Top 10 Coaching Platforms With an AI Assistant: Ranked

Top 10 Coaching Platforms With an AI Assistant: Ranked

The best coaching platforms with an AI assistant are the ones where the AI can actually see your practice: the client's goals, last week's check-ins, your session notes and what they paid for. An assistant that only writes generic copy saves you a few minutes a week. One that briefs you before a call, drafts the follow-up from a real session summary and spots the client who has gone quiet saves hours, and changes how well you coach. So the deciding question is simple: does the AI work from your client data, or from a blank prompt box?

Our pick is Coachful, because its assistant, Michelle, runs inside the same platform that holds your bookings, programs, check-ins and payments, and a second tool, the AI Coach, can support selected clients between sessions in your own voice. The other nine below each do one AI job well: Kajabi writes course and marketing copy, HoneyBook takes meeting notes for client admin, Delenta scores session summaries against ICF markers, and so on. We make Coachful, so weigh our ranking with that in mind; every competitor fact below comes from the vendor's own pricing or feature pages.

What do coaches actually need from an AI assistant?

Coaches need an AI that prepares them, drafts for them and keeps clients moving between sessions, without crossing into the coaching itself. That splits into five concrete jobs, and most tools on this list cover only one or two.

  • Pre-session briefings. Before a 10 a.m. call you want three lines: what the client committed to, how their check-ins went, and what they flagged. That only works if the AI can read check-ins, habits and notes, which rules out any tool that does not store them.
  • Session summaries and follow-ups. Recording a call and turning it into a recap and next steps is now standard, but consent matters. Our guide on introducing AI session notes so clients give informed consent covers the wording.
  • Program and content drafting. Turning your method into a 6 or 12 week program with weekly goals, daily tasks and check-in questions is where a good assistant saves whole afternoons.
  • Between-session support. Clients get stuck on a Tuesday night, not during your Thursday slot. Some platforms let a configured AI answer in your style, within limits you set. Read how to set up an AI coaching assistant that stays in its lane before switching one on.
  • Feedback on your own coaching. ICF-track coaches can use private AI feedback on recorded sessions to prepare for credential reviews, provided the rubric is the real one. The ICF Core Competencies are the reference point.

Two practical limits shape the choice too. First, privacy: coaching notes are personal data under laws like the GDPR, and if you work alongside clinicians you need to know whether a vendor signs a HIPAA business associate agreement. Second, the billing model: some platforms include AI in the plan, some meter it in credits, and some sell it as a monthly add-on. For a wider look at standalone AI tools, see our parent guide to the best AI tools for coaches.

Which coaching platforms with an AI assistant rank best at a glance?

Ranking criteria: one login for the whole client journey, AI that works from live client data, between-session delivery, total stack cost, and setup effort (including whether someone will build it for you).

Thinking of launching your coaching business?

Answer a few questions and Coachful builds it around you: your website, programs, booking and payments. Ready in minutes.

Build your platform

How did we choose and rank these tools?

We started from every coaching, course, community and scheduling platform we track and kept only those that document an AI feature on their own site. We did not test accounts hands-on; we read pricing pages, feature pages and help-center articles, and noted what public reviewers report on Trustpilot and similar sites. Each tool was then scored on the five criteria above.

The weighting favours AI that sees client context. A writing assistant inside a course builder is useful, but it cannot tell you that a client skipped four check-ins. We also counted the full stack: if a platform needs a separate scheduler, notetaker or email tool to cover a coaching week, that cost goes into the comparison. Direct coaching-practice substitutes (Delenta, CoachVantage, Practice Better) sit in the middle because their AI features are narrower or sold as add-ons; tools built for other jobs follow them.

We left out tools whose AI we could not confirm on an official page. Paperbell, Satori and Coaches Console do not list an AI assistant, and CoachAccountable states that it does not run AI or machine learning on coaching content, which some privacy-minded coaches will see as a feature.

1. Coachful: the AI assistant that works from your whole practice

Coachful's session notes view on a laptop next to the demo client grid on a tablet.

Coachful is a coaching platform where one subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, programs with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. The coach has one login and each client gets one branded app. That last part matters for AI: because the client's goals, check-ins, habit streaks, session notes, intake answers and payments all live in one record, the assistant has something real to work from.

Michelle, the built-in assistant

Michelle works from live practice data. In practice, that means four jobs a coach does every week:

  • Briefs you before sessions. Each client record carries an AI briefing, alongside a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk, so you open a call already knowing where the client stands.
  • Summarizes recorded sessions so the recap and next steps exist before you have closed the video window.
  • Builds programs from a description of your method: weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins.
  • Drafts emails and content, from a follow-up to a broadcast for your list.
Coachful Brain screen with a Michelle AI conversation, memory prompts and actionable insights
Coachful's Brain screen: a conversation with Michelle, memory prompts, a 'Worth your attention' list and a library of editable pages (demo data).

Asking Michelle questions and planning with it is included in your Coachful membership. Confirmed builds and changes, such as having it create a program in your account, use AI credits. That split is fair: you can think out loud for free and pay only when the AI does the build work.

For ICF-track coaches there is one more option: private feedback on your own coaching against ICF Core Competencies 3 to 8. It is optional and only you see it. Combined with the credential tracker, which counts coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports an ICF client coaching log with paid and pro bono hours, it covers most of the paperwork side of a credential application. More on that in our guide to the best coaching platforms for ICF coaches and on the ICF hour tracking page.

The AI Coach between sessions

The second AI tool faces clients. The AI Coach is an AI version of you that selected clients can chat with between sessions. You configure it and choose who gets access, so a client working through a 12-week program can ask about this week's task at 9 p.m. without waiting for Thursday. The short walkthrough below shows how it is set up:

The briefings draw on the same client data you see on the dashboard, which is why the status labels are useful: a client drifting from active to quiet shows up on your home screen before they cancel.

What the rest of the platform adds

Booking pages with buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection sync two-way with Google, Apple and Outlook calendars, and create Zoom, Meet or Teams links or use built-in video. Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account with a 0% Coachful platform fee, so you pay only processing. Agreements with e-signature go out before the first call. Courses, a community feed with group chat, cohort groups created on enrollment, a section-based website builder with 30 homepage templates, funnels and email sequences with branching round it out. Clients see their notes, programs and next session in one place.

What Coachful does not do

Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. There is no PayPal and no permanent free plan. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. There are no third-party plugins and no Salesforce or HubSpot integration.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can open Create > We'll build it for you · FREE, describe what you want (a website, a funnel, a program, a course outline, an email sequence, a lead quiz, an automation) and attach up to 8 reference links and 10 files. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing gets invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. One recent example: a business mentor for beauty professionals got a 12-week mentorship sales page, a free start-up-guide funnel and rewritten follow-up emails. Recording videos, logo design and ad management are not included. Read more about the free white-glove service.

Price: flat monthly plans, with lower plans capping client numbers and Pro unlimited (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). Monthly plans cancel in one click, and there is a free trial. See the AI coaching assistant page for the feature tour.

2. Kajabi: AI for course and marketing copy

Kajabi homepage promoting its course, community and website platform
Kajabi's homepage in October 2026.

Kajabi is a course, community, website, funnel and email platform for selling knowledge products. Its AI, Kajabi AI and the Creator Studio, generates course outlines, emails and landing pages, according to the vendor profile from September 2026. For a coach who sells a signature course plus a membership, that means faster launch copy and a quicker first draft of module structure.

How the credit allowance works

AI on Kajabi runs on credits, and the entry plan has none. As listed in October 2026, Basic costs $179/mo ($143 billed annually) with 0 AI credits, 5 products and 2,500 contacts. Growth is $249/mo ($199 annually) with 500 AI credits and 50 products. Pro is $499/mo ($399 annually) with 1,000 credits. Kajabi Payments in the US charges 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, falling to 2.7% + $0.30 on Pro; other processors (excluding PayPal) add a 0.5% to 2% Kajabi fee on top.

The coaching gap is in the data. Kajabi has no habit tracking or daily client check-ins, and coaching happens through products and communities rather than per-client plans. So the AI can write you a strong sales email, but it cannot brief you on how a specific client's week went. Trustpilot shows 3.4 from 2,347 reviews (seen October 2026), with reviewers citing AI-first support that is hard to escalate.

Pick it over Coachful if your business is mostly selling courses and memberships to large audiences, 1:1 coaching is a small add-on, and you want a big marketing toolkit with AI copy built in.

3. HoneyBook: AI notetaking for client admin

HoneyBook homepage promoting its client management CRM for service businesses
HoneyBook's homepage in October 2026.

HoneyBook is a client-management CRM for service businesses: proposals, contracts, invoices, a scheduler and a client portal. HoneyBook AI drafts emails, writes project recaps, shows business trends and includes an AI meeting notetaker, and the September 2026 profile notes it is included on every plan. For a 1:1 coach whose week is discovery calls, proposals and invoices, the notetaker plus auto-drafted follow-ups covers a real slice of admin.

Plans, processor and the scheduler catch

As listed in October 2026, Starter is $29/mo billed annually (the monthly rate is not shown), Essentials is $59/mo ($49 annually) with up to 2 team members, and Premium is $129/mo ($109 annually). The Starter plan has no scheduler or automations, so most coaches need Essentials. Payments must run through HoneyBook's own processing; the page lists card rates of 2.7% + 10¢ in one place and 2.9% + 25¢ in another, and ACH at 1.5%. There is a 30-day trial with no card required.

What HoneyBook lacks is delivery: no programs, courses, habits, check-ins or community. The AI recaps a call, but there is no program for the follow-up to land in. Prices also rose in February 2025, from $19/$39/$79 to $36/$59/$129 monthly, which drew long-time users' complaints. Trustpilot shows 4.1 from 748 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if your coaching is mostly proposals, contracts and invoicing for business clients, you deliver through calls and documents rather than structured programs, and you want an AI notetaker at the entry price.

4. Circle: AI credits inside a community platform

Circle is a community platform with courses, live events, a website, payments and member apps. Its pricing page has one of the most detailed AI breakdowns in this list. Circle AI is included on every plan with a monthly credit pool, and higher tiers add an AI content writer, automated transcriptions, AI agents, AI moderation and an AI inbox.

Credits, tiers and transaction fees

As listed in October 2026 (annual billing; monthly rates not shown), Professional is $89/mo with 2,500 AI credits, Business is $199/mo with 2,500 credits plus the AI content writer, automated transcriptions and Circle's MCP, and Scale is $419/mo with 5,000 credits and AI agents. Extra credits cost $10 per 1,000. Credits are shared between Circle AI, workflow tasks, API calls and agent tokens, so heavy automation eats into your AI allowance. Circle also takes a transaction fee of 2% on Professional, 1% on Business and Scale. There is a 14-day trial with no card required.

For group coaching, transcribed live sessions and AI agents with a knowledge engine on Scale are genuinely useful. What the pricing page does not list is a 1:1 coaching layer: availability-based booking for private sessions, per-client habits or check-ins, or coaching agreements. A coach running a cohort plus private clients should expect to add a scheduler and a place for individual plans. Compare the options in our roundup of group coaching platforms.

Pick it over Coachful if community is the product, you have hundreds of members, and you want AI agents and moderation working inside the community more than you need private coaching tools.

5. Delenta: session summaries scored against ICF markers

Delenta homepage promoting its coaching practice management platform
Delenta's homepage in October 2026.

Delenta is a coaching practice platform with CRM, scheduling, contracts, client portals, group coaching and, on Premium, courses and a white-label mobile app. Its AI, Delenta-i, is a note-taker that produces session summaries scored against ICF markers, according to the September 2026 profile. Of the direct coaching platforms here, it is the closest to Coachful's own credential-focused AI feedback.

What each Delenta tier caps

As listed in October 2026, Starter is $29/mo ($19.08 billed annually) with 10 client portals, Pro is $49/mo ($39.08 annually) with 40 portals, and Premium is $79/mo ($58.25 annually) with unlimited portals. Course creator and mobile app are Premium only, and multi-coach use needs custom-priced Teams. Delenta's pricing page conflicts on the trial (14 days in the headline, 7 days in the FAQ), with no card required. Delenta announced HIPAA compliance in March 2026, which matters for health-adjacent practices. Which tier includes Delenta-i is not stated in the material we reviewed, so check before you buy.

Reviewers on Capterra describe a learning curve and a calendar that feels limited next to dedicated schedulers. There is no dedicated habit tracker, and email marketing relies on outside tools. Trustpilot shows 4.1, but from only 5 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if you need a HIPAA-compliant vendor for health or corporate clients and ICF-marker scoring on every session summary is the AI feature you care about most.

6. CoachVantage: a writing assistant at a low price

CoachVantage homepage promoting its coaching practice management software
CoachVantage's homepage in October 2026.

CoachVantage handles coaching practice management: CRM, scheduling, contracts with e-signature, invoices, a client portal, group programs and small courses. Its AI, called Vanta, is a writing assistant for program content (September 2026 profile). For a solo coach building out a handful of programs, Vanta speeds up the writing; it is not described as working from client check-ins or session data.

Clarity versus Aha!

As listed in October 2026, Clarity is $39/mo ($35 billed annually) with unlimited contacts but caps of 2 group programs, 2 sales pages, 2 booking pages, 4 e-signatures a month and 2 courses. Aha! is $59/mo ($53 annually) and lifts most caps. Both are priced per coach with unlimited clients, which keeps cost flat as you grow. There is a 14-day trial with no card.

Limits to know: CoachVantage says it is not an iOS or Android app, reviewers report no multi-coach team features yet, and some say the built-in CVMeet video is weak enough that they pay for Zoom anyway. There is no full website, community or funnel builder. Support is by email.

Pick it over Coachful if you want the lowest flat price for unlimited 1:1 clients, ICF-format coaching logs, and an AI that helps you write programs, and you already have a website elsewhere.

7. Practice Better: AI charting for wellness practices

Practice Better homepage promoting its practice management platform for wellness practitioners
Practice Better's homepage in October 2026.

Practice Better is practice management for wellness and nutrition practitioners: scheduling, telehealth, charting, billing, programs and a client portal. Its AI Charting Assistant creates session summaries and handles dictation, sold as an add-on (September 2026 profile). For a nutrition or health coach who writes structured notes after every consult, that is a real time-saver.

Add-on minutes on top of the plan

Plans as listed in October 2026: Sprout is free for 3 clients, Starter is $35/mo ($25 annually) for 10 clients, Professional is $69/mo ($59 annually) for 300 clients, Plus is $99/mo ($89 annually) for unlimited clients, and Team is $155/mo. The AI Charting add-on costs $10, $20 or $40 a month for 1,200, 3,600 or 7,200 minutes. Evergreen programs, portal branding, a custom URL and SMS start on Plus. Trials run 14 days (30 on Team). Trustpilot shows 3.8 from 87 reviews.

There is no website builder or funnel pages, and only one practitioner per account below Team. A note on scope for health coaches: AI charting tools are built for clinical-style notes, but coaching is not treatment. If a client describes symptoms, a diagnosis question or a medication change, refer them to their doctor or a registered dietitian rather than recording a plan for it.

Pick it over Coachful if you work alongside clinicians, need charting and telehealth in one place, and want AI dictation for clinical-style notes. Our guide to AI tools for health coaches goes deeper.

8. Mighty Networks: AI writing help for cohort hosts

Mighty Networks homepage promoting its community, courses and events platform
Mighty Networks's homepage in October 2026.

Mighty Networks is a community, courses and events platform with Mighty-branded member apps. Mighty Co-Host offers an optional "Make it Better" writing assistant and AI conversation starters on all plans (September 2026 profile). For a coach hosting a cohort, conversation starters help keep a feed active between live calls.

Platform fee and hosts

As listed in October 2026, Launch is $95/mo ($79 billed annually) with 3 hosts and 20 hours of livestream a month, and Scale is $215/mo ($179 annually) with 5 hosts. Mighty takes a platform fee of 2% on Launch, 1% on Scale and 0.5% on Growth and Mighty Pro, plus Stripe processing. Your own branded apps come only with custom-priced Mighty Pro. The trial is 14 days with no card.

The AI here writes posts; it does not know any individual member's progress. There is no 1:1 scheduling, invoicing, contracts, per-client habits or check-ins. Trustpilot shows 3.3 from 219 reviews, with complaints about auto-renewals and cancellation.

Pick it over Coachful if you run large cohort communities with native livestreams and Challenges, and 1:1 work is not part of your offer.

9. Thinkific: AI course generators

Thinkific homepage promoting its online course and community platform
Thinkific's homepage in October 2026.

Thinkific is a course platform with communities, memberships and coaching products. Its AI includes a course outline generator and landing-page and quiz generators, with an AI teaching assistant on the custom-priced Plus plan (September 2026 profile). That suits a coach turning a framework into a self-paced course.

Where the money goes

As listed in October 2026, Start is $109/mo ($82 billed annually), Grow is $219/mo ($164 annually) and Expand is $499/mo. Prices rose about 10% on August 13, 2026. Thinkific Payments charges no extra Thinkific fee, while third-party gateways carry a per-plan gateway fee. A branded mobile app is a $199/mo add-on. Every self-serve plan has a 30-day trial.

Thinkific has no built-in 1:1 scheduling (coaching relies on external booking links) and no client habits, daily check-ins or per-client plans, so its AI helps with course production, not client work. Trustpilot shows 1.8 from 868 reviews. If courses are a side line, see our course platform for coaches page.

Pick it over Coachful if self-paced courses for thousands of students are your main revenue and you want AI to speed up outlining and quizzes.

10. Calendly: an AI layer on top of booking

Calendly homepage promoting its online scheduling and booking tool
Calendly's homepage in October 2026.

Calendly is a scheduling tool: booking pages, reminders, workflows and paid bookings. It now sells two AI add-ons, according to its September 2026 profile: Callie, a 24/7 AI scheduling assistant in beta, and an AI Notetaker that joins calls and produces recaps and transcripts.

The per-seat math

As listed in October 2026, the Free plan allows one event type and one calendar, Standard is $10 per seat a month billed annually, and Teams is $16 per seat billed annually. We could not verify the prices of the AI add-ons on the pricing page, so check them at checkout. There is no Calendly fee on payments; you connect your own Stripe or PayPal.

Calendly holds no client records, notes, programs, habits, check-ins, contracts or invoices. Its notetaker can summarize a call, but the summary has nowhere to go inside Calendly, so you will paste it into another tool. Trustpilot shows 4.1 from 714 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if you only need a booking link with an AI recap, and your client records, payments and programs already live somewhere you are happy with.

What does each platform cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?

We priced the cheapest plan that includes each vendor's AI feature and a usable coaching week, on monthly billing where the page shows it. Processing fees are extra everywhere. Figures are as listed in October 2026.

Platform5 clients15 clients40 clientsNotes

The cheap rows hide a stack. A coach on Calendly or HoneyBook still needs a place to deliver programs, host a course and send newsletters, and each tool brings its own login and its own AI that sees only its own slice of the client. Our guide to virtual assistant costs for coaches is a useful comparison point: an AI assistant earns its fee when it replaces hours you would otherwise pay a person for.

How do you set up an AI assistant in Coachful, step by step?

Here is how a career coach with 15 clients on a 12-week program might set it up. The coach and numbers are an illustrative example.

Coachful's coaching flows library with morning and evening check-in flows on a laptop
Coachful's coaching flows library, with the welcome flow and morning and evening check-ins, on a laptop in a home office.
  1. Get your clients and content in. During onboarding, Coachful imports clients, programs and content for you. If you would rather not build anything yourself, request your website, program or funnel through the free white-glove service.
  2. Turn your method into a program. Describe your 12 weeks to Michelle: the outcome, the weekly themes, one daily task and one habit per week. Review the draft, edit it in your own words, then confirm the build (this is the step that uses AI credits).
  3. Add morning and evening check-ins. Two short questions a day ("What is the one job-search task today?" and "What got in the way?") give the AI something to brief you from. Without check-in data, any assistant is guessing.
  4. Write your consent line. Add a sentence to your coaching agreement about recording and AI summaries, and send it for e-signature before the first call. Our article on AI session notes and client consent has sample wording.
  5. Use the briefing before every call. Open the client record five minutes before. Read the AI briefing, the status (thriving, active, quiet or at risk) and the last check-ins, and pick the one thing worth raising.
  6. Summarize, then send the follow-up. After a recorded session, have Michelle summarize it and draft the follow-up email. Edit it before sending; it is your name on it.
  7. Switch on the AI Coach for a few clients first. Pick two or three clients who would use between-session support, configure it, tell those clients which topics (health, money decisions, crises) they should bring to you directly, and ask them after two weeks how they are using it.
  8. Turn on private ICF feedback if you are credentialing. Let Michelle review a recorded session against Core Competencies 3 to 8, and watch your hours build up on the credential panel.

For more on keeping a client-facing AI inside sensible limits, read AI intake triage that keeps follow-up human.

What mistakes should you avoid when choosing a coaching AI assistant?

  • Buying a writer when you need a briefer. Copy generators are everywhere. The hours come back from an AI that reads your client data, so check where the AI gets its context before comparing prices.
  • Ignoring the credit or add-on model. Kajabi's entry plan has no AI credits, Practice Better and Calendly sell AI as add-ons, and Circle shares credits with automations. Price the plan you will actually use.
  • Recording without consent. Tell clients what is recorded, who processes it and how long it is kept. Pair this with a client record retention and deletion policy, and follow your local rules, including the EU's AI Act if it applies to you.
  • Letting a client-facing AI coach on its own. Tell clients what it is for, what to bring to you instead, and ask how they use it. The questions in will AI replace coaches are worth reading first.
  • Assuming HIPAA coverage. If you work with clinical data, confirm a vendor will sign a BAA. Coachful does not, and coaching is not treatment either way.
  • Stacking four AIs that cannot talk. A notetaker in one tool, a writer in another and a scheduler AI in a third each see a fragment. Moving to one platform is easier than it sounds; see how to switch coaching platforms without disrupting clients.

Which coaching platform with an AI assistant should you choose?

Choose Coachful if you coach clients through programs and want an assistant that briefs you, drafts for you and supports clients between sessions from the same data you see. Michelle and the AI Coach are part of a platform that already holds booking, payments, check-ins and your website, and the free white-glove service means you do not have to build it alone.

The others win in narrower cases. Kajabi and Thinkific suit course-first businesses that want AI copy. HoneyBook suits admin-heavy 1:1 coaches who want a notetaker. Circle and Mighty Networks suit community-led programs. Delenta is the pick for HIPAA plus ICF-marker summaries, CoachVantage for the lowest flat price, Practice Better for clinical-style charting, and Calendly if booking is all you need. Frequently asked questions

What is a coaching platform with an AI assistant?

It is coaching software with a built-in AI that helps with the work around sessions: drafting programs and emails, summarizing calls, briefing you on clients and sometimes answering clients between sessions. The useful ones work from the client data stored in the platform rather than from a blank prompt.

Which AI assistant works from client check-ins and notes?

Among the ten here, Coachful's Michelle is the one documented to work from live practice data, including check-ins, habits and notes, and to produce a briefing per client. Delenta and Practice Better summarize sessions, and HoneyBook recaps projects, but they do not document briefings built from daily check-ins.

Is Coachful's AI included in the membership?

Asking Michelle questions and planning with it are included in your Coachful membership. Confirmed builds and changes, such as creating a program in your account, use AI credits.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

On every plan, you can ask the Coachful team to build a website, funnel, program, course outline, email sequence or other asset inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. You attach references and files; they leave gaps rather than invent testimonials, credentials or prices. Video recording, logo design and ad management are not included.

Can an AI coach replace me between sessions?

No. A client-facing AI, like Coachful's AI Coach, can answer questions about this week's tasks in your style for clients you select, but you configure it and choose who has access. Anything involving health, crisis or major decisions should come back to you or to the right professional.

Do I need client consent to use AI session summaries?

Yes, in practice you should get it in writing. Explain what is recorded, how the AI processes it and how long it is stored, and put that line in your coaching agreement. Data protection rules such as the GDPR may also apply depending on where you and your clients are.

Which platform is best for ICF credential prep with AI?

Coachful offers optional private AI feedback on your coaching against ICF Core Competencies 3 to 8, plus hour tracking against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds with an exportable coaching log. Delenta scores session summaries against ICF markers. Both are worth a look if you are working toward a credential.

Are any of these platforms HIPAA compliant?

Delenta announced HIPAA compliance in March 2026. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, and Mighty Networks lists GDPR but not HIPAA. If you handle clinical records, confirm BAA terms directly with the vendor before signing up.

What is the cheapest coaching platform with an AI assistant?

On sticker price, CoachVantage's Clarity plan at $39 a month and Delenta's Starter at $29 a month are the lowest among dedicated coaching platforms, and Calendly's AI sits on top of a $10 seat. The real comparison is total stack cost, since cheaper tools usually need a separate website, email and delivery tool.

How do I start with Coachful?

Start a free trial, import your clients and programs during onboarding, and request any website, funnel or program you want built through the free white-glove service. Then set up check-ins so Michelle has data to brief you from.
