The platform went fully offline on 3 November 2025 with roughly two weeks of notice and no read-only mode, despite about $10M raised from investors including a16z's Andrew Chen and Tony Robbins.
If you exported the CSV from Settings before 3 November 2025, you have your contacts and can import them anywhere. Un-exported session notes and portal content are unrecoverable; the official pricing and features pages now return 404. Your clients are still your clients: they just need a new home for booking, payment and notes, which is what Coachful's white-glove import during onboarding is for.
