HubFit Pricing in 2026: Plans, Fees and What Coaches Pay

HubFit pricing, as listed in October 2026, starts at $39 a month for the Standard plan (up to 50 clients), then $69 a month for Premium (up to 100 clients) and $119 a month for Ultimate at 100 clients, with Ultimate tiers climbing to $419 a month for 500 clients. Annual billing lowers those three entry prices to $33, $57 and $99 a month. Every plan comes with a 14-day free trial, there is no free plan, clients use the app at no charge, and a branded client app costs an extra $189 a month.
Those are low numbers for an online training app, and on a cost-per-client basis HubFit is one of the cheapest tools in its category. The harder question is what you pay once you need a feature that sits on a higher plan, or a tool HubFit does not include, such as booking, a website or signed coaching agreements. This guide covers every plan, every fee HubFit lists, three worked budgets, the gotchas buried in the tier structure and how HubFit compares with five alternatives. We make Coachful, a coaching platform that some HubFit shoppers also consider, so we kept HubFit's figures to what the vendor publishes and say plainly where HubFit is the better buy.

What are HubFit's plans and prices in 2026?
HubFit sells three plans, Standard, Premium and Ultimate, and prices them by how many clients you coach. Standard covers up to 50 clients, Premium up to 100, and Ultimate starts at 100 and scales in steps of 100 up to 500, with rosters of 1,000 or more quoted by sales.
| Plan and tier | Billed monthly | Billed annually (per month) | Annual total | Client limit |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | $39 | $33 | $396 | Up to 50 |
| Premium | $69 | $57 | $684 | Up to 100 |
| Ultimate 100 | $119 | $99 | $1,188 | 100 |
| Ultimate 200 | $209 | $174 | $2,088 | 200 |
| Ultimate 300 | $289 | $241 | $2,892 | 300 |
| Ultimate 400 | $359 | $299 | $3,588 | 400 |
| Ultimate 500 | $419 | $349 | $4,188 | 500 |
| Ultimate 1,000+ | Contact sales | Contact sales | Not published | 1,000 and above |
Prices are in US dollars, as listed on HubFit's pricing page in October 2026. Annual totals are the per-month annual figure multiplied by 12. The 500-client tier is new since our September 2026 profile; the 50 to 400 tiers have not changed.

How much does annual billing save?
Annual billing saves roughly 15 to 17 percent. On Standard you pay $396 a year instead of $468, a saving of $72. On Premium it is $684 instead of $828, saving $144. Ultimate 100 drops from $1,428 to $1,188, saving $240, and at the 500-client tier the saving reaches $840 a year ($4,188 instead of $5,028).
What does HubFit cost per client?
If you fill a plan to its cap, Standard works out to 78 cents per client per month, Premium to 69 cents, Ultimate 100 to $1.19, and Ultimate 500 to about 84 cents. The catch is that few coaches sit exactly at a cap. A coach with 15 clients on Standard pays $2.60 per client, and a coach with 110 clients pays for 200 slots. Per-client maths only flatters HubFit when your roster is close to the tier ceiling.
What does each HubFit plan add?
Each plan adds a layer: Standard is the training and nutrition core, Premium adds branding and payments, and Ultimate adds team members, community features and Zapier. Here is what HubFit lists for each plan in October 2026.
Standard ($39 a month, up to 50 clients)
Standard includes training programs, nutrition and macro targets, habit coaching, check-ins, wearable sync, a resource vault, onboarding flows and MCP access. MCP refers to the Model Context Protocol, an open standard for connecting AI assistants to outside data; the pricing page lists it without detail, so check HubFit's help pages for what it exposes. What Standard does not include matters just as much: no custom branding and no in-app payments. If you want clients to pay you inside HubFit, Standard is not your plan.
Premium ($69 a month, up to 100 clients)
Premium adds custom branding, group challenges, recipe books, a smart meal planner, payments and packages, meal and workout AI, and autoflow events. For most solo online trainers who sell their own packages, Premium is the realistic starting plan, because it is the first tier where you can charge clients through the app and put your brand on it.
Ultimate ($119 to $419 a month, 100 to 500 clients)
Ultimate adds a workout studio, group chats, community forums, team members, broadcast messages, autoflow templates and Zapier. It is the only plan that scales past 100 clients and the only plan that lets you add other coaches. Note that Ultimate's entry tier has the same 100-client cap as Premium. The extra $50 a month buys features, not capacity.
What fees does HubFit charge on top of the plan?
HubFit lists no transaction fee of its own, but Stripe's processing fees apply to every client payment, payments only work from Premium up, and the branded app is a separate $189 a month. There is no per-client overage charge; instead you move up a tier.
| Cost type | What HubFit lists (October 2026) | What it means for you |
|---|---|---|
| Platform transaction fee | None listed | HubFit does not take a cut of client payments on the pages we checked. |
| Payment processing | Stripe; processing fees apply | Stripe's rate depends on your country and the card used. Budget it as a percentage of revenue. |
| Access to payments | Premium and above | Standard users need a separate way to collect money. |
| Branded app add-on | $189 a month, no setup fee, live in 7 to 10 days, limited launch spots | Your own app listing costs more than the Ultimate 100 plan itself. |
| Client overages | No per-client overage; move to the next tier | Crossing a cap can change your bill in a large step. |
| Coach seats | Team members on Ultimate only; no per-seat price listed | Hiring a second coach means Ultimate, whatever your client count. |
| Free trial | 14 days on every plan; card requirement not stated | Check at signup whether a card is taken and when billing starts. |
Transaction and processing fees
HubFit does not list a platform fee on payments, which compares well with tools that take a percentage. You still pay Stripe on every charge, and Stripe sets its rate by country, card type and currency conversion. If you sell a $200 monthly package, the processing cost comes out of that $200 before it reaches your bank. Treat it as a cost of selling, not a cost of HubFit, because you would pay it with almost any card processor.
The branded app add-on
The Branded App is $189 a month with no setup fee, and HubFit says it goes live in 7 to 10 days, with a limited number of launch spots. That price is new on the pricing page since our September 2026 profile. It is the single largest line item many coaches will add, and it is worth separating from the custom branding that Premium already includes. The add-on is a separate branded app product with its own launch process. The pricing page does not say whether the add-on is discounted on annual billing, so ask before you commit.
Overages and seats
HubFit does not charge per extra client. You pick a tier, and when you outgrow it you move to the next one. Team members appear only on Ultimate, and the page does not list a per-seat price, so a two-coach business with 40 clients still needs Ultimate at $119 a month rather than Standard at $39.
What does a coach actually pay for HubFit?
In the three example budgets below, HubFit costs between $684 and about $4,800 a year once you pick the plan your features require, and that is before the other tools you still need beside it. The three budgets below are examples built on illustrative rosters, using HubFit's October 2026 prices.
| Example coach | HubFit plan needed | Billed monthly | Billed annually | Still needed beside it |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| New online trainer, 20 clients, sells packages in the app | Premium (payments start here) | $69 a month ($828 a year) | $684 a year | Booking for consult calls, a website, coaching agreements, an email list tool |
| Established hybrid coach, 80 clients, wants a branded app | Premium plus Branded App | $258 a month ($3,096 a year) | About $2,952 a year (add-on assumed monthly) | Booking and video calls, a website with sales pages, agreements, email marketing, a course platform if selling courses |
| Small team, 3 coaches, 180 clients, community and Zapier | Ultimate 200 plus Branded App | $398 a month ($4,776 a year) | About $4,356 a year (add-on assumed monthly) | Booking with per-coach calendars, a website and funnels, agreements, email marketing |
The first coach could drop to Standard at $39 a month by taking payments outside HubFit, for example with payment links from their processor, but then billing and coaching live in two places and nothing ties a missed payment to a paused program.

The right-hand column is where the real cost hides. Our September 2026 profile of HubFit found no scheduling or booking, no video calls, no contracts and no website builder, and the October 2026 pricing page does not list them either. Each gap usually means another subscription and another login for you and your client. If you want to price those tools, our guides to Calendly pricing, Kajabi pricing and Kit pricing break down what booking, course and email tools cost in 2026.
Pricing your own packages is the other half of the budget. If you are deciding how much to charge app-only clients versus clients who also get live calls, our guide to app-only and live-call tiers for online fitness coaching walks through the maths, and pricing coaching packages covers the wider models.
What hidden costs and gotchas should you watch for?
The biggest surprises in HubFit's pricing come from tier jumps, features gated to higher plans and the tools it does not include. None of these are hidden in the sense of being concealed; they are simply easy to miss when the headline is $39.
- The 101st client. Premium stops at 100 clients. The next tier with more room is Ultimate 200 at $209 a month ($174 annually). On the tiers HubFit publishes, growing from 100 to 101 clients takes a Premium bill from $69 to $209 a month, about three times as much.
- Payments start at Premium. Standard's $39 price assumes you collect money somewhere else.
- A second coach means Ultimate. Team members are an Ultimate feature, so even a small roster pays at least $119 a month once you hire.
- Ultimate 100 adds no capacity. It holds the same 100 clients as Premium for $50 more a month.
- The branded app outprices most plans. At $189 a month it costs more than Standard, Premium and Ultimate 100, and launch spots are limited.
- Missing tools. Booking, video calls, contracts and a website were absent in our September 2026 profile and are not listed on the current pricing page.
- Data export. We could not find data export documented on the pages we checked. Ask how you would take client histories, check-ins and photos with you before you load years of data in.
- What counts as a client. The pricing page we checked does not define whether archived or paused clients count toward your cap. Ask support, because it decides when you hit the next tier.
- The 501 to 999 gap. HubFit lists tiers up to 500 and a sales contact for 1,000 and above. If you sit in between, expect a conversation rather than a list price.
Is HubFit worth it for your kind of coaching?
HubFit is good value for online trainers whose service is mainly programming, nutrition targets and check-ins delivered through an app. It is weaker value for coaches who also sell calls, courses or group programs, because they pay for HubFit and for the tools around it.
App-based online personal trainers
This is HubFit's strongest case. If clients get a training plan, macro targets, habits and a weekly check-in, Standard or Premium covers the job at a low per-client cost, and HubFit lists wearable sync from Standard up. Public reviews are positive: HubFit showed a Trustpilot score of 5.0 from 390 reviews as listed in October 2026.
Hybrid coaches who sell calls and programs
If clients book calls with you, sign an agreement and pay for packages, you need booking, contracts and payments working together. HubFit covers payments from Premium but not booking or agreements, so you will run a second and third tool. That is where an all-in-one platform usually costs less in total, and where it saves your clients from juggling apps.
Nutrition and health coaches
Premium's smart meal planner, recipe books and meal AI make it the plan for nutrition-led coaching. A scope reminder applies to every tool on this page: coaching is not treatment. Fitness and nutrition coaches support behaviour change; they do not diagnose or treat. Refer clients with medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, medication questions or signs of disordered eating to a doctor or registered dietitian, and keep your notes inside your coaching scope. See our page for health coaches for how Coachful supports that kind of practice.
Life, business and mindset coaches
HubFit is built around training and nutrition. If your coaching is conversations, goals and accountability rather than workouts, you will pay for features you do not use and still lack booking and a website. A general coaching platform is the better fit; our page for life coaches shows what that looks like.
Gyms and coaching teams
Teams land on Ultimate by default. At 200 clients and three coaches, Ultimate 200 is $209 a month, which is reasonable for the client volume. Compare it with tools that include more trainers in the price, and with whatever you would spend on separate booking and payments for each coach. Our page for coaching teams covers how Coachful handles seats and per-coach availability.
How does HubFit pricing compare with the alternatives?
On price alone, HubFit is one of the cheapest fitness coaching apps at 50 to 100 clients; of the tools that publish a 100-client price, only My PT Hub's unlimited Premium plan undercuts it. Where it falls behind is scope: like most fitness apps here, it leaves booking, a website and courses to other tools. We compared each tool on entry price, cost around 50 clients, top tier and what is built in, using pricing pages as listed in October 2026.
| Tool | Entry price | Around 50 clients | Top published tier | Free plan or trial | Booking, website and courses |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients | A free trial, plus the free white-glove build | Booking, website, courses and email built in; workouts and meals through the Fitness & Nutrition pack |
| HubFit | $39 a month ($33 annually), 50 clients | $39 a month on Standard | $419 a month ($349 annually) for 500; 1,000+ by quote | 14-day trial; no free plan | Not listed; no booking, contracts or website in our September 2026 profile |
| ABC Trainerize | Free for 1 client; Grow $10 a month for 2 | Pro tier for 50 clients (see Trainerize's page) | Studio Plus $275 a month ($248 annually), 500+ clients | Free 1-client plan; 30-day trial, no card | Scheduling and payments are paid add-ons below Studio; no courses or website |
| Everfit | Free for 5 clients; Pro from $19 a month ($16 annually) | $95 a month ($79 annually) on Pro | Studio up to $430 a month ($358 annually) for 500; Enterprise above | Free 5-client plan; 30-day trial, no card | Payments, automation and meal plans are paid add-ons; no courses or website |
| TrueCoach | $26.34 a month billed annually, 5 active clients | $136.99 a month billed annually on Pro | Custom above 50 clients | 14-day trial, no card; 90-day money-back on first annual plan | No booking on the pricing page list; no courses or website |
| PT Distinction | $19.90 a month, 3 clients plus $6 per extra client | $89.90 a month on Master | Master plus $1.60 per client above 50 | 1-month trial | No courses, community or website on the pricing page |
| My PT Hub | $25 a month ($22.50 annually), 3 clients | $59 a month ($52 annually), unlimited clients | Ultimate $215 a month ($195 annually) with 5 extra trainers | 30-day trial, no card, then a free plan | Bookings and payments included; no courses or website on the pricing page |
Prices for HubFit and the four fitness apps are as listed on each vendor's pricing page in October 2026; TrueCoach publishes annual-billed figures. Exercise.com, another option for gyms, publishes no prices and sells by quote after a demo, so we could not place it in the table.
A few patterns stand out. HubFit beats Everfit, TrueCoach and PT Distinction at 50 clients by a wide margin. My PT Hub's Premium plan is the cheapest route to an unlimited roster and includes bookings. Trainerize and Everfit have free plans for very small rosters, which HubFit does not. And none of the fitness apps in the table publish a website builder, courses or email marketing, which is the gap an all-in-one platform fills. For a wider list, see our HubFit alternative page, or browse every comparison we publish.

Where does Coachful fit if you coach more than workouts?
Coachful is the better buy when your clients book calls, sign agreements, follow multi-week programs and buy courses or group programs from you, because all of that runs in one membership instead of four or five tools. HubFit remains a strong choice if you only deliver training plans through an app and need wearable sync.

What Coachful is. Coachful is a coaching platform based in Tallinn, Estonia. One subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant, with one login for the coach and one branded app for the client. It is built for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions, for solo coaches growing into a small team, and for coaches replacing four to six tools. Coachful shows 4.5 on Trustpilot from 21 reviews.
What it does for fitness and nutrition coaches. The Fitness & Nutrition pack adds a workout builder with an exercise library of illustrated exercises (supersets, circuits, AMRAP, EMOM, intervals and tempo), client workout logging with set history and PRs, nutrition targets down to calories and macros, meal plans, recipes, food lookup and barcode scanning, private progress photos and measurements, weekly check-ins, private form-check video with timestamped coach comments, and challenges. You attach your own demo videos to exercises. Around that sit multi-week programs with daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins and streaks.

What it covers that HubFit leaves to other tools. Coachful's booking pages handle availability rules, buffers, time zones and two-way Google, Apple and Outlook calendar sync, with built-in video or automatic Zoom, Meet and Teams links. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call. Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, with subscriptions, payment plans, coupons, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and Coachful has charged a 0% platform fee since August 2026, so you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing. You also get courses, a community feed with cohort groups, a website builder with funnels, and email sequences, all included in your Coachful membership.

Here is a walkthrough of how programs are built and delivered in Coachful:
What it costs. Coachful uses flat monthly plans: lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited, team plans add coach seats, and monthly plans cancel in one click (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). For a roster like the 80-client hybrid coach above, the matching plan is Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients, and that covers booking, agreements, website and email too.
What it does not do. Coachful does not sync with Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura, Apple Health sync is not publicly available, and there are no stock exercise videos. If wearable data drives your coaching, HubFit has the edge. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and is not for clinical records or insurance billing. It has no PayPal and no permanent free plan, and the client app runs under the Coachful listing with your branding rather than your own App Store account.
Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can ask the Coachful team to build things for you from Create > We'll build it for you. Describe a website, funnel, sales page, program, course outline, email sequence or form, attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files, and the team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. Recent builds include a five-page site for a menopause and midlife health coach starting from nothing, with every button leading to a free 20-minute consultation, and a year-long cohort program with an application form and a nine-day bootcamp funnel for a real-estate and money coach. Recording videos, logo design, ad management and ongoing marketing are not included. Read more about the free white-glove service.

How to start. Start a free trial and request your first build through the white-glove service; your clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding. If you leave, you can export your full client data as a ZIP. Our page for fitness coaches shows the setup for training-led practices.
How can you pay less for HubFit?
The simplest savings are annual billing, choosing the tier your roster actually needs, and delaying the branded app until it pays for itself. Here is the order we would work through.
- Use the trial to test the plan, not just the app. In the 14 days, confirm which features you rely on. If you never touch payments or branding, Standard at $39 may be enough.
- Switch to annual once you are sure. Annual billing saves 15 to 17 percent, from $72 a year on Standard to $840 a year at the 500-client tier. Do it only after you know your tier, since moving up mid-year changes the bill.
- Clean your roster before a tier change. Ask HubFit whether archived clients count. If they do not, archiving finished clients may keep you under 50 or 100.
- Plan around the 100-client wall. If you are at 90 clients on Premium, decide whether growth to 101 justifies $209 a month, or whether a waitlist or a price rise is the better move. Our coaching pricing audit guide helps with that call.
- Hold off on the branded app. Premium already includes custom branding. The $189 add-on makes sense when a fully branded app is part of what you sell.
- Count the whole stack. Add up HubFit plus your booking, website, contracts and email tools. If that total is higher than one all-in-one platform, consolidating saves more than any HubFit discount.
Frequently asked questions about HubFit pricing
How much does HubFit cost per month?
As listed in October 2026, HubFit costs $39 a month on Standard (up to 50 clients), $69 on Premium (up to 100) and $119 to $419 on Ultimate (100 to 500 clients). Annual billing lowers the entry prices to $33, $57 and $99 a month. Rosters above 1,000 clients are quoted by sales.
Does HubFit have a free plan?
No. HubFit has no free plan, but every plan has a 14-day free trial, and the client app is free for your clients. The pricing page does not say whether a card is required to start the trial.
Does HubFit take a fee on client payments?
HubFit lists no transaction fee of its own. Payments run through Stripe, so Stripe's processing fees apply to each charge. In-app payments are only available on Premium and Ultimate.
How much is the HubFit branded app?
The Branded App add-on is $189 a month with no setup fee, as listed in October 2026. HubFit says it goes live in 7 to 10 days and that launch spots are limited. It is separate from the custom branding included in Premium.
What happens when I go over my HubFit client limit?
HubFit does not charge per extra client; you move to the next tier. Standard tops out at 50, Premium at 100, and Ultimate steps up in hundreds to 500. Going past 100 clients on Premium means Ultimate 200 at $209 a month.
Can I add other coaches to HubFit?
Yes, on Ultimate only. Team members are listed as an Ultimate feature, and the pricing page does not show a separate per-seat price. Ultimate starts at $119 a month for 100 clients.
Does HubFit include booking, video calls or a website?
Our September 2026 profile found no scheduling, video calls, contracts or website builder in HubFit, and the October 2026 pricing page does not list them. Most coaches who sell calls or packages run separate tools for these, which adds to the real cost.
Is HubFit cheaper than Coachful?
For a trainer who only needs workout and nutrition delivery, HubFit's plan price is often lower. Once you add booking, agreements, a website and email tools, the full stack usually costs more than one Coachful membership (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). Compare totals, not headline prices.
What is Coachful's free white-glove service?
On every Coachful plan, you can ask the team to build your website, funnels, programs, course outlines, email sequences or forms inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. You describe what you need and attach links and files; nothing like testimonials or credentials gets invented. Video recording, logo design and ongoing marketing are not part of it.
