AttractWell vs Kajabi: Which Should Coaches Pick in 2026?

AttractWell vs Kajabi comes down to price, capacity and what you mainly sell. AttractWell is the cheaper all-in-one for coaches who want a website, CRM, texting, booking, contracts and courses under one roof, with plans from $69 a month as listed in October 2026. Kajabi starts at $179 a month and is built for selling courses, communities and digital products at scale, with far more contacts on its upper plans. Neither is built around running a client's week between sessions with habits, daily check-ins and per-client plans, and that gap is where a third option comes in.
This guide compares the two on plans, fees, features and the client experience, using what each vendor publishes on its own pricing and feature pages in October 2026. We have not run a hands-on test of either tool; where public reviews exist we report what reviewers say, and where they are thin we say so. We make Coachful, the coaching platform covered near the end, and we tell you plainly where it does not fit.
What is the short answer for each kind of coach?
Pick AttractWell if you want a low-cost, coach-flavoured all-in-one with texting and Zoom included and a list under about 4,000 contacts. Pick Kajabi if your business is mainly courses and communities sold to a large audience and you want a polished, widely used product platform.
- New coach on a tight budget, mostly 1:1 sessions: AttractWell Starter or Basic is far cheaper than any Kajabi plan, and Basic adds session ("call") packages.
- Course creator with a growing email list: Kajabi. Its Growth plan covers 25,000 contacts and 50 products, which would put you on AttractWell's Pro or Diamond tier.
- Coach who sells a membership and a community: both handle it. AttractWell is cheaper; Kajabi is the bigger, more established product.
- Coach who runs multi-week programs and needs clients to do the work between calls: neither vendor documents habits, daily check-ins or per-client plans as core features. Look at a coaching platform built for delivery, such as Coachful (see the third option).
- Coach who needs PayPal: Kajabi supports it. AttractWell lists Stripe or Square.
If you are still choosing between broader categories, our AttractWell alternatives and Kajabi alternatives for coaches guides cover the wider field.

How do AttractWell and Kajabi compare side by side?
AttractWell sells the full platform on every plan and changes only capacity; Kajabi changes both capacity and features between plans. Here is the at-a-glance view.
How we rank: one login for the whole client journey, between-session delivery, total stack cost, and setup effort (including a free white-glove build).
| Platform | Best for | Entry price | Between-session delivery | Client app | Platform fee on sales |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Habits, daily tasks, morning and evening check-ins, goals, streaks | Coach's branding inside the Coachful app | 0% (Stripe or Razorpay processing only) |
| AttractWell | Budget all-in-one for coaches, authors, speakers | $69/mo (first month $1) | Courses ("vaults"), drip, AI-graded quizzes, community | Your branding inside the AttractWell app (iOS, Android) | 0% (Stripe or Square processing) |
| Kajabi | Selling courses, communities and digital products at scale | $179/mo ($143/mo annual) | Courses, communities; no habits or daily check-ins | Branded app on Pro per its comparison table | 0.5% to 2% extra only with third-party processors |
Two headline differences stand out. First, AttractWell's top regular plan ($239) is still cheaper than Kajabi's middle plan ($249). Second, Kajabi's contact ceilings are far higher: 100,000 on Pro against 27,000 on AttractWell Diamond. If your list is large and growing, Kajabi scales further before you need a custom plan.

How much do AttractWell and Kajabi cost?
AttractWell runs from $69 to $239 a month across five self-serve plans, plus a $600 Team plan. Kajabi runs from $179 to $499 a month, or $143 to $399 a month billed annually. All figures are as listed in October 2026, in US dollars.

What does AttractWell's pricing include?
Every AttractWell plan includes the full platform; plans differ by capacity. The first month on any plan costs $1, then the monthly price applies, with no setup fees and no long-term commitment. AttractWell says annual plans come with one month free and a free domain, but the pricing page does not show an annual price, so we cannot quote one.
The capacity limits matter more than the headline price. Starter allows 500 contacts, 100 texts a month, 5 automations, 10 pages, 1 course ("vault") plus 1 class, 20 videos, Zoom meetings of up to 5 people and 2 booking links, and it has no call packages. Basic lifts that to 1,000 contacts, 1,000 texts, 100 automations, 250 pages, 3 vaults, 10 booking links and 5 call packages. Premium is the first plan with unlimited booking links and call packages, and Zoom meetings up to 100.
Add-ons as listed in October 2026:
- Unlimited vaults and classes: +$17 a month on any plan.
- Extra back-office accounts: $9 a month each on Starter, $15 a month each on Basic.
- Custom plans for more contacts, Zoom attendees or classes: by request.
- Concierge services (content migration, virtual assistant, custom design, funnel setup, training): custom quote.

What does Kajabi's pricing include?
Kajabi Basic costs $179 a month ($143 a month billed annually) for 5 products, 2,500 contacts, 1 community, 1 website, 2 admin users and no AI credits. Growth ($249, or $199 annually) raises that to 50 products, 25,000 contacts, 11 admins and 500 AI credits, and adds automation and scale features such as an affiliate program. Pro ($499, or $399 annually) gives unlimited products, 100,000 contacts, 3 communities, 3 websites, 26 admins and 1,000 AI credits. Kajabi's comparison table places the branded mobile app on Pro.
Kajabi lists extra contacts at $125 a month per 25,000, and an AI credit top-up at $15 for 500 credits marked as coming. The standard trial is 14 days per Kajabi's help center; a card is optional, but if you enter one Kajabi places an authorization hold and charges when the trial ends, and some features such as bulk contact import stay locked until you activate a paid plan. Every plan carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. For the full breakdown, see our Kajabi pricing guide.
What do payment fees add?
AttractWell lists a 0% transaction fee on all plans; you pay only your processor's standard fees through Stripe or Square. Kajabi is more nuanced. Kajabi Payments (US) charges 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, 2.8% + $0.30 on Growth and 2.7% + $0.30 on Pro. PayPal carries no Kajabi surcharge. Any other processor adds a Kajabi fee of 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth or 0.5% on Pro on top of the processor's own fees.
Example only: a coach on Kajabi Basic who takes $8,000 a month through a third-party gateway pays an extra $160 a month to Kajabi (2% of $8,000) on top of the gateway's fees, which brings the effective cost of the plan to $339. On AttractWell, the same sales add no platform fee.
What does a typical coach pay on each?
Here are three illustrative coaching businesses priced on each vendor's October 2026 list prices. These are examples, not quotes; your contact count and course count decide the real figure.
| Example business | Coachful | AttractWell | Kajabi (monthly billing) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful (priced by clients, not contacts) | Cheapest plan: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Priced by contacts | Priced by contacts and products |
| New coach: 400 contacts, 15 clients, 1 course | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | Starter $69 (no call packages) or Basic $99 | Basic $179 |
| Growing coach: 3,000 contacts, 40 clients, 4 courses | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients | Premium $129 | Growth $249 (Basic caps at 2,500 contacts and 5 products) |
| Established coach: 15,000 contacts, unlimited clients, 12 courses | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients | Diamond $239 (Pro caps at 12,000 contacts) | Growth $249 |
At the low and middle end AttractWell is the cheaper of the two by a wide margin. At around 15,000 contacts the two converge, and past 27,000 contacts Kajabi is the one with published headroom.
How do the course and membership features compare?
Both platforms host courses, memberships and communities. Kajabi is the more course-centred product; AttractWell caps courses by plan unless you pay the $17 add-on.
AttractWell calls its courses "vaults" and pairs them with "classes". It documents drip content, AI-graded quizzes, memberships with recurring payments and a Facebook-style community with posts, comments and scheduled posts. The catch is the low course counts on the cheaper plans: one vault on Starter and three on Basic.
Kajabi is a course, community, website, funnel and email platform for selling knowledge products. Its plans count "products" (5, 50 or unlimited), and it allows one community on Basic and Growth and three on Pro. If your offer is a library of courses and you plan to add more each quarter, Kajabi's product counts on Growth give more room than AttractWell's lower tiers, though AttractWell's add-on removes its cap for $17 a month. Our Kajabi vs Skool comparison goes deeper on community-first setups.
How do booking, sessions and Zoom compare?
AttractWell documents booking links, session ("call") packages with usage tracking and Zoom meetings included; Kajabi frames coaching around products and communities rather than per-client session tracking.
On AttractWell, booking links run from 2 on Starter to unlimited from Premium, and call packages run from none on Starter to 5 on Basic and unlimited from Premium. Zoom meetings are included for up to 30 hours, with attendee caps by plan (5 on Starter, 10 on Basic, 100 on Premium, 200 on Pro, 300 on Diamond). Texting is also bundled: 100 texts a month on Starter, rising to 8,000 on Diamond.
Kajabi's pricing page does not centre on session packages or per-client session tracking; its own positioning is selling courses, communities and digital products. If 1:1 sessions are most of your revenue, confirm how Kajabi's current coaching product handles booking, reminders and package balances before you commit.
How do email, funnels and websites compare?
Both include a website, funnels and email marketing. Kajabi lists unlimited funnels, landing pages and marketing emails from Basic; AttractWell caps pages, domains and automations by plan.
AttractWell's Starter plan allows 2 domains and 10 pages and 5 automations; Basic allows 5 domains, 250 pages and 100 automations; Premium removes the page cap and allows 500 automations. It also includes a blog, a CRM, email and texting, contracts, invoicing and a store.
Kajabi gives one website on Basic and Growth and three on Pro, with unlimited funnels, landing pages and marketing emails on every plan. If funnels are your main growth channel, our Coachful vs Kajabi comparison and funnels and email breakdown show how a coaching-specific platform handles the same job.
Which has better AI features?
AttractWell includes custom GPTs on every plan; Kajabi includes AI credits only from Growth upward. AttractWell lists 1 custom GPT on Starter, 5 on Basic, 15 on Premium, 50 on Pro and 100 on Diamond. Kajabi Basic has 0 AI credits, Growth 500 and Pro 1,000, with a top-up marked as coming. We did not find either vendor describing an assistant that works from your live client data, such as briefing you on a client before a session.
What is the client experience like on each?
On AttractWell, clients use the AttractWell app on iOS or Android and see your branding inside it. On Kajabi, the branded mobile app sits on the Pro plan per Kajabi's comparison table, which means $499 a month on monthly billing.
For a client, the day-to-day experience on both platforms is mostly consuming content: watching lessons, posting in a community, joining a live call and paying invoices. That suits a course buyer. It suits a coaching client less well when your method depends on daily actions, because neither vendor documents habit tracking, morning and evening check-ins, streaks or goals with progress bars as core features. On Kajabi, coaching is delivered as products and communities, not per-client plans. On AttractWell, we did not find habit tracking or daily check-ins described on the feature pages in our sources.
Data portability is another part of the client relationship. Kajabi offers CSV exports for contacts, subscriptions, sales and members, emailed to you; course content is downloaded asset by asset, and an older Kajabi profile notes that data is removed 90 days after cancellation. AttractWell's CRM page mentions CSV import of contacts; export is not mentioned on the pages we checked, so ask before you sign up. If you are already on Kajabi and thinking of leaving, read how to migrate from Kajabi without losing clients.
What do public reviews say about AttractWell and Kajabi?
Review volume is very different. AttractWell had a Trustpilot score of 4.6 from 21 reviews (seen 27 October 2026). Kajabi had 3.4 from 2,347 reviews (seen 25 October 2026).
Twenty-one reviews is a small sample, so treat AttractWell's score as a weak signal either way; we found too few public reviews to describe a consistent pattern of praise or complaint, and we will not invent one. Kajabi's score rests on a large base, which makes it more stable but also reflects a much larger, more varied customer base. Our AttractWell review and Kajabi review cover each in more depth.
Which should you pick for your kind of coaching?
Match the tool to how you earn: AttractWell for budget all-in-one marketing plus sessions, Kajabi for scaled course and community sales, and a coaching platform when delivery between sessions is the product.
| If you are... | Best pick | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Coachful: a coach running programs with habits, check-ins and sessions | Coachful | One login for booking, payments, contracts, program delivery, courses, community and website |
| A new coach with a small list who mostly sells sessions | AttractWell Basic | Call packages, booking links, texting and Zoom at $99 a month |
| A course creator with 10,000+ subscribers | Kajabi Growth | 25,000 contacts and 50 products on one plan |
| An author or speaker who wants texting and a store | AttractWell | Texting, store and Zoom bundled on every plan |
| A creator who must take PayPal | Kajabi | PayPal supported without a Kajabi surcharge |
| A coach whose list will pass 27,000 contacts | Kajabi Pro | 100,000 contacts on a published plan |
Two practical tests help. First, count your contacts today and estimate them in a year, then find the plan on each vendor that covers that number. Second, list what a client must do between sessions for your coaching to work. If the answer is "watch the lessons", either vendor can deliver it. If the answer is "log a habit daily and check in every evening", you need a coaching platform.
Is there a third option that beats both for coaching?
Yes, if you deliver programs rather than just content: Coachful is a coaching platform that puts booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant under one login, with one branded app for your clients.

Coachful is built for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions; solo coaches growing into a small team; and coaches replacing four to six tools. The company is based in Tallinn, Estonia, and had a Trustpilot score of 4.5 from 21 reviews. Like AttractWell, that is a small sample.
Where Coachful beats both
- Between-session delivery. Multi-week programs with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. Neither AttractWell nor Kajabi documents this as a core feature.
- A client record that shows who needs you. Each client record holds goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, with a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk and an AI briefing per client.
- Booking built for coaching. Availability rules, buffers, minimum notice, time-zone detection, two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook sync, built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links, paid sessions and session credits, intake questions on booking, and SMS and WhatsApp reminders once messaging is enabled.
- Payments without a platform cut. Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account with a 0% Coachful platform fee since August 2026: one-time, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Stripe Tax.
- Coaching agreements. Agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and are stored on the client record.
- Client limits instead of contact limits. Lower plans cap clients, not your email list, and Pro is unlimited (Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients).

Here is a short walkthrough of how programs are built and delivered in Coachful:

What else is included in your Coachful membership?
- Courses with modules, lessons, drip and completion tracking, plus downloads, videos, books, AI tools, events and bundles, all delivered into the client's branded home and app. See course hosting for coaches.
- A community feed, group chat, direct messages and video events, with cohort groups created automatically when someone enrolls in a program. See group coaching software.
- A section-based website builder with blog, custom domain, SEO settings, 30 designed homepage templates and an import option; booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels with pixels and UTM tracking; and a link-in-bio page that sells.
- Email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits.
- Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, which works from live practice data: it builds programs, drafts emails and content, summarizes recorded sessions and briefs you before sessions. Questions and planning are included in the membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits.
- ICF credential tracking that counts coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports an ICF client coaching log.
- Templates: more than 40 ready-to-film program templates, 48 course templates with quizzes and about 25 funnel templates.
- A full client data export as a ZIP, covering roster, notes, check-ins, goals, habits, sessions and form responses, plus course export.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can ask the Coachful team to build something for you from Create > We'll build it for you: a website, funnel, sales page, program, course outline and written material, email sequence, form, lead quiz, event, automation and more. You attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files, and the team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. A somatic coach leaving Kajabi, for example, had the homepage and About page rebuilt and the contact form connected. It does not include recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. Read more about the free white-glove service.

Where AttractWell or Kajabi beats Coachful
Be honest with yourself about these, because they are real:
- PayPal. Coachful has no PayPal. Kajabi supports it.
- Square, Klarna, Afterpay and Affirm. AttractWell lists Square as a processor and, via Stripe, buy-now-pay-later options such as Klarna, Afterpay and Affirm. Coachful runs on Stripe Connect or Razorpay.
- Your own App Store listing. Coachful's client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding. Kajabi Pro lists multiple brands and an App Store app.
- Very large audiences of course buyers. If you are a course business with 50,000 subscribers and little 1:1 work, Kajabi is designed for that shape. Coachful is not a course marketplace.
- Bundled texting quotas and Zoom. AttractWell includes a monthly text allowance and Zoom meetings in every plan.
- Clinical work. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and has no BAA, so it is not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing.
- A trial versus a $1 month. Coachful offers a free trial. AttractWell's first month is $1. Kajabi offers a 14-day trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee.
How do you start with Coachful?
Start a free trial, then request the white-glove build for your website, first program or funnel. During onboarding, your clients, programs and content are imported for you, and monthly plans cancel in one click. Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients. For a broader view of what a coaching platform covers, see coaching software or compare against Kajabi on our Kajabi alternative page.

How do you decide in one afternoon?
Write down three numbers and one sentence, then let them choose for you.
- Contacts in 12 months. Under 4,000 points to AttractWell Premium or lower; over 27,000 points to Kajabi.
- Courses or products. More than three on AttractWell Basic means the $17 add-on or Premium; more than five on Kajabi means Growth.
- Monthly sales and processor. If you will not use Kajabi Payments or PayPal, add Kajabi's 0.5% to 2% surcharge to your cost.
- The sentence: "Between sessions, my clients..." If it ends with "watch lessons and post in the community", either vendor works. If it ends with "track habits, check in daily and work through a weekly plan", choose a coaching platform.

Frequently asked questions
Is AttractWell cheaper than Kajabi?
Yes, at most sizes. As listed in October 2026, AttractWell runs from $69 to $239 a month, while Kajabi runs from $179 to $499 a month ($143 to $399 billed annually). The gap narrows around 15,000 contacts, where AttractWell Diamond ($239) and Kajabi Growth ($249) are close.
Does AttractWell have a free trial?
Not as such. Every AttractWell plan has a $1 first month, then the monthly price, with no contract and cancel anytime. Kajabi offers a 14-day trial with an optional card and a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Does Kajabi or AttractWell charge transaction fees?
AttractWell lists a 0% transaction fee on all plans; you pay Stripe's or Square's standard fees. Kajabi charges no extra fee with Kajabi Payments or PayPal, but adds 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth or 0.5% on Pro if you use another processor.
Which has a branded mobile app?
AttractWell offers an iOS and Android app where clients see your branding inside the AttractWell app. Kajabi's comparison table places its branded app on the Pro plan. Coachful's client app shows your branding inside the Coachful app.
Can I run 1:1 coaching packages on AttractWell?
Yes, from the Basic plan. AttractWell lists session ("call") packages with usage tracking: none on Starter, 5 on Basic and unlimited from Premium. Booking links follow a similar pattern, from 2 on Starter to unlimited on Premium.
Which is better for courses, AttractWell or Kajabi?
Kajabi is the more course-focused platform, with 5, 50 or unlimited products by plan and contact limits up to 100,000. AttractWell includes drip content and AI-graded quizzes, but caps courses on lower plans unless you add unlimited vaults for $17 a month.
Do AttractWell or Kajabi track client habits and check-ins?
Neither documents habit tracking or daily check-ins as core features in the sources we used; Kajabi's coaching model is products and communities rather than per-client plans. If your coaching depends on daily actions, a coaching platform with habits, check-ins and streaks will fit better.
How many reviews do AttractWell and Kajabi have?
AttractWell had 4.6 on Trustpilot from 21 reviews (seen 27 October 2026), which is too few to draw firm conclusions. Kajabi had 3.4 from 2,347 reviews (seen 25 October 2026).
What is Coachful's free white-glove service?
On every plan, the Coachful team builds things for you inside your own account: a website, funnel, program, course outline, email sequence, form and more. You describe what you want and attach references, and the build usually lands within about 24 hours. It does not cover recording videos, logo design, ads or ongoing marketing.
Can I move from Kajabi to Coachful without rebuilding everything myself?
Yes. During onboarding, your clients, programs and content are imported for you, and the white-glove service can rebuild your website pages and funnels. Download your Kajabi CSV exports and course files before you cancel, since Kajabi's exports are emailed and course content is downloaded per asset.
