Top 7 Webinar Platforms for Spiritual Coaches in 2026

The best webinar platforms for spiritual coaches do more than host a video room. A free new-moon circle or a breathwork taster only earns its keep when the people who show up can book a discovery call, buy a program and keep practising between sessions without you copying names between four apps. So the real question is not "which tool streams video best" but "which tool carries someone from a free live circle into a paid, ongoing practice with you".
Our pick is Coachful, because the webinar is one piece of a single client journey there: registration funnel, live group call or community video event, follow-up emails, paid program, daily check-ins and habits, all under one login and inside the client's branded app. We make Coachful, so weigh that, and read the six other options below; for some practices one of them will be the better fit.
This guide works as a decision guide first. Answer five questions about your practice, see which tool maps to your answers, then read the ranked sections, the cost table at 5, 15 and 40 clients, and the red flags to check before you switch.
What do spiritual coaches actually need from a webinar platform?
Spiritual coaches need a webinar setup that suits small, intimate live gatherings and turns attendance into an ongoing relationship. Large-audience broadcast features matter far less than what happens the morning after the circle.
Look at how most spiritual coaching practices fill their calendars. The top of the funnel is usually a live experience: a guided meditation, a full-moon intention circle, a workshop on reconnecting with purpose after a loss or a career change, a breathwork session, an introduction to a journaling practice. Twenty to sixty people register, fewer attend live, and a handful want more. That handful is the business.
From there the client journey usually branches three ways. Some people book a one-to-one discovery call. Some join a group container, such as an eight-week program with a weekly live circle. Some buy a recorded course or a membership and practise on their own. A useful platform handles all three without forcing you to rebuild your contact list for each.
Spiritual work also has a particular rhythm between sessions. The transformation happens in the daily practice: the morning meditation, the evening reflection, the gratitude entry, the intention set on Monday and revisited on Friday. A webinar tool that ends its job when the stream stops leaves that whole layer to a separate app, a WhatsApp group or nothing at all.
Then there is scope. Spiritual coaching is not therapy, and live group work can surface grief, trauma or crisis. Your platform should let you set clear agreements before the first session, collect intake answers, and keep private notes so you notice when someone needs a referral to a licensed mental health professional. The ICF Code of Ethics asks coaches to be clear about the nature and limits of coaching and to refer when another professional would serve the client better; your tools should make that easy rather than hide it.
Finally, cost. Many spiritual coaches run lean practices with sliding-scale or donation-based offers alongside premium containers. A stack of a video tool, a funnel builder, an email tool, a course host and a community app adds up fast, and each one bills monthly whether your next circle fills or not.
Which five questions should you answer before choosing?
Answer these five questions honestly and the shortlist mostly picks itself. Write the answers down; the table in the next section maps them to the tool that fits.
- What happens after the webinar? Do attendees mostly book 1:1 sessions, join a group program, or buy a self-paced course or membership?
- Do your clients need a daily practice between sessions? Meditation streaks, journaling prompts, morning and evening check-ins, intentions with progress you can see?
- Live, evergreen, or both? Do you want to show up live every time, or run a recorded workshop on autopilot as well?
- How many tools are you willing to connect and pay for? One subscription, or a video tool plus a funnel builder plus email plus community?
- Who builds the pages? Will you design your registration page, emails and sales page yourself, or do you want someone to build them for you?
Which platform fits your answers?
Find the row that sounds like your practice. If two rows apply, the platform that appears in both is usually the right call.
Ranking criteria: one login for the whole client journey, between-session delivery of practices, total stack cost, and setup effort (including whether someone will build it for you).
| If your answers sound like this | Best fit | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Coachful: webinar leads into 1:1 sessions and group programs; clients need a daily practice; you want one subscription and a team to build the pages | Coachful | Funnel, live group calls, programs with habits and check-ins, community and email in one place, plus a free white-glove build |
| Brand new, tiny budget, want an evergreen workshop running quickly | Systeme.io | Free plan, and the Webinar plan adds evergreen webinars |
| Your business is mainly recorded courses and a membership; live circles are occasional | Kajabi | Course, community, website, funnel and email platform built for knowledge products |
| You also hold a health or wellness licence and need HIPAA-compliant records | Practice Better | Practitioner platform with HIPAA-compliant one-on-one telehealth |
| Community is the product; live streams and events inside a paid membership | Circle | Community platform with courses, events, live streams and paid memberships |
| You run heavy launch campaigns with email and SMS and want marketing tools first | Kartra | All-in-one marketing suite with pages, funnels, email/SMS and memberships |
| You run an agency or several brands and want sub-accounts | GoHighLevel | Agency-first marketing CRM built around sub-accounts |
How did we choose these seven platforms?
We looked for tools that genuinely fit how spiritual coaches run live events and what comes after them, not the biggest webinar brands. A broadcast tool built for 1,000-seat product launches solves a problem most spiritual coaches do not have.
Each platform was assessed against four things: whether the webinar connects to booking, payments and programs in the same account; whether clients can keep a daily practice between sessions; what the full stack costs once you add the tools it lacks; and how much setup work it asks of a coach who would rather be holding space than editing landing pages. Vendor prices are as listed in October 2026 unless noted, and Practice Better and Systeme.io details come from their pricing pages, which we checked for this article. We did not run hands-on tests; we report what vendors document and what public reviewers say. Ratings and limits change, so confirm on each vendor's site before you buy.
If you want the wider picture beyond webinars, our guide to the best app for spiritual coaches covers the whole practice, and the Coachful page for spiritual coaches shows how the pieces fit together.
1. Coachful: why is it our top pick for spiritual coaches?
Coachful is the top pick because the webinar is not a separate event that ends when you click "leave meeting". The registration funnel, the live session, the follow-up emails, the paid program and the daily practice all live in one account, and your client sees one branded app.

Coachful is a coaching platform. One subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. It is built for coaches who deliver programs rather than isolated sessions, for solo coaches growing into a small team, and for coaches tired of paying for four to six separate tools.
The live circle itself
Group calls and webinars are part of the platform. You can run sessions on Coachful's built-in video, or have Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams links created automatically when someone books. Community video events run inside the client's community space, which suits a recurring monthly circle for program members. Booking pages detect time zones, which matters when your new-moon circle draws people from three continents, and they respect availability rules, buffers and minimum notice. Email reminders go out automatically, with SMS 24 hours before and WhatsApp one hour before once messaging is enabled.

From registration page to follow-up
The demo account below shows a Free Webinar Funnel next to a Lead Magnet Funnel and a Program Launch Funnel. Funnels in Coachful cover booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout flows, with Meta Pixel and UTM tracking. After the circle, email sequences with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits handle the follow-up: the replay, a reflection prompt, an invitation to a discovery call. Our walkthrough of a webinar funnel for coaches covers the pages, emails and timeline in detail, and the evergreen webinar funnel guide covers the recorded version.

Here is a short walkthrough of how webinars work inside Coachful:
What happens between sessions
This is where spiritual coaches get the most from Coachful. Multi-week programs carry weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars, and streaks. A client in your eight-week program can log a morning meditation, answer an evening reflection prompt and see their streak build, all in the same app where they watch the circle replay. When someone enrols, a cohort group is created automatically, so your program members have their own space for sharing.

Every client record holds goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, with a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk. That status is useful for spiritual work: a client who goes quiet after an intense session is someone you may want to check on. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from live practice data, briefs you before sessions and summarizes recorded sessions; questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership, while confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call, which is where you set out the scope of spiritual coaching and when you will refer.

Payments and pricing
Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, with one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, coupons and order bumps, so a sliding-scale circle and a premium container can sit side by side. Coachful charges a 0% platform fee (since August 2026); you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing. Plans are flat monthly, lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited, and monthly plans cancel in one click (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). There is a free trial.
Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, choose "We'll build it for you · FREE", describe what you want, and the Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. For a spiritual coach that could be the free circle's registration funnel, the event or webinar itself, the follow-up email sequence, an eight-week program, or a calm website. You can attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as your logo, photos and existing copy. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. It does not include recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. One recent build: a somatic coach leaving Kajabi had the homepage and About page rebuilt and the contact form connected. More detail is in our post on the free white-glove service.

What Coachful does not do: it is not HIPAA-certified, so it is not the place for clinical records. There is no PayPal and no permanent free plan. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding rather than under your own App Store account. It is not a course marketplace, so people will not discover you by browsing Coachful.
2. Systeme.io: is it the best low-cost option?
Systeme.io is the cheapest serious way to run an evergreen workshop. Its free plan never expires and needs no card, and its $47/month tier is literally called Webinar, because that is the plan that adds evergreen webinars.

The appeal for a spiritual coach just starting out is obvious. You can build a registration page, an email follow-up and a small course without paying anything. As listed in October 2026, the Free plan covers 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course, 500 students, 1 blog, 1 custom domain, 1 automation rule and 1 email campaign. Startup is $17/month for 5,000 contacts, 10 funnels and 5 courses. Webinar is $47/month for 10,000 contacts, 50 funnels and 20 courses plus evergreen webinars. Unlimited is $97/month. Systeme.io lists 0% transaction fees on every plan, including the free one; you pay only Stripe or PayPal processing.
For a meditation teacher who wants a recorded "Finding Stillness" workshop to play on a schedule, with a replay email and an offer at the end, the Webinar plan covers that path. Its site also lists a community builder and a booking calendar, and reviewers on Trustpilot rate it highly (4.9 from 8,696 reviews, seen October 2026).
The gaps show up after the sale. Systeme.io has no client records with habits, check-ins or per-client coaching plans, so the daily practice that makes spiritual programs work has to live somewhere else. Older profiles note that community and course features are basic and that there is no branded mobile app. For live circles you will still need a video tool, since evergreen webinars are recordings.
Pick it over Coachful if you are pre-revenue, want to test one evergreen workshop for close to nothing, and do not yet run programs that need daily check-ins between sessions.
3. Kajabi: does it suit spiritual coaches who sell courses?
Kajabi suits spiritual coaches whose income comes mostly from recorded courses and memberships, with live sessions as an occasional extra. It is a course, community, website, funnel and email platform built for selling knowledge products.

A coach selling a self-paced "Chakra Foundations" course, a monthly meditation membership and an annual retreat waitlist will find Kajabi's product-centred model familiar. Registration pages, email campaigns and the course that holds the replay can all sit in one account. For the live room itself, plan on pairing Kajabi with a video tool such as Zoom, since our data does not cover native webinar hosting.
Pricing as listed in October 2026: Basic is $179/month ($143/month billed annually) with 5 products, 2,500 contacts, 1 community, 1 website, 2 admin users and 0 AI credits. Growth is $249/month ($199 annually) with 50 products, 25,000 contacts and 500 AI credits. Pro is $499/month ($399 annually). Kajabi Payments in the US charges 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, falling slightly on higher plans. If you use a payment provider other than Kajabi Payments or PayPal, Kajabi adds its own fee of 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth or 0.5% on Pro on top of the provider's fees. The standard trial is 14 days.
The limitation for spiritual coaching is structural: coaching in Kajabi is products and communities, not per-client plans. There is no habit tracking and no daily client check-ins, so a client's morning practice and evening reflection have no home there. The Basic plan's 5-product cap also bites quickly if you run a free circle, a paid workshop, a course, a membership and a 1:1 package. Trustpilot shows 3.4 from 2,347 reviews (seen October 2026). For more on this choice, see our comparison of course platforms for spiritual coaches.
Pick it over Coachful if your business is mainly recorded courses and memberships sold to a large list, and you do not deliver individual programs with daily practices.
4. Practice Better: when does a practitioner platform make sense?
Practice Better makes sense if your spiritual coaching overlaps with licensed health or wellness work and you need HIPAA-compliant records. It is a practice management platform built for practitioners such as nutritionists, functional medicine providers and health coaches.

Its pricing page, checked for this article, lists a free Sprout plan for 3 clients. Starter is $35/month ($25/month billed annually) for 1 practitioner and 10 clients, with scheduling, one-on-one telehealth video, integrated billing, secure messaging and a client portal. Professional is $69/month ($59 annually) for 300 clients and adds group scheduling, group messaging and fixed-date programs. Plus is $99/month ($89 annually) for unlimited clients, evergreen and self-paced programs, portal branding and 750 SMS reminders a month. Team is $155/month ($145 annually) with 2 practitioner licences. Paid plans have a 14-day trial, and the Team plan 30 days. An optional AI charting add-on starts at $10/month per practitioner.
For a spiritual coach who is also, say, a registered nurse offering mindfulness for burnout, the clinical record-keeping and HIPAA compliance are real advantages Coachful does not offer. Programs, journaling and a client portal give clients somewhere to practise between sessions.
As a webinar platform, though, it is thin. The pricing page describes its built-in telehealth as one-on-one, so a 40-person full-moon circle will run through Zoom or similar. There are no funnels, sales pages or email sequences of the kind that turn a free circle into paid clients, so you would add a marketing tool on top. Portal branding only starts on Plus. The language and workflow also lean clinical (charting, ePrescribe), which can feel out of place in a practice built on intuition and ritual.
Pick it over Coachful if you hold a health licence, keep clinical records, and need a HIPAA-compliant system more than you need webinar funnels.
5. Circle: is a community platform enough on its own?
Circle is enough if the community is your product and live events happen inside a paid membership. It is a community platform with courses, events, live streams and paid memberships.

Picture a spiritual coach running a membership called "The Sunday Sangha": weekly live meditations, a library of recordings, discussion spaces for each moon cycle. Circle is designed for exactly that shape. Events and live streams sit in the same place as the conversation, so members do not have to hunt for a Zoom link in their inbox.
As listed in October 2026, Professional is $89/month billed annually with 3 admins and 10 moderators, Business is $199/month annually and Scale $419/month annually; monthly-billing prices were not shown in our data. Circle Plus is custom-priced. Circle takes a platform fee on payments of 2% on Professional, 1% on Business and Scale, and 0.5% on Circle Plus, on top of Stripe processing. There is a 14-day free trial without a card. Trustpilot shows 4.1 from 129 reviews (seen October 2026).
What is missing for coaching: there is no 1:1 scheduling, no client management back office, and no per-client habits, check-ins or coaching plans. Branded mobile apps are only on the custom-priced Circle Plus. That means your discovery calls, private sessions and individual intentions live in other tools, and you lose the thread between "she came to three Sunday circles" and "she booked a session". You will also want a funnel and email tool to fill the membership. We cover the trade-offs in more depth in Circle alternatives for spiritual coaches and community platforms for spiritual coaches.
Pick it over Coachful if you run a large membership community where group discussion is the main value and you rarely work one to one.
6. Kartra: who is it built for?
Kartra is built for marketers who run launch campaigns: pages, funnels, email and SMS, memberships, calendars and a helpdesk in one suite. Spiritual coaches with a big list and a launch-driven calendar may like it.

Suppose you run two big launches a year for a retreat or a 12-week certification, each preceded by a free three-night workshop series. Kartra's emphasis on campaigns, email and SMS fits that rhythm, and memberships can hold the recorded workshop.
Prices as listed in October 2026: Essentials is $59/month ($52 annually) but caps you at 500 contacts, 5 pages, 1 product, 1 membership and 10,000 emails a month, and charges a 5% transaction fee. Starter is $119/month ($99 annually) with 2,500 contacts, unlimited pages, products and memberships, unlimited email and SMS, and 0% transaction fees. Growth is $229/month ($189 annually) for 12,500 contacts, and Professional is $549/month ($429 annually). There is a 14-day trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee. Trustpilot shows 3.2 from 129 reviews (seen October 2026).
Kartra has no client habits, check-ins or per-client coaching plans, so the daily practice part of your work needs another tool. Older profiles note there is no mobile app for students or admins, and that funnels and memberships are not portable to other platforms, which raises the cost of leaving later. Our data does not confirm a native webinar room, so budget for a video tool.
Pick it over Coachful if email and SMS launch campaigns are the engine of your business and you want deep marketing controls more than client delivery.
7. GoHighLevel: why is it last on this list?
GoHighLevel is last because it is built for agencies, not individual spiritual coaches. It is an agency-first marketing CRM with funnels, websites, calendars, SMS and email, invoicing, contracts, courses and communities, organised around sub-accounts.

If you run a small collective of spiritual coaches, or you build funnels for other coaches as a side business, sub-accounts are useful. Unlimited users and contacts on every plan also help a large list.
As listed in October 2026, Starter is $97/month ($80.83 annually) with 3 sub-accounts, Unlimited is $297/month ($247.50 annually), and Agency Pro is $497/month ($414.17 annually). There is a 14-day trial, and billing starts automatically at the end unless you cancel. HighLevel shows no platform fee on sales, but SMS, email, phone and AI usage are metered and billed separately, at rates listed on separate guides rather than the pricing page. Trustpilot shows 4.9 from 15,250 reviews (seen October 2026).
For webinars specifically, GoHighLevel has no built-in video rooms; it creates Zoom and Google Meet links. It also has no habit tracking, client check-ins or structured coaching-program engine, so you would have to simulate a daily practice with workflows and forms. The learning curve is steep for a solo coach, and metered usage makes the monthly bill harder to predict.
Pick it over Coachful if you run an agency or a multi-brand collective and need sub-accounts and heavy automation more than a ready-made coaching experience.
How do the features compare side by side?
The matrix shows which pieces of a spiritual coach's webinar-to-client journey each platform covers natively, based on vendor documentation and our packet data.
| Platform | Live group video | Funnels and email follow-up | 1:1 booking with client records | Daily habits and check-ins | Community |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Built-in video, or auto Zoom, Meet or Teams links; community video events | Yes, funnels plus sequences with branching | Yes | Yes, with streaks | Yes, with automatic cohort groups |
| Systeme.io | Evergreen webinars on Webinar plan; live via a video tool | Yes | Booking calendar listed; no client coaching records | No | Basic |
| Kajabi | Pair with a video tool | Yes | Not per-client plans | No | Yes |
| Practice Better | One-on-one telehealth; groups via Zoom | Limited (broadcast messaging on Plus) | Yes | Journaling and programs | Group messaging |
| Circle | Events and live streams | Not documented in our data | No | No | Yes, core product |
| Kartra | Pair with a video tool | Yes, plus SMS | Calendars; no coaching plans | No | Memberships |
| GoHighLevel | No built-in rooms; Zoom or Meet links | Yes, plus SMS | Calendars and CRM | No (simulate with workflows) | Yes |
What does each platform cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?
The sticker price is rarely the real price, because most tools on this list need a video tool, a coaching tool or both added on. The table shows the cheapest listed plan that covers each client count, using monthly billing where shown.
| Platform | 5 clients | 15 clients | 40 clients | What you still need to add |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients | Nothing for the core journey; Stripe or Razorpay processing only |
| Systeme.io | $47/mo (Webinar plan for evergreen) | $47/mo | $47/mo | Video tool for live circles; coaching tool for daily practice |
| Kajabi | $179/mo (Basic) | $179/mo | $179/mo | Video tool; coaching tool for habits and check-ins |
| Practice Better | $35/mo (Starter, 10 clients) | $69/mo (Professional) | $69/mo (Professional) | Video tool for group circles; funnel and email tool |
| Circle | $89/mo (Professional, billed annually) | $89/mo | $89/mo | Booking, funnels, email and coaching tools; 2% fee on payments |
| Kartra | $119/mo (Starter; Essentials is $59 with a 5% fee and 1 product) | $119/mo | $119/mo | Video tool; coaching tool for daily practice |
| GoHighLevel | $97/mo (Starter) plus metered usage | $97/mo plus usage | $97/mo plus usage | Coaching program engine; usage for SMS, email and AI |
Two notes on reading this. First, most of these tools price by contacts or products rather than clients, so the number that grows is your webinar list, not your client roster; check where your list size lands. Second, we have not priced the video tool you would add, because Zoom and similar services change their plans often; check the current price on their site and add it to the "what you still need" column. Coachful's price at each level appears in its row, with no extra video, email or community tool required.
How would a spiritual coach set this up in Coachful, step by step?
Here is a worked example of a monthly free circle that feeds an eight-week group program. The names and structure are an illustration, not a real client.

- Write the agreement first. In your coaching agreement, set out what spiritual coaching is and is not, confidentiality in group settings, and that you will refer anyone who needs mental health care. This goes out for e-signature before the first program call. Our page on coaching contracts explains the flow.
- Create the free circle. Set up a group session type called "New Moon Intention Circle" on built-in video or an auto-created Zoom link, with intake questions on registration such as "What brings you here this month?" and "Is anything going on that I should know about before we sit together?".
- Build the registration funnel. Start from a funnel template or ask the white-glove team to build it: a registration page, a confirmation email and a reminder sequence. Once messaging is enabled, SMS and WhatsApp reminders go out as well.
- Plan the follow-up sequence. Day 1: replay and a journaling prompt. Day 3: a short reflection on the intention they set. Day 5: an invitation to an application or discovery call. Use a branch so people who already booked skip the invitation.
- Build the paid program. Create an eight-week program, for example "Return to Center", with weekly themes, a daily morning meditation habit, an evening check-in question and a goal with a progress bar. Coachful has more than 40 ready-to-film program templates to start from.
- Connect the community. When someone enrols, Coachful creates the cohort group automatically. Schedule the weekly live circle as a community video event so members find it where they already gather.
- Take payment your way. Connect Stripe and offer a full payment and a payment plan, or a coupon for a sliding-scale place.
- Watch the client statuses. Each week, look for anyone marked quiet or at risk. In spiritual work that can mean life got busy, or that something surfaced and they need a check-in or a referral.

If you would rather not build any of this yourself, describe it in the white-glove request and attach your existing copy and photos. For group delivery more broadly, see group coaching software and video calls for coaches.
What red flags and switching costs should you watch for?
The biggest risk is not picking the wrong webinar tool; it is building your practice across tools that do not talk to each other and then finding it painful to leave. Check these before you commit.
- Fees that grow with your success. Kajabi adds 0.5% to 2% when you use a non-Kajabi processor, Circle takes 0.5% to 2% on payments, and Kartra's Essentials plan takes 5%. On a $1,200 program sold to ten people (an example figure), 2% is $240 gone.
- Contact caps that punish free events. Free circles grow your list fast. Kajabi Basic caps at 2,500 contacts and Kartra Essentials at 500, and the next tier up is a big jump.
- Metered usage. GoHighLevel bills SMS, email, phone and AI usage on top of the plan, so a busy launch month costs more.
- Portability. Older profiles note Kartra funnels and memberships cannot move to other platforms. Before you build, ask what you can export. Coachful exports your full client data as a ZIP (roster, notes, check-ins, goals, habits, sessions, form responses) and lets you export courses.
- The missing middle. If your platform has no place for daily practice, clients drift between circles. Patching it with a chat group or a separate habit app means another login for them and less visibility for you.
- Scope blind spots. A tool without intake questions, agreements or private notes makes it harder to notice when someone in your circle needs a licensed professional rather than a coach.
Switching costs are mostly time: rebuilding pages, re-recording course structure, moving your list and re-inviting members. With Coachful, clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, and the white-glove team can rebuild your site and funnels. If you are coming from another coaching tool, our Paperbell alternatives for spiritual coaches guide covers that move.
What is our verdict?
For most spiritual coaches, Coachful is the strongest choice because the live circle, the paid program and the daily practice live in one place, with one login for you and one branded app for your clients. Systeme.io is the budget option for testing an evergreen workshop. Kajabi suits course-first businesses, Practice Better suits coaches who also keep clinical records, Circle suits community-first memberships, and Kartra and GoHighLevel suit launch marketers and agencies.
If you are still unsure, go back to question one. If what happens after the webinar is a relationship with each client, a daily practice and a group that grows together, you want a coaching platform with webinars built in, not a webinar tool with coaching bolted on. Our guides to email marketing platforms for spiritual coaches and webinar platforms for wellness coaches cover neighbouring choices.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best webinar platform for spiritual coaches?
For most spiritual coaches, Coachful, because the webinar connects directly to booking, payments, group programs, daily check-ins and a community in one account. If you only need a cheap evergreen workshop, Systeme.io is a reasonable starting point. If your business is mostly recorded courses, look at Kajabi.
Do I need a separate Zoom account for my circles?
Not with Coachful, which has built-in video and can also create Zoom, Google Meet or Teams links automatically if you prefer them. Kajabi, Kartra and Systeme.io (for live sessions) usually need a video tool alongside them, and GoHighLevel creates Zoom or Meet links rather than hosting rooms itself.
Can I run an evergreen version of my meditation workshop?
Yes. Systeme.io's Webinar plan adds evergreen webinars. In Coachful you can record the workshop, deliver the replay as a video or course lesson, and run the follow-up through an email sequence; our evergreen webinar funnel guide walks through it.
What is Coachful's free white-glove service?
It is a build service included on every plan. You describe what you want, such as a webinar funnel, a program or a website, attach links and files, and the Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include recording videos, logo design or ad management, and nothing is invented on your behalf.
Is spiritual coaching the same as therapy?
No. Spiritual coaching supports reflection, meaning and practice; it is not mental health treatment. If someone in a circle shows signs of crisis, severe distress or trauma that is beyond coaching, refer them to a licensed mental health professional. Set this out in your coaching agreement before the first session.
Is Coachful HIPAA-compliant?
No. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not for clinical records or insurance billing. If you also practise as a licensed clinician, keep clinical records in a clinical system such as Practice Better.
How can I keep clients practising between live sessions?
Use a platform with habits and check-ins. In Coachful, programs carry daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks, so a client's meditation or journaling practice is tracked in the same app as the circle replay.
Can I offer sliding-scale or donation-based circles?
Yes, on most platforms through coupons or multiple price points. In Coachful you can use coupons, payment plans and one-time or subscription pricing through your own Stripe or Razorpay account, with a 0% Coachful platform fee.
Which platform is cheapest overall?
Systeme.io has the lowest sticker price, with a free plan and a $47/month Webinar plan. Once you add a video tool and a coaching tool for daily practice, compare the full stack. Coachful's pricing covers the whole journey in one subscription (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients).
Coachful is a coaching platform for coaches who deliver programs: booking, payments, contracts, programs with habits and check-ins, courses, community, website, funnels, email and an AI assistant under one login. It is for solo coaches and small teams replacing several tools; it is not HIPAA-certified and has no PayPal. To start, take the free trial and ask the team to build your first funnel with the free white-glove service.
