HubFit Review 2026: Features, Pricing, Limits and Verdict

HubFit Review 2026: Features, Pricing, Limits and Verdict

This HubFit review comes down to one sentence: HubFit is a polished, well-rated fitness coaching app for trainers who deliver workouts, nutrition, habits and check-ins through a phone, and it stops at the edges of the coaching business. It does not document booking pages, video calls, contracts, a website or email marketing, so most coaches still need other tools to find clients, sign them and book them. If your whole service lives inside a training app, HubFit is a strong pick. If you want one login for the full client journey, read on.

We make Coachful, a competing coaching platform, so treat our recommendation with that in mind. Everything below about HubFit comes from what HubFit publishes on its homepage and pricing page as listed in October 2026, and from its public Trustpilot rating. We have not run a hands-on test account, and we say so wherever it matters.

What is the short verdict on HubFit?

HubFit suits online personal trainers and nutrition coaches who want a capable client app with wearable sync, and it is a poor fit for coaches who also need scheduling, contracts, a website and marketing in the same place.

  • Who it suits: online fitness coaches, personal trainers and small gyms whose clients follow programs, log meals and check in through an app. Coaches who rely on Garmin, Whoop, Oura, Fitbit or Apple Health data will find HubFit's integration list one of the longest in the category.
  • Who should skip it: life, health, business and hybrid coaches who sell sessions as well as programs; anyone who needs clients to book a call, sign an agreement and pay from one page; and coaches who want a website, funnels and email sequences without paying for three more tools.
  • Public rating: 5.0 on Trustpilot from 390 reviews, seen on October 25, 2026. HubFit's own homepage claims 3,000+ five-star reviews across all platforms; that figure is the vendor's, not ours.
  • Price: from $39 a month ($33 a month billed annually) for up to 50 clients, with branding and payments starting on the $69 Premium plan and a $189 a month add-on for your own App Store app.

What is HubFit?

HubFit is a fitness coaching platform with a coach dashboard on the web and a client app on iOS and Android. Its homepage describes it as "the all-in-one coaching platform for personal trainers, online coaches, and gyms" and claims more than 50,000 coaches use it.

The product is built around four pillars that HubFit names directly: training, nutrition, check-ins and habits. Around those sit an engagement layer (community feed, challenges, messaging), an on-demand content layer (recipe books, follow-along workout videos, resource collections) and a scale layer (automated onboarding, Stripe payments, team members). A recent addition is MCP access, which lets a coach connect HubFit to AI assistants such as Claude or ChatGPT and ask questions about clients in plain language, approving any change before HubFit is updated.

HubFit ships often. Its public changelog in October 2026 lists HubFit MCP (October 22, 2026), Messaging V2 for Web (September 25, 2026), HubFit App 3.0 (September 2, 2026), Habits V2 (May 21, 2026) and Onboarding Flow V2 (April 9, 2026). For buyers, that cadence is a good sign: the core app is actively maintained.

What HubFit is not, on the pages we checked, is a business platform. Neither the homepage nor the pricing page lists booking or scheduling, built-in video sessions, coaching agreements with e-signature, a website builder, sales funnels or email marketing. An older profile we keep on file reached the same conclusion. If you need those, budget for separate tools, or look at the alternatives further down.

Thinking of launching your coaching business?

Answer a few questions and Coachful builds it around you: your website, programs, booking and payments. Ready in minutes.

Build your platform

What does HubFit do for each part of a coaching business?

HubFit is deep on delivery and client experience, adequate on selling once you reach Premium, and thin on marketing. Here is the picture job by job, based on what HubFit documents.

Marketing: finding and attracting clients

HubFit does not document a website builder, landing pages, lead magnets, funnels or email lists on its homepage or pricing page. Broadcast messages arrive on Ultimate, but those go to existing clients inside the app, not to a prospect list. Zapier, also on Ultimate, can push new clients into an outside email tool.

Honest note: for a coach whose clients come from Instagram DMs or referrals, this gap may not hurt. For a coach who wants a site, a free guide and a nurture sequence, HubFit is one piece of a larger stack.

Selling: taking money and signing clients

Payments start on Premium. HubFit says you can collect one-time and recurring payments, with free trials, coupons, setup fees and automatic invoices, through Stripe. Packages also appear on Premium. HubFit lists no transaction fee of its own; Stripe's processing fees apply.

Honest note: on the $39 Standard plan you cannot take payments in HubFit at all, so a Standard user needs a separate checkout. There is no documented agreement or e-signature step and no booking page, so a discovery call still happens in another tool. PayPal is not listed.

Delivery: programs, nutrition, check-ins and habits

This is where HubFit earns its rating. The workout builder handles supersets, circuits, intervals and AMRAP, and keeps workout history. Nutrition covers meal plans, macro targets and an in-app food tracker, with a Cronometer integration. Check-ins can run daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, and land in a dedicated review inbox. Habits can be numeric targets or a simple yes or no tick, picked from a library or built from scratch.

Premium adds recipe books with full macro breakdowns and one-tap meal logging, a smart meal planner and AI help for meals and workouts. Ultimate adds Workout Studio, where you record and upload follow-along videos that clients stream from the app. Standard already includes onboarding flows and a resource vault for PDFs, guides and checklists, and Premium adds autoflow events for scheduled content delivery.

Honest note: the delivery toolkit is broad, but several pieces many coaches consider standard (recipe books, meal planner, challenges) are Premium features, and video content is Ultimate.

Client experience: the app your clients open

Clients get a mobile app with messaging (chat, voice notes, polls, GIFs, group threads), a community feed with scheduled posts, polls, reactions and threads, and fitness challenges with live leaderboards and milestone badges. HubFit's homepage displays a 4.9 App Store rating for the client app. Wearable sync is a standout: HubFit lists Cronometer, Oura, Apple Health, Fitbit, Whoop, Health Connect, Ultrahuman, Garmin and Eight Sleep.

Custom branding starts on Premium. To get an app listed under your own name on the App Store and Google Play, with your icon, colors and push notifications, HubFit sells a white-label app for $189 a month on top of your plan, with no setup fee and a stated 7 to 10 day launch; the page marks spots as limited.

Honest note: group chats and community forums are listed on Ultimate on the pricing page, so check which community features your tier really includes before you promise a group experience to clients.

Admin: team, automation and data

Team members arrive on Ultimate, with role-based access and support for multiple coaches per client. Automations cover onboarding sequences (assign a program, schedule the first check-in, add the client to a challenge and the community) and AutoFlow for scheduled delivery. MCP access is listed on Standard, which is unusual at an entry price.

Honest note: HubFit does not document a client data export on the pages we checked. If you might leave one day, ask support what you can take with you (workout history, check-in answers, messages, photos) before you migrate a roster in.

How much does HubFit cost?

HubFit costs $39 to $119 a month for up to 100 clients, with discounts for annual billing and higher Ultimate tiers that scale to 500 clients. Every plan has a 14-day free trial, and the app is free for your clients. Our separate HubFit pricing breakdown covers the maths in more depth.

Ultimate scales with your roster. These are the larger tiers HubFit lists in October 2026:

HubFit's pricing page in October 2026.

Three pricing details matter more than the headline number:

  1. Payments sit behind Premium. A coach who wants clients to pay inside the app starts at $69 a month, not $39.
  2. Your own app is a separate line. Premium plus the Branded App add-on is $258 a month, or $3,096 a year on monthly billing.
  3. The rest of the stack is extra. Because HubFit does not document booking, contracts, a website or email marketing, add the cost of whichever scheduler, e-signature tool, site builder and email platform you use. Those costs vary, so price your own stack before comparing.

How does HubFit's cost compare for a real coaching business?

For a coach who only needs an app, HubFit's Standard plan is fair value for up to 50 clients; for a coach who needs the whole business in one place, the comparison changes once you add the tools HubFit leaves out. The table below uses HubFit's monthly prices and example rosters.

PlatformExample: 15 clientsExample: 50 clients with paymentsExample: 100 clientsBooking, contracts, website, email included?
CoachfulSolo: $49/month for up to 20 clientsPro: $99/month with unlimited clientsPro: $99/month with unlimited clientsYes, all in one membership
HubFit$39 (Standard, no payments)$69 (Premium)$69 (Premium) or $119 (Ultimate for team and Zapier)Not documented; separate tools needed

These are examples, not quotes. Your real number depends on billing cycle, add-ons and the outside tools you keep. The point is structural: HubFit's price buys the delivery app, while the business layer is priced elsewhere.

What do public reviewers say about HubFit?

Public reviewers rate HubFit very highly: 5.0 on Trustpilot from 390 reviews as of October 25, 2026, which is the highest score among the fitness apps we track. A perfect average across that many reviews is rare, and it tells you most coaches who leave a review are happy with the product and the support.

We could not load the individual Trustpilot review text when we checked, so we will not paraphrase themes we have not read. What we can show is how HubFit's featured customers describe it on the homepage. These are testimonials HubFit chose, so read them as the vendor's best case:

"I've used a lot of coaching platforms and this is the only one where I've been really happy with how it works. You don't have to have five different programs just to coach people. Everything is in one place." (Vegard Mikalsen, VM Coaching, quoted on HubFit's homepage)
"HubFit completely transformed how I run my coaching business. I went from scattered spreadsheets to a premium, polished system that my clients love." (Jesse Astill, ASTL Performance, quoted on HubFit's homepage)

The recurring idea in HubFit's own stories is consolidation: fewer apps for training, nutrition and check-ins, and less spreadsheet admin. That is a fair claim for the delivery side of fitness coaching.

For the complaints side, a near-perfect score leaves little to summarize, so use the platform's documented limits as your checklist instead. Before buying, confirm that:

  • the features you need (payments, recipe books, challenges, group chat, team seats) are on the tier you plan to pay for;
  • you have a plan for booking calls, signing agreements and running your website and email outside HubFit;
  • you know what client data you can export if you leave;
  • the Branded App add-on is worth $189 a month to your clients, compared with a branded experience inside a shared app.

On Trustpilot, sorting by the lowest ratings is the fastest way to find any criticism that exists. You can read how we handle reviews of our own product on the Coachful reviews page.

What are HubFit's pros and cons?

HubFit's strengths are its delivery app, wearable sync and public rating; its weaknesses are tier gating and the missing business layer.

Who is HubFit best for?

HubFit is best for online personal trainers and nutrition coaches whose entire service runs through a training app and who already have a way to sell and book clients.

It fits especially well if you match most of these:

  • You coach fitness, physique or nutrition, and clients mostly need programs, macros and weekly check-ins.
  • Your clients wear Garmin, Whoop or Oura devices and you want that data next to their logs.
  • You sell through Instagram, referrals or a site you already own, and you are happy keeping a separate scheduler.
  • You have up to 50 clients and do not need in-app payments yet, so Standard covers you.
  • You want a white-label app with your name on the App Store and can justify the add-on.

It is a weaker fit for health coaches who run calls and habit work rather than workouts, for life and business coaches, and for anyone building a full practice with a website, lead capture and onboarding paperwork. If that sounds like you, the section below explains what to look at instead. Our HubFit alternative page summarises the same comparison.

A scope note for health and nutrition coaching: coaching supports behaviour change, it is not medical treatment. Whatever platform you choose, refer clients with eating disorders, uncontrolled medical conditions, pregnancy-related concerns or injuries to a physician, registered dietitian or physiotherapist, and keep your programming within your qualification.

What are the best HubFit alternatives?

The best HubFit alternative depends on whether you want a broader business platform or a different fitness app. We ranked these on four criteria: one login for the whole client journey, between-session delivery, total stack cost, and setup effort.

Which one looks like you?

Coachful builds your coaching website from a few answers, in a design chosen for your niche, with programs, booking and payments ready behind it.

Build your platform

1. Coachful: one platform for the whole client journey

Coachful coach dashboard with a setup wizard and a list of clients with completion percentages and status labels
Coachful's coach dashboard with demo clients, task completion and thriving or at-risk status labels.

Coachful is a coaching platform where one subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. The coach has one login and the client has one branded app. It is built for coaches who deliver programs and not just sessions, solo coaches growing into a small team, and coaches replacing four to six tools. The company is based in Tallinn, Estonia, and holds a 4.5 Trustpilot rating from 21 reviews.

Where HubFit stops at delivery, Coachful starts earlier in the journey. Booking pages have availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple and Outlook calendar sync and either built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links. Clients can be asked intake questions at booking, sign a coaching agreement by e-signature before the first call, and pay through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account with subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Coachful charges a 0% platform fee; only Stripe or Razorpay processing applies. See scheduling, coaching contracts and payments for the detail.

For fitness and nutrition coaches, the Fitness & Nutrition pack covers the ground HubFit is known for: a workout builder with an exercise library of illustrated exercises (supersets, circuits, AMRAP, EMOM, intervals, tempo), client workout logging with set history and PRs, nutrition targets up to calories and macros, meal plans, recipes, food lookup and barcode scanning, private progress photos and measurements, weekly check-ins, private form-check video with timestamped coach comments, and challenges. Coaches attach their own demo videos.

Around that sit multi-week programs with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. Each client record holds goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, payments and sessions, with an AI briefing and a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk, so you can see who needs a nudge.

Here is a short walkthrough of how programs are built and delivered in Coachful:

On the business side, a section-based website builder with a blog, custom domain and 30 designed homepage templates sits next to booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels with pixel and UTM tracking, plus email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data to build programs, draft emails, summarise recorded sessions and brief you before each call. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can open Create, choose "We'll build it for you" and describe what you want: a website, a funnel, a sales page, a program, a course outline, an email sequence, a form, a link-in-bio page and more. Attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing gets invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. Recent builds include a five-page sage-and-cream site for a menopause and midlife health coach starting from nothing, with every button leading to a free 20-minute consultation, and a homepage and About page rebuilt for a somatic coach leaving Kajabi. The service does not record videos, design logos or run ads. Read more about the free white-glove service.

Coachful Create page showing the We will build it for you card
The We'll build it for you card on Coachful's Create page.

What Coachful does not do, so you can compare fairly with HubFit: it has no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync, and Apple Health sync is not available publicly, so data-driven trainers lose something real here. It has no stock exercise videos, no PayPal, no permanent free plan, and it is not HIPAA-certified. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account, which HubFit's add-on does offer.

How to start: take a free trial, ask the team to import your clients, programs and content during onboarding, and request a white-glove build for your website or first funnel. Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients. Monthly plans cancel in one click. For a fuller breakdown, read our Coachful review, or see how it serves fitness coaches and health coaches.

Pick HubFit over Coachful if wearable data is central to your coaching, you want an app listed under your own name on the App Store, or you already have a website, scheduler and email tool you love and only need a training app.

2. ABC Trainerize: the established trainer app

ABC Trainerize homepage for personal trainers and fitness businesses
ABC Trainerize's homepage in October 2026.

ABC Trainerize is a personal-training app for workouts, habits, nutrition tracking and messaging, priced by client seats. As listed in October 2026, Basic is free for 1 client, Grow is $10 a month for 2 clients, and Pro starts at $25 a month for 5 clients with tiers up to 200. Studio Plus is $275 a month for 500 or more clients. There is a 30-day free trial with unlimited clients and no card. Scheduling, product sales, payments, video and advanced nutrition are paid add-ons below Studio, and there is no course builder, website or email marketing. Trainerize holds 3.1 on Trustpilot from 100 reviews (October 25, 2026), and our older profile notes that client data export is incomplete.

Pick it over Coachful if you run a studio with in-person trainers, want a no-cost plan for your first client, and are happy assembling add-ons.

3. Everfit: a free start for small rosters

Everfit homepage for online fitness coaches
Everfit's homepage in October 2026.

Everfit covers workouts, habits, nutrition and messaging, with a free Starter plan for up to 5 clients. Pro starts at $19 a month for 5 clients and scales to $140 for 100 and $290 for 300; Studio starts at $105 for 50 clients. A 30-day trial needs no card. Automation (Autoflow), payments and meal plans are paid add-ons, and there is no course builder, website or email marketing. Everfit holds 2.7 on Trustpilot from 16 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if you coach fewer than five fitness clients and want to spend nothing until the roster grows.

4. My PT Hub: bookings inside a fitness app

My PT Hub is personal-trainer software with workouts, nutrition, bookings, payments, habits, check-ins and a client app. Starter is $25 a month for 3 clients, Premium is $59 for unlimited clients, and Ultimate is $215 with 5 additional trainers. When we captured its pricing page, it showed prices in euros. A white-label App Store listing is a paid add-on below Ultimate. It has the largest review base here: 4.4 on Trustpilot from 2,557 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if you want unlimited fitness clients on a single flat plan and only need bookings, not a website or funnels.

5. PT Distinction: a branded app from mid-tier

PT Distinction offers programs, nutrition, check-ins, automations and a client app. Basic is $19.90 a month with 3 clients and $6 per extra client; Pro is $59.90 with 25 clients and a branded client app; Master is $89.90 with 50 clients. There is a one-month free trial. No course builder, community or website builder appears on the pricing page. It holds 4.8 on Trustpilot from 297 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if per-client overage pricing suits a roster that grows slowly and you want a fitness-only toolset.

6. TrueCoach: programming for strength coaches

TrueCoach homepage for strength and fitness coaches
TrueCoach's homepage in October 2026.

TrueCoach is a strength and fitness programming app priced by active clients. Billed annually, Starter is $26.34 a month for 5 clients, Standard $57.99 for 20, and Pro $136.99 for 50. The 14-day trial needs no card, and first-time annual subscribers get a 90-day money-back guarantee with restrictions. In-app payments are limited to coaches in the US, UK, Canada and Australia, and there is no scheduling, video, contracts, courses, community or website. TrueCoach holds 2.4 on Trustpilot from 19 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if you only write strength programs and want the simplest possible programming tool.

If you are comparing coaching platforms outside fitness too, our Practice Better review and Paperbell review cover two practice-management tools, and the comparison hub lists every head-to-head we have published.

Is HubFit worth it in 2026?

Yes, if you are a fitness or nutrition coach who needs a strong client app and already has the rest of your business handled. No, if you want a single platform to market, sell, book, sign and deliver.

HubFit's delivery app is genuinely good on paper: broad training and nutrition tools, a long wearable list, active development and a 5.0 Trustpilot score from 390 reviews. Standard at $39 a month for 50 clients is generous. The catch is what sits outside the app. Payments need Premium, an own-name app needs a $189 add-on, team seats need Ultimate, and booking, contracts, a website and email are not part of the product at all. A coach who adds those tools can end up paying more in total and logging in to four or five places every day.

For most coaches who sell sessions and programs, or who want the client to move from first click to finished program in one place, Coachful is the better fit, and the free white-glove build removes most of the setup work. For a pure training business with wearable-heavy clients, HubFit remains one of the best-rated choices in its category.

HubFit review FAQ

Is HubFit good for beginners?

HubFit is approachable for a new fitness coach because Standard covers up to 50 clients and every plan has a 14-day free trial. A beginner should note that payments only start on Premium, and that booking, contracts and a website are not documented, so a first business still needs other tools. If you are just starting, see our page for new coaches.

Does HubFit have a free plan?

No. HubFit lists no free plan in October 2026, only a 14-day free trial on every plan. The app is free for your clients.

How much is HubFit per month?

Standard is $39 a month ($33 billed annually) for up to 50 clients, Premium is $69 ($57) for up to 100, and Ultimate is $119 ($99) for 100 clients, rising to $419 ($349) for 500. The Branded App add-on is $189 a month on top.

Does HubFit include scheduling or booking?

HubFit does not list booking, scheduling or video sessions on its homepage or pricing page as of October 2026. Coaches typically pair it with a separate scheduler. Ask HubFit directly if a booking feature has been added since.

Can I take payments in HubFit?

Yes, from the Premium plan up. HubFit supports one-time and recurring Stripe payments with free trials, coupons, setup fees and automatic invoices. It lists no transaction fee of its own, though Stripe's processing fees apply.

Does HubFit sync with wearables?

Yes. HubFit lists Cronometer, Oura, Apple Health, Fitbit, Whoop, Health Connect, Ultrahuman, Garmin and Eight Sleep, and wearable sync appears on the Standard plan. This is one area where HubFit is ahead of Coachful, which has no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync.

What is HubFit's Trustpilot rating?

HubFit held 5.0 on Trustpilot from 390 reviews when we checked on October 25, 2026. Its homepage also claims 3,000+ five-star reviews across all platforms, which is a vendor figure.

Can I export my client data from HubFit?

HubFit does not document a client data export on the pages we checked. Ask support what you can export, such as workout history, check-ins, messages and photos, before you commit a large roster.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

On every Coachful plan, you can ask the team to build a website, funnel, sales page, program, email sequence or other piece inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. You describe what you want and attach up to 8 links and 10 files; nothing is invented and gaps are left for you. It does not include video recording, logo design or ad management.

Is Coachful a good HubFit alternative for fitness coaches?

Yes, for fitness coaches who also sell sessions, need booking and contracts, or want a website and email in the same login. The Fitness & Nutrition pack covers workouts, logging, macros, meal plans, progress photos and form-check video. Stay with HubFit if wearable sync or your own App Store listing matters most.
