10 Best Practice Better Alternatives for Menopause Coaches

10 Best Practice Better Alternatives for Menopause Coaches

The best practice better alternatives for menopause coaches are the ones that match how you actually work: if you coach women through perimenopause and menopause with programs, habits, education and community, you need a coaching platform that carries a client from first enquiry to renewal; if you prescribe, chart or bill insurance, you need a clinical system and should probably stay on one. Practice Better sits in the middle. It is practice management software for wellness practitioners, with charting, telehealth and programs, and it serves clinicians well. Many menopause coaches pay for its clinical layer and still bolt on a website, an email tool, a course host and a community app.

Our pick is Coachful, because it puts the whole menopause client journey in one login: a website and funnels that bring women in, booking and contracts that enroll them, multi-week programs with daily check-ins and habits that carry them between sessions, and a community and courses that keep them. We make Coachful, so weigh that, and read the sections below on when Practice Better or a clinical tool like Healthie is the better home. This guide compares ten tools stage by stage, prices them at 5, 15 and 40 clients, and gives two stack recipes you can copy.

Who is this guide for, and where is the line between coaching and care?

This guide is for menopause, perimenopause and midlife health coaches who work on behaviour: sleep routines, strength training, nutrition habits, stress, confidence at work, and preparing good questions for a doctor. It is not for clinicians who diagnose or prescribe. Coaching is not medical treatment, and a good menopause coach knows where her scope ends.

Refer a client to her doctor before or alongside coaching when she reports bleeding after menopause, symptoms that seriously disrupt daily life, new or worsening low mood, or questions about hormone therapy and other medicines. The NHS menopause guidance and the US National Institute on Aging both explain symptoms and treatment options in plain language, and they make good links to share with clients. If you hold a coaching credential, bodies such as the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching set out what health coaches do and do not do.

The software question follows from that line. If you are a nurse practitioner, physician, pharmacist or registered dietitian who keeps clinical records, prescribes hormone therapy or bills insurance, you need a system built for protected health information under HIPAA, and Practice Better (which offers ePrescribe as an add-on) or Healthie is a sensible home. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified, does not sign a BAA, has no EHR and no insurance billing. If you coach and do not treat, keep reading. Our broader guide to the best software for menopause coaches covers the wider category, and Practice Better EHR: what it does and who needs one goes deeper on the clinical side.

What does a menopause coach's client journey need from software?

A menopause client journey runs through four stages (attract, enroll, deliver, retain), and most coaches lose time at the joins between tools rather than inside any one tool. Here is what each stage asks of your software.

Stage 1: Attract

Women in their forties and fifties often find a menopause coach after months of searching for why they sleep badly, feel flat or have gained weight around the middle. They read, they download, they watch. You need a website that explains your approach without sounding clinical, a lead magnet such as a symptom-and-sleep diary or a "questions to ask your GP" guide, an email sequence that follows up, and tracking so you know which posts or ads bring sign-ups. Practice Better has no website builder or funnel pages, so this stage usually means a separate site and email tool.

Stage 2: Enroll

The second stage is a discovery call and a decision. You need a booking page that handles time zones (many menopause coaches work across countries), intake questions on booking, a coaching agreement that states clearly you are not providing medical care, and checkout with payment plans, because a three- or six-month program is a considered purchase for most clients.

Stage 3: Deliver

Delivery is where menopause coaching differs from session-only coaching. The work happens between calls: a wind-down routine, two strength sessions a week, a protein target, a hot-flush or sleep log to bring to the next session. You need multi-week programs with daily tasks, habits, check-ins and progress, plus a place for education such as short lessons on sleep, bone health basics or talking to an employer. Group programs and cohorts are common, because women value hearing that others are going through the same thing.

Stage 4: Retain

Menopause is a transition that lasts years, so a good client often wants to stay after the core program. You need a community, a lower-priced membership or maintenance tier, renewal offers, and a way to see which clients have gone quiet before they cancel.

How did we choose and rank these Practice Better alternatives?

We started from the four stages above and asked one question of every tool: how much of a menopause coach's week can it hold without another subscription? We read each vendor's pricing page and documentation in October 2026 and, where the packet data came from older profiles, we say so. We did not run hands-on tests; where we mention reliability or usability, it comes from what public reviewers report.

We favoured four things: one login for the client and the coach, tools that work between sessions (habits, check-ins, programs) rather than only around them, total monthly cost once you add the tools a product lacks, and how quickly a solo coach can be live. We left out pure clinical EHRs except Healthie, which we include as the honest answer for clinicians who need to stay clinical. We also left out Practice Better itself from the ranking, since this is a list of alternatives; our Practice Better review covers it in full, and Practice Better pricing breaks down the add-ons.

For reference, Practice Better's plans as listed in October 2026: Sprout is free for 3 clients; Starter is $35/month ($25 billed annually) for 10 clients; Professional is $69/month ($59 annually) for 300 clients; Plus is $99/month ($89 annually) for unlimited clients and adds evergreen self-paced programs, portal branding and a personalized URL; Team is $155/month ($145 annually) for two practitioners. Its Trustpilot rating was 3.8 from 87 reviews when we checked.

1. Coachful: the whole menopause journey in one login

Coachful's client coaching page and habit tracker on a tablet and phone in a calm evening setting
Coachful's client My Coaching page with a 90-day journey on the tablet and the demo habit tracker on the phone.

Coachful is a coaching platform where one subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. The coach has one login and the client gets one branded app. For a menopause coach, that means the woman who downloads your sleep guide, books a discovery call, signs your agreement, pays in instalments, does her evening check-in and joins your cohort chat never leaves your brand. It is built for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions, and for coaches replacing four to six tools.

How Coachful handles attract and enroll

The website builder is section-based, with a blog, custom domain, SEO settings and 30 designed homepage templates, plus an Import website option if you already have a site. Funnels cover booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout flows, with Meta Pixel, GA4 and UTM tracking, and a link-in-bio page that sells. Email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits handle the follow-up after someone downloads your guide, so you do not need a separate email platform.

Booking pages include availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook sync and built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links. Reminders go by email, and by SMS 24 hours ahead and WhatsApp one hour ahead once messaging is enabled. Intake questions sit on the booking form, which is where you ask about goals and, importantly, whether she is under a doctor's care. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and stay on the client record, so your "this is coaching, not medical care" clause is signed before you start. Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, Apple Pay and Google Pay, with Stripe Tax. Coachful has charged a 0% platform fee since August 2026, so you only pay Stripe or Razorpay processing.

How Coachful handles delivery between sessions

This is where Coachful is strongest for menopause work. Programs run for as many weeks as you design, with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. A twelve-week "sleep and energy reset" can give her a wind-down habit, two strength sessions a week and an evening check-in, and you see the answers before your next call. More than 40 ready-to-film program templates give you a starting structure.

The short walkthrough below shows how check-ins are set up and what the client sees.

Each client record pulls goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions together, with a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from that live data: she briefs you before a session, summarizes recorded sessions, drafts emails and can build a program draft from your outline. Questions and planning are included in your membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. If you coach strength and nutrition alongside symptoms, the Fitness & Nutrition pack adds a workout builder with an illustrated exercise library, workout logging with PRs, nutrition targets up to calories and macros, meal plans and recipes, and private progress photos and measurements. You attach your own demo videos; there are no stock exercise videos.

How Coachful handles retention

Cohort groups are created automatically when a client enrolls in a group program, and the community feed, group chat, direct messages and video events give alumni somewhere to stay. Courses with modules, drip and completion tracking, downloads, videos and bundles all appear in the client's branded home, so a "menopause at work" mini course or a recorded Q&A library can become a maintenance membership. The at-risk status flags clients who have gone quiet before renewal time.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, the "We'll build it for you" option lets you describe what you want built (a website, funnel, program, course outline, email sequence, intake form and more), attach up to 8 reference links and 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. One recent example: a menopause and midlife health coach starting from nothing got a five-page site in sage and cream, with every button leading to a free 20-minute consultation. The service does not include recording videos, logo design or ad management. Read more about the free white-glove service.

Price: flat monthly plans; lower plans cap clients, Pro is unlimited, team plans add coach seats, and monthly plans cancel in one click (Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). A free trial is available.

Limits to know: not HIPAA-certified and no BAA, so no clinical charting, prescribing or insurance billing. No PayPal. No permanent free plan. No Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync, and Apple Health sync is not publicly available, so sleep and cycle data from wearables stays in the client's own apps. The client app runs under the Coachful listing with your branding, not your own App Store account. 2. AttractWell: strong marketing tools for coaches who sell education

AttractWell homepage promoting its all-in-one platform for coaches and course creators
AttractWell's homepage in October 2026.

AttractWell is an all-in-one for coaches, course creators, authors and speakers. If your menopause business leans on content (a podcast, a book, workshops for employers) and you sell courses and memberships as much as one-to-one programs, it is the closest match to Coachful on the attract side: website, funnels, blog, CRM, email and texting, booking, contracts, invoicing and a store.

What it does for menopause coaches: courses are called "vaults" and live classes run alongside them; a Facebook-style community supports posts, comments and scheduled posts; memberships take recurring payments with drip content. Session "call" packages track usage, useful for a "six calls over three months" package.

Price as listed in October 2026: Starter $69/month (500 contacts, one vault, no call packages), Basic $99 (1,000 contacts, three vaults, five call packages), Premium $129, Pro $179, Diamond $239, Team from $600. The first month is $1 on every plan, and there is a 0% transaction fee. Trustpilot showed 4.6 from 21 reviews.

Limits: plans cap contacts, texts, automations and vaults, so a menopause coach with a growing email list moves up tiers by list size, not client count. Daily habits and check-ins tied to a program are not its focus, and there is no clinical layer.

Pick it over Coachful if your revenue is mostly courses, memberships and texting campaigns to a large list, and you rarely run structured one-to-one programs with daily check-ins.

3. Quenza: worksheets and pathways for between-session work

Quenza homepage introducing its client activities and worksheets tool
Quenza's homepage in October 2026.

Quenza is a client-engagement tool used by coaches and therapists. Its strength is exactly the bit of menopause coaching that happens between calls: activities, worksheets, programs and chat, delivered through a client app. A menopause coach can build a symptom reflection, a sleep-hygiene worksheet or a values exercise and send it on a schedule.

Price as listed in October 2026: Spark $25/month ($20 annually) for 10 clients, Growth $50 ($40) for 250 clients, Impact $125 ($100) for 400 clients, Collective $160 ($128) for up to three professionals, and a custom Beyond tier. A 30-day trial needs no card. Trustpilot showed 4.3 from 8 reviews.

Limits: Quenza does not process client payments yet (invoicing and digital products are marked planned), and an older profile notes no scheduling or video calls. You would still need a booking tool, a payment tool, a website and email, which makes it a delivery add-on rather than a Practice Better replacement.

Pick it over Coachful if you already have booking, payments and a site you like, and you only want a dedicated worksheet and exercise library for clients between sessions.

4. Healthie: the clinical choice if you treat as well as coach

Healthie is a HIPAA- and SOC 2-compliant platform for health and wellness professionals, with scheduling, payment processing, charting, telehealth, a client portal and iOS and Android apps. It belongs on this list for one reason: some menopause practitioners are clinicians first. If you are a nurse practitioner or dietitian who keeps clinical notes, Healthie is the like-for-like alternative to Practice Better, and moving to a coaching platform would be a step backwards.

Price as listed on its pricing page today (October 27, 2026): Core $19.99/month ($18 annually) for 10 active clients; Essentials $49.99 ($45); Plus $129.99 ($115) with unlimited clients, group telehealth and more; Group from $149.99 ($135) plus $50 per added clinician. A 14-day trial of Plus needs no card. Payment processing is listed at 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. We could not confirm Essentials' client cap from the page.

Limits: no website builder, funnels or marketing email for attracting clients, and no community feed; its listed features center on charting and telehealth rather than daily habit coaching. We do not have a homepage screenshot for Healthie in this guide. See Practice Better vs Healthie for a closer comparison.

Pick it over Coachful if you chart, prescribe or need a BAA. That is a clinical requirement, and no coaching platform should replace it.

5. Paperbell: the simplest admin for one-to-one packages

Paperbell homepage describing its booking and payments admin for solo coaches
Paperbell's homepage in October 2026.

Paperbell handles booking, packages, payments, contracts, a client portal and a simple website for solo coaches, at one price. For a menopause coach who sells "six sessions over three months" and does the real work on calls, it removes most admin quickly.

Price as listed in October 2026: one plan at $97/month ($80.83 annually) with unlimited clients, sessions, files and packages, no additional transaction fees, and a 30-day money-back guarantee. An older help-center note describes a 7-day trial with the public site offline. Trustpilot showed 3.5 from 14 reviews.

Limits: per an older profile, there are no courses, community, goal or habit tracking, and no native mobile app. A menopause program built on daily routines would live in another tool or in email. Our Paperbell vs Practice Better comparison covers the overlap.

Pick it over Coachful if you only sell session packages, want a single flat price, and never plan to add courses, cohorts or check-ins.

6. CoachAccountable: detailed action plans and metrics, priced per client

CoachAccountable homepage presenting its coaching back office software
CoachAccountable's homepage in October 2026.

CoachAccountable is a coaching back office: sessions, action plans, metrics, worksheets, courses, invoicing and agreements. Its metrics feature suits a coach who wants clients to log a number each day, for example hours slept or steps walked, and review trends together.

Price as listed in October 2026: charged by active clients: Starter $20/month (2), Level 1 $40 (5), Level 2 $70 (10), Level 3 $120 (20), Level 4 $250 (50), Level 5 $400 (100). A 30-day trial needs no card and has no limits. Trustpilot showed 4.8 from 47 reviews, the highest rating in this group.

Limits: per-client pricing gets expensive quickly for group menopause programs, where 30 women in a cohort count as 30 clients. An older profile notes no native mobile app and no website or marketing automation, and the company states it is not HIPAA compliant.

Pick it over Coachful if you coach a small number of high-touch one-to-one clients and want the most detailed metric logging and action-plan tracking available. More options in CoachAccountable alternatives.

7. Satori: affordable session admin with active-client billing

Satori homepage presenting its coaching practice scheduling and client portal
Satori's homepage in October 2026.

Satori covers scheduling, a client portal, packages and programs, invoices and contracts, and only active clients count toward billing. A menopause coach who has past clients drop in for a single "check-up" session now and then pays only while they are active.

Price as listed in October 2026: Scholar is free for certification students with pro bono clients; Essentials $33/month ($27.50 annually) for up to 10 active paying clients; Pro $49 ($40.83) and Leader $124 ($103.33), with client caps of 50 and 150 per an older profile. A 15-day trial needs no card, and Satori adds no charge on client payments beyond PayPal or Stripe fees.

Limits: an older profile notes no native mobile app, no native Zoom integration, and no landing pages, courses or community. Between-session habit work and group retention need other tools.

Pick it over Coachful if you mainly need low-cost scheduling and invoicing for a small one-to-one practice and you accept PayPal, which Coachful does not support.

8. Coaches Console: an established system with a higher entry price

Coaches Console homepage presenting its coach business system
Coaches Console's homepage in October 2026.

Coaches Console is a long-standing coach business system with CRM, calendar, website, client portal, email and invoicing, with courses on the higher tier. For a menopause coach who wants one vendor for the website and the back office and is comfortable with a more traditional interface, it covers attract and enroll.

Price as listed in October 2026: Core Console System $197/month ($166.42 annually); Total Console System $297 ($249.75) with unlimited products and courses. There is no free trial; billing details are required at signup, with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Limits: the highest entry price in this list, courses only on the top tier, and reviewers in an older profile describe the interface as dated. Daily habits and check-ins are not a documented strength.

Pick it over Coachful if you value a long track record and one vendor for both website and back office, and the price fits your revenue.

9. Merkora: a new, low-cost option with live events built in

Merkora homepage presenting its booking, courses and live events platform
Merkora's homepage in October 2026.

Merkora is a newer platform for coaches, therapists and consultants with one branded public page, booking with reminders, intake forms, a waitlist, session packages with visible balances, hosted video courses, downloads, free lead magnets with email capture and built-in live streaming. A menopause coach running monthly live Q&As or workshops could host them without a separate webinar tool.

Price as listed in October 2026: a Free plan until your first paid sale (then 14 days to upgrade), Professional at $79/month, and a limited founding-member rate of $29/month for 12 months, then $39. It lists a 0% platform fee.

Limits: one public page rather than a full website, no published reviews yet, and the founder rate is limited. Daily habit tracking and program check-ins are not described.

Pick it over Coachful if you are just starting, want to sell workshops and a few sessions before paying anything, and are comfortable betting on a young product.

10. Coach Recap: lightweight client notes for a small one-to-one practice

Coach Recap homepage presenting its session notes and booking tool for solo coaches
Coach Recap's homepage in October 2026.

Coach Recap is built for solo coaches: client profiles with session history and notes, goals and action items with full-text search, a booking page with buffers and notice rules, two-way Google Calendar and Outlook sync, reminders at 24 hours, one hour and 15 minutes, intake forms, check-ins, contracts, private chat and resource sharing. Programs are session packs or monthly subscriptions through Stripe.

Price as listed in October 2026: Starter is free for up to 3 active clients; Professional $29/month for 20; Business $79 for unlimited. Its pricing page screenshot shows euro prices, and App Store prices differ. Stripe's standard fees apply.

Limits: no website, funnels, courses or community, so attract and retain need other tools. It says it is not aimed at agencies or teams.

Pick it over Coachful if you see a handful of one-to-one clients, want good session notes and reminders, and handle marketing elsewhere.

The list price is only half the story. Practice Better at $69 still needs a website, an email tool and usually a course or community host for a menopause program, and evergreen self-paced programs and portal branding only start on Plus at $99. That gap is the subject of the next section.

Should you run one platform or assemble a stack?

Most menopause coaches end up in one of two shapes. Here are both, with example monthly costs at 15 clients. The assembled figures are illustrative: they use the vendor prices above plus placeholder budgets for tools not in this guide, so swap in your own.

Recipe A: all-in-one

  • Coachful for website, funnels, email, booking, agreements, payments, programs, check-ins, courses and community.
  • Monthly software cost: one subscription (Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients), plus Stripe or Razorpay processing.
  • Setup: the free white-glove build can produce the site, a lead-magnet funnel and a program outline from your notes.

Recipe B: assembled around Practice Better

  • Practice Better Plus for evergreen programs and portal branding: $99/month.
  • A website builder: example budget of $20 to $30/month.
  • An email marketing tool for lead-magnet sequences: example budget of $20 to $50/month.
  • A community or course host for alumni: example budget of $40 to $100/month.
  • Example total: roughly $180 to $280/month, across four logins, before processing fees.

Recipe C: clinical core plus coaching layer

If you prescribe or chart, keep Healthie or Practice Better for the clinical record and use a coaching platform only for the non-clinical program, education and community, keeping protected health information out of it. This costs more, but it keeps each system inside its job. Our guide to Practice Better vs SimplePractice discusses when a clinical system is genuinely needed.

How would a menopause coach set this up in Coachful, step by step?

Here is an example setup for a fictional coach, Dana, who runs a twelve-week "Midlife Sleep and Strength" group program and a one-to-one option. The names and structure are illustrative.

Coachful's session calendar and funnels list on two screens at a calm desk
Coachful's demo session calendar for September 2026 on the laptop and the Funnels list on the monitor.
  1. Request the build. Dana opens Create, chooses the free white-glove build, and asks for a five-page site, a lead-magnet funnel for a "7-night sleep diary" PDF, and a sales page for the group program. She attaches her logo, photos and existing copy.
  2. Write the agreement. She adds a coaching agreement that states the program is education and behaviour coaching, not medical advice, and that clients should keep their doctor informed. It is e-signed before the first call.
  3. Set booking and intake. A free 20-minute discovery call type with buffers and time-zone detection, and intake questions asking about goals, current support from a doctor, and what she has already tried.
  4. Build the program. Starting from a template, twelve weeks with a weekly theme (sleep, strength, nutrition, stress, work, relationships), daily tasks, a wind-down habit, a strength habit, and an evening check-in asking about sleep and energy.
  5. Add education. A short course with drip lessons, released week by week, plus a downloadable "questions for your GP" worksheet linking to NHS and NIA pages.
  6. Open the cohort. Enrollment in the group program creates the cohort group automatically; Dana schedules fortnightly group calls as video events.
  7. Set up checkout. One-time payment or a three-part payment plan through her Stripe account, with a coupon for past clients.
  8. Plan retention. A monthly membership offer for alumni with the community, a recorded Q&A library and one group call a month, emailed by a sequence in week ten.
  9. Watch status. Each week she checks which clients show as quiet or at risk, and asks Michelle for a briefing before one-to-one calls.

If Dana is moving from Practice Better, the next section covers the switch.

How do you migrate from Practice Better without losing clients?

Plan the move around your program calendar, not your billing date. Practice Better documents a per-client archive (notes, invoices, forms) that is emailed and kept for 48 hours, a contact-list spreadsheet export, and bulk export on request (per an older profile), so request what you need early.

  • Separate clinical from coaching records. Anything that counts as a clinical record should stay in a compliant system or be archived according to your obligations; do not paste it into a coaching platform.
  • Move between cohorts. Finish a running twelve-week group where it started and launch the next cohort on the new platform.
  • Recreate recurring payments carefully. Plan to set up recurring payments again on the new platform; tell clients the date their billing changes and send new checkout links.
  • Use the import help. Coachful imports clients, programs and content for you during onboarding.
  • Tell clients what changes for them. A short email and a welcome check-in flow on the new app reduce confusion.

For a full checklist see how to migrate from Practice Better and switching from Practice Better.

Join Coachful now

What mistakes should menopause coaches avoid when switching?

  • Paying for a clinical layer you never use. If you do not chart or prescribe, telehealth notes, fax and ePrescribe add-ons are cost without benefit.
  • Dropping a clinical system you do need. The reverse mistake: if you hold clinical records, a coaching platform is not a substitute.
  • Collecting medical detail you cannot protect. Keep intake forms to coaching questions; ask whether she is under a doctor's care rather than collecting diagnoses and prescriptions.
  • Counting clients, not contacts or seats. Per-client pricing (CoachAccountable) and per-contact pricing (AttractWell) behave very differently once you run cohorts or grow an email list.
  • Leaving delivery to email. Daily routines are the core of menopause work; if your tool cannot hold habits and check-ins, you will rebuild that in spreadsheets.

Which Practice Better alternative should a menopause coach choose?

Choose Coachful if you coach rather than treat and want attract, enroll, deliver and retain in one login, with programs, daily check-ins, courses and community included in your Coachful membership. Choose Healthie, or stay on Practice Better, if you chart, prescribe or need a BAA. Choose AttractWell if your business is mostly courses and list-driven marketing, Quenza if you only need a worksheet library, and Paperbell, CoachAccountable or Satori if you run simple one-to-one packages. For related angles, see the Practice Better alternatives for hormone health coaches, for health coaches, and our guides to community platforms for menopause coaches and course platforms for menopause coaches.

Frequently asked questions

Is Coachful HIPAA compliant for menopause coaching?

No. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, and it has no EHR or insurance billing. It suits non-clinical coaching; if you keep clinical records or prescribe, use a clinical system such as Healthie or Practice Better for that part of your work.

Can I prescribe hormone therapy through any of these tools?

Practice Better offers ePrescribe as a paid add-on for prescribers, and Healthie is a clinical platform. None of the coaching platforms on this list support prescribing, and coaches who are not licensed clinicians should refer clients to their doctor for hormone therapy questions.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

It is a build service included on every plan: you describe a website, funnel, program, course outline, email sequence or form, attach references and files, and the Coachful team builds it in your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not invent credentials or testimonials, and it does not include video recording, logo design or ad management.

Which tool is cheapest for a new menopause coach?

Free tiers exist on Practice Better (Sprout, 3 clients), Coach Recap (Starter, 3 active clients) and Merkora (until your first paid sale). They cover sessions and notes, not a full program business. Coachful offers a free trial, not a permanent free plan (Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients).

Can clients log sleep or hot flushes in Coachful?

Clients can complete daily morning and evening check-ins and track habits inside your program, which many coaches use for sleep and energy routines. Coachful does not sync with Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura, and Apple Health sync is not publicly available.

Do I need a community for a menopause program?

Not always, but group programs often benefit from one, because clients value hearing from women at the same stage. Coachful creates a cohort group automatically on enrollment; Practice Better offers group messaging; AttractWell has a community feed.

Can I run group programs and one-to-one clients together?

Yes, in Coachful, AttractWell and Practice Better (group scheduling and fixed-date programs start on Professional, evergreen programs on Plus). CoachAccountable counts every group member as an active client, which raises the cost.

Does Coachful take PayPal?

No. Coachful payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, including Apple Pay and Google Pay. Satori, Paperbell and some others support PayPal.

How long does it take to move from Practice Better?

It depends on how many programs and clients you have. Most coaches plan the switch between cohorts, and Coachful imports clients, programs and content for you during onboarding.

Who should not switch away from Practice Better?

Practitioners who chart clinical notes, need a BAA, prescribe, fax or bill insurance. Practice Better and Healthie are built for that; read Practice Better for coaches if you are unsure which side you are on.
