5 Best AI Tools for Business Coaches (2026 Guide)

5 Best AI Tools for Business Coaches (2026 Guide)

The best AI tools for business coaches are the ones that know your clients' numbers, goals and last session before you open the call. Most business coaches already pay for a general chatbot, a meeting recorder, a scheduler and a course or email tool, and each of those holds a slice of the client. The deciding question is not "which AI writes best" but "which AI can see the whole engagement, from the discovery call to the week-nine accountability check, without me pasting context into it every morning."

Our pick is Coachful, because its AI assistant, Michelle, works from the live data of your practice (client goals, check-ins, session notes, payments and intake answers) and sits inside the same login as your booking, contracts, programs and website. We make Coachful, so weigh that, and read the four alternatives below: each one wins for a specific kind of business coach, and we say exactly which.

This guide is built as a decision tool. Answer five questions about your practice first, then use the table to see which tool your answers point to, then read the full sections, the cost comparison at 5, 15 and 40 clients, and the red flags we would check before switching. For a wider view across every coaching niche, see our parent guide to the best AI tools for coaches.

What do business coaches actually need from an AI tool?

Business coaches need AI that turns sessions into action and keeps clients moving between calls, because the value of business coaching is measured in what the owner does on Tuesday, not what they felt on Monday's call. The writing help is the easy part; every tool has that now.

Look at how a typical business coaching engagement runs. A prospect books a discovery call and answers a few intake questions about revenue range, team size and the bottleneck they want fixed. You send a proposal or a package, they sign an agreement and pay, often on a monthly retainer or a payment plan for a 90-day or six-month container. Then the real work starts: a strategy session that produces a quarterly plan, weekly or fortnightly calls, and between those calls a stream of small commitments. Raise prices on the next three quotes. Write the hiring scorecard. Call five lapsed customers. Review the cash-flow forecast with the bookkeeper.

That shape creates five AI jobs that matter more for this niche than for most:

  • Session recaps that become tasks. A summary is only useful if its action items land somewhere the client sees and you can check.
  • Pre-session briefings. With 15 owners on your roster, you need a two-minute read on who did what since last time, who has gone quiet and which goal is slipping.
  • Program and offer building. Turning your method (a 90-day growth sprint, a pricing reset, a leadership rhythm for a first-time manager) into weeks, tasks and worksheets.
  • Marketing content. Business coaches sell on LinkedIn, webinars, lead magnets and email. AI drafting saves hours here, as long as it sounds like you.
  • Between-session support. Owners hit decisions at odd hours. Some coaches want a configured AI version of themselves that answers within the boundaries they set.

There is also a scope issue specific to this niche. Clients will ask about entity structure, tax, employment law and contracts. Business coaching is not legal, tax, accounting or investment advice, and neither is anything an AI tool drafts for you. When a question turns on the rules of a specific country or state, the right move is "check with an accountant or attorney", and a good setup makes that referral easy to record. If you want the background on what AI can and cannot do in a coaching relationship, read Will AI replace coaches? and our piece on the best AI for business coaching itself.

Thinking of launching your coaching business?

Answer a few questions and Coachful builds it around you: your website, programs, booking and payments. Ready in minutes.

Build your platform

Which questions should you answer before choosing?

Answer these five questions honestly, and the right tool usually becomes obvious. Write your answers down; the table in the next section maps them to picks.

  1. Do your clients have work to do between sessions that you want to see? If your engagement is a quarterly plan with weekly commitments, you need goals, tasks and check-ins the AI can read. If it is purely advisory calls, a recorder may be enough.
  2. Where do your sessions happen today? If everything runs through Zoom or Google Meet booked from one place, any recorder works. If you want booking, video and notes tied to the client record, look for a platform that holds all three.
  3. How many tools are you paying for right now, and who connects them? Count the scheduler, payment tool, contract tool, course host, email platform, website and AI subscriptions. If the answer is five or more and you are the integration, total stack cost matters more than any single price.
  4. Is most of your income from one-to-one clients, group programs or digital products? One-to-one and small groups favour a coaching platform. A large audience buying courses favours a course platform. A done-for-you agency model favours a marketing CRM.
  5. How much setup time can you give this in the next month? Some tools need weeks of building workflows. Others offer templates or a team that builds for you.

Which tool do your answers point to?

Ranking criteria: one login for the whole client journey, between-session delivery the AI can read, total stack cost at your client count, and setup effort (including whether someone will build it for you).

How did we choose these five?

We started from the jobs listed above and kept only tools that do at least one of them well for a business coach. We used what each vendor documents on its own site and pricing pages (as listed in October 2026 unless we say otherwise) and what public reviewers report. We did not run hands-on tests, and we do not quote ratings we could not see on a public review site.

We left out general chatbots as standalone picks. You can and probably should use one for brainstorming, but a chatbot that does not know your clients only solves the writing job, and you pay for that convenience with copy-and-paste. We also left out tools that only do one narrow task (a caption writer, a slide generator) because adding another single-purpose subscription makes tool sprawl worse, not better. If automation across reminders and billing is your main concern, see the best tools to automate a coaching business.

1. Coachful: is it the best AI tool for business coaches?

Yes, for most business coaches who run programs or retainers: Coachful is the only tool here whose AI sees the whole engagement, because the booking, the signed agreement, the payment, the quarterly goals, the daily check-ins and the session notes all live in the same place.

Coachful is a coaching platform. One subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. The coach has one login and the client gets one app with the coach's branding. It is built for coaches who deliver programs rather than just sessions, solo coaches growing into a small team, and coaches replacing four to six tools. It is not a sales deal board for large teams, it has no Salesforce or HubSpot integration, it does not take PayPal, and it is not HIPAA-certified. To start, open a free trial at the plans page and ask the team to build your first program or site for you. Current plans: (Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients).

Michelle, the assistant that has read the file

Michelle is the built-in AI assistant, and the difference from a general chatbot is the context. Because she works from live practice data, you can ask "who in my Growth Sprint cohort has missed two check-ins?" or "brief me on Dana before our 2 pm" and get an answer drawn from that client's goals, check-ins, habits, notes and intake answers. She also builds programs from a description, drafts emails and marketing content, summarizes recorded sessions, and briefs you before sessions. If you are working toward a credential, she can give optional private feedback on your own coaching against ICF Core Competencies 3 to 8.

Questions and planning with Michelle are included in your Coachful membership. Confirmed builds and changes (for example, "create this 12-week program in my account") use AI credits. More on the assistant is on the AI coaching assistant page.

Between-session accountability, where business coaching is won

Business owners commit to a lot on a call and do half of it. Coachful's programs run over multiple weeks with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. For a business coach that might be a weekly goal of "send revised pricing to three accounts", a daily habit of "15 minutes on pipeline", and an evening check-in asking what moved. Each client record then shows goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, an AI briefing, and a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk. That status is the early warning you want before a retainer client quietly stops showing up.

A demo client goal: the Daily momentum section pulls linked tasks and habits together, with daily and weekly reflection tabs below.

There is a second AI layer for clients. AI Coach is an AI version of you that selected clients can chat with between sessions; you configure it. For a business coach this suits questions like "how did we decide to frame the price increase email?" at 10 pm. Keep the boundaries tight: it should not answer tax or legal questions, and your configuration should say so. If you are comparing ways to build one, see the best AI coach builders. This short walkthrough shows the AI Coach setup:

Selling the engagement without a second stack

The commercial side is in the same login. Booking pages have availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook sync, built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet and Teams links, and intake questions on booking. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and are stored on the client record (see coaching contracts). Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account with one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, Apple Pay and Google Pay, with a 0% Coachful platform fee since August 2026; you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing.

For marketing, there is a section-based website builder with 30 designed homepage templates, booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels, email broadcasts and multi-step sequences, and a social planner that helps with post ideas and captions and then schedules and publishes to LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, Threads and YouTube from one calendar. LinkedIn matters for business coaches, and having drafting and scheduling next to the funnel it points to saves a tool. Group work is covered too: community feed, group chat, video events, and cohort groups created automatically when someone enrolls in a program, which suits masterminds. Our page for business coaches shows how these fit together.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can go to Create, then "We'll build it for you · FREE", describe what you need (a website, a funnel, a sales page, a program, a course outline, an email sequence, a form or worksheet, an automation), attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. One recent build was for a business mentor for beauty professionals, who got a 12-week mentorship sales page, a start-up-guide lead funnel and rewritten follow-up emails. A leadership coach with a website renewal days away got one clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button. It does not include recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. Read more about the white-glove service.

Where it falls short for business coaches

Coachful has no multi-stage sales deal board built for large sales teams, and no Salesforce or HubSpot sync, so a coach who sells corporate engagements through a long enterprise pipeline may still want a separate CRM. There are no routing forms that pick a host from form answers. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. The affiliate program tracks links, clicks, conversions and revenue, but payouts are recorded manually. And if you sell mainly to clinical or regulated health clients, the lack of HIPAA certification rules it out for clinical records.

2. Fathom: is a meeting recorder enough on its own?

For an advisory business coach whose clients do little structured work between calls, a good recorder covers the most valuable AI job, and Fathom is one of the clearest options. For program-based coaches, it is a strong add-on rather than a home base.

The call, captured

Fathom records and transcribes meetings and produces instant AI summaries. Its pricing page lists unlimited recordings and transcription even on the no-cost plan, a choice of bot-free capture (in beta, Mac) or a meeting bot, clips, playlists and search across calls. Paid tiers add advanced summaries, AI-generated action items, a conversational assistant ("Ask Fathom") that answers questions about a call, and on team plans, account-wide search across calls, trackers that flag moments such as objections, and CRM syncs. The feature table also lists AI follow-up emails and more than 15 meeting templates, including sales frameworks such as BANT and Sandler.

For a business coach that means you can stop typing notes during a pricing conversation, then ask "what did she say the gross margin was on the wholesale line?" a week later. If you coach sales teams, the Business tier's coaching metrics and AI scorecards are worth a look; our AI tools for sales coaches guide covers that angle.

What it costs, as listed

As listed on Fathom's pricing page when we checked in November 2026: Free at $0 for individuals; Premium at $20 per user per month, or $16 billed annually; Team at $19 per user per month ($15 annually) with a two-user minimum; Business at $34 per user per month ($25 annually), also with a two-user minimum; and Enterprise on annual billing via sales. Every tier advertises a 90-day guarantee. Team and above list HIPAA compliance with a standard BAA, which matters if you coach practice owners in healthcare and recordings might capture sensitive details.

The gap it leaves

Fathom ends where the call ends. The action items it produces still need a home the client sees, a reminder, and a way for you to check them next week. It does not book sessions, take payments, send agreements or run programs. You will also need recording consent from clients, which is good practice anyway and a legal requirement in some places; check the rules where you and your clients are.

Pick it over Coachful if your work is purely advisory calls, you already have booking, payments and delivery sorted and like them, or you sell into companies that require HubSpot or Salesforce records updated after every meeting. Plenty of coaches run both: Fathom on external meetings, Coachful for the client engagement.

3. GoHighLevel: when does an agency CRM make sense?

GoHighLevel makes sense for a business coach who also runs marketing for clients, or who sells at volume through SMS, email and funnels and has time to build. It is the most powerful marketing machine on this list and the least coaching-specific.

Strengths for a marketing-led practice

GoHighLevel (also called HighLevel) is an agency-first, all-in-one marketing CRM: funnels, websites, calendars, SMS and email, invoicing, contracts, courses and communities, built around sub-accounts. Every plan includes unlimited users and contacts. Its AI features sit inside that marketing engine, so they are aimed at conversations, follow-ups and campaigns. A business coach running a done-for-you service for clients can give each client a sub-account, which no other tool here does. Trustpilot showed 4.9 from 15,250 reviews when we looked in October 2026.

Plans and the meter

As listed in October 2026: Starter at $97 per month ($80.83 per month billed annually) with 3 sub-accounts; Unlimited at $297 per month ($247.50 annually) with unlimited sub-accounts; Agency Pro at $497 per month ($414.17 annually); and Enterprise at a custom price. There is a 14-day trial on any plan, and billing starts automatically when it ends unless you cancel. The plan price is not the whole bill: SMS, email, phone and AI usage are metered and billed separately, with per-unit rates on separate pricing guides rather than the main pricing page. HIPAA is a $297 per month add-on.

What business coaches give up

There is no habit tracking, no client check-ins and no structured coaching-program or task engine. You can simulate weekly accountability with workflows and forms, but you are building it yourself, and the AI is not reading a goal-and-check-in record because there is not one. There are no built-in video rooms; you get Zoom and Google Meet links.

Pick it over Coachful if you run an agency or done-for-you arm alongside coaching, need per-client sub-accounts, live on SMS campaigns and phone systems, or need a pipeline integration for a sales team. If your clients mainly need accountability between calls, you will spend weeks rebuilding what a coaching platform already does.

4. CoachVantage: the practice manager without the AI layer?

CoachVantage is a solid choice for a one-to-one business coach who wants CRM, contracts and invoicing in one place and does not need AI built into the platform. It is a direct coaching-software substitute, priced per coach with unlimited clients.

CoachVantage homepage presenting its coaching practice management software
CoachVantage's homepage in October 2026.

Day-to-day fit

CoachVantage covers coaching practice management: a CRM, scheduling, contracts with e-signature, invoices, a client portal, group programs and small courses. For a business coach selling six-month retainers to a dozen owners, that is the core admin. The pricing page says there are no commissions on the revenue you earn; Stripe or PayPal processing fees apply, and PayPal support may matter if some clients insist on it. The AI drafting, session summaries and client briefings that define the other picks were not part of what we recorded from its plans, so if AI is the reason you are reading this, confirm what it offers today on its own site.

Two plans, several caps

As listed in October 2026: Clarity at $39 per month ($35 per month annually) includes unlimited contacts and engagements but caps you at 2 group programs, 2 sales pages, 2 booking pages, 4 e-signatures a month, 2 contract templates, 2 courses and 500 MB. Aha! at $59 per month ($53 annually) lifts the group program, sales page, booking page and e-signature caps, with 5 contract templates, 5 courses and 1 GB. There is a 14-day trial with no credit card needed. Four e-signatures a month is tight for a coach onboarding several retainer clients plus renewals in the same month.

Known weak spots

Older profiles of the product note no team or multi-coach features, and users report that the built-in video tool (CVMeet) is weak, with many still running sessions in Zoom. There is no website builder of the kind business coaches use for lead generation, so you will still pay for a site and an email platform.

Pick it over Coachful if you want a lean practice manager, take PayPal, and are content to keep AI in a separate chatbot. If you want the AI to read client progress and draft your next program, you will need another tool on top.

5. Kajabi: right for audience-led business coaches?

Kajabi suits a business coach whose income comes mostly from courses, memberships and community at scale, with one-to-one coaching as a premium add-on. It is a knowledge-product platform first.

Kajabi homepage presenting its platform for courses, communities and websites
Kajabi's homepage in October 2026.

The product side of a coaching business

Kajabi is a course, community, website, funnel and email platform for selling knowledge products. If you sell a self-paced "first hire" course to thousands of owners and run a paid community around it, Kajabi is built for that. Its AI features run on credits: 0 on Basic, 500 on Growth and 1,000 on Pro, as listed in October 2026. That means the cheapest plan has no AI credits at all, which matters in an AI tools roundup.

Price and payment fees

As listed in October 2026: Basic at $179 per month ($143 annually) with 5 products, 2,500 contacts, 1 community, 1 website and 2 admin users; Growth at $249 per month ($199 annually) with 50 products and 25,000 contacts; Pro at $499 per month ($399 annually) with unlimited products and 100,000 contacts. Kajabi Payments in the US costs 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, 2.8% + $0.30 on Growth and 2.7% + $0.30 on Pro. Using another processor (other than PayPal) adds a Kajabi fee of 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth or 0.5% on Pro on top of that provider's fees. The standard trial is 14 days; a card is optional, and if you enter one Kajabi places an authorization hold. Trustpilot showed 3.4 from 2,347 reviews in October 2026.

Kajabi pricing page with Basic, Growth and Pro plans

The coaching gap

Kajabi has no habit tracking or daily client check-ins; coaching is delivered as products and communities, not per-client plans. A business coach who wants to see that a specific owner skipped the weekly numbers review will not find that view. During the trial, some features, including bulk contact import, test emails and some automations, stay locked until a paid plan is active.

Pick it over Coachful if courses and memberships are your main revenue, you have a large audience, and your one-to-one clients are few enough to manage in a separate tool or a spreadsheet.

How do the five compare feature by feature?

The short version: only Coachful combines AI that reads client progress with the booking, payment and delivery tools a business coach uses every week.

What does each cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?

Costs diverge most at the edges: per-user tools stay flat as clients grow, while caps and meters change the bill in ways the headline price hides. Monthly list prices below, as listed in October 2026 (Fathom as checked in November 2026); payment processing is extra everywhere.

Tool5 clients15 clients40 clientsWhat else you still pay for
CoachfulLite: $29/month for up to 5 clientsSolo: $49/month for up to 20 clientsPro: $99/month with unlimited clientsStripe or Razorpay processing; AI credits for confirmed builds

Kajabi (Basic)$179$179$179Payment fees, extra 2% on other processors, one-to-one delivery tool, AI credits (none on Basic)

To compare fairly, add up your current stack. A business coach paying separately for a scheduler, a contract tool, a course host, an email platform, a website and a chatbot is often paying more in total than any single row here, before counting the hours spent moving data between them. If you are still setting your own fees, the package pricing calculator helps you price a 90-day or six-month engagement from your target income and client load.

How would a business coach set this up in Coachful?

Here is one example setup for a fictional coach selling a "90-Day Growth Sprint" to owners of small service businesses. The names and numbers are illustrative.

A laptop showing a client's coaching progress page in Coachful on a small business owner's workbench
The client side of Coachful: the My Coaching page with the program journey and progress tabs, on a laptop beside a ledger.
  1. Request the build. Use the white-glove form to ask for a sales page for the sprint, a lead-magnet funnel ("The 20-minute pricing audit"), and a three-email follow-up sequence. Attach your logo, your current About page and a document describing the method.
  2. Outline the program with Michelle. Describe the 12 weeks: weeks 1 to 2 numbers baseline, weeks 3 to 6 pricing and offer, weeks 7 to 10 sales rhythm, weeks 11 to 12 delegation plan. Ask Michelle to draft weekly goals, daily tasks and a Monday check-in asking for last week's revenue and leads. Confirming the build uses AI credits. The program outline builder is a good warm-up if you prefer to sketch first.
  3. Set up the booking page. Create a discovery call type with intake questions: revenue range, team size, the one bottleneck, and what they have tried. Add buffers and minimum notice so a client in another time zone cannot book you at midnight.
  4. Attach the agreement and payment. Create the offer with a payment plan through your Stripe account, and attach your coaching agreement for e-signature before the first call. Have a local lawyer review the agreement wording.
  5. Turn on accountability. Add the morning and evening check-ins and two habits (for example, "15 minutes on pipeline" and "log today's cash in"). Clients see progress bars and streaks in their branded app.
  6. Configure AI Coach for selected clients. Give it your frameworks and tell it plainly to refer tax, legal and accounting questions to the client's accountant or attorney.
  7. Run the cohort. If several owners start together, enrollment creates a cohort group automatically, so the mastermind conversation lives next to the program.
  8. Use the briefings. Before each call, ask Michelle for the client briefing; after recorded sessions, ask for the summary and turn agreed actions into next week's tasks.

What red flags and switching costs should you check?

The biggest risks are hidden meters, quiet caps and data you cannot get out. Check these before you commit to any tool on this list.

  • Metered usage. If SMS, email, phone or AI usage is billed per unit on a separate rate card, estimate a busy month, not a quiet one. A launch week with reminders to 300 webinar registrants costs more than the plan price suggests.
  • Processor penalties. Some platforms add their own percentage when you use a payment processor other than theirs. On a retainer business, half a percent to two percent of revenue is real money every month.
  • Caps that bite at renewal time. Limits on e-signatures, booking pages or programs per month look fine at signup and hurt in January when every retainer renews.
  • AI that cannot see your clients. If the AI does not read goals, check-ins and notes, you will paste context into it forever. That is fine for marketing copy and slow for client work.
  • Trials that bill automatically. Note the end date. Some trials start billing without a reminder unless you cancel.
  • Exports. Ask for a sample export before you commit. Coachful exports full client data as a ZIP (roster, notes, check-ins, goals, habits, sessions, form responses) and exports courses; your clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding.
  • Client data in general chatbots. Owners share revenue, payroll and sometimes personal financial details. Before pasting any of that into a general AI tool, check its data settings and your agreement with the client.

Switching costs are mostly time: rebuilding programs, re-sending agreements and moving clients to a new login mid-engagement. The least painful moment to switch is between cohorts or at a natural renewal. Move new clients first and let current ones finish where they are, unless the new platform's team will import them for you.

Which AI tool should a business coach pick?

Pick Coachful if your clients have work to do between sessions and you want one login and one AI that knows every engagement; it is the best fit for the largest group of business coaches, and the white-glove build removes most of the setup effort. Add Fathom if you record many calls outside the client relationship. Choose GoHighLevel if you also run an agency, CoachVantage if you want a lean practice manager without built-in AI, and Kajabi if courses and community are your main income. See how Coachful fits a business coaching practice on the business coaches page.

Frequently asked questions

What are the best AI tools for business coaches in 2026?

Our ranking is Coachful, Fathom, GoHighLevel, CoachVantage and Kajabi. Coachful leads because its AI assistant reads live client data and sits in the same login as booking, contracts, payments and programs. The others win for narrower cases: meeting recording, agency marketing, lean practice management and course businesses.

Can I just use ChatGPT or another chatbot?

For brainstorming, drafting LinkedIn posts and outlining a workshop, a general chatbot works well. It does not know your clients, so every client task starts with pasting context, and you should be careful about pasting client financials into it. Most business coaches end up using one alongside a platform rather than instead of one.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

On every plan, you can ask the Coachful team to build a website, funnel, sales page, program, course outline, email sequence, form or automation inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. You attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files. The team does not invent credentials, testimonials or prices, and it does not record videos, design logos or run ads.

Is it safe to record business coaching sessions with AI?

Get explicit consent from the client first, and put it in your coaching agreement. Recording consent rules differ by country and state, so check with an attorney where you and your clients are. Tell clients where recordings and summaries are stored and how long you keep them.

Can an AI tool give my clients business advice between sessions?

Coachful's AI Coach lets selected clients chat with an AI version of you that you configure. Keep it to your frameworks and past decisions, and tell it to refer tax, legal and accounting questions to the client's accountant or attorney. Review what it is being asked so you can pick up important threads on the next call.

Does Coachful work with HubSpot or Salesforce?

No. Coachful has no Salesforce or HubSpot integration and no multi-stage deal board for large sales teams. It does connect to Zapier, Stripe, Razorpay, Google, Apple and Outlook calendars, Zoom, Meet, Teams, Meta Pixel and GA4.

Which tool is cheapest for a new business coach with five clients?

Fathom's no-cost tier is the cheapest single tool, but it only covers recording and summaries. For the whole engagement, compare total stack cost: a platform that replaces a scheduler, contract tool, course host and email tool usually beats paying for each separately. The cost table above shows each option at 5, 15 and 40 clients.

Do AI tools help with ICF credentials?

Coachful counts coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports an ICF client coaching log with paid and pro bono hours. Michelle can also give optional private feedback on your coaching against ICF Core Competencies 3 to 8. ICF hour tracking was not among the features we recorded for the other four tools.

How long does switching to Coachful take?

Your clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, and the white-glove team can build your site or first program. The practical work is moving clients to the new login, which is easiest between cohorts or at renewal.
