.
Can I run group accountability or body-doubling sessions through these tools?
Calendly, Cal.com and Setmore support team and multi-user scheduling on paid plans. Coachful adds group calls, webinars, video events and cohort groups created automatically on program enrollment, so a body-doubling group can live next to your 1:1 clients.
Does Coachful work for ADHD coaches who are on a team?
Yes. Team plans add coach seats with per-coach availability and staff permissions, and multi-coach session types can assign bookings by round-robin or least-busy. It does not offer routing forms that pick a coach from form answers.
