The 12 Best AttractWell Alternatives, Compared

The 12 Best AttractWell Alternatives, Compared

The best AttractWell alternatives depend on one question: do you need a marketing platform that happens to hold clients, or a coaching platform that also does your marketing? AttractWell is the first kind. It bundles a website, funnels, a CRM with email and texting, booking, courses it calls "vaults", a community and an app, and it prices all of that by contact count. That works well for a coach who runs a large list and sells mostly through content. It works less well once most of your week is spent delivering programs to paying clients.

Our pick is Coachful, because it keeps the whole client journey behind one login, from the booking page through the program, habits, check-ins and community, and it does not charge you more as your email list grows. Below you will find 11 other options, ranked for a coach running a real practice, with prices as listed in October 2026, a feature matrix, a cost table at 5, 15 and 40 clients, and a step-by-step setup. We make Coachful, so we have tried to be specific about where other tools are the better fit.

What do coaches leaving AttractWell actually need from software?

Most coaches who look for an AttractWell alternative still want an all-in-one tool. They are not trying to go back to a website on one service, a scheduler on another and a course host on a third. What usually changes is the weight of the work: the practice has moved from attracting leads to serving clients, and the software has to follow.

Here is the typical week we design for in this guide. A coach has a website and one lead magnet, a discovery call booking link, a handful of 1:1 clients on a three-month package, and one group program that runs in cohorts. Between sessions, clients are supposed to do things: complete a weekly goal, log a habit, answer a check-in, watch a lesson. The coach needs to see who is doing the work and who has gone quiet, before the next call rather than during it.

That week breaks down into five jobs:

  • Get found and booked. A website, a booking or application funnel, a calendar that syncs both ways, reminders, and intake questions on the booking form.
  • Agree and get paid. A coaching agreement signed before the first call, then one-time payments, payment plans or subscriptions through your own processor.
  • Deliver between sessions. Programs with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits and check-ins, plus courses and downloads, delivered somewhere the client actually opens.
  • Hold the group together. A community feed, group chat and group calls, ideally with cohorts created automatically when someone enrolls.
  • Keep the record. Notes, intake answers, payments and sessions on one client record, plus a way to export it all if you leave.

AttractWell covers the first two jobs well and parts of the third and fourth. Its pricing table also makes some capacity limits worth noticing before you grow: on the Starter plan you get 1 course vault, 1 class, 2 booking links and no call packages at all, so session packages begin on Basic. Unlimited vaults and classes cost an extra $17 a month on any plan, as listed in October 2026. Those are not flaws so much as signs of what the platform is optimized for.

Scope matters too. If you coach on health, nutrition or wellbeing, coaching is not medical or psychological treatment. Clients with symptoms, eating-disorder signs, medication questions or a mental health crisis should be referred to a licensed professional, and clinical records belong in a clinical system. None of the general coaching platforms below replaces that.

On reviews: AttractWell showed a Trustpilot score of 4.6 from 21 reviews when we checked on October 27, 2026. That is a small sample, so we have not tried to read a trend into it. Most of what follows comes from AttractWell's own pricing and feature pages.

AttractWell pricing table listing Starter, Basic, Premium, Pro and Diamond plans with contact limits
AttractWell's pricing page in October 2026.

For reference, AttractWell lists Starter at $69 a month (500 contacts), Basic at $99 (1,000 contacts), Premium at $129 (4,000), Pro at $179 (12,000) and Diamond at $239 (27,000), with a Team plan from $600 a month. Every plan starts with a $1 first month, there is no transaction fee from AttractWell, and Stripe or Square is required for payments.

How do the 12 best AttractWell alternatives compare at a glance?

How did we choose and rank these tools?

We started from one example practice, so the ranking measures the same thing for every tool. Our example coach has 15 paying clients: 10 on a 1:1 package with a fortnightly call and 5 more in a 12-week group program that runs as a cohort. They have a list of about 1,500 email subscribers from a lead magnet, one website, and they want clients to log habits and answer a weekly check-in. These numbers are illustrative, not drawn from any real coach.

For each tool we asked four questions. Can this coach run the full journey, from first visit to final session, without a second login? Does anything happen between sessions, or does the tool go quiet after the booking? What is the real monthly bill once you add the extra tools a gap forces on you? And how long before the first client can be onboarded?

Facts come from each vendor's pricing and feature pages as listed in October 2026, and from public review counts where they exist. We did not run each tool with live clients, so where a page is silent we say so instead of guessing. Direct practice-management substitutes like Paperbell and Delenta score lower here mainly because AttractWell users usually rely on a website, email and courses that those tools do not include.

1. Coachful: the full client journey behind one login

A laptop showing a client's coaching hub next to a tablet showing program groups on a sunlit oak desk
Coachful's client coaching hub on a laptop beside the program groups view on a tablet, both with demo data.

Coachful is a coaching platform where one subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. The coach has one login and the client gets one branded app. It is built for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions, for solo coaches growing into a small team, and for coaches replacing four to six separate tools. For someone leaving AttractWell, the biggest change is that client delivery is the center of the product, not an add-on to a marketing stack.

Getting booked. Booking pages support availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, and they sync two ways with Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendars. Sessions can use built-in video or automatically created Zoom, Meet or Teams links. Reminders go out by email, and by SMS 24 hours before or WhatsApp 1 hour before once messaging is enabled. You can sell paid sessions or session credits and ask intake questions at booking. With a team, multi-coach session types can assign by round robin or least-busy.

Agreeing and getting paid. Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Stripe Tax. Each transaction gets an invoice, and you can send manual invoices too. Since August 2026 the Coachful platform fee is 0%, so you only pay Stripe or Razorpay processing. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and are stored on the client record. More on that on the coaching contracts page.

Delivering between sessions. This is where the gap with AttractWell is widest. Coachful programs run for multiple weeks with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. Courses (modules, lessons, drip, completion tracking), downloads, videos, books, AI tools, events and bundles all land in the client's branded home and app. Each client record shows goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, with a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk, so you can see who has stopped engaging before the next call.

Running groups. A community feed, group chat, direct messages and video events are included, along with group calls and webinars. When someone enrolls in a program, they are placed in its cohort group automatically, which removes a manual step most group coaches know well. See group coaching software for how cohorts work.

Marketing. The section-based website builder includes a blog, custom domain, SEO settings, 30 designed homepage templates and an Import website option. Booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels support pixels and UTM tracking, and there is a link-in-bio page that sells. Email covers lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits. Coachful also includes more than 40 ready-to-film program templates, 48 course templates with quizzes and about 25 funnel templates. The coach website builder page shows the templates.

AI. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data. She builds programs, drafts emails and content, summarizes recorded sessions, briefs you before each session and, if you opt in, gives private feedback on your coaching against ICF Core Competencies 3 to 8. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership, while confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. Separately, the AI Coach is an AI version of you that selected clients can chat with between sessions, configured by you. AttractWell offers custom GPTs per plan; Coachful's approach ties the AI to each client's actual record. ICF credential tracking also counts your coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports a client coaching log.

This short walkthrough shows how a program is built and what the client sees:

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, then "We'll build it for you", you describe what you want and the Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. That can be a website, a funnel, an offer or sales page, a program, a course outline and written material, an email sequence, a form, a lead quiz, an event page or an automation. You can attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as logos, photos, brand guides and existing copy. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. For example, a somatic coach leaving Kajabi had their homepage and About page rebuilt and the contact form connected, and a leadership coach with a Squarespace renewal days away got one clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button. It does not cover recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. Read more about the white-glove build service.

The Create page in Coachful with the card that requests a white-glove build.

Pricing. Plans are flat monthly prices that do not rise with your email list. Lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited, team plans add coach seats, and monthly plans cancel in one click (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). There is a free trial, and clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding.

What it does not do. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not for clinical records or insurance billing. It has no PayPal and no permanent free plan. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. There is no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync, no stock exercise videos, no Salesforce or HubSpot integration and no routing forms that pick a host from form answers. Affiliate tracking records links, clicks, conversions and revenue, but payouts are recorded manually. Coachful is also not a course marketplace or a general website builder for non-coaching sites.

Pick it over AttractWell if your clients need to do work between calls, you run cohorts, or contact-based pricing is starting to punish a list that does not all buy. A full client data export as a ZIP means you are not locked in. Also see coaching software for the full product tour.

2. Kajabi: the course-creator heavyweight

Kajabi is the closest match to AttractWell's marketing side, and in places it goes further. Its pricing page, fetched on October 27, 2026, lists three plans: Basic at $179 a month ($143 billed annually), Growth at $249 ($199 annually) and Pro at $499 ($399 annually). Basic includes 2,500 contacts, 5 products, 1 community, 1 website and 2 admin users. Growth raises that to 25,000 contacts, 50 products and 11 admin users; Pro allows 100,000 contacts, unlimited products, 3 communities and 3 websites.

Funnels, landing pages and marketing emails are unlimited on all three plans. AI credits start on Growth (500) and Pro (1,000); Basic has none. On fees, Kajabi Payments for US entities run from 2.9% plus 30 cents on Basic to 2.7% plus 30 cents on Pro. With a third-party provider, Kajabi adds 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth and 0.5% on Pro. The page shows a trial button without stating its length, plus a 30-day money-back guarantee.

The limits matter for a coach. Five products on Basic fills up fast once you count a 1:1 package, a group program, a course and a lead magnet. The pricing page does not list booking, coaching agreements, habit tracking or client check-ins, so you would plan around a separate scheduler and a separate place for between-session work. Like AttractWell, Kajabi charges by contacts, so a growing list pushes you up the tiers whether or not those contacts pay.

For a coach with 15 clients and 1,500 subscribers, Basic at $179 covers the contacts, but you may outgrow its 5 products before you outgrow the contact limit. We compare more options in our Kajabi alternatives for life coaches guide.

Pick it over Coachful if your business is mainly courses sold to a large audience, you want several websites under one account on Pro, and 1:1 or cohort delivery is a small share of your revenue.

3. Coaches Console: an older all-in-one built for coaches

Coaches Console homepage presenting its business system for coaches
Coaches Console's homepage in October 2026.

Coaches Console has been around for many years and, like AttractWell, it tries to be the whole back office. It covers a CRM, calendar, website, client portal, email and invoicing, and courses on its higher tier. That makes it one of the few tools here that matches AttractWell's breadth while still being designed around coaching clients rather than general creators.

As listed in October 2026, the Core Console System costs $197 a month ($166.42 a month billed annually) for a single coach account, and the Total Console System costs $297 ($249.75 annually) with unlimited products and courses. The pricing page does not specify client limits on Core. There is no free trial: billing details are needed at signup, and a 100% money-back guarantee applies within the first 30 days. Transaction fees are not stated, and there are no setup fees.

The cost is the obvious drawback. At $197, Core is the highest entry price among the coaching-focused tools in this list, and courses only come with Total. Reviewers in older public profiles describe the interface as dated, which matters if your clients will spend time in the portal every week. We did not find habit tracking or daily check-ins described on the pages in the vendor profile.

If you were on AttractWell Premium or Pro, the jump to Coaches Console is smaller than it looks, since you lose contact-based pricing entirely.

Pick it over Coachful if you value a long track record over a newer interface, you want a single-coach system with no client caps mentioned, and the 30-day money-back guarantee is enough reassurance in place of a trial.

4. Systeme.io: the budget funnel builder

If the part of AttractWell you would miss most is funnels and email, Systeme.io is the cheapest way to keep them. Its pricing page, fetched on October 27, 2026, lists a Free plan at $0 with 2,000 contacts, 3 sales funnels, 1 course, 1 blog, 1 custom domain and 500 students. Startup costs $17 a month (5,000 contacts, 10 funnels, 5 courses), Webinar costs $47 (10,000 contacts, 50 funnels, 20 courses, evergreen webinars) and Unlimited costs $97 with no contact, funnel or course caps.

Annual billing is described as "2 months free", but the page did not load exact annual prices, so check before you commit. Systeme.io charges 0% transaction fees on all plans, including Free, with payments through Stripe or PayPal. The free plan needs no credit card, has unlimited email sends and does not expire.

Where it falls short for coaching is everything after checkout. The pricing page we fetched did not list a booking calendar, coaching agreements, client notes, programs with habits or check-ins, or community limits. That does not prove those features are absent, but you should confirm each before planning a practice around it. For many coaches, Systeme.io ends up as the marketing front end, paired with a separate scheduler and a separate delivery tool, which is exactly the multi-login setup an AttractWell user was trying to avoid.

Our Systeme.io alternatives guide covers it in more depth.

Pick it over Coachful if you are pre-revenue, mostly selling a low-ticket course or digital product, and are happy to run booking and client delivery elsewhere.

5. Merkora: a lightweight branded page for new coaches

Merkora homepage pitching a branded page for booking, courses and live events
Merkora's homepage in October 2026.

Merkora is a young product aimed at coaches, therapists, consultants and other independent experts. You get one branded public page at yourname.merkora.app with booking, automatic confirmations and reminders, intake forms, a waitlist and session packages where clients see their remaining balance. It also hosts video courses, digital downloads and lead magnets with email capture, and includes built-in live streaming for events.

Its pricing model is unusual. As listed in October 2026, the Free plan costs $0 "until your first paid sale", after which you have 14 days to move to Professional before new bookings and sales pause. Free caps live events at 10 participants and storage at 10 GB, with no recordings and Merkora branding. Professional costs $79 a month with live events up to 200 participants, 10 hours of recordings a month and 200 GB of storage. A founding-member rate of $29 a month, locked for 12 months and then $39 for life, was offered for 50 founder spots. Merkora charges 0% on your sales; Stripe processing applies.

A policy feature worth noting: cancellations and no-shows can be handled by issuing wallet credits instead of cash refunds, which some coaches will like and some clients will not.

The product appears new, and we did not find enough public reviews to report on. You also get one page rather than a full multi-page website, and there is no mention of programs with habits or daily check-ins.

Pick it over Coachful if you are just starting, want to sell sessions and a small course from one simple page, and like paying nothing until your first sale.

Which one looks like you?

Coachful builds your coaching website from a few answers, in a design chosen for your niche, with programs, booking and payments ready behind it.

6. Practice Better: practice management for wellness practitioners

Practice Better homepage describing practice management for wellness practitioners
Practice Better's homepage in October 2026.

Practice Better is built for nutrition and wellness practitioners, and it shows. Scheduling, telehealth, charting, billing, programs and a client portal sit in one place. If you coach on health and work alongside clinical colleagues, the charting focus may appeal to you more than anything on AttractWell.

Prices as listed in October 2026: Sprout is $0 for 3 clients; Starter is $35 a month ($25 annually) for 10 clients; Professional is $69 ($59 annually) for 300 clients; Plus is $99 ($89 annually) with unlimited clients and 3 admins; Team is $155 ($145 annually) for 2 practitioners, with more at $50 each. Trials run 14 days on most paid plans and 30 days on Team. Payments go through Practice Better Payments, powered by Stripe; a platform fee is not stated.

The gap for an AttractWell user is marketing. Practice Better has no website builder or funnel pages, so your site, lead magnet and email list live elsewhere. Evergreen programs, portal branding, a custom URL and SMS only start on Plus at $99, and below Team each account has one practitioner.

Practice Better holds a Trustpilot score of 3.8 from 87 reviews as of October 25, 2026, a larger sample than most tools here.

Pick it over Coachful if you need clinical-style charting and telehealth for a nutrition or wellness practice, and you are happy to keep your website and email marketing on a different service.

7. Paperbell: simple admin for 1:1 coaches

Paperbell homepage describing booking, payments and contracts for solo coaches
Paperbell's homepage in October 2026.

Paperbell is often recommended for solo coaches who want admin to disappear. It handles booking, packages, payments, contracts, a client portal and a simple website, all at one price per coach.

That price, as listed in October 2026, is $97 a month or $80.83 a month billed annually, with unlimited clients, sessions, files, packages and traffic. There is a "Try For Free" button; an older help-center profile describes a 7-day trial with the public site offline and client messages and SMS turned off. A 30-day money-back guarantee applies, and Paperbell adds no transaction fees beyond Stripe or PayPal processing.

Compared with AttractWell, though, Paperbell is much narrower. It has no courses, no community and no goal or habit tracking, and there is no native mobile app, only the mobile browser. You would also lose AttractWell's email marketing and funnels. A coach running a cohort program would need at least two more tools to replace what AttractWell already did.

Trustpilot showed 3.5 from 14 reviews on October 25, 2026, a small sample. Our Paperbell alternatives page compares it further.

Pick it over Coachful if you only do 1:1 packages, never plan to run groups or courses, and the simplest possible client portal matters more to you than anything else.

8. CoachVantage: low-cost CRM with e-signatures

CoachVantage homepage presenting coaching practice management software
CoachVantage's homepage in October 2026.

CoachVantage targets coaches who want practice management at a low monthly price without a client cap. It includes a CRM, scheduling, contracts with e-signature, invoices, a client portal, group programs and small courses.

Two plans are listed for October 2026. Clarity costs $39 a month ($35 annually) with unlimited contacts and engagements, but caps you at 2 group programs, 2 sales pages, 2 booking pages, 4 e-signatures a month, 2 contract templates, 2 courses and 500 MB. Aha! costs $59 ($53 annually) and lifts the caps on group programs (with cohorts), sales pages, booking pages and e-signatures, with 5 contract templates, 5 courses and 1 GB. Trials last 14 days with no card needed, and CoachVantage takes no commission on your revenue.

The caps on Clarity are tight enough that most practices will end up on Aha!. Older profiles report no team or multi-coach features, and reviewers describe the built-in CVMeet video as weak, with many users still running sessions on Zoom. There is no full website builder or email marketing comparable to AttractWell's.

Pick it over Coachful if you want the lowest monthly bill for unlimited clients, can live within a handful of sales pages and courses, and already have a website and email tool you like.

9. Delenta: client portals and group coaching

Delenta homepage presenting its coaching practice platform
Delenta's homepage in October 2026.

Delenta combines a CRM, scheduling, contracts, client portals and group coaching, with courses on its top solo plan. It sits between Paperbell's simplicity and AttractWell's breadth.

As listed in October 2026, Starter costs $29 a month ($19.08 annually) for 1 seat and 10 client portals; Pro costs $49 ($39.08 annually) for 40 client portals, 5 GB and up to 6 calendars; Premium costs $79 ($58.25 annually) for unlimited client portals and 100 GB. Teams and Enterprise are priced on request. The headline mentions a 14-day trial while the FAQ says 7 days, so check before you sign up. No card is required, and Delenta adds no transaction fees beyond Stripe or PayPal.

The limits show up quickly. Client portals are capped at 10 on Starter and 40 on Pro, and both the course creator and the mobile app only come with Premium. Anyone with more than one coach needs the custom-priced Teams plan. Trustpilot showed 4.1 from just 5 reviews on October 25, 2026, too few to draw conclusions from.

We cover the trade-offs in our Delenta alternatives guide.

Pick it over Coachful if you mostly need client portals and contracts for a small roster, want the lowest entry price with no card, and plan to add courses only later.

10. Kartra: a marketing suite with products and email

Kartra, like AttractWell, is a marketing platform first. Its pricing page, fetched on October 27, 2026, lists Essentials at $59 a month ($52 annually) with 500 contacts, 10,000 emails or SMS a month, 1 domain and 1 product. Starter costs $119 ($99 annually) with 2,500 contacts, unlimited emails, unlimited products and 5 team members. Growth costs $229 ($189 annually) with 12,500 contacts, 3 domains and 10 team members, and Professional costs $549 ($429 annually) with 25,000 contacts and 5 domains.

Fees deserve attention: Essentials charges 5% on your sales, while Starter and Growth state 0% transaction fees. The page does not give Professional's fee. Every plan has a 14-day trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee.

For a coach, Essentials is hard to use because of the single product and the 5% fee, so the realistic starting point is Starter at $119. The pricing page we fetched focuses on contacts, emails, domains and products; it does not describe coaching agreements, habit tracking or between-session check-ins. Kartra makes most sense if your business looks like AttractWell at its most marketing-heavy and you want more funnel and email capacity per dollar at higher contact counts.

Also compare our GoHighLevel alternatives for coaches, which covers similar marketing suites.

Pick it over Coachful if marketing automation across many products and domains is the core of your business, and coaching delivery happens on calls rather than inside an app.

11. Quenza: activities and worksheets, without payments

Quenza homepage describing client activities and programs for coaches and therapists
Quenza's homepage in October 2026.

Quenza takes the opposite approach to AttractWell. Instead of marketing, it concentrates on what clients do between sessions: activities, worksheets, programs, chat and a client app, aimed at coaches and therapists.

Prices as listed in October 2026: Spark costs $25 a month ($20 annually) for 1 professional and 10 clients; Growth costs $50 ($40 annually) for 250 clients; Impact costs $125 ($100 annually) for 400 clients; Collective costs $160 ($128 annually) for up to 3 professionals and 500 clients. A 30-day trial needs no card.

The gaps are large for anyone leaving an all-in-one. Quenza does not process client payments yet; invoicing and digital products are marked as planned. Older profiles also report no scheduling or video calls. So you would run your website, email, booking and payments elsewhere, and use Quenza only for delivery. Trustpilot showed 4.3 from 8 reviews on October 25, 2026.

Our Quenza alternatives roundup has more.

Pick it over Coachful if structured worksheets and activities are the heart of your method, and you already have a separate system for booking, payments and marketing.

12. Coach Recap: notes and booking for solo coaches

Coach Recap homepage describing client notes, booking and programs for solo coaches
Coach Recap's homepage in October 2026.

Coach Recap is a small, focused tool for solo coaches, and says plainly that it is not aimed at agencies or enterprises. It keeps client profiles with session history, notes, goals and action items, all searchable. A booking page supports buffers and notice rules, two-way Google Calendar and Outlook sync, and email reminders at 24 hours, 1 hour and 15 minutes. Programs are session packs or monthly subscriptions paid through Stripe, with sessions used and remaining tracked. Intake forms, check-ins, contracts, private chat and resource sharing are also included.

As listed in October 2026, Starter is free forever for up to 3 active clients, where "active" means a session or booking in the last 90 days. Professional costs $29 a month for up to 20 active clients and Business costs $79 for unlimited clients. There is no cut of client payments beyond Stripe's fees.

Against AttractWell, Coach Recap drops the whole marketing side: no website, funnels, email marketing, courses or community. It is a clean replacement for the client-management part only.

Pick it over Coachful if you run a small 1:1 practice, your marketing already lives somewhere you like, and you want good session notes and booking for very little money.

Which features does each AttractWell alternative include?

"Yes" means the vendor documents the feature, "Partial" means it exists with a meaningful limit, "No" means the vendor or public profiles say it is absent, and "Not listed" means the pages we checked do not say either way.

What does each option cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?

Monthly prices as listed in October 2026, billed monthly, for the cheapest plan that fits each client count. Contact-based tools assume a list of about 1,500 subscribers, as in our example. Processing fees are extra everywhere.

Tool5 clients15 clients40 clients
CoachfulLite: $29/month for up to 5 clientsSolo: $49/month for up to 20 clientsPro: $99/month with unlimited clients
AttractWell$129 (Premium; 1,500 contacts)$129$129
Kajabi$179 (Basic)$179$179
Coaches Console$197 (Core)$197$197
Systeme.io$17 (Startup) plus a scheduler$17 plus a scheduler$17 plus a scheduler
Merkora$79 (Professional)$79$79
Practice Better$35 (Starter)$69 (Professional)$69
Paperbell$97$97$97
CoachVantage$39 (Clarity)$59 (Aha!, for cohorts)$59
Delenta$29 (Starter)$49 (Pro)$49 (40 portals, at the cap)
Kartra$119 (Starter)$119$119
Quenza$25 (Spark) plus payments tool$50 (Growth) plus payments tool$50 plus payments tool
Coach Recap$29 (Professional)$29$79 (Business)

Two things stand out. First, AttractWell's bill is driven by the list, not the roster: with 1,500 subscribers you are already past Basic's 1,000-contact cap, even with five clients. Second, the cheap rows are cheap because something is missing. Systeme.io, Quenza and the practice-management tools each need at least one more subscription (a scheduler, a payment tool, a website or an email platform) before they match what an AttractWell user had. When you add those, the gap to an all-in-one closes fast.

How would you set up an AttractWell-style practice in Coachful?

A laptop showing a library of coaching check-in flows beside a tablet showing a client's daily goal momentum
Coachful's check-in flows library on a laptop and a demo client's daily goal view on a tablet.

Here is the example practice from earlier, 10 clients on a 1:1 package and 5 in a 12-week cohort, rebuilt step by step. You can do this yourself or ask the white-glove team to build the website, funnel and program for you.

  1. Move your site. Use Import website or pick one of the 30 homepage templates, then connect your custom domain and set your SEO titles. If your AttractWell site has pages you like, attach their links to a white-glove request and the team rebuilds them inside your account.
  2. Rebuild your lead magnet funnel. Create a lead-magnet funnel from one of about 25 templates, add your Meta Pixel and UTM tags, and connect it to an email sequence with a delay and a branch for people who book a call.
  3. Set up booking. Create a discovery call session type with buffers, minimum notice and intake questions, then a paid session type or session credits for your 1:1 package. Turn on two-way calendar sync and auto-created Zoom or Meet links.
  4. Write the agreement. Add your coaching agreement so it is signed by e-signature before the first call and saved on the client record.
  5. Create offers and payments. Connect Stripe, then create the 1:1 package as a payment plan and the cohort program as a one-time price or subscription, with any coupons or order bumps you use.
  6. Build the program. Start from one of the 40+ program templates or ask Michelle to draft a 12-week program. Add weekly goals, daily tasks, two or three habits, and a morning or evening check-in.
  7. Attach content. Recreate your AttractWell vault as a course with modules, drip and completion tracking, and add downloads or recordings to the program weeks.
  8. Open the cohort. When clients enroll in the program, they join its cohort group automatically, with a feed, group chat and scheduled group calls.
  9. Import your clients. During onboarding, the team imports clients, programs and content for you, so existing clients do not start from zero.

What the client experiences: they find your site, download the guide, and get your email sequence. They book a discovery call, answer the intake questions and get a reminder. After the call they pay, sign the agreement and land in your branded app. Each morning there is a check-in and a few tasks; each week there is a goal and a lesson; the cohort feed is where they post wins. Before every session, you get a brief on what they did and did not do, and their status tells you whether they are thriving, active, quiet or at risk.

What mistakes should you avoid when leaving AttractWell?

  • Comparing plan prices without the stack. A $29 practice tool plus a $17 funnel builder plus a separate scheduler and email platform is rarely cheaper, and it gives clients three logins.
  • Forgetting the contact export. AttractWell's CRM page mentions CSV import of contacts, but export was not mentioned on the pages we checked. Ask support how to export contacts, course content and payment history before you cancel.
  • Breaking active subscriptions. Clients paying through Stripe or Square on AttractWell need a clear plan to move to the new checkout. Set an end date, tell clients in advance, and do not double-charge in the overlap month.
  • Moving vaults one lesson at a time. Gather your course videos and text in one folder first. Video files are not part of the white-glove request, so upload them yourself, then ask the team to build the course outline and written material.
  • Choosing for marketing when the work is delivery. If most of your revenue comes from clients you already have, weigh between-session tools above funnel capacity.
  • Ignoring scope. Wellness and health coaches should keep clinical notes out of a coaching platform and refer clients with medical or mental health needs to licensed professionals.
  • Cancelling too early. Keep AttractWell live until the new site is on your domain, the funnel is tested, and your first client has booked and paid through the new system.

Which AttractWell alternative should you choose?

If you deliver programs, groups or courses to paying clients, choose Coachful. It keeps the website, funnels, email, booking, payments, agreements, programs, community and AI under one login, and its pricing follows clients rather than your email list. The white-glove build means the move does not have to cost you a month of evenings.

If you sell mainly courses to a large audience, Kajabi or Kartra are closer to what you have now, at higher contact-based prices. If budget is the only constraint, Systeme.io or Merkora let you start at $0. If you only run a small 1:1 practice and want admin to disappear, Paperbell, Coach Recap or CoachVantage are narrower but simpler, and Practice Better is the specialist choice for nutrition and wellness practitioners who need charting.

Frequently asked questions about AttractWell alternatives

What is the best AttractWell alternative for coaches?

For coaches who deliver programs, cohorts or courses, Coachful is our pick because the whole client journey sits behind one login and pricing does not depend on contact count. If you mainly sell courses to a big list, Kajabi is the closer match. If you only need 1:1 admin, Paperbell or Coach Recap are simpler.

How much does AttractWell cost?

As listed in October 2026, AttractWell costs $69 a month for Starter, $99 for Basic, $129 for Premium, $179 for Pro and $239 for Diamond, with a Team plan from $600. Every plan has a $1 first month. Plans differ by capacity, especially contacts, texts, courses and booking links.

Is there a free alternative to AttractWell?

Systeme.io has a free plan with 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels and 1 course. Merkora is free until your first paid sale, and Coach Recap and Practice Better have free plans for 3 clients. Each free option covers only part of what AttractWell does.

Does AttractWell charge transaction fees?

No. AttractWell lists a 0% transaction fee on all plans, and your payment processor, Stripe or Square, charges its standard fees. Kartra's Essentials plan and Kajabi's third-party payment option are the main tools in this list that add a fee on sales.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

It is a build service included on every plan. You describe what you want, such as a website, funnel, program or email sequence, attach up to 8 links and 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include video recording, logo design or ad management.

Can I move my AttractWell courses to another platform?

Yes, but plan it. Collect your videos, lesson text and downloads first, since export options were not described on AttractWell's pages we checked. In Coachful, the onboarding team imports clients, programs and content, and you upload video files yourself.

Which alternative has a client app?

Coachful gives clients a branded experience inside the Coachful app. Quenza has a client app, and Delenta's app comes with its Premium plan. Paperbell has no native app; clients use the mobile browser.

Is Coachful HIPAA compliant?

No. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not for clinical records or insurance billing. Practitioners who need clinical charting should look at a dedicated clinical system such as Practice Better and check its compliance terms directly.

Why does contact-based pricing matter for coaches?

AttractWell, Kajabi and Kartra price partly by the number of contacts on your list. A coach with a growing lead magnet can move up a tier without adding a single paying client. Client-based or flat pricing ties your software bill to revenue instead.

How long does it take to switch from AttractWell?

It depends on how much you have built. A simple site, funnel and one program can be rebuilt within a few days, faster if you use a white-glove request. Keep both systems running until your first new client has booked and paid through the new one.
