Neither adds a platform fee on top of Stripe or PayPal.
No. Reviewers specifically note the lack of client goal tracking, and there are no habits or daily check-ins. Packages can deliver worksheets and content between sessions, but nothing tracks whether the client did the work. CoachAccountable has routine tracking, metrics and KPIs with reminders, action items and follow-through reports built for exactly that.
Both do it. Paperbell has dedicated group programs, workshops and live classes. CoachAccountable has groups with shared actions, metrics, files and projects, plus group sessions on the booking widget. No. Paperbell is one service provider per account, so a multi-coach practice buys a separate account per coach. CoachAccountable includes unlimited coaches and admins on every tier, with roles, master coach oversight and engagement reports, and only active clients count toward the bill.
Neither. Paperbell is mobile browser only with an add-to-home-screen option. CoachAccountable is a web app and documents an add-to-home-screen shortcut instead of a native app. Both do sync calendars with Google, Apple iCal and Outlook, so at least your sessions show up on your phone.
Neither. Paperbell's own FAQ states it is not HIPAA compliant. CoachAccountable says it is not HIPAA compliant although its server environment is. Both are GDPR compliant.
