12 Best Mighty Networks Alternatives With 1:1 Coaching

12 Best Mighty Networks Alternatives With 1:1 Coaching

The best Mighty Networks alternatives with 1:1 coaching are the platforms that keep your group space, courses and events, then add what Mighty Networks never built: a booking page for private sessions, a signed coaching agreement, per-client habits and check-ins, and flexible payments in your own account. Mighty Networks documents community, courses, events and member apps well. Its plan pages, as listed in October 2026, include no 1:1 scheduling, invoicing or contracts, and no per-client plans. So the deciding question is simple: where will your private clients live once they are paying for more than a feed?

Our pick is Coachful, because it puts the whole private client journey (booking, agreement, payment, program, daily check-ins) in the same login as the community and courses you already run. We make Coachful, so we say that up front and keep the other 11 entries factual: prices are as listed by each vendor in October 2026, and where a tool falls short for 1:1 work we say what it is good at instead. If you want the wider category first, our general guide to Mighty Networks alternatives covers community-first switches.

What does a coach who sells 1:1 need from a Mighty Networks alternative?

A coach who sells 1:1 needs a platform that handles four stages of the client journey, not just the last one. Mighty Networks is strong at the retain stage (community, courses, events). The gaps show up earlier, when a prospect becomes a paying private client.

Attract. A coach running a Mighty community usually attracts private clients from inside it: a member asks a question in a thread, attends a live event, then wants deeper help. Outside the community you need a website, a lead magnet and email that can invite someone to a consultation. Mighty Networks includes a custom domain and basic automations on Launch, and Kit and Zapier integrations on Scale, as listed in October 2026, but it is not a website and funnel builder.

Enroll. This is where most Mighty hosts start stitching tools together. A private client needs to book a discovery call that respects your availability and time zone, sign an agreement before the first session, and pay in a way that suits the offer: a one-time package, a monthly retainer, or a payment plan. None of Mighty's plans include 1:1 scheduling, invoicing or contracts.

Deliver. Private coaching happens between sessions as much as in them. Clients need a weekly focus, daily tasks or habits, and a quick check-in so you can see who is slipping before the next call. A community post cannot do that; it is public to the group and has no per-client progress.

Retain. Once a client finishes a package, the community, a course library and group calls give them a reason to stay. This is Mighty's home ground, so any alternative has to match it well enough that your members do not feel a downgrade.

For a deeper look at combining the two models, see how to package group coaching with one-to-one sessions and how to package 1-on-1 coaching with masterminds.

Which alternative covers which stage of the client journey?

The table below maps each tool to the four stages. "Partial" means the vendor documents something in that stage but not the full set a 1:1 coach needs.

Ranking criteria: one login for the whole private client journey, between-session delivery (habits and check-ins), total monthly stack cost, and setup effort, including any done-for-you build help.

Thinking of launching your coaching business?

Answer a few questions and Coachful builds it around you: your website, programs, booking and payments. Ready in minutes.

Build your platform

How did we choose and rank these 12 tools?

We started from the Mighty Networks host who already has a community and wants private clients in the same place. Each tool had to cover at least the retain stage well or the enroll stage well, because a switch that loses both is not a switch. We then weighted the four criteria above. Prices come from each vendor's pricing page as listed in October 2026 (Practice Better's was read on the day of writing). We have not run hands-on tests of every tool; where we describe limits, they come from vendor documentation and public reviewer reports. Trustpilot scores are quoted with review counts so you can judge how much weight they carry.

Several common names are missing on purpose. Tools that sell only scheduling or only e-signature are parts of a stack rather than alternatives. For a broader roundup that is not about leaving Mighty, see platforms that combine courses and 1:1 coaching.

1. Coachful: the whole private client journey next to your community

Coachful is a coaching platform where one subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. Coaches get one login; clients get one branded app. It was built for coaches who deliver programs rather than isolated sessions, solo coaches growing into a small team, and anyone replacing four to six tools. For a Mighty host the appeal is that the community you are moving does not have to sit apart from the private work.

A client's coaching hub on a tablet beside a coach's payments screen on a laptop
Coachful's client coaching hub with the next session on a tablet, beside the coach's Payments tab with invoices on a laptop.

Booking that fits private work. Booking pages carry availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendar sync. Sessions run on built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links. Email reminders go out automatically, plus SMS 24 hours before and WhatsApp one hour before once messaging is enabled. Intake questions sit on the booking form, so a discovery call arrives with context. Paid sessions and session credits cover both pay-per-call and package clients.

Here is a short walkthrough of how scheduling works:

Coachful's sessions calendar with demo 1:1 sessions, morning accountability calls and weekly group calls in September 2026.

Agreements before the first call. A coaching agreement with e-signature goes out before the first session and is stored on the client record, so you are not hunting for a signed PDF in email. See coaching contracts for how this fits into enrollment.

The Agreements tab in Coachful, shown in its empty state with a drop area for a signed PDF.

Payments in your own account. Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and Stripe Tax. Every transaction produces an invoice, and you can raise manual invoices too. Since August 2026 Coachful charges a 0% platform fee, so only Stripe or Razorpay processing applies. On Mighty Networks, by contrast, the platform fee on sales is 0.5% to 2% depending on plan, as listed in October 2026. More detail is on the coaching payment software page.

Delivery between sessions. This is the part a community feed cannot replace. Multi-week programs hold weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. Each client record collects goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, plus an AI briefing, and marks the client as thriving, active, quiet or at risk. Before a call you can see who has gone quiet, rather than finding out in the session.

The community you are moving. Coachful has a community feed, group chat, direct messages and video events. Cohort groups are created automatically when someone enrolls in a program, which removes the manual "add them to the space" step many Mighty hosts know well. Courses support modules, lessons, drip and completion tracking, and sit in the client's branded home and app alongside downloads, videos, events and bundles. Our Coachful vs Mighty Networks community comparison goes feature by feature.

Attracting new private clients. A section-based website builder with blog, custom domain, SEO settings and 30 designed homepage templates handles the public side. Booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels carry pixels and UTM tracking, and email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits handle follow-up. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data: she drafts emails, builds programs, summarizes recorded sessions and briefs you before calls. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, choose "We'll build it for you · FREE" and describe what you need: a website, a funnel, a sales page, a program, a course outline, an email sequence, a coaching flow and more. You can attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as logos, brand guides and copy. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing gets invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. It does not include recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. One recent example: a business mentor for beauty professionals got a 12-week mentorship sales page, a free start-up-guide funnel and rewritten follow-up emails. Read more about the free white-glove service.

What Coachful does not do. It is not HIPAA-certified and offers no BAA, so it is not for clinical records or insurance billing. There is no PayPal and no permanent free plan. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. There is no Salesforce or HubSpot integration, no course marketplace, and no third-party plugins. If you need your own App Store listing, Mighty Pro's custom-priced branded apps remain the stronger fit for that one requirement.

Price. Flat monthly plans; lower plans cap the number of clients and Pro is unlimited, with team plans adding coach seats (Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). Monthly plans cancel in one click, and a free trial is available. Trustpilot shows 4.5 from 21 reviews.

2. Kajabi: the polished storefront for courses and community

Kajabi is the closest like-for-like for a Mighty host who earns mostly from courses and wants a stronger website, funnels and email around them. It sells knowledge products, and coaching on Kajabi takes the shape of products and communities rather than per-client plans.

Kajabi homepage promoting its course, community and website platform
Kajabi's homepage in October 2026.

Where it helps a 1:1 coach. The attract stage is strong: website, funnels and email are all built in, so the path from a free resource to a paid offer stays on one platform. A community and course library cover the retain stage. If your private clients are mainly people who first bought a course, that funnel is well served.

What it costs, as listed in October 2026. Basic is $179/mo ($143/mo billed annually) with 5 products, 2,500 contacts, 1 community and 0 AI credits. Growth is $249/mo ($199/mo annual) with 50 products and 25,000 contacts. Pro is $499/mo ($399/mo annual). With Kajabi Payments in the US, processing is 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic down to 2.7% + $0.30 on Pro. Using another processor (other than PayPal) adds a Kajabi fee of 2%, 1% or 0.5% by plan. The standard trial is 14 days; a card is optional, but if entered Kajabi places an authorization hold.

Where 1:1 work gets thin. Kajabi's documentation shows no habit tracking or daily client check-ins, and no per-client plans. Basic caps you at 5 products, which fills quickly if you sell a discovery call, two packages, a course and a membership. Trustpilot shows 3.4 from 2,347 reviews. Our Kajabi alternatives for life coaches guide covers the trade-offs in more depth.

Pick it over Coachful if your revenue is mostly courses sold to a large email list, private coaching is a small add-on, and you want Kajabi's product catalogue and funnel templates more than per-client delivery.

3. GoHighLevel: the marketing CRM that books, signs and invoices

GoHighLevel (HighLevel) is an agency-first marketing CRM. Of the non-coaching tools here, it covers the enroll stage most completely: calendars, contracts and invoicing are all native, alongside funnels, websites, SMS and email, courses and communities.

GoHighLevel homepage presenting its marketing CRM for agencies
GoHighLevel's homepage in October 2026.

Strengths for this switch. A Mighty host who wants serious lead follow-up gets it: SMS and email sequences, pipelines and calendars in one place. Contracts and invoices remove two of the tools most Mighty hosts bolt on.

Listed pricing, October 2026. Starter is $97/mo ($80.83/mo annual) with 3 sub-accounts and unlimited users and contacts. Unlimited is $297/mo; Agency Pro is $497/mo. A 14-day trial starts billing automatically at the end. HighLevel shows no platform fee on sales, but SMS, email, phone numbers and AI usage are metered and billed separately, at rates published on separate pricing guides. HIPAA is a $297/mo add-on.

The catch. There is no habit tracking, client check-ins or structured coaching-program engine; you would simulate them with workflows and forms. There are no built-in video rooms, only Zoom and Google Meet links. The sub-account model is built for agencies, so a solo coach faces a real setup job. Trustpilot shows 4.9 from 15,250 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if you run high-volume lead generation with phone and SMS follow-up, have someone technical to build the workflows, and do not need clients to log habits or daily check-ins.

4. Kartra: one marketing suite with calendars

Kartra bundles pages, funnels, email and SMS, memberships, calendars and a helpdesk into one marketing suite. For a Mighty host the draw is a booking calendar and checkout living beside the membership area.

Kartra homepage presenting its all-in-one marketing suite
Kartra's homepage in October 2026.

How it fits private coaching. You can build a consultation funnel, take a booking on a Kartra calendar and sell a package from a checkout page without leaving the suite. Memberships can hold course content for clients after the package ends.

Plans as listed in October 2026. Essentials is $59/mo ($52/mo annual) with 500 contacts, 5 pages, 1 product and 1 membership, and a 5% transaction fee. Starter is $119/mo ($99/mo annual) with 2,500 contacts, unlimited pages and products, and 0% fee. Growth is $229/mo with 12,500 contacts. A 14-day trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee are offered.

Limits to weigh. No client habits, check-ins or per-client coaching plans. Reviewer-reported limits include no mobile app for students or admins, and funnels and memberships that are not portable to other platforms, which matters if you are leaving Mighty partly to avoid lock-in. The membership area is not a community feed in the Mighty sense. Trustpilot shows 3.2 from 129 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if your business is mainly launch funnels and email campaigns, your community is small or optional, and you are comfortable without a client app.

5. Circle: the community upgrade, with 1:1 left outside

Circle is a community platform with courses, events, live streams and paid memberships. It is the cleanest swap for a host who loves the Mighty model but wants a different interface, and it does nothing extra for private clients.

Circle homepage presenting its community platform for creators
Circle's homepage in October 2026.

Why Mighty hosts look at it. Spaces, events and courses map closely to what you already run, and the plan structure looks familiar. Our Circle vs Mighty Networks comparison covers the differences in community features.

Cost as listed in October 2026. Professional is $89/mo billed annually, Business $199/mo and Scale $419/mo (annual figures; monthly-billed prices were not shown). Circle charges a platform fee on payments of 2% on Professional, 1% on Business and Scale, and 0.5% on Circle Plus, plus Stripe processing. A 14-day trial needs no card. Branded mobile apps come only with custom-priced Circle Plus.

Gaps for 1:1 work. No 1:1 scheduling or client management back office, and no per-client habits, check-ins or plans. You would pair it with separate booking, agreement and tracking tools, which recreates the stack you are trying to leave. Trustpilot shows 4.1 from 129 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if the community is your product, private clients are rare, and you want a community-only tool with a fee structure close to what you pay on Mighty today.

6. Practice Better: client management built for health practitioners

Practice Better is a practice-management and EHR platform for health and wellness practitioners, including health coaches, nutritionists and dietitians. It is a direct substitute on the 1:1 side and much lighter on community.

Practice Better homepage presenting its practice management platform
Practice Better's homepage in October 2026.

Its fit for private clients. Its pricing page lists scheduling, telehealth video, integrated billing and payments, secure messaging, a client portal, forms and note templates, and a web portal with mobile app on every paid plan. Higher tiers add group scheduling, fixed-date and evergreen programs, and SMS reminders. The page also lists HIPAA, PIPEDA and GDPR compliance.

Pricing read on its pricing page today. Starter is $35/mo billed monthly ($25/mo annual) with 10 clients. Professional is $69/mo monthly ($59/mo annual) with 300 clients and adds group scheduling, payment plans and Zapier. Plus is $99/mo monthly ($89/mo annual) with unlimited clients, evergreen and self-paced programs, and portal branding. Team is $155/mo monthly ($145/mo annual) with 2 practitioner licenses. A free Sprout plan covers 3 clients. Paid plans have a 14-day trial (30 days on Team).

Trade-offs. It is built around clinical-style records, which is ideal for practitioners and heavy for a business or life coach. There is no community feed in the Mighty sense, no website builder or funnel tools listed on the pricing page, so you would keep your community and marketing elsewhere. Portal branding starts on Plus.

Pick it over Coachful if you are a credentialed health practitioner who needs HIPAA compliance, charting or clinical notes; coaching is not medical care, and Coachful is not built for clinical records.

Which one looks like you?

Coachful builds your coaching website from a few answers, in a design chosen for your niche, with programs, booking and payments ready behind it.

7. Podia: a simple store that can sell sessions

Podia is a straightforward storefront for courses, downloads, webinars, coaching sessions and a community. It suits a Mighty host who finds Mighty's admin heavy and wants something simpler.

Podia homepage presenting its storefront for digital products
Podia's homepage in October 2026.

What a 1:1 coach gets. Coaching sessions can be sold as a product alongside courses and a community, so a member can buy a private call from the same store. The setup is light compared with an all-in-one marketing suite.

October 2026 pricing. Mover is $49/mo ($42/mo annual) with 50 products, 25 community spaces and 100 email subscribers included, and a 5% Podia fee. Shaker is $99/mo ($84/mo annual) with 500 email subscribers and 0% fee. Earthquaker is $179/mo ($150/mo annual) with 1,000 email subscribers. Stripe or PayPal processing applies on top. The 14-day trial needs no card.

Where it stops. Email allowances are small for a community that already has hundreds of members. Reviewer reports note no mobile app and no native video calls. There are no client habits, check-ins or per-client plans, and no agreements. Trustpilot shows 4.1 from 153 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if you sell a handful of digital products plus the occasional paid call, want the simplest possible store, and your email list is small.

8. Ruzuku: a course-first home with live video built in

Ruzuku is an online course platform whose audiences include coaches, creatives, nonprofits and teachers. For a Mighty host it offers discussions and live sessions inside the course itself.

Ruzuku homepage presenting its online course platform
Ruzuku's homepage in October 2026.

The coaching angle. Ruzuku documents built-in live video meetings (up to 60 in a conference, 250 in a presentation) plus Zoom, community discussions and direct messaging on every plan. Drip by enrollment date or fixed dates works for cohort-style programs.

Plans as listed in October 2026. Free covers up to 5 students enrolled at a time. Core is $99/mo ($83.08/mo annual) and Pro is $199/mo ($166.42/mo annual), both with unlimited students and courses. Every plan, including Free, has a 0% transaction fee; only Stripe or PayPal processing applies. There is a 30-day money-back guarantee.

What is missing. No booking calendar, so private sessions still need an outside scheduler. No contracts, client records, habits or check-ins. The community lives inside courses, not as a standalone network.

Pick it over Coachful if you run cohort courses with live classes, want 0% fees from the very first plan, and handle any 1:1 calls with a separate booking link.

9. Stan Store: paid calls from a link in bio

Stan Store is a link-in-bio storefront for digital products, courses, memberships and paid calls. It appeals to coaches whose clients arrive from social media rather than from a community.

Stan Store homepage presenting its link-in-bio creator store
Stan Store's homepage in October 2026.

Use for private coaching. A follower can book and pay for a call straight from your bio link, which is the fastest path from social post to paid session of any tool here.

Pricing, October 2026. Creator is $29/mo ($25/mo annual) and Creator Pro is $99/mo ($79/mo annual), both with unlimited products and customers. Email marketing, upsells, discount codes and affiliates come only on Creator Pro. Stan takes a 0% fee; Stripe or PayPal processing applies. A 14-day trial is offered, and the first month is charged when it ends.

The ceiling. No contracts, invoices or client records; it is not a CRM. No programs with tasks, habits or check-ins, and no team seats advertised. As a Mighty replacement it would cover the sale, not the delivery or the community. Trustpilot shows 4.7 from 2,205 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if you sell quick paid calls and small products to a social audience and do not need a community, agreements or client tracking.

10. Thinkific: structured courses and communities at scale

Thinkific is a course platform with communities, memberships, and coaching or webinar products. It is a reasonable home for a Mighty host whose network is mostly a course audience.

Thinkific homepage presenting its course and community platform
Thinkific's homepage in October 2026.

Relevance to 1:1 coaches. Communities with spaces and live community events sit next to courses, and memberships can bundle both. Coaching products exist, but reviewer reports say private sessions rely on external booking links.

Listed prices, October 2026. Start is $109/mo ($82/mo annual), Grow is $219/mo ($164/mo annual) and Expand is $499/mo ($374/mo annual); prices rose about 10% on August 13, 2026. Thinkific charges 0% transaction fees with Thinkific Payments; third-party gateways add a per-plan fee not shown on the page. A branded mobile app is a $199/mo add-on. There is a 30-day trial.

Shortfalls. No built-in 1:1 scheduling, no client habits, daily check-ins or per-client plans. Trustpilot shows 1.8 from 868 reviews. See our Thinkific alternatives for coaches for more.

Pick it over Coachful if you sell large structured courses to thousands of students and treat 1:1 coaching as an occasional upsell booked elsewhere.

11. Skool: a gamified group with a classroom

Skool combines a community, a classroom and a calendar in one group, with leaderboards to drive activity. Mighty hosts weigh it when member engagement has flagged.

Skool homepage presenting its community and classroom groups
Skool's homepage in October 2026.

What it offers a 1:1 coach. Not much on the private side: the calendar is for group events. Its strength is a busy group where members earn levels for participating, which can feed private-client demand. Our Skool vs Mighty Networks piece compares the two community models.

Price as listed in October 2026. Hobby is $9/mo ($7.50/mo annual) with a 10% + 30¢ fee on all transactions. Pro is $99/mo ($82.50/mo annual) at 2.9% + 30¢ on transactions up to $899 and 3.9% + 30¢ above $900. Payments go only through Skool Payments. Trial length was not stated on the pricing page.

Missing pieces. No custom-domain website, funnels, email automation or public API. No 1:1 client records, intake forms, habits or check-ins. Trustpilot shows 1.6 from 54 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if your business is one paid group where engagement mechanics matter most and you do not run private clients through the platform.

12. Systeme.io: a low-cost funnel and email starting point

Systeme.io is a low-cost all-in-one marketing suite with funnels, email, courses, community, a blog and an affiliate program. It lands last because it covers the attract stage cheaply and little else for private work.

Systeme.io homepage presenting its low-cost marketing suite
Systeme.io's homepage in October 2026.

Value for a coach leaving Mighty. A free plan that never expires (2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course) lets you build a consultation funnel and email list at no cost while you decide where private clients will live.

Tiers listed in October 2026. Free at $0, Startup at $17/mo, Webinar at $47/mo and Unlimited at $97/mo. Systeme.io takes 0% transaction fees on all plans, including Free. Trustpilot shows 4.9 from 8,696 reviews.

Constraints. Reviewer reports note no native 1:1 scheduling with client records, habits or check-ins, basic community and course features, and no branded mobile app. A community that is used to Mighty's apps will notice.

Pick it over Coachful if your budget is close to zero, you mainly need funnels and email right now, and 1:1 clients can wait for a later move.

Which features does each alternative actually include?

What does each option cost at 5, 15 and 40 private clients?

Most of these tools do not price by client count, so the table shows the cheapest plan that holds that many clients, billed monthly unless marked. It excludes card processing and any separate booking or e-signature tools you would still need.

Percentage fees add up faster than they look. As an illustrative example, a coach collecting $4,000 a month in packages through a plan with a 2% platform fee pays $80 a month on top of the subscription, before card processing.

Should you go all-in-one or assemble a stack?

An all-in-one setup costs one subscription and one login; an assembled stack can look cheaper on paper but adds logins, fees and gaps between tools. Here are four realistic recipes for a Mighty host with private clients, using prices as listed in October 2026.

Recipe A: all-in-one on Coachful. Community, courses, booking, agreements, payments, programs with check-ins, website and email in one account (Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients for 15 clients). The white-glove team can build the site and first funnel for you.

Recipe B: keep Mighty, add a practice tool. Mighty Networks Launch at $95/mo monthly plus Practice Better Professional at $69/mo monthly comes to $164/mo, plus Mighty's 2% fee on community sales. You get a community and a client portal, but in two logins, with members switching apps between group and private work and no website or funnels.

Recipe C: community tool plus a link-in-bio store. Circle Professional at $89/mo (annual) plus Stan Store Creator at $29/mo comes to $118/mo, plus Circle's 2% fee. Paid calls are covered; agreements, client records and check-ins are not.

Recipe D: marketing CRM plus a group. GoHighLevel Starter at $97/mo plus Skool Pro at $99/mo comes to $196/mo, plus metered HighLevel usage and Skool's transaction rates. Booking, contracts and invoices are covered; habit tracking and check-ins still are not.

The pattern across B, C and D: each assembled stack still misses between-session delivery, which is the reason most coaches want 1:1 inside the platform in the first place. More on this in how to scale from 1-on-1 to group coaching and on our group coaching software page.

How would a Mighty host set up 1:1 coaching in Coachful?

The setup follows the same four stages. This walkthrough is an illustrative example of a coach with a 300-member community and a handful of private clients.

  1. Request the build. Open Create, choose the free white-glove build, and describe your homepage, a consultation funnel and your private package. Attach your logo, brand colors and the Mighty network URL as a reference link.
  2. Import your people. Export your member list from Mighty Networks (member export with tags is listed on Launch and Scale). Clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding.
  3. Set booking rules. Create a free 20-minute discovery session type with buffers, minimum notice and intake questions, and connect Google, Apple or Outlook calendar sync.
  4. Write the agreement. Add your coaching agreement so it goes out for e-signature before the first paid session. See coaching contracts.
  5. Connect payments. Link your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account and create the package as a payment plan or subscription, with a coupon for existing community members if you want one.
  6. Build the program. Set weekly goals, daily tasks, two or three habits, and morning or evening check-ins. Michelle can draft the first version from your outline.
  7. Rebuild the community. Recreate your main spaces as community groups and link cohort groups to programs so new enrollees are added automatically.
  8. Announce the move. Send a broadcast to the imported list with the new login and a date when the Mighty network goes read-only.

How do you migrate from Mighty Networks without losing private clients?

Move private clients first, the community second. Private clients are your highest-revenue relationships and the ones most disrupted by a messy cutover. Our full Mighty Networks migration guide goes step by step; these are the points specific to 1:1 work.

  • Export members with tags. Member list export with Member Tags is listed on Launch and Scale. Tag private clients before exporting so you can find them on the other side.
  • Save posts you care about. An older profile reports that posts and content are not bulk-exportable, so copy key threads, resources and course text by hand before you cancel.
  • Plan recurring payments. Memberships billed through Mighty will need to end there and restart in your own payment account. Confirm the cutover steps with Mighty support before you announce dates.
  • Re-sign agreements. If your private clients signed agreements in another tool, send a fresh agreement in the new platform so the record sits with the client.
  • Run both for one cycle. Keep the Mighty network open for one billing cycle as read-only, then close it. For cohort-specific steps, see how to run coaching cohorts without Mighty Networks.

What mistakes do coaches make when leaving Mighty Networks?

  • Choosing another community-only tool. Moving from one feed to another fixes nothing for private clients.
  • Ignoring percentage fees. A low subscription with a 5% or 10% fee can cost more than a higher flat plan once private packages are selling.
  • Treating a booking link as a client system. A scheduler books the call; it does not track habits, agreements or who has gone quiet.
  • Forgetting the client experience. Count the apps a private client must open in a week. More than one is friction.
  • Counting only your own login. An assembled stack means separate settings, reminders and data exports for every tool.

Which Mighty Networks alternative should you choose for 1:1 coaching?

Choose Coachful if you want private clients and your community in one place, with booking, agreements, payments in your own account, and daily check-ins included in your Coachful membership. Choose Practice Better if you are a health practitioner who needs HIPAA compliance and clinical records. Choose GoHighLevel or Kartra if lead generation is the core of your business, Circle or Skool if the community itself is the product, and Kajabi or Thinkific if courses drive most of your revenue. For a fuller view of the Mighty side, our Mighty Networks review and Mighty Networks pricing guides cover what you would be leaving.

In short: Coachful is a coaching platform for coaches who run programs, communities and private clients together. It is not for clinical record-keeping or PayPal-only businesses. To start, open a free trial and request the free white-glove build. Compare it head to head on our Mighty Networks alternative page.

Frequently asked questions

Does Mighty Networks support 1:1 coaching?

Not natively. As listed in October 2026, Mighty Networks has no 1:1 scheduling, invoicing or contracts, and no per-client habits, check-ins or private plans. Hosts usually add a separate booking tool and handle agreements elsewhere.

What is the best Mighty Networks alternative with 1:1 coaching?

Coachful is our pick because it combines community, courses, booking, agreements, payments and daily check-ins in one login. Practice Better is a strong option for health practitioners who need clinical records and HIPAA compliance.

Can I keep Mighty Networks and add a 1:1 tool?

Yes. Mighty Networks Launch at $95/mo monthly plus Practice Better Professional at $69/mo monthly is one example at $164/mo. The trade-off is two logins for clients and no shared view of community and private progress.

How much does Mighty Networks charge in fees?

As listed in October 2026, Mighty takes 2% on Launch, 1% on Scale and 0.5% on Growth and Mighty Pro, plus Stripe processing. Launch costs $79/mo billed annually or $95/mo billed monthly.

Which alternative has the lowest platform fees?

Ruzuku, Stan Store and Systeme.io list 0% platform fees on every plan, and Coachful has charged a 0% platform fee since August 2026. Only Stripe or Razorpay processing applies in Coachful.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

It is a done-for-you build available on every plan. You describe a website, funnel, program, email sequence or similar, attach up to 8 links and 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it in your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include video recording, logo design or ad management.

Can clients get my own branded app?

In Coachful, clients use the Coachful app with your branding, not an app under your own App Store account. On Mighty Networks, your own branded apps are part of custom-priced Mighty Pro.

Is Coachful suitable for health coaches handling medical information?

Coaching is not medical care, and Coachful is not HIPAA-certified, so clinical records belong in a clinical system. Refer clients with medical symptoms or diagnoses to a licensed provider.

Can I export my members from Mighty Networks?

Member list export with Member Tags is listed on the Launch and Scale plans. An older profile reports that posts and content are not bulk-exportable, so save important threads manually.

Do I need a separate website if I leave Mighty Networks?

Not with an all-in-one platform. Coachful includes a website builder with blog, custom domain and 30 homepage templates; Kajabi, Kartra, GoHighLevel and Systeme.io also include site or funnel builders.
