Top 10 Mighty Networks Alternatives for Health Coaches in 2026

The best mighty networks alternatives for health coaches are the ones that keep what Mighty Networks does well (a lively community, courses and live events) and add what a health coaching practice runs on every day: 1:1 booking, a signed coaching agreement, daily habits and check-ins, and payments that are not trimmed by a platform fee. The deciding question is simple. Do your clients mostly need a place to talk to each other, or do they need you, their habits and their check-ins in one place between sessions?
For most health coaches it is the second, and that is why Coachful sits at #1 on this list. We make Coachful, so weigh that, but the ranking criteria are stated below the next section and every price for the other nine tools is the vendor's own figure as listed in October 2026. Coachful puts booking, payments, agreements, habit and check-in programs, courses, community, a website and email behind one login, with one branded app for your clients. If you want the broader comparison first, read our general guide to Mighty Networks alternatives.
What do health coaches need from a Mighty Networks alternative?
Health coaches need a platform that tracks behavior change per client, not just engagement per post. A community feed helps, but the work happens in the small daily actions: water, sleep, steps, meals, stress practices, and the honest check-in when a week goes sideways.
Mighty Networks is genuinely strong at the group layer. As listed in October 2026, its Launch plan includes community, courses, events, AI Cohost and People Magic, basic automations, a custom domain and free Mighty-branded iOS and Android apps. Livestreaming is built in (20 hours a month for up to 100 attendees on Launch). For a health coach running a large membership around a topic like gut health or perimenopause, that is a real asset.

Where health coaches outgrow it is the individual client journey. Mighty Networks' own documentation and our vendor notes show no 1:1 scheduling, no invoicing, no contracts, and no per-client habits, check-ins or private coaching plans. Your own branded app is only on the custom-priced Mighty Pro plan, and every sale carries a platform fee of 2% on Launch, 1% on Scale and 0.5% on Growth, on top of Stripe processing. So a typical health coach on Mighty Networks also pays for a booking tool, an e-signature tool, an invoicing setup and some kind of habit tracker or spreadsheet. Our Mighty Networks pricing breakdown walks through those fees in detail.
Here is what a health coaching client journey usually needs, step by step:
- Discovery and intake. A booking page for a free consult, with intake questions about goals, current routines and anything that may need a doctor's input.
- Agreement before the first call. A coaching agreement that states scope (coaching, not medical or nutrition therapy), cancellation terms and how to reach you, signed electronically and stored on the client record.
- A multi-week program. Weekly goals, daily tasks and two or three habits, plus morning or evening check-ins so you see energy, sleep and mood trends before the next session.
- Sessions. Recurring 1:1 calls with calendar sync, reminders and a video link, plus optional group calls for a cohort.
- Content. Short lessons, recipes or meal ideas as downloads, and a library clients can come back to.
- Community. A feed or cohort group for peer support, which is where Mighty Networks shines.
- Payments. Package payments, payment plans and subscriptions for ongoing support.
One scope note matters for this niche. Health coaching supports behavior change; it is not diagnosis or treatment. The National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching frames the role around client-led goals, and anyone with symptoms, a medical condition, medication changes, a suspected eating disorder or a mental health crisis should be referred to a doctor, registered dietitian or licensed therapist. If you work inside a clinic or bill insurance, HIPAA rules from the US Department of Health and Human Services may apply to you, and you need a system that signs a business associate agreement. That shapes the list below: one pick is there precisely for clinical work.

How did we choose and rank these tools?
We started from what a health coach switching off Mighty Networks actually has to replace, and what they usually add on top. Each tool was scored against the client journey above using the vendor's own pricing pages and documentation, checked between October 25 and 27, 2026, plus public review scores where we cite them. We did not run hands-on tests for this article; where a feature is unclear in vendor documentation, we say so.
Three things weighed most. First, whether the tool can hold habits and check-ins per client, because that is the core of health coaching between sessions. Second, total stack cost: a cheap community plan stops being cheap when you add a scheduler, an e-signature tool and an invoicing app. Third, how far you can get without technical help. Community-first tools rank higher than pure course tools because Mighty Networks switchers usually want to keep a group space. Practice Better is a direct substitute for a coaching back office and sits mid-list; it is the right answer for some health coaches and the wrong one for others.
1. Coachful: is it the best Mighty Networks alternative for health coaches?
Yes, for health coaches who deliver programs and not just a feed. Coachful is a coaching platform where one subscription covers booking, payments, coaching agreements, multi-week programs with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. You get one login; your clients get one branded app.

The difference from Mighty Networks shows up on day two of a client's program, not on day one. A client who joins a 12-week energy and sleep program gets weekly goals, daily tasks and habits such as a 10-minute walk after lunch or lights out by 10:30. Morning and evening check-ins capture how they slept and how their energy held up, and goals carry progress bars and streaks. You see that per client, not as a post count.

Check-ins are built as coaching flows. You can start from a welcome flow, a morning check-in and an evening check-in, then edit the questions for your niche: hours slept, water, hunger cues, stress on a 1 to 10 scale, or a free-text "what got in the way today?". Here is a short walkthrough of how check-ins work:

The client record pulls goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions into one view, with an AI briefing per client and a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk. For a health coach with 25 clients, the "quiet" and "at risk" flags are the useful ones: they show who stopped checking in before they cancel.
Sessions and the business side are built in too. Booking pages support availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook sync. Calls run on built-in video or on auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links. Reminders go by email, and by SMS (24 hours before) and WhatsApp (1 hour before) once messaging is enabled. You can sell paid sessions and session credits and ask intake questions at booking. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and are stored on the client record, which is where your scope-of-practice wording lives. Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account with one-time charges, subscriptions, payment plans, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay. There is a 0% Coachful platform fee (since August 2026), so you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing.

The group layer covers what most Mighty Networks switchers want to keep: a community feed, group chat, direct messages and video events. Cohort groups are created automatically when someone enrolls in a program, so a "January Reset" cohort gets its own space without you building it by hand. Courses support modules, lessons, drip and completion tracking, and sit next to downloads, videos and books in the client's branded home. For health coaches who also do movement or nutrition work, the Fitness & Nutrition pack adds a workout builder with an illustrated exercise library, nutrition targets up to calories and macros, meal plans, recipes, food lookup with barcode scanning, and private progress photos and measurements. You attach your own demo videos; there are no stock exercise videos. More on that at Coachful for fitness and nutrition.
Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data. She can draft a program, write a welcome email, summarize a recorded session and brief you before a call. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. You can also set up an AI Coach, an AI version of you that selected clients can chat with between sessions, configured by you.
Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create > We'll build it for you, you describe what you want built (a website, a funnel, a program, a course outline, an email sequence, a form or a lead quiz) and attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as your logo, photos or existing copy. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. One recent example: a menopause and midlife health coach starting from nothing got a five-page site in sage and cream, with every button leading to a free 20-minute consultation. It does not include recording videos, logo design or ad management. Read more about the free white-glove service.

Be clear on the limits. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so clinical records and insurance billing belong in a clinical system. There is no PayPal and no permanent free plan. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. There is no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync, and Apple Health sync is not publicly available. Pricing is a flat monthly plan; lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited, and monthly plans cancel in one click (Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). A free trial is available. See how it fits your practice on the Coachful for health coaches page.
2. Circle: the closest like-for-like community swap
Circle is the tool most Mighty Networks hosts look at first, because it does the same core job: a community with spaces, courses, events, live streams and paid memberships. If your health coaching business is mostly a membership, it is the most direct swap.

For a health coach, Circle works well as the home of a recurring group: a monthly wellness membership with weekly live Q&A, a recipe space, and a space for each cohort. As listed in October 2026, Professional is $89/mo billed annually with 3 admins, 10 moderators and 2,500 AI credits a month; Business is $199/mo annually and Scale $419/mo annually. Monthly-billed prices were not shown on the pricing page. There is a 14-day trial with no credit card required. Circle takes a platform fee on payments of 2% on Professional, 1% on Business and Scale, and 0.5% on Circle Plus, plus Stripe processing. On Trustpilot, Circle scored 4.1 from 129 reviews when we checked on October 25, 2026.
The gap is the same one that pushes health coaches off Mighty Networks. Circle has no 1:1 scheduling and no client management back office, and no per-client habits, check-ins or coaching plans. Branded mobile apps are on the custom-priced Circle Plus only. You would still pair it with a scheduler, an agreement tool and something for habit tracking. Our Circle vs Mighty Networks comparison covers the community features side by side.
Pick it over Coachful if your offer is a large membership community where peer discussion is the product and 1:1 coaching is rare or handled elsewhere.
3. Kajabi: for health coaches who sell courses at scale
Kajabi suits a health coach whose business leans on digital products: a signature course on blood sugar habits, a lead magnet, an email funnel and a community bundled together. It is a marketing and product engine first.

As listed in October 2026, Basic costs $179/mo ($143/mo annual) for 5 products, 2,500 contacts, one community, one website, 2 admin users and 0 AI credits. Growth is $249/mo ($199/mo annual) with 50 products and 25,000 contacts; Pro is $499/mo ($399/mo annual). The standard trial is 14 days. With Kajabi Payments in the US, processing is 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, falling slightly on higher plans; using a processor other than Kajabi Payments or PayPal adds a Kajabi fee of 0.5% to 2% depending on plan. Kajabi had a Trustpilot score of 3.4 from 2,347 reviews on October 25, 2026.
What it does not do is per-client delivery. Coaching in Kajabi is built from products and communities, not individual plans, and there is no habit tracking or daily client check-in. A health coach running 1:1 packages would still need a separate system for habits and agreements, and the 2,500-contact cap on Basic can arrive quickly if you run lead magnets. We compare it in depth in Kajabi alternatives for health coaches.
Pick it over Coachful if most of your revenue comes from self-paced courses and email funnels sold to a large audience, and you rarely coach individuals.
4. Skool: simple community, low entry cost
Skool keeps things deliberately plain. Each group has a community feed, a classroom for courses and a calendar for live calls, plus gamified leaderboards that some health challenge groups use to keep members posting.

Pricing as listed in October 2026: Hobby is $9/mo ($7.50/mo annual) and Pro is $99/mo ($82.50/mo annual), both with unlimited members, courses, videos and live calls. Payments go only through Skool Payments: Hobby charges 10% + 30¢ on all transactions, while Pro charges 2.9% + 30¢ up to $899 and 3.9% + 30¢ above $900. The pricing page did not state a trial length on the day we checked. Skool had a Trustpilot score of 1.6 from 54 reviews on October 25, 2026, a small sample worth reading before you commit.
For a health coach, Skool can host a 30-day hydration or walking challenge cheaply. It will not hold a client's intake answers, habits or check-ins, and it has no custom-domain website, funnels, email automation or public API. You would need a separate site, scheduler and email tool. See Skool vs Mighty Networks for how the two communities compare.
Pick it over Coachful if you only need a low-cost group space for challenges and are happy to run booking, agreements and email in other tools.
5. Practice Better: when you need a clinical-grade system
Practice Better is built for health practitioners: health coaches, nutritionists, dietitians and functional medicine practices. Its pricing page, fetched on October 27, 2026, lists HIPAA, PIPEDA and GDPR compliance, which is the main reason a health coach working alongside clinicians would choose it.

It covers scheduling, telehealth video, integrated billing and payments, secure messaging, a client portal, forms and note templates, plus programs and courses and a mobile app. As listed on October 27, 2026: the free Sprout plan supports 3 clients; Starter is $35/mo billed monthly ($25/mo annual) for 10 clients; Professional is $69/mo for 300 clients with group scheduling, group messaging and fixed-date programs; Plus is $99/mo with unlimited clients, evergreen and self-paced programs, portal branding and 750 SMS reminders a month; Team is $155/mo with 2 practitioner licenses. Paid plans have a 14-day trial, and Team has 30 days.
The trade-off is feel and scope. Practice Better is an EHR-style practice system, with charting and protocols that many non-clinical health coaches do not need, and its group features are about sessions and messaging rather than a community feed with posts, cohorts and events. Website building and email funnels are not its focus. If you are leaving Mighty Networks, you would lose the community-first experience your members are used to. Our Practice Better alternatives article covers the other side of that switch.
Pick it over Coachful if you need HIPAA compliance, clinical charting, or you work in a practice with dietitians or doctors who share records.
6. Podia: a tidy storefront with a community attached
Podia is the simplest place on this list to sell a mix of things: a short course, a downloadable meal-prep guide, a webinar, coaching sessions and a community. Health coaches who found Mighty Networks heavier than they needed tend to like it.

As listed in October 2026, Mover is $49/mo ($42/mo annual) with 50 products, 25 community spaces and 100 email subscribers included, and a 5% Podia transaction fee. Shaker is $99/mo ($84/mo annual) with 0% fee, 150 products and 500 email subscribers; Earthquaker is $179/mo ($150/mo annual) with unlimited products and 1,000 email subscribers. The trial is 14 days with no card required. Podia scored 4.1 from 153 reviews on Trustpilot on October 25, 2026.
The limits show up quickly for a health practice. Email allowances are small, there is no mobile app and no native video calls according to our older profile, and nothing tracks a client's habits or check-ins. You can sell a coaching session, but the follow-through between sessions happens elsewhere.
Pick it over Coachful if you want a lightweight digital-product store with a small community and plan to keep 1:1 coaching minimal.
7. Thinkific: structured courses for health education
Thinkific fits health coaches whose strongest asset is a well-built curriculum, such as a six-module course on habit change or a certification-style program for other wellness professionals.

Prices rose about 10% on August 13, 2026. As listed in October 2026, Start is $109/mo ($82/mo annual) with 10,000 current students, 2 admins and one community with 10 spaces; Grow is $219/mo ($164/mo annual); Expand is $499/mo ($374/mo annual). Every self-serve plan has a 30-day trial. There is no Thinkific transaction fee when you use Thinkific Payments, while third-party gateways carry an extra fee that the page does not quantify. A branded mobile app is a $199/mo add-on. Trustpilot showed 1.8 from 868 reviews on October 25, 2026.
Thinkific has no built-in 1:1 scheduling (coaching relies on external booking links, per our older profile) and no client habits, daily check-ins or per-client plans. For a health coach, that means a course platform plus a separate coaching system. More detail in Thinkific alternatives for coaches.
Pick it over Coachful if you are building a large, assessment-heavy course business and coaching is a small add-on.
8. Ruzuku: small cohort courses with live sessions built in
Ruzuku serves several audiences, coaches among them. Its appeal for a health coach is a cohort course with discussions, quizzes and live video in one place, without much setup.

As listed on October 27, 2026: the Free plan allows up to 5 students enrolled at a time with no card required; Core is $99/mo ($83.08/mo annual) and Pro is $199/mo ($166.42/mo annual), both with unlimited students and courses. Every plan has a 0% transaction fee, with only Stripe or PayPal processing. Paid plans have a 30-day money-back guarantee. Courses support video, audio, downloads, quizzes and discussions, with drip by enrollment date or fixed dates, and built-in live meetings for up to 60 in conference mode or 250 in presentation mode, plus Zoom.
There is no booking calendar, so 1:1 sessions are arranged outside the platform, and nothing tracks daily habits or check-ins per client. It is a course tool that handles groups well, not a coaching practice system.
Pick it over Coachful if you run one or two cohort courses a year with live calls and want a course-only tool with no platform fee.
9. Systeme.io: low cost for funnels and email
Systeme.io covers the marketing side of a health coaching business at a very low price: funnels, email, courses, a basic community, a blog and an affiliate program.

As listed in October 2026, the Free plan includes 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course and 500 students and never expires. Startup is $17/mo, Webinar $47/mo and Unlimited $97/mo. There are 0% transaction fees on every plan, including Free. Systeme.io had a Trustpilot score of 4.9 from 8,696 reviews on October 25, 2026.
For delivering coaching, it is thin. There is no native 1:1 scheduling with client records, habits or check-ins, the community and course features are basic, and there is no branded mobile app (per our older profile). Health coaches using it typically add a scheduler and a coaching tool, which brings the stack back up in cost and logins.
Pick it over Coachful if your budget is close to zero and your priority right now is building an email list with a free lead magnet.
10. Teachable: self-paced courses with student apps
Teachable is a course and digital-product platform with student mobile apps. It is the right tool if you plan to turn your health coaching method into a self-paced program that sells without you.

As listed in October 2026, Starter is $39/mo ($29/mo annual) for 5 products with a 7.5% platform fee; Builder is $89/mo ($69/mo annual) for 10 products with 0% fee; Growth is $189/mo ($139/mo annual) for 50 products. Plan cards show a 7-day trial and a 30-day guarantee. Trustpilot showed 3.3 from 1,110 reviews on October 25, 2026.
There is no native scheduling or calendar sync, so coaching calls rely on separate booking and video tools, and there are no client habits, check-ins or per-client plans. It also lacks the community depth Mighty Networks users are used to, which is why it sits last for this niche.
Pick it over Coachful if your goal is a self-paced course business with minimal live coaching.
How do the features compare side by side?
This matrix covers the features that decide whether a health coach can run the whole client journey in one place. "Not documented" means we could not confirm the feature in vendor material.

What does each option cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?
Prices below are monthly-billed list prices as of October 2026 unless marked annual, before payment processing. Only Coachful and Practice Better include 1:1 booking and client records; for the others, add the cost of a scheduler, an e-signature tool and a habit tracker, which varies by what you choose.
| Tool | 5 clients | 15 clients | 40 clients | What you still add |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients | Nothing for the core journey; Stripe or Razorpay processing only |
| Mighty Networks | $95 (Launch) + 2% fee | $95 + 2% fee | $95 + 2% fee | Booking, agreements, invoicing, habit tracking |
| Circle | $89 annual + 2% fee | $89 annual + 2% fee | $89 annual + 2% fee | Booking, agreements, habit tracking |
| Kajabi | $179 (Basic) | $179 | $179 | Habit tracking, agreements |
| Skool | $99 (Pro) | $99 | $99 | Website, email, booking, agreements |
| Practice Better | $35 (Starter, 10 clients) | $69 (Professional) | $69 (Professional) | A community platform if you want one |
| Podia | $99 (Shaker, 0% fee) | $99 | $99 | Booking, video, habit tracking |
| Thinkific | $109 (Start) | $109 | $109 | Booking, agreements, habit tracking |
| Ruzuku | $0 (Free, 5 students) | $99 (Core) | $99 | Booking, agreements, habit tracking |
| Systeme.io | $0 (Free) | $17 (Startup) | $17 | Booking, client records, habit tracking |
| Teachable | $89 (Builder, 0% fee) | $89 | $89 | Booking, video, agreements, habit tracking |
The platform fees matter more than they look. As an illustrative example, a health coach selling $4,000 a month in programs through Mighty Networks Launch pays $80 a month in Mighty platform fees alone, before Stripe. On the same revenue, a 0% platform fee keeps that $80 with you.
How would a health coach set this up in Coachful, step by step?
Here is a worked example: a health coach moving a 12-week "Energy Reset" group program and a handful of 1:1 clients off Mighty Networks. The names and program are examples, not a customer story.
- Request the build. Open Create > We'll build it for you and ask for a website and a booking funnel. Attach your logo, your current sales page link and your About copy. The team builds it in your account, usually within about 24 hours.
- Connect payments. Link your own Stripe Connect account, then create the Energy Reset offer with a pay-in-full option and a three-part payment plan.
- Write your agreement. Set up a coaching agreement that states you provide health coaching, not medical or nutrition therapy, lists when you will refer to a doctor or registered dietitian, and covers cancellations. Have a local lawyer review it. It is sent for e-signature before the first call. See coaching contracts in Coachful.
- Set up booking. Create a free 20-minute consult with intake questions (current sleep, activity, goals, any conditions a doctor is managing), plus a 45-minute paid 1:1 session type with buffers and minimum notice. Sync your Google or Outlook calendar. More on Coachful scheduling.
- Build the program. Ask Michelle to draft a 12-week structure, then edit it: weekly goals such as "sleep before 11 on five nights", daily tasks, and three habits (water, a walk, a wind-down routine).
- Add check-ins. Edit the morning and evening check-in flows to ask about sleep hours, energy, stress and one free-text reflection.
- Move your content. Add your existing lessons and recipe PDFs as a drip course and downloads. During onboarding, clients, programs and content are imported for you.
- Open the community. Enrolling in Energy Reset creates the cohort group automatically. Schedule a weekly group call as a video event.
- Invite members. Email your Mighty Networks member export (available with member tags on Launch and Scale) with an invitation link. Our guide on how to migrate from Mighty Networks covers timing so you do not lose members.
- Watch the client statuses. After two weeks, check who is quiet or at risk and reach out before the next session.
If your cohort is the heart of your offer, our guide to running coaching cohorts without Mighty Networks goes deeper on the group side.
What mistakes should health coaches avoid when leaving Mighty Networks?
- Comparing plan prices only. A $89 community plan plus a scheduler, e-signature and habit app can cost more than an all-in-one plan, and adds three more logins for clients.
- Keeping health data in the wrong place. If you record diagnoses, lab results or medication details for clinical work, use a HIPAA-compliant system. Coaching notes about goals and habits are a different thing from clinical records.
- Dropping the agreement. Many Mighty Networks coaches never sent a formal agreement because the platform had no place for one. A signed scope statement protects you and sets client expectations.
- Moving everyone on one day. Run both platforms for a short overlap, announce the move in the old community, and give members a clear date.
- Rebuilding every course by hand. Ask for import help or a build service before spending weekends copying lessons.
- Ignoring check-in design. A check-in with ten questions gets skipped. Three short questions every evening usually tell you more.
- Promising wearable data. Do not promise clients automatic step or sleep sync unless your chosen tool documents it; Coachful does not offer Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync.
Which Mighty Networks alternative should health coaches choose?
Choose Coachful if you coach individuals or cohorts through multi-week health programs and want booking, agreements, habits, check-ins, community and payments in one app with one login. It replaces Mighty Networks plus the three or four tools most health coaches bolt onto it, with no platform fee on sales and a free white-glove build to get you started.
Choose Circle or Skool if your business is a community first and coaching second. Choose Practice Better if you need HIPAA compliance and clinical charting. Choose Kajabi, Thinkific or Teachable if self-paced courses are the main product. Podia, Ruzuku and Systeme.io suit coaches who want a simpler or cheaper storefront and accept separate coaching tools. For more context, see our Mighty Networks review and the community platform for coaches page.
In short: Coachful is a coaching platform for coaches who deliver programs, from solo practitioners to small teams replacing 4 to 6 tools. It does not handle clinical records, insurance billing or wearable sync. To start, take a free trial and request the free white-glove build from Create > We'll build it for you.
Frequently asked questions
Is Mighty Networks good for health coaches?
It is good for the community side: feeds, courses, events and livestreams, with free Mighty-branded apps. As listed in October 2026 it has no 1:1 scheduling, contracts or per-client habits and check-ins, so most health coaches add other tools for the coaching itself.
What is the best Mighty Networks alternative for health coaches?
Coachful ranks first because it combines community and courses with 1:1 booking, coaching agreements, habits and daily check-ins in one app. If you need HIPAA compliance for clinical work, Practice Better is the stronger fit.
Is Coachful HIPAA compliant?
No. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a business associate agreement. It is GDPR-ready and suits coaching records such as goals, habits and check-ins, while clinical records and insurance billing belong in a clinical system.
What is Coachful's free white-glove service?
It is a build service on every plan. You describe what you want (a website, funnel, program, course outline or email sequence), attach up to 8 links and 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it in your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include video recording, logo design or ad management.
Can I keep a community if I leave Mighty Networks?
Yes. Coachful, Circle, Skool, Kajabi, Podia and Thinkific all include community features. In Coachful, cohort groups are created automatically when a client enrolls in a program, alongside a main feed, group chat and video events.
How much does Mighty Networks cost in 2026?
As listed in October 2026, Launch is $95/mo billed monthly or $79/mo billed annually, and Scale is $215/mo monthly or $179/mo annually. Growth is $354/mo billed annually, and Mighty Pro is custom-priced. Platform fees run from 2% on Launch to 0.5% on Growth and Mighty Pro.
Can I export my members from Mighty Networks?
Mighty Networks' plan documentation lists a member list export with member tags on Launch and Scale. Posts and content are not bulk-exportable according to our older profile, so plan to move key lessons and resources manually or with import help.
Do any of these tools sync with fitness wearables?
Coachful does not sync with Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura, and Apple Health sync is not publicly available. Clients log habits and check-ins in the app instead. If wearable data is central to your coaching, confirm support directly with any vendor before you switch.
Where should health coaches draw the line on scope?
Health coaching supports behavior change and does not diagnose or treat. Refer clients with symptoms, medical conditions, medication questions, signs of disordered eating or a mental health crisis to a doctor, registered dietitian or licensed therapist, and write that referral policy into your coaching agreement.
