Best Software for Interview Coaches in 2026 (7 Compared)

Best Software for Interview Coaches in 2026 (7 Compared)

The best software for interview coaches is the one that gets a nervous candidate from "my interview is on Thursday" to a booked, paid, prepared mock session in a few minutes, then keeps them practising until the real thing. So the deciding question is not "which tool has the most features?" It is "where does my client go between mock interviews, and how many logins do they need to get there?"

For most interview coaches, our pick is Coachful. It puts booking with minimum-notice rules, paid session packs, a signed coaching agreement, a prep program with daily practice tasks and check-ins, and your own question bank into one branded client app, with one login for you. We make Coachful, so weigh that, but the comparison below states what each vendor documents and where each one is the better choice. If you only need a booking link, a cheaper scheduling tool may be enough, and we say so.

This guide compares seven tools, shows what each costs at 5, 15 and 40 clients, and walks through a full interview-prep setup step by step. If your work is broader career change rather than interview performance, our guides to software for career coaches and career transition coaches cover that ground.

What does an interview coach actually need from software?

An interview coach needs fast booking under deadline pressure, a simple way to sell packs of mock interviews, and somewhere for candidates to practise between sessions. Everything else is secondary to those three jobs.

Interview coaching has a shape that differs from most coaching. Engagements are short and urgent. A candidate often finds you after landing a first-round interview, with days, not months, to prepare. A typical arc runs like this:

  1. Discovery. The candidate finds you through a referral, a social post or a search, and books a short intro call or buys a pack straight away.
  2. Intake. You need the target role, company, interview format (behavioural, case, technical, panel), the date of the interview and a copy of the job description before the first session.
  3. Agreement and payment. A short coaching agreement sets scope, cancellation and confidentiality, and the client pays for one session or a pack.
  4. Mock interviews. Two to five sessions, often recorded, where you play the interviewer and debrief afterwards.
  5. Between-session practice. The candidate rewrites answers, drafts stories in a structure such as the STAR method (situation, task, action, result), and rehearses aloud.
  6. Debrief and next round. After the real interview, the client books again for the next round, an offer conversation or a different role.

Software decisions follow that arc. Booking has to respect your minimum notice while still letting a candidate grab a slot two days out. Packs of mock interviews need session credits, so a client pays once and books three times. The between-session step is where most tool stacks fall apart: the candidate gets a Google Doc of questions in one place, a booking link in another and a payment receipt in a third, and the practice plan quietly stops.

Many interview coaches also run a group format, such as a cohort for new graduates or a workshop series for people returning to work, and some take referrals from outplacement firms or HR teams that want an invoice rather than a card checkout. If any of that is on your roadmap, check group programs and manual invoicing now rather than migrating later. Wikipedia's overview of the job interview is a useful reminder of how many formats your clients may face, from structured behavioural rounds to panel and case interviews.

Scope and confidentiality. Interview coaching is performance coaching, not therapy and not legal advice. If a client's anxiety is severe or affects daily life, refer them to a licensed mental health professional. If they ask about an employment contract, a non-compete or a visa, refer them to an employment or immigration attorney. Candidates also share details about employers and sometimes confidential material from current jobs, so put confidentiality in your agreement. Before recording mock sessions, get the client's consent in writing; recording consent rules vary by location, so check with an attorney where you practise. The ICF Core Competencies are a sound reference for agreements and ethical boundaries even if you are not credentialed.

Which interview coaching tools are on the list, at a glance?

Here is the ranking in one table, with prices as listed in October 2026 for every vendor except Coachful, where the cell shows current plans.

Ranking criteria: one login for the whole client journey, between-session practice delivery, total stack cost at 15 clients, and setup effort (including any done-for-you build).

How did we choose and rank these tools?

We ranked tools against one concrete practice, then checked each vendor's own documentation and pricing page as listed in October 2026. We did not run hands-on tests; where we mention limits, they come from vendor pages or what public reviewers report.

The example practice: a solo interview coach with 15 active clients at any one time. Most buy a three-session mock interview pack; a few buy single sessions before a final round. Four times a year the coach runs a four-week group program for recent graduates, about 12 people each. The coach wants intake answers before the first call, an agreement signed before any recording, payment upfront, reminders that reduce no-shows, and a daily practice routine for every client between sessions. They also want a simple website and a way to email past clients when hiring season picks up.

That scenario rewards tools that cover the client journey end to end and penalises stacks where the coach pays for, and the client logs into, four separate products. We also looked at how cost changes as the practice grows to 40 clients, because per-client pricing can turn a cheap start into an expensive year.

Direct coaching-admin tools (Paperbell and CoachAccountable) are strong products and sit mid-table because they cover admin well but leave practice delivery, marketing or both to other tools. Calendly ranks second because, for many new interview coaches, a reliable booking link plus a document folder is the honest minimum, and it costs very little. If you are just starting out, our guide to coaching software for new coaches covers that stage in more detail.

1. Coachful: the best overall software for interview coaches

Coachful is a coaching platform where one subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. Coaches get one login; clients get one app with the coach's branding. It is built for coaches who deliver programs rather than isolated sessions, solo coaches growing into a small team, and coaches replacing four to six tools. For an interview coach, that means the mock interview, the practice plan and the next booking all live in the same place the candidate already opens.

Coachful's client coaching hub, with the next session and pre-session work, on a laptop beside a notebook of practice answers.

Booking and paying under deadline pressure

Booking pages support availability rules, buffers between sessions, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way sync to Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendars. Each session gets built-in video or an automatically created Zoom, Google Meet or Teams link. Reminders go by email, and once messaging is enabled, by SMS 24 hours before and WhatsApp one hour before, which matters when a candidate is juggling a real interview schedule. You can add intake questions to the booking itself, so the target role, interview date and job description link arrive before the first mock.

For mock interview packs, use paid sessions and session credits: the client buys a three-session pack once and books each mock as they need it. Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, with one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and an invoice per transaction. Manual invoices cover the outplacement firm or HR team that wants to pay for a candidate. Coachful charges a 0% platform fee on client payments (since August 2026); only Stripe or Razorpay processing applies.

Here is a short walkthrough of how scheduling works inside Coachful:

Agreements before anything is recorded

Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and are stored on the client record, which is the right place for your confidentiality and recording-consent clauses. The client record also holds goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, plus an AI briefing per client and a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk. If a candidate goes quiet three days before their final round, you see it. More on agreements is on our coaching contracts page.

The part most stacks miss: practice between mocks

Programs in Coachful run over multiple weeks with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. For interview prep, a two-week sprint might set a daily task of drafting one STAR story, a habit of rehearsing two answers aloud, and an evening check-in asking how confident the client feels about each competency. You can attach your own question bank as a download, a worksheet for story drafting, or a short course of videos you record on how to answer common question types, with modules, drip and completion tracking.

Group formats are covered too. Enrolling clients in a program automatically creates a cohort group, with a community feed, group chat, direct messages and video events for group calls and workshops. That fits a graduate cohort or a quarterly "interview bootcamp" well. See group coaching software for how cohorts work.

Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from live practice data. It can build a program outline, draft follow-up emails, summarise recorded sessions and brief you before a session, so you walk into the second mock knowing what the client struggled with in the first. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. Separately, the AI Coach is an AI version of you that selected clients can chat with between sessions, configured by you. If you hold or are working toward an ICF credential, Coachful also counts coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports an ICF client coaching log (ICF hour tracking).

Getting found, and getting rebooked

Interview coaching is seasonal and referral-heavy, so marketing tools matter more than they first appear. Coachful includes a section-based website builder with a blog, custom domain, SEO settings and 30 designed homepage templates, plus booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels with pixel and UTM tracking, and a link-in-bio page that sells. Email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits let you follow up with past clients when they start a new job search.

Limits to know before you choose it

Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and offers no BAA, so it is not for clinical records or insurance billing. There is no PayPal and no permanent free plan. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. There is no Salesforce or HubSpot integration and no routing form that picks a host from form answers, which matters only if you run a large team. Lower plans cap the number of clients; Pro is unlimited, and team plans add coach seats (Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). Monthly plans cancel in one click, and there is a free trial.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can open Create > We'll build it for you · FREE and describe what you want: a website, a funnel, a mock interview offer page, a two-week prep program, a course outline, an intake form or a STAR story worksheet, an email sequence and more. Attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as your logo, photos and existing copy. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. It does not include recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. For example, a leadership coach with a website renewal days away got one clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button, and a business mentor got a 12-week mentorship sales page and rewritten follow-up emails. Details are in our white-glove service guide.

2. Calendly: the lean choice if you only need a booking link

Calendly does one job: it gives a candidate a link, shows your open times and puts the booking on your calendar. For a brand-new interview coach who takes payment by invoice and sends prep notes by email, that may be all the software you need in month one.

Calendly homepage showing its scheduling product pitch and sign-up buttons
Calendly's homepage in October 2026.

As listed in October 2026, Calendly offers booking pages, reminder and follow-up workflows, and paid bookings through your own connected Stripe or PayPal account, with no Calendly fee on payments documented. Booking questions let you ask for the role and interview date, though the vendor offers no fuller intake questionnaires. The Free plan includes one event type and one calendar connection. Standard is $10 per seat per month billed annually (the monthly price was not shown on the pricing page) and allows up to six calendar connections and unlimited event types. Teams is $16 per seat billed annually, with per-seat discounts at higher seat counts.

The gaps show up as soon as a client buys more than one session. Calendly has no client records, notes, programs, habits or check-ins, and no contracts or invoicing. Your mock interview pack, your agreement, your question bank and your follow-up all live somewhere else, and pricing is per seat, so each coach on a team pays separately. Our calendar scheduling guide compares it with other booking tools.

Pick it over Coachful if you coach a handful of single sessions a month, already have a document and payment routine you like, and want the cheapest possible booking link until demand is proven.

3. Stan Store: for coaches who sell from a social profile

Plenty of interview coaches find clients on LinkedIn, TikTok or Instagram, where a link-in-bio storefront converts better than a full website. Stan Store is built for exactly that: a single page that sells paid calls, digital products, courses and memberships.

Stan Store homepage showing its link-in-bio creator storefront pitch
Stan Store's homepage in October 2026.

Stan Store lists two plans as of October 2026: Creator at $29 a month ($25 billed annually) with unlimited products and customers in one store, and Creator Pro at $99 a month ($79 annually). Stan takes no fee on sales ("keep 100% of every sale"); standard Stripe or PayPal processing applies. A 14-day free trial is available on either plan, and the first month is charged when it ends, per the help center. For an interview coach, the obvious products are a paid mock interview call and a downloadable question guide by role.

The trade-off is depth. Email marketing, upsells, discount codes and affiliates sit only on Creator Pro. Stan Store has no contracts, invoices or client records and is not a CRM. It offers no programs with client tasks, habits or check-ins, so the between-session practice plan has to live elsewhere, and no team seats are advertised. It is a strong front door, not a practice.

Pick it over Coachful if most of your revenue comes from low-priced digital interview guides sold to a social audience, and one-to-one coaching is a small add-on you are happy to manage by hand.

Which one looks like you?

4. Paperbell: tidy admin for solo coaches

Paperbell is a coaching-admin tool for solo coaches: booking, packages, payments, contracts, a client portal and a simple website under one price. For an interview coach who mainly sells session packs, it covers the paperwork side cleanly.

Paperbell homepage showing its all-in-one coaching admin pitch
Paperbell's homepage in October 2026.

Its single plan was listed at $97 a month ($80.83 billed annually) in October 2026, with unlimited clients, sessions, files, packages and traffic. Paperbell states "no additional transaction fees", with Stripe or PayPal processor fees applying. There is a "Try For Free" button, though the trial length is not on the pricing page; an older help-center profile (July 2026) described a 7-day trial with the public site offline and client messaging and SMS turned off during it. A 30-day money-back guarantee is offered. Trustpilot showed 3.5 from 14 reviews on 25 October 2026.

The limits matter for interview prep specifically. According to its older profile, Paperbell has no courses or LMS, no community and no goal or habit tracking, so your daily STAR practice and any graduate cohort need a second tool. It also has no native mobile app; clients use a mobile browser. Pricing is per coach, so a second coach means a second subscription. Our Paperbell alternatives page goes further.

Pick it over Coachful if you want a flat price with unlimited clients, you will never run programs or groups, and PayPal checkout is a must for your clients.

5. CoachAccountable: structured accountability, priced per client

CoachAccountable is a long-running coaching back office with a strong focus on accountability: sessions, action plans, metrics, worksheets, courses, invoicing and agreements. Coaches who like to assign a precise list of preparation actions after each mock will find that model familiar.

CoachAccountable homepage showing its coaching back office pitch
CoachAccountable's homepage in October 2026.

Pricing is by active client, as listed in October 2026: Starter $20 a month for 2 active clients, Level 1 $40 for 5, Level 2 $70 for 10, Level 3 $120 for 20, Level 4 $250 for 50 and Level 5 $400 for 100. A 30-day trial requires no credit card. Transaction fees are not stated on the pricing page; an older profile lists Stripe, Square and PayPal as processors. Trustpilot showed 4.8 from 47 reviews on 25 October 2026, the highest rating among the tools here that have one.

Per-client pricing is the catch for interview coaches. A graduate cohort of 12 counts as 12 active clients on top of your one-to-one roster, so group work gets expensive fast. The older profile also notes no native mobile app and no landing pages, website or marketing automation, and the company states it is not HIPAA compliant. See CoachAccountable alternatives for more options.

Pick it over Coachful if you keep a small, steady roster of one-to-one clients, your method depends on detailed action plans and tracked metrics, and you already have a website and email tool you like.

6. HoneyBook: proposals and invoices for corporate work

Some interview coaches earn most of their income from organisations: an outplacement firm placing laid-off staff, a university careers office or an HR team preparing internal candidates. HoneyBook is a client-management CRM for service businesses, with proposals, contracts, invoices, a scheduler and a client portal, which suits that B2B pattern.

HoneyBook homepage showing its client management CRM pitch
HoneyBook's homepage in October 2026.

As listed in October 2026, Starter is $29 a month billed annually (the monthly price was not shown) with unlimited clients and projects and two live lead forms. Essentials is $59 a month ($49 annually) for up to two team members, and Premium is $129 a month ($109 annually). There is a 30-day trial with no credit card. HoneyBook is itself the payment processor: card fees appear as "2.7% + 10¢" in the FAQ but "2.9% + 25¢" in the plan comparison, so confirm before you sign up; ACH is 1.5%. Trustpilot showed 4.1 from 748 reviews on 25 October 2026.

For candidate-facing work it is thin. HoneyBook has no programs, courses, habits, check-ins or community, the scheduler and automations are not on Starter, and payments must run through HoneyBook's own processing. An older profile notes that prices rose in February 2025.

Pick it over Coachful if nearly all your work is sold to organisations through proposals and invoices, and candidates rarely need anything from you between sessions.

7. Acuity Scheduling: booking with intake forms and packages

Acuity Scheduling, owned by Squarespace, sits one step above a plain booking link. It supports intake forms, packages and memberships on the booking page, so a candidate can buy a three-mock pack and answer your intake questions in one flow.

Acuity Scheduling homepage showing its appointment booking pitch
Acuity Scheduling's homepage in October 2026.

The October 2026 pricing page lists Starter at $20 a month ($16 annually) for one calendar, Standard at $34 ($27 annually) for up to six calendars and Premium at $69 ($55 annually) for up to 36. Every plan has a 7-day trial with no credit card. Acuity adds no fee of its own; your Stripe, Square, PayPal or Venmo rates apply. Text reminders start on Standard. Trustpilot showed 3.6 from 687 reviews on 25 October 2026.

Beyond the booking page, there is little for prep delivery: no client portal for programs, habits, check-ins or messaging, and no courses, community, website builder or email marketing. If you build on Squarespace already, Acuity fits neatly next to it; if not, you will still need a site, an agreement tool and somewhere for practice plans. More scheduling options are on our scheduling software for coaches page.

Pick it over Coachful if your website is on Squarespace, you sell mock interview packs with intake forms, and you send practice material by email without tracking it.

How do the features compare side by side?

Coachful is the only tool here that covers every row an interview coach typically needs. "Partial" means the feature exists with a notable limit; "Not listed" means the vendor's materials we reviewed did not document it.

What will each tool cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?

Single-purpose tools look cheap until you add the other tools they need. The table shows each vendor's own list price as of October 2026 for the plan that covers each client count; the note column flags what you would still have to buy.

Tool5 clients15 clients40 clientsWhat you still need
CoachfulLite: $29/month for up to 5 clientsSolo: $49/month for up to 20 clientsPro: $99/month with unlimited clientsNothing for the scenario above

Acuity Scheduling$20/mo$20/mo ($34/mo for SMS)$20/mo ($34/mo for SMS)Contracts, portal, programs, website, email

Two patterns stand out. Per-client pricing (CoachAccountable) scales fastest, and group cohorts count against the cap. Flat-priced single-purpose tools stay cheap only as long as you are willing to pay for, and manage, the missing pieces separately. Card processing fees are extra on every tool and are not included above.

How would you set up an interview coaching practice in Coachful?

The setup below takes the example practice from earlier, a coach selling three-mock packs plus a quarterly graduate cohort, and builds it in order. Prices are yours to set: a simple method is to estimate your hours per pack (sessions plus debrief notes and prep review), multiply by the hourly rate you need, and check that number against what candidates in your target roles typically invest.

Two monitors showing an intake call tracker and an agreements page on a coach's desk
Coachful's Intakes tracker and Agreements page on two monitors beside a stack of interview question cards.
  1. Request the white-glove build first. From Create, ask for a one-page website with a "book a mock interview" button, an offer page for your three-session pack, and an intake form. Attach your logo, headshot and any existing copy. While the team builds it, carry on with the next steps.
  2. Connect Stripe and your calendar. Link your own Stripe Connect account and sync Google, Apple/iCloud or Outlook so real interviews and personal plans block your availability.
  3. Create two session types. A 60-minute mock interview and a 30-minute post-interview debrief. Set buffers so you have time to write notes, and set minimum notice to whatever you can genuinely prepare for, perhaps 24 hours.
  4. Add intake questions to booking. Ask for the target role and company, interview format, interview date and a link to the job description.
  5. Sell the pack with session credits. Price the three-mock pack as a one-time payment or a payment plan; the client receives credits and books each session when ready.
  6. Attach your agreement. Include scope, cancellation, confidentiality and consent to record. It goes out for e-signature before the first call and is stored on the record.
  7. Build a two-week prep program. Week one: daily task to draft one STAR story, habit of rehearsing two answers aloud, evening check-in rating confidence. Week two: company research tasks, a final story review and a morning check-in on interview day. Michelle can draft the outline for you to edit.
  8. Upload your materials. Your question bank as a download, a story worksheet as a form, and short videos you record explaining how to approach common question types as a small course.
  9. Set up the cohort. Create the four-week graduate program; enrolment creates the cohort group automatically, with group chat and video events for weekly workshops.
  10. Add a follow-up sequence. After the final session, send an email asking how the interview went, with a link to book a debrief or prepare for the next round.

What the client experiences: they click "book a mock interview" on your site, pay for the pack, answer four intake questions and sign the agreement, all before your first call. They open your branded app and see the next session, today's practice task and a check-in prompt. After each mock, your notes and the next task appear in the same place. On interview morning, a check-in asks how they feel, and you can see the answer before you send a good-luck message. Afterwards, the debrief is one tap away.

What mistakes should interview coaches avoid when choosing software?

The most common mistake is choosing for the booking step and forgetting everything that happens after it. A few others come up again and again:

  • Selling single sessions only. Without session credits, every mock is a new checkout, and candidates drift after one session. Packs give you continuity and give clients a plan.
  • Recording without written consent. Put consent in the agreement and collect the signature before the first recorded mock. Rules vary by location, so check with an attorney.
  • Ignoring per-client pricing. A cohort of 12 can push a per-client plan up several tiers in one month.
  • Leaving practice to chance. A shared folder of questions is not a practice plan. Daily tasks and check-ins tell you who is preparing and who has stalled.
  • Setting minimum notice too long. Many interview clients arrive with days to spare. A 72-hour minimum loses them; a 24-hour minimum with buffers is often workable.
  • Drifting out of scope. Salary negotiation tactics are fair game; legal advice on contract terms or visas is not. Keep a short referral list ready.
  • Forgetting the second purchase. Candidates come back for final rounds, offers and new searches. Without an email list and a follow-up sequence, that repeat work goes to whoever they find next.

For related niches with similar performance coaching needs, see our guides for public speaking coaches and executive presence coaches.

Which is the best software for interview coaches overall?

Coachful is the best software for interview coaches who sell mock interview packs and want candidates practising between sessions, because booking, session credits, agreements, prep programs, cohorts, a website and email live in one login and one client app. Pricing is flat by client tier (Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients), and the white-glove build removes most of the setup work.

The others earn their place in narrower cases. Calendly is the lowest-cost start if you only need a link. Stan Store fits coaches who sell mainly digital guides to a social audience. Paperbell is tidy flat-priced admin if you will never run programs. CoachAccountable suits small rosters built on detailed action plans. HoneyBook is for B2B work sold through proposals, and Acuity fits a Squarespace site with intake forms. For a wider view of the niche, read our companion pieces on the best platform for interview coaches and the best app for interview coaches.

Frequently asked questions

What software do interview coaches need at minimum?

At minimum, you need a booking link with reminders, a way to take payment, and a written agreement covering scope, confidentiality and recording. A practice plan between sessions is what separates a good result from a single mock interview, so add that as soon as you sell packs.

Can I sell a pack of mock interviews in Coachful?

Yes. Coachful supports paid sessions and session credits, so a client buys a pack once and books each mock interview when they are ready. Payment plans and coupons are also available through your own Stripe or Razorpay account.

Is Coachful suitable if I coach for technical or case interviews?

Yes, as long as the practice material is yours. You can upload your own question banks, worksheets and videos as downloads or courses and assign daily practice tasks. Coachful does not provide a stock library of interview questions or a coding environment.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

It is a done-for-you build included on every plan. You describe what you want, such as a website, an offer page for mock interview packs, an intake form or a prep program, attach up to 8 links and 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it in your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include recording videos, logo design or ad management.

Do I need HIPAA-compliant software for interview coaching?

Interview coaching is not a clinical service, so most interview coaches do not handle protected health information. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and offers no BAA. If a client's anxiety needs clinical care, refer them to a licensed professional rather than recording health details in your coaching tool.

Should I record mock interview sessions?

Recording helps candidates see their own delivery, and Michelle can summarise recorded sessions inside Coachful. Get written consent in your coaching agreement first, and check local recording-consent rules with an attorney, because they differ by location.

How do I handle clients paid for by an employer or outplacement firm?

Ask the organisation how it wants to pay. In Coachful you can issue manual invoices alongside the per-transaction invoices clients receive, so a firm can pay for a candidate's pack while the candidate still gets the full app experience.

Can I run a group interview prep cohort?

Yes. Enrolling clients in a Coachful program automatically creates a cohort group with a feed, group chat and video events. Watch out for per-client pricing in other tools, where each cohort member counts as an active client.

Is there a free plan for interview coaches?

Coachful has no permanent free plan, but you can start with a free trial. Calendly has a Free plan limited to one event type and one calendar, which some new coaches use while testing demand.

Can I move from another tool without losing client data?

Coachful's team imports your clients, programs and content during onboarding. If you ever leave, a full client data export is available as a ZIP, including roster, notes, check-ins, goals, habits, sessions and form responses.
