Top 12 Stan Store Alternatives for Mindset Coaches, Ranked

Top 12 Stan Store Alternatives for Mindset Coaches, Ranked

The best stan store alternatives for mindset coaches are the tools that keep working after the sale. Stan Store is good at one moment: someone taps your Instagram link and buys a journal, a 30-day reset or a discovery call. Mindset work, though, happens in the days between calls, when a client is meant to journal, notice a thought pattern, practise a reframe and report back. So the deciding question is simple: does the tool only sell your offer, or does it also deliver it, track it and keep the client engaged until the next session?

Our pick is Coachful. It covers the storefront part Stan does (a link-in-bio page that sells, checkout, booking) and then carries on into the work itself: multi-week programs, morning and evening check-ins, habits, goals with progress bars, coaching agreements, courses and a community, all under one login for you and one branded app for your client. We make Coachful, so weigh our ranking with that in mind; every other entry below is described from what its vendor documents and what public reviewers report, with prices as listed in October 2026.

If you want the broader view first, our general roundup of Stan Store alternatives covers every kind of coach, and the best software for mindset coaches looks at the whole stack. This article is narrower: twelve tools, ranked for people who coach mindset, confidence, self-talk and inner habits.

What do mindset coaches need that a link-in-bio store does not give them?

Mindset coaches need a way to deliver small, repeated practices between sessions and see whether clients are doing them. A storefront hands over a file and stops; the transformation a mindset client pays for depends on what happens on day 4, day 11 and day 26.

Here is what the typical mindset coaching business actually runs on, and where Stan Store sits against each part:

  • Daily practices with a feedback loop. Morning intention setting, evening reflection, gratitude entries, thought records and self-talk audits. These only work when the client does them and the coach can see the pattern. Stan's own help center lists no programs with client tasks, habits or check-ins.
  • Multi-week containers. Most mindset offers are 6, 8 or 12 week programs, or a 90-day reset, combining weekly calls with daily work. You need weekly goals, a drip of lessons and a sense of progress the client can feel.
  • 1:1 sessions with context. Before a call you want to know what the client wrote in their check-ins since last time, which habits slipped, and what they said they were stuck on. Stan's Creator plan includes calendar booking but no client record, notes or session history beyond the purchase.
  • Clear scope and agreements. Mindset coaching sits close to therapy, and clients sometimes arrive with anxiety, grief or trauma. A signed coaching agreement that states what coaching is and is not, sent before the first call, protects both sides. Stan Store has no contracts or e-signature.
  • Cohort energy. Group programs, accountability circles and live Q&A calls are common, because hearing other people wrestle with the same inner critic helps. Stan includes a community feature on Creator.
  • Nurture before purchase. Mindset buyers tend to read and listen for a while before they commit. Free challenges, journaling prompt packs and email sequences do that work. On Stan, email broadcasts and flows sit on the $99 Creator Pro plan, as listed in October 2026.

A word on scope, because it changes which tools are safe to use. Coaching is not therapy or medical treatment. The ICF Code of Ethics asks coaches to be clear about the nature and limits of coaching and to refer clients to other professionals when appropriate. If a client describes persistent low mood, panic, self-harm thoughts, disordered eating or trauma symptoms, pause the coaching and point them to a licensed clinician; the US National Institute of Mental Health keeps a find-help page with crisis and treatment resources. None of the tools in this list, Coachful included, is built for clinical records. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified, so clinical notes belong in a clinical system.

How do the 12 alternatives compare at a glance?

Ranking criteria, in one line: one login for the whole client journey, between-session delivery (habits, check-ins, programs), total stack cost once you add the tools each option lacks, and setup effort, including whether someone will build it for you.

Thinking of launching your coaching business?

Answer a few questions and Coachful builds it around you: your website, programs, booking and payments. Ready in minutes.

Build your platform

How did we choose and rank these tools?

We started from what a mindset coach actually sells after outgrowing Stan Store: a paid program with weekly calls and daily inner work, often with a group component and a free lead magnet in front of it. Each tool was then judged on four things.

  1. Between-session delivery. Can a client log a morning intention, an evening reflection or a habit, and can you see it? This weighed most, because it is the gap Stan leaves widest.
  2. One login for the journey. Lead capture, checkout, agreement, booking, program, community and follow-up email. Every handoff between tools is a place clients drop out.
  3. Total stack cost. The plan price plus platform fees plus the tools you would still need (a scheduler, an e-signature app, an email platform, a habit tracker).
  4. Setup effort. How long before your offer is live, and whether the vendor will build any of it for you.

Prices, limits and fees come from each vendor's pricing pages and help centers, checked in late October 2026. Trustpilot scores are as seen on 25 October 2026. We did not run hands-on tests for this piece; where a limitation comes from an older public profile, we say so.

1. Coachful: the full mindset program, from link in bio to evening check-in

A client's coaching journey page and a coach's check-in flow library shown on a laptop and tablet in a calm reading nook
Coachful's client journey view and the coach's library of welcome, morning and evening check-in flows (demo data), on screens beside a meditation cushion.

Coachful is a coaching platform that replaces the four to six tools a mindset coach usually ends up stitching together: a link-in-bio store, a scheduler, a contract app, a course host, a habit tracker and an email tool. One subscription covers booking, payments, coaching agreements, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. You get one login; your client gets one branded app.

For a mindset coach, the part that matters most is what happens between calls. Programs run over multiple weeks with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. In practice that means a client in your eight-week confidence program opens the app, answers a short morning prompt about the intention for the day, ticks off a five-minute journaling habit, and closes the day with an evening reflection. You see all of it on their client record, next to your session notes and intake answers.

A client's Growing Habits dashboard in Coachful, with demo habits such as Morning Meditation (12/30) and Journaling (5/30).

That client record is where Coachful pulls ahead of a storefront. Each client has goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions in one place, plus an AI briefing before you meet. Clients are marked thriving, active, quiet or at risk, so the person who went silent after week three shows up before they quietly churn. For mindset work, where avoidance is often part of the pattern you are coaching, noticing the drop-off early is half the job.

This walkthrough shows how check-ins work in Coachful:

The selling side covers what you used Stan Store for, and more. There is a link-in-bio page that sells, a section-based website builder with 30 designed homepage templates, a blog and custom domain, and booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels with pixels and UTM tracking. Payments go through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Coachful has charged a 0% platform fee since August 2026; you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing. Email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits are included in your Coachful membership, which matters for a niche where buyers often read your emails for weeks before joining.

Sessions are handled natively: booking pages with availability rules, buffers and time-zone detection, two-way Google, Apple and Outlook calendar sync, built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links, and intake questions on booking. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and stay on the client record, a good place to put your scope statement about coaching versus therapy.

For group programs, cohort groups are created automatically when someone enrolls, with a community feed, group chat, direct messages and video events. Courses support modules, lessons, drip and completion tracking, so a self-paced "inner critic" module can sit alongside the live container. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data: it can draft a program outline or email sequence, summarize recorded sessions and brief you before a call. Questions and planning are included in the membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. If you hold or are working toward an ICF credential, Coachful counts coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports an ICF client coaching log. There is more on the niche setup on our page for mindset coaches.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, choose "We'll build it for you" and describe what you need: a website, a lead-magnet funnel for your free journaling challenge, a sales page for your 12-week program, the program itself, an email sequence or a link-in-bio page. Attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as your logo, photos and existing copy. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing gets invented: no made-up credentials, testimonials or prices; gaps are left for you to fill. It does not include recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. One recent build: a somatic coach leaving Kajabi had the homepage and About page rebuilt and the contact form connected. Read more about the free white-glove build service.

The Create page in Coachful with the "We'll build it for you" card that starts a white-glove build request.

What Coachful does not do. It is not HIPAA-certified and offers no BAA, so it is not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. There is no PayPal and no permanent free plan. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. It has no Salesforce or HubSpot integration, and affiliate payouts are recorded manually rather than sent by Coachful.

Price: flat monthly plans, with lower plans capping the number of clients and Pro unlimited (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). Monthly plans cancel in one click, and you can start with a free trial.

2. Kajabi: a premium course and membership house

Kajabi homepage with its headline and main sign-up call to action, October 2026
Kajabi's homepage in October 2026.

Kajabi suits the mindset coach whose business has already become a content brand: a signature online course, a paid membership, a podcast audience and regular launches. It is a course, community, website, funnel and email platform for selling knowledge products, and it is the most common place coaches go when they want a bigger version of what Stan Store does.

For a mindset brand, Kajabi's strength is packaging. You can build a self-paced "rewire your inner critic" course, wrap a community around it, and run a launch with a funnel and email sequence, all inside one account. That is a real step up from Stan's Creator plan, where email flows are not included.

The gap is at the client level. Kajabi's coaching model is built around products and communities, not per-client plans, and it has no habit tracking or daily client check-ins. If your offer depends on a client logging a daily reflection that you review before each call, you would still need a separate tool for that layer.

Pricing as listed in October 2026: Basic $179/mo ($143/mo billed annually) with 5 products, 2,500 contacts, one community, one website and no AI credits. Growth is $249/mo ($199 annual) with 50 products and 25,000 contacts. Pro is $499/mo ($399 annual). The standard trial is 14 days. Kajabi Payments in the US charges 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, and using a processor other than Kajabi Payments or PayPal adds a further Kajabi fee of 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth and 0.5% on Pro. Kajabi's Trustpilot score was 3.4 from 2,347 reviews when we looked.

Limits worth knowing: five products on Basic fills up fast if you sell a course, a membership, a challenge, a workbook and a 1:1 package. Some features stay locked during the trial. Our Stan Store vs Kajabi comparison walks through the jump in cost in more detail.

Pick it over Coachful if your mindset business is mainly self-paced courses and a large membership, your clients rarely need individual check-ins, and you want a platform with a long track record in course launches.

3. Podia: Stan Store's closest grown-up sibling

Podia homepage with its headline and main sign-up call to action, October 2026
Podia's homepage in October 2026.

Podia feels the most like Stan Store with more room. It is a simple storefront for courses, downloads, webinars, coaching sessions and community, which maps neatly onto a mindset coach's typical catalogue: a journaling workbook, a short course on self-talk, a monthly group call and paid 1:1 sessions.

Why it ranks third: the learning curve is gentle, and the shape of the product is close to how most Stan users already think. You can sell the same things you sell now, add a proper course with lessons, and group buyers in community spaces. For coaches who mainly need "more product types and a cleaner course experience", it covers that well.

Where it stops for mindset work: Podia has no client habits, check-ins or per-client plans. Older public profiles also report no mobile app and no native video calls, so sessions run on Zoom or similar. Email allowances are small: 100 subscribers included on Mover, 500 on Shaker and 1,000 on Earthquaker. If your growth plan relies on a free 5-day mindset challenge building a list of thousands, you will hit those ceilings quickly.

Pricing as listed in October 2026: Mover $49/mo ($42 annual) with 50 products and a 5% Podia transaction fee. Shaker $99/mo ($84 annual) with 150 products, 0% Podia fee and one assistant. Earthquaker $179/mo ($150 annual) with unlimited products. Stripe or PayPal processing (2.9% + 30¢ standard) applies on top. A 14-day trial with full access needs no card. Trustpilot showed 4.1 from 153 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if you mostly sell downloads and short courses, your 1:1 work is light, and you want a plain storefront that is quick to learn and you are happy to keep check-ins outside the platform.

4. Systeme.io: the budget funnel-and-email stack

Systeme.io homepage with its headline and main sign-up call to action, October 2026
Systeme.io's homepage in October 2026.

Systeme.io is a low-cost all-in-one marketing suite with funnels, email, courses, community, a blog and an affiliate program. For a mindset coach who left Stan because email automation sat on the $99 plan, its pricing is the headline.

The free plan never expires, needs no card, and includes 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, one course with up to 500 students, a blog, one custom domain, one automation rule and one email campaign. That is enough to run a free "7 days of self-compassion prompts" funnel into a paid course and see whether people buy. Transaction fees are 0% on every plan, including the free one, with only Stripe or PayPal processing on top.

For delivery, the picture is thinner. Older public profiles report no native 1:1 scheduling with client records, habits or check-ins, and community and course features are basic, with no branded mobile app. A mindset coach would pair Systeme.io with a scheduler, an e-signature tool and some way to collect daily reflections, which brings back the multi-tool problem.

Pricing as listed in October 2026: Free $0; Startup $17/mo with 5,000 contacts, 10 funnels and 5 courses; Webinar $47/mo with 10,000 contacts; Unlimited $97/mo with unlimited contacts, funnels and courses. Systeme.io had a Trustpilot score of 4.9 from 8,696 reviews when we looked.

Limits: one automation rule on the free plan; basic community; no client portal for 1:1 work.

Pick it over Coachful if your budget is close to zero, your current goal is list-building and selling a low-ticket course, and you are prepared to bolt on other tools when 1:1 or group coaching grows.

5. Mighty Networks: for membership-led mindset communities

Mighty Networks homepage with its headline and main sign-up call to action, October 2026
Mighty Networks's homepage in October 2026.

Some mindset businesses are really communities: a paid circle of people working on self-worth together, with monthly themes, live calls and peer support. Mighty Networks is built for that. It combines community, courses and events, with members using Mighty-branded apps.

The appeal for this niche is atmosphere. A well-run Mighty community can host weekly livestreams, discussion prompts and a course in the same space, which suits group mindset work where members learn from each other's reflections. Livestream allowances are generous on the plan: 20 hours a month for up to 100 attendees on Launch.

The trade-off is the individual client. Mighty Networks has no 1:1 scheduling, invoicing or contracts, and no per-client habits, check-ins or private coaching plans. Your own branded app is only on the custom-priced Mighty Pro plan. If you offer 1:1 alongside the community, you are running two systems again.

Pricing as listed in October 2026: Launch $95/mo ($79 annual) with 3 hosts and 200 GB storage; Scale $215/mo ($179 annual); Growth $354/mo billed annually; Mighty Pro custom. Mighty takes a platform fee of 2% on Launch, 1% on Scale and 0.5% on Growth and Pro, plus Stripe processing. The 14-day trial needs no card and includes Growth features. Trustpilot listed 3.3 from 219 reviews.

We compare it with other community tools in the best community platforms for mindset coaches.

Pick it over Coachful if your offer is a large paid community where peer discussion is the product, 1:1 is rare, and you want livestreaming as a core feature.

6. Skool: leaderboards for group accountability

Skool homepage with its headline and main sign-up call to action, October 2026
Skool's homepage in October 2026.

Skool puts a community, a classroom and a calendar inside one group, and adds gamified leaderboards. For a mindset accountability group, that mechanic can nudge people to show up and share their wins.

The setup is fast. You create a group, upload lessons, schedule weekly calls on the shared calendar and invite members. Coaches running a "100 days of showing up" style group often like that there is very little to configure. Members, courses, videos and live calls are unlimited on both plans.

The constraints are firm, though. Skool has no custom-domain website, funnels, email automation or public API. There are no 1:1 client records, intake forms, habits or check-ins. Payments go only through Skool Payments, so you cannot route sales through your own Stripe account. For a mindset coach whose income comes from 1:1 or premium small-group work, Skool covers only part of the business.

Pricing as listed in October 2026: Hobby $9/mo ($7.50 annual) with a 10% + 30¢ fee on all transactions. Pro $99/mo ($82.50 annual) with 2.9% + 30¢ on transactions up to $899 and 3.9% + 30¢ above $900. Fees are non-refundable and payouts are weekly. The pricing page shows "Try for free" buttons but does not state trial length. Trustpilot showed 1.6 from 54 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if your whole offer is a low-priced group community, gamification fits your style, and you do not need your own website, email marketing or 1:1 tools.

7. Circle: when the community needs to look polished

Circle homepage with its headline and main sign-up call to action, October 2026
Circle's homepage in October 2026.

Circle is a community platform with courses, events, live streams and paid memberships. Mindset coaches who run a premium membership, say a year-long inner work circle with monthly workshops, tend to like its clean spaces and event tools.

Circle organises content into spaces, so you can separate a "daily wins" feed from course lessons and a replay library. Events and live streams sit inside the same platform, and admin and moderator seats on the entry plan (3 admins, 10 moderators) give room for a co-host or assistant.

For individual delivery, Circle has the same gap as other community tools: no 1:1 scheduling or client management back office, and no per-client habits, check-ins or coaching plans. Branded mobile apps are only on custom-priced Circle Plus. A mindset coach selling a high-touch 1:1 container would need a separate scheduler, contract tool and tracking method.

Pricing as listed in October 2026: Professional $89/mo billed annually; Business $199/mo annually; Scale $419/mo annually; Circle Plus custom. Circle takes a payment fee of 2% on Professional, 1% on Business and Scale and 0.5% on Circle Plus, plus Stripe processing. A 14-day trial needs no card. Trustpilot listed 4.1 from 129 reviews.

Limits: prices are quoted for annual billing, and a platform fee applies on every plan.

Pick it over Coachful if you run a premium membership where the community design matters most, 1:1 coaching is a small add-on, and you want an established community-only product.

8. Ruzuku: cohort courses with live meetings built in

Ruzuku homepage with its headline and main sign-up call to action, October 2026
Ruzuku's homepage in October 2026.

Ruzuku is an online course platform that counts coaches among several audiences. Its course builder takes video, audio, downloads, quizzes and discussions, with drip by enrollment date or by fixed dates, which fits a cohort-based mindset course where everyone starts on the same Monday.

What makes it interesting for this niche is the live layer. Ruzuku includes built-in live video meetings (up to 60 people in conference mode or 250 in presentation mode) plus Zoom, with community discussions and direct messaging on every plan. A six-week "quiet the inner critic" cohort with a weekly live call and lesson-by-lesson discussion can run entirely inside it.

The free plan is genuinely usable for testing: up to 5 students enrolled at a time, no card. Ruzuku sells one-time, subscription and payment-plan access, with a 0% platform fee on every plan.

The limits for mindset coaches are the 1:1 side and daily practices. Ruzuku has no booking calendar, and there are no habits or daily check-ins beyond course discussions. You would book sessions in a separate scheduler.

Pricing as listed in October 2026: Free $0 (up to 5 enrolled students at a time); Core $99/mo ($83.08 annual) with unlimited students and courses; Pro $199/mo ($166.42 annual) with larger video uploads and 4K streaming. There is a 30-day money-back guarantee. Ruzuku displays a G2 badge of 4.4; we could not verify the review count.

Pick it over Coachful if you mainly run cohort courses with live calls, you want discussion under each lesson, and 1:1 sessions are rare enough to book elsewhere.

9. Beacons: a cheaper link-in-bio swap

Beacons pricing page with Free, Creator, Creator Plus and Creator Max plans
Beacons's pricing page in October 2026.

Beacons is the like-for-like option: a creator link-in-bio, storefront, media kit and email tool. If you only want to leave Stan Store for price reasons and keep the same "tap the link, buy the thing" model, Beacons is the shortest move.

For a mindset coach selling a journaling PDF and a few discovery calls, the free plan covers a one-page site and 50 email sends a month. Creator Plus at $30/mo removes the seller fee and gives unlimited email sends and AI credits, with courses and memberships available from that plan up.

The fee structure is the catch. Beacons takes a 9% seller fee on the Free and Creator plans and 0% only on Creator Plus and Creator Max, before Stripe, PayPal, Klarna or Affirm processing. On a mindset program selling for a few hundred dollars, 9% adds up quickly. The pricing page shows no scheduling with client records, contracts, habits or check-ins.

Pricing as listed in October 2026: Free $0 (9% fee); Creator $10/mo ($8.33 annual, 9% fee); Creator Plus $30/mo ($25 annual, 0%); Creator Max $100/mo ($83.33 annual). Trustpilot showed 2.0 from 43 reviews. Our Stan Store vs Beacons piece compares the two side by side.

Pick it over Coachful if you only need a cheaper link-in-bio store for digital downloads, your coaching happens mostly on social media and Zoom, and you are not ready to run programs yet.

10. Kartra: marketing automation with calendars attached

Kartra homepage with its headline and main sign-up call to action, October 2026
Kartra's homepage in October 2026.

Kartra is an all-in-one marketing suite: pages, funnels, email and SMS, memberships, calendars and a helpdesk. It suits a mindset coach who thinks like a marketer and wants detailed automation, tagging and SMS in one account.

The calendar tool means you can sell and book a "breakthrough session" from a funnel, and the membership area can host a course. On Starter and above, email and SMS are unlimited and up to 5 team members can work in the account, which helps if you have a VA running launches.

For delivery, Kartra lists no client habits, check-ins or per-client coaching plans. Older public profiles report no mobile app for students or admins, and funnels and memberships are not portable to other platforms. The entry plan is tight: Essentials caps you at 500 contacts, 5 pages, one product and one membership, and charges a 5% transaction fee.

Pricing as listed in October 2026: Essentials $59/mo ($52 annual), 5% fee; Starter $119/mo ($99 annual) with 2,500 contacts and 0% fee; Growth $229/mo ($189 annual) with 12,500 contacts; Professional $549/mo ($429 annual). A 14-day trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee are listed. Trustpilot showed 3.2 from 129 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if SMS marketing and complex funnel tagging are central to how you sell, you have a team member to manage it, and client delivery happens in another tool.

11. LearnWorlds: interactive courses for self-paced inner work

LearnWorlds pricing page showing plans in euros
LearnWorlds's pricing page in October 2026 (shown in euros).

LearnWorlds is a course and learning platform with a website builder, funnels, SCORM support and interactive video. For mindset coaches, the interactive video is the standout: you can pause a lesson to ask a reflection question or add a quiz, which turns a passive "managing self-doubt" video into something closer to a guided exercise.

It is a strong fit if your plan is to turn your method into a structured self-paced course and sell it at scale. Pro Trainer adds 5 admins, 15 page funnels and 2,000 mass emails a month, which is enough for a modest launch.

The constraints: LearnWorlds is not built for 1:1 client management, habits or check-ins. Self-paced plans cap active learners per month (1,000 on Starter, 2,000 on Pro Trainer and Learning Center). A branded mobile app is a separately priced add-on.

Pricing as listed in October 2026: Starter $29/mo ($24 annual) with a $5 fee per paid enrollment; Pro Trainer $99/mo ($79 annual) with no LearnWorlds fee; Learning Center $299/mo ($249 annual); Corporate custom. Stripe and PayPal fees of 2.9% + $0.30 apply. The 30-day trial needs no card, though the school is scheduled for deletion if not upgraded. The pricing page screenshot shows euros. Trustpilot listed 4.8 from 423 reviews.

More course options are covered in the best course platforms for mindset coaches.

Pick it over Coachful if a highly interactive self-paced course is your main product, you sell to many learners rather than a few clients, and you are content to coach 1:1 elsewhere.

12. Teachable: a straightforward course seller

Teachable homepage with its headline and main sign-up call to action, October 2026
Teachable's homepage in October 2026.

Teachable is a course and digital-product platform with student mobile apps. If the reason you are leaving Stan Store is that you want a proper home for one or two mindset courses, with a cleaner student experience than a link-in-bio page, Teachable is a familiar, simple choice.

Students can take lessons on the mobile apps, and the platform handles checkout and digital downloads. Builder and Growth plans carry no Teachable transaction fee.

For coaches, the gaps are larger than for most of this list. Older public profiles report no native scheduling or calendar sync, with coaching calls relying on external tools. There are no client habits, daily check-ins or per-client plans. The Starter plan also takes a 7.5% platform fee and caps you at 5 products.

Pricing as listed in October 2026: Starter $39/mo ($29 annual), 7.5% fee; Builder $89/mo ($69 annual) with 10 products and 0% fee; Growth $189/mo ($139 annual) with 50 products and 5 admins; Custom on request. Pick it over Coachful if you only need to sell a couple of self-paced courses with a mobile learning app, and coaching sessions are a small, separately booked part of your business.

Which features does each tool actually include?

The matrix below focuses on the jobs a mindset coach does every week. "Partial" means the feature exists but in a limited form or only on higher plans.

Only one row has a "yes" across every column. That is the practical case for consolidation: each "no" is either a separate subscription or a part of your method that clients never experience.

What will each option cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?

These are monthly plan prices as listed in October 2026, choosing the cheapest plan that fits a mindset coach at each size and that does not charge a platform percentage where one can be avoided. They exclude Stripe or PayPal processing, which applies to every tool. For tools that lack booking, contracts or check-ins, remember you would add other subscriptions on top.

How does a mindset coach set this up in Coachful, step by step?

Here is a worked example of moving a typical Stan Store setup into Coachful. The coach in this example sells a free journaling prompt pack, an 8-week 1:1 confidence program and a monthly group call. The program name, length and structure are illustrative; adapt them to your own method.

  1. Ask for the build first. On Create, pick "We'll build it for you" and request a link-in-bio page, a lead-magnet funnel for the prompt pack and a sales page for the 8-week program. Attach your current Stan Store link, your logo and your existing copy. While the team builds, you do the steps that need your own judgement.
  2. Connect payments and calendars. Link your Stripe Connect account and sync your Google, Apple or Outlook calendar. Set availability rules, buffers between sessions and minimum notice, so clients cannot book a deep session five minutes before it starts.
  3. Write the coaching agreement. Include what mindset coaching covers, what it does not (therapy, diagnosis, crisis support), how you refer out, your cancellation policy and confidentiality. Set it to go out for e-signature before the first call. Have a local lawyer review the wording; this is not legal advice.
  4. Build the 8-week program. Create one week per theme, for example noticing the inner critic, naming patterns, reframing, self-compassion, values, small brave actions, setbacks and integration. Give each week a weekly goal and two or three daily tasks. You can ask Michelle to draft the outline from your notes, then edit it in your voice.
  5. Add check-ins and habits. Set a morning check-in that asks for one intention and an energy rating, and an evening check-in that asks what the inner critic said today and how the client responded. Add one or two habits, such as five minutes of journaling or a short breathing practice, so clients build streaks.
  6. Set intake questions on the booking page. Ask what prompted them to look for coaching now, what they have tried and whether they are currently working with a therapist. That last question helps you spot scope issues early.
  7. Price the offer. Coachful does not set your rates. Decide the program price from your hours, the value of the outcome and what similar programs in your network charge, then offer it as a one-time payment or a payment plan through Stripe.
  8. Turn on the group layer. Create the monthly group call as an event and let the community feed act as the space between calls. If you later run a cohort version of the program, cohort groups are created automatically on enrollment.
  9. Write the nurture sequence. A five-email sequence after the prompt pack download: one prompt per day, a short story about the pattern it addresses, and an invitation to book a call on the last day. Use a delay between emails and a branch for people who already booked.
  10. Swap the link. Replace your Stan Store URL in your Instagram and TikTok bios with the new Coachful link-in-bio page, then export your Stan customer list as CSV; clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding. Our guide on migrating from Stan Store covers the order of operations.

Once clients are active, check the client list weekly for anyone marked quiet or at risk, and read the AI briefing before each session so you open with what they wrote, not with "so, how was your week?"

What mistakes do mindset coaches make when leaving Stan Store?

  • Swapping one storefront for another. Moving from Stan to Beacons or Podia saves a few dollars but leaves the core gap in place: nobody sees whether the client did the work between sessions.
  • Selling a transformation as a PDF. A "30-day mindset reset" delivered as a single download relies on the client's discipline, which is often the thing they hired you to help with. Break it into daily prompts with a check-in.
  • Skipping the agreement. Mindset clients sometimes disclose things that belong with a therapist. Without a written scope and referral clause, those conversations get awkward. Put it in writing before the first call.
  • Collecting sensitive history in the wrong place. Do not ask for diagnoses or treatment details in intake forms. Ask whether they are working with a clinician, and keep clinical information out of coaching software.
  • Underestimating platform fees. A 9% or 10% fee on a few hundred dollars per client is easy to ignore at first and painful at scale. Check the fee column before you pick the cheap plan.
  • Building a community with no structure. A feed with no prompts goes quiet within weeks. Tie the community to the program's weekly theme so members have something specific to post about.
  • Rebuilding everything yourself over a weekend. Coaches often stall halfway through a migration. Ask for help with the website and funnels, and spend your own time on the program content only you can write.

Which Stan Store alternative should a mindset coach choose?

Choose Coachful if your clients pay you for change that happens between sessions. It keeps the storefront role Stan plays and adds programs with daily check-ins and habits, booking with calendar sync, agreements with e-signature, courses, community and email, with one login for you and one branded app for clients, at a 0% platform fee. The free white-glove build takes most of the setup off your plate.

The others make sense in narrower cases. Kajabi fits a course-and-membership brand with the budget for it. Podia is the gentle upgrade for coaches who mostly sell downloads. Systeme.io is the low-cost start for list-building. Mighty Networks, Skool and Circle suit community-led offers. Ruzuku, LearnWorlds and Teachable are course tools first. Beacons is the cheapest straight swap, and Kartra is for marketers who want SMS and heavy automation.

Frequently asked questions

Is Stan Store good enough for mindset coaches?

For selling downloads and paid calls from Instagram, yes. Stan Store's Creator plan covers a storefront, booking, courses and a community. It has no contracts, client records, habits or check-ins, so mindset programs that depend on daily practice need another tool alongside it.

What is the cheapest Stan Store alternative for a mindset coach?

Systeme.io and Beacons both have free plans, as listed in October 2026. Beacons charges a 9% seller fee below its $30/mo Creator Plus plan, while Systeme.io charges 0% on every plan. Neither includes 1:1 client records or check-ins, so the cheapest tool is not always the cheapest stack.

Can I run 1:1 and group mindset coaching in the same platform?

In Coachful, yes: 1:1 sessions, multi-week programs, cohort groups, a community feed and group video events share one client record and one login. Most community tools in this list (Mighty Networks, Skool, Circle) handle the group side but have no 1:1 scheduling or client management.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

It is a build service included on every plan. From Create, you describe what you want (a website, funnel, sales page, program, course outline, email sequence or link-in-bio page) and attach up to 8 links and 10 files. The Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours, without inventing credentials, testimonials or prices.

Does Coachful replace a therapist's records system?

No. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not for clinical notes or insurance billing. It is built for coaching: programs, check-ins, sessions and payments. If you are also a licensed clinician, keep clinical records in a dedicated clinical system.

How do I keep mindset coaching within scope?

State in your coaching agreement that coaching is not therapy or medical treatment and explain when you will refer. Ask at intake whether the client is working with a clinician. If a client describes crisis symptoms, pause coaching and point them to professional help, such as the resources on the NIMH find-help page.

Can I move my Stan Store customers to another platform?

Stan Store exports customers and contacts to CSV, according to an older public profile. Course and community content has to be rebuilt elsewhere. In Coachful, clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding.

Which tools take a percentage of my sales?

As listed in October 2026: Beacons (9% on Free and Creator), Skool (10% + 30¢ on Hobby, card-rate fees on Pro), Podia (5% on Mover), Kartra (5% on Essentials), Teachable (7.5% on Starter), Mighty Networks (0.5% to 2%), Circle (0.5% to 2%) and LearnWorlds ($5 per enrollment on Starter). Coachful, Stan Store, Systeme.io and Ruzuku list 0% platform fees, with processor fees still applying.

Do mindset clients get a mobile app?

In Coachful, clients use a branded app inside the Coachful app, showing your branding, where they complete check-ins, habits and lessons. Teachable offers student apps, and Mighty Networks offers Mighty-branded apps. Circle reserves branded apps for its custom-priced plan, and LearnWorlds sells its branded app as a separate add-on.

Can Coachful help me track hours for an ICF credential?

Yes. Coachful counts your coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports an ICF client coaching log with paid and pro bono hours, which is useful if you are building toward a credential while growing your practice.

Coachful is a coaching platform for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions, from solo practitioners to small teams replacing four to six tools. Start with a free trial and ask for the free white-glove build to get your link-in-bio page, funnel and first program in place. Read more about coaching software or see plans.
