Top 5 Video Conferencing Tools for Life Coaches, Ranked

The best video conferencing tools for life coaches are the ones that do more than hold a call. A life coaching session is one hour inside a longer relationship: a free discovery call, a signed agreement, weekly or fortnightly sessions over three to six months, and a lot of quiet work in between. So the deciding question is not "which app has the clearest picture?" It is "which tool gets the right client into the right call, then keeps the work going after everyone clicks Leave?"
Our pick is Coachful, because the video call sits inside the same login as booking, payment, the coaching agreement, goals, habits and check-ins, so nothing has to be copied between apps. We make Coachful, so weigh that, and read the other four entries: Zoom and Google Meet are excellent pure video tools, Practice Better bundles telehealth video into a practice platform, and Calendly is the scheduler many coaches pair with Zoom. Each section ends with the case for choosing it over us.

If you are still choosing your whole stack rather than just the call tool, start with our wider guide to the best software for life coaches, or the broader roundup of coaching platforms with built-in video calls.
What does a life coach's client journey need from a video tool?
It needs four different things at four stages: a low-friction discovery call to attract, a smooth hand-off from "yes" to a paid, signed first session to enroll, a dependable room for the actual sessions to deliver, and a reason for the client to stay engaged between and after calls to retain. Most video apps only cover the third.
Attract: the discovery or chemistry call
Life coaches usually sell through a free 20 to 30 minute conversation. The prospect has often never met you and may be nervous about saying what they want to change. Every extra step (download a client, create an account, find the link in a calendar invite) is a chance for them to quietly not show up. What this stage needs: a public booking page, automatic time-zone detection for prospects in other countries, a video link created for every booking, a couple of intake questions so you know why they came, and reminders close to the call.
Enroll: from "yes" to a paid, signed first session
The moment after a good discovery call is fragile. If you have to say "I'll email you a contract and a payment link later," momentum drops. This stage needs checkout, payment plans for higher-ticket packages, and a coaching agreement that the client signs before the first paid call. The International Coaching Federation's Code of Ethics expects coaches to agree on the terms, confidentiality and responsibilities of the relationship up front, which is much easier when the agreement lives next to the booking. Our guide to legal disclaimers for life coaches covers what to put in it.
Deliver: the sessions themselves
Life coaching sessions are conversational and often emotional. A client may cry, go quiet or need a minute. What matters here is a stable call that opens in a browser or on a phone, the ability to share a worksheet such as a wheel of life or a values list, a place to keep notes that the client can see afterwards, and clear rules about recording. If you run group programs or workshops, add group calls and a way to put members into the same cohort.
Retain: between sessions and after the package ends
Most of a client's change happens between calls. They need to remember the one action they committed to, track a habit, check in on mood or progress, and message you when something comes up. When a package ends, a renewal or an alumni group keeps the relationship alive. A video tool that stops at "meeting ended" leaves all of this to email threads and memory. If between-session work is new to you, our piece on asynchronous coaching with video messaging shows the pattern.
Which tool covers which stage?
Only an all-in-one coaching platform covers all four stages; pure video apps cover delivery well and depend on other tools for the rest. Here is how the five compare.
Ranking criteria: one login for the whole client journey, delivery between sessions, total stack cost, and setup effort (including Coachful's free white-glove build).
| Tool | Attract (discovery call) | Enroll (pay and sign) | Deliver (sessions) | Retain (between and after) | Starting price |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Booking pages, intake questions, funnels, website | Checkout, payment plans, e-signed agreement before the first call | Built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links; group calls and webinars | Programs, habits, check-ins, community, AI Coach, email sequences | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients |
| Zoom Workplace | Needs a scheduler (Zoom sells Zoom Scheduler as an add-on) | Not covered | Strong: the video call is the product | Not covered | Free Basic plan; paid prices not verified today |
| Google Meet (Workspace) | Appointment booking pages from Business Standard | eSignature in Docs from Business Standard; no checkout | Strong; recording from Business Standard | Not covered | Prices not verified today |
| Practice Better | Booking; no website or funnel pages | Billing through Practice Better Payments | Built-in telehealth video | Programs and client portal; evergreen programs from Plus | Free Sprout plan (3 clients); Starter $35/mo |
| Calendly | Strong booking pages; creates video links | Paid bookings via your Stripe or PayPal; no contracts | None of its own; links to Zoom, Meet or Teams | Not covered | Free plan; Standard $10/seat/mo billed annually |
How did we choose and rank these five?
We started from the journey above and asked which tools a life coach would realistically run their calls through. That gave two pure video apps (Zoom and Google Meet), one practice platform with its own video (Practice Better), one scheduler that most video-first coaches pair with Zoom (Calendly), and Coachful. We have not run hands-on tests of these products; everything below comes from what each vendor documents on its own pages, as listed in October 2026, and what public reviewers report. Where a vendor's price did not render on its pricing page when we checked today (Zoom and Google Workspace localise and load prices dynamically), we say so instead of guessing.
Ranking leans toward the criteria a solo life coach feels most: how many logins the client has to juggle, whether anything happens between sessions, the monthly bill once every piece is added up, and how long setup takes. A tool that is excellent at one stage but needs three companions ranks below one that covers the whole journey.
1. Coachful: is an all-in-one platform the best video tool for life coaches?
For most life coaches, yes, because the call is only one step and Coachful runs the steps on either side of it. Coachful is a coaching platform: one subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant, with one login for the coach and one branded app for the client. It is built for coaches who deliver programs rather than just sessions, solo coaches growing into a small team, and coaches replacing four to six separate tools. Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients.

Booking that already knows where the call happens
Each session type gets a booking page with availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, so a prospect in Sydney sees your Tuesday morning in their own time. Calendars sync two ways with Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook. For the call itself you choose built-in video, or let Coachful auto-create a Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams link for every booking if your clients prefer one of those. Intake questions sit on the booking form, so you walk into the discovery call knowing what the person wants help with. Reminders go by email, plus SMS 24 hours before and WhatsApp one hour before once messaging is enabled, which is the window when no-shows are decided. The walkthrough below shows the scheduling setup.
Pay, sign, then meet
Paid sessions and session credits run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, with one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, coupons, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Coachful takes a 0% platform fee (since August 2026); you only pay Stripe or Razorpay processing. The coaching agreement goes out with e-signature before the first call and is stored on the client record, so a three-month package can be bought, signed and booked in one sitting after a discovery call. See coaching contracts for how agreements work.

The room clients return to after the call
After a session, the client opens their branded home in the Coachful app and sees the next session, the notes you shared, their program week and any pre-session task. Multi-week programs carry weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. For a life coach that is where "I'll journal three times this week" stops being a promise made on video and becomes something both of you can see.

On your side, every client record holds goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, with a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, briefs you before each session from live practice data and summarizes recorded sessions; questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership, while confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. If you are working toward an ICF credential, Coachful counts coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports an ICF client coaching log (ICF hour tracking).

Groups, workshops and alumni
Group calls and webinars run from the same account, and a cohort group is created automatically when someone enrolls in a program, with a community feed, group chat, direct messages and video events. That suits the life coach who runs a six-week group program alongside 1:1 work, or keeps past clients in an alumni circle. More on that in group coaching software and video calls for coaches.
Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan you can open Create > We'll build it for you · FREE, describe what you need (a website, a discovery-call funnel, a sales page, a program, an email sequence), attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as your logo, photos and existing copy, and the Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing gets invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices; gaps are left for you to fill. A leadership coach with a Squarespace renewal days away, for example, got one clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button. It does not include recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. Details are in our white-glove service guide.

What Coachful does not do
Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not a fit for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. There is no PayPal and no permanent free plan. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. There are no routing forms that pick a host from form answers, no Salesforce or HubSpot integration, and no third-party plugins. Trustpilot shows 4.5 from 21 reviews.
How to start: take a free trial, then request the free white-glove build for your booking page or website while you set up your first session types. The life coach overview is at Coachful for life coaches.
2. Zoom Workplace: still the safest pure video choice?
If all you need is a call that almost every client can join, Zoom Workplace remains the default. Many clients will have used it at work, which lowers the "how do I join?" anxiety before a first session, and both Coachful and Calendly can create Zoom links for you automatically.
Where it fits a life coaching practice
Zoom is strongest in the deliver stage. Its pricing pages list a free Basic plan and paid Workplace plans (Pro, Pro Plus, Business and above), plus separate products such as Zoom Scheduler and Zoom Webinars. Cloud recordings are tied to paid plans, which matters if you record sessions with consent so the client can rewatch a breakthrough moment. For group programs, Zoom's meeting and webinar products cover everything from a 10-person workshop to a large free masterclass.
What it costs
We could not verify Zoom's current prices: when we checked the pricing page today, prices loaded dynamically by region and did not appear in the page we retrieved. Check the live pricing page before you budget. The free Basic plan carries limits on meeting length and features that Zoom documents on that page; confirm them before you run paid 60-minute sessions on a free account.
The gaps you will fill yourself
Zoom does not take payment for a coaching package, send an agreement, hold session notes the client can revisit, or track habits and goals. A typical life coach using Zoom adds a scheduler (Calendly, Acuity Scheduling or Zoom Scheduler), a payment link, an e-signature tool and an email tool, and keeps notes in a document. Each piece works; the cost is the number of places a client has to look, and the number of subscriptions you maintain. That is the trade our guide to what software life coaches use maps out job by job.
One scope point applies to every video tool here: coaching is not therapy. If a client's session drifts toward trauma, a mental-health crisis or anything clinical, pause the coaching, say so, and refer them to a licensed professional. The software you meet on does not change what the session is.
Pick it over Coachful if you already have a booking, payment and notes system you like, you mainly need the most familiar call experience for clients, or you run large public webinars where Zoom's dedicated webinar product matters more than anything that happens after the call.
3. Google Meet: the browser-first option for Workspace users
Google Meet makes sense when you already run your coaching business on Google Workspace, because the call, your calendar, your email and your files live under one Google login. Clients join in a browser with no download, which helps the prospect who is joining a discovery call from a work laptop with locked-down software.
Plan differences that matter to coaches
Google's Workspace pricing page, checked today, shows meaningful differences between tiers for coaching use:
- Business Starter: video meetings up to 100 participants, but meeting recordings to Google Drive and appointment booking pages are not included on this tier.
- Business Standard: 150 participants, meeting recordings, noise cancellation, appointment booking pages and eSignature with Docs and PDFs.
- Business Plus: 500 participants and attendance tracking.
- Maximum meeting length on these business plans is listed as 24 hours, and Starter, Standard and Plus can be bought for up to 300 users.
For a solo life coach, Business Standard is the tier where Meet starts to look like a coaching setup: a booking page, a recorded call and a signed document are all possible without another vendor.
Price check
Workspace prices are shown by region and loaded dynamically, and they did not render in the version of the page we retrieved today, so we cannot quote them. Check the pricing page for your country, and note that Google was showing introductory discounts on some tiers.
Where Meet stops
Booking pages in Workspace are basic appointment slots, not a coaching funnel with intake questions, packages or payment plans. There is no checkout for a three-month package, no client portal, no habits or check-ins, and no cohort community. Coaches who rely on Meet usually pair it with a separate payment tool and an email platform, and keep client notes in Docs. If your clients are in the EU, remember that you remain responsible for how recordings and notes are stored under data-protection rules; the overview of the General Data Protection Regulation is a good starting point.
Pick it over Coachful if your business already lives in Google Workspace, you want browser-only calls with nothing for clients to install, and you are comfortable handling payments, agreements and between-session work in other tools.
4. Practice Better: built-in video for wellness-leaning life coaches
Practice Better is a practice management platform for wellness and nutrition practitioners that includes its own telehealth video, scheduling, charting, billing, programs and a client portal. Life coaches whose work overlaps with wellness (stress, sleep, burnout, lifestyle change) sometimes choose it because the call and the client file live together.

How it handles a coaching session
Clients book, pay through Practice Better Payments (powered by Stripe; rates are not listed on the pricing page), and join the session through the built-in video, so there is no separate Zoom account to manage. Programs and the client portal give clients somewhere to go between calls. The charting tools are designed for practitioners who keep structured clinical-style notes; many life coaches will use only part of them.
Tiers, as listed in October 2026
- Sprout: $0/month for 3 clients, 1 practitioner, 100 MB of storage.
- Starter: $35/month ($25/month billed annually) for 10 clients and 1 GB.
- Professional: $69/month ($59/month billed annually) for 300 clients and 5 GB.
- Plus: $99/month ($89/month billed annually) for unlimited clients, 3 admins and unlimited storage.
- Team: $155/month ($145/month billed annually) for 2 practitioners, up to 200 at $50 each.
Trials run 30 days on Team and 14 days on other paid plans. Evergreen programs, portal branding, a custom URL and SMS start on Plus, so a life coach who wants a branded portal and text reminders is looking at the $99 tier.

Limits for a life coach
There is no website builder or funnel pages, so the attract stage happens elsewhere. Below the Team plan, each account has one practitioner. Trustpilot shows 3.8 from 87 reviews. The platform's language and structure lean clinical, which suits a health-adjacent coach but can feel heavy for someone coaching on career change or confidence.
Pick it over Coachful if your coaching sits close to wellness or nutrition practice, you want charting-style notes and built-in telehealth in one place, or you want to start on a free plan with up to 3 clients before paying anything.
5. Calendly: the scheduler that hands you a video link
Calendly is not a video conferencing tool, but it is how many life coaches get clients into Zoom, Meet or Teams calls. You connect a calendar and a video app, share a booking link, and every booking arrives with a meeting link already attached.

What it does well at the discovery stage
Booking pages, reminders and workflows are the whole product, and they are polished. A prospect picks a time in their own time zone and gets a confirmation with a video link. You can take payment for bookings by connecting your own Stripe or PayPal; Calendly documents no fee of its own on top of those processor rates. For a coach who only needs "click, pick a time, join Zoom," it does exactly that.
Plans and seats
As listed in October 2026: Free at $0 with 1 event type, 1 calendar connection and 1:1 scheduling; Standard at $10 per seat per month billed annually, with up to 6 calendar connections and unlimited event types; Teams at $16 per seat per month billed annually; Teams Plus at $24 per seat per month billed annually; and Enterprise from $15k per year with a 50-seat minimum. Monthly-billing prices did not appear on the page. The free plan's single event type is the catch for a life coach, who usually needs at least a discovery call and a paid session type.

Everything after the booking
Calendly has no client records, notes, programs, habits or check-ins, no contracts and no invoicing beyond paid bookings. Pricing is per seat, so each coach on a growing team pays separately. Trustpilot shows 4.1 from 714 reviews. Our ranking of scheduling software for life coaches compares it with the other booking tools in more depth.
Pick it over Coachful if you only need a booking link that feeds Zoom or Meet, you run a handful of session types, and you already deliver programs, payments and follow-up somewhere you are happy with.
Which features matter on the call itself?
The call features that matter to life coaches are an easy browser or app join, link creation on every booking, reminders, a place for shared notes, and group calls; everything else is secondary. This matrix shows what each tool documents.
| Tool | Video calls | Booking with time zones | Text reminders | Recording | E-signed agreements | Between-session work | Groups and community | Website and funnels |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Built-in, or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links | Yes | SMS 24 h and WhatsApp 1 h once messaging is enabled | Michelle summarizes recorded sessions | Yes, before the first call | Programs, habits, check-ins, goals | Group calls, webinars, auto-created cohort groups | Yes |
| Zoom Workplace | Yes | Via Zoom Scheduler add-on | Not documented on the pages we checked | Cloud recording on paid plans | No | No | Meetings and webinars; no community | No |
| Google Meet | Yes, in the browser | Booking pages from Business Standard | Not documented on the pages we checked | From Business Standard | eSignature in Docs from Business Standard | No | Meetings; no community | No |
| Practice Better | Built-in telehealth | Yes | SMS from Plus | Not stated on its pricing page | Not stated on its pricing page | Programs and client portal | Not stated on its pricing page | No |
| Calendly | No; links to Zoom, Meet or Teams | Yes | Reminders and workflows | Not applicable | No | No | No | No |
Stack recipes: all-in-one or assembled, and what each costs?
An all-in-one platform usually costs less in total and in setup time than an assembled stack once you count every tool a life coach needs from discovery call to renewal. Below are three common recipes, followed by costs at 5, 15 and 40 active clients.
Recipe A: all-in-one in Coachful
Booking pages, built-in video (or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links), checkout, agreements, programs with habits and check-ins, community, website, funnels and email, all in one account. Lower plans cap the number of clients and Pro is unlimited; for unlimited clients: Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients. Monthly plans cancel in one click.
Recipe B: assembled around Zoom
Zoom for calls, Calendly Standard for booking ($10 per seat per month billed annually), Stripe payment links for packages, a separate e-signature tool for agreements, an email platform for nurture, and documents or a notes app for session notes. The verified part of that bill is Calendly; Zoom's paid price did not render when we checked today, and the e-signature and email tools depend on which you pick. Our email marketing tools for coaches roundup lists typical prices for that piece.
Recipe C: practice platform with video
Practice Better for booking, telehealth video, billing and programs, plus a separate website and funnel tool, since it does not include one. The platform's own cost scales with client count, as the table below shows.
| Stack | 5 active clients | 15 active clients | 40 active clients |
|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful (all-in-one) | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients |
| Zoom + Calendly Standard + other tools | Calendly $10/mo (annual) + Zoom (price not verified) + e-signature, email and payment tools | Same as 5 clients; per-seat pricing does not scale with clients | Same as 5 clients |
| Practice Better + separate website tool | Starter $35/mo ($25 annual) + website tool | Professional $69/mo ($59 annual) + website tool | Professional $69/mo ($59 annual) + website tool; Plus $99/mo if you need branding and SMS |
| Google Workspace Business Standard + other tools | Price not verified + payment and email tools | Same as 5 clients | Same as 5 clients |
These are illustrative stacks, not quotes. Processor fees from Stripe, PayPal or Razorpay apply on top of every option.
How does a life coach set this up in Coachful, step by step?
Expect an afternoon for the essentials, less if you request the free white-glove build for your booking page and site. Here is an example setup for a life coach selling a free discovery call and a three-month 1:1 package.

- Connect your calendar. Link Google, Apple/iCloud or Outlook so busy times block your booking pages both ways.
- Choose where calls happen. Use built-in video, or connect Zoom, Google Meet or Teams so a link is created for every booking automatically.
- Create the discovery call. A free 30-minute session type (an example length) with a 15-minute buffer, a minimum notice of 12 hours, and two intake questions: "What would you like to be different six months from now?" and "What have you already tried?"
- Turn on reminders. Email by default, then enable messaging for the SMS reminder 24 hours before and WhatsApp one hour before.
- Build the package offer. Connect Stripe Connect or Razorpay, create the three-month package with a payment plan option, and attach session credits so the client can book their 1:1 calls.
- Attach the agreement. Upload or write your coaching agreement so it goes out for e-signature before the first paid call. Include your scope statement: coaching is not therapy, and you will refer to a licensed professional if mental-health concerns come up.
- Set up between-session work. Start from one of the more than 40 program templates, then add a weekly goal, one or two habits and an evening check-in. Clients see these in their branded home in the Coachful app.
- Publish the booking path. Put the discovery-call booking on your website or link-in-bio page, or use a booking funnel with pixel and UTM tracking if you run ads.
- Prepare for each session. Before every call, read Michelle's briefing on the client's check-ins and progress, then add shared notes afterwards so the client can see them.
Coachful's scheduling software page and AI coaching assistant page go deeper on steps 1 to 4 and step 9.
How do you migrate from Zoom and a scheduler without losing clients?
Move new bookings first, let existing sessions finish on the old links, and switch current clients at a natural break such as the start of a new month or package. Practical tips:
- Keep Zoom while you test. Coachful can auto-create Zoom links, so you can move booking, payment and follow-up first and change the video room later, or never.
- Do not break booked sessions. Leave the old scheduler live until its last booked session has passed, then redirect its booking link.
- Bring your clients and content over. Clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, so you do not retype a roster.
- Tell clients what changes for them. One short email: where to book, where to find notes, and that the call link arrives in the confirmation as before.
- Settle recording rules once. If you record sessions, put consent in your agreement and say where recordings and notes are kept. The ICF Core Competencies put trust and confidentiality at the centre of the coaching relationship.
- Export before you cancel. Whatever you leave, export client lists, notes and payment history first. Coachful exports the full client record as a ZIP if you ever move on.
If you are also replacing a practice tool, our ranking of practice management software for life coaches covers the wider move.
What mistakes do life coaches make when choosing a video tool?
- Choosing on video quality alone. All five tools here run clear calls. The difference shows up before and after the call.
- Running paid sessions on a free plan. Free tiers cap event types, meeting length or features. Check the limits before a 60-minute paid session gets cut off.
- Sending the contract after the first session. Agree terms, confidentiality and recording consent before the first paid call.
- Leaving follow-up to email. If the action a client commits to on the call is not written somewhere they will see it tomorrow, it usually fades.
- Using clinical tools as a badge of seriousness. A HIPAA-oriented telehealth platform does not change what coaching is. Keep a clear scope statement and refer clients to licensed professionals when therapy is needed.
- Forgetting time zones. International clients mean booking pages must detect time zones, and reminders must arrive in the client's local time.
Which video conferencing tool should a life coach choose?
Choose Coachful if you want the discovery call, the paid package, the signed agreement, the sessions and the work between them in one place, with built-in video or your clients' preferred Zoom, Meet or Teams link. Choose Zoom if you only need the most familiar call experience and already run the rest elsewhere. Choose Google Meet if your business lives in Google Workspace and browser-only calls matter. Choose Practice Better if your coaching sits close to wellness practice and you want built-in telehealth with charting. Choose Calendly if your need is purely a booking link that feeds an existing video app.
For most life coaches running 1:1 packages or small group programs, the time saved by having one login for clients and one bill each month outweighs the familiarity of a standalone video app. Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients.
Frequently asked questions
Do life coaches need a paid video conferencing tool?
Not always, but free plans come with limits on meeting length, event types or recording that matter for paid sessions. If you charge for 60-minute calls, check the free tier's limits first. A coaching platform with built-in video removes the separate video subscription entirely.
Can I keep using Zoom with Coachful?
Yes. Coachful can auto-create a Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams link for every booking, or you can use its built-in video. Many coaches keep Zoom at first and move booking, payments and follow-up into Coachful.
Is Zoom or Google Meet better for life coaching sessions?
Both run clear calls. Zoom is the more familiar app for many clients and has a dedicated webinar product; Google Meet runs in the browser and fits coaches already on Google Workspace, with recording and booking pages from Business Standard. Neither handles payments, agreements or between-session work.
Should I record my life coaching sessions?
Only with the client's clear consent, ideally written into your coaching agreement, along with where recordings are stored and for how long. Some clients value rewatching a session; others will speak less freely when recorded. Offer it as an option rather than a default.
Is Coachful HIPAA-compliant for video sessions?
No. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. Life coaching is not a clinical service, and Coachful is GDPR-ready for coaches with EU clients.
What is Coachful's free white-glove service?
On every plan, the Coachful team builds things for you inside your own account, such as a website, a discovery-call funnel, a program or an email sequence, usually within about 24 hours. You describe what you want and attach up to 8 links and 10 files; nothing is invented, and gaps are left for you. It does not include recording videos, logo design or ongoing marketing.
How do I run group coaching calls?
Zoom and Google Meet both host group meetings; you then manage the group elsewhere. In Coachful, group calls and webinars run from the same account, and enrolling in a program automatically creates a cohort group with a feed and chat.
What should a discovery call booking page include?
A clear session length, automatic time-zone detection, two or three intake questions, a buffer after the call, and reminders the day before and an hour before. The video link should arrive with the confirmation so the prospect never has to ask for it.
What does Coachful not do that a life coach might need?
It has no PayPal, no permanent free plan, no routing forms that pick a host from form answers, and no Salesforce or HubSpot integration. The client app runs under the Coachful listing with your branding rather than under your own App Store account.
