Thinkific Review 2026: Features, Prices and Who Should Skip

This Thinkific review gives you the short answer first: Thinkific is a capable course platform for coaches whose main product is a self-paced or cohort course sold to many students, but it is a weak fit if your business runs on 1:1 sessions, client check-ins and between-session accountability. Prices rose in August 2026, the cheapest public plan now starts at $109 a month, and public reviewers on Trustpilot rate the company 1.8 out of 5. Below you will find what Thinkific does by job, what each plan costs, what reviewers praise and complain about, and which tools fit coaches better.
We make Coachful, a coaching platform that competes with Thinkific for some coaches, so read our recommendations with that in mind. Every Thinkific fact here comes from Thinkific's own pricing and information pages as listed in October 2026, or from public reviews, and we say where a detail comes from our older September 2026 profile. We did not run a hands-on test account; this review covers what the vendor documents and what public reviewers report.
What is the quick verdict on Thinkific?
Thinkific suits course creators who want unlimited courses, quizzes, certificates and communities under their own domain, and it is a poor fit for coaches whose income comes from private clients. Here is the summary before the detail.
| Question | Short answer |
|---|---|
| Who it suits | Educators and coaches selling courses, cohorts and memberships to dozens or thousands of students |
| Who should skip it | Coaches running 1:1 or small-group programs who need booking, contracts, habits and daily check-ins in one place |
| Public rating | Trustpilot 1.8 out of 5 from 868 reviews, seen on October 25, 2026 |
| Starting price | Start plan: $109 a month, or $82 a month billed annually (as listed in October 2026) |
| Free plan or trial | No free plan; a 30-day free trial on every self-serve plan |
| Transaction fees | 0% Thinkific fee with Thinkific Payments; an extra gateway fee applies with Stripe or PayPal |
| Biggest gap for coaches | No built-in 1:1 scheduling, client habits or per-client plans |
If you are a coach and you came here because you need one place to book, sell, deliver and follow up with clients, skip ahead to the Thinkific alternative section. If you mainly sell courses, read on, because Thinkific does that job well on paper.
What is Thinkific?
Thinkific is an online course platform that lets you build, host and sell courses, digital downloads, memberships and communities from a site on your own domain. It is built around the student and the course, not around the individual coaching client.

The company positions its product for creators, educators and businesses that teach at scale. Every self-serve plan includes unlimited courses, digital downloads and what Thinkific calls coaching and webinar products. On top of courses, you get live cohorts that run through Zoom, quizzes, certificates, bundles, upsells, payment plans, memberships and a custom domain. Communities with "spaces" (think channels or rooms) and live community events are included, with limits that grow with each plan.
Higher plans move toward business and enterprise use: B2B sales and invoicing, an API and webhooks, exams with question banks, email white-labeling, revenue sharing with partners, and on the custom Plus plan, single sign-on, SCORM, learning paths, HubSpot and Salesforce connections and an AI teaching assistant. That direction tells you who Thinkific is building for: course businesses and training teams, not solo coaches with a roster of 15 private clients.
One more context point. Thinkific raised prices about 10% on August 13, 2026. Start went from $99 to $109 a month and Grow went from $199 to $219, a new Expand plan appeared at $499, and the older Basic plan (previously $49 a month, or $36 billed annually) no longer appears on the public pricing page. If you read an older Thinkific review, its numbers are probably out of date. Our Thinkific pricing breakdown covers every plan limit in more depth.
What does Thinkific do for each part of a coaching business?
Thinkific is strongest at course delivery and weakest at the private client work most coaches depend on. Below we sort its features by the five jobs a coaching business has to cover, with honest notes on each.
Marketing: getting found and capturing leads
Every plan includes a custom domain, so your course site can live at your own address, and you can sell bundles and add upsells to raise order value. Removing Thinkific's branding from your site requires the Grow plan at $219 a month, which matters if you want a fully professional look. Sending email from your own domain (email white-labeling) sits on Expand at $499 a month.
The plan details we checked do not describe a funnel builder with lead magnets, pixels and multi-step email sequences of the kind coaches use to turn a free guide into a discovery call. If your marketing depends on that, confirm what is included before you commit, or plan to pair Thinkific with a separate email or funnel tool.
Selling: checkout, payments and fees
Thinkific supports one-time sales, payment plans, subscriptions through memberships, bundles and upsells. Using Thinkific Payments means 0% Thinkific transaction fee, with processing that Thinkific describes as in line with other processors at 2.9%. If you prefer Stripe or PayPal as your gateway, Thinkific adds a per-plan gateway fee whose amount is not listed on the pricing page, so ask before you choose.
B2B sales and invoicing arrive on Grow, which helps if you sell training seats to companies. For a coach who wants an invoice per transaction and a signed agreement before the first call, Thinkific does not list contracts or e-signature.
Delivery: courses, cohorts and coaching
This is where Thinkific earns its place. You get unlimited courses with quizzes and certificates, live cohorts with Zoom, and exams with question banks on Grow and above. Video bandwidth is capped at 200 GB a month on Start, 400 GB on Grow and 1,000 GB on Expand, and maximum group size runs from 50 on Start to 100 on Grow and unlimited on Expand.
Coaching is thinner. Thinkific lists "coaching and webinar products" on every plan, but our September 2026 profile found no built-in 1:1 scheduling: coaching relied on external booking links. There are no client habits, daily check-ins or per-client plans. If your program asks a client to log a habit every morning and answer a reflection every Friday, Thinkific has no native place for that.
Client experience: what your clients see
Students log into a course site with lessons, progress and community spaces. That works well for learning content. A branded mobile app is a $199 a month add-on (included on select Plus contracts), so a phone experience under your own name costs extra on every self-serve plan. Clients who book sessions with you through another tool will juggle at least two logins.
Admin: team, reporting and data
Admin seats rise from 2 on Start to 6 on Grow and 15 on Expand. Engagement reports, phone and priority chat support, and the API and webhooks start on Grow. Our September 2026 profile notes that students and the email list export to CSV, while course content has to be downloaded manually, which is worth knowing before you build a large library. Several reviewers also mention trouble retrieving data after cancelling, covered below.
Here is how those jobs line up against a coaching platform built for client work:
| Tool | 1:1 booking | Habits and check-ins | Contracts | Courses | Community | Branded client app |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Built in, with two-way calendar sync | Built in: habits, morning and evening check-ins, streaks | E-signature before the first call | Modules, lessons, drip, completion tracking | Feed, group chat, DMs, cohort groups | Your branding inside the Coachful app, included in your Coachful membership |
| Thinkific | Not built in (external booking links, per our September 2026 profile) | Not offered | Not listed | Unlimited courses, quizzes, certificates, cohorts | 1 to 10 communities by plan | $199 a month add-on |
How much does Thinkific cost in 2026?
Thinkific costs $109 a month on Start, $219 on Grow and $499 on Expand when billed monthly, with about 25% off for annual billing, and a custom-priced Plus plan above that. These are the figures as listed in October 2026.

| Plan | Monthly | Billed annually (per month) | Key limits | What it adds |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Start | $109 | $82 | 10,000 current students, 2 admins, 1 community with 10 spaces, 5 live community events, 200 GB video bandwidth a month, group size 50 | Unlimited courses, downloads, coaching and webinar products, Zoom cohorts, quizzes, certificates, bundles, upsells, payment plans, memberships, custom domain |
| Grow | $219 | $164 | 6 admins, 3 communities with 20 spaces, 400 GB, group size 100 | Remove Thinkific branding, exams and question banks, B2B sales and invoicing, priority support, API and webhooks, engagement reports |
| Expand | $499 | $374 | 15 admins, 10 communities with 200 spaces, 1,000 GB, unlimited group size | Email white-labeling, custom SSL, revenue sharing with up to 10 partners, dedicated launch support |
| Plus | Custom | Custom | Custom | AI teaching assistant, SSO, SCORM and learning paths, HubSpot and Salesforce, custom roles, branded app on select contracts |
A few pricing notes matter more than the headline numbers:
- The pricing page may show euros. From our location the page displayed Start at €107 (€79 annually), Grow at €213 (€159) and Expand at €488 (€366). The US dollar figures above come from Thinkific's official AI information page, which it marked as confirmed in October 2026.
- The mobile app is extra. A branded app is $199 a month on top of any self-serve plan, so Start plus the app is $308 a month billed monthly.
- Gateway fees depend on your processor. Thinkific Payments carries no Thinkific transaction fee. Stripe or PayPal add a gateway fee whose size is not shown on the page.
- There is no free plan. You get a 30-day free trial on each self-serve plan; the page does not say whether a card is required.
For a coach, the real cost question is the total stack. Thinkific covers courses and community, but you still pay separately for a scheduler, an e-signature tool and possibly an email or funnel tool. As an illustrative example, a coach with 15 private clients and one signature course would pay $109 a month for Thinkific Start, plus whatever those other tools cost, plus $199 a month if clients want a branded phone app.
| Tool | Entry price | What the entry price covers for a coach | Free plan |
|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | Booking, payments, contracts, programs with habits and check-ins, courses, community, website, funnels, email and AI assistant | No permanent free plan; a free trial |
| Thinkific Start | $109 a month ($82 annually) | Courses, community, cohorts, memberships; no 1:1 booking or client check-ins | No; 30-day trial |
| Thinkific Grow | $219 a month ($164 annually) | Adds branding removal, B2B invoicing, API | No; 30-day trial |
What do public reviewers say about Thinkific?
Public reviewers on Trustpilot are mostly unhappy: Thinkific holds a 1.8 out of 5 score from 868 reviews as seen on October 25, 2026. The recent reviews we read concentrate on billing and support rather than on the course tools themselves.
Keep two things in mind. Trustpilot attracts people with a problem more than satisfied customers, and some reviewers are students of a course hosted on Thinkific rather than paying creators. Even so, the same complaints repeat often enough to be worth weighing. Thinkific replies to most negative reviews and asks the reviewer to contact support so the team can look at the account.
What reviewers praise
- Training material. A reviewer found Thinkific's own training videos clear and useful for getting started.
- Some quick billing fixes. One reviewer reported that support refunded an unexpected charge quickly after they cancelled a trial.
Praise is thin among the recent reviews; only a couple of the visible ones were positive.
What reviewers complain about
- Charges after cancelling or after a trial. This is the most common theme. Several reviewers say they kept being billed after cancelling, or after abandoning a trial, and some say refunds were refused. A few describe the subscription status in the account as confusing.
- Cancellation that does not work. Reviewers describe errors on the cancel screen and difficulty confirming that a plan had actually ended.
- Slow or automated support. Reviewers mention chatbots, delayed replies and no live help, especially for people on lower plans or no longer paying.
- Access to data after leaving. Some reviewers say they could not retrieve course materials or export subscriber data after cancelling. Thinkific's replies say video files can be downloaded.
- Checkout and lesson reliability. Individual reviewers report a test purchase that failed without an error, lessons students could not mark complete, and a payment-plan display they felt discouraged buyers.
- Payout holds. One reviewer reported payouts held for about a month after completing verification.
What this means for you: if you trial Thinkific, set a calendar reminder before the 30 days end, cancel in writing as well as in the dashboard if you decide against it, and export your student list and content regularly rather than at the moment you leave.
What are Thinkific's pros and cons?
Thinkific's pros are course depth and generous student limits; its cons are price, missing coaching tools and a poor public reputation for billing and support.
| Pros | Cons |
|---|---|
| Unlimited courses and digital downloads on every plan | Entry price rose to $109 a month in August 2026; the $49 Basic plan is gone from the public page |
| Quizzes, certificates and Zoom cohorts from Start | No built-in 1:1 scheduling (per our September 2026 profile) |
| Up to 10,000 current students on the entry plan | No client habits, daily check-ins or per-client plans |
| 0% Thinkific transaction fee with Thinkific Payments | Extra gateway fee with Stripe or PayPal, amount not listed |
| Communities and live events included | Branded mobile app costs $199 a month extra |
| B2B invoicing, API and webhooks on Grow | Removing Thinkific branding needs Grow at $219 a month |
| 30-day free trial on each self-serve plan | Trustpilot 1.8 from 868 reviews, with billing and cancellation complaints |
Who is Thinkific best for?
Thinkific is best for coaches and educators whose business is primarily course sales at volume, and for teams that sell training to companies. It is not built for the private client relationship.
- Good fit: a coach with a flagship self-paced course, a big email list and occasional group cohorts on Zoom.
- Good fit: a training business selling seats to companies, which benefits from B2B invoicing on Grow and SSO or SCORM on Plus.
- Weak fit: a life, health or business coach with 10 to 40 private clients, weekly sessions and between-session tasks.
- Weak fit: a coach who wants a branded phone app without paying $199 a month extra.
- Weak fit: a new coach watching costs, now that the cheapest public plan is $109 a month.
If you see yourself in the weak-fit list, a coaching platform will likely save you money and logins. The comparison below shows the options.
What are the best Thinkific alternatives for coaches?
For coaches who run client programs, Coachful is the strongest Thinkific alternative; for pure course sellers, Kajabi, Teachable, Podia and LearnWorlds are the closest like-for-like options. We ranked them on one login for the whole client journey, delivery between sessions, total stack cost, and setup effort.
| Tool | Best for | Entry price | 1:1 coaching tools | Trustpilot (Oct 25, 2026) |

| Podia | Simple storefronts for courses, downloads and webinars | $49 a month ($42 annually), 5% fee | Coaching sessions as products, no check-ins | 4.1 from 153 reviews |
| LearnWorlds | Interactive courses, SCORM and corporate training | $29 a month ($24 annually), $5 per paid enrollment | Not built for 1:1 client management | 4.8 from 423 reviews |
1. Coachful: best Thinkific alternative for coaches with clients
Coachful is a coaching platform that puts booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant under one subscription. The coach has one login and each client gets one branded app. It is built for coaches who deliver programs rather than just sessions, solo coaches growing into a small team, and coaches replacing four to six separate tools.

Where Thinkific stops at the course, Coachful carries on into the week between sessions. You can build multi-week programs with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. Each client record holds goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments, sessions and an AI briefing, and flags every client as thriving, active, quiet or at risk so you know who needs a message.

Booking is built in rather than bolted on. Booking pages handle availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendar sync, built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet and Teams links, email reminders, and SMS and WhatsApp reminders once messaging is enabled. You can sell paid sessions and session credits and ask intake questions at booking. See coaching scheduling software for the full picture.

This short walkthrough shows how a program is built and delivered inside Coachful:
Courses are still covered. Coachful includes modules, lessons, drip release and completion tracking, plus downloads, videos, books, AI tools, events and bundles, all delivered into the client's branded home and app. The community has a feed, group chat, direct messages and video events, and cohort groups are created automatically when someone enrolls in a program. Details are on the course platform for coaches and group coaching software pages.

Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, with one-time sales, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Stripe Tax, and an invoice per transaction. Coachful has charged a 0% platform fee since August 2026, so you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and are stored on the client record (coaching contracts).
Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data: it builds programs, drafts emails and content, summarizes recorded sessions, briefs you before each session and can give optional private feedback on your coaching against ICF Core Competencies 3 to 8. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. Coachful also tracks ICF credential hours against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports an ICF client coaching log (ICF hour tracking).

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can open Create and choose "We'll build it for you · FREE", describe what you want, attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. That covers websites, funnels, sales pages, programs, course outlines and written material, email sequences, forms, lead quizzes and more. Nothing gets invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. For example, a somatic coach leaving Kajabi had the homepage and About page rebuilt and the contact form connected, and a business mentor for beauty professionals got a 12-week mentorship sales page, a start-up-guide funnel and rewritten follow-up emails. Clients, programs and content are also imported for you during onboarding. Read more about the free white-glove service.

What Coachful does not do. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and offers no BAA, so it is not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. There is no PayPal and no permanent free plan. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. It is not a course marketplace, has no third-party plugins, and has no Salesforce or HubSpot integration. If you sell training to large companies that need SSO or SCORM, Thinkific's Plus plan covers ground Coachful does not.
How to start. Start a free trial, then request the white-glove build for your website, funnel or first program while you explore. Monthly plans cancel in one click, lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited, and team plans add coach seats (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). Our Coachful review covers its limits in detail.
Pick it over Thinkific if your income comes from clients you coach over weeks or months and you want them in one branded app instead of a course site plus a booking link.
2. Kajabi: for course sellers who want marketing built in

Kajabi is a course, community, website, funnel and email platform for selling knowledge products. Basic costs $179 a month ($143 billed annually) with 5 products, 2,500 contacts and 0 AI credits; Growth is $249 ($199) with 50 products and 25,000 contacts; Pro is $499 ($399). The standard trial is 14 days. Kajabi Payments in the US charges 2.7% to 2.9% plus $0.30, and other providers except PayPal add a 0.5% to 2% Kajabi fee. Like Thinkific, it has no habit tracking or daily client check-ins. Trustpilot shows 3.4 from 2,347 reviews.
Pick it over Coachful if your business is mostly course and community launches to a large audience and you need no client-level tracking.
3. Teachable: for budget course sellers

Teachable is a course and digital-product platform with student mobile apps. Starter is $39 a month ($29 annually) with 5 products and a 7.5% platform fee; Builder is $89 ($69) with 10 products and 0% fee; Growth is $189 ($139) with 50 products and 5 admins. Teachable Payments processing for US cards is 2.9% plus 30¢. Our older profile found no native scheduling or calendar sync, so coaching calls rely on separate tools. Trustpilot shows 3.3 from 1,110 reviews.
Pick it over Coachful if you only sell recorded courses, want student mobile apps, and do not need session booking.
4. Podia: for a simple storefront

Podia is a simple storefront for courses, downloads, webinars, coaching sessions and community. Mover is $49 a month ($42 annually) with a 5% Podia fee; Shaker is $99 ($84) and Earthquaker is $179 ($150), both with 0% Podia fee. Email allowances are small: 100, 500 or 1,000 subscribers included. The 14-day trial needs no card. There are no client habits, check-ins or per-client plans. Trustpilot shows 4.1 from 153 reviews.
Pick it over Coachful if you want the plainest possible shop for a handful of digital products and occasional paid calls.
5. LearnWorlds: for interactive and corporate courses

LearnWorlds is a course and learning platform with a website builder, funnels, SCORM and interactive video. Starter is $29 a month ($24 annually) plus $5 per paid enrollment; Pro Trainer is $99 ($79) with 5 admins and 2,000 active learners a month; Learning Center is $299 ($249). It offers a 30-day trial that its pages say needs no card. It is not built for 1:1 client management, habits or check-ins, and a branded app is priced separately. Trustpilot shows 4.8 from 423 reviews.
Pick it over Coachful if you build interactive or SCORM-based training for organizations and coaching is a small part of what you sell.
Other tools come up in the same search. Community-first platforms are covered in our Skool review and Circle review, and low-cost marketing suites in our Systeme.io review. For more head-to-heads, see our comparisons.
How does Thinkific compare with Coachful side by side?
Thinkific wins on course scale and enterprise options; Coachful wins on everything that happens between a coach and an individual client. The choice depends on which of those your revenue relies on.

Picture a coach with a 12-week program for 15 clients. On Thinkific, the course content lives in the course site, the weekly calls are booked through a separate scheduler, the agreement is signed in a separate e-signature tool, and daily habits live in a spreadsheet or a third app. Each client gets several logins and the coach checks several dashboards to see who has gone quiet. On Coachful, the booking, the signed agreement, the weekly lessons, the daily check-ins and the habit streaks all sit in one client record, and the client sees them in one branded app. Coachful's cost for that roster is Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients, with no separate scheduler or e-signature subscription to add.
| Tool | Built for | Platform fee on sales | Payment options | Team seats | Setup help |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Coaches with clients, programs and courses | 0% since August 2026 | Your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay; no PayPal | Studio and Agency team plans | Free white-glove build plus import of clients, programs and content |
| Thinkific | Course creators and training businesses | 0% with Thinkific Payments; gateway fee with Stripe or PayPal | Thinkific Payments, Stripe, PayPal | 2 to 15 admins by plan | Dedicated launch support on Expand |
Moving from Thinkific is mostly a content job. Our September 2026 profile notes that students and your email list export to CSV, and course content has to be downloaded manually. On Coachful, clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, and you can always take a full ZIP export of your client data later. For a deeper look, see our Thinkific alternative page.
Is Thinkific worth it in 2026?
Thinkific is worth it if courses are your main product and you will use its student limits, quizzes, certificates and communities; it is not worth it for coaches whose income comes from private clients. The August 2026 price rise and the missing coaching tools make it an expensive base for a 1:1 practice.
The course engine is solid on paper and the entry plan allows up to 10,000 students, which is generous. But a coach pays $109 a month before adding a scheduler, an e-signature tool and possibly a $199 branded app, and still has no place for habits or check-ins. The 1.8 Trustpilot score, driven mostly by billing and cancellation complaints, is another reason to go in carefully and keep your own backups.
If you coach clients through programs, Coachful covers the course side and the client side in one login, with the white-glove build to get you running. If you sell courses at scale to strangers, Thinkific, Kajabi or LearnWorlds are the fairer comparison.
Frequently asked questions
Is Thinkific good for coaches?
Thinkific is good for coaches who mainly sell courses, cohorts and memberships. It is a weak fit for 1:1 coaching because, per our September 2026 profile, it has no built-in session scheduling, and it does not offer client habits, daily check-ins or per-client plans. Most coaches with private clients end up adding other tools.
How much does Thinkific cost per month?
As listed in October 2026, Thinkific costs $109 a month on Start, $219 on Grow and $499 on Expand, or $82, $164 and $374 a month billed annually. Plus is custom-priced. A branded mobile app adds $199 a month.
Does Thinkific have a free plan?
No. Thinkific no longer shows a free plan or the old Basic plan publicly. It offers a 30-day free trial on every self-serve plan, and the pricing page does not say whether a card is required.
Does Thinkific charge transaction fees?
Thinkific charges 0% transaction fee when you use Thinkific Payments, with processing it describes as in line with other processors at 2.9%. If you use Stripe or PayPal instead, Thinkific adds a per-plan gateway fee, and the amount is not listed on the pricing page.
Why does Thinkific have a low Trustpilot rating?
Thinkific scores 1.8 out of 5 from 868 Trustpilot reviews as seen on October 25, 2026. Most recent complaints concern charges after cancelling or after a trial, cancellation errors, slow or automated support and trouble retrieving data after leaving. Thinkific replies to most of these reviews and asks reviewers to contact support.
Can I book 1:1 coaching sessions in Thinkific?
Thinkific lists coaching and webinar products, but our September 2026 profile found that 1:1 coaching relies on external booking links rather than a built-in calendar. Coachful includes booking pages with availability rules, two-way calendar sync and video links in the same account as your courses and client records.
What is the best Thinkific alternative for coaches?
For coaches who run client programs, Coachful is the best alternative because it combines booking, payments, contracts, habits, check-ins, courses and community in one login and one branded client app. For course-only businesses, Kajabi, Teachable, Podia and LearnWorlds are closer like-for-like options.
What is Coachful's free white-glove service?
Every Coachful plan includes a free white-glove build: you describe a website, funnel, program, course outline, email sequence or other asset, attach up to 8 links and 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing, and nothing is invented on your behalf.
Can I move my courses from Thinkific to Coachful?
Yes. Our September 2026 profile notes that Thinkific exports students and your email list to CSV, while course content is downloaded manually. Coachful imports clients, programs and content for you during onboarding, and the white-glove team can rebuild your sales pages and funnels.
Is Coachful HIPAA-compliant like a clinical tool?
No. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not meant for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. It is built for coaching, and coaches in health niches should refer clients to licensed professionals for diagnosis or treatment.
