Top 7 Quenza Alternatives in 2026

The best Quenza alternatives are the tools that keep what Quenza does well (worksheets, activities and multi-step programs your clients complete between sessions) and add the parts Quenza leaves to other apps: booking, contracts, client payments, a website and a place for group clients to talk. So the deciding question is simple. Do you want one more engagement tool, or one login that runs the whole client journey from first booking to final check-in?
For most coaches who outgrow Quenza, our pick is Coachful, because it delivers programs, habits and daily check-ins inside a branded client app and also handles scheduling, Stripe payments, e-signed agreements, courses, community and your website. We make Coachful, so we have ranked it first and been explicit about where the other six fit better. Below you will find an at-a-glance table, one section per tool, a feature matrix, the cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients, and a step-by-step setup for a coach moving off Quenza.

What do coaches who use Quenza actually need from software?
They need a way to keep clients working between sessions, and a way to run the business around that work without stitching four apps together. Quenza covers the first job. As listed in October 2026, it gives you a library of ready-made activities, programs you can drip to clients, notes, tasks, one-to-one chat and a mobile app, with groups, file sharing and a landing page added on the Growth plan.
The second job is where coaches start shopping. Quenza's pricing page marks invoicing, digital products and an AI activity generator as planned or coming soon, so there is no client payment processing today. Our September 2026 profile also found no scheduling or video calls. In practice that means a typical Quenza coach also pays for a booking tool, a payment or invoicing tool, an e-signature tool for agreements, and often a website builder and email platform. Each one is another login for you and, frequently, another one for your client.
Here is the client journey most Quenza users are trying to support, and where each step tends to live today:
- Discovery: a website or link-in-bio page with a booking link (outside Quenza).
- Intake and agreement: intake questions, a coaching agreement and an e-signature (usually outside Quenza).
- Payment: a package, subscription or payment plan (outside Quenza).
- Sessions: a calendar with reminders and a video link (outside Quenza).
- Between sessions: worksheets, reflections, habits and check-ins (this is Quenza's strength).
- Group work: a cohort space for discussion and group calls (partly in Quenza from Growth up).
- Progress and renewal: seeing who is engaged, who is drifting and who is ready for the next offer.
One scope point matters more for Quenza users than for most coaches, because Quenza also markets to therapists. Coaching is not treatment. If you diagnose, treat mental health conditions or bill insurance, you are likely working under health privacy rules such as HIPAA in the United States (see the HHS overview for professionals) and you need clinical software with a business associate agreement. If you coach, keep your agreement clear about what coaching is, and refer clients to a licensed professional when what they bring is beyond coaching, as the ICF Code of Ethics expects. We flag which tools suit which side of that line below.
Which Quenza alternative is best at a glance?
Ranking criteria: one login for the whole client journey, between-session delivery (programs, habits, check-ins), total stack cost once booking and payments are included, and setup effort, where a free done-for-you build counts in a tool's favour.
| Tool | Best for | Starting price (monthly) | Free trial | Biggest gap vs Quenza users' needs |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Coaches who deliver programs and want booking, payments, agreements, community and website in one login | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Yes | Not HIPAA-certified; no wearable sync |
| Healthie | Clinicians and health practitioners who need charting and insurance tools | $19.99 (Core, 10 active clients) | 14 days on Plus, no card | Online programs only on Plus; no website or funnels listed |
| Coach Catalyst | Habit, nutrition and fitness coaches who want wearable and macro integrations | $5 (Coach, up to 3 clients) | 14 days, no card | Prices above 3 clients not confirmed; no website listed |
| Practice Better | Nutrition and wellness practitioners who want charting plus programs | $0 (Sprout, 3 clients); $35 (Starter) | 14 days (30 on Team) | Evergreen programs and portal branding start on Plus; no website builder |
| CoachAccountable | Accountability coaches who run action plans and metrics with a small roster | $20 (Starter, 2 active clients) | 30 days, no card | Priced per active client; no native mobile app |
| Kajabi | Course and community creators with a large audience | $179 (Basic) | Yes | No habit or daily check-in tracking listed; high entry price |
| Coaches Console | Coaches who want a long-standing CRM, website and invoicing system | $197 (Core Console System) | No; 30-day money-back guarantee | Highest entry price; dated interface per reviewers |
Prices for other vendors are as listed in October 2026 on monthly billing. For the full breakdown of what Quenza itself charges, see our Quenza pricing guide, and for a closer look at the product read our Quenza review.
How did we choose and rank these seven tools?
We started from a concrete scenario: a coach with 15 one-to-one clients and one eight-week group program, currently paying for Quenza plus a separate booking app, Stripe invoices and an e-signature tool. For each candidate we asked four questions.
- Can the client do everything in one place? Book, sign, pay, complete activities, check in and talk to the group without a second login.
- Does between-session work survive the move? Multi-week programs, daily tasks, habits and check-ins, not just file uploads.
- What does the full stack cost? A cheaper engagement tool plus three add-ons can cost more than one platform.
- How much work is the switch? Template libraries, migration help and done-for-you setup all reduce the weeks you spend rebuilding.
We did not run hands-on trials of each product for this article. Facts come from each vendor's own pricing and product pages as listed in October 2026, from our earlier vendor profiles (dated September 2026 where used), and from public review sites. Where a price could not be confirmed, we say so instead of guessing.
We also excluded tools that only solve one slice of the journey, such as standalone schedulers. If scheduling is your only gap, our guide to Calendly alternatives for coaches covers that narrower choice.
1. Coachful: why is it the strongest all-round Quenza alternative?

Coachful keeps Quenza's between-session strength and adds the business side, so you and your clients use one login for everything. One subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. Clients get one branded app. It is built for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions, for solo coaches growing into a small team, and for coaches replacing four to six tools.
What carries over from Quenza
The work you built in Quenza maps onto Coachful's program and flow tools. You can build multi-week programs with weekly goals, daily tasks and habits, then add morning and evening check-ins. Clients see goals with progress bars and streaks, which gives them the same "did I do my work this week" feedback loop that Quenza activities provide, plus a daily rhythm. Worksheets and reflection prompts become Forms and Worksheets resources inside the client's home, next to downloads, videos, books and AI tools.

The coaching flows library is where daily and weekly check-ins live. You can start from a welcome flow, a morning check-in and an evening check-in, or from one of the journey templates, then edit the questions so they match your method. More than 40 ready-to-film program templates, 48 course templates with quizzes and coaching flow and journey templates mean you are rarely starting from an empty page.

On the client side, habits show as tracker cards with streak counts, and the My Coaching page brings programs, sessions, progress and documents together. For a Quenza user, this is the difference between "complete this worksheet" and "here is your whole coaching relationship in one screen".
Here is a short walkthrough of how programs are built and delivered:
What it adds that Quenza does not
- Scheduling: booking pages with availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection; two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendar sync; built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links; email reminders, plus SMS 24 hours and WhatsApp one hour before once messaging is enabled; paid sessions, session credits and intake questions on booking. See scheduling software for coaches.
- Payments: your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, with one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Stripe Tax. There is a 0% Coachful platform fee (since August 2026), so only Stripe or Razorpay processing applies. More on coaching payment software.
- Agreements: coaching agreements with e-signature, sent before the first call and stored on the client record. See coaching contracts.
- Groups: a community feed, group chat, direct messages and video events, with cohort groups created automatically when someone enrolls in a program. See group coaching software.
- Marketing: a section-based website builder with blog and custom domain, 30 homepage templates, booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels, email broadcasts and multi-step sequences.
- Client overview: each record holds goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, payments and sessions, plus a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk, so you see who is drifting before they cancel.
- AI help: Michelle, the built-in assistant, works from your live practice data to build programs, draft emails, summarise recorded sessions and brief you before a session. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. An optional AI Coach lets selected clients chat with an AI version of you between sessions, configured by you.
- ICF hours: coaching hours and distinct clients are counted against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds, with an exportable client coaching log. See ICF hour tracking.

Price as listed
Plans are flat and monthly, lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited, and team plans add coach seats. Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients. Monthly plans cancel in one click, and there is a free trial.
Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can open Create, choose "We'll build it for you" and describe what you want: a website, funnel, sales page, program, course outline, coaching flow, form or worksheet, email sequence, lead quiz, event or automation. You can attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as logos, photos, brand guides and existing copy. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. Recent anonymized examples include a menopause and midlife health coach who started from nothing and got a five-page site in sage and cream with every button leading to a free 20-minute consultation, and a real-estate and money coach who got a year-long cohort program with an application form, an eight-page site and a free nine-day bootcamp funnel. It does not cover recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. Read more about the free white-glove service.

Honest limits
Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. There is no PayPal and no permanent free plan. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. There is no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync, and Apple Health sync is not publicly available. There are no routing forms that pick a host from form answers and no Salesforce or HubSpot integration. Quenza's ready-made activity library (100 to 400+ activities depending on plan) does not come with you, so expect to adapt or rewrite favourite worksheets (or ask the white-glove team to do it).
Choose Coachful if you coach rather than treat, you want clients in one branded app, and you are tired of paying for and connecting a booking tool, invoicing tool and e-signature tool around Quenza.
2. Healthie: is it the better choice for clinicians leaving Quenza?
Yes, if you are a licensed clinician or health practitioner who needs charting and insurance workflows; it is a heavier tool than most coaches need. Healthie's pricing page presents it as EHR software and lists scheduling, payment processing, charting, telehealth, a client portal and iOS and Android apps on every plan.
Where Healthie earns its place
- Clinical features Quenza does not have: charting, CMS 1500 claim forms and a ClaimMD integration (from Essentials), plus outbound fax.
- Built-in scheduling, telehealth and payment processing, which closes Quenza's biggest gaps.
- Online programs and group telehealth on the Plus plan, for practitioners who run structured programs.
- Custom form building and group or blast messaging from Essentials.
Price as listed in October 2026
Core is $19.99 a month for 10 active clients, Essentials $49.99 for 250 active clients, Plus $129.99 for unlimited clients with online programs and group telehealth, and Group from $149.99 plus $50 a month per added clinician. Annual billing saves 10% (Core $18, Essentials $45, Plus $115, Group from $135 a month). There is a 14-day trial of Plus with no credit card required.
The trade-off
Program delivery, the feature most Quenza users care about, sits on Plus, so a practitioner who wants programs pays the Plus price even with a small roster. The pricing page lists no website builder, funnels, course tools or community feed, so marketing still happens elsewhere. Confirm privacy and BAA terms with Healthie directly if you need them; we only report what its pricing page lists.
Pick it over Coachful if you chart, bill insurance or otherwise work as a clinician and need software designed for that.
3. Coach Catalyst: what does it offer habit and nutrition coaches?
Coach Catalyst is the closest match to Quenza's between-session focus for health, nutrition and fitness coaches, with habit tracking and wearable integrations Quenza does not list. Its October 2026 pricing page lists, on the base Coach plan, a workout builder, form checks, a habit and task tracker, a form builder, an education management system with over 1,000 modifiable lessons, 30+ done-for-you challenges, video and audio notes, reports, an on-demand client portal, one community and mobile apps for client and coach.
Integrations listed on the site include Fitbit, MyFitnessPal, Apple Health, Oura, Cronometer and Zapier, which matters if your clients already log food or sleep elsewhere. Coach Pro adds unlimited coaches, unlimited communities, its Habby AI assistant and priority support.
What we could and could not confirm on price
Pricing scales with a client slider. At its default of up to 3 clients, the page showed $5 a month for Coach and $30 a month for Coach Pro. When we checked on October 25, 2026, the higher tiers of the slider did not display confirmed prices, so we have not printed figures for 15 or 40 clients. Check the slider yourself before deciding. Subscriptions are month to month, with a 14-day free trial (no card) and a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Gaps for a full practice
The pricing page does not list a website builder, funnels, booking pages with calendar sync or e-signed agreements, so expect to keep separate tools for those. It is strongly oriented to fitness and nutrition, which suits some Quenza users and not others. If fitness is your niche, our Trainerize alternatives guide compares more options, and Coachful's Fitness & Nutrition pack covers workouts, nutrition targets, meal plans and progress photos inside the same login as your booking and payments.
Pick it over Coachful if your clients need data pulled in from Fitbit, Apple Health, Oura or MyFitnessPal, and the rest of your business already runs smoothly elsewhere.
4. Practice Better: how does it compare for wellness practitioners?

Practice Better is a practice management platform for wellness and nutrition practitioners, combining scheduling, telehealth, charting, billing, programs and a client portal. It is a direct substitute for much of what a Quenza user wants plus the booking and billing Quenza lacks.
As listed in October 2026, Sprout is free for 3 clients, Starter is $35 a month ($25 billed annually) for 10 clients, Professional is $69 ($59 annually) for 300 clients, Plus is $99 ($89 annually) for unlimited clients and 3 admins, and Team is $155 ($145 annually) for 2 practitioners, with more at $50 each. Payments run through Practice Better Payments, powered by Stripe. The trial is 14 days on most plans and 30 days on Team. On Trustpilot it shows 3.8 from 87 reviews (seen October 25, 2026).
Two catches matter for Quenza users. Evergreen programs, portal branding, a custom URL and SMS start on Plus, so the program-led setup you are used to costs $99 a month. And our September 2026 profile found no website builder or funnel pages, so marketing stays elsewhere. Below Team, an account has one practitioner. Our Practice Better alternatives article goes deeper.
Pick it over Coachful if you are a nutrition or wellness practitioner who needs charting, or you want a free plan for a handful of clients while you start out.
5. CoachAccountable: is per-client pricing worth it?

For small rosters built on accountability, often yes; for growing group programs, the per-client model gets expensive. CoachAccountable is a coaching back office covering sessions, action plans, metrics, worksheets, courses, invoicing and agreements. Its worksheets and action plans are the nearest equivalent to Quenza's activities among the direct substitutes.
Pricing as listed in October 2026 is set by active clients: Starter $20 a month for 2, Level 1 $40 for 5, Level 2 $70 for 10, Level 3 $120 for 20, Level 4 $250 for 50 and Level 5 $400 for 100. The trial is 30 days with no card and no limits. It holds a 4.8 rating from 47 Trustpilot reviews (seen October 25, 2026), the strongest review score in this list.
The limits are structural. Every group program member counts as an active client, so a 30-person cohort can move you up two price levels. Our September 2026 profile found no native mobile app and no website, landing pages or marketing automation, and CoachAccountable states it is not HIPAA compliant. More detail in our CoachAccountable alternatives roundup.
Pick it over Coachful if you run detailed action plans and metrics with fewer than about ten clients and value a long track record and strong reviews over an app and marketing tools.
6. Kajabi: when does a course platform make sense instead?
When your business is mostly courses, community and email to a large audience, and one-to-one coaching is a smaller part. Kajabi's October 2026 pricing page lists Basic at $179 a month ($143 billed annually) with 5 products, 2,500 contacts, 1 website, 1 community and 2 admin users; Growth at $249 ($199 annually) with 50 products and 25,000 contacts; and Pro at $499 ($399 annually) with unlimited products, 100,000 contacts and 3 websites. Funnels, landing pages and marketing emails are unlimited on every plan.
Payment costs are worth reading closely. With Kajabi Payments, US card processing is listed at 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, falling to 2.7% + $0.30 on Pro. If you use another payment provider, Kajabi adds its own 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth and 0.5% on Pro, on top of that provider's fees. There is a free trial.
For a Quenza user, the gap is the daily coaching layer: the pricing page lists coaching products, cohort courses and a customer app, but no habit tracking, daily check-ins or per-client progress status. Our Kajabi alternatives for coaches article covers why many coaches move the other way.
Pick it over Coachful if you sell courses to thousands of contacts, need several websites, and treat one-to-one coaching as an upsell rather than the core.
7. Coaches Console: who still fits a long-standing all-in-one?

Coaches Console fits coaches who want a long-standing CRM, website, client portal, email and invoicing system and do not mind paying for that maturity. It is one of the older business systems built for coaches.
As listed in October 2026, the Core Console System is $197 a month ($166.42 billed annually) for a single coach account, and the Total Console System is $297 ($249.75 annually) with unlimited products and courses. There is no free trial; billing details are required at signup, with a 30-day money-back guarantee instead. That is the highest entry price in this list.
Reviewers describe the interface as dated (September 2026 profile), and courses only arrive on the Total plan. For a Quenza user whose main need is engaging worksheets and daily habits, it is a large jump in price for a different centre of gravity.
Pick it over Coachful if you value a long-established vendor and a CRM-first approach, and the monthly price is not a deciding factor.
How do the features compare side by side?
This matrix uses yes, partial and no based on what each vendor lists. "Not listed" means we found no mention on the pages we checked, not that the feature is definitely missing.
| Tool | Programs, habits, check-ins | Booking and calendar sync | Client payments | E-signed agreements | Community or groups | Website and funnels | Client mobile app |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Yes | Yes | Yes (Stripe, Razorpay) | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes (your branding in the Coachful app) |
| Quenza | Yes (activities and programs) | No (September 2026 profile) | No (marked planned) | Not listed | Partial (groups from Growth) | Partial (landing pages from Growth) | Yes |
| Healthie | Partial (online programs on Plus) | Yes | Yes | Not listed | Partial (group messaging; group telehealth on Plus) | No | Yes |
| Coach Catalyst | Yes | Not listed | Partial (listed, details not on pricing page) | Not listed | Yes | No | Yes |
| Practice Better | Partial (evergreen programs on Plus) | Yes | Yes | Not listed | Not listed | No | Not listed |
| CoachAccountable | Partial (action plans, metrics, worksheets) | Yes | Yes (invoicing) | Yes | Not listed | No | No |
| Kajabi | Partial (coaching and cohort courses) | Not listed | Yes | Not listed | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Coaches Console | Partial (client portal) | Yes | Yes (invoicing) | Not listed | Not listed | Yes | Not listed |
Two patterns stand out. Most tools are strong in either the between-session columns or the business columns, rarely both. And the tools with websites and funnels (Kajabi and Coaches Console) are also the most expensive, which is why a single platform that covers both sides changes the cost picture.
What will each option cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?
The short answer: Quenza and Healthie look cheap until you add booking, payments and agreements, CoachAccountable climbs fastest as you grow, and Kajabi and Coaches Console cost the same at any roster size but start high. Prices below are monthly billing, as listed in October 2026, for the cheapest plan that covers that many clients.

| Tool | 5 clients | 15 clients | 40 clients | Also needed for booking, payments, contracts |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients | Nothing extra; Stripe or Razorpay processing only |
| Quenza | $25 (Spark; Growth at $50 if you need groups) | $50 (Growth) | $50 (Growth) | Booking tool, payment or invoicing tool, e-signature tool |
| Healthie | $19.99 (Core) | $49.99 (Essentials) | $49.99 (Essentials; $129.99 Plus for online programs) | Website and e-signature if needed |
| Coach Catalyst | Not confirmed ($5 shown for up to 3) | Not confirmed | Not confirmed | Booking tool, website, e-signature tool |
| Practice Better | $35 (Starter; $0 Sprout covers 3) | $69 (Professional) | $69 (Professional; $99 Plus for evergreen programs) | Website and funnels |
| CoachAccountable | $40 (Level 1) | $120 (Level 3) | $250 (Level 4) | Website and funnels |
| Kajabi | $179 (Basic) | $179 (Basic) | $179 (Basic) | Habit and check-in tool; platform fee if not using Kajabi Payments |
| Coaches Console | $197 (Core) | $197 (Core) | $197 (Core) | E-signature tool (not listed) |
To estimate your own stack, add up every tool your client touches. As an illustrative example only, a coach on Quenza Growth at $50 who adds a booking app, an e-signature tool and a basic website builder could easily be paying for four subscriptions, and asking clients to use three of them. Annual billing lowers most vendors' prices: Quenza takes 20% off, Healthie 10%, and Practice Better, Kajabi and Coaches Console publish annual monthly rates too.
How would you set up a Quenza-style practice in Coachful?
Here is a worked setup for the scenario we ranked against: a mindset and wellbeing coach with 15 one-to-one clients and one eight-week group program, moving off Quenza plus three side tools. The program name and structure are an example.

- Request the build and import. Before cancelling anything, save copies of your Quenza activities, programs and client responses (Quenza does not document a data export, so ask its support how to get what you need). In Coachful, clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding. Then open Create, choose "We'll build it for you" and ask for your eight-week program, rewritten worksheets and a simple site, attaching your logo and old worksheet files.
- Connect Stripe. Link your own Stripe Connect account and create two offers: a monthly one-to-one subscription and a one-time or payment-plan price for the group program. Add a coupon for existing clients if you want to honour old rates.
- Build the booking page. Set availability, buffers and minimum notice, connect Google, Apple or Outlook calendar, and choose built-in video or an auto-created Zoom or Meet link. Add three intake questions so you arrive at the first call prepared.
- Attach the agreement. Add your coaching agreement so new clients e-sign it before the first call. Include your scope line and referral wording.
- Build the program. Lay out eight weeks with a weekly goal, daily tasks and two or three habits, then attach a morning check-in and an evening reflection from the flows library. When someone enrolls, a cohort group is created automatically for discussion and group calls.
- Turn worksheets into resources. Your favourite Quenza activities become Forms and Worksheets in the client's home, alongside any downloads or short videos you record.
- Set up follow-up. Write a short email sequence (welcome, week-one nudge, mid-program check, renewal offer), or ask Michelle to draft it from your program.

Here is how daily check-ins work once they are set up:
What the client experiences. A new client clicks "Book a call" on your site, answers the intake questions, picks a time in their own time zone and gets a calendar invite with the video link. Before the call they e-sign the agreement and pay through Stripe, with Apple Pay or Google Pay if they like. After enrolling in the group program they open your branded app and see this week's goal, today's tasks, their habit streaks and a morning check-in. The cohort space is one tap away. Reminders arrive by email, and by SMS and WhatsApp if you enable messaging. Everything, from receipt to worksheet, lives in one place.
What you see. Each client record shows goals, check-ins, habits, notes, payments and sessions, with a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk. Before each call, Michelle can brief you on what happened since last time.
What mistakes should you avoid when leaving Quenza?
- Comparing subscription prices instead of stack prices. A $25 engagement tool plus three add-ons is not a $25 decision. Count every login your client touches.
- Cancelling before you have copies. Quenza does not document a full data export, so download or copy activities, client responses and notes while you still have access.
- Rebuilding every activity by hand. Pick the ten activities clients actually complete and rebuild those first. Use templates or a done-for-you build for the rest.
- Choosing a coaching tool for clinical work. If you treat, diagnose or bill insurance, choose clinical software with a BAA. If you coach, say so clearly in your agreement and refer out when needed.
- Underestimating per-client pricing. Group programs swell rosters quickly. Check what 40 clients costs, not just 5.
- Splitting group and one-to-one clients across tools. If cohorts live in one app and private clients in another, you lose the chance to move people between offers.
- Launching without telling clients what changes. Send a short note with the new app link, what stays the same and when their first check-in will arrive.
Which Quenza alternative should you choose?
Choose Coachful if you coach, deliver programs, and want booking, payments, agreements, community, website and between-session work in one login and one branded client app. It is the only option here that covers every column of the feature matrix, and the free white-glove build removes most of the switching effort.
Choose Healthie if you are a clinician who needs charting and insurance tools. Choose Coach Catalyst if wearable and food-log integrations are central to your coaching. Choose Practice Better if you are a nutrition or wellness practitioner who wants a free starting plan and charting. Choose CoachAccountable for detailed accountability work with a small roster. Choose Kajabi if courses to a large audience are the business. Choose Coaches Console if you want a long-established CRM-first system and price is secondary.
Coachful in brief. Coachful is a coaching platform for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions: booking, payments, contracts, programs with habits and check-ins, courses, community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant, with one login for the coach and one branded app for the client. It is not HIPAA-certified, has no PayPal and no permanent free plan, and does not sync with wearables. To start, take the free trial and request the free white-glove build from the Create page. Compare it with other platforms on our comparison hub or explore coaching software built for programs. Coaches in wellbeing niches may also want our pages for health coaches, life coaches and mindset coaches.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best Quenza alternative for coaches?
For most coaches, Coachful, because it keeps programs, habits and check-ins and adds booking, payments, agreements, community and a website in one login. Clinicians who chart or bill insurance are better served by Healthie, and fitness and nutrition coaches who rely on wearables may prefer Coach Catalyst.
Does Quenza let clients pay me?
Not today. As listed in October 2026, Quenza's pricing page marks invoicing and digital products as planned or coming soon, so you need a separate payment or invoicing tool. Its own subscription is billed by card.
Is there a free alternative to Quenza?
Practice Better's Sprout plan is free for 3 clients, which suits someone just starting out. Coachful has no permanent free plan, but it does offer a free trial and a free white-glove build. Quenza itself has a 30-day trial with no credit card.

Therapists and other licensed clinicians should look at clinical software such as Healthie, which lists charting and insurance claim tools, and confirm BAA terms directly. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and is not meant for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing.
Can I move my Quenza worksheets into Coachful?
Yes, as Forms and Worksheets resources and inside programs and check-in flows. Clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, and the white-glove team can rebuild worksheets from the files you attach. Save copies from Quenza first, since it does not document a data export.
What is Coachful's free white-glove service?
From Create, choose "We'll build it for you" and describe what you need, such as a website, funnel, program, worksheet or email sequence, attaching up to 8 links and 10 files. The Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours, on every plan and at no extra cost. It does not include video recording, logo design, ads or ongoing marketing.

As listed in October 2026 on monthly billing: Quenza Growth is $50 before add-ons, Healthie Essentials $49.99, Practice Better Professional $69, CoachAccountable Level 3 $120, Kajabi Basic $179 and Coaches Console Core $197. For Coachful at that size: Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients.
Do any Quenza alternatives sync with wearables?
Coach Catalyst lists Fitbit, Apple Health, Oura, MyFitnessPal and Cronometer integrations. Coachful does not sync with Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura, and Apple Health sync is not publicly available; clients log workouts, nutrition and check-ins in the app instead.
Is Coachful good for group programs?
Yes. Enrolling in a program automatically creates a cohort group with a feed, group chat and video events, and the same program can carry weekly goals, habits and check-ins for every member. Plans are flat rather than priced per active client, and Pro has no client cap, so a bigger cohort does not climb a per-client ladder. See group coaching software for details.
