Best Invoicing Software for Career Coaches: 7 Options Ranked

Best Invoicing Software for Career Coaches: 7 Options Ranked

The best invoicing software for career coaches is the tool that can bill a laid-off client in three installments, send a manual invoice to the employer who is paying for someone's transition, and collect a signed agreement before the first resume review, all without a second login. Most invoicing apps handle the first job well and stop there. Career coaching adds packages with fixed deliverables (a resume rewrite, a LinkedIn overhaul, five interview-prep calls), clients whose income has just paused, and sponsors who want a proper invoice with a company name on it.

Our pick is Coachful, because it handles billing inside the same place where you book sessions, send agreements and deliver the job-search program itself. We make Coachful, so we have ranked it first and said so; the criteria are stated below, and every other tool's prices come from its own pricing page as listed in October 2026. If a different tool fits how you work, each section ends with the exact case where you should pick it instead.

If you want the general version of this question, start with our buyer's guide to invoicing software for coaches. This article stays with career coaches: job seekers, career changers, new graduates, returners and the employers or universities that sometimes pay for them.

What does a career coach's client journey need from invoicing software?

It needs to take money at four different moments, not one. A career client is attracted by a free resource or a discovery call, enrolls in a package, receives deliverables and sessions over several weeks, and often comes back months later for a promotion, a salary negotiation or the next move. Each stage puts a different demand on billing.

Attract: free calls and low-ticket entry points

Many career coaches open with a free 20-minute call, a resume teardown, or a low-priced offer like a single LinkedIn profile review. The invoicing tool needs a checkout that can sit on a booking page or landing page, so a stranger can pay a small amount without you sending anything by hand. If the paid entry offer and the free call live in different systems, you end up reconciling who paid for what at the end of each month.

Enroll: packages, payment plans and sponsors

This is where career coaching differs most from other niches. A typical package bundles a set number of sessions with written deliverables, and the person buying it is often between jobs. Payment plans are not a nice extra here; they decide whether someone can say yes. At the same time, some work is paid by someone else: an employer funding an outplacement package, a university career office, or a professional association. Those buyers want a manual invoice addressed to the organisation, not a card checkout. Enrollment also needs a signed coaching agreement that spells out what is included, because "one resume rewrite" means different things to different clients.

Deliver: scope, revisions and session credits

Delivery is where unpaid work creeps in. A client asks for a third round of resume edits, a second cover letter, or an extra mock interview before a final round. Good software lets you sell those as add-ons or session credits, and keeps the deliverables, notes and payments on one client record so you can see what was bought before you agree to more. If billing sits in one tool and the program sits in another, it is easy to give away the extra.

Retain: alumni offers and renewals

A client who lands a job is a future client for the first-90-days plan, the promotion conversation or the next search. Retention billing means subscriptions or light monthly retainers, coupons for returning clients, and clean records you can pull up a year later. It also means records your accountant can use; the IRS, for example, explains what small businesses should keep and for how long. Rules vary by country and state, so check with an accountant about what your invoices must show.

Which tools cover which stage of the career client journey?

Only one tool on this list covers all four stages in a single login; the others cover enrollment well and leave delivery or attraction to another app.

How we ranked: one login for the whole client journey, support for between-session delivery, total stack cost at your client count, and setup effort (including whether someone will build it for you).

How did we choose these seven tools?

We started from what career coaches actually bill for and kept tools that handle at least two of those jobs well. That gave us three kinds of product: an all-in-one coaching platform (Coachful), coaching-specific admin tools (Paperbell and CoachAccountable), and general service-business billing tools that many coaches already use (HoneyBook, Dubsado, FreshBooks and Bonsai).

We did not test these products hands-on for this article. Prices, plan limits and fees come from each vendor's pricing page as listed in October 2026; where we rely on older profile data from September 2026, we say so. Where a vendor's own page contradicts itself, we report both numbers rather than pick one. We left out tools built mainly for clinical practices or for large sales teams, because career coaches rarely need insurance billing or a deal pipeline.

1. Coachful: billing that sits inside the whole career program

Coachful's offers page on a laptop and the agreements tab on a tablet
Coachful's offers page and agreements tab on two screens beside a stack of printed cover letters.

Coachful is a coaching platform where invoicing is one part of a single subscription that also covers booking, contracts, program delivery, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. For a career coach, that means the person who pays for a six-week job-search package gets their agreement, their sessions, their worksheets and their receipts in one branded app, and you see all of it on one client record.

Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account. You can sell one-time packages, subscriptions and payment plans, add order bumps (a cover letter add-on at checkout is the obvious one), issue coupons and refunds, and accept Apple Pay and Google Pay. Stripe Tax is supported if you need tax calculated at checkout. Every transaction produces an invoice, and you can create manual invoices for work billed outside a checkout, such as a package an employer is paying for. Coachful has charged a 0% platform fee since August 2026, so the only deduction is Stripe's or Razorpay's processing.

The invoice table above is what you check at month end: description, client, type, amount and status in one list. Here is a short walkthrough of how invoices work.

Packages that match how career coaching is sold

Offers in Coachful can be a single paid session, a bundle of session credits, a multi-week program or a subscription. A career coach might run a free discovery call, a paid resume review, a 90-day job-search program on a three-part payment plan, and a monthly alumni membership for clients who have landed. Booking pages handle availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, which matters when you coach a client relocating across time zones. Intake questions on the booking form capture the target role and current resume before the first call.

Agreements before the first resume review

Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and are stored on the client record. That is where you write down how many resume revision rounds are included, what happens if a client lands a job halfway through, and your refund terms. When a client later asks for "one more pass", you can open the record, see the signed scope and the payments, and sell an add-on instead of absorbing it. More on writing these in our guide to coaching contracts.

Delivery and follow-up in the same place

Once a client has paid, the program runs in Coachful too: weekly goals such as "send 10 targeted applications", daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, and goals with progress bars. Courses can hold your interview-prep modules, downloadable resume templates and recorded mock-interview debriefs. The client record pulls together goals, check-ins, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, and marks each client as thriving, active, quiet or at risk, so you notice a stalled job search before the client quietly stops paying. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, can brief you before each session from that live data. If you are working toward an ICF credential, ICF hour tracking counts your coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports a client coaching log with paid and pro bono hours, which is useful if you do some free sessions for people who have lost their jobs.

For attraction, Coachful includes a website builder with a blog and custom domain, booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels, and email sequences. A "free resume checklist" lead magnet can feed an email sequence that ends with an invitation to book a paid review. The Intakes page then shows how many discovery calls turned into clients.

Coachful intakes page with total intakes, upcoming calls, conversions and conversion rate above a table of intake calls
Coachful's Intakes page with demo numbers: 10 intakes, 3 upcoming, 2 converted.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, the "We'll build it for you · FREE" option lets you describe what you want, attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files (your logo, current resume-service menu, brand guide), and the Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. For a career coach that could be a website with a "book a free career call" button on every page, a lead-magnet funnel for a resume checklist, a 12-week job-search program, or the email sequence that follows a discovery call. Nothing gets invented: no fake testimonials, credentials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. It does not cover recording videos, logo design or running ads. One recent build gave a leadership coach with a website renewal days away a single clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button. Read more about the white-glove build service.

Limits to know. Coachful does not support PayPal, so if many of your clients insist on paying that way, factor it in. There is no permanent free plan, only a free trial. It is not HIPAA-certified and is not built for insurance billing, which rarely affects career coaches. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. There is no Salesforce or HubSpot integration, which matters only if you sell outplacement contracts through a corporate CRM. Lower plans cap the number of clients; Pro is unlimited, and team plans add coach seats (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). Coachful holds a Trustpilot rating of 4.5 from 21 reviews.

Who it suits: career coaches who sell programs rather than single sessions, solo coaches adding associates, and anyone replacing a stack of four to six tools. See how it is set up for your niche on the career coaches page.

2. HoneyBook: strongest pick for proposal-led career work

HoneyBook homepage introducing its client management platform for service businesses
HoneyBook's homepage in October 2026.

HoneyBook is a client-management CRM for service businesses, built around proposals, contracts, invoices, a scheduler and a client portal. It suits career coaches who sell custom engagements: a mid-career executive who wants a tailored package, or a company buying outplacement support for a group of departing staff. A HoneyBook proposal can bundle the offer, the contract and the first invoice into one document the client signs and pays.

As listed in October 2026, Starter costs $29/mo billed annually (the monthly price is not shown on the page) and includes unlimited clients and projects with 2 live lead forms. Essentials is $59/mo or $49/mo annually, with up to 2 team members and 10 lead forms. Premium is $129/mo or $109/mo annually with unlimited team members and lead forms, and supports multiple companies. There is a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. Prices rose in February 2025 from $19/$39/$79 to $36/$59/$129 monthly, according to an older profile.

HoneyBook pricing page with Starter, Essentials and Premium plans
HoneyBook's pricing page in October 2026.

Fees need attention. HoneyBook is your payment processor; you cannot bring your own Stripe account. The pricing page FAQ lists card fees of 2.7% + 10¢, but the plan comparison on the same page shows 2.9% + 25¢. ACH is 1.5%, instant deposit is 1%, and Premium accounts processing over $500k a year may qualify for discounted rates. On a typical career package that difference is small, but it is worth checking your first statements against the plan you are on.

What HoneyBook does not do is coaching delivery. There are no programs, courses, habits, check-ins or community, so your job-search curriculum, worksheets and accountability live somewhere else. The scheduler and automations are not on Starter, which is the plan most solo career coaches would consider; you need Essentials for booking links and follow-up automation.

Pick it over Coachful if most of your revenue comes from custom proposals to individuals or employers, you deliver everything live on calls, and you want the proposal, contract and invoice in one signed document.

3. Dubsado: the workflow builder for coaches who love process

Dubsado homepage introducing its client workflow and business management software
Dubsado's homepage in October 2026.

Think of Dubsado as a set of rails for every client: a form triggers a contract, the signed contract triggers an invoice, the paid invoice triggers a welcome email and a scheduler link. Career coaches who run the same sequence for every resume client (intake questionnaire, signed agreement, deposit, draft delivered, final payment) get a lot from that automation.

The listed prices in October 2026 are Starter at $35/mo ($27.92/mo annually) with unlimited clients and projects and 1 active lead-capture form, and Premier at $55/mo ($43.75/mo annually) with unlimited lead forms. A 21-day free trial gives full Premier access without a credit card. Dubsado does not state a platform fee; your processor's rates apply, and optional surcharging lets you pass card costs on to the client if your local rules allow it.

The catch is on Starter: no scheduler and no automated workflows, which are the two reasons most people choose Dubsado. Realistically, a career coach budgets for Premier. Dubsado also says plainly that it does not build websites and is not an email marketing platform, and its mobile app is a companion; full functionality needs the desktop web app. There are no courses, client community, habits or check-ins, so the "apply to 10 roles this week" accountability you run between sessions needs another tool.

Where Dubsado shines for this niche is the two-part resume invoice. A 50% deposit on signing and the balance on delivery of the final draft is a common structure for written deliverables, and Dubsado's workflows can send the second invoice when you mark the draft delivered.

Pick it over Coachful if your business is mostly done-for-you resume and LinkedIn writing with a fixed, repeatable workflow, you already have a website and email tool you like, and you want deep control over every automated step.

4. Paperbell: one flat price for package-based coaching

Paperbell homepage introducing its all-in-one admin software for coaches
Paperbell's homepage in October 2026.

Paperbell was built for solo coaches and keeps admin simple: booking, packages, payments, contracts, a client portal and a simple website. A career coach can publish a "3 sessions plus resume review" package, have the client sign and pay at checkout, and let them book their sessions straight away. For coaches who mainly sell session packages, it is a direct substitute for an all-in-one platform's admin layer.

There is one plan. As listed in October 2026 it costs $97/mo, or $80.83/mo billed annually, with unlimited clients, sessions, files, packages and traffic. The pricing page has a "Try For Free" button but does not state the trial length; an older profile citing the help center in July 2026 describes a 7-day trial with the public site offline and client messages and SMS turned off. Paperbell offers a 30-day money-back guarantee and says there are no additional transaction fees, so you pay only Stripe or PayPal processing (older profile).

Paperbell pricing page showing its single plan
Paperbell's pricing page in October 2026.

PayPal support is a real advantage for career coaches whose clients are younger or international and prefer it. On the other side, Paperbell has no courses or LMS, no community, and no goal or habit tracking, according to the September 2026 profile. A job search is a long, repetitive process where accountability between calls matters, and that part of the work would have to live elsewhere. There is also no native mobile app; clients use the mobile browser.

Compare more options on our Paperbell alternatives page.

Pick it over Coachful if you sell straightforward session packages, want one predictable price regardless of client count, and need PayPal at checkout.

5. CoachAccountable: a coaching back office priced by active client

CoachAccountable homepage introducing its coaching management back office
CoachAccountable's homepage in October 2026.

CoachAccountable is a back office for one-to-one coaching: sessions, action plans, metrics, worksheets, courses, invoicing and agreements. For career coaches, the action plans and metrics are the draw. You can set a client's weekly application target, track interviews booked, and attach worksheets for values and strengths exercises, then invoice from the same account.

Pricing scales with active clients. As listed in October 2026: Starter $20/mo for 2 active clients, Level 1 $40/mo for 5, Level 2 $70/mo for 10, Level 3 $120/mo for 20, Level 4 $250/mo for 50 and Level 5 $400/mo for 100. The 30-day trial needs no credit card and has no limits. Transaction fees are not on the pricing page; the older profile lists Stripe, Square and PayPal as processors, each with their own fees.

Per-client pricing works for a coach with a small, steady roster of long engagements. It hurts when you run group programs, for example a cohort of 30 recent graduates through a job-search bootcamp, because every participant counts as an active client. Per the September 2026 profile, CoachAccountable has no native mobile app, no landing pages, no website and no marketing automation, and it states it is not HIPAA compliant. Attraction and enrollment marketing would need other tools.

See also our CoachAccountable alternatives comparison.

Pick it over Coachful if you coach a small number of individual clients over long engagements, want detailed metrics and action plans, need PayPal or Square, and do not need a website or funnels.

6. FreshBooks: accounting-grade invoicing with a client cap

FreshBooks comes from the accounting side, not the coaching side. Its strength is the finance work around an invoice: expense tracking, estimates, proposals, client retainers, accounting reports and a client account portal. A career coach who bills employers on net terms, tracks mileage to in-person workshops, or wants clean books for a bookkeeper gets more here than in any coaching tool.

We read the FreshBooks pricing page on the day of writing. Regular prices are Lite at $23/mo for 5 billable clients, Plus at $43/mo for 50 billable clients, and Premium at $70/mo for unlimited billable clients, with a custom-priced Select plan. A promotion showed 80% off for the first 4 months, and promotional offers exclude the free trial. Team members cost $11/mo each, Advanced Payments $20/mo (included on Select), and payroll is extra. The 30-day free trial needs no credit card. Card payments through FreshBooks Payments or Stripe are listed at 2.9% + $0.30, with ACH at 1%.

One detail matters for career coaches: the client limit counts active and archived clients. A coach who sees many short engagements, such as one-off resume reviews, will fill Lite's 5 slots quickly and needs to delete old clients to free them up. FreshBooks has no booking pages listed, no program delivery, no courses and no community, so it is a billing and accounting layer you add to a coaching tool, not a replacement for one.

Pick it over Coachful if your main need is bookkeeping, expense tracking and net-terms invoices to employers or universities, and you already have separate tools for booking and delivering your program.

7. Bonsai: freelancer billing for coaches who also consult

Bonsai homepage introducing its business management software for freelancers and agencies
Bonsai's homepage in October 2026.

Bonsai is business management for freelancers and agencies: proposals, contracts, invoices, time tracking and projects. It fits the career coach who also takes HR consulting or recruiting projects and bills some work by the hour. Time tracking against a project, then invoicing those hours, is something coaching tools rarely do.

Every plan is priced per user. As listed in October 2026: Basic $15/mo ($9/mo annually), Essentials $25/mo ($19/mo annually), Premium $39/mo ($29/mo annually), and Elite $59/mo ($49/mo annually) with a minimum of 3 users. The 7-day trial gives full access; you pick a plan and add card details at the end. Note that Basic has no invoicing or payments, so for this use case Essentials is the real entry price.

On fees, the pricing page links out to the help center, which we could not re-read today. According to the September 2026 profile, Bonsai Payments charges 2.9% + $0.30 on cards, 3.25% + $0.30 on Amex and 1% on ACH with a $1 minimum, and using your own Stripe or PayPal where Bonsai Payments is available adds a 1% platform fee (1.35% on Amex). That extra 1% is worth modelling before you commit. Bonsai has no courses, community, client habits, check-ins or coaching programs, and custom domains are marked as expected in 2026.

Pick it over Coachful if a large part of your income is hourly consulting or project work, you need time tracking tied to invoices, and your coaching clients need little between sessions.

How do the invoicing features compare side by side?

On pure invoicing, most of these tools are close; the gaps open up on payment processing choice and on what happens after the client pays.

What does each tool cost at 5, 15 and 40 career clients?

Client-capped and per-client tools get more expensive as you grow, while flat tools stay put. These are list prices for the tool alone, as listed in October 2026, before card processing.

FreshBooks counts archived clients toward its cap, so a coach with 15 current clients and a year of past resume clients may already need Plus or Premium. CoachAccountable counts active clients, which includes everyone in a group cohort.

Should a career coach buy an all-in-one or assemble a stack?

Buy an all-in-one if you deliver programs; assemble a stack only if billing is the one thing you need fixed and the rest already works. The difference shows up in cost, in the number of logins your clients see, and in how often data has to be copied from one tool to another.

Paperbell's pricing page on one monitor and Coachful's sessions calendar on the other
Paperbell's pricing page next to Coachful's sessions calendar, the kind of side-by-side check a coach makes when costing a stack.

Here are three example stacks for a career coach with about 15 clients who sells a job-search program, a resume add-on and an alumni membership. The assembled prices use list prices as of October 2026; the tools not in this article are left as "your current tool" because we have not verified their prices.

Assembled stacks also carry a time cost that does not show up on any invoice. Every new client has to be created in two or three places, payments have to be matched to deliverables by hand, and a client who pays in installments has to be chased from one tool while their program lives in another. For a deeper look at automating that handoff, see how to automate client intake and invoicing.

If you want to see the wider tool picture for this niche, our guide to the best software for career coaches covers scheduling, delivery and marketing alongside billing, and the scheduling software roundup for career coaches goes deeper on booking.

How does a career coach set up invoicing in Coachful, step by step?

Set it up yourself in eight steps, or have it built for you. Here is the sequence we recommend for a coach moving from a mix of PayPal requests and spreadsheet invoices.

  1. Connect Stripe. Link your own Stripe Connect account (or Razorpay if you work in India). Turn on Stripe Tax if your accountant says you need tax collected at checkout.
  2. List your offers. Create the free discovery call, a paid single session, and your main job-search program. Add the resume or LinkedIn rewrite as an order bump on the program checkout.
  3. Add a payment plan. Offer the program as one payment or three installments. Set a coupon for alumni or for clients referred by a partner organisation.
  4. Attach the agreement. Write the scope (number of sessions, revision rounds, response times, refund terms) into a coaching agreement that is sent for e-signature before the first call.
  5. Add intake questions. On the booking page, ask for target role, current resume link and preferred time zone, so the answers land on the client record.
  6. Set up sponsor billing. When an employer or university is paying, create a manual invoice addressed to the organisation and keep it on the client's record with the sessions it covers.
  7. Build the program. Add weekly goals, daily tasks and check-ins for the job search, and a course with your interview-prep material. Or start from one of the program templates.
  8. Offer the next step. Create a monthly alumni subscription for the first months in a new role, and an email sequence that invites clients to it after they land.

If you would rather not do these steps yourself, describe your offers in the white-glove request form and the Coachful team will set up the program, funnel or website inside your account. Clients, programs and content are also imported for you during onboarding.

What should you watch for when migrating your billing?

Move billing between client cycles, not in the middle of someone's payment plan. Most problems in a migration come from installments that start in one tool and are expected to finish in another.

  • Let active payment plans run out. Leave existing installment clients on the old tool until their last payment, and start new clients on the new one. Keep a short list of who is where.
  • Export invoice history first. Download past invoices and payment records before you cancel. Tax authorities expect you to keep records for years, and old tools may delete data after a subscription ends.
  • Check your processor. If the old tool was your processor (HoneyBook, or Bonsai Payments), you will be setting up a new Stripe account. If you already use Stripe, payouts stay where they are.
  • Rewrite your agreements. A migration is a good moment to tighten scope language around revision rounds and what happens if a client gets hired before the package ends.
  • Tell sponsors. Employers and universities often have vendor records and approved invoice formats. Send them a sample invoice from the new system before the first real one.
  • Plan for PayPal clients. If you move to a tool without PayPal, give those clients notice and a card or wallet option such as Apple Pay or Google Pay.

For more on the mechanics, our article on automating client billing and invoicing walks through recurring payments and reminders, and the guide for career transition coaches covers the delivery side of the move.

Which mistakes do career coaches make with invoicing?

The costly ones are almost all about scope and timing, not software.

  • Billing written deliverables like sessions. A resume rewrite is a deliverable with revision rounds, not an hour of time. Price it as a fixed item and write the revision limit into the agreement.
  • No payment plan for people between jobs. A client with a severance payment and no salary may say no to a lump sum and yes to three installments. Offering a plan is often the difference.
  • Card checkout for employer-paid work. Companies usually need an invoice to their accounts team. Have a manual invoice ready instead of sending a payment link to an HR manager.
  • Undercharging returning clients. An alumni coupon is fine; giving free "quick calls" for every new job offer is not. Sell a short negotiation session instead.
  • Choosing on headline price alone. A cheap invoicing tool plus a course tool, a scheduler and an email tool can cost more than one platform, and it gives clients three logins.

What is our verdict on the best invoicing software for career coaches?

For most career coaches, Coachful is the strongest choice, because billing, agreements, booking and the job-search program itself share one login and one client record, there is no platform fee on top of Stripe or Razorpay, and the white-glove team will build the setup for you. Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients.

HoneyBook is the best fit for proposal-heavy work with individuals and employers. Dubsado suits coaches who run a strict, repeatable workflow for written deliverables. Paperbell is a good flat-price option for session packages, with PayPal. CoachAccountable fits a small roster of long engagements. FreshBooks is the choice when accounting and net-terms invoices matter most. Bonsai suits coaches who also consult by the hour.

What is the best invoicing software for career coaches?

For career coaches who sell programs, Coachful is our pick because invoicing, payment plans, agreements, booking and program delivery share one login. If you only need invoices and bookkeeping, FreshBooks is a strong accounting-first option. If you sell custom proposals, look at HoneyBook.

How should a career coach invoice an employer who pays for an employee's coaching?

Send a manual invoice addressed to the organisation, listing the employee, the package and the sessions or deliverables it covers. Ask in advance whether the company needs a purchase order number or specific payment terms. Keep the invoice on the client's record so you can see what the sponsor has paid for.

Should I offer payment plans for job-search packages?

Many career coaches do, because clients are often between salaries. Two or three installments spread across the program are common. Write what happens to remaining installments if the client lands a job early into your agreement.

How do I stop resume revisions from turning into free work?

State the number of revision rounds in a signed agreement before you start, and price extra rounds as an add-on. Tools that keep the agreement, deliverables and payments on one client record make it easy to check scope before you agree to more.

Does Coachful support PayPal?

No. Coachful takes payments through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, which supports cards plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. If many of your clients need PayPal, Paperbell and CoachAccountable list it as an option.

Does Coachful charge transaction fees?

Coachful has charged a 0% platform fee since August 2026. You pay only Stripe's or Razorpay's processing fees on each payment.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

Every plan includes a free build service: you describe what you want, such as a website, funnel, program or email sequence, attach references and files, and the Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include recording videos, logo design or ad management, and nothing is invented; gaps are left for you to fill.

Is a general invoicing tool enough for a career coaching business?

It is enough for sending invoices and keeping books. It does not book sessions, collect signed coaching agreements, or deliver the weekly goals and check-ins that keep a job search moving, so you will need other tools for those. Count the full stack cost before you decide.

What invoice records should a career coach keep for taxes?

Keep each invoice, the payment record and any refunds, along with expenses. Official guidance such as the IRS recordkeeping pages explains what to keep and for how long in the US. Requirements differ by country and state, so check with an accountant.

Can I try Coachful before paying?

Yes, there is a free trial, and monthly plans cancel in one click. Your clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding.
