10 Best Coaches Console Alternatives (2026 Guide)

10 Best Coaches Console Alternatives (2026 Guide)

The best coaches console alternatives are the tools that cover the same ground (CRM, calendar, website, client portal, email, invoicing and courses) without the $197 monthly entry price, the dated interface reviewers mention, or the gap between a client signing up and a client actually doing the work between sessions. So the deciding question is simple: do you want one system that runs the whole client journey, from booking to weekly check-ins, or do you only need a cheaper back office?

For most coaches leaving Coaches Console, our pick is Coachful, because it puts booking, payments, contracts, programs with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email under one login, with one branded app for clients. We make Coachful, so weigh that, and read the nine other entries: each one wins a specific situation, and we say plainly when another tool is the better fit.

Every price below is as listed on the vendor's own pricing page in October 2026, or from our September 2026 vendor profiles where marked. We describe what vendors document and what public reviewers report; we have not run hands-on trials of every tool.

Which Coaches Console alternative should you pick?

Pick Coachful if you want one login for the whole client journey; pick one of the other nine if your situation matches the scenario in its row. The table is ordered by our ranking.

Ranking criteria, in order: one login for the whole client journey, between-session delivery (programs, habits, check-ins), total stack cost at 15 clients, and setup effort, including whether someone will build it for you.

Why do coaches look for a Coaches Console alternative?

Mostly cost, the lack of a free trial, and the interface. Coaches Console is a long-standing coach business system, and its feature list is broad, but it carries the highest entry price in the coaching admin group.

Coaches Console homepage describing its coaching business management system
Coaches Console's homepage in October 2026.

As listed in October 2026, the Core Console System costs $197 a month, or $1,997 a year (about $166 a month). It covers a CRM, calendar, public website, private client website or portal, email marketing and autoresponders, invoicing and agreements, client data and reporting. The Total Console System costs $297 a month, or $2,997 a year, and adds a shopping cart, products and sales reports, course and content delivery, enrollment reports, participant activity tracking and a bonus course. The annual option is labelled as a 15% discount. There is no free trial: you enter billing details at signup and get a 30-day money-back guarantee instead. Client limits on Core are not specified on the pricing page.

Coaches Console pricing page with the Core Console System and Total Console System plans
Coaches Console's pricing page in October 2026.

Our September 2026 profile adds three points worth knowing before you switch. Reviewers describe the interface as dated. The payment processors listed there were PayPal, Stripe and Authorize.net (the current pricing page does not state them). And client data exports to an Excel spreadsheet, according to the help center, which matters when you plan a move.

What coaches in this position usually need is not more features but fewer seams. A typical Coaches Console user runs 1:1 clients, sells a package or two, has a newsletter, and often wants a group program or course. The weak point in most setups is the stretch between sessions: the client books, pays and signs, then the coach has to chase homework by email. If your next tool cannot hold the weekly goals, daily tasks and check-ins, you will end up adding another app for that, and the savings disappear.

Thinking of launching your coaching business?

Answer a few questions and Coachful builds it around you: your website, programs, booking and payments. Ready in minutes.

Build your platform

How did we rank these alternatives?

We priced and compared every tool against one concrete practice: a solo coach with 15 active 1:1 clients and one eight-week group program for about 20 people, who also sends a fortnightly newsletter and wants a simple website.

For that coach we asked four questions. Can clients book, pay, sign and do their between-session work in one place, with one login? Does the tool deliver programs with habits and check-ins, or only store files? What is the total monthly bill once you add the tools it lacks? And how much work is the move, including whether the vendor will build or import anything for you? Tools that need two or three companions to match Coaches Console Total were ranked lower, even when their own price is low. Ratings are quoted from Trustpilot as seen on October 25, 2026, where a page exists.

1. Coachful: best overall Coaches Console alternative

Coachful wins when you want one system for the whole client journey: someone finds your website, books a call, pays, signs your agreement, joins a program, and then checks in, tracks habits and talks to the group inside your branded app, while you see all of it on one client record.

What Coachful is and who it suits

Coachful is a coaching platform built for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions: solo coaches growing into a small team, and coaches replacing four to six separate tools. One subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery, courses, community, a website with funnels, email marketing and an AI assistant. The company is based in Tallinn, Estonia, and has a Trustpilot rating of 4.5 from 21 reviews. Plans are flat and monthly (Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients); lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited, team plans add seats, and monthly plans cancel in one click. There is a free trial.

How it covers what Coaches Console does

  • Calendar and booking. Booking pages with availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection; two-way sync with Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendars; built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet and Teams links; email reminders, plus SMS 24 hours and WhatsApp one hour before once messaging is enabled; intake questions on booking; paid sessions and session credits.
  • Invoicing and payments. Your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account handles one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay, with Stripe Tax. Every transaction gets an invoice, and you can send manual invoices. Since August 2026 there is a 0% platform fee; you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing.
  • Agreements. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and are stored on the client record (see coaching contracts).
  • CRM and client data. Each client record holds goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments, sessions and an AI briefing, with a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk. A prospects view tracks leads by stage (more on the coaching CRM page).
  • Public website and email marketing. A section-based website builder with a blog, custom domain, SEO settings and 30 designed homepage templates; booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels with pixel and UTM tracking; email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits.
  • Courses and content. Courses with modules, lessons, drip and completion tracking, plus downloads, videos, books, AI tools, events and bundles, all delivered into the client's branded home and app.

What it adds between sessions

This is where Coachful moves past a classic back office. Multi-week programs carry weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. Enrolling someone in a program creates their cohort group automatically, with a community feed, group chat, direct messages and video events. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data: it builds programs, drafts emails, summarizes recorded sessions and briefs you before each call. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. You can also configure an AI Coach, an AI version of you that selected clients can chat with between sessions.

For credentialed coaches, ICF credential tracking counts coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports an ICF client coaching log with paid and pro bono hours (details on ICF hour tracking).

Where Coachful falls short

Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. Coaching is not therapy or medical treatment; if a client needs clinical care, refer them to a licensed professional. There is no PayPal, which matters if your Coaches Console clients pay that way. There is no permanent free plan. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. There is no multi-stage sales deal board for large teams, no Salesforce or HubSpot integration, no routing forms that pick a host from form answers, and no third-party plugins. The affiliate feature tracks links, clicks, conversions and revenue, but payouts are recorded manually rather than sent by Coachful.

Moving in

Clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, so your Coaches Console spreadsheet export is a usable starting point. Data stays portable the other way too: a full client data export as a ZIP covers the roster, notes, check-ins, goals, habits, sessions and form responses, and courses export separately. Coachful is GDPR-ready.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can open Create and choose We'll build it for you, describe what you want, attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files (logos, photos, brand guides, copy, documents; no video), and the Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. That covers a website, funnel, offer or sales page, program, course outline and written material, coaching flow, form, email sequence, link in bio, lead quiz, event or automation. Nothing gets invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. It does not include recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. One recent build: a leadership coach with a Squarespace renewal days away got one clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button. Another: a business mentor for beauty professionals got a 12-week mentorship sales page, a start-up-guide funnel and rewritten follow-up emails. Read more about the white-glove build service.

2. Kajabi: for coaches whose business is mostly courses and audience

If you bought Total Console mainly for the shopping cart and course delivery, and 1:1 sessions are a side line, Kajabi is the closest match on the marketing side. It is built around products, contacts, a website, a community and email.

Listed pricing (October 2026). Basic is $179 a month or $143 a month billed yearly, with 5 products, 2,500 contacts, one website, one community and two admin users. Growth is $249 a month or $199 billed yearly, with 50 products, 25,000 contacts and 11 admin users. Pro is $499 a month or $399 billed yearly, with unlimited products, 100,000 contacts, three websites, three communities and 26 admin users. Extra contacts come in blocks of 25,000 for $125 a month. Kajabi Payments card fees start at 2.9% + $0.30 for US entities, and using a third-party payment provider adds a Kajabi fee of 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth and 0.5% on Pro (PayPal excluded). There is a free trial button, and every plan has a 30-day money-back guarantee.

The trade-off. Kajabi's pricing page lists cohorts, courses, unlimited marketing emails, checkout pages, affiliate programs and a customer app, but says little about 1:1 session booking, agreements or client records, so check whether its coaching tools cover your calendar rules before moving. The entry plan also costs nearly as much as Coaches Console Core, and the 2,500-contact cap on Basic can push a growing list onto Growth. Our Kajabi alternatives for coaches guide goes deeper.

Pick it over Coachful if you mainly sell courses to a large list, want several websites or communities under one account, and rarely run 1:1 sessions.

3. HoneyBook: when your practice runs on proposals and paperwork

Coaches who sell custom engagements, such as corporate workshops or one-off VIP days, often care most about proposals, contracts and invoices moving smoothly. HoneyBook is built for that flow across service businesses, not specifically for coaching.

As listed in October 2026, Starter is $29 a month billed yearly and includes unlimited clients and projects, invoices and payments, proposals and contracts, a calendar, templates, a client portal, basic reports, up to two live lead forms and HoneyBook AI. Essentials is $49 a month billed yearly or $59 billed monthly and adds a scheduler, automations, QuickBooks Online integration, up to two team members, up to 10 live lead forms, SMS reminders and removal of HoneyBook branding. Premium is $109 billed yearly or $129 monthly, with unlimited team members, priority support, multiple companies and advanced reports. Card fees start at 2.9% + 25 cents. All plans start with a free trial, and there is a 60-day money-back guarantee. The monthly-billing price for Starter was not visible in the page text we could read.

Because the scheduler sits on Essentials, most coaches booking sessions would land on the $59 monthly tier. HoneyBook has no programs, habit tracking, courses or community on its pricing page, so between-session work would live in another tool. See our HoneyBook alternatives for coaches for the comparison in detail.

Pick it over Coachful if your work is project-based, proposals are your main sales tool, and you need QuickBooks Online integration more than client programs.

4. Dubsado: best for workflow-heavy admin on an annual budget

The scenario Dubsado wins: you like building your own forms and automated sequences, you pay yearly to keep costs down, and you want unlimited clients from day one.

Pricing as listed in October 2026: the Starter plan is $335 a year and Premier is $525 a year (roughly $28 and $44 a month), with annual billing described as two months of savings. Both include email integration, unlimited projects and clients, invoicing and payment plans, form and email templates, client portals, a calendar connection, a mobile app for you, and email and live chat support. Premier adds scheduling, automated workflows, public proposals, bookkeeping integration, Zapier and unlimited lead capture forms (Starter has one). Extra brands are $10 a month each; three additional users are included, then $25 a month for 4 to 10 users. The free trial lasts 21 days with full Premier access and no card. Monthly-billing prices were not shown in the page text we read.

The catch for coaches is the same as HoneyBook's: Dubsado is a back office. It has no programs, habits, courses, community or website builder on its pricing page, and you will spend real time building workflows yourself. Our Dubsado alternatives for coaches roundup compares it with other admin tools.

Pick it over Coachful if you want the lowest annual admin bill with unlimited clients and enjoy designing your own forms and workflows.

5. Paperbell: the simplest one-price option for 1:1 coaching

Paperbell suits a solo coach who sells packages of 1:1 sessions and wants booking, payment and contracts to just work, with no tiers to think about.

Paperbell homepage describing booking, payments and client management for coaches
Paperbell's homepage in October 2026.

As listed in October 2026, Paperbell has a single plan at $97 a month, or $80.83 a month billed yearly, with unlimited clients, sessions, files, packages and traffic. It states no additional transaction fees, so you pay only the Stripe or PayPal processor fees. A Try For Free button is on the pricing page; our September 2026 profile, citing the help center, notes a 7-day trial during which the public site is offline and client messages and SMS are switched off. There is a 30-day money-back guarantee. Trustpilot shows 3.5 from 14 reviews.

What you give up: our profile notes no courses or LMS, no community, and no goal or habit tracking, and no native mobile app (clients use a mobile browser). The website is simple. For a coach with a group program, that means a second tool. More in our Paperbell alternatives guide.

Pick it over Coachful if you only sell 1:1 packages, want PayPal at checkout, and value a single unchanging price over programs and community.

6. CoachAccountable: for structured accountability with a small client list

Accountability-heavy coaches, the kind who live in action plans, metrics and worksheets, get a lot from CoachAccountable, as long as the roster stays small.

CoachAccountable homepage describing its coaching management features
CoachAccountable's homepage in October 2026.

Pricing is per active client, as listed in October 2026: Starter $20 a month for 2 active clients, Level 1 $40 for 5, Level 2 $70 for 10, Level 3 $120 for 20, Level 4 $250 for 50 and Level 5 $400 for 100. The free trial is 30 days, with no card and no limits. Transaction fees are not stated on the pricing page; our profile lists Stripe, Square and PayPal as processors. Trustpilot shows 4.8 from 47 reviews, the highest in this list.

It covers sessions, action plans, metrics, worksheets, courses, invoicing and agreements. Per our September 2026 profile, it has no native mobile app, no landing pages or website, and no marketing automation, and it states it is not HIPAA compliant. Per-client pricing is the real limit: the 20-person group program in our scenario pushes the bill toward Level 4. See CoachAccountable alternatives for more.

Pick it over Coachful if you coach fewer than ten clients 1:1, care most about detailed action plans and metrics, and already have a website and email tool you like.

7. Practice Better: the wellness practitioner's choice

Nutrition and wellness practitioners who need charting and telehealth inside the same tool are Practice Better's core audience.

Practice Better homepage describing practice management for wellness professionals
Practice Better's homepage in October 2026.

Listed tiers in October 2026: Sprout is $0 for 3 clients and 100 MB; Starter is $35 a month ($25 billed yearly) for 10 clients; Professional is $69 ($59 yearly) for 300 clients; Plus is $99 ($89 yearly) for unlimited clients and three admins; Team is $155 ($145 yearly) for two practitioners, with more at $50 each. Trials run 30 days on Team and 14 days on other paid plans, with no contracts. Payments run through Practice Better Payments, powered by Stripe. Trustpilot shows 3.8 from 87 reviews.

It covers scheduling, telehealth, charting, billing, programs and a client portal. Evergreen programs, portal branding, a custom URL and SMS start on Plus, so a coach who wants a branded experience pays $99 a month. Our profile notes no website builder or funnel pages, and one practitioner per account below Team. The Practice Better alternatives post covers this in depth.

Pick it over Coachful if you are a wellness or nutrition practitioner who needs clinical-style charting and telehealth in one place.

8. CoachVantage: unlimited clients at a per-coach price

Coaches with a big, slow-moving roster (many past clients, a few active ones) like CoachVantage because clients are unlimited on both plans.

CoachVantage homepage describing coaching practice management software
CoachVantage's homepage in October 2026.

October 2026 listing: Clarity is $39 a month ($35 billed yearly) with unlimited contacts and engagements but caps of 2 group programs, 2 sales pages, 2 booking pages, 4 e-signatures a month, 2 contract templates, 2 courses and 500 MB. Aha! is $59 ($53 yearly) with unlimited group programs (with cohorts), sales pages, booking pages and e-signatures, plus 5 contract templates, 5 courses and 1 GB. There is a 14-day trial with no card, and no commission on your revenue beyond Stripe or PayPal fees.

It covers a CRM, scheduling, contracts with e-signature, invoices, a client portal, group programs and small courses. Our profile notes no team or multi-coach features, and reviewers describe the built-in video (CVMeet) as weak, with many users still on Zoom. The Clarity caps bite quickly if you send more than four agreements a month. Read CoachVantage alternatives for the full picture.

Pick it over Coachful if you want unlimited clients on a low per-coach price and are happy to keep a separate website and email marketing tool.

9. Simply.Coach: built for sponsor-funded engagements

Simply.Coach makes sense when a company pays for the coaching and you need to manage contracts, programs and sponsors around each coachee.

Simply.Coach homepage describing its coaching platform for coaches and businesses
Simply.Coach's homepage in October 2026.

Solo tiers listed in October 2026: Starter $9 a month for 3 active coachees, one contract, one program and 1 GB; Essentials $29 ($24.17 yearly) for 7 coachees, three contracts and three programs; Growth $49 for 30 coachees and 10 contracts or programs; Leap $69 for unlimited coachees, contracts and programs. Business tiers are CoCreate at $79 per active coach (10 clients per coach) and Surge at $159 per active coach (25 clients, 2 program managers, 5 sponsors). The trial is 14 days with no card. There are no refunds for mid-period cancellations, and automated invoices are marked Coming Soon on the solo pricing page.

Every solo tier below Leap caps clients, contracts and programs, which is easy to outgrow. There is no website builder or email marketing on the pricing pages. See Simply.Coach alternatives for details.

Pick it over Coachful if most of your work is corporate coaching with sponsors and program managers who need their own view of each engagement.

10. Quenza: for worksheets and activities between sessions

Quenza fits a coach who already has booking and payments sorted and only wants better exercises, worksheets and programs for clients between sessions.

Quenza homepage describing client activities and programs for coaches and therapists
Quenza's homepage in October 2026.

As listed in October 2026: Spark is $25 a month ($20 yearly) for 10 clients; Growth $50 ($40 yearly) for 250 clients; Impact $125 ($100 yearly) for 400 clients; Collective $160 ($128 yearly) for up to three professionals and 500 clients; Beyond is custom. The trial is 30 days with no card. Trustpilot shows 4.3 from 8 reviews.

The limit is scope. Quenza has no payments or invoicing today (marked as planned), and our profile notes no scheduling or video calls. As a Coaches Console replacement it covers only one slice, so it ranks last here.

Pick it over Coachful if you only need a client activity library and are keeping your current booking, payment and website tools.

How do the features compare?

Coachful is the only tool here with "yes" in every column. "Not listed" means the vendor's pricing page and our September 2026 profile do not mention the feature, so check with the vendor before ruling it in or out.

"Partial" for HoneyBook and Dubsado booking means scheduling sits on the higher plan (Essentials and Premier). For Coaches Console, "Partial" on programs reflects participant activity tracking without documented habits or check-ins, and on websites it reflects a public site and client portal without documented funnels.

What does each tool cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?

At 15 clients, most single tools cost less than Coaches Console Core, but only Coachful and Coaches Console Total cover the full list without companions. Figures are monthly billing as listed in October 2026, on the cheapest plan that fits each client count.

What would a full stack cost each month?

A single cheap tool rarely replaces Coaches Console on its own. Here are three example stacks for the 15-client coach in our scenario, priced from the October 2026 listings at monthly billing, compared with doing it all in one place. These are illustrations, not quotes.

StackWhat it coversMonthly cost (15 clients)What is still missing
Coachful on its ownBooking, payments, contracts, programs, courses, community, website, funnels, emailSolo: $49/month for up to 20 clientsPayPal, HIPAA
Stack A: Paperbell + Kajabi Basic1:1 admin in Paperbell, group program, course, website and email in Kajabi$97 + $179 = $276Habits and check-ins; two logins for clients
Stack B: HoneyBook Essentials + Quenza GrowthScheduling, contracts and invoices, plus between-session activities$59 + $50 = $109Website, courses, community, email marketing
Stack C: CoachAccountable Level 3 + Kajabi BasicAction plans, metrics and invoicing, plus website, courses and email$120 + $179 = $299One client login; Level 3 caps at 20 active clients
Staying on Coaches Console TotalCRM, calendar, website, portal, email, invoicing, courses$297Documented habits, check-ins and community

Stack B looks cheapest, but it leaves you buying a website builder and email tool on top. Stacks A and C both land near the Coaches Console Total price while splitting your clients across two systems. That split is the cost that never shows on an invoice: every extra login is one more place a client can drop off.

How do you set up a Coaches Console replacement in Coachful?

As an example timeline, plan on roughly a week of part-time work, or less if you hand the build to the white-glove team. Here is the order we suggest for the 15-client coach, with what the client sees at each step.

A laptop showing a library of coaching journeys and a phone showing a habit tracker on a desk at dusk
Coachful's coaching flows library on a laptop and a client's habit tracker on a phone, both with demo data.
  1. Export from Coaches Console. Pull your client list to a spreadsheet (the help center describes an Excel export) and gather agreements, program materials and course files. Keep Coaches Console running until the new system is live.
  2. Send the import and build requests. Clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding. In the same week, open Create, choose We'll build it for you, and ask for your website, attaching your current site link and logo.
  3. Connect payments and calendar. Link your Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, then your Google, Apple or Outlook calendar. Set availability rules, buffers and minimum notice on a booking page and add intake questions. Client experience: a booking page that shows times in their own time zone, a reminder email, and a video link created for them.
  4. Add your agreement. Upload or write your coaching agreement so it goes out for e-signature before the first call. Client experience: they sign on their phone before the session, and the signed copy sits on their record.
  5. Rebuild your packages as offers and programs. Turn your 1:1 package into an offer with a payment plan, and your group program into an eight-week program with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits and morning and evening check-ins. Enrolling clients creates the cohort group automatically. Client experience: one branded app with this week's tasks, a habit tracker and a group feed.
  6. Move your newsletter. Import your list, set up a welcome sequence with a delay and a branch for people who book, and schedule your next broadcast.
  7. Switch your domain and invite clients. Point your custom domain to the new site, then invite current clients. Tell them what changes: one login, one app, and where their homework now lives.

The expensive mistakes are about timing and payments, not features.

  • Cancelling before you export. Export clients, notes and agreements first, and check that the spreadsheet opens with every column you need.
  • Forgetting recurring payments. Subscriptions set up in your old processor do not move by themselves. List every active payment plan and decide when each client re-subscribes in the new system. If clients pay by PayPal today, plan that conversation early, because not every tool here supports it.
  • Comparing sticker prices only. A $39 tool plus a website builder, an email tool and a course platform can cost more than the tool you left. Price the full stack, as in the table above.
  • Ignoring client caps. CoachAccountable, Simply.Coach, Practice Better and Quenza tiers all cap clients; a group launch can push you up a tier mid-month.
  • Moving everyone at once without telling them. Send one short email explaining the new login, then invite clients in small batches so questions stay manageable.
  • Treating coaching software as a clinical record. If you handle health information under HIPAA, choose a tool that signs a BAA. Coaching software is for coaching.

What is the verdict?

Coachful is the best Coaches Console alternative for most coaches, because it replaces the whole Total Console feature set and adds what Coaches Console does not document: programs with habits and check-ins, cohort communities and an AI assistant working from your client data, all under one login and one branded client app. The free white-glove build removes most of the setup effort.

The others are right in narrower cases. Kajabi fits course-first businesses with big lists. HoneyBook and Dubsado fit proposal-and-paperwork practices. Paperbell is the simplest choice for pure 1:1 work with PayPal. CoachAccountable is excellent for detailed accountability with a small roster. Practice Better suits wellness practitioners who chart. CoachVantage gives unlimited clients cheaply, Simply.Coach handles sponsors, and Quenza adds worksheets alongside another tool. For more side-by-sides, see our comparison hub or the coaching software overview; life and business coaches can start from the life coach and business coach pages.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best Coaches Console alternative?

For most coaches, Coachful, because it covers booking, payments, contracts, programs, courses, community, website and email in one login with a branded client app. Kajabi is the better fit if you mainly sell courses to a large list, and Paperbell if you only sell 1:1 packages.

Is there a cheaper alternative to Coaches Console?

Yes. Coaches Console Core is $197 a month as listed in October 2026, and most tools here start well below that, from Simply.Coach at $9 to Paperbell at $97. Check what each leaves out, because adding a website, email or course tool can close the gap quickly.

Does Coaches Console have a free trial?

No. Its pricing page asks for billing details at signup and offers a 100% money-back guarantee within the first 30 days instead of a trial.

Can I export my clients from Coaches Console?

According to its help center (as recorded in our September 2026 profile), clients export to an Excel spreadsheet. Export before you cancel and keep a copy of your agreements and program files as well.

Which Coaches Console alternatives accept PayPal?

Our vendor data lists PayPal as a processor for Paperbell, CoachVantage and CoachAccountable, and Kajabi's fee table treats PayPal separately from other providers. Confirm on the vendor's site before you move PayPal subscribers. Coachful does not support PayPal; it uses Stripe Connect or Razorpay, including Apple Pay and Google Pay.

What does Coachful's free white-glove service include?

The Coachful team builds what you describe inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours: a website, funnel, sales page, program, course outline, email sequence, form, lead quiz, event or automation. You can attach up to 8 links and 10 files. It does not include recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing, and nothing is invented on your behalf.

Is Coachful HIPAA compliant?

No. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not suitable for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. Practitioners who need that should choose a clinical tool and refer clients who need treatment to a licensed professional.

Can I run group programs and courses without Kajabi?

Yes. Coachful includes courses with drip and completion tracking, multi-week group programs with cohort groups, and a community feed. CoachVantage also offers group programs and a small number of courses, and CoachAccountable includes courses.

Do I need a separate website builder after leaving Coaches Console?

Only if your new tool lacks one. Coachful and Kajabi include website builders with funnels or checkout pages; Paperbell has a simple site; HoneyBook, Dubsado, CoachAccountable, Practice Better, Simply.Coach and Quenza would need a separate builder for a full public website.

How long does it take to switch from Coaches Console?

Plan for about a week of part-time work for a 15-client practice: export, import, connect payments and calendar, rebuild offers, then invite clients. With Coachful, the onboarding import and the white-glove build can take a large part of that off your plate.
