Best App for Longevity Coaches: Top 12 Picks for 2026

Best App for Longevity Coaches: Top 12 Picks for 2026

The best app for longevity coaches is the one your clients actually open every morning. Longevity coaching lives or dies between sessions: the sleep window, the walk after lunch, the strength block on Tuesday, the protein at breakfast. So the deciding question is simple. When a client picks up their phone, does the app show them today's habits, ask how they slept, hold their program and let them message you, or does it just remind them of the next call?

Our pick is Coachful's client app. It runs on iPhone and Android, carries your branding inside the Coachful app, and puts daily habits, morning and evening check-ins, multi-week programs, courses, community and direct messages in one place, while your booking, payments and agreements run from the same back office. Below we compare 12 apps on the client experience first, then on what it costs to run the whole stack. We make Coachful, so we have stated our ranking criteria plainly and kept the facts about every other tool to what each vendor documents.

A quick scope line before we start: longevity coaching is behaviour change, not medical care. Coaches help clients build habits around movement, sleep, nutrition and stress. Lab interpretation, medication, supplements that interact with prescriptions and any symptom belong with the client's physician. Good apps make it easy to keep that line clear.

What does a longevity client actually do in an app each week?

A longevity client uses the app for small daily actions and a weekly review, not for long sessions. The work is repetitive by design: the same handful of behaviours, logged and reflected on for months.

A typical week for a client in a 12-week healthspan program looks like this:

  • Every morning: a short check-in on sleep quality, energy and mood, then a glance at today's habits (for example, a morning walk, a strength session, a protein target, lights out by 22:30).
  • During the day: ticking off habits, logging a workout, watching a five-minute lesson on why zone 2 cardio matters, posting a question in the group.
  • Every evening: a reflection on what went well and what got in the way.
  • Once a week: a weekly check-in with measurements or a progress note, a look at streaks and goal progress bars, and a session or group call with the coach.
  • Now and then: reading the notes from the last session, booking the next one, paying an instalment, signing an updated agreement.

Public health guidance explains why the daily rhythm matters. The CDC's physical activity guidelines for adults recommend at least 150 minutes of moderate activity a week plus muscle-strengthening on two or more days, and the NHLBI's guidance on sleep treats sleep as a core health behaviour. Both are habits built across hundreds of small days. An app that only stores session notes cannot carry that load.

What does each stage of the longevity client journey need from an app?

Each stage needs something different: attract needs a page that explains your method, enroll needs a clean booking and payment path, deliver needs daily habits and check-ins on the client's phone, and retain needs community and visible progress. Most tools cover one or two stages well.

  1. Attract. A prospect finds you through a talk, a podcast or a referral. They need a site or funnel that explains your approach, plus a lead magnet such as a sleep audit or a seven-day movement starter. The client app is not involved yet, but whatever they sign up to should flow straight into it.
  2. Enroll. A discovery call, an intake form with health history questions you are allowed to ask as a coach, a coaching agreement that states the scope line, and payment. Clients judge your professionalism here. Three separate logins at this point is a bad sign.
  3. Deliver. This is where the app earns its place: daily habits, morning and evening check-ins, the program week by week, lessons, workouts and nutrition targets if you coach them, and messages to you.
  4. Retain. Longevity is a long game, so renewals matter more than in most niches. Clients stay when they can see streaks and goal progress, when a group keeps them company, and when the next phase is ready the day the current one ends.

Ranking criteria, in one line: we ranked apps by how much of this journey the client can complete in one branded app with one login, how well it supports between-session delivery, the total monthly cost of the stack you need around it, and how much setup effort it takes, including whether someone will build it for you.

1. Coachful: why is it the best app for longevity coaches?

Coachful is the best fit because it gives your clients one app for the daily work of longevity coaching and gives you one back office for everything around it. Clients install the Coachful app on iPhone or Android, sign in, and see your branding, your programs and their day. You run booking, payments, agreements, email and your website from the same account.

Thinking of launching your coaching business?

Answer a few questions and Coachful builds it around you: your website, programs, booking and payments. Ready in minutes.

Build your platform

Coachful is a coaching platform built for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions, including solo coaches growing into a small team and coaches replacing four to six separate tools. One subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. The company is based in Tallinn, Estonia, and holds a Trustpilot rating of 4.5 from 21 reviews.

What the client sees each day. Multi-week programs break down into weekly goals and daily tasks. Habits sit on their own dashboard with streaks, so a client working on a 30-day sleep routine sees exactly how many nights they have kept it. Goals carry progress bars. Morning and evening check-ins arrive as short flows you design, so the client answers three questions about sleep and energy at 7:00 and reflects at 21:00 without opening a form link.

Programs and lessons. Courses with modules, lessons, drip release and completion tracking are delivered into the client's branded home and app, alongside downloads, videos, books and AI tools. A longevity coach might drip one lesson a week on sleep, cardio base, strength, protein and stress, each paired with that week's habits. More than 40 ready-to-film program templates and 48 course templates with quizzes give you a starting structure.

Movement and nutrition, if you coach them. The Fitness & Nutrition pack adds a workout builder with an illustrated exercise library (supersets, circuits, AMRAP, EMOM, intervals, tempo), client workout logging with set history and PRs, nutrition targets up to calories and macros, meal plans, recipes, food lookup and barcode scanning, private progress photos and measurements, weekly check-ins and private form-check video with timestamped coach comments. You attach your own demo videos; there are no stock exercise videos.

Messaging and community. Clients get a community feed, group chat, direct messages and video events. When someone enrolls in a program, a cohort group is created for that program automatically, which suits a 12-week healthspan cohort well. Group calls and webinars run from the same place.

Sessions and reminders. Booking pages handle availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook sync and built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links. Email reminders go out by default, plus SMS 24 hours before and WhatsApp one hour before once messaging is enabled. Intake questions can be asked at booking.

The coach's view. Every client record holds goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, and labels each client as thriving, active, quiet or at risk. That status is useful in longevity work, where a client going quiet in week five is the main reason programs fail. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data: she can brief you before a session, draft emails, build programs and summarize recorded sessions. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. You can also set up an AI Coach, an AI version of you that selected clients can chat with between sessions.

Here is a short walkthrough of how check-ins are set up and what clients receive:

Payments and agreements. Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and Stripe Tax. Coachful charges a 0% platform fee (since August 2026), so you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and are stored on the client record, which is the natural place to put your scope-of-practice statement.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can open Create and choose "We'll build it for you · FREE", describe what you need, attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. For a longevity coach that could be the 12-week program shell, a sleep-audit lead funnel, a five-page site, or the welcome email sequence. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. It does not cover recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. One recent anonymized example: a menopause and midlife health coach starting from nothing got a five-page site in sage and cream with every button leading to a free 20-minute consultation. Read more in how the free white-glove service works.

Coachful Create page with the We will build it for you card
The Create page in Coachful with the card for requesting the free white-glove build.

What it does not do. Be clear on the limits before you choose. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. It has no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync, and Apple Health sync is not publicly available, so clients who track HRV or sleep on a wearable will enter key numbers in a check-in or measurement rather than syncing them. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. There is no PayPal and no permanent free plan.

Pricing. Plans are flat monthly; lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited, team plans add coach seats, and monthly plans cancel in one click. Current plans: (Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). A free trial is available, and the white-glove build is free on every plan.

How to start. Begin a free trial, request the white-glove build for your first program or site, and invite two or three existing clients to the app before you move everyone. Clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding.

2. Healthie: the clinical-grade option for practitioners

Healthie is the pick when a licensed clinician leads the longevity program and needs an EHR behind the client app. Its pricing page lists an iOS and Android mobile app on every plan, alongside scheduling, payment processing, charting, telehealth and a client portal.

According to Healthie's pricing page today, Core costs $19.99 a month billed monthly ($18 annually) for 10 active clients. Essentials is $49.99 ($45 annually) for 250 active clients and adds custom form building and basic email branding templates; group and blast messaging is offered from $30 a month. Plus, at $129.99 ($115 annually), adds unlimited clients, group telehealth and online programs. Group starts at $149.99 and adds team members at $50 per clinician a month. A 14-day trial of Plus needs no credit card.

For a longevity client, the experience is closer to a patient portal than a coaching home: appointments, forms, messages, documents and, on Plus, programs. Healthie also lists insurance and charting tools that a non-clinical coach will not use. There is no website builder or funnel tool, so attract and much of retain happen elsewhere.

Pick it over Coachful if you are a licensed provider who needs charting, insurance claims and a vendor positioned for clinical records, and you are happy to run marketing and community in separate tools.

3. ABC Trainerize: strongest if training is the core of your method

Trainerize gives clients a mature fitness app with workouts, habits, nutrition tracking and messaging. If your longevity method is mostly strength and conditioning, it is a natural fit for the deliver stage.

ABC Trainerize homepage promoting its fitness coaching app
ABC Trainerize's homepage in October 2026.

Pricing scales by client seats, as listed in October 2026: Basic is free for one client, Grow is $10 a month for two, Pro starts at $25 a month for five clients with tiers at 15, 30, 50, 75, 100 and 200, and Studio Plus runs $275 a month for 500 or more clients. A 30-day free trial with unlimited clients needs no card and falls back to the free one-client plan.

The gaps sit outside the gym. Scheduling, selling products, payments, video and advanced nutrition are separate paid add-ons below Studio, and in-app payments need the Stripe Integrated Payments add-on. There is no course builder, website, funnels or email marketing, so lessons on sleep and stress need a second platform. An older profile also notes that client data export is incomplete (no messages, photos or attachments). Trustpilot shows 3.1 from 100 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if your clients come mainly for programmed training, you already have a site and email tool, and you want a fitness-first app with years of polish in workout logging.

4. Everfit: a lower-cost fitness app with a real free tier

Everfit covers similar ground to Trainerize (workouts, habits, nutrition and messaging) and is cheaper at small client counts. Its free Starter plan covers up to five clients forever.

Everfit homepage promoting its fitness coaching platform

As listed in October 2026, Pro starts at $19 a month for 5 clients and scales by count: $29 for 10, $49 for 20, $95 for 50, $140 for 100 and $290 for 300 (annual billing is lower). Studio starts at $105 a month for 50 clients. A 30-day trial needs no card.

Automation (Autoflow), payments and meal plans are paid add-ons, so the real monthly figure is higher than the headline once you sell through the app. Like Trainerize, there is no course builder, website, funnels or email. Trustpilot shows 2.7 from 16 reviews, a small sample.

Pick it over Coachful if you coach a small group of training clients, want to start at no cost, and do not need courses, agreements or a website from the same login.

5. Mighty Networks: a community-first home for longevity cohorts

Mighty Networks shines in the retain stage. Members get a Mighty-branded app with community, courses and events, and longevity cohorts that thrive on group accountability can feel at home there.

Mighty Networks homepage for its community and course platform

As listed in October 2026, Launch is $95 a month ($79 annual) with 3 hosts and 20 hours of livestreaming a month, and Scale is $215 ($179 annual). Mighty takes a platform fee of 2% on Launch, 1% on Scale and 0.5% on Growth and Mighty Pro, plus Stripe processing. A 14-day trial needs no card. Your own branded app arrives only on the custom-priced Mighty Pro plan.

What is missing is the one-to-one layer: no 1:1 scheduling, invoicing or contracts, and no per-client habits, check-ins or private coaching plans. A client can join a sleep challenge thread but cannot log their own nightly habit for you to review.

Pick it over Coachful if your business is mainly a paid membership with courses and live events, and individual coaching is a small add-on handled elsewhere.

6. Practice Better: practice management for wellness practitioners

Practice Better is the closest direct substitute for many longevity coaches, especially those with a nutrition background. It combines scheduling, telehealth, charting, billing, programs and a client portal, and clients can use a mobile app (we cover it in detail in our Practice Better app guide).

Practice Better homepage for its wellness practice management software
Practice Better's homepage in October 2026.

As listed in October 2026, Sprout is free for 3 clients, Starter is $35 a month ($25 annual) for 10 clients, Professional is $69 ($59 annual) for 300 clients, Plus is $99 ($89 annual) for unlimited clients, and Team is $155 ($145 annual) for two practitioners. The details matter for the client experience: evergreen programs, portal branding, a custom URL and SMS start on Plus. Trials run 14 days on most paid plans and 30 on Team.

There is no website builder or funnel pages, so attract stays outside, and below Team the account has a single practitioner. Trustpilot shows 3.8 from 87 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if you need charting and practitioner-style records more than you need a website, funnels and a coaching community in the same login.

7. CoachAccountable: deep accountability tools, no native app

CoachAccountable is a capable coaching back office with sessions, action plans, metrics, worksheets, courses, invoicing and agreements. For the client, though, there is no native mobile app according to an older profile; clients work through the browser.

CoachAccountable homepage
CoachAccountable's homepage in October 2026.

Metrics are a genuine strength for longevity work: a client can report a resting heart rate or a weekly step count and see it charted. Pricing is per active client, as listed in October 2026: $20 a month for 2, $40 for 5, $70 for 10, $120 for 20, $250 for 50 and $400 for 100. That gets expensive for group programs. A 30-day trial needs no card. There are no landing pages, website or marketing automation, and the vendor states it is not HIPAA compliant. Trustpilot shows 4.8 from 47 reviews, a strong score. See also our CoachAccountable alternatives.

Pick it over Coachful if you coach a small number of one-to-one clients who are happy in a browser and you value detailed metric tracking above an installable app.

8. Paperbell: simple admin, browser-only for clients

Paperbell handles the enroll stage neatly: booking, packages, payments, contracts, a client portal and a simple website, all at one flat price. The client side is a mobile browser; an older profile notes no native mobile app.

Paperbell homepage for its coaching admin and booking tool
Paperbell's homepage in October 2026.

As listed in October 2026, Paperbell has one plan at $97 a month ($80.83 annual) with unlimited clients, and a 30-day money-back guarantee. It states no additional transaction fees beyond Stripe or PayPal. For longevity delivery the gaps are large: no courses, community, goal or habit tracking according to an older profile, so the daily layer needs a separate app. Trustpilot shows 3.5 from 14 reviews. Compare more options in Paperbell alternatives.

Pick it over Coachful if you only sell session packages, never run programs or groups, and want the simplest possible checkout.

9. Satori: a tidy practice tool for small client loads

Satori offers scheduling, a client portal, packages and programs, invoices and contracts, and bills only for active clients. Its client experience is a portal rather than an app; an older profile notes no native mobile app and no native Zoom integration.

Satori homepage for its coaching practice management tool
Satori's homepage in October 2026.

As listed in October 2026, Essentials is $33 a month ($27.50 annual) for up to 10 active paying clients, Pro is $49 ($40.83 annual) and Leader is $124 ($103.33 annual). A Scholar plan is free for coaches studying for a certification. The trial runs 15 days with no card. There are no landing pages, courses or community according to an older profile.

Pick it over Coachful if you are early in training, coach a few clients pro bono, and want a low-cost portal while you build your method.

10. Circle: community and courses with a member app

Circle is a polished community platform with courses, events, live streams and paid memberships. Members use Circle's app; a branded app of your own requires the custom-priced Circle Plus plan.

Circle homepage for its community and membership platform
Circle's homepage in October 2026.

As listed in October 2026, Professional is $89 a month on annual billing, Business $199 and Scale $419, with a payment fee of 2%, 1% and 1% respectively (0.5% on Circle Plus) plus Stripe processing. A 14-day trial needs no card. There is no 1:1 scheduling or client management back office and no per-client habits, check-ins or coaching plans. Trustpilot shows 4.1 from 129 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if a large paid community is your main product and you already run coaching admin in another tool.

11. Kajabi: built to sell knowledge products

Kajabi combines courses, community, website, funnels and email, and customers can open purchased products in its mobile app. It is strong at attract and at selling a longevity course, weaker at daily delivery for individual clients.

Kajabi homepage for its course, website and email platform
Kajabi's homepage in October 2026.

As listed in October 2026, Basic is $179 a month ($143 annual) with 5 products and 2,500 contacts, Growth is $249 ($199 annual) and Pro is $499 ($399 annual). Kajabi Payments in the US charges 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, and other processors (excluding PayPal) add a Kajabi fee of 0.5% to 2%. There is no habit tracking or daily client check-in; coaching runs as products and communities, not per-client plans. Trustpilot shows 3.4 from 2,347 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if your income comes mainly from self-paced courses sold to a large email list, and one-to-one coaching is a small share of it.

12. Skool: cheap community with a classroom, at a per-sale cost

Skool puts a community, a classroom and a calendar in one group with gamified leaderboards, and members use Skool's own app. Some longevity coaches like the leaderboard for step or workout challenges.

Skool homepage for its community and classroom platform
Skool's homepage in October 2026.

As listed in October 2026, Hobby is $9 a month and charges 10% + 30¢ on every transaction, while Pro is $99 a month with 2.9% + 30¢ up to $899 and 3.9% + 30¢ above. Payments run only through Skool Payments. There is no custom-domain website, funnels, email automation or public API, and no 1:1 client records, intake forms, habits or check-ins. Trustpilot shows 1.6 from 54 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if you want the cheapest way to run a no-cost or low-priced community and accept that individual coaching lives somewhere else.

What does a day look like for a longevity client in Coachful's app?

A day in the app takes the client about ten minutes in total, spread across four or five short moments. Here is an illustrative example for a client in week four of a 12-week healthspan program; the details are an example, not a real client.

  1. 06:45. A morning check-in arrives: hours slept, sleep quality from 1 to 5, energy, and one line on anything unusual. The client adds the resting heart rate from their own wearable by hand, since there is no direct sync.
  2. 07:00. The habits dashboard shows today: a 30-minute brisk walk, a protein-forward breakfast, two litres of water, screens off by 22:00. The sleep habit shows a 9-day streak.
  3. 12:30. This week's lesson unlocks: a short video you recorded on building a cardio base, with a downloadable weekly planner.
  4. 18:00. The strength session from the Fitness & Nutrition pack: the client logs sets and sees last week's numbers beside them.
  5. 19:30. They post their walk in the cohort group, which was created automatically when they enrolled, and reply to two others.
  6. 21:15. The evening check-in asks what helped and what got in the way. They mention a late work call broke their wind-down.
  7. Next morning. In your client list their status still reads active. Before Thursday's session, Michelle briefs you on the week's check-ins and the late-evening pattern.

What does a full longevity stack cost: all-in-one or assembled?

An all-in-one stack costs one subscription; an assembled stack usually costs the sum of three or four, plus the time to keep them in sync. The figures for other vendors below are an example built from prices listed in October 2026 for a coach with about 20 active clients.

StackWhat it coversExample monthly costLogins for the client
Coachful (all-in-one)Website, funnels, email, booking, payments, agreements, programs, habits, check-ins, courses, community, client appSolo: $49/month for up to 20 clientsOne
Fitness app + community + adminEverfit Pro (20 clients, $49) + Circle Professional ($89 annual) + Paperbell ($97)About $235, plus Everfit add-ons and Circle's 2% feeThree
Practice tool + course platformPractice Better Professional ($69) + Kajabi Basic ($179)About $248, plus payment feesTwo
Clinical portal + communityHealthie Plus ($129.99) + Skool Pro ($99)About $229, plus Skool transaction feesTwo

The money is only part of the cost. Each extra login is another place a client can drift off, and each tool has its own reminder system, so clients get duplicate or conflicting nudges. In longevity coaching, where the value builds over months, losing a client at week six costs more than any software line.

If you are still deciding on the back office, our wider guides on coaching software and group coaching software cover the coach side in more depth.

How should you move clients to a new app without losing them?

Move clients at a natural break, such as the start of a new program phase, and do it for a small group first. A rushed switch mid-program is where most clients get lost.

  • Export before you cancel. Pull client lists, notes and program content from the old tool. Some fitness apps do not export messages or photos, so save anything you need.
  • Let someone else do the rebuild. In Coachful, clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, and the white-glove team can rebuild your program shell or site.
  • Pilot with three clients. Ask them to install the app, complete a week of check-ins and tell you what confused them.
  • Send one clear instruction. One email with the app download step and a sign-in link beats a long explainer.
  • Keep the habit history. Ask clients to restart streaks on day one of a new phase rather than mid-week, so it feels like a fresh start and not a reset.
  • Restate your scope line. A new agreement is a good moment to remind clients what coaching covers and when you will send them back to their doctor.

For a broader view of building the app experience, see how to create a coaching app without hiring developers.

Which mistakes do longevity coaches make when choosing an app?

The most common mistake is choosing for the coach's admin rather than the client's day. Others follow from it.

  • Buying a session tool for a habit business. Booking and invoicing apps without habits or check-ins leave the daily work to spreadsheets and text messages.
  • Assuming wearable sync. Many coaching apps, Coachful included, do not sync with Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura. Ask clients to log the two or three numbers that matter, such as sleep hours and resting heart rate, in a check-in.
  • Storing clinical records in a coaching tool. If you receive lab reports or diagnoses as part of a clinical service, use a platform built for clinical records, or keep that material with the client's physician.
  • Paying for a "branded app" you do not need. Your own App Store listing is expensive on most platforms and rarely changes whether a client checks in. Branding inside a well-built app is usually enough.
  • Ignoring per-transaction fees. A 2% to 10% cut on a year-long program adds up quickly.

Coaches who want a credential behind their method can look at the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching, and our list of books for health coaches covers habits and sleep in depth.

What is our verdict on the best app for longevity coaches?

Coachful is our pick for most longevity coaches because the client gets one app on iPhone and Android for habits, check-ins, programs, lessons, messages and community, and you get the website, booking, payments and agreements behind it in the same account, with a free white-glove build to set it up. The trade-offs are clear: no wearable sync, no HIPAA BAA, and your branding sits inside the Coachful app rather than in your own store listing.

Choose Healthie or Practice Better if you are a licensed clinician who needs charting. Choose Trainerize or Everfit if training is nearly all you coach. Choose Mighty Networks, Circle or Skool if a community is the product. Frequently asked questions

What is the best app for longevity coaches?

For most longevity coaches, Coachful's client app is the best fit because it combines daily habits, morning and evening check-ins, programs, courses, messaging and community on iPhone and Android, with booking and payments in the same account. Clinicians who need charting may prefer Healthie or Practice Better.

Does Coachful's app sync with wearables like Oura or Whoop?

No. Coachful has no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync, and Apple Health sync is not publicly available. Clients can enter the numbers you care about, such as sleep hours or resting heart rate, in a check-in or measurement.

Will my clients download an app with my name on it?

Clients download the Coachful app from the App Store or Google Play, and once they sign in they see your branding, programs and content. It is not published under your own App Store account.

Is Coachful HIPAA-compliant for longevity clients?

No. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not meant for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. If your service is clinical, choose a platform built for that, such as Healthie.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

On every plan, you can ask the Coachful team to build a website, funnel, program, course outline, email sequence or other asset inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. You describe what you want and attach up to 8 links and 10 files; the team does not invent credentials, testimonials or prices.

Which apps on this list have no native mobile app?

CoachAccountable, Paperbell and Satori have no native client app according to older vendor profiles; clients use a browser or portal. Mighty Networks, Circle and Skool have apps under their own brand, with your own branded app only on custom-priced plans for Mighty and Circle.

Can I run workouts and nutrition plans for longevity clients in Coachful?

Yes, through the Fitness & Nutrition pack: a workout builder with an illustrated exercise library, workout logging with PRs, calorie and macro targets, meal plans, recipes, barcode scanning and private progress photos. You add your own demo videos.

What should a longevity coach refer to a doctor?

Anything diagnostic or medical: interpreting lab results, medications, supplements that might interact with prescriptions, new or worsening symptoms, and any condition that needs treatment. State this in your coaching agreement and remind clients when you start a new phase.

How much does Coachful cost for a longevity practice?

Plans are flat monthly, lower plans cap the number of clients and Pro is unlimited (Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). There is a 0% platform fee on payments; you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing.

Can I try Coachful before moving my clients?

Yes, there is a free trial. Use it to set up one program and invite a few existing clients for a week before moving the rest.
