Top 10 Paperbell Alternatives for Group Coaches in 2026

Top 10 Paperbell Alternatives for Group Coaches in 2026

The best Paperbell alternatives for group coaches are the tools that run a cohort between calls, not just the calls themselves. Paperbell is good at the admin around a coaching package: one price, simple booking, payments, contracts and a tidy client portal. Group coaches usually outgrow it at the point where the real work happens: weekly content that unlocks on schedule, a shared space where the cohort talks, habits and check-ins that show who is slipping, and a client app people actually open. This guide ranks ten options against that job.

Our pick is Coachful. It keeps the parts Paperbell does well (booking, payments, contracts) and adds the group layer: multi-week programs, cohort groups created on enrollment, a community feed, group calls, habits and check-ins, all in one branded client app with one login for you. We make Coachful, so weigh that, and use the checklist below to test whether a different tool fits your practice better. If you want the broader picture first, our general roundup of Paperbell alternatives for coaches covers one-to-one practices too.

Which five questions decide your Paperbell alternative?

Answer these five questions about your practice before you look at any feature list. Your answers point to a short list faster than any comparison grid.

  1. What happens between your group calls? If the honest answer is "an email with the replay link", you need little more than Paperbell. If clients should work through weekly lessons, log habits or answer a check-in, you need program delivery built in.
  2. Is the community the product, or a feature of the program? A paid membership where members talk to each other all year needs a community-first tool. A 12-week cohort where the group exists to support the program needs groups tied to enrollment.
  3. Do you still sell one-to-one sessions alongside groups? Many group coaches run a hybrid: a cohort plus private sessions as an upsell. That needs real booking with availability rules, which community platforms often lack.
  4. How many clients will you have in 12 months: 5, 15 or 40? Per-client pricing that looks cheap at 5 can triple at 40. Flat pricing that looks expensive at 5 can be the cheapest at 40.
  5. Do you need a website and funnels to fill each cohort? If you launch cohorts with a webinar or a lead magnet, a built-in funnel and email sequence saves you a separate marketing tool.

Which tool matches your answers?

Use this table to turn your checklist answers into a short list. Read the matching tool section below before you sign up for anything.

What do group coaches need that Paperbell does not cover?

Group coaches need delivery between sessions, a place for the group to meet, and visibility into who is engaged. Paperbell lists group coaching, online classes and digital downloads among its features, which covers selling seats and sharing material. Our deeper look at Paperbell group coaching explains where that stops.

Here is what a typical cohort actually runs on:

  • A weekly rhythm. Week 1 content opens on enrollment, week 2 a week later, each with tasks and a reflection. Our older Paperbell profile found no goal or habit tracking and no full course builder with drip and completion tracking.
  • A group space that exists because of the program. When someone buys the spring cohort, they should land in the spring cohort's group, not a general inbox. Paperbell has no community feed (older profile).
  • Engagement signals. With 20 people in a cohort, you cannot read every journal. You need check-in rates, habit streaks and a flag for the quiet ones.
  • A client app. Our older profile found no native Paperbell mobile app; clients use a mobile browser. Cohort members check in daily, so an app matters more than for monthly 1:1 clients. Our Paperbell client portal guide shows what clients see today.
  • Launch tools. Group programs are sold in launches: a webinar, a waitlist, an application, an email sequence. Paperbell includes a coaching website and email workflows; funnel pages with pixel tracking are not among its listed features.

None of this makes Paperbell a bad tool. At $97 a month or $970 a year with unlimited clients (as listed in October 2026), it is a fair price for clean admin. It is simply built around the session package, and a cohort is a different shape of offer. For the price details, see Paperbell pricing explained.

How did we rank these alternatives?

We ranked tools on four criteria that matter most for group programs, listed in the line above the table below. We did not test these products hands-on; vendor facts come from their own pricing pages and documentation, dated October 2026.

  • One login for the whole client journey: from booking or checkout to program, group and check-ins, without stitching tools together.
  • Between-session delivery: programs, drip content, habits, check-ins and a group space.
  • Total stack cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients: including the extra tools a platform forces you to add.
  • Setup effort: how long it takes to move a live cohort, and whether anyone helps.

Direct Paperbell look-alikes (practice-admin tools) rank in the middle: they replace Paperbell well but add less for groups. Community platforms rank higher for group delivery but lower on coaching admin.

Ranking criteria: one login for the whole client journey, between-session delivery for cohorts, total stack cost, and setup effort.

1. Why is Coachful our top pick for group coaches leaving Paperbell?

Coachful covers everything Paperbell does for a package, then adds the cohort layer Paperbell leaves out. You still get booking pages, payments, coaching agreements and a client record. On top of that, a program can run for weeks with goals, daily tasks, habits and morning and evening check-ins, and enrolling in it drops the client into a cohort group automatically.

What a cohort looks like inside Coachful

You build a multi-week program with weekly goals and daily tasks. Clients see their current week, the members of their group and the route into the program from their branded home and app. Courses can sit alongside, with modules, lessons, drip release and completion tracking, so recorded teaching and live coaching live in the same place.

Cohort groups are created on enrollment, so the spring intake and the autumn intake each get their own space without you building it by hand. Around them, the community feed, group chat, direct messages and video events give the group somewhere to talk. Group calls and webinars run on built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links.

Seeing who is engaged without reading every post

Habits, streaks and check-ins feed each client record, along with goals, notes, intake answers, payments and sessions. Each client gets a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk, which is the list you want before a group call. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from that live data: she briefs you before sessions, summarizes recorded sessions, drafts emails and can build a program from your outline. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits.

If a few clients want help between calls, AI Coach is an AI version of you that selected clients can chat with; you configure what it does. For coaches working toward an ICF credential, Coachful counts coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports a client coaching log.

The Paperbell jobs it keeps

Booking pages have availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple and Outlook calendar sync. Reminders go by email, plus SMS and WhatsApp once messaging is enabled. Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account with one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons and Stripe Tax, and Coachful charges a 0% platform fee (since August 2026); you pay only the processor's fees. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and are stored on the client record.

To fill each cohort, there is a section-based website builder with 30 designed homepage templates, booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels with pixels and UTM tracking, and email sequences with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits. Here is a short walkthrough of how programs are built:

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, you can ask the Coachful team to build something for you: a website, a cohort sales page, a webinar funnel, a program, a course outline, an email sequence or an application form. You attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files, and the team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake testimonials, credentials or prices; gaps are left for you to fill. One recent example: a real-estate and money coach got a year-long cohort program with an application form, an eight-page site and a free nine-day bootcamp funnel. Read more about the free white-glove service.

What Coachful does not do

Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not for clinical records or insurance billing. There is no PayPal and no permanent free plan. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not your own App Store account. There is no Salesforce or HubSpot integration, and affiliate payouts are recorded manually. Pricing is flat monthly plans: lower plans cap clients, Pro is unlimited, and team plans add coach seats (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). See the full Coachful vs Paperbell comparison or our group coaching software page.

Who Coachful is for: coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions, and who want to replace four to six tools with one login. How to start: take a free trial and request the free white-glove build for your first cohort.

2. Is Circle the right home if the community is your product?

Circle suits group coaches whose offer is mainly a paid community with courses and live events. Its Professional plan is $89 a month billed annually, with unlimited members, community, courses, live events, a website, payments, gamification, a custom domain and iOS, Android and desktop apps (as listed in October 2026). A 14-day free trial needs no credit card.

For a cohort, Circle's strength is the space itself: up to 20 spaces on Professional, rich member profiles, a member directory and live rooms for up to 15 participants, or live streams for up to 100 attendees. That fits a mastermind or a membership where peer conversation does most of the work.

The limits show up on the coaching side. Circle's pricing page lists no booking engine for 1:1 sessions, no coaching agreements and no session notes, so a hybrid group-plus-private offer needs a second tool. Professional carries a 2% transaction fee, falling to 1% on Business ($199 a month billed annually). Workflows, branded email notifications and automated transcriptions start on Business, and custom branded mobile apps sit on Circle Plus at custom pricing. Email Hub is an extra charge on top of the community plan.

Habit tracking, check-ins and an engagement status per client are not on Circle's pricing page either. You would track progress through posts, courses and activity reporting rather than a client record. For a large membership that may be fine. For a 12-week transformation cohort where you need to know who stopped doing the work in week 4, it is a gap.

Pick it over Coachful if your business is a large, always-on community where members mostly support each other, you do not sell 1:1 sessions, and you want a dedicated community product with higher live-room limits.

3. Mighty Networks: community, cohort courses and challenges

Mighty Networks is closest to Circle but leans further into structured group learning. The Launch plan is $79 a month, or $950 a year, with community, courses, AI Cohost and basic automations (as listed in October 2026). Scale is $179 a month and Growth $354 a month. Members are unlimited on every plan, and the network runs on iOS, Android and the web.

For group coaches the feature list is relevant: private groups and cohorts, cohort-based and live courses, challenges, quizzes, resource libraries and habit trackers, member streaks and leaderboards. Launch includes 20 streaming hours a month for up to 100 viewers per stream, which covers a weekly group call for a modest cohort. Payments support subscriptions, installments, tiers, promo codes and free trials.

What you give up is the coaching back office. There are no booking pages with availability rules, no coaching agreements with e-signature and no per-client notes and session history on the pricing page. Launch charges a 2% transaction fee (1% on Scale), and Launch includes one customizable landing page, so a multi-step funnel with a webinar, application and checkout means outside tools. Zapier, Google Analytics, pixel tracking and third-party integrations start on Scale, and your own branded apps are a Mighty Pro service at custom pricing.

Coachful covers the same cohort ground (programs, habits, streaks, community, group calls) while also handling booking, contracts and funnels, which is why it ranks above. Mighty Networks is the better fit when you are building a network of hundreds of members and coaching is a small part.

Pick it over Coachful if you run a large membership with gamified challenges and leaderboards, rarely book private sessions, and do not need contracts or funnels in the same tool.

4. Should a group coach pay for Kajabi?

Only if courses and memberships are most of your revenue. Kajabi Basic is $179 a month, or $143 a month billed annually, with 5 products, 2,500 contacts, one website, one community and two admin users (as listed in October 2026). Growth is $249 a month ($199 billed annually) and Pro $499 ($399 billed annually).

The platform covers what a course-led group business uses: courses, communities, cohorts, memberships, funnels, landing pages, unlimited marketing emails and a customer app. That is a strong launch machine for a group program sold to a large list. Kajabi Payments card fees on Basic are listed at 2.9% plus $0.30 for US entities; using another payment provider adds a 2% Kajabi fee on Basic, falling on higher plans.

The weak spot for coaches is the client relationship. Coaching is listed as a product type, but habits, check-ins, client status and a coaching agreement flow are not on the pricing page, and the 5-product cap on Basic fills quickly if each cohort, course and bundle is a product. The 2,500-contact limit on Basic also counts leads, not just clients. Our Kajabi alternatives for life coaches article covers the trade-offs in more depth.

Compared with Paperbell at $97, Kajabi Basic costs nearly twice as much and still leaves 1:1 admin thinner. Compared with Coachful, it is stronger on large-list course marketing and weaker on coaching delivery.

Pick it over Coachful if your main business is selling courses and memberships to thousands of contacts, coaching is an upsell, and you want Kajabi's ad network and course marketing tools.

5. CoachVantage: practice admin with cohorts on the higher plan

CoachVantage homepage presenting its coaching practice management software
CoachVantage's homepage in October 2026.

CoachVantage is the closest like-for-like Paperbell replacement in this list that also mentions group programs with cohorts. Clarity is $39 a month ($35 annual) and Aha! $59 a month ($53 annual), both priced per coach with unlimited contacts and engagements (as listed in October 2026). A 14-day free trial needs no card, and it states no commission on your revenue; Stripe or PayPal fees apply.

For a group coach, the plan choice is not optional. Clarity caps you at 2 group programs, 2 sales pages, 2 booking pages, 4 e-signatures a month, 2 contract templates, 2 courses and 500 MB of storage. Run a spring and autumn cohort plus an evergreen course and you have hit the ceiling. Aha! unlocks unlimited group programs with cohorts, sales pages, booking pages and e-signatures, but still caps you at 5 courses and 1 GB.

The rest of the product is practice management: CRM, scheduling, contracts and e-sign, invoices and a client portal. Our older profile noted no team or multi-coach features and reviewers describing the built-in video (CVMeet) as weak, with many users still running calls on Zoom. Habit tracking, a community feed and funnels with pixels were not part of that profile.

Pick it over Coachful if you want a coaching CRM with PayPal support, your group work is a small part of a mostly 1:1 practice, and the Aha! limits on courses and storage are enough.

6. How far can Delenta take a small group program?

Delenta homepage presenting its coaching platform with client portals
Delenta's homepage in October 2026.

Delenta handles admin for small groups well; its limits are portal counts and plan gating. Starter is $29 a month ($19.08 annual) for 10 client portals, Pro $49 ($39.08 annual) for 40 portals and up to 6 calendars, and Premium $79 ($58.25 annual) for unlimited portals (as listed in October 2026). It states no additional transaction fees beyond Stripe or PayPal.

Group coaching is part of the platform, along with CRM, scheduling, contracts and client portals. The catch for group coaches is that the course creator and mobile app are only on Premium. A cohort of 15 with weekly recorded lessons and a client app therefore lands on the $79 plan, not the $49 one, even though Pro covers the head count.

The trial details conflict on Delenta's own page: the headline says 14 days, the FAQ says 7 days, and no card is required. Multi-coach work needs the Teams plan, whose per-seat price is not shown. Delenta's Trustpilot rating was 4.1 from 5 reviews on 2026-10-25, too few to draw much from.

Our profile of Delenta found no habit tracking, morning and evening check-ins or funnels with pixel tracking. A group coach comparing it with Coachful should weigh whether the Premium price, plus a separate funnel or email tool, ends up close to a single platform.

Pick it over Coachful if you need PayPal, your groups stay under 40 people, and you mainly want a tidy practice portal with group sessions rather than a daily program experience.

7. Practice Better for wellness-led group programs

Practice Better homepage presenting its practice management platform for wellness practitioners
Practice Better's homepage in October 2026.

Practice Better fits nutrition and wellness practitioners who run group programs and also keep charts. The free Sprout plan covers 3 clients; Starter is $35 a month ($25 annual) for 10 clients; Professional $69 ($59 annual) for 300 clients; Plus $99 ($89 annual) for unlimited clients and 3 admins (as listed in October 2026). Trials are 14 days on most paid plans and 30 days on Team.

Its programs, client portal, scheduling, telehealth and billing make it a strong practice tool for health-adjacent coaches. For groups, check which plan holds the feature you need: evergreen programs, portal branding, a custom URL and SMS start on Plus at $99 a month. Practice Better Payments runs on Stripe, and no platform fee is stated.

The gaps for a group coach who markets cohorts: our older profile found no website builder or funnel pages, so launches still need a separate site and email tool. Contracts are not among the features we found listed. One practitioner per account applies below the Team plan ($155 a month for 2 practitioners). Trustpilot showed 3.8 from 87 reviews on 2026-10-25.

A note on scope: if your groups involve health topics, remember that coaching is not medical care. Coaches who need clinical charting for a dietitian practice may genuinely be better served by a practice-management tool. Our Paperbell vs Practice Better comparison goes deeper on that line.

Pick it over Coachful if you run a nutrition or wellness practice that needs charting and telehealth notes alongside group programs, and you already have a website you are happy with.

8. When does CoachAccountable's per-client pricing make sense?

CoachAccountable homepage presenting its coaching back-office software
CoachAccountable's homepage in October 2026.

It makes sense for small, high-touch groups where every client has an action plan you track. CoachAccountable prices by active client: $20 a month for 2, $40 for 5, $70 for 10, $120 for 20, $250 for 50 and $400 for 100 (as listed in October 2026). A 30-day trial needs no card and has no limits.

The tool is a deep coaching back office: sessions, action plans, metrics, worksheets, courses, invoicing and agreements. For a mastermind of six business owners, each with goals and weekly metrics, that depth is a real advantage, and its Trustpilot score was 4.8 from 47 reviews on 2026-10-25.

For larger groups, the pricing model works against you. A 40-person cohort needs the 50-client tier at $250 a month, more than double Paperbell's single plan. Our older profile also found no native mobile app, and no landing pages, website or marketing automation, so filling a cohort needs other tools. CoachAccountable states it is not HIPAA compliant (older profile). If you are weighing the two, see Paperbell vs CoachAccountable.

Pick it over Coachful if you coach a handful of clients in a small mastermind, want detailed metrics and action plans per person, and do not need a website, funnels or a client app.

9. Quenza: between-session activities without the business side

Quenza homepage presenting its client activities and worksheets tool
Quenza's homepage in October 2026.

Quenza is a client-engagement tool: activities, worksheets, programs, chat and a client app. Spark is $25 a month ($20 annual) for 10 clients, Growth $50 ($40 annual) for 250 clients, Impact $125 ($100 annual) for 400, and Collective $160 ($128 annual) for up to 3 professionals and 500 clients (as listed in October 2026). The trial is 30 days with no card.

Its strength is exactly the gap Paperbell leaves: structured exercises clients complete between sessions, delivered in an app. For a group coach, a sequenced program of reflection worksheets is easy to build. Growth's 250-client cap means price stays flat from 15 to 40 clients.

The trouble is everything else. Quenza takes no client payments today; invoicing and digital products are marked planned. Our older profile found no scheduling or video calls. So a group coach would run Quenza for content plus Paperbell or another tool for booking and payments, which brings you back to two logins and two bills. There is no community feed or website in its profile either.

Pick it over Coachful if you want to keep Paperbell for admin and add only a worksheet-and-activity layer for your groups, and you are comfortable paying for two tools.

10. Coaches Console: the long-standing all-in-one at a premium

Coaches Console homepage presenting its coach business system
Coaches Console's homepage in October 2026.

Coaches Console is an established coach business system with CRM, calendar, website, client portal, email and invoicing. Core Console System is $197 a month ($166.42 annual), and Total Console System $297 a month ($249.75 annual) adds unlimited products and courses (as listed in October 2026). Client limits are not specified on its pricing page.

For group coaches who want one vendor for site, email and admin, it covers a lot. The cost is the obvious barrier: Core is about twice Paperbell's price, and courses for a cohort require the $297 plan. There is no free trial; billing details are required at signup, with a 30-day money-back guarantee instead.

Reviewers in our older profile describe the interface as dated, which matters when cohort members log in weekly. Community feeds, habit tracking and daily check-ins were not in our profile of it, so the between-session layer for groups is thinner than the price suggests.

Pick it over Coachful if you value a long-established vendor, have budget for its Core or Total plan, and prefer its CRM and email setup over a newer platform.

What does each option cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?

Monthly list prices as of October 2026, picking the cheapest plan that covers the group features a cohort needs. Payment processing fees are extra everywhere; platform transaction fees are noted.

Two points stand out. Community platforms look cheap until you add the booking, contracts and email tool they leave out, and a 2% fee on a $1,000 cohort seat is $20 per seat. Per-client tools look cheap at 5 clients and climb steeply by 40. As an example, a coach running two cohorts of 20 on CoachAccountable would need the 50-client tier at $250 a month.

How would a group coach set this up in Coachful, step by step?

Here is an example of moving a 12-week cohort from Paperbell. The program and names are illustrative.

  1. Request the build. From Create, ask for the free white-glove build: attach your Paperbell package description, your current site link and your logo, and ask for a cohort sales page, an application form and a 12-week program outline.
  2. Shape the program. Review the program the team or Michelle drafts. Set weekly goals, daily tasks and two habits, for example a 10-minute reflection and one action toward the week's goal. Add a morning check-in and a Friday evening review.
  3. Attach the course. Upload recorded lessons as a course with drip release, one module per week, so clients cannot jump ahead.
  4. Set the offer and payments. Connect Stripe, create the offer as a one-time price and a three-payment plan, and add an order bump for two private sessions.
  5. Add the agreement. Upload your coaching agreement so each client signs before the kickoff call.
  6. Schedule the group calls. Create a weekly group session with an auto-created Zoom or built-in video link, plus a 1:1 session type for the order-bump credits.
  7. Build the launch funnel. Use a webinar or application funnel template, connect your Meta Pixel and write a five-email sequence with a branch for people who applied but did not pay.
  8. Move existing clients. Coachful imports clients, programs and content for you during onboarding, so your current Paperbell clients arrive with their history. Our Paperbell migration guide covers export and timing.
  9. Run week 1 and watch status. After the first week, filter clients by quiet or at risk and send those people a personal message before the second group call.

What red flags and switching costs should group coaches watch for?

The biggest risk is switching mid-cohort. Move between intakes, not during one. Beyond timing, watch for these:

  • Transaction fees on group prices. A 2% platform fee is small on a $150 session and noticeable across a 30-seat cohort. Check the plan you will actually need.
  • Feature gates on the plan you assumed. Delenta's courses, CoachVantage's group programs and Practice Better's evergreen programs all sit on higher plans than the entry price suggests.
  • Per-client pricing that punishes growth. Model your cost at 40 clients, not 5.
  • Two tools pretending to be one. A community platform plus a booking tool plus an email tool means three logins for clients and three places for data to drift.
  • Recurring payments. Subscriptions and payment plans set up in Paperbell's Stripe or PayPal connection need a clean handover. Our guide to switching from Paperbell covers how to avoid charging anyone twice.
  • Data export. Our older profile could not verify a documented CSV export in Paperbell. Copy client lists and session history before your plan ends.

What is our verdict?

For most group coaches leaving Paperbell, Coachful is the strongest fit, because it keeps the package admin you rely on and adds the cohort layer in one client app: programs, habits, check-ins, groups created on enrollment, community and group calls, plus a site and funnels to fill each intake. Circle and Mighty Networks are the right call when the community itself is the product and 1:1 coaching is rare. CoachVantage and Delenta are sensible like-for-like swaps for practices where groups are a side offer. If you want a second view, our Paperbell alternative page and the community platform for coaches page go further on each angle.

Frequently asked questions

Does Paperbell support group coaching?

Yes. Paperbell lists group coaching, online classes and digital downloads among the features on its single plan (as listed in October 2026). Our older profile found no community feed, goal or habit tracking, or native mobile app, which is where group programs tend to outgrow it.

What is the best Paperbell alternative for group coaches?

We rank Coachful first because it combines booking, payments and contracts with multi-week programs, cohort groups, community, habits and check-ins in one branded client app. If your offer is mainly a large community, Circle or Mighty Networks may suit you better.

Is a community platform enough for group coaching?

For a membership where members support each other, often yes. For a cohort with private sessions, contracts and progress tracking, you usually need a second tool for booking and agreements, which adds cost and another login.

How much does Paperbell cost in 2026?

Paperbell lists one plan at $97 a month or $970 a year, with unlimited clients, sessions and packages (as listed in October 2026). It states no additional transaction fees; Stripe or PayPal processing fees still apply.

Which alternatives charge per client?

CoachAccountable prices by active client, and Practice Better, Delenta and Quenza cap clients or portals by plan. Circle, Mighty Networks and Paperbell list unlimited members or clients on their plans. Coachful's lower plans cap clients and Pro is unlimited.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

From Create, you describe what you want built, such as a cohort sales page, a funnel, a program or a website, and attach links and files. The Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours, without inventing testimonials, credentials or prices. It is free on every plan.

Can I move my Paperbell clients without disrupting a live cohort?

Yes, if you switch between intakes. Run the current cohort to the end on Paperbell, set up the next one in the new tool, and move recurring payments carefully so nobody is charged twice. Coachful imports clients, programs and content for you during onboarding.

Does Coachful accept PayPal?

No. Coachful takes payments through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, including Apple Pay and Google Pay. If your clients rely on PayPal, CoachVantage and Delenta list PayPal among their processors.

Do clients get a mobile app?

In Coachful, clients use the Coachful app with your branding. Circle and Mighty Networks offer apps, with fully branded store listings on their custom-priced tiers. Our older profile found no native Paperbell app; clients use a mobile browser.

Is any of these tools suitable for health-related group programs?

Coaching is not medical care, so refer clients to a doctor or licensed clinician when issues go beyond coaching. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified; practitioners who need clinical charting may prefer a practice-management tool such as Practice Better.
