12 Best Coaching Apps for Android (2026 Guide)

12 Best Coaching Apps for Android (2026 Guide)

The best coaching apps for Android give your clients an installed app from Google Play that holds their program, sessions, payments and messages, not a browser tab they bookmark and forget. So the deciding question is simple: when a client on a Samsung, Pixel or Motorola phone wants to check today's task, book a call or pay an invoice, do they open one app, or do they dig through three emails and a login page? Many coaching tools still answer "open Chrome", and that gap shows up as missed check-ins and quiet clients.

Our pick is Coachful. It ships an iOS and Android client app that shows your logo and colors inside the Coachful app, and it covers the whole client journey behind that app: website and funnels, booking, contracts, payments with Google Pay, multi-week programs with habits and check-ins, courses and a community. We make Coachful, so weigh that, but the other 11 tools below are judged on the same criteria, with prices as listed in October 2026 and an honest "pick it over Coachful if" for each.

If most of your clients carry iPhones instead, the companion guide to the best coaching apps for iPhone covers the same ground from the App Store side.

What does an Android client need at each stage of coaching?

An Android client needs a different thing from your software at each of four stages: finding you, signing up, doing the work and staying. A tool that is strong at one stage and absent at the next forces the client into a second app or a browser, and that handoff is where Android users, who often juggle more varied devices and notification settings, tend to drop off.

Attract: a page that works on a phone first

Most people meet a coach on a phone: a link in a social bio, a podcast show note, a friend's message. That page needs to load fast in mobile Chrome, explain the offer in one screen and lead to one action: book a call, take a free guide or apply. Tools that only do client delivery leave this stage to a separate website builder and email tool.

Enroll: booking, agreement and payment without a laptop

The second stage is where a prospect turns into a client. On Android, that means a booking page that detects their time zone, an agreement they can sign with a thumb, and a checkout that accepts Google Pay, so nobody has to fetch a card from another room. If each of those lives in a different product, the client gets three emails from three senders before the first session.

Deliver: the daily work between sessions

This is where an installed Android app earns its place. Coaching results come from what clients do between calls: the habit they log, the reflection they write, the lesson they watch on the bus. A client app with today's tasks on the first screen keeps that work visible. A web portal can hold the same content, but a home-screen shortcut to a browser page is not the same as an app the client opens out of habit.

Retain: community, check-ins and the next offer

The last stage keeps clients engaged after the first program: a community where they talk to peers, check-ins that flag someone going quiet, and a clear next step such as a renewal or a group program. Coaches who run only 1:1 sessions can get by with less here; coaches who sell programs cannot.

Which stages does each Android coaching app cover?

Only Coachful in this list covers all four stages, including 1:1 work and daily habits, in one product with an Android client app. The table maps each tool against the stages above, based on what vendors document.

Thinking of launching your coaching business?

Answer a few questions and Coachful builds it around you: your website, programs, booking and payments. Ready in minutes.

Build your platform

How did we rank these coaching apps for Android?

We pictured one realistic practice: a coach with 15 active clients, most on Android phones, running 1:1 sessions plus one eight-week group program, who wants clients to log habits daily and pay without a laptop. Each tool was scored on what it documents for that coach, not on hands-on testing.

Ranking criteria: one login for the whole client journey, between-session delivery inside an Android client app, total monthly stack cost at 15 clients, and setup effort (including whether someone builds it for you).

1. Coachful: the best coaching app for Android overall

Coachful is the only tool here where an Android client installs one app from Google Play and finds everything: today's tasks, habits, the next session, the program, the course, the community and their invoices. The coach runs the business side from one login, and the client sees your logo and colors throughout.

What Coachful is, and who it is for. Coachful is a coaching platform where one subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. It is built for coaches who deliver programs rather than only sessions, solo coaches growing into a small team, and coaches tired of paying for four to six separate tools. It is not HIPAA-certified, has no PayPal option and no permanent free plan, and the client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding rather than under your own Google Play developer account. To start, take a free trial and ask the team to build your setup for you. (Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients.)

What your Android clients see

The client opens the app to a coaching hub with the next session, any task required before it, and tabs for Programs, Sessions, Progress and Documents. Multi-week programs break into weekly goals and daily tasks, with habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. Courses with modules, drip schedules and completion tracking sit in the same place, along with downloads, videos and books you share. A client never has to remember which link holds what. Read more about the client side on the coaching client app page.

Booking and reminders that suit Android habits

Booking pages handle availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way sync to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar and Outlook. Each booking can create a Google Meet, Zoom or Teams link automatically, or use Coachful's built-in video. Reminders go out by email, and once messaging is enabled, by SMS 24 hours before and WhatsApp one hour before. WhatsApp matters for coaches whose Android clients live outside North America, where it is often the main messaging app. Intake questions can ride along with the booking, and paid sessions or session credits are supported. Details are on the scheduling software page.

Payments and agreements from a phone

Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, with one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons and refunds. Google Pay and Apple Pay are supported at checkout, which makes paying on an Android phone a two-tap job. Coachful has charged a 0% platform fee since August 2026, so the only deduction is Stripe or Razorpay processing. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and are stored on the client record (coaching contracts).

The coach side: one record per client

Every client record pulls together goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, plus an AI briefing before each call. Clients are flagged as thriving, active, quiet or at risk, so you see who stopped logging habits before they cancel. Group programs create cohort groups automatically when someone enrolls, and the community feed, group chat, direct messages and video events live in the same app as the 1:1 work.

Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data: it builds programs, drafts emails, summarizes recorded sessions and briefs you before calls. Asking questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. For coaches working toward an ICF credential, Coachful counts coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports a client coaching log. See the AI coaching assistant page for more.

This short walkthrough shows how a client journey is set up, from welcome flow to daily check-ins:

Attracting clients without another tool

The section-based website builder comes with 30 designed homepage templates, a blog, custom domain and SEO settings, plus booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels with pixel and UTM tracking. Email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits are built in, and a link-in-bio page can sell directly. Fitness and nutrition coaches can add the Fitness & Nutrition pack with a workout builder, workout logging, macro targets, meal plans and barcode food lookup in the same client app.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, the "We'll build it for you" option lets you describe what you want: a website, a funnel, a sales page, a program, a course outline, an email sequence, a form, a link in bio and more. You can attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as logos, photos and existing copy. The Coachful team then builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and any gaps are left for you to fill. One recent example: a business mentor for beauty professionals received a 12-week mentorship sales page, a free start-up-guide funnel and rewritten follow-up emails. Another, a leadership coach with a website renewal days away, got one clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button. The service does not cover recording videos, logo design or ad management. Read how it works in the white-glove service guide.

Limits to know. Coachful is not a clinical system: there is no BAA, so clinical records and insurance billing belong elsewhere. There is no PayPal. Wearable sync (Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop, Oura) is not available, and there are no stock exercise videos; fitness coaches attach their own demos. There is no Salesforce or HubSpot integration, and the affiliate feature records payouts rather than sending them.

Price: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients. Lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited, team plans add coach seats, and monthly plans cancel in one click.

2. Quenza: strongest Android app for worksheets and exercises

Quenza is a client-engagement tool for coaches and therapists, with a client app on Google Play and the App Store. Its focus is the deliver stage: you build activities, worksheets and multi-step programs, send them to clients, and read their responses.

Quenza homepage introducing its client engagement tool for coaches and therapists
Quenza's homepage in October 2026.

What it does well. The activity builder is the core: reflective exercises, assessments and psychoeducation sent as interactive steps, which clients complete in the app. Chat sits alongside. The 30-day free trial needs no card.

Price as listed in October 2026: Spark $25/mo ($20 annual) for 10 clients, Growth $50/mo ($40 annual) for 250 clients, Impact $125/mo for 400 clients, Collective $160/mo for up to 3 professionals.

Where it falls short. Quenza processes no client payments today; invoicing and digital products are marked as planned. According to its documentation as recorded in September 2026, there is no scheduling or video calling, and the client app carries Quenza's name rather than yours. You will need a booking tool, a payment tool and a website on top. Trustpilot shows 4.3 from 8 reviews (seen October 2026).

Pick it over Coachful if your work is mostly structured exercises and worksheets, you already have booking and payments sorted elsewhere, and you want a large client allowance on a low plan.

3. Kajabi: a course empire with an app attached

Kajabi suits coaches whose business is mainly courses, memberships and a large email list, with coaching as one product among several. Its documentation lists a customer app, with a branded (white-label) app on the Growth and Pro plans.

Kajabi homepage presenting its course, community and website platform
Kajabi's homepage in October 2026.

Kajabi bundles a website, funnels, email marketing, courses and a community. For an audience of thousands buying a course, that is a strong package, and the branded app on Growth gives students your name on their home screen.

Pricing as listed in October 2026: Basic $179/mo ($143 annual) with 5 products and 2,500 contacts, Growth $249/mo ($199 annual), Pro $499/mo ($399 annual). Kajabi Payments in the US charges 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, and using a processor other than Kajabi Payments or PayPal adds a Kajabi fee of 0.5% to 2% depending on plan.

The gap for coaches: Kajabi has no habit tracking or daily client check-ins, and coaching is modeled as products and communities rather than per-client plans. The branded app also starts at $249 a month. Trustpilot: 3.4 from 2,347 reviews (seen October 2026).

Pick it over Coachful if you sell courses to thousands of buyers, coaching is a small part of revenue, and you need Kajabi's marketing depth more than client-level tracking.

4. Mighty Networks: when the community is the product

Mighty Networks builds paid communities with courses and live events, and its members use the Mighty app on Android and iOS on every plan. Your own branded apps are reserved for Mighty Pro at custom pricing.

Mighty Networks homepage presenting its community and courses platform

Launch costs $95/mo ($79 annual) with 3 hosts and 20 hours of livestreaming a month; Scale is $215/mo ($179 annual); Growth is $354/mo on annual billing. Mighty takes a platform fee on sales of 2% on Launch, 1% on Scale and 0.5% on Growth, plus Stripe processing (as listed in October 2026). The 14-day trial needs no card.

For a coach, the missing pieces are 1:1 scheduling, invoicing, contracts and any per-client plan with habits or check-ins. Group programs work well; private coaching relationships need another tool. Trustpilot: 3.3 from 219 reviews (seen October 2026).

Pick it over Coachful if you run a large membership where peer discussion is the main value and you rarely coach anyone one-to-one.

5. Skool: the cheapest Android community, with fees attached

Skool combines a community, a classroom and a calendar inside one group, with points and leaderboards. Its Skool Communities app on iOS and Android covers the feed, classroom, calendar, DMs and push notifications, though it is not white-label. Skool's Google Play rating was 4.1 from 6,099 ratings when recorded in September 2026.

Skool homepage presenting its community, classroom and calendar groups

Hobby is $9/mo ($7.50 annual) with unlimited members, courses and live calls, but takes 10% + 30¢ on every transaction. Pro is $99/mo ($82.50 annual) with 2.9% + 30¢ on sales up to $899 and 3.9% + 30¢ above $900 (as listed in October 2026). Payments run only through Skool Payments.

There is no custom-domain website, funnel builder, email automation, client record, intake form or habit tracking. Trustpilot shows 1.6 from 54 reviews (seen October 2026), with complaints centred on billing and support.

Pick it over Coachful if you run a no-cost or low-priced community, want the lowest monthly fee possible, and do not need private client work.

Which one looks like you?

Coachful builds your coaching website from a few answers, in a design chosen for your niche, with programs, booking and payments ready behind it.

6. Simply.Coach: a 1:1 practice tool with native apps

Simply.Coach is a coaching practice platform with contracts, programs, sessions, booking pages and a client portal, plus native iOS and Android apps in English, Spanish and French. Among the direct coaching-practice tools, it is one of the few with a real Android app on every plan.

Plans and caps

As listed in October 2026: Starter $9/mo for 3 active coachees, 1 contract and 1 program; Essentials $29/mo ($24.17 annual) for 7 coachees; Growth $49/mo for 30 coachees; Leap $69/mo for unlimited coachees. Business plans run per active coach from $79/mo. The 14-day trial needs no card. Mid-period cancellations are not refunded, and automated invoices are marked "Coming Soon" on the solo pricing page.

The trade-offs

Every solo tier below Leap caps clients, contracts and programs. There is no website builder, funnels or email marketing, so the attract stage needs other tools, and there are no daily habit check-ins or community feed in the app.

Pick it over Coachful if your clients need the app in Spanish or French, or your practice is purely 1:1 sessions with contracts and you want the lowest possible entry plan.

7. Delenta: a white-label Android app, at a price

Delenta offers CRM, scheduling, contracts, client portals and group coaching. Its iOS and Android client app is white-labelled under your brand, but only on the Premium plan and above.

  • Starter: $29/mo ($19.08 annual), 1 seat, 10 client portals, no app.
  • Pro: $49/mo ($39.08 annual), 40 client portals, no app.
  • Premium: $79/mo ($58.25 annual), unlimited client portals, the course creator and the mobile app.
  • Teams: per-seat pricing not shown.

Prices as listed in October 2026. The trial is described as 14 days in the headline and 7 days in the FAQ, so confirm before signing up. Reviewers call phone scheduling clunky (vendor profile recorded in September 2026), and Trustpilot shows 4.1 from only 5 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if a white-labelled app under your own name matters more to you than habits, check-ins and a built-in website, and you are happy to pay for Premium to get it.

8. Practice Better: built for wellness practitioners

Practice Better is practice management for nutrition and wellness professionals: scheduling, telehealth, charting, billing, programs and a client portal. Its iOS and Android app serves clients and practitioners, with journaling that accepts barcode and photo entries, messaging and video.

Practice Better homepage presenting its practice management for wellness professionals
Practice Better's homepage in October 2026.

The free Sprout plan covers 3 clients. Starter is $35/mo ($25 annual) for 10 clients, Professional $69/mo ($59 annual) for 300 clients, Plus $99/mo ($89 annual) for unlimited clients, and Team $155/mo (as listed in October 2026). Evergreen programs, portal branding, a custom URL and SMS only start on Plus. Trials run 14 days, or 30 on Team.

Charting and telehealth make it the more clinical choice, which suits dietitians but adds weight for life or business coaches. According to its profile, there is no website builder or funnel pages. Trustpilot: 3.8 from 87 reviews (seen October 2026).

Pick it over Coachful if you are a licensed practitioner who needs charting and telehealth features, or your clients log food with photos as the core of the work.

9. Paperbell: simple admin, no Android app

Paperbell handles booking, packages, payments, contracts, a client portal and a simple website for solo coaches. It has no native mobile app, so Android clients use the mobile browser or a home-screen shortcut.

Paperbell homepage presenting its all-in-one admin for solo coaches

One plan costs $97/mo ($80.83 annual) with unlimited clients, sessions and packages, plus a 30-day money-back guarantee (as listed in October 2026). Paperbell adds no transaction fees beyond Stripe or PayPal's own.

There are no courses, community, goal or habit tracking. For a coach whose clients mostly book and pay, that is fine; for anyone delivering programs on a phone, the browser-only experience is the main drawback. Trustpilot: 3.5 from 14 reviews (seen October 2026).

Pick it over Coachful if you only sell 1:1 session packages, want one flat price with PayPal available, and your clients are happy to use a browser.

10. Thinkific: courses first, coaching second

Thinkific is a course platform with communities and memberships. Students get a Thinkific-branded app from the Start plan; an app under your own brand is a $199/mo add-on.

Thinkific homepage presenting its online course and community platform
Thinkific's homepage in October 2026.

Start is $109/mo ($82 annual), Grow $219/mo ($164 annual) and Expand $499/mo ($374 annual), after prices rose about 10% on August 13, 2026. A 30-day trial is available. Using Thinkific Payments avoids a transaction fee; third-party gateways carry an extra per-plan fee.

Its profile notes no built-in 1:1 scheduling (coaches rely on external booking links), and there are no habits, daily check-ins or per-client plans. Trustpilot: 1.8 from 868 reviews (seen October 2026).

Pick it over Coachful if courses are your main product, you already have a booking tool, and you want Thinkific's course-specific features.

11. HoneyBook: proposals and invoices, not delivery

HoneyBook is a client-management CRM for service businesses: proposals, contracts, invoices, a scheduler and a client portal. Its iOS and Android app is built for the business owner; clients use a web portal, and reviewers report app glitches.

HoneyBook homepage presenting its client management CRM for service businesses

Starter is $29/mo on annual billing, Essentials $59/mo ($49 annual), Premium $129/mo ($109 annual), with a 30-day trial and no card required. HoneyBook is the payment processor, and its pricing page lists both 2.7% + 10¢ and 2.9% + 25¢ for cards, so check the current rate. The scheduler and automations start on Essentials.

There are no programs, courses, habits, check-ins or community. Trustpilot: 4.1 from 748 reviews (seen October 2026).

Pick it over Coachful if you mostly sell custom proposals to companies, such as corporate workshops, and need polished proposal-to-invoice flows more than client delivery.

12. Calendly: a scheduling app for you, a web page for clients

Calendly does one job: booking pages, reminders and paid bookings. Its iOS and Android app is for the host; clients book through a web page.

Calendly homepage presenting its online scheduling and booking pages

The Free plan allows 1 event type and 1 calendar connection. Standard is $10 per seat per month on annual billing, Teams $16 (as listed in October 2026). Payments go through your own Stripe or PayPal account with no Calendly fee documented.

There are no client records, notes, programs, contracts or invoicing. Trustpilot: 4.1 from 714 reviews (seen October 2026).

Pick it over Coachful if you need only a booking link and already run everything else elsewhere.

What does each stack cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?

An all-in-one platform usually costs less than an assembled stack once you count every tool a client touches. These are monthly list prices as listed in October 2026, before payment processing, for the cheapest plan that covers each client count.

Should you choose an all-in-one platform or assemble a stack?

Choose an all-in-one platform if you deliver programs and want clients in one Android app; assemble a stack only if you already own most of the pieces. Here are three recipes for the 15-client coach from our scenario. The prices are list prices as an example, and your plan choices may differ.

Recipe A: the all-in-one

One platform handles the website, booking, contracts, payments, programs, habits, community and email, and clients install one Android app. Monthly cost: Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients, plus Stripe or Razorpay processing.

Coachful's client Programs view on a laptop beside the coaching flows library on a phone
Coachful's demo Programs view with an enrolled group program on a laptop, next to the coaching flows library with morning and evening check-ins.

Recipe B: the assembled budget stack

Calendly Standard ($10) for booking, Quenza Growth ($50) for exercises in an Android app, and Kit Creator (from $39 for up to 1,000 subscribers) for email comes to about $99 a month. That still leaves out a website, e-signatures, payments inside the client app and a community, and clients deal with three senders and two apps.

Recipe C: the course-led stack

Kajabi Growth ($249) for the website, courses, community and a branded app, plus Calendly Standard ($10) for 1:1 booking, totals $259 a month. It is a strong marketing engine, but there are still no habits or daily check-ins, and 1:1 notes live outside Kajabi.

A worked setup in Coachful, step by step

  1. Request the build. Open Create, choose "We'll build it for you" and describe your website, your eight-week group program and a free-guide funnel. Attach your logo and old copy.
  2. Connect your tools. Link Stripe Connect (or Razorpay), and sync Google Calendar so availability stays accurate.
  3. Set the booking page. Add buffers, minimum notice and intake questions to a free 20-minute discovery call, and turn on SMS and WhatsApp reminders.
  4. Attach the agreement. Upload your coaching agreement so it is sent for e-signature before the first call.
  5. Build the program. Set weekly goals, daily tasks, two or three habits and morning and evening check-ins. Enrollment creates the cohort group automatically.
  6. Invite clients. Each client gets an invitation, installs the app from Google Play, and lands on the coaching hub with your logo and colors.

What the client experiences: they tap your bio link, book a call on their phone, sign the agreement, pay with Google Pay, then open the app each morning to a check-in and today's tasks. You watch the client list for anyone marked quiet or at risk and reach out before they drift. For program design ideas, see coaching program software and group coaching software.

How do you move clients to a new Android coaching app?

Move in one planned switch rather than client by client: export your data, set up the new platform, and send a single invitation with clear install steps. A few practical tips:

  • Export first. Download client lists, notes and form responses from the old tool before you cancel. Most tools offer a CSV export; check each one's help documentation.
  • Let someone else import. In Coachful, clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, so you are not retyping notes.
  • Check subscriptions with your processor. Recurring payments are tied to the payment account that created them. If you keep the same Stripe account, ask Stripe support what can carry over; otherwise plan a clean re-enrollment at a renewal date.
  • Write Android install steps. Tell clients the exact app name to search in Google Play, and ask them to allow notifications when prompted so reminders reach them.
  • Run both systems for one cycle. Keep the old tool read-only for a few weeks so nobody loses a document mid-program.
  • Keep your own export. Coachful exports full client data as a ZIP (roster, notes, check-ins, goals, habits, sessions, form responses), so you are never locked in.

Which coaching app mistakes cost Android clients?

The common mistake is choosing software for the coach's laptop and forgetting the client's phone. Watch for these:

  • Treating a home-screen shortcut as an app. A shortcut opens a browser page that needs logging in again when cookies clear. Ask vendors whether the client app is on Google Play.
  • Paying for a branded app before you need it. Own-brand apps from Kajabi, Mighty Networks and Thinkific sit on higher plans or add-ons. Your branding inside an established app gets clients most of the benefit.
  • Ignoring transaction fees. A low monthly price with a 10% cut, as on Skool's Hobby plan, can cost more than a higher flat fee once you sell a program.
  • Splitting delivery across apps. When tasks are in one app and messages in another, clients reply in the wrong place and you miss things.
  • Skipping scope. Coaching is not therapy or medical care. If a client describes symptoms or a crisis, refer them to a licensed professional, and keep clinical records in a clinical system.

What is the best coaching app for Android?

Coachful is the best coaching app for Android for most coaches who deliver programs: clients get one installed app with your branding for tasks, habits, sessions, courses, community and payments, while you run the website, booking, contracts and email from one login. Quenza is the specialist pick for worksheet-heavy work, Kajabi and Thinkific suit course businesses, Mighty Networks and Skool suit communities, and Simply.Coach, Delenta and Practice Better are solid if you want a narrower practice tool. If you are still mapping your whole toolkit, see the 25 best apps for coaches and the guide to coaching apps with payments, or compare options side by side on the compare page.

Frequently asked questions

Does Coachful have an Android app for clients?

Yes. Coachful's client app runs on Android and iOS and shows your logo and colors inside the Coachful app. Clients use it for programs, habits, check-ins, sessions, courses and the community. It is listed under Coachful, not under your own Google Play developer account.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

It is a build service on every plan: you describe a website, funnel, program, course outline, email sequence or similar, attach up to 8 links and 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it in your account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented, so gaps such as testimonials are left for you. It does not include video recording, logo design or ad management.

Can clients pay with Google Pay in a coaching app?

In Coachful, yes: checkout through your Stripe Connect account supports Google Pay and Apple Pay. Other tools depend on their processor, so check each vendor's checkout documentation. PayPal is not available in Coachful.

Is a web portal good enough for Android clients?

It works for clients who log in once a week to book or pay. For daily habits and check-ins, an installed app tends to fit better, because clients open it from the home screen like any other app rather than finding a link and logging in.

Which coaching apps for Android have a free plan?

Practice Better (Sprout, 3 clients) and Calendly (1 event type) list free plans as of October 2026. Coachful has no permanent free plan but offers a free trial. Skool's cheapest plan is $9 a month with a 10% transaction fee.

Do I need my own branded app on Google Play?

Usually not at the start. Publishing your own app means higher plans or add-ons (Kajabi Growth, Mighty Pro, Thinkific's $199 add-on, Delenta Premium). Your branding inside an established app gives clients your look without that cost. Read more about coaching app options.

Can I run group programs and 1:1 coaching in the same Android app?

In Coachful, yes. Enrolling clients in a program creates a cohort group automatically, and 1:1 sessions, notes and habits sit on each client's record in the same app. Community tools like Skool and Mighty Networks handle groups but not private 1:1 records.

Is Coachful suitable for health or therapy clients?

Coachful suits health and wellness coaching, but it is not HIPAA-certified and offers no BAA, so it is not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. Coaching is not treatment; refer clients with medical or mental health concerns to a licensed professional.

Does Coachful sync with Google Calendar on Android?

Coachful offers two-way sync with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar and Outlook, and can create Google Meet, Zoom or Teams links for each booking. Bookings then show up in whatever calendar app you use on your phone.
