7 Best TimeTuna Alternatives (2026 Guide)

The best timetuna alternatives depend on one question: do you only need clients to book a time with you, or do you need to run their whole coaching relationship after they book? TimeTuna does the first job well, with polished booking pages and a free plan. Once you sell packages, need a signed agreement before the first call or deliver a program between sessions, a booking page stops being enough, and the right replacement is a different kind of tool.
Our pick for most coaches is Coachful, because it puts booking, payments, agreements, programs, habits and check-ins under one login, with one branded app for the client. We make Coachful, so weigh that, and read the other six sections too: if you really only need a scheduler, a cheaper booking tool is the honest answer, and we say which one.
Below you will find a five-question checklist, a table that turns your answers into a pick, a section on each of the seven tools, costs at 5, 15 and 40 clients, and the red flags to check before you switch. TimeTuna's prices and features are as listed in October 2026.
What is TimeTuna, and why do coaches look for alternatives?
TimeTuna is a branded booking-page scheduler. Its homepage lists coaches as its first audience, ahead of consultants, founders and agencies, and third-party directories say it was renamed from Bookva.ai (the site's own files still use the Bookva name).

The free plan is generous for a scheduler. As listed in October 2026, it includes unlimited booking pages, custom image and video backgrounds, two-way Google, Microsoft and iCal calendar sync, Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams links, in-person events, cross-timezone scheduling, a "best 3 slots" feature, a website embed and email confirmations, with no credit card required.
The paid plans add what a working coach tends to need next:
- Pro ($11.50 a month, or $70 a year): custom form fields and branding, a custom domain, custom reminders, multi-host pages and round-robin scheduling, for a single user.
- Executive ($23 a month, or $140 a year): everything in Pro, plus paid bookings through Stripe, SMS reminders through your own Twilio account, webhooks and Zapier, team sharing for up to 6 people and personal support from the founders.
- White label ($1,400 a year, billed yearly only): up to 10 client companies with 6 seats each, set up on a 45-minute call.

Those are the USD figures from TimeTuna's own price table. The page shows euros by default (Pro at €10 a month, Executive at €20 a month) and switches currency by visitor location, so the number you see may differ. Pro and Executive come with a 14-day free trial.
Coaches usually start looking around for three reasons. First, charging for a session requires the Executive plan. Second, TimeTuna's own Paperbell comparison page lists client packages, programs and contracts as "Coming soon." Third, the site mentions no courses, community, client portal or mobile app, so everything that happens between sessions lives somewhere else. Public reviews are also thin: we found no review-site profile for TimeTuna (its Trustpilot address returned a not-found page), so there is no body of user sentiment to report either way.
Which five questions decide your pick?
Answer these five about your own practice before you look at any feature list. Each one rules tools in or out faster than a demo will.
- Do clients only book time with you, or do you deliver a program between sessions? If the work happens in the session and nothing is tracked in between, a scheduler is enough. If you assign weekly goals, habits, check-ins or lessons, you need a client portal.
- How do you get paid? Pay-per-session at booking is easy almost anywhere. Packages, monthly subscriptions, payment plans and coupons narrow the field fast.
- Do you need a signed coaching agreement before the first call? Most booking tools stop at a checkbox on the booking form. A real agreement with e-signature, stored on the client record, is rarer. Our guide to coaching contracts covers what to put in one.
- Is health information involved? Coaching is not treatment. If you are a health or wellness coach and your work drifts toward symptoms, diagnoses or medication, refer the client to a licensed clinician, and if you are a licensed provider keeping clinical records, you need a system that will sign a HIPAA business associate agreement.
- How many tools do you want to maintain? A scheduler plus a payment link plus a forms tool plus an email tool plus a course host is five logins and five bills. Count them honestly, along with the hours you have for setup.
Which tool fits your answers?
Match your answers to the row that sounds most like you. Coachful leads because most coaches who outgrow TimeTuna answer "yes" to programs, packages or agreements.
| Tool | Pick it if your answers are... | Skip it if... |
|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Programs between sessions, packages or subscriptions, signed agreements, fewer tools | You need HIPAA, PayPal or only a free booking link |
| Acuity Scheduling | Session-based work, intake forms, packages and memberships at booking | You want client programs, courses or a community |
| Calendly | Booking only, polished links, team routing later | You need client records, contracts or invoicing |
| Practice Better | Health practice with clinical notes, HIPAA needs, telehealth | You coach outside health and want a simpler, coaching-first tool |
| Setmore | Free booking for a small team, unlimited appointments | You need SMS on the free plan or two-way sync for free |
| TidyCal | Cheap, simple paid bookings and session packages | You dislike a 1% platform fee on payments (waived on Pro) |
| Calendon | The cheapest possible paid booking link | You use Outlook, or need more than one intake question for free |
How did we rank these TimeTuna alternatives?
We ranked for a specific practice, not for scheduling in general. Picture a solo coach with 15 one-to-one clients on a three-month package and one group program of about 10 people, currently using TimeTuna's free plan, a Stripe payment link, a shared folder of PDFs and a separate email tool. The question is which replacement removes the most work for that coach without adding cost they cannot justify.
We did not test these tools hands-on. Everything below comes from what each vendor documents on its own site and pricing page in October 2026, plus public review counts where they exist.
Ranking criteria: one login for the whole client journey, support between sessions, total stack cost, and setup effort (including whether someone will build it for you).
| Rank | Tool | Best for | Starting price (as listed) | Paid sessions |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Coachful | Coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Yes, via your own Stripe or Razorpay |
| 2 | Acuity Scheduling | Session-based coaches who want intake forms and packages | $20/month ($16 billed yearly) | Yes, Stripe, Square, PayPal or Venmo |
| 3 | Calendly | Polished booking links | Free; Standard $10/month billed yearly | Yes, Stripe or PayPal |
| 4 | Practice Better | Health practitioners needing a HIPAA platform | Free Sprout (3 clients); Starter $35/month | Yes |
| 5 | Setmore | Free booking for small teams | Free; Pro $12/user/month | Yes |
| 6 | TidyCal | Low-cost paid bookings | Free; Pro $12/month | Yes, Stripe (1% fee below Pro) |
| 7 | Calendon | The cheapest paid booking link | Free; Pro $5/month | Pro only, Stripe |
1. Coachful: the whole coaching relationship after the booking
Coachful is the pick when your answer to the first question is "I deliver a program." It replaces TimeTuna's booking pages and then carries on where TimeTuna stops: the payment, the signed agreement, the weekly plan, the check-ins, the group, and the record of everything a client has done.

Coachful is a coaching platform built for coaches who deliver programs, for solo coaches growing into a small team, and for anyone replacing four to six separate tools. One subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. You get one login, and your client gets one app carrying your branding.
Booking that matches what TimeTuna does. Booking pages support availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection. Calendar sync is two-way with Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook. Sessions run on built-in video or get an automatically created Zoom, Meet or Teams link. Reminders go out by email, plus SMS 24 hours before and WhatsApp one hour before once messaging is enabled. You can ask intake questions at booking, sell paid sessions and session credits, and assign multi-coach session types by round-robin or least-busy rules. That covers the things TimeTuna splits across its Pro and Executive plans.

Payments without a platform cut. You connect your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account and sell one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps and coupons, with refunds, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Stripe Tax. Every transaction gets an invoice, and you can raise manual invoices too. Since August 2026 Coachful takes a 0% platform fee, so only Stripe or Razorpay processing applies. More on this on our coaching payment software page.
An agreement before the first call. This is the gap TimeTuna lists as "Coming soon." In Coachful, a coaching agreement with e-signature goes out before the first session and is stored on the client record.

What happens between sessions. Programs run for as many weeks as you set, with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. Courses (modules, lessons, drip and completion tracking), downloads, videos and events are delivered into the client's branded home. Enroll ten people in your group program and a cohort group is created for them automatically, with a community feed, group chat, direct messages and video events.

Here is a short walkthrough of how a client moves through that journey, from first booking to an active program:
A record that tells you who needs you. Each client record holds goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, plus an AI briefing. Clients are marked thriving, active, quiet or at risk, so the person who went silent in week three shows up before they cancel. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from that live practice data: it can brief you before a session, summarize recorded sessions, draft emails and build programs. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits.
The rest of the stack. A section-based website builder with a blog, custom domain and 30 designed homepage templates, booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels, email broadcasts and multi-step sequences, and ICF credential tracking that counts your coaching hours against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds. Integrations include Zapier, Meta Pixel and GA4.
Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can go to Create > We'll build it for you, describe what you want, attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files (logos, photos, brand guides, copy), and the Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. That can be a website, a funnel, a sales page, a program, a course outline with written material, an email sequence, a form or an automation. Nothing gets invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and any gaps are left for you to fill. One leadership coach with a Squarespace renewal days away got a clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button; a business mentor for beauty professionals got a 12-week mentorship sales page, a free start-up-guide funnel and rewritten follow-up emails. It does not cover recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. Read more about the free white-glove build service.

What it does not do. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not for clinical records or insurance billing. It does not take PayPal. There is no permanent free plan, only a free trial. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. There are no routing forms that pick a host from form answers.
Price. Plans are flat monthly; lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited, and team plans add coach seats. Monthly plans cancel in one click. Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients. On Trustpilot, Coachful holds 4.5 from 21 reviews.
Pick it over the others if you want the booking, the payment, the agreement and the program in one place, and would rather have the setup built for you than spend weekends wiring tools together. See how it fits new coaches and our overview of coaching software.
2. Acuity Scheduling: the step up for session-based coaches
Acuity is the closest like-for-like upgrade from TimeTuna if your practice is sessions and nothing in between. It is an appointment scheduler owned by Squarespace, and it goes further than most booking tools on intake forms, packages and memberships.

As listed in October 2026, Acuity has four plans:
- Starter: $20 a month, or $16 a month billed yearly, with 1 calendar.
- Standard: $34 a month ($27 yearly), up to 6 calendars, and the plan where text reminders start.
- Premium: $69 a month ($55 yearly), up to 36 calendars, and the only tier with a HIPAA BAA.
- Enterprise: unlimited calendars, price not listed.
Every plan has a 7-day free trial with no credit card. Acuity takes no fee of its own on payments; you connect Stripe, Square, PayPal or Venmo and pay their rates. PayPal and Venmo matter if your clients expect them, and neither TimeTuna nor Coachful offers PayPal.
Where it falls short for coaches: there is no client portal for programs, habits, check-ins or messaging, and no courses, community, website builder or email marketing. Once a client has booked and paid, the coaching itself lives in other tools. Reviews are mixed: Acuity sits at 3.6 on Trustpilot from 687 reviews, seen in October 2026.
Compared with TimeTuna, you lose the free tier and gain packages, memberships and deeper intake forms, and a HIPAA option at the top. For a coach who already sells session bundles, that is a real step up.
Pick it over Coachful if your coaching is entirely in-session, you want clients to pay with PayPal or Venmo, or you are a licensed practitioner who needs a BAA from your scheduler.
3. Calendly: when the booking link is all you need
Calendly is a widely used scheduler with the largest review count in this list after Setmore. It is a scheduling tool only: booking pages, reminder workflows and paid bookings.

As listed in October 2026, the Free plan allows 1 event type and 1 calendar connection, for one-to-one scheduling. Standard is $10 per seat per month billed yearly, with up to 6 calendar connections and unlimited event types. Teams is $16 per seat per month billed yearly, Teams Plus $24, and Enterprise starts at $15,000 a year with a 50-seat minimum. Calendly takes no documented fee on payments; you connect your own Stripe or PayPal.
The free plan is the sticking point for coaches coming from TimeTuna. TimeTuna's free plan already gives you unlimited booking pages; Calendly's gives you one event type. If you offer a discovery call and a paid session, you are on Standard straight away.
Calendly does not hold client records, notes, programs, habits or check-ins. It has no intake questionnaires beyond booking questions, and no contracts or invoicing. Pricing is per seat, so each coach on a team pays separately. On Trustpilot it has 4.1 from 714 reviews, seen in October 2026.
We cover this tool in more depth in our guide to Calendly alternatives for coaches, which is worth reading if you are choosing between booking tools rather than leaving them.
Pick it over Coachful if you only need a booking link, you may add teammates on per-seat plans later, and the rest of your coaching runs comfortably in tools you already pay for.
4. Practice Better: a HIPAA platform for health practitioners
Practice Better is a different kind of tool from TimeTuna. It calls itself an all-in-one EHR (electronic health record) and is built for nutritionists, dietitians, functional medicine practitioners, health coaches and other health professionals. If question four was a firm "yes," it belongs on your shortlist.

Its pricing page, fetched on 27 October 2026, lists these plans in USD:
- Sprout: free, up to 3 clients.
- Starter: $35 a month, or $25 a month billed yearly, 1 practitioner and 10 clients.
- Professional: $69 a month ($59 yearly), 300 clients, adding group scheduling, group messaging, fixed-date programs and payment plans.
- Plus: $99 a month ($89 yearly), unlimited clients, evergreen and self-paced programs, portal branding and 750 SMS reminders a month.
- Team: $155 a month ($145 yearly) with 2 practitioner licenses, extra practitioners at $50 each.
Paid plans come with a 14-day trial; Team gets 30 days. The paid plans list scheduling, telehealth video, billing and payments, secure messaging, a client portal, forms and note templates and a web portal plus mobile app. The page lists HIPAA, PIPEDA and GDPR compliance, which is the main reason to choose it over a coaching-first platform.
The trade-offs: client caps are tight at the low end (10 on Starter), portal branding waits for Plus, and the product is shaped around clinical charting, which non-health coaches will find heavier than they need. Its pricing page cites a 4.7 rating from more than 250 G2 reviews.
If you are weighing it against other clinical systems, see our SimplePractice alternatives guide, and for coaching-only health work, our page for health coaches.
Pick it over Coachful if you keep clinical records, need a signed BAA, or run a health practice that must stay HIPAA-compliant.
5. Setmore: free booking for a small team
Setmore is a straightforward appointment app with a booking page, reminders and payments. Its free plan is the reason it is here: up to 4 users and unlimited appointments for nothing.

As listed in October 2026, Free covers up to 4 users, unlimited appointments and 1 email reminder, with no SMS. Pro is $12 per user per month, or $5 per user per month billed yearly, with unlimited users and 500 SMS credits per user each month. Enterprise is custom. Pro can be tried "risk-free for 30 days" with a refund on request; the page does not say whether a card is needed. Setmore does not show a platform fee of its own on payments, so processor rates apply.
Two limits matter for a TimeTuna user. The Setmore free plan has no SMS reminders and no two-way calendar sync, while TimeTuna's free plan does sync both ways. If double bookings are your worry, that is a step backwards until you pay.
Beyond booking, Setmore offers no client programs, habits, check-ins, courses or community, and its pricing page shows no contracts or invoicing workflow. Reviewers are happy with it: 4.9 on Trustpilot from 3,274 reviews, seen in October 2026, the strongest review profile in this list.
Pick it over Coachful if you are a small group of coaches who want shared booking at no cost, and the coaching itself runs elsewhere.
6. TidyCal: low-cost paid bookings with packages
TidyCal is a budget booking tool, sold through AppSumo, that handles paid bookings and session packages. It suits a coach who wants to charge at booking without paying for TimeTuna's Executive plan.

As listed in October 2026, the Free plan gives unlimited booking types and bookings, 1 readable and 1 writable calendar, and basic Google, Office 365 and Apple integrations. There are Individual and Agency lifetime deals (the Agency deal adds 10 SMS reminders a month in the US and Canada). Pro is $12 a month, or $8.25 billed yearly, with unlimited calendar connections and unlimited SMS reminders. No trial is stated.
The fee is the detail to read twice. TidyCal charges a 1% platform fee on Stripe payments on the Free and lifetime plans, and 0% on Pro, with Stripe's own fees on top in every case. On a few hundred dollars a month of bookings that 1% is small; on a full practice it adds up, and Pro becomes the cheaper option.
Like the other schedulers here, it has no client records, notes, programs, habits or check-ins, and no courses, community, website builder or email marketing. Trustpilot shows 3.1 from 182 reviews, seen in October 2026.
Pick it over Coachful if you want paid session packages for the lowest possible monthly cost, and you are comfortable keeping notes and client work in separate tools.
7. Calendon: the cheapest paid booking link we found
Calendon is a simple booking-link scheduler whose Pro plan is aimed at "coaches, freelancers and professionals," and its homepage pitches selling coaching sessions paid upfront. It is the lowest-cost way in this list to take payment at booking.

As listed in October 2026, the Free plan ("free forever," no card) includes 3 services, 2 schedules, unlimited bookings and 1 custom question per service, with a "Powered by Calendon" badge on your page. Pro is $5 a month, or $4 billed yearly, with unlimited services, schedules and questions. The pricing page mentions a free Pro trial without stating its length. Calendon charges 0% commission, so your booking revenue goes to your Stripe account minus Stripe's standard fee.
The limits are specific. Payments, reminder emails and Zoom are Pro-only; Google Meet links work on Free. Calendar sync is two-way with Google, but booking links do not work for guests until Google Calendar is connected, and Microsoft Outlook and Teams appear as "Coming soon" in the app. If you live in Outlook, that rules it out for now. We have no review-site rating to report for Calendon.
Compared with TimeTuna, Calendon gets you paid bookings far below the price of TimeTuna's Executive plan, but with fewer calendar options and no team features.
Pick it over Coachful if you are just starting, run on Google Calendar, and want paid booking for the price of a coffee each month while everything else stays manual.
How do the features compare side by side?
Here is what each tool documents for the jobs coaches care about. "Not shown" means the vendor's site does not say, not that the feature is missing. TimeTuna is included as the baseline.
| Tool | Booking pages | Paid sessions | Agreements with e-signature | Client portal and programs | Habits and check-ins | Courses and community | Website and email |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| TimeTuna | Yes | Executive plan | No ("Coming soon") | No | No | No | Embed only |
| Acuity Scheduling | Yes | Yes | Not shown | No | No | No | No |
| Calendly | Yes | Yes | No | No | No | No | No |
| Practice Better | Yes | Yes | Partial (forms and waivers) | Yes | Partial (journaling, programs) | Partial (programs, group messaging) | Partial (broadcasts on Plus) |
| Setmore | Yes | Yes | Not shown | No | No | No | No |
| TidyCal | Yes | Yes (1% fee below Pro) | Not shown | No | No | No | No |
| Calendon | Yes | Pro only | Not shown | No | No | No | No |
What will each tool cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?
Most schedulers do not price by client, so their cost stays flat as you grow while the tools you add around them do not. The figures below are the cheapest plan that takes paid bookings for one coach, as listed in October 2026, with yearly billing in brackets. They leave out Stripe processing, which applies to every tool.
| Tool | 5 clients | 15 clients | 40 clients |
|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients |
| TimeTuna (Executive, for payments) | $23/month ($140/year) | $23/month ($140/year) | $23/month ($140/year) |
| Acuity Scheduling (Starter) | $20/month ($16) | $20/month ($16) | $20/month ($16) |
| Calendly (Standard) | $10/month billed yearly | $10/month billed yearly | $10/month billed yearly |
| Practice Better | $35/month ($25), Starter | $69/month ($59), Professional | $69/month ($59), Professional |
| Setmore (Pro) | $12/month ($5) | $12/month ($5) | $12/month ($5) |
| TidyCal | Free plus 1% fee, or Pro $12 ($8.25) | Free plus 1% fee, or Pro $12 ($8.25) | Pro $12 ($8.25) |
| Calendon (Pro) | $5/month ($4) | $5/month ($4) | $5/month ($4) |
The scheduler prices look small because they cover one job. To compare fairly, add what you would still pay for alongside each one: an e-signature tool for agreements, a course or membership host, a community app, an email tool and a website builder. Write down your current bills for those, add them to the scheduler row, and compare that total with the Coachful row. For our sample coach with 15 clients and a group program, the scheduler is usually the smallest line on that bill.
What red flags and switching costs should you check?
Before you move, check these. Most are small on their own, but they decide whether a switch takes an afternoon or a month.
- Currency surprises. TimeTuna shows euros or dollars depending on where you are, and its own Paperbell comparison page quotes "$10/month ... $120 per year," which does not match its pricing table. Confirm the price at checkout.
- Export windows. TimeTuna exports your profile, booking pages and bookings as JSON from profile settings, sent as a one-time link that expires after 10 minutes. Download it straight away and keep a copy.
- Thin public reviews. With no review-site profile for TimeTuna, you are relying on the vendor's own claims. That is not a reason to avoid it, but test the free plan properly before you pay.
- Per-seat pricing. Calendly and Setmore Pro charge per user. Adding a second coach doubles the bill.
- Platform fees on payments. TidyCal takes 1% on Stripe payments below Pro. TimeTuna, Calendon and Coachful state no platform fee.
- Calendar gaps. Setmore's free plan has no two-way sync; Calendon needs Google Calendar connected before links work and lists Outlook as coming soon.
- Feature promises. TimeTuna lists packages, programs and contracts as "Coming soon." Choose on what ships today.
- Compliance fit. If you need HIPAA, Practice Better or Acuity Premium (which offers a BAA) fit; Coachful, TimeTuna and the other schedulers do not claim it.
- Payment methods. Coachful does not take PayPal. Acuity, Calendly and Practice Better cover a wider range of processors.
The real switching cost is rarely the software. It is re-sending booking links, moving active clients mid-package and rebuilding forms. Plan the move between packages if you can, and run both tools for two to three weeks so nobody books into the wrong calendar.
How do you move from TimeTuna to Coachful, step by step?
For our sample coach, the move takes a handful of steps. Clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, and the white-glove team can build anything you have not got yet.

- Export from TimeTuna. Request the JSON export from your profile settings and download it within the 10-minute window. Keep a list of upcoming bookings.
- Connect your calendar and Stripe. In Coachful, connect Google, Apple/iCloud or Outlook with two-way sync, then your own Stripe Connect account.
- Rebuild your session types. Recreate the discovery call (free, with two intake questions) and the paid session, with the same buffers, minimum notice and video link setting you used before.
- Create the package as an offer. Set up the three-month package as a payment plan or subscription, with your coaching agreement attached so it is signed before the first call.
- Set up the program. Build the twelve weeks with weekly goals, daily tasks, two or three habits and a morning or evening check-in, or ask the white-glove team to build it from your existing PDFs.
- Swap the links. Replace the TimeTuna link on your website, email signature and social bio with your Coachful booking page, then let existing TimeTuna bookings run out.
What the client experiences: they pick a time on your booking page, answer your intake questions, pay, and sign the agreement before the call. After it, they open one app with your branding, see this week's goal, tick off habits, and answer a short check-in each evening. If they are in the group program, they are already in the cohort group without anyone adding them. You see their check-in rate and status on your dashboard, and Michelle briefs you before the next session.

Here is the scheduling side of that setup in a short walkthrough:
For more on group delivery, see group coaching software, and for booking specifically, our scheduling software page.
So which TimeTuna alternative should you choose?
If you deliver programs, sell packages or need signed agreements, choose Coachful: it replaces TimeTuna and the four or five tools around it, and the free white-glove build means you do not have to set it up alone. If you are a licensed health practitioner who needs HIPAA, choose Practice Better. If you only run sessions and want deeper intake forms and PayPal, choose Acuity.
If all you need is a booking link, stay cheap: Calendon for the lowest price, TidyCal for paid packages, Setmore for free team booking, Calendly for team scheduling down the line. And if TimeTuna's free plan already does everything you need, it may be worth keeping for now.
Still comparing? Our Paperbell alternatives for life coaches covers the all-in-one coaching tools TimeTuna compares itself with, and the comparison hub lines up the main platforms.
Frequently asked questions
Is TimeTuna free?
Yes. TimeTuna has a free plan with unlimited booking pages, two-way calendar sync and video links, with no credit card required, as listed in October 2026. Taking payment for a session requires the Executive plan, at $23 a month or $140 a year in USD (€20 a month in euros).
What is the best TimeTuna alternative for coaches?
For coaches who deliver programs, packages or group work, Coachful is our pick because booking, payments, agreements, programs and check-ins share one login and one client app. For booking only, Calendon, TidyCal and Setmore are the low-cost options.
Is TimeTuna the same as Bookva?
Third-party directories say TimeTuna was renamed from Bookva.ai, and the site's own files and API still use the Bookva name. Search under both names when you look for user reviews.
Does TimeTuna have contracts or client packages?
Not yet. Its own Paperbell comparison page lists client packages, programs and contracts as "Coming soon." If you need them now, choose a tool that ships them today, such as Coachful for agreements with e-signature or Acuity for packages.
Are there TimeTuna reviews I can read?
Very few. We found no review-site profile for TimeTuna, and its Trustpilot address returned a not-found page in October 2026. Test the free plan with a real booking flow before paying for a year.
What is Coachful's free white-glove service?
From Create > We'll build it for you, you describe what you want (a website, funnel, program, course outline, email sequence or form) and attach links and files. The Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours, without inventing credentials, testimonials or prices. It is free on every plan and does not include video recording, logo design or ad management.
Can I move my TimeTuna bookings to another tool?
You can export your profile, booking pages and bookings as JSON from TimeTuna's profile settings, through a link that expires after 10 minutes. Most tools will not import that file directly, so plan to recreate session types and let existing bookings finish in TimeTuna.
Which TimeTuna alternative is HIPAA-compliant?
Practice Better lists HIPAA compliance across its plans, and Acuity offers a BAA on its Premium plan. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified, so clinical records belong in a clinical system.
Which alternative has the lowest fees on paid bookings?
Calendon, TimeTuna and Coachful state no platform fee, so only Stripe's processing applies. TidyCal adds 1% on Stripe payments unless you are on Pro.
Do I need a scheduler if I use Coachful?
No. Coachful includes booking pages with availability rules, buffers, time-zone detection, two-way calendar sync, video links and reminders, so you can retire TimeTuna once your existing bookings run out.
