Everfit Pricing in 2026: Plans, Fees and What Coaches Pay

Everfit pricing, as listed in October 2026, starts with a free Starter plan for up to 5 clients. Pro starts at $19 a month for 5 clients and rises with your roster ($49 for 20 clients, $95 for 50). Studio starts at $105 a month for 50 clients, and Enterprise is quoted for 500+. Each tier also shows a lower figure that reads as the annual-billing rate: Pro from $16 and Studio from $88. Automation, payments and meal plans are paid add-ons on top.
That headline price is only part of the bill. Everfit charges by client count, so the cost climbs as you grow. Several things coaches expect to be built in are sold separately. Everfit also has no website, funnel, email marketing or course builder, so most coaches pay for other tools beside it. Below is every plan, every add-on, what a coach pays at 5, 20 and 50 clients, and how Everfit compares with Coachful and five other fitness coaching apps. We make Coachful, so we say plainly where Everfit is the better pick.

How much does Everfit cost in 2026?
Everfit costs $0 for up to 5 clients on Starter, or $19 to $290 a month on Pro depending on how many clients you coach. Studio runs $105 to $430 a month for 50 to 500 clients. Those are the monthly figures Everfit lists in October 2026. The lower figure shown beside each one (for example $16 beside $19) appears to be the per-month rate on annual billing.
Here is the pricing model in four points:
- Client count sets the price. You don't pick a feature tier and stop there. Within Pro and Studio you pick a client band, and the price moves up as your roster passes each band.
- Features unlock by tier. Booking, habit coaching, forms, macros, custom branding and team members start at Pro. Group chat, broadcasts and the on-demand training portal start at Studio.
- Add-ons stack on top. Autoflow automation, Payments & Packages, On-Demand Collections and Meal Plans & Recipe Books are priced separately, each "from" a listed starting price.
- A free trial and a free plan. Everfit's pricing and teams pages describe a 30-day free trial with no contract and no credit card, plus a Starter plan that stays free for 5 clients.

What are Everfit's plans and prices?
Everfit has four plans: Starter (free), Pro (from $19), Studio (from $105) and Enterprise (quoted). The table shows every price point on Everfit's pricing page as listed in October 2026.
| Plan | Clients | Monthly price | Lower figure (likely annual rate, per month) | Headline features |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | Up to 5 | $0 | $0 | Exercise library, workout builder, metrics and progress photos, tasks, inbox messaging, client and coach apps |
| Pro | 5 | $19 | $16 | Adds booking and scheduling, habit coaching, forms, food journal and macros, basic meal plans, advanced program builder, AI Smart Response, custom branding, community forums, team members |
| Pro | 10 | $29 | $24 | Same as Pro |
| Pro | 20 | $49 | $41 | Same as Pro |
| Pro | 50 | $95 | $79 | Same as Pro |
| Pro | 100 | $140 | $117 | Same as Pro |
| Pro | 300 | $290 | $242 | Same as Pro |
| Studio | 50 (starting band) | $105 | $88 | Adds group chat, broadcast messages, training asset uploads, on-demand training portal |
| Studio | 500 (top band) | $430 | $358 | Same as Studio |
| Enterprise | 500+ | Quote | Quote | White-label options, API integrations, Apple/Google developer support, 24/7 support, a customer success manager |
Two notes on reading this table. First, Everfit's page lists the bands above, and the price for a band in between (say 35 clients) depends on which band Everfit puts you in, so check the slider for your exact number. Second, the lower figure on each tier is presented like an annual-billing rate, but the page does not label it outright. Confirm the billing term at checkout before you count on the saving.
On Pro, the annual figure saves about 16%. At 20 clients that is $588 a year billed monthly against $492 at the lower rate, a $96 difference. At Studio's 50-client entry point it is $1,260 against $1,056, or $204 a year.
What does each Everfit plan add?
Starter covers training delivery for a handful of clients, Pro adds the business and nutrition tools most paid coaches need, Studio adds group and on-demand delivery, and Enterprise adds your own branded app and support. Here is what that means in practice.
Starter: free, 5 clients, training only
Starter gives you the exercise library, the workout builder, metrics and progress photos, tasks, inbox messaging, and both the coach and client apps. It is a real way to deliver programs to a few clients. It does not include booking, habit coaching, forms, the food journal and macros, or custom branding. If you sell coaching calls or want clients to see your brand, Starter won't be enough for long.
Pro: where most solo coaches land
Pro is the plan most solo fitness coaches will need. It adds booking and scheduling, habit coaching, forms, food journal and macros, basic meal plans, the advanced program builder, AI Smart Response, custom branding, community forums and team members. The catch is the price ladder: Pro is $19 at 5 clients but $95 at 50 and $290 at 300, so a growing roster raises your software bill every time you cross a band.
Studio: group delivery and on-demand training
Studio adds group chat, broadcast messages, training asset uploads and the on-demand training portal. It also includes On-Demand Collections, which Pro users pay for as an add-on. Studio starts at the 50-client band, so it suits coaches running groups, challenges or a library of follow-along workouts, or small gyms with several trainers.
Enterprise: your own app and a support team
Enterprise is for 500+ clients and is quoted, not listed. It adds white-label options, API integrations, Apple and Google developer support, 24/7 support and a customer success manager. If a fully branded app in the app stores is a must, this is the Everfit tier that lists it.

What fees and add-ons does Everfit charge?
Everfit sells four add-ons, listed with "from" prices: Autoflow automation from $29 a month, Payments & Packages from $9, On-Demand Collections from $25 and Meal Plans & Recipe Books from $39. Its pricing page does not show a transaction fee or name a payment processor.
| Fee or add-on | Listed price (monthly / lower figure) | What it covers | Who needs it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Autoflow automation | From $29 / $24 for the first 30 active clients, then tiered | Everfit's automation workflows, priced by active clients | Anyone who wants onboarding and check-ins to run without manual sends |
| Payments & Packages | From $9 / $8 | Selling packages and taking payments inside Everfit | Any coach who wants clients to pay in the app |
| On-Demand Collections | From $25 / $21 (included in Studio) | Libraries of training content clients can follow on demand | Coaches selling self-paced or hybrid programs on Pro |
| Meal Plans & Recipe Books | From $39 / $33 | Full meal plans and recipe books beyond Pro's basic meal plans | Coaches whose offer centres on nutrition |
| Transaction fee | Not shown on the pricing page | Any platform cut of client payments | Ask Everfit before you sell through it |
| Payment processing | Not stated on the pricing page | Card processing on Payments & Packages | Expect standard card processing fees from whichever processor handles it |
| Coach seats | Team members listed from Pro; no separate seat price shown | Adding other coaches to the account | Small teams and studios |
Three things stand out. Autoflow is priced by active clients on its own ladder, so a coach at 50 clients pays more than the $29 starting price. Every add-on is listed with "from," so treat those figures as minimums. And because transaction fees and the processor aren't on the pricing page, you should confirm both before you move your billing to Everfit. Card processors charge their own fee on every payment whatever platform you use.
What does a coach actually pay for Everfit at 5, 20 and 50 clients?
A typical paying coach spends about $28 a month on Everfit at 5 clients, about $126 at 20 and from about $172 at 50, before the website, email and course tools Everfit doesn't include. These are worked examples built from Everfit's October 2026 list prices, not quotes. Your total depends on which add-ons you actually use.
| Example coach | Everfit plan | Add-ons in the example | Everfit total, monthly billing | At the lower (likely annual) rates | Tools still needed beside it |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| New online coach, 5 clients | Pro, 5 clients: $19 | Payments & Packages: $9 | $28 a month ($336 a year) | $24 a month | Website, email marketing, lead capture or funnel pages, course platform if you sell one |
| Growing coach, 20 clients | Pro, 20 clients: $49 | Payments $9, Autoflow $29, Meal Plans $39 | $126 a month ($1,512 a year) | $106 a month | Website, email marketing, funnels, course platform; e-signature agreements are not listed on Everfit's pricing page |
| Established coach, 50 clients | Pro, 50 clients: $95 | Payments $9, Autoflow from $29 (more above 30 active clients), Meal Plans $39 | From $172 a month (from $2,064 a year) | From $144 a month | Same as above, plus whatever you use for group delivery if you stay on Pro |
| Established coach, 50 clients, groups | Studio, 50 clients: $105 | Payments $9, Autoflow from $29, Meal Plans $39 (On-Demand included) | From $182 a month | From $153 a month | Website, email marketing, funnels, course platform |
The right-hand column matters as much as the totals. Everfit is a coaching delivery app. It has no website builder, funnels, email marketing or course builder, so a coach who markets online usually adds a site builder, an email tool and often a course or community product. Each of those carries its own monthly fee. If you want to see what those tools cost on their own, our breakdowns of Kit pricing, Kajabi pricing and Calendly pricing give the current numbers. Add them to the Everfit total for your real monthly stack.
For the business side of the same maths (how many clients you need to cover these costs), see our coaching pricing audit.
What hidden costs and gotchas should you know about?
The main surprises with Everfit pricing are the client-count ladder, add-ons that most coaches end up buying, and the tools you still need outside it. None of them are hidden in the fine print; they are just easy to miss on a first look at the $19 starting price.
- Growth raises the bill. Going from 20 to 50 clients on Pro nearly doubles the subscription, from $49 to $95. Autoflow has its own active-client ladder on top. Budget for the band you expect to reach in the next year, not the one you are in today.
- Starter is narrow. The free plan has no booking, habits, forms, nutrition tracking or branding. It is fine for testing workouts with a few clients, less so for running a paid practice.
- "From" prices are minimums. All four add-ons are listed with "from," and Autoflow states it is tiered after 30 active clients.
- The annual label is unclear. The lower figure on each tier is presented as an annual rate, but the page does not spell that out. Check the term and the renewal date before you pay.
- Fees aren't on the pricing page. Transaction fees and the payment processor are not listed. Ask before you route client payments through Payments & Packages.
- No marketing layer. No website, funnels, email marketing or courses. That is a design choice, not a flaw, but it means a second and third subscription for most coaches.
- Data export isn't documented on the pages we checked. If you might switch later, ask Everfit what you can export (clients, programs, check-in history, messages) before you commit years of client data.
- A small, mixed review base. Everfit's Trustpilot page showed 2.7 from 16 reviews on October 25, 2026. That is too few reviews to judge the product, but it is worth reading what recent reviewers say about billing and support.
Is Everfit worth it for your type of coaching?
Everfit is worth it for fitness coaches whose business is mainly training delivery and who already have, or don't need, a website, email list and course. It is a weaker fit for coaches who sell programs online, run cohorts, or want one tool for the whole client journey.
- Personal trainers moving online with under 5 clients: Starter is a free way to try app-based delivery. Move to Pro once you need booking or branding.
- Online fitness coaches at 10 to 30 clients: Pro plus Payments and Autoflow is a reasonable delivery stack. Add your marketing tools to the total before you compare it with all-in-one platforms.
- Nutrition-led coaches: Pro covers macros and basic meal plans, but full meal plans and recipe books are an add-on from $39 a month. Price that in.
- Studios and small gyms: Studio's group chat, broadcasts and on-demand portal are aimed at you, and Enterprise covers your own app. Exercise.com is another gym-focused option, sold by quote after a demo.
- Health, wellness and life coaches: Everfit is built around workouts. If your coaching is about habits, mindset or lifestyle change with sessions, programs and content, a general coaching platform fits better.
A scope note for any coach who adds nutrition: coaching is not medical or dietetic treatment. If a client has a medical condition, an injury, signs of disordered eating or questions about medication, refer them to a doctor or registered dietitian and keep your work within coaching.

How does Everfit pricing compare with Coachful and other fitness coaching apps?
On price alone, Everfit is among the cheaper fitness apps at low client counts and mid-pack at 50 clients. The bigger difference is what the price covers: Coachful includes the website, funnels, email, courses and community that fitness-only apps leave out. We ranked by total stack cost, one login for the whole client journey, between-session delivery, and setup effort.
| Tool | Entry paid price | Around 20 clients | Around 50 clients | Free plan or trial | Website, funnels, email, courses |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients | A free trial | All included in your Coachful membership; 0% platform fee on sales |
| Everfit | $19 a month (Pro, 5 clients) | $49 ($41 lower rate) | $95 Pro or $105 Studio | Free Starter for 5 clients; 30-day trial | Not included |
| ABC Trainerize | $10 a month (Grow, 2 clients) | Pro 30-client tier (price between the two shown here) | $135 a month (Pro, 50) | Free 1-client plan; 30-day trial | Not included |
| TrueCoach | $26.34 a month billed annually (5 clients) | $57.99 billed annually | $136.99 billed annually | 14-day trial | Not included |
| HubFit | $39 a month ($33 annual, up to 50 clients) | $39 | $39 | 14-day trial | Not included |
| My PT Hub | $25 a month (Starter, 3 clients) | $59 (Premium, unlimited) | $59 (Premium, unlimited) | Free plan; 30-day trial | Not shown on the pricing page |
| PT Distinction | $19.90 a month (Basic, 3 clients) | $59.90 (Pro, 25 included) | $89.90 (Master, 50 included) | 1-month trial | No website or funnel builder shown |
Vendor prices are as listed in October 2026 (Trainerize's figures from its pricing page on October 25, 2026). Fitness apps change bands and add-ons often, so check before you buy.
ABC Trainerize
Trainerize has a free 1-client plan, Grow at $10 a month for 2 clients, and Pro from $25 a month for 5 clients up to $135 for 50. Annual billing saves 10%. Scheduling, payments and selling products sit in a separate Business add-on ($25 a month) and Stripe Integrated Payments ($10 a month), with a Pro custom branded app as a one-time $169 setup fee. Its Trustpilot page showed 3.1 from 100 reviews. Pick it over Coachful if you want a large fitness-specific ecosystem and plan to buy its add-ons anyway.

TrueCoach
TrueCoach prices by active-client cap: $26.34 a month billed annually for 5, $57.99 for 20 and $136.99 for 50, with custom pricing above that. It offers a 14-day trial and a 90-day money-back guarantee for first-time annual subscribers ("restrictions apply"). Its FAQ says there are no extra fees beyond Stripe's. An older profile notes in-app payments only for coaches in the US, UK, Canada and Australia. Pick it over Coachful if you only program strength training and want the simplest possible app.

HubFit
HubFit's Standard plan is $39 a month ($33 annual) for up to 50 clients, which makes it cheap at mid-size. Premium is $69 for 100 clients and Ultimate is $119 for 100, scaling to $419 for 500. Payments and branding start at Premium, team members and Zapier at Ultimate, and a branded app is a $189-a-month add-on. Its Trustpilot page showed 5 from 390 reviews. Pick it over Coachful if you have 30 to 50 training clients, need no booking or website, and want the lowest per-client cost.

My PT Hub and PT Distinction
My PT Hub has a free plan, Starter at $25 a month for 3 clients, Premium at $59 for unlimited clients, and Ultimate at $215 with 5 extra trainers. It includes bookings and payments. PT Distinction starts at $19.90 for 3 clients, with Pro at $59.90 for 25 and Master at $89.90 for 50, plus a per-client fee above each allowance. Its branded app comes in from Pro. Pick either over Coachful if you are a personal trainer who wants unlimited (My PT Hub) or highly automated (PT Distinction) training delivery and runs marketing elsewhere.

For a broader view across categories, our comparison hub lines Coachful up against other coaching software, and the Practice Better pricing breakdown covers the main wellness-practice alternative.
Why do fitness coaches choose Coachful instead of Everfit?
Coaches pick Coachful when they want the delivery app, the website, the payments and the marketing under one subscription and one login, instead of Everfit plus two or three other tools. Coachful's plans are flat monthly prices: lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited, and team plans add coach seats (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients).
What Coachful is. Coachful is a coaching platform. One subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. The coach has one login and the client has one branded app. It is built for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions, for solo coaches growing into a small team, and for coaches replacing 4 to 6 tools. Coachful is based in Tallinn, Estonia, and holds a 4.5 on Trustpilot from 21 reviews.

For fitness and nutrition coaching. The Fitness & Nutrition pack adds a workout builder with an illustrated exercise library (supersets, circuits, AMRAP, EMOM, intervals, tempo), client workout logging with set history and PRs, nutrition targets down to calories and macros, meal plans, recipes, food lookup and barcode scanning. It also covers private progress photos and measurements, weekly check-ins, private form-check video with timestamped coach comments, and challenges. You attach your own demo videos. It is added from Power-ups inside your account. More on this in our page for fitness coaches.
Between sessions. Multi-week programs carry weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. Each client record shows goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, payments and sessions, with a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk. Cohort groups are created automatically when clients enrol in a program, alongside a community feed, group chat and video events (see group coaching software).

Here is a short walkthrough of how programs are built and delivered in Coachful:
Booking and payments. Booking pages handle availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time zones, with two-way Google, Apple and Outlook calendar sync and built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links (scheduling software). Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time, subscriptions, payment plans, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Coachful has charged a 0% platform fee since August 2026, so you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing (coaching payment software). Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call.

Marketing in the same account. The section-based website builder includes a blog, custom domain, SEO settings and 30 designed homepage templates. Booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels support pixels and UTM tracking, and email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences are built in. These are the tools that sit in the "still needed" column of the Everfit table above. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data to build programs, draft emails and brief you before sessions. Questions and planning are included in the membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can ask the Coachful team to build something for you from Create > We'll build it for you. That can be a website, a funnel, a sales page, a program, a course outline and written material, an email sequence, a form or a link-in-bio page. You describe what you want, attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files, and the team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. One recent example: a business mentor for beauty professionals got a 12-week mentorship sales page, a free start-up-guide funnel and rewritten follow-up emails. It does not cover recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. Read more about the free white-glove service.

What Coachful does not do. It is not HIPAA-certified and offers no BAA, so it is not for clinical records or insurance billing. There is no PayPal and no permanent no-cost plan. The client app runs under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. There is no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync, Apple Health sync is not publicly available, and there are no stock exercise videos. If your own app store listing is central to your offer, Everfit's Enterprise tier lists Apple and Google developer support. If wearable sync matters, check each fitness app's integrations before you choose.
How to start. Start a free trial, then use the white-glove service to have your website, first funnel or first program built. During onboarding, your clients, programs and content are imported for you. Monthly plans cancel in one click. See the coaching software overview for the full feature tour.
How can you save money on Everfit?
The biggest savings come from staying in the right client band, buying only the add-ons you use, and choosing annual billing once you are sure. Here is a practical checklist.
- Use Starter while you test. If you have 5 clients or fewer and don't need booking or branding yet, Starter costs nothing.
- Use the 30-day trial to measure. Run real clients through the trial and note which add-ons you actually touched. Skip the rest.
- Watch your band. Archive finished clients so you don't pay for the next band early. Check how Everfit counts clients for your plan before you rely on this.
- Pay annually once committed. The lower figure saves about 16% on Pro, for example $96 a year at 20 clients, if it is the annual rate as it appears.
- Compare Pro plus On-Demand against Studio. At 50 clients, Pro ($95) plus On-Demand Collections (from $25) costs more than Studio ($105), which includes On-Demand.
- Price your offer to cover your stack. Raise rates or restructure packages before you cut tools clients rely on. Our guides to pricing coaching packages and raising rates without losing clients walk through it.
- Count the whole stack. If Everfit plus a website, email and course tool costs more than one platform that includes them, consolidating saves both money and setup time.
Everfit pricing FAQ
Is Everfit free?
Yes, for up to 5 clients. The Starter plan is free and includes the exercise library, workout builder, progress photos, tasks, messaging and the apps. Booking, habits, forms, nutrition tracking and branding need Pro, which starts at $19 a month.
How much is Everfit for 20 clients?
Pro for 20 clients is listed at $49 a month, or $41 at the lower figure that appears to be the annual rate. With Payments, Autoflow and Meal Plans added, our worked example comes to about $126 a month. Your number will differ depending on the add-ons you use.
Does Everfit charge transaction fees?
Everfit's pricing page does not show a transaction fee or name a payment processor. Payments run through the Payments & Packages add-on, from $9 a month. Ask Everfit to confirm any platform fee and expect normal card processing fees on top.
Is the lower Everfit price the annual price?
It is presented that way, but the page does not label it explicitly. The second figure on each tier (for example $16 next to $19) reads as the per-month rate on annual billing. Confirm the term at checkout.
Which Everfit add-ons will I probably need?
Most paying coaches add Payments & Packages (from $9) to sell inside the app and Autoflow (from $29) to automate onboarding and check-ins. Nutrition-led coaches often add Meal Plans & Recipe Books (from $39). On-Demand Collections (from $25) is included in Studio.
Does Everfit include a website or email marketing?
No. Everfit has no website builder, funnels, email marketing or course builder. Most coaches pair it with separate tools for those, which adds to the monthly total.
What is Coachful's free white-glove service?
On every plan, the Coachful team will build a website, funnel, sales page, program, email sequence or similar item inside your account from a short request with your links and files. Builds usually take about 24 hours. Nothing is invented, and gaps are left for you to fill. It excludes video recording, logo design and ads.
Can I move from Everfit to Coachful?
Yes. During Coachful onboarding, your clients, programs and content are imported for you. Everfit's export options are not documented on the pages we checked, so ask Everfit what you can download before you cancel.
How does Coachful's pricing compare at 50 clients?
Everfit Pro for 50 clients is $95 a month before add-ons and before your website and email tools. Coachful is a flat monthly plan that includes those tools (around 50 clients: Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients). For an unlimited roster: Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients.
Is Everfit good for nutrition coaching?
Pro includes a food journal, macros and basic meal plans, and the Meal Plans & Recipe Books add-on goes further. Remember that coaching is not dietetic treatment. Refer clients with medical conditions or signs of disordered eating to a doctor or registered dietitian.
