Everfit Review 2026: Features, Pricing and Who It Suits

This Everfit review comes to a plain answer: Everfit is a capable, fairly priced app for delivering workouts, habits and nutrition to fitness clients, and its free Starter plan for up to 5 clients is a genuine way to try it. It is not a whole coaching business system. Automation, payments and meal plans are paid add-ons, and Everfit does not list a website builder, funnels, courses or email marketing, so most coaches who sell online will pay for other tools as well.
Below we go through what Everfit documents on its pricing and teams pages as listed in October 2026, what its public rating says, where it fits, and which alternatives to weigh. We make Coachful, one of those alternatives, so we say clearly where Everfit is the better pick. We have not run Everfit with our own clients; everything here comes from what the vendor publishes and what public reviewers report.
What is the short verdict on Everfit?
Everfit suits personal trainers and fitness coaches who mainly need to program workouts and track habits for a client list that grows over time. It is a weaker fit for coaches who also need to market, sell and run courses or a community from one place.
- Who it suits: online personal trainers and strength or fitness coaches who want a dedicated training app, start small, and are happy to add other tools for their website and email.
- Who should skip it: coaches who sell programs online and want booking, payments, a website, funnels, email sequences and courses in one subscription, and coaches who want automation without a separate add-on bill.
- Public rating: Trustpilot 2.7 from 16 reviews, seen on 25 October 2026. That is a small review base, so treat it as a signal to read recent reviews rather than a final score.
- Price shape: free for up to 5 clients, then Pro from $19/month for 5 clients rising with client count, Studio from $105/month for 50 clients, and Enterprise on request, as listed in October 2026.
If you want the numbers in more detail, our Everfit pricing breakdown walks through every tier and add-on.
What is Everfit?
Everfit is a fitness coaching platform with a coach app and a client app. Coaches build workouts from an exercise library, assign programs, track metrics and progress photos, set tasks and habits, and message clients from an inbox.

The product is priced by the number of clients you coach, which is common among fitness apps. Starter covers 5 clients at no cost. Pro begins at 5 clients and steps up through 10, 20, 50, 100 and 300 clients. Studio begins at 50 clients and reaches 500. Above 500, Enterprise is sold by quote and adds white-label options, API integrations and Apple/Google developer support.
Everfit's own positioning is clearly fitness first. Its pricing page centres on training, nutrition and habits. It does not present itself as a tool for life, business or executive coaches, and its feature list reflects that.
What does Everfit do for each part of a coaching business?
Everfit is strongest at delivery and the client training experience, and thinnest at marketing and selling. Looking at the five jobs a coaching business has to do makes the gaps easy to see.
Marketing: finding and converting new clients
Everfit does not list a website builder, landing pages, funnels or email marketing on its pricing page. Lead capture and nurture have to happen somewhere else, typically a website builder plus an email platform, with links from those tools into Everfit once someone signs up.
Honest note: for a trainer who gets clients from a gym floor, referrals or Instagram DMs, this may not matter. For a coach launching online programs, it means two or three more subscriptions and more places for a lead to get lost.
Selling: booking and taking payment
Booking and scheduling arrive on the Pro plan. Taking payment inside Everfit uses the Payments & Packages add-on, listed from $9/month ($8 as the lower figure). The pricing page does not say which payment processor sits behind it, and it does not show transaction fees, so check both before you build your pricing around it.
Honest note: the add-on is inexpensive, but it is an extra line on the bill. Contracts and e-signatures are not listed on the pricing page, so if you send a coaching agreement before the first session, plan for another tool. Our guide to coaching contracts covers what that agreement should include.
Delivery: programs, habits and nutrition
This is where Everfit earns its place. Starter includes the exercise library, workout builder, metrics, progress photos and tasks. Pro adds an advanced program builder, habit coaching, forms, a food journal with macros and basic meal plans.
Two add-ons extend delivery further:
- Autoflow automation from $29/month ($24 as the lower figure) for the first 30 active clients, then tiered. This is Everfit's automation layer.
- Meal Plans & Recipe Books from $39/month ($33), for coaches who hand out full meal plans rather than macro targets.
Honest note: automation is the feature that makes a 50-client roster manageable, and here it costs extra. Courses are not part of the product, though On-Demand Collections (from $25/month, included in Studio) gives clients an on-demand training library.
Client experience: the app your clients open
Clients get Everfit's app with inbox messaging, their workouts, habits and progress. Pro adds custom branding and community forums. Studio adds group chat, broadcast messages, training asset uploads and the on-demand training portal. A fully white-labelled app under your own name sits in Enterprise.
Honest note: group chat and broadcasts only arriving at Studio means a coach running a small group program on Pro has fewer ways to talk to the whole group at once.
Admin: team, AI and support
Pro includes team members and a feature Everfit calls AI Smart Response. Enterprise adds 24/7 support and a customer success manager. Everfit's pages we checked do not document a client data export, so if leaving cleanly matters to you, ask support what you can take with you before you commit.

How much does Everfit cost?
Everfit is free for up to 5 clients, then charges by client count: Pro starts at $19/month for 5 clients and Studio at $105/month for 50 clients, as listed in October 2026. Each tier shows two figures; the lower one is presented as the annual-billing rate, though the page does not label it explicitly.

Everfit's teams and pricing pages advertise a 30-day free trial with no contract and no credit card, separate from the free Starter plan. The table puts Coachful first so you can compare the cost of a full coaching stack.
| Plan | Monthly price | Lower (annual) figure | Client limit | What it adds |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Flat monthly plans; monthly plans cancel in one click | Lower plans cap clients; Pro is unlimited (Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients) | Booking, payments, contracts, programs, habits, check-ins, courses, community, website, funnels, email and AI assistant in one subscription |
| Everfit Starter | $0 | $0 | Up to 5 clients | Exercise library, workout builder, metrics and progress photos, tasks, inbox, apps |
| Everfit Pro | From $19 (5 clients) | From $16 | 10 clients $29, 20 clients $49, 50 clients $95, 100 clients $140, 300 clients $290 | Booking, habit coaching, forms, food journal and macros, basic meal plans, advanced program builder, AI Smart Response, branding, forums, team members |
| Everfit Studio | From $105 (50 clients) | From $88 | Up to 500 clients at $430 ($358) | Group chat, broadcasts, training asset uploads, on-demand training portal |
| Everfit Enterprise | Quote | Quote | 500+ clients | White-label, API integrations, Apple/Google developer support, 24/7 support, CSM |
Which Everfit features cost extra?
Four add-ons sit outside the plans, and three of them matter to most online coaches. Here is how they compare with what a Coachful membership covers.
| Tool | Automation | Taking payments | Meal plans and recipes | On-demand content | Website, funnels, email |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Email sequences with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits, plus coaching flows | Your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account; 0% platform fee, processing fees only | Meal plans, recipes, food lookup and barcode scanning in the Fitness & Nutrition pack | Courses with modules, drip and completion tracking, plus downloads, videos and bundles | Website builder, funnels, email lists, broadcasts and sequences included in your Coachful membership |
| Everfit | Autoflow add-on from $29/month for the first 30 active clients, then tiered | Payments & Packages add-on from $9/month; processor and fees not shown | Basic meal plans on Pro; Meal Plans & Recipe Books add-on from $39/month | On-Demand Collections add-on from $25/month, included in Studio | Not listed |
What would a typical coach actually pay?
The real cost depends on which add-ons you need. These are examples built from Everfit's listed "from" prices at monthly billing, for a coach who wants workouts, booking, in-app payments, automation and full meal plans. Autoflow is priced for the first 30 active clients and tiered above that, so the 50 and 100 client figures are minimums.
| Setup (example) | 20 clients | 50 clients | 100 clients | Still needed |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients | Nothing for website, funnels, email or contracts |
| Everfit Pro + Payments + Autoflow + Meal Plans | $49 + $9 + $29 + $39 = $126/month | From $95 + $9 + $29 + $39 = from $172/month | From $140 + $9 + $29 + $39 = from $217/month | Website builder, email tool, e-signature tool |
Two points stand out. First, Everfit's base price is low and the add-ons roughly double it for a coach who wants the full set. Second, the "still needed" column is where the hidden cost lives: a website builder and email platform each carry their own monthly fee. Add those to the Everfit column before you compare.
What do public reviewers say about Everfit?
On Trustpilot, Everfit scored 2.7 from 16 reviews when we checked on 25 October 2026. With so few reviews, a handful of posts can move the score a long way, so it says less than the same score would from hundreds of reviews.
For context, here is how other fitness coaching apps looked on the same day on Trustpilot. These scores come from very different review volumes, which matters as much as the number.
- HubFit: 5.0 from 390 reviews.
- PT Distinction: 4.8 from 297 reviews.
- My PT Hub: 4.4 from 2,557 reviews.
- Exercise.com: 4.4 from 301 reviews.
- ABC Trainerize: 3.1 from 100 reviews.
- TrueCoach: 2.4 from 19 reviews.
Trustpilot was not reachable for a full read of individual reviews when we prepared this article, so we do not paraphrase specific comments here. When you read them yourself, sort by most recent and look for patterns rather than single stories. Questions worth answering from the reviews:
- Do complaints concern the coaching features, or billing and cancellation? Billing complaints matter more on a tool where add-ons stack up.
- How quickly and how well does support respond? Enterprise is the only tier that lists 24/7 support.
- Do reviewers mention the client app's reliability? Your clients use it daily, so app problems become your problems.
- Are positive reviews from coaches at a similar size to you? A 5-client trainer and a 200-client studio need different things.
The best test is the trial itself. Everfit's 30-day trial without a card gives you time to run two or three real clients through it before you pay.
What are Everfit's pros and cons?
Everfit's main strengths are a real free plan, solid training and habit tools and low entry pricing. Its main weaknesses are add-on costs, missing marketing tools and thin public review data.
| Tool | Pros | Cons |
|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Booking, payments, contracts, programs, courses, community, website, funnels, email and AI assistant in one login; fitness pack with workout builder, logging, nutrition and form-check video; 0% platform fee; free white-glove build | Not HIPAA-certified; no PayPal; no permanent free plan; no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync; no stock exercise videos; client app carries your branding inside the Coachful app rather than your own store listing |
| Everfit | Free Starter plan for 5 clients; 30-day trial with no card; workout builder and exercise library on every plan; habits, food journal and macros on Pro; low starting price; white-label app on Enterprise | Autoflow, payments and full meal plans are paid add-ons; no website, funnels, courses or email marketing listed; group chat and broadcasts only from Studio; transaction fees and data export not documented; Trustpilot 2.7 from 16 reviews |
Who is Everfit best for?
Everfit is best for fitness coaches whose business is mainly training delivery, who already have a way to find clients, and who want to start free and pay more only as their roster grows.
- New online personal trainers with fewer than 5 clients who want a free, proper training app rather than spreadsheets.
- Hybrid trainers who coach in person and send programs to clients between sessions, and get clients through a gym or referrals.
- Larger studios that want a white-label app under their own name and are big enough for Enterprise pricing.
It is a poorer fit for coaches who sell online programs to people they have never met, because the website, funnel, email and checkout pieces are elsewhere. It is also not built for life, mindset, business or health coaches whose work is conversation and accountability rather than sets and reps.
A note on scope for any fitness or nutrition coach: coaching is not medical treatment. If a client has a medical condition, an injury, a suspected eating disorder or takes medication that affects training or diet, refer them to a doctor, physiotherapist or registered dietitian and coach within what they clear. Neither Everfit nor Coachful is a clinical record system.
What are the best Everfit alternatives?
We rank alternatives on one login for the whole client journey, between-session delivery, total stack cost, and setup effort. On those criteria Coachful comes first, followed by the fitness-only apps for coaches who need nothing beyond training delivery. Prices are as listed in October 2026.
| Tool | Starting price | Free plan or trial | Website, funnels, email | Trustpilot (25 Oct 2026) |

1. Coachful: the whole coaching business in one login

Coachful is a coaching platform where one subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. The coach has one login and the client has one branded app. It is built for coaches who deliver programs rather than single sessions, solo coaches growing into a small team, and coaches replacing four to six tools. The company is based in Tallinn, Estonia.
For fitness coaches, the Fitness & Nutrition pack covers the training side that Everfit is known for: a workout builder with an exercise library of illustrated exercises (supersets, circuits, AMRAP, EMOM, intervals, tempo), client workout logging with set history and PRs, nutrition targets up to calories and macros, meal plans, recipes, food lookup and barcode scanning, private progress photos and measurements, weekly check-ins, private form-check video with timestamped coach comments, and challenges. Coaches attach their own demo videos.

Programs run for multiple weeks with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. Each client record holds goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, with a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk so you can see who needs a message today. Our guide to weekly habit reviews shows how to use that rhythm with clients.

Here is a short walkthrough of how programs are built and delivered in Coachful.
Booking pages handle availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendar sync and built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links. Email reminders are standard, with SMS (24 hours before) and WhatsApp (1 hour before) once messaging is enabled. See scheduling software for the details.

Payments go through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and Stripe Tax. Coachful has charged a 0% platform fee since August 2026, so you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and are stored on the client record. More on coaching payment software.

The marketing side is the biggest difference from Everfit. Coachful includes a section-based website builder with blog, custom domain, SEO settings and 30 designed homepage templates; booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels with pixels and UTM tracking; a link-in-bio page that sells; and email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits.

Courses with modules, lessons, drip and completion tracking sit alongside downloads, videos, books, events and bundles, all delivered into the client's branded home and app. The community includes a feed, group chat, direct messages and video events, and cohort groups are created automatically when someone enrols in a program. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data to build programs, draft emails and content, summarise recorded sessions and brief you before each call. Questions and planning are included in the membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can open Create and choose "We'll build it for you", describe what you want, attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as logos, photos and brand guides, and the Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. That can be a website, a funnel, a sales page, a program, a course outline and written material, an email sequence, a form, a lead quiz or an automation. Nothing gets invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. In one recent build, a menopause and midlife health coach starting from nothing got a five-page site in sage and cream with every button leading to a free 20-minute consultation. It does not include recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. Read more about the free white-glove service.

What Coachful does not do. It is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. There is no PayPal and no permanent free plan. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. There is no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync, Apple Health sync is not publicly available, and there are no stock exercise videos. It is not a course marketplace and has no third-party plugins.
How to start. Start a free trial, then use the white-glove service to have your website, first funnel or program built for you. Clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, and monthly plans cancel in one click. Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients. Our Coachful review covers who should not buy it.
When Everfit is the better pick: you only need training delivery, have fewer than 5 clients and want to pay nothing, or need a white-labelled app under your own store listing.
2. ABC Trainerize: a broad fitness app with a large add-on menu

ABC Trainerize covers workouts, habits, nutrition tracking and messaging, priced by client seats. Basic is free for 1 client, Grow is $10/month for 2 clients, Pro starts at $25/month for 5 clients with tiers up to 200, and Studio Plus starts at $275/month. The 30-day trial includes unlimited clients and no card. Scheduling, selling products, payments, video and advanced nutrition are separate paid add-ons below Studio, and there is no course builder, website or email marketing.
Pick it over Coachful if you run a multi-location studio (Studio Plus is pitched at 5+ locations) or want a free 1-client plan and to add only the paid modules you need.
3. HubFit: high ratings and generous client counts

HubFit covers programs, nutrition, habits and check-ins. Standard is $39/month for up to 50 clients, Premium $69/month for 100, and Ultimate from $119/month. Branding and payments start at Premium, team members and Zapier at Ultimate, and a branded app is a $189/month add-on. It lists no scheduling, video calls, contracts or website.
Pick it over Coachful if you want a training-only app with a large client allowance at a low entry tier and do not need booking or marketing tools.
4. PT Distinction: automations and branded app from Pro
PT Distinction offers programs, nutrition, check-ins, automations and a client app. Basic is $19.90/month with 3 clients included and $6.00 per extra client, Pro $59.90/month with 25 clients, and Master $89.90/month with 50. The branded client app starts on Pro. There is no course builder, community or website builder on its pricing page.
Pick it over Coachful if per-client overage pricing suits your roster and training automations are your main need.
5. My PT Hub: bookings and payments for trainers
My PT Hub covers workouts, nutrition, bookings, payments, habits, check-ins and a client app. Starter is $25/month for 3 clients, Premium $59/month for unlimited clients, and Ultimate $215/month with 5 extra trainers. Its pricing page displayed euro prices when we captured it. A white-label app listing is a paid add-on below Ultimate, and courses, funnels and email are not shown.
Pick it over Coachful if you want unlimited clients on a mid-tier trainer plan and your marketing already lives elsewhere.
6. TrueCoach: focused strength programming

TrueCoach is a strength and fitness programming app priced by active-client cap: Starter at $26.34/month billed annually for 5 active clients, Standard at $57.99 for 20, and Pro at $136.99 for 50. It offers a 14-day trial and a 90-day money-back guarantee for first-time annual subscribers. Scheduling is not on its pricing page feature list, and payments are limited to coaches banking in four countries.
Pick it over Coachful if you coach strength athletes and want a narrow, programming-first tool.
If you coach outside fitness, our Practice Better review and Paperbell review cover tools built for wellness and session-based coaching, and the comparison hub lists more side-by-side guides.
How does Everfit compare with Coachful for a fitness coach?
Everfit is the cheaper start for a trainer with a handful of clients; Coachful is the simpler stack once you sell online, because it adds the website, funnels, email, payments, contracts and courses that Everfit leaves to other tools.
On delivery, both cover workout building, an exercise library, habits, nutrition targets and progress photos. Coachful's Fitness & Nutrition pack also documents client workout logging with set history and PRs, private form-check video with timestamped comments, weekly check-ins and challenges. Everfit offers a white-label app on Enterprise, which Coachful does not. Neither tool, as documented, replaces a clinician.
On cost, the comparison is fairest when you total everything. Add Everfit's plan, the add-ons you need, a website builder, an email tool and an e-signature tool. Then compare that sum with the Coachful plan that covers your client count, shown in the example cost table above. Our page for fitness coaches walks through a typical setup.
Is Everfit worth it in 2026?
Yes, if you are a fitness coach who mainly needs training delivery and wants to start free. No, if you want to run marketing, sales and delivery from one place without paying for add-ons and extra tools.
Everfit's free Starter plan and 30-day trial make it low risk to test. Its training tools are the core of the product and are documented clearly. The weaker points are structural: automation, payments and full meal plans cost extra, the marketing side is missing, and the public rating rests on very few reviews. If your next goal is selling a 12-week program to people who find you online, you will outgrow a training-only app quickly.
For coaches who want one login for the whole client journey, Coachful is our recommendation, and the free white-glove build means your website or first program can be set up for you inside your own account. Coaches in other niches can see how it fits on the pages for health coaches and coaching software in general.
Frequently asked questions about Everfit
Is Everfit free?
Yes, Everfit's Starter plan is free for up to 5 clients and includes the exercise library, workout builder, metrics, progress photos, tasks and messaging. Booking, habit coaching, forms and nutrition tracking need Pro. Everfit also advertises a 30-day free trial with no card.
How much does Everfit Pro cost?
As listed in October 2026, Pro starts at $19/month for 5 clients and rises to $29 for 10, $49 for 20, $95 for 50, $140 for 100 and $290 for 300 clients. Lower figures are shown for each tier and appear to be the annual-billing rate, though the page does not label them.
Does Everfit include automation?
Not in the base plans. Autoflow automation is an add-on from $29/month for the first 30 active clients, then tiered. Budget for it if you plan to coach more than a few clients at once.
Can I take payments in Everfit?
Yes, with the Payments & Packages add-on from $9/month. The pricing page does not state the payment processor or transaction fees, so confirm both with Everfit before you set your prices.
Does Everfit have a website builder or email marketing?
Everfit does not list a website builder, funnels or email marketing on its pricing page. Most coaches pair it with a separate website platform and email tool, which adds to the monthly cost.
Is Everfit good for life or business coaches?
It is built for fitness. Workouts, nutrition and progress photos are the core, so a life, mindset or business coach would use few of its main features. A general coaching platform with programs, check-ins, booking and payments fits that work better.
What is Everfit's Trustpilot rating?
Everfit had a Trustpilot score of 2.7 from 16 reviews on 25 October 2026. The review base is small, so read the most recent reviews and run your own trial rather than relying on the number alone.
Can I export my client data from Everfit?
Everfit's pricing and teams pages do not document a data export. Ask support what you can download before you commit, especially workout history and progress photos. Coachful offers a full client data export as a ZIP, plus course export.
What is Coachful's free white-glove service?
On every Coachful plan, you can ask the team to build a website, funnel, program, course outline, email sequence or form inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. You describe what you want and attach up to 8 links and 10 files. Nothing gets invented, and it does not cover video recording, logo design or ads.
Can I move from Everfit to Coachful?
Yes. Clients, programs and content are imported for you during Coachful onboarding, and you can start with a free trial. Plan the switch at the end of a program block so clients move at a natural break.
