7 Best Video Conferencing Tools for Yoga Teachers (2026 Guide)

The best video conferencing tools for yoga teachers do more than open a camera feed. A live vinyasa class needs a video room that holds a full gallery of students, a booking page that sells drop-ins and class packs, a payment that clears before the link goes out, and somewhere to put the replay for the student who missed Thursday. The real question is not "which app has the best video" but "which setup gets a student from finding your class to rolling out their mat at home with the fewest logins in between."
Our pick for most independent yoga teachers is Coachful, because it puts booking, payments, built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet and Teams links, programs, a community and replays behind one login for you and one branded app for your students. We make Coachful, so we have ranked it first, and below we explain the scenarios where a different tool is the better call. If you mainly run a physical studio with a big timetable, or you only need a free room for a 30-minute check-in, one of the other six may suit you better.

What do yoga teachers actually need from video conferencing?
Yoga teachers need a video room that works for movement, not meetings, plus everything around it: scheduling, payment, follow-up and a place for recordings. Office video tools were built for faces at desks; a yoga class is a full-body, often music-backed, 60 to 90-minute session where you need to see students' alignment from the side.
Here is what the work looks like in practice for an online yoga teacher:
- Recurring group classes. A weekly timetable (say, Monday slow flow, Wednesday power, Saturday yin) with a cap per class, a waitlist mindset and links that go out automatically. Session length matters: a free tier that stops at 40 minutes cuts a 60-minute class in half.
- Private sessions. One-to-one work on a student's practice, often sold as a pack of five or ten. These need intake questions about injuries, pregnancy and experience before the first call.
- Multi-week programs. A 21-day morning practice, a beginners' foundations course, a prenatal series. Students need daily prompts and a way to track that they actually rolled out the mat.
- Replays and on-demand. Students in other time zones or with young children watch later. The recording has to land somewhere they can find it, behind the payment.
- Community. Yoga students stay for the people. A group space between classes keeps a cohort together after the live session ends.
- Retreat and workshop sales. One-off workshops and retreat deposits need a checkout and a confirmation sequence.
There is also a scope line. Yoga teaching is not medical treatment. The U.S. National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health notes that yoga is generally considered safe for healthy people practising under a qualified instructor, and that people with health conditions should talk with their health care providers before starting (NCCIH: Yoga, what you need to know). If a student reports new pain, numbness, a recent surgery or a high-risk pregnancy, refer them to a physician or physiotherapist and adapt only within your training. Your video platform choice follows from that: if you work as a yoga therapist inside a clinical setting that requires a HIPAA business associate agreement, that requirement narrows your list before anything else does.
For a broader look at software for this audience, see our guides to the best platform for yoga teachers and the best apps for yoga teachers. If you coach outside yoga too, our general roundup of remote coaching tools compares twelve options for sessions and payments.
Which tool wins in each yoga-teaching scenario?
Coachful wins overall; each other tool on this list wins one specific situation. We ranked on one login for the whole student journey, delivery between classes, total stack cost, and setup effort including Coachful's free white-glove build.
| Tool | Best for | Starting price (as listed, October 2026) |
|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Best overall: live classes, private sessions, programs, replays and community in one branded app | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients |
| Zoom | Largest live classes when you already have booking and payments elsewhere | Free tier; paid prices could not be verified today |
| Arketa | Solo instructors who want a studio-style class timetable | Individual $49/mo billed annually, plus a 3% transaction fee |
| Practice Better | Yoga therapists who need charting and built-in telehealth | Free for 3 clients; Starter $35/mo |
| Momence | Studios with memberships, packs and many class types | Quote only |
| Acuity Scheduling | Private sessions with detailed intake forms | Starter $20/mo ($16/mo annual) |
| Calendly | A free booking page for occasional one-to-one calls | Free; Standard $10/mo per seat billed annually |
How did we choose these seven tools?
We picked tools that a yoga teacher would realistically put between a student and a live class, then ranked them on four criteria: how many logins the student journey needs, what the tool does between live sessions, the total monthly cost of the stack once you add the missing pieces, and how much setup it takes. We have not run hands-on tests of every tool; the facts below come from each vendor's own pricing and product pages as listed in October 2026, plus Wikipedia's entry for Zoom's free-tier limits.
Two things we deliberately weighted. First, the full cost: a free video room is not free if you then pay separately for booking, email, a course host and a community app. Second, the gap between classes: most of a yoga student's progress happens on their own mat on the days you are not teaching, so a tool that only handles the live hour leaves most of the job undone.
Prices change. We quote what each vendor listed in October 2026 and flag where we could not verify a number. If you are comparing purely on video, our sister guides for life coaches and executive coaches take a different angle on the same category.
1. Coachful: why is it the best overall pick for yoga teachers?

Coachful wins when you teach a mix of live group classes, private sessions and multi-week programs and want students to book, pay, join, practise and rewatch inside one branded app. It is a coaching platform rather than a pure video tool, which is exactly why it fits: the video call is one step in a longer student journey, and Coachful runs the whole journey.
Coachful is a coaching platform built in Tallinn, Estonia. One subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. It is built for teachers and coaches who deliver programs rather than just sessions, for solo practitioners growing into a small team, and for anyone tired of juggling four to six separate tools. On Trustpilot it holds 4.5 from 21 reviews.
How live classes and private sessions run
Booking pages handle availability rules, buffers between classes, minimum notice and time-zone detection, so a student in Lisbon sees your 7am New York flow at the right local time. Calendars sync two ways with Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook. Each session type can use Coachful's built-in video or automatically create a Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams link, which means you can keep the video room you and your students already know while Coachful handles everything around it.
Reminders go out by email, plus SMS 24 hours before and WhatsApp one hour before once messaging is enabled. That one-hour WhatsApp nudge is the one that gets a student to unroll their mat instead of forgetting. You can sell paid sessions or session credits (useful for a ten-class pack), ask intake questions at booking (injuries, pregnancy, experience level), and, if you teach with a partner, assign sessions round-robin or to whoever is least busy.
For group classes and workshops, Coachful runs group calls, webinars and video events from the community. When a student enrolls in a program, a cohort group is created automatically, so your 21-day foundations class has its own space without you setting it up by hand.
Here is a short walkthrough of Coachful's scheduling in action:
What happens between classes
This is where Coachful separates from a video tool. Multi-week programs carry weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. A "30 days of morning practice" program can ask each student to tick off their practice, rate their energy in a morning check-in and reflect in an evening one. Courses with modules, lessons, drip release and completion tracking hold your recorded classes and pose libraries; you upload your own videos, since Coachful does not supply stock content.

The community feed, group chat and direct messages keep students talking between sessions. Everything lands in the student's branded home and app, which ships under the Coachful listing with your branding rather than under your own App Store account.

Payments, agreements and the student record
Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time drop-ins, monthly memberships as subscriptions, payment plans for teacher trainings or retreats, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and Stripe Tax. Coachful charges a 0% platform fee (since August 2026), so you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing. There is no PayPal option. A coaching agreement or class waiver can be sent for e-signature before the first session and stored on the student's record, alongside goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions. Each student shows a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk, which tells you who has gone quiet after week two.
Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data: she can draft a welcome email sequence for a new series, build a program outline, summarize recorded sessions and brief you before a private session. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits.
The website and marketing side
A section-based website builder with a blog, custom domain, SEO settings and 30 designed homepage templates gives you a schedule-first site, and booking, lead-magnet and checkout funnels sell a free "five-minute morning stretch" download or a paid workshop. Email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences cover your weekly class newsletter. If your site is your main concern, see our guide to the best website builder for yoga teachers.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, then "We'll build it for you · FREE", you describe what you want built: a website, a funnel, a sales page for a retreat, a program, a course outline with written material, an email sequence, a link-in-bio page, an event or webinar. You can attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as your logo, photos and class descriptions. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices; gaps are left for you to fill. One recent build: a menopause and midlife health coach starting from nothing got a five-page site in sage and cream with every button leading to a free 20-minute consultation, a layout that translates directly to a yoga teacher's "book your first class" flow. It does not include recording your class videos, logo design or ad management. Read more about the free white-glove service.

Where Coachful falls short for yoga
Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and offers no business associate agreement, so it is not for clinical yoga therapy record-keeping or insurance billing. It has no permanent free plan (there is a free trial), no PayPal, and no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync. It is not a class marketplace where new students discover you; you bring your own audience. And it is built around programs and sessions rather than a drop-in studio front desk with room bookings and multiple locations.
Pricing is flat monthly: lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited, team plans add coach seats, and monthly plans cancel in one click (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). See the video calls page and group coaching software for more detail.
2. Zoom: is it still the right room for big live classes?
Zoom is the pick when your class list is large and you already handle booking, payments and replays somewhere else. Most yoga students have used it, which removes a lot of "how do I join" emails on the first morning.
According to Wikipedia's Zoom entry, the free plan allows up to 100 concurrent participants with a 40-minute time restriction, and the highest paid plan supports up to 1,000 participants in meetings lasting up to 30 hours. That 40-minute cap is the practical problem for yoga: a standard 60 or 75-minute class will not fit in a free meeting, so a paid plan is a requirement, not an upgrade. The same entry notes that hosts can move video windows around in gallery view and pin or spotlight a window, which is how teachers keep an eye on a student whose alignment they are watching.
On price, we have to be straight with you. Zoom's pricing page, fetched on October 25, 2026, loads its paid plan prices dynamically by region, and we could not verify a current figure. The page does list a free tier. Check the pricing page in your own region before budgeting.
What Zoom does not do is the rest of the yoga business. It does not sell your class pack, send a WhatsApp reminder, hold a 21-day program, track a student's practice streak or keep a community going between sessions. You will pair it with a booking tool, a payment processor, an email tool and somewhere to host replays. Coachful can auto-create the Zoom link for each booked session, so the two work together if you want to keep Zoom as the room.
Pick it over Coachful if you already run booking, payments and replays elsewhere, teach classes of dozens of students at a time, and only need a reliable video room. If you want Zoom's room with Coachful's booking and program layer, use both.
3. Arketa: what if you want a studio-style timetable as a solo teacher?
Arketa suits the independent instructor who thinks in terms of a weekly class timetable, the way a studio does, rather than in programs or coaching packages. It is booking and studio-management software for fitness and wellness studios and instructors.

As listed in October 2026, the Individual plan costs $49/month billed annually (the monthly price is not shown on the pricing page) and includes one team member login and one location. Studio Core adds unlimited team members, locations and rooms; Studio Growth and Studio Suite are custom-priced. There is a "Start Free Trial" button on Individual, but the page does not show its length or whether a card is needed.
The cost detail that matters most for a yoga teacher is the transaction fee. On Individual, Arketa adds a 3% transaction fee on top of Stripe's processing (listed as 2.9% + $0.30 in the US). As an illustrative example, if you take $3,000 in class sales in a month, that 3% is $90 before Stripe's own fees. On Studio plans the fee is "Let's talk". Branded apps, the marketing suite and the website are add-ons or top-tier features with unpublished prices.
We could not confirm from the pricing page whether Arketa hosts live video itself, so plan to pair it with a video room unless a demo shows otherwise. It also does not cover program delivery with habits and check-ins in the way Coachful does. On Trustpilot it showed 2.6 from 7 reviews when we checked on October 25, 2026, too small a sample to read much into.
Pick it over Coachful if your teaching is almost entirely a recurring drop-in timetable, you are planning to grow into a physical studio with rooms and locations, and you are comfortable with the 3% fee on the Individual plan.
4. Practice Better: when does a yoga therapist need it?
Practice Better wins for yoga therapists and wellness practitioners who need clinical-style charting next to their video sessions. It is practice-management software for wellness and nutrition practitioners, with scheduling, telehealth, charting, billing, programs and a client portal.

Pricing as listed in October 2026: Sprout is free for 3 clients, 1 practitioner and 100 MB of storage. Starter is $35/month ($25/month annual) for 10 clients and 1 GB. Professional is $69/month ($59/month annual) for 300 clients and 5 GB. Plus is $99/month ($89/month annual) for unlimited clients, 3 admins and unlimited storage. Team is $155/month ($145/month annual) for 2 practitioners, expandable at $50 each. There is a 30-day trial on Team and 14 days on other paid plans, with no contracts. Payments run through Practice Better Payments, powered by Stripe; rates are not listed.
The fit for yoga therapy is the built-in telehealth plus charting: you can run a private session and keep session notes in a practitioner-style record. The trade-offs show up for a teacher who also runs group classes and programs. Evergreen programs, portal branding, a custom URL and SMS start on Plus at $99/month, and an older profile notes no website builder or funnel pages. It is also priced around one practitioner per account until Team. Trustpilot showed 3.8 from 87 reviews on October 25, 2026.
If your practice involves health conditions, check what a HIPAA business associate agreement covers on the plan you choose directly with the vendor; we do not have that detail in our records.
Pick it over Coachful if you work as a yoga therapist alongside healthcare providers, need practitioner-style charting, and most of your work is one-to-one rather than group classes, programs and community.
5. Momence: does a multi-class studio need quote-based software?
Momence is the scenario pick for studios running many class types, memberships and class packs, with an online schedule that mirrors an in-person timetable. It is studio and class business software covering booking, memberships, packs and marketing, built around classes and appointments rather than one-to-one coaching programs.

There is no public pricing. As listed in October 2026, Momence quotes after a conversation, and a "Start free trial" link leads to sign-up without stating the length or terms. Its help centre shows Stripe processing fees in transaction details. That makes it hard to compare costs without a sales call, which is a real drawback for a solo teacher trying to budget a first year online.
We could not confirm from the pages we reviewed how Momence handles live video, so ask in the demo whether it hosts classes itself or connects to an outside room. For a studio with several teachers and a dense timetable, a quote-based tool is a normal buying process. For a single teacher with three online classes a week and a few private clients, it is likely more system than you need. Trustpilot showed 4.1 from 420 reviews on October 25, 2026.
Pick it over Coachful if you run, or are about to open, a studio with multiple instructors, memberships and a large class timetable, and you are happy to get a custom quote.
6. Acuity Scheduling: is it enough for private yoga sessions?
Acuity Scheduling covers the teacher whose online work is mostly private sessions that need detailed intake forms. It is appointment scheduling with intake forms, packages and memberships, owned by Squarespace.

As listed in October 2026: Starter is $20/month ($16/month annual) with 1 calendar; Standard is $34/month ($27/month annual) with up to 6 calendars; Premium is $69/month ($55/month annual) with up to 36 calendars; Enterprise has unlimited calendars at an unpublished price. Every plan has a 7-day free trial with no credit card. Acuity adds no fee of its own; your Stripe, Square, PayPal or Venmo processor rates apply.
For a private yoga client, the intake form is the strong point: you can ask about injuries, pregnancy and goals before the first session, and sell a five-session package. Text reminders start on Standard, and a HIPAA BAA is offered only on Premium. What is missing: no client portal for programs, habits, check-ins or messaging, and no courses, community, website builder or email marketing. You will still need a video room and somewhere to host replays. Trustpilot showed 3.6 from 687 reviews on October 25, 2026.
Pick it over Coachful if you only teach private sessions, already have a Squarespace site, need PayPal or Venmo at checkout, and do not plan to run programs, a community or on-demand classes.
7. Calendly: when is a free booking page the right start?
Calendly fits the teacher testing online privates with a handful of students who needs a free booking link this week. It is a scheduling tool only: booking pages, reminders and workflows, and paid bookings.

As listed in October 2026, the Free plan includes 1 event type, 1 calendar connection and one-to-one scheduling. Standard is $10/month per seat billed annually, with up to 6 calendar connections and unlimited event types. Teams is $16/month per seat billed annually, and Teams Plus $24. Enterprise starts at $15,000 a year with a 50-seat minimum. Calendly charges no fee on payments; you connect your own Stripe or PayPal and pay their rates. Trustpilot showed 4.1 from 714 reviews on October 25, 2026.
The one-event-type limit on Free is the snag for yoga: you cannot offer a private session and a group class as separate event types without paying. Calendly also holds no student records, notes, programs, habits or check-ins, no intake questionnaires beyond booking questions, and no contracts or invoicing. Because it is priced per seat, a teaching partner adds another seat.
Pick it over Coachful if you are only testing demand with a few one-to-one calls, want to spend nothing to start, and are fine handling programs, replays and payments by hand for now.
How do the seven compare feature by feature?
Only Coachful covers booking, video links, payments, programs, replays and community in one place; the others each cover two or three of those jobs. The matrix below uses vendor documentation as listed in October 2026; "Not confirmed" means we could not verify it from the pages we reviewed.
| Tool | Live video | Booking and class packs | Payments | Programs and habits | Replays / courses | Community |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Built-in, or auto-created Zoom, Meet, Teams links | Yes, plus session credits | Your Stripe or Razorpay, 0% platform fee | Yes, with check-ins and streaks | Courses with drip | Feed, group chat, video events |
| Zoom | Yes (free tier capped at 40 minutes) | No | No | No | Not confirmed | No |
| Arketa | Not confirmed | Yes | Stripe plus 3% on Individual | No | Not confirmed | Not confirmed |
| Practice Better | Telehealth built in | Yes | Practice Better Payments (Stripe) | Programs; evergreen on Plus | Not confirmed | Not confirmed |
| Momence | Not confirmed | Yes, memberships and packs | Stripe | No | Not confirmed | Not confirmed |
| Acuity Scheduling | No | Yes, packages and memberships | Stripe, Square, PayPal, Venmo | No | No | No |
| Calendly | No | Booking only | Your Stripe or PayPal | No | No | No |

What do three real yoga-teaching stacks cost per month?
A single-platform setup usually costs less than it looks once you price the pieces a video-only stack leaves out. The three example stacks below assume a teacher with about 15 regular students, two weekly live classes and a few private sessions. Processor fees (Stripe or similar) apply in every stack and are left out unless a vendor adds its own.
| Stack | What it includes | Monthly cost (as listed, October 2026) | What is still missing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful (all-in-one) | Booking, built-in video or Zoom/Meet/Teams links, payments, programs, courses for replays, community, website, email | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | A paid Zoom plan only if you prefer Zoom over built-in video |
| Calendly + Zoom | Booking page and a video room | Calendly Standard $10 per seat billed annually, plus a Zoom paid plan (price not verifiable today) | Programs, replays hosting, community, website, email tool |
| Arketa + Zoom | Class timetable, booking, payments and a video room | Arketa Individual $49 billed annually, plus 3% of sales, plus a Zoom paid plan | Programs with habits and check-ins, community; branded app and website are add-ons |
To see how the 3% matters, take an illustrative month of $2,000 in class sales: Arketa's fee would be $60 on top of the $49, before you add Zoom. For larger rosters, check the client caps on each Coachful plan; at 40 students the relevant plan is Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients, and the unlimited option is Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients. Practice Better's Plus plan, at $99/month ($89 annual), is the comparable unlimited-client option among the practitioner tools.
How would a yoga teacher set this up in Coachful, step by step?
The sequence below works best if you hand the website and funnel to the free white-glove team first, so they are being built while you set up classes. Here is an example for a teacher offering two weekly live classes, private sessions and a 21-day morning practice program.
- Request the build. Go to Create, then "We'll build it for you · FREE". Ask for a homepage with your class timetable, a "book your first class" button and a free morning-stretch lead magnet. Attach your logo, photos and class descriptions.
- Connect Stripe. Link your own Stripe Connect account so drop-ins, class packs and memberships pay out to you directly.
- Create session types. Set up "Live Slow Flow (60 min)" and "Live Power (75 min)" as group sessions, and "Private Session (60 min)" as one-to-one. Choose built-in video or an auto-created Zoom or Meet link for each. Add buffers and minimum notice.
- Add intake questions. On the private session booking, ask about injuries, pregnancy, recent surgery and experience level, and note that you will refer out where needed.
- Sell packs. Offer a ten-class pack as session credits and a monthly membership as a subscription.
- Send your agreement. Attach a class agreement or waiver for e-signature before the first session.
- Build the program. Start from one of the more than 40 program templates and turn it into a 21-day morning practice with a daily task, a practice habit and a morning check-in. Enrollment creates the cohort group automatically.
- Upload replays. Create a course for recorded classes, with lessons dripped weekly, so members find each recording behind the paywall.
- Turn on reminders. Enable messaging so students get SMS 24 hours before and WhatsApp one hour before class.
- Watch the student statuses. Each week, check who has moved from active to quiet and send a personal note.
For the replay side in more depth, see delivering video courses without Teachable, and for membership models compare our guide to membership platforms for yoga teachers and course platforms for yoga teachers.
What mistakes do yoga teachers make with online class tools?
The most common mistake is planning a 60-minute class on a free video tier that ends at 40 minutes. A few others come up often:
- Sending the link before payment. If the video link goes out with the booking confirmation regardless of payment, unpaid students join. Use a tool where payment clears before the link is sent.
- Skipping the health intake. A private session without a question about injuries and pregnancy leaves you blind. Ask before booking and refer to a medical professional when answers raise concerns.
- Hosting replays in a shared drive. A public folder link gets forwarded. Put recordings behind the same login students paid through.
- Counting only the video cost. Add booking, email, course hosting and community to the comparison, plus any platform transaction fee.
- Ignoring time zones. A booking page that does not detect the student's time zone leads to missed classes.
- Letting the cohort scatter. Without a community space, a program group stops talking when the last live session ends. Our guide to client communication tools covers options.
Which video conferencing tool should a yoga teacher choose?
For most independent yoga teachers, Coachful is the best choice because it runs the whole student journey (booking, payment, the video room or your Zoom link, programs, replays and community) behind one login, with a free white-glove build to get you started. Choose Zoom alone if you only need a large reliable room and handle everything else elsewhere; Arketa or Momence if your business is a studio timetable; Practice Better if you are a yoga therapist who needs charting and telehealth; Acuity for intake-heavy private sessions; and Calendly's free plan if you are just testing demand.
Coachful is for coaches and teachers who deliver programs, not only sessions. It does not do clinical record-keeping, PayPal, wearable sync or a class marketplace. To start, take a free trial and request the free white-glove build from the Create page. More on Coachful's scheduling and payments.
Frequently asked questions
Can I teach a 60-minute yoga class on Zoom's free plan?
Not in one meeting. According to Wikipedia's Zoom entry, the free plan has a 40-minute limit, so a 60 or 75-minute class needs a paid plan. Check Zoom's pricing page in your region for current prices.
Does Coachful have built-in video for yoga classes?
Yes. Each session type can use Coachful's built-in video or automatically create a Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams link. Group calls, webinars and video events in the community are also included in your Coachful membership.
What is Coachful's free white-glove service?
From the Create page, you describe what you want built, such as a website, funnel, program or email sequence, and attach up to 8 links and 10 files. The Coachful team builds it in your account, usually within about 24 hours, without inventing credentials, testimonials or prices. It is free on every plan but does not include recording videos, logo design or ads.
Can students rewatch recorded classes in Coachful?
Yes. You upload recordings into a course with modules, lessons and drip release, and students watch them in your branded home and app after paying. Coachful does not provide stock yoga videos, so the content is yours.
Which tool is best for yoga therapy clients with health conditions?
If you need a HIPAA business associate agreement and clinical charting, Coachful is not the right fit; look at practitioner tools such as Practice Better and confirm BAA terms with the vendor. Whatever you use, yoga is not a substitute for medical treatment, and students with health conditions should talk with their health care providers.
Can I sell class packs and memberships?
In Coachful, class packs work as session credits and memberships as subscriptions through your own Stripe or Razorpay account, with a 0% platform fee. Acuity, Arketa and Momence also support packs or memberships; Calendly and Zoom do not on their own.
Do I need a separate website for my online yoga classes?
Not with Coachful, which includes a website builder with 30 homepage templates, a blog, a custom domain and checkout funnels. With Zoom, Calendly or Acuity you will need a separate site.
Does Arketa charge a transaction fee?
Yes. As listed in October 2026, the Individual plan adds a 3% Arketa transaction fee on top of Stripe processing. Studio plan fees are negotiated.
Can I use Coachful with PayPal?
No. Coachful takes payments through Stripe Connect or Razorpay, including Apple Pay and Google Pay. If PayPal is essential, Acuity and Calendly support it.
Is there a free plan for teaching yoga online?
Zoom, Calendly and Practice Better list free tiers with tight limits (40-minute meetings, one event type, three clients). Coachful has no permanent free plan, but it offers a free trial and the free white-glove build.
