Best Software for Longevity Coaches: 12 Picks, Ranked for 2026

The best software for longevity coaches is the one that keeps a client's daily sleep, movement, nutrition and stress habits visible between sessions, because healthspan work is won on ordinary Tuesdays, not in the monthly call. So the deciding question is simple: can your clients log habits and answer check-ins in the same place they book, pay, sign your agreement and follow your program, or will they bounce between four apps until they quietly stop?
Our pick is Coachful. It puts booking, payments, coaching agreements, multi-week programs with habits and morning and evening check-ins, courses, a community and your website under one login, and the Coachful team will build your first program or site for you at no extra cost. We make Coachful, so weigh that, and read the eleven alternatives below: several are excellent at one slice of the job, and we say plainly when one of them fits better.
Prices for other tools are as listed on their own pricing pages in October 2026. We have not run long-term hands-on tests of every product; where we describe limits, they come from the vendor's documentation, pricing pages or what public reviewers report.
What does a longevity coach actually need from software?
A longevity coach needs a system that carries behaviour change over months: daily habits, weekly reflection, a structured program, and clean records of what the client chose to share. Booking and payments matter, but they are the easy part.
Look at a typical client journey. Someone in their late forties reads your article on strength training and healthspan, books a discovery call, fills in an intake form about sleep, training history and goals, signs a coaching agreement, pays for a 12-week package, and then lives inside your program: a protein target, a step goal, two strength sessions a week, a wind-down routine, a Sunday reflection. Every one of those steps is a place where a disconnected stack leaks clients.
Four needs come up again and again:
- Between-session delivery. Habits with streaks, short morning and evening check-ins, weekly goals and a progress view the client actually opens. Longevity work is cumulative; if the client only hears from you every two weeks, momentum drops.
- Client-reported data, kept simple. Many clients wear a ring or watch. Most coaching platforms, Coachful included, do not sync Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura data, so plan on clients entering a few numbers they care about (sleep hours, resting heart rate, steps) in a weekly check-in. That is often better coaching anyway: the client notices the number.
- Programs and education. Longevity clients want to understand the why. A course or lesson library on sleep, zone 2 training, strength and protein lets you teach once and coach the application.
- Scope and records. Your agreement, intake answers and session notes should sit on one client record, with clear wording that you coach behaviour and do not diagnose or treat.
The scope line, stated once and clearly: longevity coaching is not medical treatment. A coach does not order or interpret lab tests diagnostically, prescribe or adjust medication, recommend prescription longevity drugs, or treat disease. When a client brings lab results, symptoms, a new diagnosis, chest pain on exertion, disordered eating signs or questions about medication or supplements that interact with medication, refer them to their physician or another licensed clinician and coach the habits their care team agrees on. If you work inside a medical practice that is a HIPAA covered entity, that practice's systems and its business associate agreements govern patient records; general coaching platforms that do not sign a BAA are not the place for clinical charts. Professional liability insurance is worth pricing too; the SBA lists it among the common policy types for businesses that provide services to customers.
Marketing has its own rules. Longevity is a field full of big promises about biological age and lifespan. The FTC's guidance says endorsements must be honest and not misleading, and its Consumer Reviews and Testimonials Rule has prohibited fake reviews and testimonials since October 21, 2024. Your email sequences fall under CAN-SPAM, which requires a working opt-out and a valid postal address. If you are still setting up the business side, our guide on how to start a longevity coaching business covers structure and offers.

How did we choose and rank these tools?
We pictured one realistic practice and asked what each tool would cost and leave out. The example: a longevity coach with 15 active clients, a mix of 1:1 packages and one 12-week group program called "Healthspan Foundations" with eight members. Clients book a monthly 1:1 call, do two strength sessions a week, log sleep, steps and protein, answer a short evening check-in, and meet on a fortnightly group call. The coach wants a simple website, an intake form, a signed agreement before the first call, card payments, and a lesson library on sleep, training and nutrition.
For each tool we checked, from vendor documentation and pricing pages, whether it covers that journey, what you would need to add to fill gaps, and what the total looks like at 5, 15 and 40 clients. We put dedicated coaching platforms that compete directly with Coachful in the middle of the list, ranked by how well they handle habits and programs, and placed single-purpose tools (courses, community, scheduling) where they stand out at their one job.
If you are comparing broader options, our sister guides on the best platform for longevity coaches and the best app for longevity coaches look at the same niche from the client app and platform angles.
1. Coachful: the whole longevity client journey under one login

Coachful is a coaching platform where booking, payments, agreements, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, community, your website, funnels and email all share one login for you and one branded app for your client. For longevity coaching, the between-session tools are the reason it ranks first.
Habits, check-ins and goals that carry the program. You build a multi-week program with weekly goals and daily tasks, then attach habits (a 10,000-step day, a protein target hit, lights out by 10:30) that the client ticks off and watches as streaks. Morning and evening check-ins give you a short daily pulse: how did you sleep, energy from 1 to 10, did you train today. Goals show progress bars, and a client's goal page pulls linked tasks and habits into one daily view with daily and weekly reflection tabs underneath.

The coaching flows library holds Welcome, Daily, Weekly and Journey flows, so a new client can get an onboarding sequence, a daily check-in and a Sunday review without you rebuilding them each time. Here is a short walkthrough of how check-ins are set up:

Training and nutrition, when your method includes them. Strength and protein are central to most healthspan programs. The Fitness & Nutrition pack adds a workout builder with an illustrated exercise library (supersets, circuits, AMRAP, EMOM, intervals, tempo), client workout logging with set history and personal records, nutrition targets down to calories and macros, meal plans, recipes, food lookup and barcode scanning, private progress photos and measurements, weekly check-ins and private form-check video with timestamped comments. Coachful does not ship stock exercise videos; you attach your own demo clips. For a deeper comparison of training tools see our workout builder roundup.
A client record you can coach from. Each client's record holds goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, plus an AI briefing before each call. Clients are flagged as thriving, active, quiet or at risk, which matters in longevity work: the client who goes quiet in week five is the one to message today.

Booking, payments and agreements. Booking pages support availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook sync and built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links. Intake questions can be asked at booking. Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account with one-time charges, subscriptions, payment plans, coupons, Apple Pay and Google Pay; Coachful takes a 0% platform fee, so only Stripe or Razorpay processing applies. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and stay on the client record, which is where your scope wording belongs.

Education, community and marketing. Courses support modules, lessons, drip release and completion tracking, so your sleep or strength curriculum can unlock week by week. Cohort groups are created automatically when someone enrolls in a group program, with a community feed, group chat and video events for group coaching. The section-based website builder includes a blog, custom domain and SEO settings, and funnels cover booking, applications, lead magnets and checkout, with email broadcasts and multi-step sequences.
Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data: it can draft a program outline, write emails, summarize recorded sessions and brief you before a call. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. You can also configure an AI Coach that selected clients chat with between sessions.
Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create > We'll build it for you, you describe what you want (a website, a funnel, a program, a course outline, an email sequence, an intake form) and attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as your logo, photos or existing copy. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. One recent example: a menopause and midlife health coach starting from nothing received a five-page site in sage and cream where every button led to a free 20-minute consultation. It does not cover recording videos, logo design or ad management. Read more on the white-glove build service.
What Coachful does not do. It is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. There is no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync, and Apple Health sync is not publicly available. There is no PayPal and no permanent free plan. The client app carries your branding inside the Coachful app rather than appearing under your own App Store listing.
Price. Coachful uses flat monthly plans; lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited, and monthly plans cancel in one click (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). There is a free trial. On Trustpilot, Coachful shows 4.5 from 21 reviews.
Who it suits: longevity and health coaches who deliver programs rather than just sessions, solo coaches growing into a small team, and anyone replacing four to six separate tools.
2. Kajabi: strongest when your longevity business is education first

Kajabi is a course, community, website, funnel and email platform, and it is a sensible choice if your longevity business is mostly a signature course or membership rather than individual coaching.
Its strength is selling knowledge products: course pages, checkout, email marketing, a community and a website, all designed around launches. A longevity coach with a big audience could run a "Strength After 40" course, a paid community and an email list in one place.
The gap is per-client coaching. Kajabi has no habit tracking or daily client check-ins, and coaching is organized as products and communities rather than individual plans, so following one client's sleep or step trend means a separate tool or a spreadsheet.
As listed in October 2026, Basic is $179/month ($143/month billed annually) with 5 products, 2,500 contacts and 0 AI credits; Growth is $249/month ($199 annually); Pro is $499/month ($399 annually). Kajabi Payments in the US charges 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, and using a non-Kajabi processor other than PayPal adds a further 0.5% to 2% Kajabi fee. The standard trial is 14 days. Trustpilot shows 3.4 from 2,347 reviews (seen October 2026).
Pick it over Coachful if your revenue comes mainly from courses and memberships sold to a large list, and 1:1 habit coaching is a small part of what you do.
3. Quenza: worksheets and pathways for reflective clients

Quenza earns a spot because it is built around client activities: worksheets, exercises and programs delivered to a client app, with chat. For a longevity coach who leans on reflective work, such as sleep diaries, values exercises or a stress inventory, that is a good fit.
You design activities, chain them into pathways, and send them to clients, who complete them on their phone. It works well for the reflective side of behaviour change.
Where it falls short is the business around the coaching. Quenza lists invoicing and digital products as planned, not live, so today it does not process client payments. Its older profile also notes no scheduling or video calls. You would pair it with a booking tool and a payment tool, and you would still lack a website.
Pricing as listed in October 2026: Spark $25/month ($20 annually) for 10 clients, Growth $50/month ($40 annually) for 250 clients, Impact $125/month for 400, and Collective $160/month for up to three professionals. There is a 30-day trial with no card. Trustpilot shows 4.3 from 8 reviews.
Pick it over Coachful if you already have booking and payments sorted elsewhere and only want a dedicated worksheet and activity tool.
4. Mighty Networks: a home for a large longevity community

For coaches whose model is community first, Mighty Networks combines community, courses and live events, with member apps carrying Mighty branding.
A healthspan membership with hundreds of members, weekly livestreams and a course library sits naturally here. Launch includes 3 hosts, 200 GB of storage and 20 hours a month of livestreaming for up to 100 attendees.
It does not do 1:1 scheduling, invoicing or contracts, and it has no per-client habits, check-ins or private coaching plans. Your own branded apps arrive only on the custom-priced Mighty Pro plan.
As listed in October 2026: Launch $95/month ($79 annually), Scale $215/month ($179 annually) and Growth at $354/month billed annually. Mighty adds a platform fee of 2% on Launch, 1% on Scale and 0.5% on Growth, on top of Stripe processing. The trial is 14 days without a card. Trustpilot shows 3.3 from 219 reviews.
Pick it over Coachful if you are building a large paid community with many hosts and moderators and 1:1 coaching is a minor add-on.
5. Systeme.io: the low-cost marketing engine

Systeme.io is a marketing suite with funnels, email, courses, a basic community, a blog and an affiliate program, starting with a plan that never expires.
For a new longevity coach testing a lead magnet ("7-day sleep reset") and a small course, the Free plan's 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels and 1 course are hard to argue with, and it charges 0% transaction fees on every plan.
What you give up is the coaching itself. Its older profile notes no native 1:1 scheduling with client records, habits or check-ins, community and course features are basic, and there is no branded mobile app. You would add a booking tool and a way to track client habits.
Prices as listed in October 2026: Free $0, Startup $17/month, Webinar $47/month, Unlimited $97/month. Trustpilot shows 4.9 from 8,696 reviews.
Pick it over Coachful if your budget is close to zero and your immediate job is building a list, not delivering coaching programs yet.
6. Practice Better: closest to a clinical workflow

Practice Better is practice management for wellness and nutrition practitioners: scheduling, telehealth, charting, billing, programs and a client portal. Longevity coaches who work alongside dietitians or in a practitioner-led setting often shortlist it.
Charting and telehealth are its distinguishing features, and programs give you structured client content. If your work sits closer to a nutrition practice than a coaching business, the record-keeping style may feel familiar.
The trade-offs: no website builder or funnel pages, according to its older profile, and evergreen programs, portal branding, custom URL and SMS only start on the Plus plan. Below the Team plan an account holds one practitioner.
As listed in October 2026: Sprout $0 for 3 clients, Starter $35/month ($25 annually) for 10 clients, Professional $69/month ($59 annually) for 300 clients, Plus $99/month ($89 annually) unlimited, and Team $155/month for 2 practitioners. Trials are 14 days (30 on Team). Trustpilot shows 3.8 from 87 reviews.
Pick it over Coachful if you need practitioner-style charting and telehealth inside one tool and you do not need a website, funnels or a community.
7. CoachAccountable: action plans and metrics, priced per client

CoachAccountable is a coaching back office with sessions, action plans, metrics, worksheets, courses, invoicing and agreements. Its metrics tracking suits longevity coaches who like clients to report numbers week by week.
You can set up metrics such as weekly average sleep or strength sessions completed, pair them with action plans, and review them before a session. Public reviewers rate it well: Trustpilot shows 4.8 from 47 reviews.
Pricing per active client is the catch for longevity programs that run for months: Starter $20/month for 2 clients, Level 1 $40 for 5, Level 2 $70 for 10, Level 3 $120 for 20, Level 4 $250 for 50 and Level 5 $400 for 100, as listed in October 2026. Its older profile also notes no native mobile app and no website or marketing automation, and it states it is not HIPAA compliant. The trial is 30 days with no card. See our CoachAccountable alternatives page for more options.
Pick it over Coachful if you keep a small 1:1 roster, want detailed metric tracking, and already have a website you are happy with.
8. Paperbell: tidy admin with one price

Paperbell covers the admin of a solo practice: booking, packages, payments, contracts, a client portal and a simple website, at one price per coach with unlimited clients.
If you sell straightforward 1:1 packages and want the sign, pay and book steps to run without fuss, it does that cleanly. There are no additional Paperbell transaction fees.
For longevity coaching, its older profile lists the main limits: no courses, community, or goal and habit tracking, and no native mobile app (mobile browser only). That leaves the between-session work, which is most of the job, to another tool.
As listed in October 2026, Paperbell is $97/month ($80.83/month annually), with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Trustpilot shows 3.5 from 14 reviews. Our Paperbell alternatives page compares it further.
Pick it over Coachful if you only sell 1:1 sessions, need no habit or program delivery, and prefer one fixed admin price.
9. Satori: light practice admin that counts only active clients

Satori handles scheduling, a client portal, packages and programs, invoices and contracts, and only active clients count toward billing.
Its Scholar plan is free for people studying for a coaching certification, which helps if you are retraining into longevity coaching. The 15-day trial needs no card, and Satori takes no charge on client payments beyond PayPal or Stripe fees.
Its older profile notes no native mobile app, no native Zoom integration, and no landing pages, courses or community. For habit-heavy programs you would need something alongside it.
As listed in October 2026: Essentials $33/month ($27.50 annually) for up to 10 active paying clients, Pro $49/month (50 active clients per its older profile) and Leader $124/month (150 active clients per its older profile).
Pick it over Coachful if you are a certification student coaching pro bono clients, or you want minimal admin for a handful of 1:1 clients.
10. Thinkific: course depth for a longevity curriculum

Thinkific is a course platform with communities, memberships and webinar products, suited to a longevity coach who wants a deep, polished curriculum.
Start includes 10,000 current students, 2 admins and a community with 10 spaces. Thinkific charges 0% transaction fee when you use Thinkific Payments.
It has no built-in 1:1 scheduling according to its older profile, and no client habits, daily check-ins or per-client plans. The branded mobile app is a $199/month add-on.
As listed in October 2026: Start $109/month ($82 annually), Grow $219/month ($164 annually), Expand $499/month ($374 annually), after a roughly 10% increase on August 13, 2026. There is a 30-day trial. Trustpilot shows 1.8 from 868 reviews.
Pick it over Coachful if courses are your main product and you need a large student capacity with no coaching delivery.
11. Acuity Scheduling: booking with intake built in

Acuity Scheduling, owned by Squarespace, is appointment scheduling with intake forms, packages and memberships.
It is a solid way to take bookings and collect intake answers before a first call, and it connects your own Stripe, Square, PayPal or Venmo account. A HIPAA BAA is available, but only on Premium.
It stops at scheduling: no client portal for programs, habits, check-ins or messaging, and no courses, community, website or email marketing. Text reminders start on Standard.
Prices as listed in October 2026: Starter $20/month ($16 annually) for one calendar, Standard $34/month, Premium $69/month. The trial is 7 days without a card. Trustpilot shows 3.6 from 687 reviews.
Pick it over Coachful if you only need booking and intake forms for a practice that delivers everything else face to face.
12. Calendly: a booking link and nothing more

Calendly is a scheduling tool: booking pages, reminders and workflows, and paid bookings through your own Stripe or PayPal account.
The Free plan gives one event type and one calendar connection, which is enough for a discovery call link. Standard is listed at $10/month per seat billed annually.
There are no client records, notes, programs, habits or check-ins, no intake questionnaires beyond booking questions, and no contracts or invoicing. Trustpilot shows 4.1 from 714 reviews.
Pick it over Coachful if all you need right now is a single discovery call link at no cost. More booking options are in our calendar scheduling guide.
How do the features compare side by side?
Coachful is the only tool here that covers all eight jobs a longevity practice runs on. "Partial" means the feature is limited, plan-gated or handled in a narrower way.
| Tool | 1:1 booking | Client payments | Agreements / e-sign | Habits and daily check-ins | Courses | Community | Website and funnels | Client app |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes (your branding in the Coachful app) |

What will it cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?
Monthly list prices tell only half the story; what matters is what you pay once the gaps are filled. The table uses each vendor's monthly price as listed in October 2026 for the cheapest plan that fits, and notes what you would still need to add for booking, payments or habit tracking. Processing fees are extra everywhere.
| Tool | 5 clients | 15 clients | 40 clients | What you still need to add |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients | Nothing for the journey above |
| Kajabi | $179 (Basic) | $179 (Basic) | $179 (Basic) | Habit tracking, agreements |
| Quenza | $25 (Spark) | $50 (Growth) | $50 (Growth) | Booking, payments, website |
| Mighty Networks | $95 (Launch) | $95 (Launch) | $95 (Launch) | 1:1 booking, agreements, habits |
| Systeme.io | $0 (Free) | $0 (Free) | $0 (Free) | Booking, client records, habits |
| Practice Better | $35 (Starter) | $69 (Professional) | $69 (Professional) | Website and funnels |
| CoachAccountable | $40 (Level 1) | $120 (Level 3) | $250 (Level 4) | Website, email marketing |
| Paperbell | $97 | $97 | $97 | Habits, courses, community |
| Satori | $33 (Essentials) | $49 (Pro) | $49 (Pro) | Habits, courses, website |
| Thinkific | $109 (Start) | $109 (Start) | $109 (Start) | 1:1 booking, habits, agreements |
| Acuity Scheduling | $20 (Starter) | $20 (Starter) | $20 (Starter) | Everything except booking |
| Calendly | $0 (Free) | $0 (Free) | $0 (Free) | Everything except booking |
As an illustrative example, a coach pairing Paperbell ($97) with Quenza Growth ($50) for habits pays $147 a month at 15 clients and still has no community or course library. A Kajabi Basic plus Acuity Starter stack comes to $199 a month and still has no client habits. Fewer logins also means fewer places for a client to drop off.
How would you set up a longevity program in Coachful, step by step?
Here is a worked setup for the "Healthspan Foundations" example: a 12-week program with 1:1 calls and a small group. The steps take a few evenings, or you can ask the white-glove team to build the program and site from your notes.

- Write your offer and scope wording. Decide the length (12 weeks), what is included (three 1:1 calls, six group calls, the lesson library, daily check-ins) and what is not (no diagnosis, no lab interpretation, no medication or supplement prescribing). Put the scope wording and a "talk to your physician" clause into a coaching agreement.
- Set a price by working backwards. We do not quote market rates here. Add up your coaching hours per client over 12 weeks, your review time for check-ins, and your software cost per client, then set a price that pays you a target hourly rate. Offer a payment plan if the total is a stretch.
- Build the booking page. Create a discovery call and a 1:1 session type with buffers and minimum notice. Add intake questions on sleep, training history, current medications (to know when to refer, not to advise) and goals.
- Create the program. Twelve weeks, one theme per fortnight: sleep, daily steps and zone 2, strength foundations, protein and meal structure, stress and recovery, keeping it going. Each week gets a goal and a few daily tasks.
- Attach habits and check-ins. Add three or four habits only (lights out by a set time, a step target, a protein target, two strength sessions a week). Set a two-question morning check-in on sleep and energy, and an evening check-in on whether the day's habits happened. Add a weekly check-in where clients enter their own resting heart rate and average sleep from whatever device they wear.
- Add the lessons. Upload short lessons to a course that drips weekly, so the sleep lesson arrives in week one and strength in week five.
- Open the group. Enrolling in the group program creates the cohort group automatically, with a feed and scheduled video events.
- Connect payments and send the agreement. Connect your Stripe account, create the package, and send the agreement for e-signature before the first call.

What the client experiences: they book a discovery call from your site, answer the intake questions, sign the agreement and pay, then open your branded app. Each morning they answer two questions; each evening they tick their habits and watch streaks build. On Monday a new weekly goal and lesson appear. On Sunday they log a few numbers and a short reflection. Before each 1:1 call you read their check-in history and an AI briefing, and their goal page shows exactly which habits stuck. If you want more angles on this kind of setup, our guides for holistic health coaches and menopause coaches walk through similar journeys.
What mistakes do longevity coaches make when choosing software?
The most common mistake is buying for the sales funnel and forgetting the 11 weeks after the sale. Others follow close behind.
- Chasing wearable integrations. Very few coaching platforms sync rings and watches, and raw data floods are hard to coach from. A weekly check-in with three numbers the client chooses is easier to act on.
- Storing clinical information you should not hold. If a client sends lab results, note the behaviours you agreed on and refer the interpretation to their clinician. Do not build a medical chart in a coaching tool.
- Making outcome promises in marketing. Claims about reversing biological age or adding years of life invite trouble under FTC endorsement and advertising rules. Describe the process, not guaranteed results.
- Tracking too many habits. Ten habits on day one usually means zero by week three. Start with three or four.
- Pricing per client without checking the curve. Per-client pricing that looks cheap at 5 clients can be the most expensive option at 40, as the cost table shows.
- Stacking four logins. Each extra app is another password and another place for a client to drift away.
Our verdict: which software should a longevity coach choose?
Choose Coachful if you deliver programs where daily habits and check-ins do the heavy lifting, because it keeps booking, payments, agreements, programs, courses, community and your website in one login and one client app. Its gaps (no wearable sync, no HIPAA certification, no PayPal) are real, so plan around them. If you sell mainly courses, Kajabi or Thinkific fit better; if your practice is practitioner-led with charting, look at Practice Better; if you only need a booking link, Calendly's free plan will do for now.
To start, open a free trial, then use the free white-glove build to have your first program or website set up in your account. Coachful also tracks coaching hours for ICF credentials through ICF hour tracking if you are working toward ACC or PCC.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best software for longevity coaches?
For most longevity coaches who run multi-week programs, Coachful is the strongest fit because habits, check-ins, programs, booking, payments and agreements share one login and one client app. Course-led businesses may prefer Kajabi or Thinkific, and practitioner-led practices may prefer Practice Better.
Can coaching software sync with Oura, Whoop or Garmin?
Most coaching platforms on this list do not sync wearables, and Coachful has no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync. A practical alternative is a weekly check-in where clients enter two or three numbers from their own device, which keeps the conversation focused.
Is Coachful HIPAA compliant?
No. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not meant for clinical records or insurance billing. Coaches working inside a HIPAA covered entity should keep patient records in that practice's own systems.
What is Coachful's free white-glove service?
It is a build service on every plan: you describe the website, funnel, program, course outline or email sequence you want, attach links and files, and the Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not invent credentials, testimonials or prices, and it does not include video recording, logo design or ad management.
Can a longevity coach interpret lab results for clients?
Interpreting labs to diagnose or guide treatment is outside coaching scope in most places. Refer clients to their physician for lab interpretation and coach the habits their care team supports; rules vary by location and credential, so check with an attorney if you are unsure.
Do I need a separate course platform for longevity education?
Not if your coaching platform includes courses. Coachful includes courses with modules, drip release and completion tracking in your membership. A dedicated course platform makes sense when courses are your main product and you sell to thousands of students.
How many habits should a longevity program track?
Three or four at a time is a sensible starting point. You can add new habits as earlier ones become routine, which a multi-week program structure makes easy to schedule.
Which tool is cheapest for a brand-new longevity coach?
Systeme.io and Calendly both have free plans as listed in October 2026, but neither delivers programs or habits. Weigh the monthly saving against the time spent stitching tools together and the clients who drift between apps.
Can I run group longevity programs and 1:1 coaching in the same tool?
Yes, in Coachful a group program creates its cohort group automatically while each member keeps a private client record, habits and 1:1 sessions. Community-first tools like Mighty Networks handle groups well but lack 1:1 booking and per-client plans.
