Top 7 Mighty Networks Alternatives That Cost Less in 2026

Top 7 Mighty Networks Alternatives That Cost Less in 2026

The best Mighty Networks alternatives that cost less are the ones that replace what you actually use, not just the community feed. Mighty Networks' Launch plan is listed at $95 a month billed monthly, or $79 a month on annual billing, plus a 2% transaction fee on what you sell (as listed in October 2026). For a coach, that figure rarely covers everything: 1:1 booking, coaching agreements and invoices still live in other tools. So the deciding question is simple. Which platform lowers your total monthly bill for the way you coach?

For most coaches who run programs, our pick is Coachful, because it puts booking, payments, agreements, programs with habits and check-ins, courses, a community and a website under one login, with a 0% platform fee. We make Coachful, so weigh that, and read the six other options below: some of them are cheaper on paper and fit specific situations better, and we say so.

This guide is the budget-focused companion to our broader roundup of Mighty Networks alternatives. It ranks seven tools by scenario, shows listed prices with dates, and adds up what a real coaching stack costs at 5, 15 and 40 clients.

Which cheaper Mighty Networks alternative fits your situation?

Start with the scenario closest to yours. Every price below is as listed in October 2026; annual-billing prices are shown in brackets where the vendor lists them.

What does Mighty Networks really cost a coach?

On its own, Mighty Networks costs $95 to $215 a month billed monthly for the Launch and Scale plans, plus a 0.5% to 2% platform fee and Stripe processing. The pricing page cards show $79, $179 and $354 "per month"; Mighty's help docs confirm those are annual-billing prices, and the Growth plan has no published monthly-billed price (as listed in October 2026).

  • Launch: $95/month billed monthly, or $79/month billed annually ($950 a year). 3 hosts, 10 moderators, 200 GB storage, 20 hours of livestream a month for up to 100 attendees. 2% transaction fee.
  • Scale: $215/month billed monthly, or $179/month billed annually. Adds more automations, APIs and MCP access, Kit, Zapier and affiliate integrations, and member export with tags. 1% transaction fee.
  • Growth: $354/month on annual billing. 10 hosts, priority support, migration services. 0.5% transaction fee.
  • Mighty Pro: custom pricing. This is the only tier with your own branded iOS and Android apps.

Mighty Networks is genuinely good at what it was built for. Every paid plan includes community, courses, events, its AI Cohost and People Magic features, a custom domain and free Mighty-branded member apps. A 14-day trial runs with Growth features and no credit card. If you run a large membership and your members live in the feed, it is a strong product.

The cost question gets sharper for coaches. Mighty Networks has no 1:1 scheduling, no invoicing and no coaching contracts, and it has no per-client habits, check-ins or private coaching plans. So a coach on Launch typically adds a booking tool, an e-signature tool and sometimes a separate habit or check-in app, each with its own subscription. Our full Mighty Networks pricing breakdown walks through each plan, and this guide to coaching software costs covers the hidden line items most comparisons skip. On Trustpilot, Mighty Networks held a 3.3 score from 219 reviews when we checked on 25 October 2026.

Thinking of launching your coaching business?

Answer a few questions and Coachful builds it around you: your website, programs, booking and payments. Ready in minutes.

Build your platform

How did we rank these alternatives?

We ranked on four things a coach pays for, in this order: one login for the whole client journey, delivery between sessions (habits, check-ins, programs), total stack cost including platform fees and the tools you would still need, and setup effort, including whether someone will build it for you.

We did not test these tools hands-on for this article. Prices, limits and fees come from each vendor's own pricing pages and help docs as listed in October 2026, and we note where a detail comes from an older profile. Each entry opens with the scenario it wins and ends with when to choose it over Coachful.

1. Coachful: best overall for coaches who sell more than a community

A laptop showing program-linked groups next to a tablet showing a client's coaching progress page
Coachful's demo Squads view on a laptop beside a client's My Coaching progress page on a tablet.

Coachful wins when your Mighty Networks space is really a coaching practice in disguise: clients join a program, book 1:1 calls, sign an agreement, pay in instalments and need nudges between sessions. One subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. The coach has one login; the client gets one branded app.

The community you are leaving, rebuilt around clients

Coachful includes a community feed, group chat, direct messages and video events, plus group calls and webinars. The part Mighty Networks users tend to notice first is that cohort groups are created automatically when someone enrolls in a program, so a new client lands in the right group without a moderator adding them. Our Coachful vs Mighty Networks community comparison goes deeper on the feed itself, and the group coaching software page shows how cohorts are set up.

What happens between sessions

This is the gap Mighty Networks leaves open. Coachful runs multi-week programs with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. Every client record holds goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, with a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk, so you can spot a client drifting before they cancel.

Here is a short walkthrough of how check-ins are set up and what clients see.

Booking, agreements and payments without extra subscriptions

Booking pages support availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendar sync. Calls run on built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links. Email reminders are included, and SMS (24 hours before) and WhatsApp (1 hour before) reminders work once messaging is enabled. You can sell paid sessions and session credits and ask intake questions at booking. See the scheduling software page for the details.

Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and are stored on the client record (more on the coaching contracts page). Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and Stripe Tax, with an invoice per transaction. Since August 2026 Coachful takes a 0% platform fee, so you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing. On Mighty's Launch plan, the 2% fee alone grows with every sale.

Courses, website and AI in the same membership

Courses with modules, lessons, drip and completion tracking, plus downloads, videos, books and events, are delivered into the client's branded home and app. A section-based website builder with a blog, custom domain and 30 designed homepage templates sits alongside booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels, and email lists with multi-step sequences. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data: it drafts emails, builds programs, summarizes recorded sessions and briefs you before calls. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits.

Where Coachful falls short of Mighty Networks

Be clear about the trade-offs. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account, which matters if a fully white-label app is a requirement (on Mighty Networks that requires custom-priced Mighty Pro). Coachful has no PayPal, no permanent free plan, and it is not a course marketplace. It is not HIPAA-certified, so clinical records belong elsewhere. The affiliate tool tracks links, clicks, conversions and revenue, but payouts are recorded manually. If your business is a 5,000-member paid community with almost no 1:1 work, Mighty's livestream allowances and community depth may serve you better.

What it costs

Plans are flat and monthly; lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited, and team plans add coach seats. Monthly plans cancel in one click, and there is a free trial. Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. Moving off Mighty Networks is usually the expensive part, in hours rather than dollars. On every plan, you can go to Create and choose "We'll build it for you · FREE", describe what you need (a website, a funnel, a program, a course outline, an email sequence, a coaching flow), attach up to 8 reference links and 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake testimonials, credentials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. One recent example: a real-estate and money coach got a year-long cohort program with an application form, an eight-page site and a free nine-day bootcamp funnel. Video recording, logo design and ad management are not included. Read more about the free white-glove build service.

Clients, programs and content are also imported for you during onboarding, and a full client data export as a ZIP is available any time, so you are not locked in the way you may feel on a platform where posts are not bulk-exportable.

2. Systeme.io: best when the budget is close to zero

If you are leaving Mighty Networks because you cannot justify any monthly fee yet, Systeme.io is the cheapest serious option in this list. Its free plan never expires and needs no credit card, and it carries 0% transaction fees on every plan, including the free one (as listed in October 2026).

Systeme.io homepage promoting its all-in-one funnels, email and course platform
Systeme.io's homepage in October 2026.

What a coach gets for the money

Systeme.io is a low-cost all-in-one marketing suite: funnels, email, courses, a community, a blog and an affiliate program. The listed plans are:

  • Free, $0: 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course, 500 students, 1 blog, 1 custom domain, 1 automation rule and 1 email campaign.
  • Startup, $17/month: 5,000 contacts, 10 funnels, 5 courses.
  • Webinar, $47/month: 10,000 contacts, 50 funnels, 20 courses.
  • Unlimited, $97/month: unlimited contacts, funnels, courses and automation rules.

For a coach who mostly used Mighty Networks to host a free community and a starter course as a lead magnet, the free plan plus a funnel can replace that role at no subscription cost. Systeme.io also had a 4.9 Trustpilot score from 8,696 reviews when checked on 25 October 2026.

The catch

According to our September 2026 profile, Systeme.io has no native 1:1 scheduling with client records, no habits or check-ins, and no branded mobile app, and its community and course features are basic. Members who are used to Mighty's app and live events will feel the difference. For 1:1 coaching you would still need a booking tool and an agreement tool, so the true monthly cost is Systeme.io plus whatever those cost. The free plan's single automation rule and single email campaign also run out quickly once you sell a real program.

Pick it over Coachful if you are pre-revenue, your offer is an unpaid community or a single course, and spending close to nothing this quarter matters more than having client delivery in one place.

3. Skool: the leanest swap for a community-first coach

Skool fits the coach whose Mighty Networks space is mostly a feed, a classroom and a calendar of live calls, and who wants the simplest possible version of that. Hobby is listed at $9 a month ($7.50 on annual billing), and Pro at $99 a month ($82.50 annual), both with unlimited members, courses, videos and live calls (as listed in October 2026).

Skool homepage introducing its community and classroom platform
Skool's homepage in October 2026.

Where Skool beats Mighty on cost, and where it does not

The subscription is cheaper, but the transaction fees change the maths. Payments run only through Skool Payments. On Hobby, Skool takes 10% + 30¢ on every transaction. On Pro, it takes 2.9% + 30¢ on payments up to $899 and 3.9% + 30¢ above $900. These include processing, unlike Mighty's 2%, which sits on top of Stripe. Fees are non-refundable, and payouts arrive weekly on Wednesdays in local currency.

In practice, Hobby only stays cheap while your sales are small. A coach selling $1,250 a month through Hobby pays $134 in subscription and percentage fees before the 30¢ per payment, against $120 for Mighty Launch billed monthly with its 2% fee (an illustrative example; Mighty's figure excludes Stripe processing). Pro is the sensible tier once you charge real money.

Limits to know before you move

Skool has no custom-domain website, no funnels, no email automation and no public API. There are no 1:1 client records, intake forms, habits or check-ins. Gamified leaderboards help engagement in large groups but do little for a private coaching client. Skool's trial length and card requirement were not stated on its pricing page or help FAQ when we checked, and it held a 1.6 Trustpilot score from 54 reviews on 25 October 2026. Our Skool vs Mighty Networks comparison covers the community features side by side.

Pick it over Coachful if your business is a single paid group with no 1:1 work, you never need your own website or email sequences, and a stripped-down, gamified feed is what your members want.

4. Podia: for coaches who sell a shelf of small products

Podia is the right call when your Mighty Networks network was really a shop: a course, a few downloads, a webinar and some coaching sessions sold one at a time. It is a simple storefront for courses, downloads, webinars, coaching sessions and a community.

Podia homepage presenting its storefront for courses, downloads and coaching
Podia's homepage in October 2026.

Plans and fees as listed

  • Mover, $49/month ($42 annual): 50 products, 500 videos, 25 community spaces, 100 email subscribers included. 5% Podia transaction fee.
  • Shaker, $99/month ($84 annual): 150 products, 1,000 videos, 100 spaces, 500 email subscribers, 1 assistant. 0% Podia fee.
  • Earthquaker, $179/month ($150 annual): unlimited products, videos, spaces and assistants; 1,000 email subscribers. 0% Podia fee.

Stripe or PayPal processing applies on top. The trial is 14 days with full access and no credit card or plan choice needed (as listed in October 2026). Mover is cheaper than Mighty Launch on subscription alone, but the 5% fee means it only stays cheaper than Shaker while you sell under $1,000 a month; above that, Shaker costs less.

Gaps for a coaching practice

The included email allowances are small: 100, 500 or 1,000 subscribers depending on plan, which a coach with a lead magnet can outgrow quickly. According to our September 2026 profile, Podia has no mobile app and no native video calls, so live sessions run on an outside tool. There are no client habits, check-ins or per-client plans. Podia held a 4.1 Trustpilot score from 153 reviews on 25 October 2026.

Pick it over Coachful if you sell mostly self-serve products and the occasional session, your list is small, and you want the plainest storefront you can set up in an afternoon.

Which one looks like you?

Coachful builds your coaching website from a few answers, in a design chosen for your niche, with programs, booking and payments ready behind it.

Build your platform

5. Teachable: when the course is the product

Choose Teachable if you joined Mighty Networks mainly to host a course, and the community was always secondary. It is a course and digital-product platform with student mobile apps, and its entry pricing sits well below Mighty's.

Teachable homepage presenting its course and digital product platform
Teachable's homepage in October 2026.

Listed pricing, October 2026

  • Starter, $39/month ($29 annual): 5 products, 1 admin, students listed as unlimited, up to 1 TB of video. 7.5% platform fee.
  • Builder, $89/month ($69 annual): 10 products, 1 admin. 0% platform fee.
  • Growth, $189/month ($139 annual): 50 products, 5 admins. 0% platform fee.

Teachable Payments processing is 2.9% + 30¢ for US cards and 3.9% + 30¢ internationally, with a $15 chargeback fee. Plan cards show a 7-day free trial plus a 30-day guarantee. The 7.5% Starter fee is steep: once monthly sales pass roughly $667, Builder is the cheaper plan.

What you give up

According to our September 2026 profile, Teachable has no native scheduling or calendar sync, so coaching calls rely on separate booking and video tools. It has no client habits, daily check-ins or per-client plans. If your Mighty members valued the live feed and events, plan for that loss. Teachable held a 3.3 Trustpilot score from 1,110 reviews on 25 October 2026.

Pick it over Coachful if you are a course creator first, you rarely coach 1:1, and a dedicated student app for a library of courses matters more to you than client programs and check-ins.

6. Ruzuku: small live cohorts on a free plan

Ruzuku suits a coach running a small, discussion-heavy cohort, five people at a time or fewer, who wants to stop paying a monthly fee for that. Its Free plan is "free forever" for up to 5 enrolled students at a time with no credit card, and every plan, including Free, has 0% transaction fees (read from Ruzuku's pricing page on 27 October 2026).

Ruzuku homepage presenting its online course platform
Ruzuku's homepage in October 2026.

What the plans include

Ruzuku is an online course platform whose audience includes coaches alongside creatives, nonprofits, consultants and teachers. The course builder handles video, audio, downloads, quizzes and discussions, with drip by enrollment date or fixed dates. Live video meetings are built in (up to 60 people in conference mode or 250 in presentation mode) and Zoom works too. Community discussions and direct messaging are on every plan. You can sell one-time, subscription and payment-plan access.

  • Free, $0: up to 5 students enrolled at a time; videos up to 2 GB; email course invitations need a paid plan.
  • Core, $99/month ($83.08 annual): unlimited students and courses; videos up to 2 GB; streaming up to 1080p.
  • Pro, $199/month ($166.42 annual): unlimited students and courses; videos up to 4 GB; 4K streaming.

Is it actually cheaper?

Only in two cases. On the Free plan, yes, by the full Mighty subscription. On Core, the subscription is slightly above Mighty Launch (both monthly and annual), so Ruzuku only comes out ahead once Mighty's 2% fee on your sales outweighs the few dollars' difference. Ruzuku also has no booking calendar, so 1:1 sessions need another tool. It offers a 30-day money-back guarantee instead of a time-limited trial.

Pick it over Coachful if you run one tiny cohort at a time, the course-plus-discussion format is the whole offer, and paying nothing until you outgrow five students is the priority.

7. Stan Store: paid calls from a link in bio

Stan Store fits the coach who sells from Instagram or TikTok and used Mighty Networks mostly as a place to deliver a small product. It is a link-in-bio storefront for digital products, courses, memberships and paid calls. Creator is listed at $29 a month ($25 annual) and Creator Pro at $99 a month ($79 annual), both with unlimited products and customers and a 0% Stan fee; Stripe or PayPal processing still applies (as listed in October 2026).

Stan Store homepage presenting its link-in-bio creator storefront
Stan Store's homepage in October 2026.

Why it is cheap, and what is missing

Stan keeps the scope narrow. Email marketing, upsells, discount codes and affiliates are only on the $99 Creator Pro plan, so the $29 tier is a storefront and little else. There are no contracts, invoices or client records; it is not a CRM. There are no programs with client tasks, habits or check-ins, and no team seats are advertised. A 14-day free trial is offered on either plan, and the first month is charged when it ends, per Stan's help center. Stan Store held a 4.7 Trustpilot score from 2,205 reviews on 25 October 2026.

Some coaches pair Stan's Creator plan with an annual Mighty Launch plan: Stan sells the call, Mighty hosts the community. That combination is in the example stacks below.

Pick it over Coachful if your sales happen in social bios, your offers are simple calls and downloads, and you do not need agreements, programs or client tracking yet.

How do the features compare side by side?

This matrix covers what coaches leaving Mighty Networks ask about most. "Not listed" means the feature is not part of the vendor's documented offer as of October 2026 or our September 2026 profile.

What will you pay at 5, 15 and 40 clients?

Subscription prices only tell half the story, because percentage fees grow with your sales. The table below uses an illustrative example: every client pays $250 a month, so monthly sales are $1,250, $3,750 and $10,000. Figures add the listed subscription (monthly billing) and the platform's own percentage fee. Standard Stripe or PayPal processing is excluded for every tool except Skool, whose fees already include processing.

Tool and plan5 clients15 clients40 clients
CoachfulLite: $29/month for up to 5 clientsSolo: $49/month for up to 20 clientsPro: $99/month with unlimited clients
Mighty Networks Launch (2% fee)$120$170$295
Systeme.io Startup (0% fee)$17$17$17

Teachable Builder (0% fee)$89$89$89
Ruzuku (Free up to 5, then Core)$0$99$99
Stan Store Creator (0% fee)$29$29$29

Two things stand out. First, Mighty Networks gets more expensive every time you sign a client, because its 2% fee is on top of processing. Second, the cheapest rows above are cheap because they do less: none of Systeme.io, Podia, Teachable, Ruzuku or Stan Store includes agreements or client check-ins, so a coach would add tools to match what Coachful's row covers. The next section prices that out.

Which example stacks actually cost less than Mighty Networks?

A stack is everything you pay for to run the business. Here are three realistic ones for a coach with about 15 clients, built only from prices listed in October 2026. Where a stack still needs a booking or e-signature tool, we name the gap instead of guessing a price.

The second and third stacks look affordable until you add the missing pieces. Each gap is another subscription, another login for your client and another place where data does not connect. If you want to see how coaches run group work after leaving, our guide on running coaching cohorts without Mighty Networks and the one on hosting client masterminds without Mighty Networks show both setups.

How do you move from Mighty Networks to Coachful, step by step?

Clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, so most of the work is decisions rather than data entry. A typical order:

  1. Export your member list. On Launch and Scale, Mighty Networks supports member list export with member tags, per its plan docs. Posts are not bulk-exportable, according to our older profile, so save any content you want to keep.
  2. Start the trial and request the build. Open Create, choose the white-glove option, and describe your offer: for example "a 12-week group program with a weekly call, a community space and a sales page". Attach your current logo and copy.
  3. Connect Stripe. Link your own Stripe Connect account, then recreate your membership as a subscription or payment plan. Add coupons for founding members if you promised them a rate.
  4. Set your booking rules. Add availability, buffers and minimum notice, connect Google, Apple or Outlook calendars, and create a session type for 1:1 calls and one for group calls.
  5. Write the agreement. Upload or write your coaching agreement so it goes out for e-signature before the first call.
  6. Build the between-session layer. Add morning and evening check-ins, two or three habits and weekly goals to the program. This is the part your Mighty space could not do.
  7. Invite members in waves. Enrolling in the program creates the cohort group automatically. Post a welcome in the community and pin the first live event.
  8. Cancel Mighty only after the first billing cycle runs cleanly on the new platform.

Our dedicated guide to migrating from Mighty Networks without losing members covers member communication and timing in more depth.

What mistakes cost coaches more after switching?

  • Comparing subscriptions instead of stacks. A $9 or $29 plan that needs three add-on tools can cost more than one platform that does it all.
  • Ignoring percentage fees. Skool Hobby's 10% and Teachable Starter's 7.5% look small at launch and become the biggest line on your bill as you grow.
  • Moving the feed but not the coaching. If the new platform has no check-ins or habits, the reason clients drift stays the same.
  • Cancelling before payments migrate. Recurring members need to be moved to the new billing before the old network closes, or you lose them silently.
  • Choosing on a free plan's limits. Free tiers like Systeme.io's single automation rule or Ruzuku's five students are good for testing, not for a full practice.
Join Coachful now

What is our verdict?

If you coach clients rather than only host members, Coachful is the Mighty Networks alternative most likely to cost less once you count the whole stack: one subscription replaces the community platform, the booking tool, the e-signature tool and the check-in app, with a 0% platform fee and a free white-glove build to get you moved. You can see the side-by-side on our Mighty Networks alternative page.

The others win narrower cases. Systeme.io is the pick when the budget is nearly zero. Skool Pro suits a pure paid community. Podia, Teachable and Ruzuku fit product-led or course-led businesses, and Stan Store fits social-first sellers. And if your business is a large community with few 1:1 clients, staying on Mighty Networks on annual billing may still be the right call; our Mighty Networks review covers when that holds.

In short: Coachful is a coaching platform for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions, from solo practices to small teams. It covers booking, payments, agreements, programs with habits and check-ins, courses, community, a website and email in one login. It does not offer PayPal, a permanent free plan, HIPAA certification or an app under your own App Store account. To start, open a free trial and ask the team to build your setup with the free white-glove service.

Frequently asked questions

What is the cheapest alternative to Mighty Networks?

On subscription alone, Systeme.io's free plan and Ruzuku's free plan cost nothing, as listed in October 2026. Both have tight limits: Systeme.io allows one course and one automation rule, and Ruzuku allows five enrolled students at a time. For a coaching practice with 1:1 clients, the cheapest option overall is usually the one that removes the most extra tools.

How much does Mighty Networks cost per month?

Launch is $95 a month billed monthly or $79 a month billed annually, and Scale is $215 monthly or $179 annually, as listed in October 2026. Growth is $354 a month on annual billing, and Mighty Pro is custom-priced. Each plan adds a 0.5% to 2% platform fee on sales plus Stripe processing.

Does Mighty Networks charge transaction fees?

Yes. Mighty Networks takes 2% on Launch, 1% on Scale and 0.5% on Growth and Mighty Pro, on top of Stripe processing (as listed in October 2026). At $3,750 a month in sales, the Launch fee alone is $75 a month.

Can I get a branded app cheaper than Mighty Pro?

Mighty Networks offers your own branded iOS and Android apps only on custom-priced Mighty Pro. Coachful gives clients your branding inside the Coachful app, which ships under the Coachful listing rather than your own App Store account. If a fully separate App Store listing is essential, factor that in.

Which alternative is best for 1:1 coaching plus a community?

Coachful, because it combines booking with two-way calendar sync, e-signed agreements, payments, per-client programs with habits and check-ins, and a community with automatic cohort groups. The other tools in this list either have no 1:1 booking or no client records and check-ins.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

On every plan, the Coachful team will build a website, funnel, program, course outline, email sequence or coaching flow inside your own account from your description, links and files, usually within about 24 hours. It is free. It does not include recording videos, logo design or ad management, and nothing is invented, so any missing testimonials or prices are left for you to add.

Can I move my Mighty Networks members to another platform?

Mighty Networks supports member list export with tags on Launch and Scale, per its plan docs, but posts are not bulk-exportable according to our older profile. Plan to save key content manually and move paying members to new billing before you close your network.

Is Skool cheaper than Mighty Networks?

Skool Hobby is $9 a month but takes 10% + 30¢ per transaction, so it becomes more expensive than Mighty Launch once you sell roughly $1,100 a month. Skool Pro at $99 a month with 2.9% + 30¢ (processing included) is usually the better comparison, and it lacks a website, funnels and email automation.

Does Coachful take a cut of my sales?

No. Since August 2026 Coachful charges a 0% platform fee, and you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing on payments through your own account. Plans are flat monthly fees: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients.
