The 10 Best Platforms for High-Ticket Coaching, Compared

The 10 Best Platforms for High-Ticket Coaching, Compared

The best platforms for high-ticket coaching are the ones that carry a premium client from the first application to the renewal conversation without dropping them between tools. When a client is paying for a multi-month engagement, every handoff matters: the application form, the strategy call, the agreement, the payment plan, the weekly work between sessions and the moment you notice they have gone quiet. The deciding question is not "which tool has the most features" but "how many logins does my client have to juggle, and where does the follow-through live?"

Our pick is Coachful, because it runs that whole journey in one account: application funnels, booking with intake questions, e-signed agreements, payment plans through your own Stripe account, multi-week programs with check-ins, a community and an AI assistant that briefs you before each call. We make Coachful, so weigh that, and read the nine alternatives below, which are judged on the same stages and with prices as listed in October 2026. Some of them are excellent at one stage and absent at another, and that pattern decides most stacks.

If you are still designing the offer itself, start with our guide to designing, pricing and selling high-ticket coaching, then come back to pick the software.

What does a high-ticket client journey need from software?

It needs four things done well: a way to attract and qualify applicants, a sales process that ends in a signed agreement and a payment plan, delivery that keeps a client working between sessions, and signals that warn you before a client churns. High-ticket coaching differs from session-by-session coaching because the sale is larger, the commitment is longer and the client expects a premium experience at every touchpoint.

Attract: applications, not just opt-ins

Most high-ticket coaches do not want a "buy now" button on a large program. They want an application funnel: a page that explains the offer, a short form that filters for fit, and a booking step for a strategy or discovery call. The platform needs landing pages, form questions you control, pixel and UTM tracking so you know which content produced an applicant, and an email sequence that warms up people who applied but have not booked yet. A lead magnet or webinar funnel feeds the top of this. Our offer creation guide covers what the page should say.

Enroll: the call, the agreement and the payment plan

Enrollment is where generic tools leak money. You need booking pages with buffers and minimum notice (so a hot applicant cannot book a call in twenty minutes when you are unprepared), intake questions on the booking, and video links created automatically. After the call you send an agreement for e-signature and a checkout that supports one-time payment and a payment plan, ideally with a coupon or an order bump for a VIP add-on. Our sales script guide and payment plan guide go deeper on the conversation and the terms.

Deliver: the work between calls

A premium client is not paying for six video calls. They are paying for change, which happens between calls. That means multi-week programs with weekly goals and daily tasks, habit and check-in tracking, a place for documents and recorded sessions, and a group space if you run cohorts or a mastermind. The coach needs one client record that shows goals, notes, payments and session history together, so preparing for a call takes minutes rather than a hunt through four apps.

Retain: renewals, retainers and early warnings

The cheapest high-ticket client to win is the one you already have. Retention needs status signals (who is thriving, who has gone quiet), a community that keeps alumni close, and the ability to move a finishing client onto a subscription or retainer. Read our guides on preventing avoidable churn and structuring a retainer offer for the commercial side.

Which platform covers which stage?

The table below shows how each of the ten platforms handles the four stages, based on what each vendor documents. "Partial" means the stage is possible but needs a second tool for a key step.

How we chose. We started from what high-ticket coaches actually do each week, then shortlisted tools that cover at least one stage well and are commonly used by coaches selling premium programs. Prices and limits come from each vendor's pricing page as listed in October 2026, plus older public profiles where noted. We did not run hands-on tests; we report what vendors document and what public reviewers say. Coaching admin tools that compete directly with Coachful (Paperbell, CoachVantage, CoachAccountable) sit in the middle of the list because they handle enrollment well but leave the attract or deliver stage thin for this audience.

1. Coachful: the whole high-ticket journey in one login

Coachful's intakes screen on a laptop and its agreements tab on a tablet, arranged on a dark oak table
Coachful's intakes screen with demo call metrics on the laptop and the agreements tab on the tablet beside it.

Coachful is the strongest choice for high-ticket coaching because the application, the sales call, the agreement, the payment plan, the program and the community all sit in one account, and the client sees one branded app instead of a pile of links. That matters more at premium prices than anywhere else: a client paying for a multi-month engagement notices every rough edge.

What Coachful is, and who it suits. Coachful is a coaching platform that covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant, with one login for the coach and one branded app for the client. It is built for coaches who deliver programs rather than single sessions, solo coaches growing into a small team, and coaches replacing four to six tools. It is not HIPAA-certified and is not meant for clinical records or insurance billing, it does not take PayPal, and it has no deal board for large sales teams or Salesforce and HubSpot integration. To start, take a free trial and request the free white-glove build described below. Current plans: (Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients).

Attract and qualify applicants

The section-based website builder includes a blog, custom domain, SEO settings and 30 designed homepage templates. Funnels cover booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout flows, with Meta Pixel, GA4 and UTM tracking, so you can see which podcast episode or post produced an applicant. Email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits handle the follow-up for people who applied but have not booked. A link-in-bio page can sell directly for coaches who attract on social media.

Run the strategy call and close the sale

Booking pages support availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook sync. Each call gets built-in video or an auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams link, and you can ask intake questions at booking. Email reminders are standard, with SMS 24 hours before and WhatsApp one hour before once messaging is enabled, which helps reduce no-shows on the calls that matter most. The Intakes page keeps your intake calls in one list with upcoming, converted and conversion-rate figures.

Coachful's Intakes page with demo data: total, upcoming and converted intake calls with a conversion rate, above the call list.

Here is a short walkthrough of how intake calls are tracked:

After a yes, you send a coaching agreement for e-signature before the first call, and it is stored on the client record. Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Stripe Tax, with an invoice per transaction plus manual invoices. Since August 2026 Coachful charges a 0% platform fee, so you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing. See the contracts page and payments page for detail.

Deliver the transformation between sessions

Programs run for as many weeks as you design, with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. Courses (modules, lessons, drip, completion tracking), downloads, videos and AI tools sit in the client's branded home. Enrolling a client in a program creates the cohort group automatically, with a community feed, group chat, direct messages and video events, which suits a mastermind or a cohort-based premium program. Over 40 ready-to-film program templates and 48 course templates help you start.

Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data: it briefs you before sessions, summarizes recorded sessions, drafts emails and content, and can build programs. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. If you want a client to have support between calls, the AI Coach is a version of you, configured by you, that selected clients can chat with. More on the AI coaching assistant page.

Keep clients and spot churn early

Each client record holds goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments, sessions and an AI briefing, and marks the client as thriving, active, quiet or at risk. That status is the early warning a retainer business needs. If you hold an ICF credential or are working toward one, Coachful counts coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports an ICF client coaching log (see ICF hour tracking).

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, choose "We'll build it for you · FREE" and describe what you want: a website, an application funnel, a sales page for your premium offer, a program, an email sequence or something else. You can attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as your logo, brand guide or existing copy. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours, and invents nothing: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. For example, a business mentor for beauty professionals received a 12-week mentorship sales page, a free start-up-guide funnel and rewritten follow-up emails, and a real-estate and money coach got a year-long cohort program with an application form, an eight-page site and a nine-day bootcamp funnel. The service does not record videos, design logos or run ads. Read more about the white-glove build service.

Limits to know. There are no routing forms that pick a host from form answers, which matters if you run a setter and closer team. Affiliate tracking records links, clicks, conversions and revenue, but payouts are recorded manually. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding rather than under your own App Store account. On Trustpilot, Coachful showed 4.5 from 21 reviews in October 2026.

Price. Flat monthly plans; lower plans cap the number of clients and Pro is unlimited, with team plans adding coach seats: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients. Monthly plans cancel in one click.

2. Kajabi: for coaches whose premium offer is built on courses and community

Kajabi homepage hero promoting its platform for selling courses, communities and coaching
Kajabi's homepage in October 2026.

Kajabi is a course, community, website, funnel and email platform for selling knowledge products. For a high-ticket coach, it shines when the premium offer is a signature course plus a private community, sold through a sales funnel. If you are coming from courses, our guide on moving from course creator to high-ticket mentor covers that path.

Where it helps this audience. Landing pages, checkout and email live together, so the attract stage is strong. A course plus a community can carry a cohort program, and the email tools can warm applicants. As listed in October 2026, Basic is $179/month ($143/month billed annually) with 5 products, 2,500 contacts, 1 community, 1 website, 2 admin users and 0 AI credits. Growth is $249/month ($199 annually) with 50 products, 25,000 contacts, 11 admin users and 500 AI credits. Pro is $499/month ($399 annually) with unlimited products, 100,000 contacts, 3 communities and 3 websites.

What it does not do for a premium 1:1 client. Coaching in Kajabi is structured as products and communities, not per-client plans. There is no habit tracking or daily client check-in, so the between-session accountability that justifies a high fee has to come from somewhere else. Per-client coaching plans and e-signed agreements are not part of what Kajabi documents, so a coach selling private engagements typically adds a scheduler and a contract tool, which brings back the multi-login problem.

Fees and trial. Kajabi Payments in the US charges 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, 2.8% + $0.30 on Growth and 2.7% + $0.30 on Pro. Using another processor (other than PayPal) adds a Kajabi fee of 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth or 0.5% on Pro on top of the provider's fees, which adds up on large program payments. The standard trial is 14 days per Kajabi's help center; a card is optional, and if you enter one Kajabi places an authorization hold and charges when the trial ends. Some features, including bulk contact import and test emails, stay locked until you activate a paid plan.

Reputation. Trustpilot showed 3.4 from 2,347 reviews in October 2026.

Pick it over Coachful if your premium offer is mostly a course and a community, you rarely run individual programs with daily tasks, and you want a large marketing toolkit with up to 100,000 contacts on the top plan.

3. HoneyBook: for coaches who sell with proposals and need tight paperwork

HoneyBook homepage hero describing its client management platform for service businesses
HoneyBook's homepage in October 2026.

HoneyBook is a client-management CRM for service businesses, built around proposals, contracts, invoices, a scheduler and a client portal. A high-ticket coach who sells corporate or VIP-day packages with a formal proposal will like how cleanly it turns "yes" into a signed contract and a payment schedule.

The enrollment stage, done well. HoneyBook bundles the proposal, the agreement and the invoice into one flow, which mirrors how a premium engagement is often sold. Lead forms capture inquiries: Starter allows 2 live lead forms, Essentials 10, Premium unlimited. The scheduler and automations are not on Starter; they start on Essentials.

The delivery gap. There are no programs, courses, habits, check-ins or community. Once the contract is signed, the actual coaching has to live in another tool, and the client has two places to log in. For a coach whose value is the work between sessions, that is a serious gap.

Prices as listed in October 2026. Starter is $29/month billed annually (the monthly price was not shown), Essentials $59/month ($49 annually) with up to 2 team members, and Premium $129/month ($109 annually) with unlimited team members and multiple companies. Prices rose in February 2025 from $19, $39 and $79 to $36, $59 and $129 monthly, according to an older public profile. A 30-day trial without a credit card is listed in the pricing FAQ.

Payments. HoneyBook is the processor, and you cannot bring your own Stripe account. Card fees on the pricing page conflict: the FAQ says 2.7% + 10¢ while the plan comparison shows 2.9% + 25¢. ACH is 1.5%, and instant deposit costs 1%. Premium accounts over $500k a year may qualify for discounted rates. On Trustpilot it showed 4.1 from 748 reviews in October 2026.

Pick it over Coachful if you sell to companies with formal proposals, you want HoneyBook's own payment processing and ACH, and you are happy to deliver the coaching in a separate tool.

4. Coaches Console: the long-standing business system with a premium entry price

Coaches Console homepage hero describing its business system for coaches
Coaches Console's homepage in October 2026.

Coaches Console is one of the older coach business systems, bundling a CRM, calendar, website, client portal, email and invoicing, with courses on its higher plan. It positions itself as a complete back office, which appeals to established coaches who want one vendor and do not mind paying for it.

How it serves the four stages. The website and email cover attract. The calendar and invoicing handle enrollment. The client portal and, on Total, courses cover part of delivery. Habit tracking, daily check-ins and automatically created cohort groups are not among the features in our profile, so the between-session layer is lighter than in a program-first tool.

What it costs. As listed in October 2026, the Core Console System is $197/month ($166.42/month billed annually) for a single coach account, with client limits not specified. The Total Console System is $297/month ($249.75 annually) with unlimited products and courses. That is the highest entry price among the coaching admin tools in this list. There are no setup fees.

Trial and risk. There is no free trial. Billing details are required at signup, and the vendor offers a 100% money-back guarantee within the first 30 days. For a high-ticket coach that is workable, but it means you are paying before you have tested the client side.

What reviewers mention. In our September 2026 profile, reviewers described the interface as dated. That matters for premium clients, who judge the experience by what they see on their screen.

Pick it over Coachful if you want a long-established vendor, you prefer a traditional CRM-style back office, and the 30-day money-back guarantee is enough reassurance for you without a trial.

5. Paperbell: simple admin for 1:1 premium packages

Paperbell homepage hero describing its all-in-one admin tool for coaches
Paperbell's homepage in October 2026.

Paperbell is an all-in-one admin tool for solo coaches: booking, packages, payments, contracts, a client portal and a simple website, at one price per coach. For a high-ticket coach who sells a small number of 1:1 packages and delivers mostly through calls, that simplicity is the point.

Why it fits a premium 1:1 practice. Packages, contracts and payments work together, so a prospect can buy a package, sign and book in one flow. Clients, sessions, files, packages and traffic are unlimited, so a growing roster does not raise the bill.

Why it falls short for programs. Our older profile notes no courses or LMS, no community, and no goal or habit tracking. There is no native mobile app; clients use the mobile browser. If your premium offer includes a cohort, a curriculum or daily accountability, you will need extra tools.

Price and trial as listed in October 2026. One plan at $97/month, or $80.83/month billed annually. The pricing page has a "Try For Free" button but does not state the trial length; Paperbell's help center in July 2026 described a 7-day trial with the public site offline and client messages and SMS turned off. There is a 30-day money-back guarantee. Paperbell states "no additional transaction fees", with Stripe or PayPal processor fees applying. Trustpilot showed 3.5 from 14 reviews in October 2026.

Where it lands for high-ticket work. Paperbell handles enrollment for individual packages cleanly, and its unlimited-client pricing is predictable. The trade-off is that attract and deliver are thin, so a coach selling an application-based program usually adds a funnel tool and a delivery tool.

Pick it over Coachful if you sell only 1:1 session packages, you want PayPal as a payment option, and you do not need programs, courses or a community.

Which one looks like you?

6. CoachVantage: per-coach pricing with group programs and e-signatures

CoachVantage homepage hero describing its coaching practice management software
CoachVantage's homepage in October 2026.

CoachVantage is coaching practice management software: CRM, scheduling, contracts with e-signature, invoices, a client portal, group programs and small courses. It is priced per coach with unlimited contacts and engagements, which keeps costs flat as a premium roster grows.

The sales side. Booking pages, sales pages and e-signatures support enrollment. On the Clarity plan these are capped: 2 group programs, 2 sales pages, 2 booking pages, 4 e-signatures a month, 2 contract templates and 2 courses, with 500 MB of storage. Aha! lifts the caps on group programs (with cohorts), sales pages, booking pages and e-signatures, and allows 5 contract templates, 5 courses and 1 GB.

The cap that matters. Four e-signatures a month on Clarity is fine for a coach enrolling two or three premium clients monthly, but it pinches during a launch. A cohort enrollment of ten clients would push you to Aha!.

Prices as listed in October 2026. Clarity is $39/month ($35 billed annually) and Aha! $59/month ($53 annually). A 14-day trial without a credit card is offered. CoachVantage states "no commissions on the revenue you earn", with Stripe or PayPal fees applying.

Gaps for this audience. Our older profile lists no team or multi-coach features, so a coach adding an associate would need another solution. The built-in video tool (CVMeet) has been reported as weak, and many users still run calls in Zoom. There are no habits or daily check-ins documented.

Pick it over Coachful if you want low per-coach pricing with unlimited contacts, you deliver mainly through calls and a few group programs, and you will never need a second coach seat.

7. CoachAccountable: deep accountability tools, priced per active client

CoachAccountable homepage hero describing its coaching back-office software
CoachAccountable's homepage in October 2026.

CoachAccountable is a coaching back office built around sessions, action plans, metrics, worksheets, courses, invoicing and agreements. Trustpilot showed 4.8 from 47 reviews in October 2026, the highest rating among the coaching admin tools in this list.

Strong on delivery. Action plans and metrics give a high-ticket client a clear sense of progress, and worksheets and courses add structure between calls. Agreements and invoicing cover the paperwork after a sale.

Weak on attract. Our older profile lists no landing pages, website or marketing automation, so the whole application funnel lives elsewhere. There is no native mobile app. CoachAccountable also states it is not HIPAA compliant, according to that profile.

Pricing scales with active clients. As listed in October 2026: Starter $20/month for 2 active clients, Level 1 $40 for 5, Level 2 $70 for 10, Level 3 $120 for 20, Level 4 $250 for 50 and Level 5 $400 for 100. That is reasonable for a small 1:1 roster, but a mastermind or cohort counts each member, so a 40-person group program lands on Level 4. A 30-day trial with no credit card and no limits is offered. Transaction fees are not stated on the pricing page; processor fees apply.

Who it suits. A coach with a dozen premium 1:1 clients who loves metrics and structured action plans will find a lot here, provided marketing runs in another tool.

Pick it over Coachful if you have a small roster, you want very granular action plans and metrics, and you already have a website and funnel you are happy with.

8. Mighty Networks: for masterminds and community-led premium programs

Mighty Networks homepage hero describing its community, course and events platform
Mighty Networks' homepage in October 2026.

Mighty Networks is a community, course and events platform with Mighty-branded member apps. For a high-ticket coach running a mastermind or an alumni community, it offers a member space built around livestreams, courses and events. Our guide to moving from group coaching to a mastermind explains when that model fits.

The group layer. Spaces, courses and livestreams give a premium cohort a home. Launch includes 3 hosts, 10 moderators, 200 GB of storage and 20 hours of livestream a month for up to 100 attendees. Scale raises that to 5 hosts, 500 GB and 30 hours for 200 attendees.

The 1:1 gap. There is no 1:1 scheduling, invoicing or contracts, and no per-client habits, check-ins or private coaching plans. A high-ticket coach who mixes a mastermind with private calls needs a separate scheduler and contract tool. Your own branded apps are only on the custom-priced Mighty Pro plan.

Prices and fees as listed in October 2026. Launch is $95/month ($79 annually), Scale $215/month ($179 annually) and Growth $354/month billed annually. Mighty takes a platform fee of 2% on Launch, 1% on Scale and 0.5% on Growth and Mighty Pro, plus Stripe processing. On a large program payment, that 2% is real money. A 14-day trial without a credit card includes Growth plan features. Trustpilot showed 3.3 from 219 reviews in October 2026.

Pick it over Coachful if your premium offer is primarily a large community or mastermind with frequent livestreams, and private 1:1 delivery is a small part of the business.

9. Systeme.io: the budget funnel engine

Systeme.io homepage hero describing its all-in-one marketing platform
Systeme.io's homepage in October 2026.

Systeme.io is a low-cost marketing suite with funnels, email, courses, community, a blog and an affiliate program. For a coach testing a high-ticket offer on a tight budget, it covers the attract stage for very little money.

Funnels without the bill. The Free plan includes 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course, 500 students, 1 blog, 1 custom domain, 1 automation rule and 1 email campaign. Startup at $17/month raises that to 5,000 contacts, 10 funnels and 5 courses. Webinar at $47/month allows 10,000 contacts, 50 funnels and 20 courses, and Unlimited at $97/month removes caps on contacts, funnels, courses and automation rules. Systeme.io lists 0% transaction fees on every plan, including Free, with only Stripe or PayPal processing.

What breaks after the sale. Our older profile notes no native 1:1 scheduling with client records, habits or check-ins, and describes the community and course features as basic, with no branded mobile app. A premium client who has just paid a large sum lands in a basic course area, and the strategy call still needs a separate booking tool.

Reputation. Trustpilot showed 4.9 from 8,696 reviews in October 2026, which reflects how well it serves its core audience of budget marketers.

Pick it over Coachful if you are validating a high-ticket offer with almost no budget, the funnel is all you need right now, and you will move delivery elsewhere once clients arrive.

10. Calendly: the strategy-call scheduler

Calendly homepage hero describing its scheduling platform
Calendly's homepage in October 2026.

Calendly is a scheduling tool: booking pages, reminders and workflows, and paid bookings. In a high-ticket stack it usually has one role: the discovery or strategy call booking link.

The one job it does. Booking pages with questions, calendar connections and paid bookings through your own Stripe or PayPal account. Calendly does not document a fee on payments.

Everything it leaves out. No client records, notes, programs, habits or check-ins, no intake questionnaires beyond booking questions, and no contracts or invoicing. After the call, everything else happens in other tools.

Prices as listed in October 2026. The Free plan has 1 event type and 1 calendar connection. Standard is $10 per seat per month billed annually, with up to 6 calendar connections and unlimited event types. Teams is $16 per seat per month billed annually, and Teams Plus $24. Enterprise starts at $15k a year with a 50-seat minimum. Monthly prices were not shown on the page. Pricing is per seat, so a coach with a setter or associate pays twice. Trustpilot showed 4.1 from 714 reviews in October 2026.

Pick it over Coachful if you only need a booking link for sales calls and already run delivery, payments and contracts in tools you like.

How do all-in-one and assembled stacks compare on cost?

An all-in-one platform usually costs less than an assembled stack once you price every tool a high-ticket client journey needs. The recipes below use list prices as listed in October 2026 and exclude card processing, which you pay in every option.

StackToolsMonthly list priceLogins for the client
Coachful (all-in-one)Website, funnels, booking, agreements, payments, programs, community, emailSolo: $49/month for up to 20 clientsOne branded app
Course creator stackKajabi Growth + Calendly Standard + HoneyBook Essentials$249 + $10 (annual) + $59 = $318, plus Kajabi Payments feesTwo or three
Admin plus community stackPaperbell + Mighty Networks Launch + Systeme.io Startup (email and funnels)$97 + $95 + $17 = $209, plus Mighty's 2% feeTwo
Budget stackSysteme.io Startup + Calendly Standard + CoachVantage Clarity$17 + $10 (annual) + $39 = $66Two
Accountability stackSysteme.io Webinar + CoachAccountable Level 3 (20 clients)$47 + $120 = $167One to two

The budget stack looks cheap, but it hides the work: you connect three tools, maintain three sets of branding and explain three logins to clients paying premium fees. Every assembled stack also needs Zapier or manual copying to keep client records in sync.

What does each platform cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?

High-ticket rosters are small, so client-capped plans matter. A 40-client column reflects a coach running a cohort or mastermind on top of 1:1 work.

Platform5 clients15 clients40 clients
CoachfulLite: $29/month for up to 5 clientsSolo: $49/month for up to 20 clientsPro: $99/month with unlimited clients
Kajabi (Basic)$179$179$179
HoneyBook (Essentials, needed for the scheduler)$59$59$59
Coaches Console (Core)$197$197$197
Paperbell$97$97$97
CoachVantage (Clarity or Aha!)$39$39 to $59$59

Mighty Networks (Launch)$95 + 2% fee$95 + 2% fee$95 + 2% fee
Systeme.io (Startup)$17$17$17

Remember that the single-purpose tools in this table (HoneyBook, Mighty Networks, Systeme.io, Calendly) cover only one or two stages, so their price is a component of a stack, not a total.

How would a high-ticket coach set this up in Coachful?

A typical setup takes a few working sessions, or less if you hand the build to the white-glove team. Here is the order we suggest for a coach selling a premium 1:1 or small-cohort program.

A client's My Coaching progress page on a monitor next to a goal page with daily momentum tasks on a laptop
The client side of a demo Coachful program: the My Coaching progress page on the monitor and a goal's daily momentum section on the laptop.
  1. Request the build. From Create, choose "We'll build it for you" and describe your premium offer, your ideal client and the application process. Attach your logo, brand guide and any existing sales copy.
  2. Set up the application funnel. Use an application funnel: a sales page, a short application form with qualifying questions, then a booking step. Add your Meta Pixel and GA4 so you can see which channel brings applicants. More on the funnel software page.
  3. Configure the strategy call. Create a booking page with buffers, minimum notice and intake questions, connect your calendar and choose built-in video or an auto-created Zoom link. Enable messaging so SMS and WhatsApp reminders go out.
  4. Build the offer. Create the offer with a one-time price and a payment plan, add a coupon for a founding cohort if you use one, and an order bump for a VIP add-on. Connect your Stripe account and turn on Stripe Tax if you need it; check with an accountant on which taxes apply to your sales.
  5. Attach the agreement. Upload your coaching agreement so it is sent for e-signature before the first call. Have an attorney review the terms, especially cancellation and refund clauses on payment plans.
  6. Design the program. Start from a program template or ask Michelle to draft one, then set weekly goals, daily tasks, habits and morning or evening check-ins. Enrollment creates the cohort group automatically.
  7. Write the follow-up. Add an email sequence for applicants who did not book, and another for new clients covering their first two weeks.
  8. Watch status weekly. Review clients marked quiet or at risk before each week starts, and read Michelle's briefing before each session.
  9. Plan the renewal. Before the program ends, offer a retainer as a subscription. Our guide to managing scope creep in retainers covers what to include.

How do you migrate a high-ticket practice without losing clients?

Move in stages, keep active payment plans running until they are safely transferred, and tell clients what will change before it changes. A premium client tolerates a new app; they do not tolerate a missed payment reminder or a lost session note.

  • Export everything first. Pull client lists, notes, agreements and course content from your current tools before you cancel anything.
  • Use the import help. Coachful imports clients, programs and content for you during onboarding, so you do not rebuild the roster by hand.
  • Do not cancel during a payment plan. Ask your current vendor how running plans and subscriptions are handled when you leave, and keep the old account until the last installment is settled or recreated.
  • Move the website last. Build and test the new site and funnels on a draft, then point your custom domain when the application flow works end to end. Coachful also offers an Import website option.
  • Reconnect calendars once. Connect Google, Apple/iCloud or Outlook in the new tool and disconnect the old scheduler so you do not get double bookings.
  • Brief clients in a short message. Tell them where to log in, what stays the same and when the old portal closes.
  • Know your exit. Coachful exports full client data as a ZIP (roster, notes, check-ins, goals, habits, sessions, form responses), so you are never locked in.

Which platform should a high-ticket coach choose?

Choose Coachful if you want the application, the sale, the agreement, the program and the retention signals in one place with one branded app for your clients. Of the ten tools here, it covers all four stages most completely without a second login, and the free white-glove build removes most of the setup effort. Compare it with other options on our comparison hub or the broader coaching platform overview.

Choose Kajabi if your premium tier is mostly a course and community. Choose HoneyBook if you sell with formal proposals and deliver elsewhere. Choose Paperbell or CoachVantage for simple 1:1 package admin, and CoachAccountable for detailed action plans on a small roster. Choose Mighty Networks for a large mastermind, Systeme.io to test a funnel on almost no budget, and Calendly when you only need a sales-call link. For more on fees across platforms, see our list of coaching platforms with no transaction fees.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best platform for high-ticket coaching?

Coachful is our pick because it covers attract, enroll, deliver and retain in one account, with application funnels, e-signed agreements, payment plans and programs with check-ins. Kajabi is a strong choice if your offer is course-led. Your best fit depends on whether your premium value is delivered through calls, a curriculum or a community.

Do I need a separate CRM for high-ticket coaching sales?

Not for a solo coach or a small team. Coachful tracks prospects, intake calls and client records in one place. If you run a large sales team with setters and closers and need a multi-stage deal board or Salesforce or HubSpot integration, a dedicated CRM is the better choice; see our coaching CRM roundup.

Can I offer payment plans on a high-ticket program?

Yes, most platforms here support them in some form. In Coachful, payment plans, subscriptions, coupons and order bumps run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, with no platform fee on top of processing. Put the terms in your agreement and check local consumer rules with an attorney.

Which platform works best for a mastermind?

Mighty Networks has the deepest community and livestream features, but no 1:1 scheduling or contracts. Coachful creates a cohort group automatically when clients enroll in a program, with a feed, group chat and video events, so a mastermind can sit next to private coaching. See our group coaching software page.

Is Coachful HIPAA-compliant for health-focused premium coaching?

No. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not suited to clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. Coaching is not treatment; if a client needs medical or mental health care, refer them to a licensed professional.

What does the Coachful white-glove service include?

It is a free build service on every plan. You describe what you need, such as a website, an application funnel, a sales page or a program, attach up to 8 links and 10 files, and the team builds it in your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include recording videos, logo design or ad management.

Is Calendly enough for booking high-ticket strategy calls?

For the booking itself, often yes. The limit is everything after the call: Calendly has no client records, contracts or invoicing, so you will add tools for the agreement, payment and delivery. A platform that books the call and holds the client record avoids copying data between apps.

Why does per-client pricing matter for high-ticket coaches?

Tools like CoachAccountable charge by active client, which is affordable for a small 1:1 roster but rises fast when you add a cohort. A 40-person group program on CoachAccountable lands on the $250 Level 4 plan as listed in October 2026. Check how a tool counts clients before you launch a group offer.

Can I track ICF coaching hours while running a premium practice?

Coachful counts coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports an ICF client coaching log with paid and pro bono hours. That saves keeping a separate spreadsheet if you are working toward a credential.

How long does it take to switch platforms?

It depends on how many tools you are replacing and how many active payment plans you have. Coachful imports clients, programs and content during onboarding, and the white-glove team can build the site and funnels, which shortens the work. Keep your old tool open until running payment plans are settled.
