Best Software for Meditation Coaches in 2026 (10 Compared)

Best Software for Meditation Coaches in 2026 (10 Compared)

The best software for meditation coaches is the one that keeps a client practicing on the days you are not with them. Booking a session is easy with almost any tool. The hard part is the other six days of the week: the morning sit that slips, the evening reflection nobody records, the group practice that lives in one app while the guided audio lives in another. So the deciding question is simple. Where will your clients practice between sessions, and can you see whether they did?

For most meditation coaches running 1:1 work, a multi-week program and a live group sit, our pick is Coachful. It puts booking, payments, agreements, daily habits, morning and evening check-ins, courses, a community with video events and a website in one login, with one branded app for the client. We make Coachful, so weigh that, and read the nine alternatives below: several of them win specific situations, and we say which.

This guide compares 10 tools by scenario, then shows a feature matrix, costs at 5, 15 and 40 clients, three example stacks with monthly totals, and a step-by-step setup for a 21-day meditation program. Vendor prices are as listed in October 2026. If you are still shaping the business itself, start with how to start a meditation coaching business.

What do meditation coaches actually need from software?

Meditation coaches need a way to deliver daily practice, see who is keeping it up, and run live sessions without juggling separate apps for audio, booking and payments. The session is often the smallest part of the work; the habit built between sessions is the result clients pay for.

A typical practice looks like this. A prospect finds you through a free guided sit or a short email course. They book a discovery call, sign a coaching agreement and pay for a package or a multi-week program. Each week they meet you 1:1 or join a group sit, and on the other days they follow a recorded practice, log whether they sat, and note how it went. Every few weeks you review their pattern with them and adjust the length, the technique or the time of day.

That workflow creates five software jobs:

  • Practice delivery. Guided audio, short video lessons and written instructions, released on a schedule so a beginner is not handed 30 sessions on day one.
  • Daily tracking. A habit for the sit itself, plus a short morning or evening check-in (mood, sleep, how present they felt). Streaks matter for this audience; they are the visible proof of consistency.
  • Live practice. Group sits, workshops and retreats-at-home, ideally inside the same space where your members talk to each other.
  • Admin. Booking with time-zone detection (meditation clients are often international), agreements, subscriptions and payment plans.
  • Growth. A calm, credible website, a lead magnet such as a free 7-day starter series, and email that nurtures people who are not ready to buy.

Where meditation coaching stops and treatment starts

Meditation coaching is not mental health treatment, and your software choice should reflect that. The US National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health notes that a 2020 review of 83 studies found about 8 percent of participants had a negative effect from meditation practice, most commonly anxiety and depression, and advises people not to use meditation to replace conventional care or to postpone seeing a health care provider (NCCIH). In practice, that means three things for your setup:

  • Put a scope statement in your coaching agreement: you teach and support a meditation practice; you do not diagnose or treat. Ask clients to tell you if they are under care for a mental health condition.
  • Ask about current mental health support, trauma history they want you to know about, and medications that affect sleep in your intake questions, and write down when you will refer out (panic during practice, dissociation, worsening depression, any mention of self-harm).
  • If you work with clinical populations or need records that meet health privacy law, you need a clinical system with a signed business associate agreement. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and is not built for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing.

Build your platform

Which tool is best for which meditation coaching situation?

Coachful is the best overall pick because it covers the whole client journey in one place. If one job matters far more to you than the rest, one of the specialists below may suit you better.

ToolBest forStarting list price (October 2026)
CoachfulBest overall: 1:1 sessions, daily practice programs, group sits and selling in one loginLite: $29/month for up to 5 clients

How did we rank these tools?

We ranked each tool on four criteria: one login for the whole client journey, delivery of practice between sessions, total stack cost once you add what is missing, and setup effort, including whether someone will build it for you. These favour all-in-one platforms on purpose, because meditation coaching lives or dies on the days between calls.

To keep the comparison concrete, we checked each tool's documented features against one scenario: a coach with 15 active clients, a 21-day "foundations" program with a daily guided sit and an evening reflection, a weekly live group sit for program members, 1:1 sessions sold as a package, and a free 5-day starter series used as the lead magnet. The comparison rests on what vendors document on their sites and pricing pages and what public reviewers report. Ratings quoted are Trustpilot scores seen on 25 October 2026.

1. Coachful: best overall for meditation coaches

Coachful wins when you want a client's whole practice, from the first booking to the 30th morning sit, in one place you can actually see. It is a coaching platform where one subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, programs with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. The coach has one login; the client has one app carrying the coach's branding.

Daily practice that clients can see and you can track

Programs in Coachful run for as many weeks as you set, with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars, and streaks. For a meditation program, that maps cleanly: the daily task is "today's sit" with the guided audio attached, the habit is the sit itself, the morning check-in asks how they slept and how settled they feel, and the evening check-in asks one reflection question. The client sees their streak grow; you see completion and check-in patterns on the client record.

Coachful habit tracker with cards for Morning Meditation, Exercise, Journaling and Read 30 minutes
Coachful's Growing Habits view in demo data, with a Morning Meditation habit at 12 of 30 days alongside journaling and reading habits.

The client record pulls together goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, plus an AI briefing before each session. Each client also carries a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk, which is useful in a practice where people tend to drift quietly rather than cancel. When a client goes quiet in week two, you can message them before the habit disappears. For more on this pattern, see our page on client accountability software.

Here is how check-ins and coaching flows are set up:

Sessions, group sits and the community

Booking pages handle availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendar sync. Sessions can use built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links. Email reminders are standard, and SMS (24 hours before) and WhatsApp (1 hour before) reminders are available once messaging is enabled. You can sell paid sessions, issue session credits for a package, and ask intake questions at booking.

For group work, enrolling someone in a program automatically creates the cohort group, so a 21-day foundations cohort has its own space from day one. The community includes a feed, group chat, direct messages and video events, and you can run group calls and webinars. A weekly live sit happens where the cohort already talks, not in a separate tool. Our group coaching software page covers this in more depth.

Courses, audio and selling the practice

Courses support modules, lessons, drip release and completion tracking, and sit alongside downloads, videos, books, AI tools, events and bundles in the client's branded home. A guided meditation library can drip one sit per day, so beginners progress at the right pace. On the selling side, there is a section-based website builder with a blog, custom domain and 30 designed homepage templates, plus booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels, email broadcasts and multi-step sequences. Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account with one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, coupons and Apple Pay or Google Pay, and Coachful charges a 0% platform fee; only processing applies.

Coachful client community feed with a live Q&A session, member avatars and coach posts
Coachful's client community feed in demo data, with a live Q&A session and coach posts.

A few extras matter here. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and are stored on the client record, which is where your scope statement lives (see coaching contracts). Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, drafts emails and program content from your live practice data and summarizes recorded sessions; questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership, and confirmed builds use AI credits. If you are pursuing an ICF credential, ICF hour tracking counts coaching hours and clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports a client coaching log.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create > We'll build it for you, you describe what you want built (a website, a lead-magnet funnel for your starter series, a 21-day program, an email sequence) and attach up to 8 reference links and 10 files such as your logo, photos and existing copy. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing gets invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices; gaps are left for you to fill. A somatic coach leaving Kajabi, for example, had their homepage and About page rebuilt and the contact form connected. Recording your guided audio, logo design and ad management are not included. Read more about the white-glove build service.

Limits to know before you choose Coachful

  • Not HIPAA-certified (no BAA); not for clinical records or insurance billing.
  • No PayPal and no permanent free plan, though a free trial exists.
  • No Oura, Garmin, Fitbit or Whoop sync, and Apple Health sync is not publicly available, so sleep and heart-rate data from wearables will not flow in.
  • The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account.
  • Not a course marketplace, so it will not send you buyers the way a marketplace would.

Pricing. Coachful uses flat monthly plans; lower plans cap the number of clients and Pro is unlimited (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). Monthly plans cancel in one click. Coaches with a spiritual focus may also want our software for spiritual coaches page, and mindset-led practices our mindset coaches page.

2. Kajabi: best for a large guided meditation library

Kajabi suits the meditation teacher whose business is mostly content: a library of guided sits, a few signature courses and a large email list, with coaching as a premium add-on rather than the core.

Kajabi's homepage promoting its course, community and website platform for creators
Kajabi's homepage in October 2026.

Kajabi is a course, community, website, funnel and email platform for selling knowledge products. Its strengths are polish and reach: one website, a community, funnels and email are all on the Basic plan, and higher plans add more products, contacts and communities. As listed in October 2026, Basic is $179/mo ($143/mo billed annually) with 5 products, 2,500 contacts, 1 community and 0 AI credits; Growth is $249/mo ($199/mo annually) with 50 products and 25,000 contacts; Pro is $499/mo ($399/mo annually). The standard trial is 14 days.

What holds it back for coaching work: Kajabi has no habit tracking or daily client check-ins, and coaching is organised as products and communities rather than per-client plans. You will not see that one client has missed four evenings in a row. Payment fees also need reading: Kajabi Payments in the US is 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, and using another processor (other than PayPal) adds an extra 0.5% to 2% Kajabi fee. Public reviews are mixed, with a Trustpilot score of 3.4 from 2,347 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if you sell mostly self-paced audio courses to thousands of buyers, need large contact limits on day one, and rarely track individual clients day to day.

3. Mighty Networks: best for a live-sit membership

If your offer is "practice with us every morning", a recurring membership where the live stream is the product, Mighty Networks is built for that shape.

Mighty Networks' homepage promoting its community, courses and events platform
Mighty Networks's homepage in October 2026.

Mighty Networks combines community, courses and events, with member apps under the Mighty brand. The Launch plan is $95/mo ($79/mo annually) and includes 3 hosts, 200 GB of storage and 20 hours a month of livestreaming for up to 100 attendees; Scale is $215/mo ($179/mo annually) with 30 hours and 200 attendees. A 14-day trial with no card includes Growth plan features. That livestream allowance is the main draw for a daily group sit.

The gaps are on the 1:1 side. There is no 1:1 scheduling, invoicing or contracts, and no per-client habits, check-ins or private coaching plans, so private clients need another tool. Your own branded apps only come with custom-priced Mighty Pro. Mighty also takes a platform fee on sales: 2% on Launch, 1% on Scale and 0.5% on Growth, on top of Stripe processing. Trustpilot shows 3.3 from 219 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if nearly all your revenue comes from a large membership of live group sits, you need to stream to around 100 or more people regularly, and you do little or no private coaching.

4. Quenza: best for assigning reflective exercises

Quenza fits the coach or counsellor who already has booking and billing sorted and wants a clean way to send structured exercises, a body scan worksheet, a values reflection, a breathing log, between meetings.

Quenza's homepage promoting client activities and worksheets for coaches and therapists
Quenza's homepage in October 2026.

Quenza is a client-engagement tool used by coaches and therapists: activities, worksheets, programs, chat and a client app. Spark is $25/mo ($20/mo annually) for 10 clients, Growth is $50/mo ($40/mo annually) for 250 clients, and Impact is $125/mo for 400. There is a 30-day trial with no card. For a coach whose sessions are reflective and exercise-driven, the per-client pricing jump from 10 to 250 clients at Growth is generous.

The trade-off is that Quenza does not run the business side. As listed in October 2026, it has no client payment processing (invoicing and digital products are marked as planned), and an older profile notes no scheduling or video calls. That means a separate booking tool, a separate payment link and probably a separate site. Trustpilot shows 4.3 from 8 reviews, a small sample.

Pick it over Coachful if you work alongside a clinic or counselling practice that already handles booking and payments, and you only need an exercise and worksheet layer for clients.

5. Practice Better: best inside a wellness practice that charts

Practice Better earns its place when meditation is one service within a broader wellness or nutrition practice that keeps practitioner-style records.

Practice Better's homepage promoting practice management for wellness practitioners
Practice Better's homepage in October 2026.

Built as practice management for wellness and nutrition practitioners, it covers scheduling, telehealth, charting, billing, programs and a client portal. Prices as listed in October 2026: Sprout is $0 for 3 clients; Starter is $35/mo ($25/mo annually) for 10 clients; Professional is $69/mo ($59/mo annually) for 300 clients; Plus is $99/mo for unlimited clients; Team is $155/mo for 2 practitioners. Trials run 14 days on paid plans and 30 days on Team.

Limits for a meditation coach: evergreen programs, portal branding, a custom URL and SMS only start on Plus at $99/mo, so a self-paced foundations program pushes you up the tiers. An older profile notes no website builder or funnel pages, and a community feed is not among its listed features, so group sits and lead generation sit elsewhere. Payments run through Practice Better Payments, powered by Stripe. Trustpilot shows 3.8 from 87 reviews. We compare it with similar tools in best software for holistic health coaches.

Pick it over Coachful if you need charting-style notes because you practise alongside nutrition or other wellness services, and you are comfortable running your website and community elsewhere.

Which one looks like you?

6. Satori: best while you are still training

For the new coach logging practice hours during a coaching certification, Satori's Scholar tier is the interesting part: unlimited pro-bono clients at $0 for approved students.

Satori's homepage promoting scheduling, packages and client portals for coaches
Satori's homepage in October 2026.

Satori is a coaching practice tool with scheduling, a client portal, packages and programs, invoices and contracts. Essentials is $33/mo ($27.50/mo annually) for up to 10 active paying clients; Pro is $49/mo, which an older profile lists at 50 active clients; Leader is $124/mo. Only active clients count toward billing. The trial is 15 days with no card, and Satori takes no cut of client payments, with PayPal and Stripe fees applying.

The limits are what you add around it. An older profile notes no native mobile app, no native Zoom integration, and no landing pages, courses or community. A meditation program with a daily guided audio and a cohort group would need a course tool and a community tool bolted on. There is no daily habit or check-in tracking in the features documented.

Pick it over Coachful if you are studying for a credential, coach mostly pro bono for now, and only need scheduling, contracts and a portal until you start charging.

7. Paperbell: best for simple 1:1 packages

When the offer is just "six private sessions, paid up front", and you want it live by tonight, Paperbell's single plan is hard to overcomplicate.

Paperbell's homepage promoting all-in-one admin for solo coaches
Paperbell's homepage in October 2026.

Paperbell is all-in-one admin for solo coaches: booking, packages, payments, contracts, a client portal and a simple website. There is one plan at $97/mo ($80.83/mo annually) with unlimited clients, sessions, files and packages. It lists no additional transaction fees beyond Stripe or PayPal processing, and offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. Trustpilot shows 3.5 from 14 reviews.

For meditation work, the missing pieces are significant. An older profile notes no courses, community, or goal and habit tracking, and no native mobile app (mobile browser only). A 21-day program with a daily sit, an evening reflection and a group cohort cannot live inside Paperbell, so you would add a course host and a community, which pushes the stack cost well past the single plan. See our Paperbell alternatives roundup for more options.

Pick it over Coachful if you only sell 1:1 session packages, want PayPal at checkout, and have no plans for programs, courses or a group.

8. Systeme.io: best for a near-zero-budget list builder

A coach testing demand with a free 5-day starter series, before committing to a full platform, can do it on Systeme.io's free plan.

Systeme.io's homepage promoting funnels, email and courses in one marketing suite
Systeme.io's homepage in October 2026.

Systeme.io is a low-cost marketing suite with funnels, email, courses, a community, a blog and an affiliate program. The Free plan covers 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course and 1 automation rule and never expires; Startup is $17/mo, Webinar $47/mo and Unlimited $97/mo. There are 0% transaction fees on every plan, with Stripe or PayPal processing only. Trustpilot shows 4.9 from 8,696 reviews, the highest score in this list.

The catch is everything after the opt-in. An older profile notes no native 1:1 scheduling with client records, habits or check-ins, and community and course features are described as basic, with no branded mobile app. It gets people onto your list; it does not help you coach them.

Pick it over Coachful if you are only validating a lead magnet for now, have no paying clients yet, and need to spend nothing while you find out.

9. Acuity Scheduling: best for booking on its own

Acuity is the right answer only to a narrow question: "I need a dependable booking page with intake forms, and everything else is already handled."

Acuity Scheduling's homepage promoting online appointment booking with intake forms
Acuity Scheduling's homepage in October 2026.

Owned by Squarespace, Acuity offers appointment scheduling with intake forms, packages and memberships. Starter is $20/mo ($16/mo annually) for 1 calendar, Standard $34/mo for up to 6 calendars, and Premium $69/mo for up to 36. Every plan has a 7-day trial with no card. Payments use your own Stripe, Square, PayPal or Venmo account. Text reminders start on Standard, and a HIPAA BAA is only available on Premium.

For meditation coaches, the list of what it does not do is long: no client portal for programs, habits, check-ins or messaging, and no courses, community, website builder or email marketing. Trustpilot shows 3.6 from 687 reviews. Our calendar scheduling software guide compares it with other booking tools.

Pick it over Coachful if you teach meditation inside a studio or clinic that already provides your site, payments and records, and you only need your own booking calendar.

10. Skool: best for a gamified practice community

Skool appeals to the coach who wants members to compete gently on consistency, with leaderboards and levels around a shared practice.

Skool's homepage promoting its community, classroom and calendar groups
Skool's homepage in October 2026.

Skool puts a community, a classroom and a calendar into one group, with gamified leaderboards. Hobby is $9/mo with unlimited members, courses and live calls, but takes 10% + 30¢ on every transaction; Pro is $99/mo with 2.9% + 30¢ on sales up to $899. Payments only run through Skool Payments, and payouts arrive weekly. Trial length is not stated on the pricing page.

Its limits are firm: no custom-domain website, funnels, email automation or public API, and no 1:1 client records, intake forms, habits or check-ins. A private client's practice log has nowhere to live. Trustpilot shows 1.6 from 54 reviews. If community is the centre of your offer, compare it with our community platform for coaches page.

Pick it over Coachful if your entire offer is a low-priced group membership, gamification is central to how you keep members practising, and you do not need a website or email under your control.

What does each tool cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?

At 15 and 40 clients, the cheapest single tools are also the ones that cover the fewest jobs, so compare the totals with the matrix above. Figures are monthly list prices as listed in October 2026, before payment processing.

What do three typical meditation coaching stacks cost per month?

A meditation coach who assembles specialist tools usually pays more than one all-in-one subscription and logs into three places. Here are three example stacks for the 15-client scenario, priced at monthly list rates as listed in October 2026.

StackWhat it coversWhat is still missingMonthly cost (example)

Stack B: Acuity Standard + Quenza Growth + Systeme.io StartupBooking with text reminders; exercises and worksheets; funnels, email and a basic courseUnified payments, community with live sits, three logins$34 + $50 + $17 = $101
Stack C: Kajabi Basic + Acuity StarterCourses, community, website, funnels and email; 1:1 bookingPer-client habits and check-ins, agreements$179 + $20 = $199, plus Kajabi payment fees

Stack B looks cheapest, but it still leaves you without a community for group sits and with three separate places for clients to log in. Every extra login is a point where a beginner's practice can drop off.

How would you set up a 21-day meditation program in Coachful?

You can set up a full foundations program in Coachful in an afternoon, or ask the team to build the structure for you. Here is the setup for the 15-client scenario, with what the client experiences at each step.

  1. Build the site and lead magnet. Choose a calm wellness template, add your About page and a "Free 5-day starter series" lead-magnet funnel connected to an email sequence that sends one short practice per day. Client experience: they land on a quiet, credible homepage, enter their email and receive day one's guided sit within minutes.
  2. Write the agreement and intake. Add your scope statement and referral policy to the coaching agreement, and add intake questions on current mental health support, sleep and practice experience. Client experience: they sign before the first call, so the boundaries are clear from the start.
  3. Create the booking page. Set availability, a buffer after each session and minimum notice, and turn on time-zone detection and reminders. Client experience: they see your times in their own zone and get a reminder before the call.
  4. Build the program. Three weeks with a weekly goal (week 1: five minutes of breath awareness; week 2: body scan; week 3: open awareness), a daily task with the guided audio attached, a "daily sit" habit, a morning check-in on sleep and mood, and an evening reflection question. Client experience: each morning their app shows today's sit and a two-question check-in, and their streak grows.
  5. Add the course library. Upload your guided recordings as a course with drip release, one lesson per day. Client experience: they never face a wall of 21 recordings; tomorrow's sit appears tomorrow.
  6. Schedule the group sit. Enrolment creates the cohort group automatically; add a weekly video event to it. Client experience: they practise live with the same small group each week and can post questions in the cohort chat between sits.
  7. Set the checkout. Create the offer with a one-time price or a payment plan through your own Stripe account. Client experience: they pay with a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay and land straight inside the program.
  8. Review weekly. Check the client list for anyone marked quiet or at risk, read their check-ins, and use the AI briefing before each 1:1. Client experience: you notice when they stop sitting, before they decide meditation "doesn't work" for them.

If you would rather not build any of this yourself, the white-glove team can set up the website, funnel, program outline and email sequence from your description and files, and you record the audio. Health-adjacent coaches can also see how this works on our software for health coaches page, and coaches working with the body on software for somatic and embodiment coaches.

Which mistakes do meditation coaches make when choosing software?

The most common mistake is choosing for the sale and forgetting the practice. Here are the patterns to avoid:

  • Treating a course host as a coaching platform. Selling recordings is not the same as seeing whether someone sat this morning. If you coach individuals, you need per-client habits and check-ins.
  • Spreading clients across three logins. Audio in one app, community in another, booking in a third. Beginners drop off at every hand-off.
  • Ignoring platform fees on memberships. A 2% to 10% cut on recurring membership revenue adds up month after month. Check the fee on each tier, not only the plan price.
  • Skipping the scope statement. Meditation can surface difficult experiences. Put your referral policy in the agreement and intake, and know where you would send someone.
  • Collecting clinical detail in a non-clinical tool. If you need diagnosis notes or insurance billing, use a system with a signed BAA. Keep coaching notes to coaching.
  • Dumping the whole library on day one. Drip practices so beginners build a habit at a sustainable pace.

Which software should a meditation coach choose?

Choose Coachful if you coach individuals and groups and want daily practice, live sits, booking, payments and selling in one login. It is a coaching platform for coaches who deliver programs, not only sessions, including solo coaches growing into a small team and coaches replacing four to six tools. It does not offer HIPAA compliance, PayPal, wearable sync or a course marketplace. To start, take the free trial and use the free white-glove build to have your site, funnel and program structure set up for you.

Choose Kajabi for a large content library, Mighty Networks for a big livestreamed membership, Quenza for worksheets alongside a clinic, and Systeme.io for a zero-cost list test. For broader context, see our guides to software for mindset coaches and software for new coaches, or browse all of Coachful's coaching software.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best software for meditation coaches?

For most meditation coaches, Coachful is the best fit because it combines booking, payments, agreements, daily habits and check-ins, drip courses, a community with live video events and a website in one login. Kajabi and Mighty Networks are strong if your business is mostly content or a large membership rather than coaching individuals.

Can I track whether clients actually meditate between sessions?

Yes, if the tool has habits and check-ins. In Coachful you add a daily sit habit with streaks plus morning and evening check-ins, and each client's record shows the pattern. Course platforms such as Kajabi and community tools such as Skool do not offer per-client habit tracking.

Which platform is best for live group meditation sessions?

Coachful runs video events inside the cohort group created when someone joins a program, which suits small cohorts. Mighty Networks includes 20 hours a month of livestreaming for up to 100 attendees on its $95/mo Launch plan, as listed in October 2026, which suits larger open memberships.

Do I need HIPAA-compliant software as a meditation coach?

Usually not, if you coach rather than treat and do not handle protected health information for a covered entity. If you work inside a clinical setting or keep clinical records, use a system that signs a business associate agreement. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified; check your obligations with an attorney if you are unsure.

Can I host guided meditation audio in Coachful?

Yes. You can add your recordings to courses with modules, lessons and drip release, attach them to daily program tasks, and offer them as downloads in the client's branded home. Coachful does not record the audio for you.

What is Coachful's free white-glove build service?

Every plan includes a white-glove build: you describe a website, funnel, program, email sequence or similar, attach up to 8 links and 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented; gaps are left for you. It does not include recording videos or audio, logo design or ad management.

Is a free tool enough to start a meditation coaching business?

A free plan such as Systeme.io's can test a lead magnet, and Practice Better's Sprout plan covers 3 clients. Once you have paying clients, you will need booking, agreements and a way to track practice, which free tiers rarely cover together.

What should I put in a meditation coaching agreement?

Include your scope (you teach and support a practice; you do not diagnose or treat), your referral policy, session and cancellation terms, payment terms and how you store notes. Ask clients to tell you if they are under care for a mental health condition. For legal wording in your country, check with an attorney.

Can I move my clients from another platform to Coachful?

Yes. Clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, and you can export full client data as a ZIP at any time. Payments move to your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account.

Does Coachful sync with Oura or Apple Health for sleep data?

No. Coachful has no Oura, Garmin, Fitbit or Whoop sync, and Apple Health sync is not publicly available. Clients can report sleep and mood in their morning check-in instead.
