Best Webinar Platforms for Wellness Coaches: 12 Picks for 2026

Best Webinar Platforms for Wellness Coaches: 12 Picks for 2026

The best webinar platforms for wellness coaches do more than stream a talk about sleep, stress or gut health. A wellness webinar is usually the front door to a paid program, so the platform that wins is the one that also handles what happens after the replay: the sign-up, the payment, the first check-in and the daily habits that keep a client engaged for twelve weeks. The deciding question is simple. Do you want one system that carries an attendee from registration to renewal, or a dedicated video room plus three or four other tools stitched together?

For most solo and small-team wellness coaches, our pick is Coachful, because the webinar, the funnel that fills it, the checkout, the program and the client app all live under one login. We make Coachful, so weigh that. Below we rank 12 platforms by how well they cover each stage of a wellness client's journey, list prices as each vendor shows them, and price out complete stacks so you can compare the real monthly total, not just the video tool.

If you want the broader category view first, our guide to the best webinar software for coaches covers all niches. This article stays with wellness: nutrition, sleep, stress, movement, menopause, burnout and habit change.

What does a wellness coach's client journey need from a webinar platform?

It needs to support four stages: attract strangers with a useful live class, enroll the right attendees into a paid offer, deliver that offer between calls, and retain clients long enough to see results. Most webinar tools only cover the first stage well.

Attract: a live class that earns trust

Wellness audiences sign up for practical topics: "Why you wake at 3 a.m.", "A 7-day reset for afternoon energy crashes", "Strength training after 40 without the soreness". You need a registration page that collects a name, email and one or two qualifying questions, reminder emails so people actually show up, and a room where attendees can type questions. Polls help ("How many hours did you sleep last night?"). A replay page matters because many attendees in this niche are parents or shift workers who cannot attend live.

Enroll: turning attendees into clients

The pitch at the end of a wellness webinar is usually a group program, a 1:1 package or a discovery call. That means a checkout with payment plans (a 12-week program is easier to say yes to in three payments), a booking page for consultations with intake questions, and a coaching agreement signed before the first session. If these live in separate tools, every attendee crosses two or three logins before paying you.

Deliver: the work between sessions

Wellness results come from daily behavior, not from the call itself. Delivery means habit tracking, morning and evening check-ins, weekly goals, a library for recipes or breathing audio, and a group space for cohort members. Webinar-only platforms stop at the replay link; you then need a separate client app.

Retain: keeping people past week four

Drop-off after the first month is the quiet problem in wellness coaching. You need to see who has gone quiet, a community where members encourage each other, follow-up email sequences and a simple way to invite past attendees to the next live class or a continuation program.

Scope: what a wellness webinar must not become

Wellness coaching is not medical or psychological treatment. A live Q&A invites people to describe symptoms, so set a rule before you go live: you answer with general education and behavior change ideas, and you refer anyone describing chest pain, fainting, signs of an eating disorder, thoughts of self-harm, medication questions or a diagnosed condition to their doctor or a licensed clinician. Say it on your registration page and in your opening minute. The National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching publishes scope-of-practice guidance worth reading. If you handle protected health information as part of a clinical practice, look at the HHS HIPAA guidance and choose a tool that signs a business associate agreement. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified, so clinical records belong in a clinical system.

Thinking of launching your coaching business?

Answer a few questions and Coachful builds it around you: your website, programs, booking and payments. Ready in minutes.

Build your platform

Which platform covers which stage of the wellness client journey?

Only an all-in-one coaching platform covers all four stages natively. Dedicated webinar tools are strongest at attract; course and community tools are strongest at deliver; practice management tools are strongest at enroll and 1:1 delivery.

How did we rank these 12 webinar platforms?

We ranked on four things: one login for the whole client journey, delivery between sessions (habits, check-ins, programs), the total monthly cost of a working stack, and setup effort, including whether someone will build it for you. We did not test each tool hands-on; we compared what each vendor documents on its pricing and help pages, plus what public reviewers report. Prices are as listed in October 2026 unless we say September 2026.

Ranking criteria: one login from webinar to renewal, between-session delivery, total stack cost, and setup effort (including a free white-glove build).

1. Coachful: the webinar, the program and the client app in one place

Coachful is a coaching platform that bundles booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant into one subscription. For a wellness coach, that means a live class is not a standalone event; it is the first step of a client record that will later hold intake answers, payments, sessions, check-ins and habits.

Running the live class itself

Coachful supports group calls, webinars and video events from the community area, with built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams links if your audience already knows one of those. The registration side runs through Coachful's funnels: booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels, with Meta Pixel and UTM tracking so you can see whether your Instagram or podcast audience actually registered.

Here is a short walkthrough of how webinars work inside the platform:

Reminders and follow-ups come from Coachful's email tools: lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits. A typical wellness sequence sends a confirmation, a "bring a glass of water and a notebook" reminder the day before, a link an hour before, and a replay email with the offer afterward. See email marketing for coaches for how sequences are built.

From attendee to enrolled client

When someone wants in, they pay through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Coachful takes a 0% platform fee; you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing. If your offer starts with a consultation, booking pages handle availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple and Outlook calendar sync and intake questions on the booking form. A coaching agreement with e-signature goes out before the first call and is stored on the client record, so your scope statement ("this is coaching, not medical care") is signed, not just mentioned.

Delivery between calls, where wellness results happen

This is the stage webinar tools skip. Coachful runs multi-week programs with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. Enrolling someone in a group program automatically creates a cohort group, so the 30 people who joined from your sleep webinar land in their own space. Courses with drip and completion tracking hold your recordings, recipe downloads or breathing audio, all delivered into the client's branded home and app. Fitness-focused coaches can add the Fitness & Nutrition pack for workouts, nutrition targets, meal plans and private progress photos.

Retention signals and the AI assistant

Each client record shows a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk, so you notice the person who stopped checking in during week three. The community feed, group chat and direct messages keep a cohort talking between live sessions.

Coachful client community feed with a live Q&A session, member avatars and coach posts

Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data: it can draft the webinar email sequence, outline a program, summarize recorded sessions and brief you before a call. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. More on the group coaching software page.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can open Create > We'll build it for you and describe what you need: a webinar funnel, an event, an email sequence, a sales page, a program or a website. Attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as your logo, photos and existing copy. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing gets invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. One recent example: a menopause and midlife health coach starting from nothing got a five-page site in sage and cream with every button leading to a 20-minute consultation. It does not cover recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. Details are in our white-glove service guide.

Where Coachful falls short for wellness coaches

Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. There is no PayPal, no permanent free plan, and no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync; Apple Health sync is not available publicly. The client app carries your branding inside the Coachful app rather than shipping under your own App Store account. It is also not a course marketplace, so it will not send you buyers.

In short: Coachful is for wellness coaches who sell programs, not just sessions, and who want to replace four to six tools. Start with a free trial and request the white-glove build for your first webinar funnel. Current plans: (Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients).

2. Livestorm: the strongest dedicated webinar room on this list

If the live experience itself is what you care about most, Livestorm is the specialist. It runs in the browser, so a 55-year-old attendee on a work laptop does not need to install anything, which matters more in wellness than in tech audiences.

Its pricing page, fetched in October 2026, lists registration pages with custom fields, unlimited customized reminder and follow-up emails, polls, Q&A with question upvotes, chat, emoji reactions, file sharing for PDFs, and pre-recorded video playback in the room. It also supports on-demand events and event automation, which suit an evergreen "Reset your sleep in 5 nights" class that plays on a schedule. Live captions are in beta, useful for accessibility. Pro allows up to 4 hours per session, up to 3,000 live attendees per event and unlimited team members. Restreaming to LinkedIn, YouTube and X is an add-on.

Price as listed: Livestorm bills per attendee credit. The Pro plan's example on its pricing page shows 400 attendee credits at €2.50 each, used over 12 months, which works out to €1,000 for that example. Each unique participant per session uses one credit, whether they join live, watch the replay or view on demand; team members are not counted. Enterprise is custom-priced. Prices are shown in euros. There is a free trial.

Limits for wellness coaches: Livestorm stops when the session ends. Its pricing page does not list selling programs, client habits, check-ins or a client app, and CRM integrations such as HubSpot and Salesforce are Enterprise-only. Per-attendee billing also punishes success: a replay that gets watched widely costs more credits. You will still need a checkout, a program tool and a community, which is why it ranks second rather than first.

Pick it over Coachful if you run large public webinars, corporate wellness talks or multi-session summits where the room's polish matters more than what happens afterward, and you already have a separate system for clients.

3. Kajabi: course-first wellness brands with an email list to match

Kajabi's public homepage as it appeared in October 2026, captured on a desktop browser
Kajabi's homepage in October 2026.

Kajabi suits a wellness coach whose business is mostly knowledge products: a gut-health course, a membership, a library of yoga classes. Its toolkit covers courses, community, website, funnels and email, so the webinar's job is to feed a product funnel you already sell.

Pricing as listed in October 2026: Basic $179/month ($143/month annual) with 5 products, 2,500 contacts, 1 community, 1 website and 0 AI credits. Growth is $249/month ($199/month annual) with 50 products and 25,000 contacts. Pro is $499/month ($399/month annual). Kajabi Payments in the US charge 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic; using another processor adds a Kajabi fee of 0.5% to 2% depending on plan. The standard trial is 14 days.

Check on Kajabi's own site whether the live room you want is built into your plan or comes from Zoom before you build a webinar strategy around it.

What it leaves out: no habit tracking or daily client check-ins; coaching runs as products and communities rather than per-client plans. The Basic cap of 2,500 contacts can bite fast for a wellness coach running a monthly free class with paid ads. Public Trustpilot reviews average 3.4 from 2,347 reviews, as seen in October 2026.

Pick it over Coachful if your revenue is mainly self-paced courses sold to a large list, you rarely coach individuals, and you value Kajabi's marketing tooling more than between-session delivery.

4. Systeme.io: the budget route for evergreen webinar funnels

Systeme.io's public homepage as it appeared in October 2026, captured on a desktop browser
Systeme.io's homepage in October 2026.

Systeme.io is a low-cost marketing suite with funnels, email, courses, a community, a blog and an affiliate program. It even sells a plan called Webinar, aimed at coaches who run registration and replay funnels at scale.

Listed in October 2026: a Free plan that never expires (2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course, 500 students, 1 automation rule), Startup at $17/month (5,000 contacts, 10 funnels, 5 courses), Webinar at $47/month (10,000 contacts, 50 funnels, 20 courses) and Unlimited at $97/month. There are 0% transaction fees on every plan; Stripe or PayPal processing applies. No credit card is required to sign up. Trustpilot shows 4.9 from 8,696 reviews.

For wellness, it works well for the attract stage: a "5 foods for steady energy" registration page, a reminder sequence, a replay page and an order form. Before you commit, confirm on Systeme.io's help center how the live video itself is delivered, since you may run the stream on another tool and embed it.

The gaps: no native 1:1 scheduling tied to client records, no habits or check-ins, basic community and course features, and no branded mobile app. Once someone enrolls in a 12-week program, you will need somewhere else to coach them.

Pick it over Coachful if you are pre-revenue, want to test webinar topics with almost no spend, and are fine adding a coaching tool later.

5. Circle: community-led wellness memberships with live events

Circle's public homepage as it appeared in October 2026, captured on a desktop browser
Circle's homepage in October 2026.

Circle is a community platform with courses, events, live streams and paid memberships. It fits a wellness coach whose offer is the group itself: a menopause support circle, a run club, a monthly mindfulness membership where the live session is the main event.

October 2026 pricing: Professional is $89/month billed annually, with 3 admins and 10 moderators; Business is $199/month annual; Scale is $419/month annual. Monthly prices were not shown on the page. Circle Plus is custom-priced. Circle takes a fee on payments of 2% on Professional, 1% on Business and Scale, and 0.5% on Circle Plus, plus Stripe processing. A 14-day free trial needs no credit card.

Live streams and events sit inside the community, so a weekly "Sunday stretch and reflect" session gets RSVPs and discussion in one place. That suits the retain stage well.

Watch out for: there is no 1:1 scheduling or client management back office, and no per-client habits, check-ins or coaching plans. Branded mobile apps are only on custom-priced Circle Plus. Our Circle alternatives for wellness coaches covers what coaches pair it with.

Pick it over Coachful if your business is a large membership community where 1:1 coaching is rare and discussion design matters most.

6. Practice Better: clinical-style practice management with group video via Zoom

Practice Better's public homepage as it appeared in October 2026, captured on a desktop browser
Practice Better's homepage in October 2026.

Practice Better comes from the nutrition and functional health world. It offers scheduling, built-in HIPAA-compliant telehealth from the client portal, billing, forms, programs and a client app with journaling that supports barcode and photo entries. It integrates with Fullscript, Rupa Health, Cronometer, Apple Health, Fitbit, Garmin and Oura.

Plans as listed in October 2026: Sprout is free for 3 clients; Starter is $35/month ($25 annual) for 10 clients; Professional is $69/month ($59 annual) for 300 clients and adds group scheduling and fixed-date programs; Plus is $99/month ($89 annual) for unlimited clients; Team is $155/month ($145 annual). Trials run 14 days, or 30 days on Team.

For webinars, the key detail is that group video runs through a Zoom integration rather than the built-in telehealth, and recurring group sessions start on Professional. There are no marketing funnels, sales pages or webinar registration pages, so the attract stage needs another tool.

Reviewers mention a learning curve and ticket-based support that can be slow, according to Capterra reviews. Our Practice Better alternatives article goes deeper.

Pick it over Coachful if you are a licensed practitioner who needs HIPAA-compliant telehealth, supplement dispensing or wearable data, and webinars are a small part of your marketing.

Which one looks like you?

Coachful builds your coaching website from a few answers, in a design chosen for your niche, with programs, booking and payments ready behind it.

Build your platform

7. Mighty Networks: native live streaming inside an app-first community

Mighty Networks combines community, courses, events and memberships, with native live streaming (hour and viewer caps vary by plan) plus a Zoom integration. Challenges encourage daily activity, which is closer to habit work than most community tools offer, though it is not a per-client habit tracker.

Pricing as listed in September 2026: Launch is $79/month billed annually ($950/year); Scale is $179/month billed annually. Mighty Pro, which adds your own branded iOS and Android apps, is custom-priced. The platform fee on payments is 2% on Launch, 1% on Scale and 0.5% on Mighty Pro, and transaction fees are not refunded on member refunds. A 14-day free trial is available on Launch and Scale.

A wellness coach could run a "30-day walking challenge" kickoff as a live stream, then keep the cohort in a Challenge and a course. Events have RSVP and add-to-calendar.

Not covered: availability-based 1:1 booking, two-way calendar sync, and daily task or homework tracking per client. You would add a scheduler and an email tool. See our Mighty Networks alternatives for wellness coaches.

Pick it over Coachful if you want native live streaming inside a community and plan to pay for your own branded app as the business grows.

8. Paperbell: flat-price 1:1 packages with workshops on Zoom

Paperbell's public homepage as it appeared in October 2026, captured on a desktop browser
Paperbell's homepage in October 2026.

Paperbell is built for solo coaches selling packages. It handles scheduling, payments, contracts and a simple website, and it includes dedicated group functionality for group programs, workshops and live classes. Video runs through Zoom links; there is no built-in video.

Price as listed in October 2026: one tier at $97/month or $970/year, per coach, with unlimited clients and sessions and a 0% platform fee. Stripe and PayPal processor fees apply. There is a free trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid plans. Pricing is USD-only.

For a wellness coach, Paperbell works for a monthly workshop that sells a 1:1 package: attendees pay, sign the contract and book their sessions in one checkout flow.

Where it stops: package content and worksheets can be delivered, but there are no structured multi-week programs with daily tasks, habits or check-ins, and no webinar room or webinar marketing funnels. Read Paperbell alternatives for wellness coaches for comparisons.

Pick it over Coachful if you only sell 1:1 packages, want PayPal at checkout, and run a live workshop now and then.

9. Stan Store: link-in-bio selling for Instagram-first wellness coaches

Stan Store is a creator storefront that lives in your social bio. Plans include digital downloads, courses, webinars, memberships and a calendar, and the Zoom integration auto-creates links for live sessions. There is no built-in video.

Pricing as listed in September 2026: Creator is $29/month ($25/month annual, $300/year) with unlimited products and customers. Creator Pro is $99/month ($79/month annual, $948/year) and adds email marketing flows and broadcasts, upsells, order bumps, discount codes and affiliates. Stan advertises a 0% platform fee; Stripe or PayPal processing applies, and third parties report a Stripe payout fee as well. There is a 14-day free trial of Creator; sources conflict on whether a card is required.

A yoga or breathwork coach with an Instagram following can sell a low-priced live class from a reel quickly. That is the appeal.

Drawbacks for wellness: no structured program delivery with tasks, habits, check-ins or progress, and email marketing only arrives on Creator Pro. Public complaints include surprise charges after the trial and refund friction.

Pick it over Coachful if you sell low-priced live classes straight from social media and do not run multi-week programs yet.

10. Podia: an all-in-one storefront where webinars are a product type

Podia bundles a website, blog, email, community, courses, coaching and downloads, and lists webinars as a product type. Live events use your own Zoom or Google Meet link.

September 2026 list prices: Mover $49/month ($42 annual) with a 5% Podia transaction fee and email for up to 100 subscribers; Shaker $99/month ($84 annual) with a 0% fee and 500 email subscribers; Earthquaker $179/month ($150 annual) with 1,000 email subscribers included. Stripe or PayPal processing applies on top, and subscribers beyond the included number are billed extra. There is a 30-day free trial and no free plan.

The 100-subscriber email cap on Mover is a real constraint for webinar marketing: a single well-promoted wellness class can bring in more registrants than that.

Missing pieces: no mobile app, no native scheduling or video, and light course tooling. Reviewers report switching when they outgrow it.

Pick it over Coachful if you mostly sell downloads and occasional paid webinars, and want a simple storefront more than a coaching back office.

11. Kartra: marketing automation for launch-style wellness offers

Kartra's public homepage as it appeared in October 2026, captured on a desktop browser
Kartra's homepage in October 2026.

Kartra is a marketing suite with pages, funnels, email and SMS, memberships, calendars and a helpdesk. It suits a wellness coach running a big seasonal launch, such as a "New Year Reset" with a webinar, a cart-open window and a sales sequence.

Listed October 2026: Essentials $59/month ($52 annual) with 500 contacts, 5 pages, 1 product and a 5% transaction fee; Starter $119/month ($99 annual) with 2,500 contacts, unlimited pages, email and SMS, and 0% fee; Growth $229/month ($189 annual) with 12,500 contacts; Professional $549/month ($429 annual). A 14-day free trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee are offered. Trustpilot shows 3.2 from 129 reviews.

Check on Kartra's site how its live webinar delivery works on your plan before relying on it.

Downsides: no client habits, check-ins or per-client coaching plans; the entry plan caps contacts at 500 with a 5% fee; an older profile notes no mobile app for students, and funnels and memberships are not portable.

Pick it over Coachful if your business runs on large launches with complex SMS and email automation, and coaching delivery happens elsewhere.

12. GoHighLevel: an agency CRM for multi-location wellness businesses

GoHighLevel's public homepage as it appeared in October 2026, captured on a desktop browser
GoHighLevel's homepage in October 2026.

GoHighLevel (HighLevel) is an agency-first marketing CRM with funnels, websites, calendars, SMS and email, invoicing, contracts, courses and communities, organized around sub-accounts. It fits a wellness clinic group or an agency managing marketing for several practitioners.

Plans as listed in October 2026: Starter $97/month ($80.83 annual) with 3 sub-accounts; Unlimited $297/month ($247.50 annual); Agency Pro $497/month. SMS, email, phone and AI usage are metered on top. HIPAA is a $297/month add-on, not included on the standard plans. There is a 14-day trial; billing starts automatically at the end unless cancelled.

There are no built-in video rooms; webinars use Zoom or Google Meet links, and the registration and reminder workflows are built by you.

Trade-offs: no habit tracking, client check-ins or structured coaching program engine; you would simulate them with workflows and forms. Metered usage makes monthly cost harder to predict.

Pick it over Coachful if you are an agency or multi-location business that needs sub-accounts, heavy SMS marketing or a HIPAA add-on in a marketing CRM.

What does each webinar platform include for wellness coaching?

The pattern is clear: webinar specialists win on the room, community tools win on the group, and only Coachful pairs the webinar with habits, check-ins and e-signed agreements.

What does each platform cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?

Webinar tools price by attendees or contacts, not by clients, so the cheapest headline price often turns expensive once you add the tools needed to coach the people who enroll. The table shows the platform's own listed plan for each client count; the stack section below adds the missing pieces.

Client counts above are examples to show how tiers change; your contact list from webinars will be much larger than your client list, which is why contact caps matter as much as client caps.

Should you choose an all-in-one stack or assemble one?

An all-in-one stack costs less and creates fewer handoffs for most wellness coaches; an assembled stack makes sense only when one piece, usually the webinar room or clinical records, has requirements the all-in-one cannot meet. Here are three recipes with listed prices.

StackToolsListed monthly costLogins for the client
Coachful all-in-oneCoachful for webinar, funnel, checkout, program, habits, community and emailSolo: $49/month for up to 20 clientsOne
Webinar specialist stackLivestorm + Kajabi Basic + Practice Better ProfessionalAbout $248/mo plus Livestorm credits (€1,000 for the 400-credit example)Three
Budget stackSysteme.io Webinar + Paperbell + Zoom$144/mo plus a Zoom plan (check Zoom's current pricing; we did not verify it)Two or three
Community stackMighty Networks Launch + Stan Store Creator Pro$178/mo (Mighty annual billing, September 2026), plus payment feesTwo

Assembled stacks also carry a time cost: registrants must be passed between tools by Zapier or by hand, and each tool has its own email list. For wellness coaches, the hidden cost is the client who buys from the webinar and then gets lost between the checkout email and the program login.

How does a wellness coach set up a webinar in Coachful, step by step?

Here is an illustrative setup for a sleep coach running a monthly 45-minute live class that sells a 6-week group program. Names and numbers are examples.

A laptop showing an enrolled group program and a phone showing habit trackers on a kitchen counter with a teapot and lemons
A client's view after the webinar: the enrolled group program on the laptop and daily habit trackers on the phone (demo data).
  1. Write the scope line first. Add a sentence to the registration page and to the coaching agreement: this class and program are educational coaching, not medical treatment, and anyone with a sleep disorder diagnosis, medication questions or symptoms such as loud snoring with gasping should see a doctor.
  2. Build the registration funnel. In Funnels, start from a template or request one through the white-glove build. Add two registration questions: "What wakes you most often?" and "Have you discussed your sleep with a doctor?" Connect your Meta Pixel and UTM tags so you can compare Instagram and podcast sign-ups.
  3. Schedule the live event. Create the webinar or video event and choose built-in video or an auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams link.
  4. Set up the email sequence. Confirmation on sign-up, a reminder the day before ("have a notebook ready"), a link one hour before, and a replay email that includes the program offer. Use a branch so attendees and no-shows get different follow-ups.
  5. Create the offer and checkout. Build the 6-week program offer with a payment plan option and an order bump, such as a recorded wind-down audio set. Payments go through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account.
  6. Attach the agreement. Set the e-signature coaching agreement to go out before the first group call, so every enrolled client has signed the scope statement.
  7. Load the program. Set weekly goals (consistent wake time, caffeine cut-off, wind-down routine), daily habits and morning and evening check-ins ("How rested do you feel, 1 to 5?"). Enrollment creates the cohort group automatically.
  8. Add the replay as content. Upload the class recording as a video or a course lesson so new members can watch it in their branded home.
  9. Watch the status column. After week two, check who is marked quiet or at risk and send a personal message before they drift.
  10. Invite alumni back. When the cohort ends, use an email broadcast to invite graduates to a continuation membership or the next live class.

For a reusable version, our guide to an evergreen webinar funnel for coaches explains how to keep a recorded class converting between live runs.

How do you migrate your webinars without losing registrants?

Move the client-facing pieces first, keep the old webinar tool running until your next live class has run on the new one, and export everything before you cancel.

  • Export lists from every tool. Registrants, past attendees and buyers often sit in three places. Merge them into one list and tag where each contact came from.
  • Bring clients and programs over during onboarding. Coachful imports clients, programs and content for you during onboarding, so active cohorts do not have to start again.
  • Re-host replays. Download recordings from your old webinar tool and upload them as videos or course lessons. Per-attendee tools may also count replay views against credits, so moving replays can lower cost.
  • Keep old registration links alive until the new funnel is live, then redirect them. Links in podcast show notes and old Instagram posts keep sending traffic for months.
  • Run one parallel webinar. Host the next class on the new platform while the old account is still active, then cancel after the replay emails have gone out.
  • Know your exit. Coachful exports full client data as a ZIP (roster, notes, check-ins, goals, habits, sessions, form responses) plus course exports, so you are not locked in.

Coaches leaving community tools can compare options in our community platforms for wellness coaches guide, and those moving courses can check course platforms for wellness coaches.

Which webinar platform should a wellness coach choose?

Choose Coachful if your webinars exist to fill programs and you want the attendee, the payment, the agreement, the habits and the community in one place. It ranks first because wellness results depend on what happens between sessions, and it is the only tool here that covers that stage natively alongside the webinar.

Choose Livestorm if the live room itself is your product, such as corporate wellness talks or large public summits. Choose Systeme.io if you are testing topics on almost no budget. Choose Practice Better if you are a licensed practitioner who needs HIPAA-compliant telehealth. Choose Circle or Mighty Networks if a large membership community is the business. Frequently asked questions

What is the best webinar platform for wellness coaches?

For wellness coaches who use webinars to sell programs, Coachful is our top pick because it runs the webinar, funnel, checkout, program, habits and community under one login. If you only need a high-end live room, Livestorm is the strongest dedicated option on this list. We make Coachful, so compare both against your own workflow.

Do I need a dedicated webinar tool, or is Zoom enough?

For small live classes, a meeting link from Zoom, Meet or Teams is often enough, and Coachful can create those links automatically. A dedicated tool such as Livestorm adds polls, upvoted Q&A and on-demand replays inside its room. What matters more is the registration, reminder and follow-up system around the call.

Can I answer health questions during a wellness webinar Q&A?

You can share general education and behavior change ideas, but coaching is not medical treatment. Refer anyone describing symptoms, a diagnosis, medication questions, signs of an eating disorder or thoughts of self-harm to a doctor or licensed clinician. State this on the registration page and at the start of the session.

Is Coachful HIPAA-compliant for wellness webinars?

No. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. Wellness coaches who are also licensed clinicians should keep clinical records in a clinical system such as one that offers HIPAA-compliant telehealth.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

On every plan, you can ask the Coachful team to build things for you, including a webinar funnel, an event, an email sequence, a sales page, a program or a website. You describe the request and attach up to 8 links and 10 files, and the team builds it in your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include recording videos, logo design or ad management.

How much does a webinar platform cost for a wellness coach?

Listed prices in this roundup range from a free Systeme.io plan to Kajabi Pro at $499/month, with Livestorm billed per attendee in euros. The fairer comparison is the full stack: webinar room, checkout, program delivery and community. See the cost table above for each tool at 5, 15 and 40 clients.

Which platforms charge transaction fees on webinar sales?

As listed, Kajabi adds 0.5% to 2% when you use a processor other than Kajabi Payments, Circle charges 0.5% to 2%, Mighty Networks charges 0.5% to 2%, and the entry plans of Kartra and Podia charge 5%. Systeme.io, Paperbell and Stan Store advertise 0% platform fees. Coachful has a 0% platform fee; you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing.

Can I sell a group program straight from my webinar?

Yes, on most tools here, but the path differs. In Coachful, the replay email links to a checkout with payment plans, the agreement goes out for e-signature, and enrollment creates the cohort group automatically. In assembled stacks, you usually need Zapier or manual steps to move buyers from the checkout tool into the program tool.

How long does it take to set up a wellness webinar funnel?

It depends on how much copy and content you already have. With templates, a registration page, reminder sequence and offer can be drafted in an afternoon; with Coachful's white-glove build, the team usually builds the request within about 24 hours, leaving gaps for details only you can supply.
